The 3 SECRETS To Completely Heal Your BODY & MIND!

Victor Odo and Aaron Doughty argue that trauma can become fuel for growth. They outline three healing steps: gratitude for your body's signals, forgiveness of yourself and others, and surrendering outcomes. Aaron also recommends alkaline foods, exercise, sauna use, and niacin detox to support the body's natural healing.

I have something to tell you, and that is that your childhood trauma or your trauma in general is a gift. You might not be aware of it yet, but it is a gift once you unwrap it and you look at it and you realize that that's what it is. Now, I look to my own life, what I do for a living, making YouTube videos, helping people understand more about who they are, and I can very clearly see that I would not be doing what I am doing right now. Maybe I even wouldn't be as successful as I am right now if it wasn't for the childhood trauma that I went through when I was younger. And once I started to transform and in a way unwrap the gift of trauma, that's when my whole entire life transformed. So in this video, I'm going to show you how your trauma is a gift, and it is something that in a way is going to propel you into the life that you can maybe even not really imagine right now. And I'm going to show you how I did that, how some of my friends have done that as well, and how that trauma has literally become one of the best things that has happened because it has spawned through it so much good things. So in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly what that is. Now in this video, I'm gonna be showing you how I believe my childhood trauma, and many of you may know of my story if you've been watching my videos for a while, but when I look back at the different things I experienced, at first, before I went through my transformation back in 2012, one of the big ones, I went through a spiritual awakening, I saw my past as this inconvenient thing. It was very far from a gift. If anything, I felt like it was a curse and I felt like it was something that was holding me back. It was the working at, the time when I had my transformation, I was working at Nordstrom's in women's shoes. I was feeling a lot of resistance. I was feeling, I knew I wasn't where I wanted to be. I had a manager that was the same energy dynamic as my ex-stepmom and I was replaying these patterns over and over again. And what I mean by that is I had an ex-stepmom from 7 to 15 years old, who was, we could actually even back up before then. 7 to 15 years old, I had the abusive ex-stepmom in my life. She was mentally, physically, and emotionally abusive. If my brother and I wanted to go to a school activity, we 90% of the time get it taken away for something really dumb that we did or didn't do. And normally we were just locked outside doing chores all day. We weren't allowed to have friends, weren't allowed to watch TV. We were given a bowl of cereal in the morning and a TV dinner at night. And we were very skinny, malnourished, And up until 15, 16, I was 15, 16, my brother was like 13, 14, my dad divorced her, and finally my brother and I had all this freedom. However, I kept attracting similar women into my life that were like my ex-stepmom. It's almost like I was comfortable being around women that wanted to control me. I had a girlfriend that was very jealous and always mad at everything I was doing, just like my ex-stepmom. And then after that, I had a manager at Nordstrom's in women's shoes that was the same personality structure as my ex-stepmom. It wasn't until I healed and I started to unpack that trauma trauma that then that manager got fired. We tried getting her fired for years, but we couldn't because she was protected by upper management. But even if you bring this even further back, I had this realization recently when doing something called plant medicine where it kind of helps sometimes, it can for some people help unpack trauma. And I became aware that even before my ex-stepmom, when I was 2 or 3 years old, when my brother was born, I was before that the only child. When my brother was born, all the attention shifted from me to my brother because my brother had a lot of stuff going on. He had asthma, he was in the hospital every 2 weeks. And I then felt very alone. I felt like there was something wrong with me. I wasn't getting the attention that I feel like I needed and I felt like I was unworthy. And as I look back, I can now see that that childhood trauma right there of feeling a lack of attention and a lack of significance is something that drove me, even though my mom didn't mean it, my mom didn't know, our parents are always doing the best they can, but in a way I felt very alone and that caused me to then feel not worthy. That childhood trauma right there though is one of the things that I think propelled me to take massive action in making a YouTube channel that got 1 million subscribers or 100 million views. It was how can I on one hand help as many people as I can, but on the other end it was this helps me feel significant, this helps me feel noticed, and this has given me attention. So in a way, the mother wound from when I was 2 or 3 years old is a reflection of the YouTube channel, which is then trying to fill up the hole of me feeling worthy, whole, and complete. I became aware of this a couple months ago, and I was then looking at it and starting to question, can I feel worthy for just being me? Now, that is a huge epiphany that I've had recently. And even so, maybe that was really what motivated me to not just help people, but also to get that sense of filling up that hole. And another aspect of this is the trauma that I experienced when I was a kid as well. Now, for a long time, it was a curse though. I wasn't taking action with the YouTube videos. I wasn't taking action with trying to help people. It was like just this thing that was hovering over me, like the ex-stepmom thing, wondering and thinking there's something wrong with me, feeling not worthy. However, there's another aspect to this as well. Most people that have been through a lot of trauma growing up or even just any trauma at all, that is pressure from the gift, that is the pressure. And as we start to become aware of it, it causes a spiritual awakening. So most souls that are advanced souls, and we don't have to think of this as some significant, I'm