There are certain things that we do that make our energy more attractive. And then there are also certain things that we do that energetically repel people from our energy. And some of these are things that we subconsciously aren't really aware of. And when we start to become aware of these patterns, we're able to then let go of the ones that are repelling what we want from coming to us or the kind of people, the kind of things that we wanna attract to us. And what we end up doing is instead of repelling, we're able to then be in our own magnetic frame to actually attract those things. So in this video, I wanna show you the 5 ways to instantly becoming more attractive that will completely change your energy field. And what this will do is this will help you to stop blocking that which you want to create in your life, that which you want to bring in. It will help you to remove the blocks that you feel. If you feel like your energy at a certain point when you start dating someone, your energy starts to shift and you start to kind of repel that person from coming into your life, or even if from the ongoings of dating, there's blocks that come up when it comes to attracting people into your life, I'm gonna share with you how to switch those around and how to let those go so that you're gonna finally attract the love that you want, the people that you want, the opportunities that you want, and it'll be in a completely new way. Attraction is 100% energy-based more than anything else. Attraction has to do with energy. Some people might say, oh, that person is handsome, that person is pretty. Those are surface-level observations, but attractiveness has nothing to do with looks. There are people, and I'm sure you've met them before, there are people that may not look what you would consider to be the most pretty or handsome, but their energy is incredibly attractive. I've known people before, I dated people before that maybe they looked a certain way, but their energy's really what drew me in compared to maybe other people. And then at the same time, I've known people that it's the other way around. They may be very pretty or look very good on the outside, but their energy, makes them way less attractive because of how they are, how they're portraying themselves, or even just how they, you know, there's certain unattractive qualities. You know, sometimes people that get very jealous or people that are very, people that gaslight people, things like, there's certain things that some people do that can be the opposite of attractive energy that literally repels as well. So first off, let's just become aware that This has to do with energy. This has less to do with looks. This has more to do with energy. And every single one of you listening to this episode will leave this episode understanding more about your own self and how you can more so embody your true self to be that more attractiveness and to be more attractive just in general. This for me has been a complete journey, by the way, too. For a long time, I had blocks in love. I like even just as of like a year ago, I was having challenges when it comes to dating and my own sense of worthiness. And I'd have friends that were looking in at my situation and were like, what the hell are you talking about, bro? But really attractiveness comes from the inside out. You must first feel it about yourself. You must feel comfortable with yourself in order for you to then attract and to have, be putting out that energy. Now remember this, this is one of the, The cornerstones of this whole episode. People feel what you feel. People feel what you feel about you. So if you are happy with the way that you look, if you are happy with your own energy and how you are embodying yourself, if you feel comfortable with yourself, then other people are gonna feel comfortable around you. Energy is contagious. It's like if you have like a freckle or something and you're really self-conscious about the freckle and you hope nobody really notices the freckle or the mole or whatever it is, whatever it is, and then everywhere you go, every time somebody gives a little bit of a glimmer to that freckle, then you kind of like get nervous, then guess what? You're gonna be putting out that insecurity and they're gonna feel that off of you. I know a long time ago, my mom told me this. I hope she doesn't mind me telling this, but at one point she had a little bit of a, it's called a cyst, I guess. She had like a cyst somewhere on her face. And my mom would go out and it's just little, this little bump thing that eventually she had to go to a doctor to drain or something like that, but she was super self-conscious about it. But I remember one time she goes to, my mom also has a funny sense of humor. So my mom was going to like a Blockbuster. You guys remember Blockbuster back in the day? Some of you won't because you guys might be too young. I feel old now. But she goes to Blockbuster and she said that some guy, this guy she was talking to, he kept saying the word insist. So she kept feeling insecure about it. She was like, I'd insist that you get this over this and maybe insist that you do this. And my mom was just like, she was like, oh, come on, stop saying the word insist. Oh, I can assist you with that, or I would