The #1 Most Powerful Visualization Process (Try This)

Aaron Doughty teaches a visualization technique that focuses on feeling your desired outcome rather than picturing it perfectly. By engaging multiple senses, sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste, you activate more of your brain and intensify the emotion. Practice this daily, especially before sleep, to condition your subconscious and align your actions with what you want.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you the most powerful visualization process and how to do it. Now with this, understand that this video is meant and intended to transform the whole way that you see visualization and allow allow you to really give you the missing link to making it more effective. So with many people, there's a tendency to believe that we must be able to visualize it perfectly, as in a picture in our mind or some type of scenario. Now the key and the power of this video is first off understanding what the main purpose of visualization really is, because then that allows us to put our focus on what really matters. Now the purpose of visualization isn't necessarily that what we are visualizing has to come into our life experience, although that can be a side effect. It's more so understanding that that visualization can bring within us that feeling, and that feeling can condition us to feel already in the emotion of that experience outside of there, of what we want to experience. So the idea is that we can feel the emotions of what we want to achieve, and as we take action from that point of view, That is what makes all the difference, and that I think is just a powerful understanding to begin with before we get even into the technique, because it switches the focus from a desperation of wanting this in my head that I'm thinking of to come into my life experience to more about the emotion, and that you can bring out that emotion from within now in the present moment. Now this video is about understanding also what are called sub— modalities. Now, I've always been the kind of person that when it comes to visualization, I'm much more of an auditory type person. Could be because my passion is speaking, or that's just how I process information. But what a submodality is, it's a preferred way that you process information through your senses. So some people are straight up just more visceral. They get more of a feeling when they think about something. Some people are more visual, meaning they actually see it in their mind, like they're able to envision it perfectly. Some people like myself are more auditory, meaning that if I am looking and thinking about a situation, I can more so hear what would be happening rather than just the vision of it. Now the idea is that we all have a preferred submodality or we all have a preferred way of how we think. Now with this process and making visualization much more powerful is about knowing that we can make the visualization more of a full sensory experiment or experience. More of a full sensory experience. Now what this means is that rather than just making it about the vision, what we can do is we can add an element of hearing and of feeling, and that, that makes it a 360-type experience where we're more likely to embody the emotions of what we want to experience. Now let's do an exercise right now just to kind of wire in this idea. Now if I were to give you an orange or you were to have an orange, you could put that orange in your hand in your hand and you could look at it, you could see, you could notice the texture of it. You could notice the different circles it might have on it or the bumps that it might have, the shade of orange it is. If it's discolored on certain sides with different color of orange, you could look at that and that could be part of the visualization process. Now take it a step further. You could also embody and feel the texture of it rather than just looking at the texture. You could feel it, what that would feel like in your hands. So now we're taking it a step further. Now what you what you could do is you could start to peel the orange. Now as you're peeling it, you could notice the sound of when you're doing it. You could notice the feeling underneath your fingernails as you pull it up, the smell that would come with that as you are digging into it. Then what you could do is you could put that piece and take off a piece and put it in your mouth and then you would be tasting it. Now what this visualization exercise right here can do is help you understand how you can make the visualization process a 360 type view that gives gives you much more ability to feel into the process. Now the powerful part of this is knowing that when we visualize, a certain part of our brain is activated. When we are visualizing but doing it from an auditory emphasis, it activates a different part of our brain. When we are working from the center of our mind that's associated with feeling, once again, we are adding that part of our brain. So what we are doing in this process is giving it a full powerful part of using the whole mechanism itself. This is why it can be so much more powerful for invoking the feeling within to feel like something has already happened. Now let's get into the practical application of how you can apply this. Well, what you could do is have a certain goal that you want to acquire. Maybe it's that you want to find a meaningful relationship. You want connection with someone else. Instead of just visualizing you with someone else, Take it a step further and maybe visualize yourself on the beach with this significant other, someone that you're having a deep conversation about maybe, or just having fun with, laughing. Maybe you feel the sand underneath your body, you feel the grains of sand in your hands and maybe at your feet. Maybe you can feel the wind go by and you can smell the salt in the air, or maybe you can feel this warmth of the sun. You know, as you bring in these different parts of the senses and the imagination, it invokes a completely new type of experience. Experience that gives you more of a feeling of what that would be and allows you to feel the condition and the feeling of what that would be right now in this moment. And that's where the power is. Remember, as I always say in all my videos, we don't necessarily get that which we want, which could be just the vision, but we always get a reflection of who we are being. If you were to realize that that feeling was within you all along, the feeling of feeling whole and complete, of feeling like you are with someone else and you start to give yourself those emotions, you will then be embodying it in a complete kit and you're more likely to then bring in the opportunities that align with that resonant feeling. So then from that point you can take action. You can cultivate that emotion every day, especially like I say, right when you're going to bed at night. That's the most powerful time to condition the feeling because that's when your mind is more in the subconscious parts to where they're more easily influenced. The feeling as you feel that, that is what is conditioning your subconscious mind for bringing more of that into your life. So understand that you can apply this. You can make visualization so powerful simply by bringing in more of those submodalities and making that a part of who you are. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