more advanced than someone else 'cause I've had more trauma, but in a way, a lot of us that came here to wake up, we came here, decided to go through the trauma earlier on in life because it created pressure for us to wake up. Later or earlier than other people. So congratulations if you've been through trauma because normally and most likely that has caused you to then have this pressure inside of you to then go through a process of spiritual awakening. And if you follow my channel, you've probably either gone through one, about to go through one, or are going through one. So a spiritual awakening is where you become aware that you are more than just this 3D physical body. You are an eternal spiritual being having a temporary life experience, a human experience, and the trauma can catapult that realization because I believe that we come here, we forget who we are as eternal spiritual beings to then remember who we are. Trauma is a way of getting us to do work to create pressure for us to become aware of that. So there, it's a gift right there. Now, another aspect of this though, I was talking to my buddy Victor about this. Many of you know Victor Odo, he's my best friend. He also had a crazy childhood trauma experience. He, what he went through, is he was with his parents chilling when he was young and he had a firecracker that went off and it completely exploded. He was at like a neighborhood thing in like the cul-de-sac and one of the fireworks was getting ready to go up and it fell. It hit Victor in his chest and it was burned. It burned a lot of his skin. It burned a lot of his skin on his arm, on his chest. And he, it was very traumatizing for both him and his family. He almost died from it. He was in shock. He ended up going and having to wear this like suit that was humiliating. He had to wear a suit to school for weeks and like this brace thing. And it was a very traumatic experience. However, talking to Victor about this, we both can look at these traumas and see how they catapulted us in our own ways towards growth. You know, he became a personal trainer. Maybe he wanted to get his body so in check because maybe Part of him felt like this was something that was holding him back, so maybe he tried compensating that way. We were kind of talking about that, and he became very serious about the body, and he got very big, got muscular, and then he became a personal trainer. And even now, he teaches people how to navigate through their spiritual awakening process. But what he does is a lot of it is around the body. He helps a lot of empathic people that maybe are healing through their body. And he now, and he's working through his trauma now more than ever, very proud of him. But we can both see how this has caused a certain level of pressure to maybe wake up and to go through a spiritual awakening, but also to help other people. So many people that have been through trauma become people that also add value to other people. Now, if you look to a lot of successful people on the planet as well, many, many, many successful people have been through childhood trauma and that has catapulted them to then do something about it, to then change. Here's the challenge though. Sometimes we stay in the childhood trauma. I could keep trying to fill the cup of feeling significant and getting more and more subs, but guess what? Eventually that would feel empty, or eventually that would be something that I'd have to process. So one of the ways we process our trauma, one of the main ways that we unwrap the gift of trauma is we become aware of it and we start to see it literally as something that we can start to give new meaning to. Back in the past, I was a curse of this whole thing of my childhood. But then I started to see that this led me to a spiritual awakening. And that became a gift in a way. And I was able to forgive my ex-stepmom. I was able to forgive my parents for not knowing or for my interpretation of different things. But as I gave it a new meaning, it transformed the effects that I had out of it. But the key to this is giving it a new meaning. How do you relate to your trauma? Is it this horrible thing that happened to you and screw this person, screw this person? Because if so, it's negatively charged. That negative charge is causing you to attract people into your life to keep replaying the same trauma. This is why they say in relationships, in love, we trauma bond ourselves to these people that replay the same patterns that we had with our parents. So sometimes people will, maybe they had somebody that, one of their parents cheated on the other. So they tend to attract somebody that cheats on them because they're not aware of that childhood trauma. But that could be a gift. It's something you can go in, you can heal yourself, you can become aware, you can feel the energy. A lot of this is a mixture of becoming aware of the gift, giving it new meaning, and then feeling what comes up. You know, the way that animals work is when animals are in the wild, let's say a gazelle is being chased by a lion, what happens is before the gazelle after it gets away from the lion, before the gazelle goes back into the herd, it will shake and do this crazy routine 'cause it's shaking out the trauma. It's feeling it and it's allowing it to flow through. And what happens is then it goes back into the herd and then it doesn't bring that trauma with it, doesn't carry it around. Whereas humans, what we do, we go through trauma and we carry it in our body. We keep identifying with it. We don't actually feel it. And that's why the feeling is the healing. And this is one of the most important things with this process, becoming aware of it as a gift, giving it new meaning, and then starting to see what can you do with this? How can you let it motivate you in a different way? Doesn't mean you need to use it in a way like, oh, I'm not worthy for my childhood trauma, maybe I should create a YouTube channel and get a lot of attention. But you can then start to see, I look back and I can see how these things actually served me. And now I can come at it from the frame that I'm worthy for just being me. Now I don't care what people think. Now I can make videos on whatever I wanna talk about. And it's an interesting way of relating to it, but there's a new sense of freedom in there. But feel it to heal it.