insist this on you. And my mom's feeling very insecure about it. And she was being very playful and very funny about it. But the idea is that what we feel about ourselves, we're projecting out there and people feel that off of us. But people feel what you feel about you. Even my own self, I'm not 6'1" or 6' tall. I'm like, right? I don't know. I tell people that I'm actually like, I guess, 5'9", you know, not very tall, but I guess it's average. And back in the day, I used to be really self-conscious of this because there's like that stereotypical saying that some women say, they're like, "I would only date a guy that's like 6'1" or above," you know? And I'd be like, "Oh, I'm not 6'1". I felt very self-conscious. But then what eventually happened is the more confident I've got over the last, 3 or 4 years, is the less I've gave a shit about it. And because I don't care about it or I don't like focus or I don't even think it's a, you know, I don't even think it's a bad thing. I just think it is what it is. You know what I mean? It's like people feel that off of me and I come off like my energy, I guess, is much bigger than my height. You know, like my friend Victor, he's like 5'11", 6 foot. And him next to me, there's like a 2, 3 inch difference. You know what I mean? But guess what? It just, it's like, it's almost like it doesn't matter. You know what I mean? It's something that I've changed how I feel about it over the last couple years. And I've also become more confident last couple years, not only because I've become successful and I'm doing what I love and I'm in alignment with myself, but the more I dropped that, the more I found myself, even when I was single, I'd end up dating women that didn't care or they were like, it doesn't matter. You know what I mean? But if I was insecure about it, I'm like, oh, they're gonna notice this about me. And then maybe they'd make more comments about, I don't know, who knows? You know what I mean? But like your own insecurities, the reason I'm sharing that with you is your own insecurities about yourself. You think about it a certain way and you project that out there. But unless you are dwelling on it and energetically thinking about it, a lot of times, other people won't even notice it or even think about it. It's only that we're projecting that energy out that they then feel that coming back. And I remember this other guy that I used to work with. He was, you know, I'm not being, I'm not trying to be judgmental or anything about this, but there was this dude I used to work with and it was a goofy, funny dude, but you would never think that some of the women he was dating, I guess looks-wise, that he'd be dating them. Like they're attracted to him, you know what I mean? It was kind of a, not a shocker, but it was just interesting because he was kind of a little goofy goofball, but he just had this like energy about him where he was just very confident. And he would always like date just beautiful women that like you wouldn't normally, I guess, on the surface think would be dating him, but he just had that energy. And it's the, it's attractiveness is not Attractiveness is not about surface-level things. It's an energy state. So one of the first steps and the first ways that you can become more attractive just in general and instantly is when it comes to validation, the less you need validation, the less, okay, actually let's, So editing it, let's cut it for a sec. So I'm actually gonna go back just a couple seconds to where I'm gonna, I'm not gonna talk about what I just mentioned when I was gonna talk about validation. It's gonna be a different point. So the first way, okay, one sec. So the first way that you become more attractive has to do with understanding that you can turn your insecurities into a benefit, into something that may even makes you more unique. You can reframe your insecurities. That's what I'd recommend you do. You instantly become more attractive when you start to reframe your own insecurities and you start to see them as special. You start to see like that freckle, that mole that you thought was something that was gonna downplay you, maybe that makes you more unique. There's, what's her name? Is her name Winnie Harlow? There's some Instagram model that has like a skin condition where She's like, I think she's mulatto. I think maybe she's half black or half white, or maybe she's black but has like, I don't remember. But anyway, she has this skin condition that some people would look at and she could put makeup on it and completely cover it up. But it's like she has this like white patches of skin on herself and it makes her extremely unique. And also in many ways that is like, that's her, actual power is having that uniqueness. And there's a beauty in that. And there's a beauty just in general with just the acceptance of the self, you know? I've heard of stories also of like people that were really famous actresses. Some of you might actually know who this is. I don't know who it is, but there was an actress that my mom and dad were telling me about from like the '80s or the '90s that had like a, she had a bigger nose. And what happened is she then got surgery on her nose to look like less big nose or whatever. And it was very hard for her to get work