This simple exercise, as you do it, you will start to feel safe inside of your own body. The frame technique is very simple. What you do is you stare at a candle flame. Your eyes are on it. On the in-breath, you focus on the separation between you and the flame, and you want to think of on the in-breath as one itself. On the out-breath, you focus on other. You keep your eyes focused on the flame, but you focus on the peripheral, and this represents one, which is the separation, and and the 0 represents other. This simple exercise, as you do it, you will start to feel safe inside of your own body. What'll happen is you'll start to see that other people's stuff is their stuff, not yours. So what happens is when you're going out and you're maybe introducing yourself to people, you're at a social event, et cetera, if somebody else doesn't vibe with you, it's not your thing to manage their emotions to get them on board to sell yourself to them. If they don't vibe with you, that's their stuff to deal with, not yours. Is this making sense? Yes.