Attachment is the root of all suffering. Anything you feel attached to will create some type of suffering in you, whether that suffering is that someone's not acting the way that you want, Someone's not showing you the validation that maybe you crave. Some type of outcome isn't turning out the way that you had the blueprint in your mind. Whatever you are attached to will create suffering. And in this video, I'm gonna show you the number one key to finally letting go, releasing attachment, and how that will allow you to become free, more attractive, how that will allow you to really release resistance And I think this video could completely change your life for that reason. This, I would say, the theme for me and for many people in the year 2020, it has been a theme of releasing attachment. Attachment to old belief systems, attachment to people, attachment to outcome. And until we learn attachment, we're gonna create a lot of resistance in our life. And my year has been me looking at my own relationship with myself A lot of it also, to be honest with you, has been me looking at the masculine and feminine energies and me doing in a way shadow work where I look at, like, I've been looking at my own shadow, which is a shadow is like the unconscious part of ourselves. And what I've been doing is looking at that shadow and noticing different things about it. And a lot of it had to do with the shadow buildup, had to do with a certain point in my past, me attaching to certain ideologies about myself, about the way reality works. And that's why now it's about me really letting go of those. And, and that's why I think as well, awareness is really the key to us transforming our life. And when we become aware of our shadow, that's when we start to become aware of these unconscious parts of ourselves that are just in a way acting out. So in my life this year, it's been letting go of this past identity of like me making videos every single day. Me letting go of making daily videos was actually a big deal for me. And I know I talked about it. Often, and it seems like a ridiculous thing. Like, it's just, you went from 6 videos a week to 4 videos a week. But I know, in a way, I felt like I was letting go of an attachment that I had to viewing myself in a certain way.
There's like a work ethic.
I was like, Aaron creates lots of videos. Aaron is this kind of person. And now that I'm letting go of that identity, exactly what—
by the way, exactly what I thought would happen actually happened.
I thought that if I let go of that belief system that I had to work hard, I was so attached to this identity, If I would let that go, then actually even greater results would come in with less effort. And what I did is after like a month or two of doing that, the channel is still growing just as fast, if not faster, and I'm making almost half the amount of videos, you know, 3 to 4 a week versus 7 a week. It's pretty much half. Another thing that I'm learning to let go of is my attachment to how people are, attachment to how my relationships work in certain ways. And what I'm learning is that the more I let go is the more free I feel. But the number one way and the number one thing that I want to share with you when it has to do with letting go and releasing attachment is releasing attachment is a release of meaning. It is a release of meaning. Think about anything you're attached to. If you're attached to a person, you think you're attached to the person, but you're attached to what that person means to you. The meaning you give to that person being with you. If you're letting go of an attachment to some job that you used to have, a lot of people are transitioning their jobs right now because of the way that the economy is going. If you find that difficult to release attachment, it's to the meaning you give to that job, to that sense of identity. If you find it hard to let go of the outcome, it's because of the certainty you crave. It's the meaning you give to the outcome. So really what a release in attachment is, is a release of meaning. And one of the most powerful ideas that I've ever come to understand out of everything I've created on my YouTube channel is that we give things meaning in our life. So if you've given the thing some of something meaning that says, oh, this is who I, this is something I attach to, you can also give it a meaning and you can look at it from a perspective that this thing that was never me to begin with. But this is also a paradox because though, The more you look in reality, the more you realize that everything is a reflection of us. And in a way, the universe has a funny way of showing you when you think this is, this is me, this is something I