after that, even though on paper or whatever, she thought she looked more pretty. It was like what the way she looked before gave her more character, gave her more distinction to where she actually got better roles. And so it was hard for her to get roles after she actually got the nose job. So it's interesting, but realize that your insecurities if you own them, you will instantly be more attractive. And the way that you own it is you just simply don't see it as a bad thing. You accept it. A lot of times it's all about self-acceptance. It's like, you know, and then there's a saying, I've heard a buddy of mine, I forget who it was, but it's like, if you're 5'9" or 5'10", it's almost like you almost made it. "You almost made the cut of this whole 6-foot thing," right? Whereas if you're 5'6" to 5'5", you've just accepted it. Like, you just own it. There's some very confident people that are like 5', men that are 5'5" because they just accept that that's their height. They're not trying to be, you know, like a person that's 5'9" or 5'10", you normally add like an inch to it. And you say, I intentionally, I'm actually 5'9", but I sometimes tell people that I'm 5'8" because I don't wanna be one of those guys that like, adds an inch to it or whatever. But I realized that because my girlfriend's actually, she's like legit 5'8" and I'm for sure like an inch taller than her. So I'm like, maybe I'm taller than I think. But that's an interesting, my girlfriend's 5'8". It's like, maybe she's like, you know, maybe if I was insecure about it, I'd be like, oh, she's 5'8". She's only like an inch shorter than me. She's gotta watch someone who's like way taller. It doesn't fucking matter. It's all about how you feel about you. But if you look at any of your insecurities and you reframe them and you accept them, self-acceptance, you will find that it then has less power over you. That is something that's completely changed myself, whether it comes to my height, whether it comes to, you know, some people don't like the sound of their voice. Probably if you became more comfortable and you accepted the sound of your voice, your voice would naturally, like a nervousness would leave your voice and you would just sound good. You know, you would just accept it more. So self-acceptance really is the key to this because the more you accept yourself, the more attractive you are and the more other people then accept you. But we can't keep looking to the mirror to change the reflection. We have to first change how we feel about us. And the way that we do that is self-acceptance and reframing, reframing things and seeing it as a power, seeing it as a beauty. And as you do that, guess what? Your energy instantly becomes more magnetic. Now, the second way to become more attractive and more magnetic has to do with validation. So any, have you ever noticed this? The people that want validation the most get it the least. And the people that want validation the least get it the most. Does that make sense? Does that, why is that? Why is it that people that want validation the most get it the least and people that want it the least get it the most? The reason being is because non-needy energy is attractive. Non-needy energy is attractive. When you are detached, you are more attractive. Now, for a long time, I was needy. And I think it stems, you know, if we wanna go deeper in this episode, we could talk a little bit about that of the energy dynamic of the childhood trauma that many of us have gone through, whether it's just an attachment style thing, or maybe one of your parents was emotionally unavailable or physically abandoned, or you had to please your parents in a certain way. What happens is if we're looking for validation on the outside, we then, and a lot of times that stems from childhood, what happens is we then search for it in our relationships. We then search for it in other people. And the less we need that validation from the outside, the more we will actually get it. It's a funny thing. But for me to deal with this, what I had to do is I had to become, first, the first step is awareness. I'll probably show my tattoo a lot. Just 'cause I had a tattoo now, so now I have to show it, you know? But I just have a tattoo that I got recently. Underneath that ear says awareness. Awareness. If you can see this on the YouTube video, then that's where I'm showing it. But awareness. And 90% of all transformation is awareness. When I started to become aware of my own people-pleasing mentality and how much I was looking for validation from other people, it changed everything. And at first, I'm gonna be honest, I got very angry with myself. I remember that I was in certain situations even a year ago that I was in, and I'm like, why am I in this situation? Why am I being taken advantage of by this person? Or why am I overextending myself, overexplaining myself? Why am I in this situation? And I realized that at first I got very angry with my past self, and I even got angry at the people that I was allowing to treat me a certain way because I was mad at my past self for allowing it. But what I eventually had to do is I had to become aware and I had to accept that that was, you know, I was doing the best I could with where I was. And as I started to accept that, I