identify with. The universe has a funny way of showing you that this, this thing really isn't you. You are an eternal spiritual being having a temporary human experience. You are already whole and complete. So when you think something else is you and needs to work out a certain way, What you do is you create resistance and then the universe reflects back that resistance to you. But what I've learned is the more I let go is the more free I feel and the more the universe can then bring me, or the universe— I have a better relationship with the universe in a way. It's only in the attachment that we create resistance, and it's also the ego's attachment. The ego's attachment wants to control the way things happen, wants to try to, to crave that sense of certainty. I'm reading a book right now that's called Attached, and it's about 3 different attachment styles. Mainly, I think it has to do with attachment maybe to outcome, but also attachment in relationships. And there's 3 main types. There's secure, which not a lot of— there's, I think there's least amount of secure out of these 3 types. Secure is somebody that's very comfortable, not attached really one way or the other, but also not afraid of being vulnerable and connected. There's anxious attachment and avoidant attachment. Anxious attachment is someone that leans in, someone that leans in and is attached. This is people that normally will seek validation, that want a certain amount of communication, that lean in when they feel like they want love. That's how they experience it. Avoidant is the other way around. They, they hold back. Avoidant people will find that they, they resist confrontation, that they are in a way afraid of maybe deeper relationships. So what they do is they kind of hold it at bay. A lot of times at one point in their life they had, they had something that they trusted that they couldn't trust anymore, and then they associate their love with like an independence. So they avoid it. So they're secure, anxious, and avoidant. But the thing that I've, I've learned about studying these things is everyone will normally have one that they're predominantly. Avoidance will normally attract anxious attachment people. Secure though, and you can also be anxious secure or avoidant secure, a little bit of both as you're working on yourself.
You know what I mean?
The goal is to become more secure, more confident. You fill up your own cup. Now, the issues with these different attachment styles is that, one, it's important to be aware of your attachment style, but also that you can also let go of the stories and the beliefs you have about who you are. And we in society believe that we're not whole and complete. We believe and then we attach ourselves to someone else and how they act as if that's our source of validation. But one of the biggest things I've learned when it comes to letting go of attachment is to one, let go of the meaning because you can change the meaning too. When people have trouble letting go of a relationship, the meaning they're giving is they're giving all their power to this one person, this one idea, and then they're sending that person energy energetically, which repels that by the way. But then what they do is they have them on such a pedestal and what they do is they create this resistance by thinking about them. And attaching to them and identifying with them. And if they would simply let it go and realize that there's billions of people out there in the world, they would then become more free. They would realize more about themselves and realize that there's so many people out there that if you had this meaning, this meaning with one person, you can create amazing meaning with someone else and maybe even better than you could imagine. Maybe all those qualities you loved plus like way more. Times 10 or something like that. But that will literally, because we have the perspective, the meaning of this one person, we remain attached to that meaning. And then we block out all these other experiences where someone could easily just come into our life because we get in life that which we are a vibrational match to. And if we're only a vibrational match to this attachment, then guess what? We're only gonna create more and more experiences of that resistance. The key is becoming free and letting go. And the way you let go is you let go of meaning. In case you haven't seen me before make this, or I have this little chart right here of power versus force. You'll see, you'll see fear, anger, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reasoning, love. Now reasoning below is all of the mind. It is all the mind, the meaning we give things.
And Einstein himself resonated at 499.
He would have had to completely let go of all his intellectual ideas to move into the love. And he started to learn that before the end of his life. Now what happens is we are naturally unconditional love. This is who we are, free of attachments, but we gain these mental constructs in our mind that says, when I'm with this person, then I can feel happy. We have these attachments to people, these attachments to outcome, the attachment to certainty, and those attachments create within us resistance. And the key to letting go of resistance is the key to letting go of attachment. Let go of meaning. Let go of the meaning and create your own. What if you gave it the meaning that you're already whole and complete? What if you gave it the meaning that, you know, there's a difference between avoidant and anxious attachment style. The anxious attachment is given the meaning that when I'm with or getting the validation from someone else, then I'm happy. The avoidant has more of that connected to the freedom, the independence. So there's these two different perspectives and two different values and the meanings, the meanings have switched. So the one main thing that I can share with you that has changed my life more than anything else is becoming aware of the sense of meaning, realizing our beliefs create our reality. What are beliefs? Beliefs are meaning. They're the meaning we give things. At a certain point in your past, you may have had horrible things happen to you and that was your interpretation of it. Or maybe you're like, oh, well, a lot of us, a lot of people would agree that it was a horrible thing, but that's meaning. And the key to releasing your past is releasing the meaning you give it or changing the meaning, reframing it. If you look at a relationship where it's hard to let go of, you could reframe that relationship. It's an easy way to move through it is to look at the things you learned, to look at the things and the value you got out of it and how you've changed as a person. And then to also soothe and let that person go with love, to not have a negative charge against it. 'Cause if you have a negative charge against that person, you're gonna attract more of that in your life. You get what you're a vibrational match to, but the key is becoming free. And the way you become free is by releasing the meaning. Release the meaning. Let it go. How do you let go of meaning? You first off become aware of it. When you become aware of the meaning, then you can let it go. You can't let go of meaning if you think that it's built into reality. Your story about money, your story about love, your story about success, Those things are reflecting, getting you back in your life, a direct reflection of whatever those stories are. You become aware of the stories, you begin to change your life. Now what I also intend, or I also encourage you to do, is to look at your stories, not just about money, love, or relationships, or health. Look at your meanings about who you are as a person, your identity. Are you already whole and complete, or did you watch a crapload of Disney movies growing up and think that you need that special happily ever after? Because if you believe that you need that, then guess what? You won't be happy until that need or that desire is met in the blueprint of your reality. But if you release that meaning, you then become free. But it's becoming aware of it. Yes, you may have watched a whole bunch of stupid Disney movies growing up. You may be waiting for your Prince Charming or your little princess, but guess what? If you're waiting, then you're not okay with this moment right now. Then you're attached to outcome. You're attached to certainty. And when you do meet this special princess or prince and it doesn't start going the way that you want, then you start to feel resistance. That resistance comes from attachment. You become free of attachment by becoming free of meaning. So look at the meaning you're giving to someone in your life. Look at the meaning you're giving to outcome in your life. Look at the meaning you're giving to the story you tell yourself about who you are. And as you become aware of that meaning, you can then choose to let it go. And as you literally let it go, guess what? You become free. When you become free, you're already whole and complete. You're more integrated. You're more likely to attract a loving relationship that reflects that love that's already within you. You're more likely to have more attractive energy too because you're not so attached to outcome. You are in abundance. So the one thing that will change your life the most if you apply it, I promise you, is let go of attachment by letting go of the meaning you give to things. You let go of the meaning by becoming aware of the meaning and then knowing that you can change it. Everything is built— everything has no built-in meaning other than the meaning you give it.
This video will show you 3 things that you must do in order to heal yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. I'm going to share with you things that if you do will accelerate the process and allow you to feel like you are who you are meant to be. Now first off, let's understand this process at a deeper level and how it really correlates with everything that we do and really who we are. Now, how we think, how we act, how we feel is all interwoven into the being of who we are. Now, the same thing goes with how we are emotionally, mentally, and physically. These are all intertwined. If we mentally are feeling healthy, it's less likely that we are going to get sick physically. If we're feeling emotionally stable and emotionally fulfilled, it's more unlikely that even if we're not eating as healthy, that we won't get sick because we are balanced out in a way to where we might overcompensate on one over the other. Now in general, this technique and these 3 things I'm going to share with you will help balance all 3 of those out by becoming aware of this correlation. Now understand that when it comes to how we emotionally feel, there are thoughts that we think that then cause us to feel a certain emotion based on the meaning that we give to to certain things in our life and that based on that there is a chemical reaction that happens in our body to that. Now that's physically what then may manifest as some type of feeling and when there are certain patterns of feeling over time that will cause some type of symptom. Now the symptom could be just joy or happiness, but on the other side of that there may be the feeling that we, you know, get with disease, which we could also relate to disease. So dis-ease equals disease. We are not at ease.
Now the body will always do everything that it can to remain in homeostasis.
Now understand that the first step to this process and the first thing that you must do is be grateful that your body is giving you this kind of message. Now if you didn't have this message and you didn't have this ability to discern how you feel and the symptoms that come from it, that stem from it, then it could get to the point to where it just progresses until, you know, we die. Now we are lucky because we have a mechanism in our body that will let us know how we are feeling in correlation to what we are thinking. It will let us know how we are feeling in correlation to the food that we put into our body. And because of that, we can just start to gain the awareness and the gratitude for where we are right now. So sometimes people will find some type of sickness and the more they focus on that sickness, the more that sickness becomes a part of them. The more that they are focused on something that causes them negative emotion, the more that that gains power within them and the more that becomes their reality. So you may have maybe seen the movie The Secret where they talk about how powerful it is for us or somebody that is sick or has cancer to watch comedy movies, to watch something that increases their state of being, and it takes them off focusing on their disease and on their thing that they have, and then it redirects them to something that is much more fulfilling and feels much better to think about. So this is why when you shift your focus from the problem and you start to focus on the state of being and how you choose to feel and the gratitude that you can have by reframing what is happening, by reframing the symptoms, that's when you'll immediately start to feel your power back. So the reason I did this one number first is because it gives the underlying basis that if you do this, you will start to to feel better pretty much immediately, and then you could focus on the things that make you feel good. You could focus in the direction that you actually prefer. Now, the second thing you must do to heal yourself is the most powerful one. It is the thing that if you do will absolutely transform your life, and it has to do with forgiveness. Now, I've talked about this before, but the idea is that we many times are holding onto grudges. We are holding onto certain patterns based on what we are thinking that is correlating into how we are feeling and the kind of experiences we are having. So if we have resentment towards one specific person, even though it's towards that person at a deeper level, and this may be a conversation for a different time, but at a deeper level we're all connected and what we put out, any emotional energy or any type of thought patterns we're putting out towards someone else, in a way we're putting out towards another version of ourselves. So by thinking a certain way about somebody else, we are holding onto that energy and unless we let it go, that will manifest over and over again in different ways. Anger may manifest in certain accidents you might have. Uh, the idea might be that if you have resentment towards someone else or grief, that may manifest in certain types of bodily functions that aren't working correctly. There are certain different— there are many different ways that that can manifest, but the idea is that when you start to forgive yourself. And this is also about forgiving yourself, not just the other person, because you might be beating yourself up about something that happened. Forgive yourself. Realize this is the most powerful way to forgive. Forgiveness is the most powerful way to heal, and the most powerful way to forgive is to realize that everyone will always make their decision based on their own level of rationalization. Now what this means is that you were doing the best you could with where you were. So you can forgive yourself. Maybe you did something you shouldn't have done. You go and looking back now, you're like, I knew better, but I did it anyways. Don't beat yourself up so much. Somebody else may have done something bad to you. Somebody else may have stole from you. Somebody else may have abused you and understand that you can forgive that person because normally somebody that abuses someone else has been abused before. Doesn't make it okay, but it does make it so you understand where they're coming from. It makes makes it so much easier to forgive. Somebody steals from you, they may have a belief in scarcity. They may not— they may have a belief that they are not enough and that they have to do that in order to get where they want in life. So they have that. That's where they are at a level of rationalization. They have rationalized taking from you. That's why they did it. Doesn't make it okay. Just don't judge it and allow it to be something that happens. The other side of this is allowing and accepting it. Accept the situation for what it is. Don't dwell on it. Anytime we move from the present moment to the mentalization of the past, we are taking ourselves and we're escaping the present moment, causing resistance. Accept what happens, accept it, and know that it's there for a reason. And it may just be there for you to know that you can go deeper within yourself and you could start to love yourself more. So forgiveness is something that's easy to do. You can think in your mind, you can imagine your heart. Just imagine feeling within you and think to yourself, I forgive myself. I forgive anybody that's done wrong to me. I forgive anybody that's done anything to me. And as you start to do that, you start to release patterns that no longer serve you. Releasing patterns is the key to this whole thing because any type— we have a pattern that's consistent that will manifest in certain symptoms in certain ways, and that may be disease emotionally, physically, or mentally. Now, the third thing that we must do in order to heal ourselves is to let go of the outcome. This is something I've had to learn because even though I physically have been very healthy, sometimes I wonder and I look to myself emotionally and I see that there may have been remnants of my past, of things that have happened in my childhood, maybe being abused by my ex-stepmom or treated a certain way, you know, not allowed to have friends for a certain period of time. Period of my life until my dad divorced her. There were a lot of level of control that, that had over me, and I'm becoming more aware of how certain people treat us in our life growing up, how we enact those same patterns on ourselves. So now, for example, I'm becoming aware that I am so disciplined on myself, almost similar to the way that someone may have disciplined me when I was younger, and I am holding myself to a high standard because of success and all of these things in my life that I want to attain. But at the same time, it's important to understand letting go and surrendering to a larger process. You see, it doesn't always have to be something that you have to work so hard for. You know, sometimes working so hard and believing it has to be so hard can manifest itself in some type of burnout, which sometimes I may experience. And even though I love what I do, I love making videos every day, I love the part of being an entrepreneur. I absolutely love the process. At the same time, I realized that I must also take care of my own vessel. I must also leave time for pleasure that's outside of just my passion of what I do. And by letting go, by surrendering, I allow myself to heal in a much more powerful way. Now also let go and surrender when it comes to trying to control the outcome of your sickness. If you find that, you know, it's maybe some terminally ill thing, let go and surrender to to the larger part of yourself. By doing that, you let go of the resistance because the ego wants to control everything. And if you think that it's the ego's job to do so, you're negating the power of the body and the power that the body has to actually heal itself. So letting go, surrendering to the process is also such a powerful thing. Now understand also our subconscious mind is running a large percentage of our life and that, you know, the 5%, 10% of the conscious conscious mind can only do so much. So the key is to reprogram the subconscious mind. So what I did is I created an MP3, something you can use that uses NLP, which is neuro-linguistic programming, that allows you to use certain technologies and certain techniques towards reprogramming your self-image for the way that you see yourself. That's something that I give away for absolutely free. That is something I believe can transform people's lives. Listen to it as you were going to bed at night, as you're drifting off into those deeper brainwave activity states of being, you'll find that it starts to have a powerful impact on how you see yourself. So that's something that's absolutely free. You can download it below. It's going to be at the top of the description box. And other than that, it's something that, you know, when it comes to this whole process, know that they all interlink into themselves physically, mentally, emotionally. If we become more aware of all of those things, we start to gain our power back and then we can consciously decide how we want to be. Understand that as we also eat healthier foods, that will really help the process. You allow the body to heal itself naturally when you put in high vibrational foods, which could simply be nutrition, nutritional, like vegetables, nutritional dense foods. And as you do that, you're going to find that you feel better and you let your body do what it's actually meant to be and how you're meant to do. So remember, the first thing you have to to do is be grateful that your body is giving you this type of sign. Emotionally, mentally, you're getting this type of sign that what you can then do is secondly, forgive yourself for anything that has happened. Forgive other people for any wrong they may have done to you. Understand where they're coming from, from their level of rationalization. Understand people will always make decisions based on their own level of rationalization. That makes it easier to let go, which is the third one. Surrendering to a larger process, understanding the power and the job of your ego, but understanding it's not meant to do everything.
Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you the most powerful technique for healing yourself. Now for me, this was a game changer. This is something that when I first learned a lot of the things that I share in my videos, This kind of happened naturally. It was almost like I didn't really have to, uh, think so much about it. It was just, I naturally felt inclined to do certain things. Now the idea behind this is that if we detoxify our body to the best of our ability, our body will naturally start to heal itself. Our body is made to heal itself. Now I mean this in multiple different ways. I'm talking about this in the physical sense that we won't create as much sickness, that we will start to feel and have more energy. But I also mean this from an energetic level as well. I mean this in a way of like emotional well-being, of feeling better about yourself. And then at a different level as well, of it helps detoxify the negative thoughts. There's a book by Dr. Mark Hyman called The Ultramind Solution, and he talks about the correlation of emotions to the kind of foods that we eat and how if we eat bad foods, that has a certain effect on our emotions, on the way that our brain works. So for me, it was a game changer. This was probably about 5 or 6 years ago, maybe longer, maybe 6 or 7 years ago. And what happened was, is it kind of happened not accidentally because I had a little attention of it. But I found myself starting to just gravitate towards more nutrient-rich foods. I used to eat a lot of processed foods. I used to eat a lot of very heavy meats and what I learned to do, and I just naturally had this inclination that when I went through my awakening and I really just started to learn more about these ideas that I share with you, I had a natural inclination to detoxify my whole body. Now this involved, I remember, uh, 6 years ago or whatever it was, I remember I was naturally starting to take something called niacin. Niacin is a natural B vitamin and it has this effect that when you take it, it flushes your skin. It makes you like very red, but it detoxifies a lot of the built-in and like deep-rooted toxins. And I remember that just for like 2 months I took that continuously, like every day I would do it before I went on a run. Or I worked out and I remember that I was, I felt like I was completely detoxifying my body. I wasn't necessarily intending that that was what I was going to do, but I just naturally found myself like almost inclined to take it. I just felt like I should. And as I did that and I switched up my diet shortly afterwards, I found that it worked itself out in a new way. It was like as I was detoxifying the toxins in my body that were rooted in there from years of eating a certain way, from years of feeling a certain way, naturally my feelings and emotions started to change and I started to have a lot more clarity. I started to find that I started to feel better about myself and it changed me from the inside out. Now another part of this is with that clarity of thought, I became aware of the correlation with a lot of the limiting beliefs that I had. I also was coming to know that our, my beliefs were creating my kind of experience. So I simply decided from that moment on that I wasn't going to believe in sickness. I wasn't going to focus on it. I was going to focus my thoughts on what really served me. I started to let go of a lot of those things, and as I started to really detoxify myself from those toxins that were built up and I started to eat healthier nutrient-rich foods, a lot of green foods, I started juicing. I do a Vitamix every day where I put in a lot of kale, cucumber, spinach, and then a little bit of frozen fruit. And as I do that every single day, my digestion is good. I find that my body recuperates naturally, that if anything does happen, I have such a quick turnover rate. But I will say I haven't been sick in about 5, 6 years now. And it's simply— and I know other people that have also been in that same situation. And it comes from simply not believing that you have to get sick every year or have to get allergies, and at the same time having a healthier diet. That really does make a difference, at least for me it has. And what I encourage you to do is to really get in touch with your definitions about who you are, about what is normal for you. And as you start to detoxify your thoughts of the limiting beliefs that you have, You'll find that you don't get sick as often. You'll find that you feel more energetic and you'll find that there aren't like toxins that end up clouding your thoughts. Now let me show you my daily routine and some of the things I do to keep myself in this place. Well, I work out just about every day, even if it's a light workout once or twice a week, but mostly it's, you know, an hour workout when I go to the gym every week. What I do also is I go into a sauna for about 20 minutes a day. Now the sauna heats up the body and lets go of all the toxins. Now what happens when you get sick? Your body heats itself up and you start to sweat many times. Now there's certain things that we can do daily in life that give us the same effects and have the same effects as when we get sick. When we get sick, the reason our body is heating up Part of it is so that it gets rid of what it's trying to fight against. Now we can do that naturally by getting rid of the toxins, by going into a sauna, by elevating our temperature, by going for a run. There's many things we can do that end up putting ourselves into a place to where we don't have to get sick, but we must detoxify ourselves so that our body doesn't have to go through the harsh cycle. Now you can heal yourself and your body naturally heals itself when you take care of your body. If your body has to take so much energy to break down other things, to break down bad foods, then what happens is, is it doesn't have enough energy to heal you. So the power of this whole video is knowing that most diseases will be prevented if you take care of your body. There's a lot of research. Research in this when it comes to cancer being in an alkaline state versus an acidic state. It's one of the reasons I drink alkaline water and I have my own alkaline water machine. But simply, when your body is in an alkaline state, it doesn't get sick because when you're in an acidic state, there's more viruses that spread. That's just where those kind of things live. When you get into an alkaline state, they survive. The viruses, the diseases can't survive in that kind of state. So if you put in foods into your body, if you put in water into your body that puts you in that state, you're less likely to get sick. Now the other side of that is that when your body is 100% at full capacity for what it can do, you will naturally heal yourself in many different ways. You will heal your emotions, you will detoxify yourself. From the negative beliefs if you consciously have that intention, but it'll become much more easily to see because you don't have clouds clouding your judgment. So become aware of your definitions about who you are. Become aware of your definitions about how often you get sick and how you can simply be healthy. Start to detoxify yourself from the negative beliefs. At the same time, the negative foods that you put into your body, and you'll find that it can profoundly change your life.
This video right here, this is one of the most powerful videos that I made, and I highly recommend that you watch it 'cause it'll help you with what you learned in this video. There are certain things that we do that make our energy more attractive, and then there are also certain things that we do that energetically repel people from us.