started to realize like, where am I seeking validation from the outside? That was the first step of awareness. Then I became aware of certain childhood dynamics where I could tell that when I felt emotionally abandoned, when I was a kid, my way of mitigating that was trying to gain the approval of others to then get my needs met, to then feel validated. So one of the things that really helps with this, if we're gonna even a step deeper, is realizing that the shame that we felt growing up, shame means there's something wrong with me, the shame that we might have felt because we weren't getting validation, because we didn't feel empowered, the shame that says I'm broken, we can realize and first off become aware of that shame. But then what we could do is we can realize that our parents' emotional unavailability growing up had nothing to do with us. It's not because we weren't worthy. They didn't divorce because we weren't good enough. As little kids though, we internalize everything that happens when we're kids. It's all about us. Our parents divorce, it's 'cause I'm not good enough. Our mom's not, our dad or mom is not emotionally available, it's because of me, obviously. Like, I'm not good at it. If I was good enough, then they would be emotionally available. But when you start realizing, and also, like, I think there's a kid inside of us. There's, every one of us has an inner child inside of us that now we can intellectually understand this stuff. We intellectually understand that my parents were doing the best they could with where they were, but there's still a kid inside of us that's like kind of not necessarily maybe bitter, but maybe also just sad. So one thing you could do is you could start to give that attention to your own inner child. You could start to validate your own inner child from the inside out and to know that you're good enough, you're enough. And as you start to release that shame, you will start to feel completely different about yourself. So to instantly become more attractive, stop needing validation. And the way that you stop needing validation is you start giving it to yourself. What are some other ways you could give yourself your own sense of validation. You can know that you're always doing the best you can with where you are. You could, you know, they also say that how you do one thing is how you do everything. I'm a big fan of "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. It's a book. One of it's always do your best. Always do your best. I remember when I used to sell women's shoes, there were moments, there was this mode, this vibration I would get into that when I was, I was just, everything I would do was so much presence. Even just, I would be packing up someone, I worked in women's shoes, I'd be packing up someone's shoes. I'd put it in the bag, I'd put tissue over, I'd do this, I'd go above and beyond because there's also this phrase that I used to learn, it's from the book "Think and Grow Rich," it's called going the extra mile. And when you go the extra mile, people feel that. It's if you go to Japan, by the way, I've been to Japan before, you go to Japan, the way these people pack up things, is incredible. The level of detail they put when they wrap up your stuff is like they're putting the most intent and presence into it than you've ever seen. You just appreciate that gesture. That's just their culture. That's how they do it. But how you do one thing is how you do everything. So when you're being present and doing different things, it leaks into other areas of your life. So if you start to like approve of yourself you will find that you start to live in consistency with your word, another one of the Four Agreements. You start to feel more alignment within yourself. And that really does change a lot when you start to embody that aspect of you. So to need less validation, what you wanna do is also get to the core of your abandonment wound. It's a big part of this, the core of your abandonment wound. The core of your abandonment wound may be from emotional abandonment or physical abandonment when you were a kid. But really looking at that and realizing that your parents did the best they could with where they were, but that it's not your fault. It's not your fault. It really is not your fault. And as you realize, oh, it's not my fault that this person wasn't there or that this happened, you then start to free yourself from that energy and that core belief that says, I'm not worthy. I'm not enough. Maybe I can find validation on the outside. And that's really what validation is too. There's a core belief there that says, I'm not worthy, I'm not enough. And because I'm not enough, I need to overextend myself. I need to get validation from the outside. You know, I recently, I've talked about this in a couple of recent episodes, I think, but I went to an influencer party, the whole bunch of like influencers, many of which you guys know. And I could just tell myself, I could feel myself losing my sense of freedom. Brain, but wanting people's, certain people's, not even everyone's validation. It's funny, I'd go into like a group of friends that I have a really good rapport with and it was very natural as being myself. But then it's like I wasn't giving myself permission to be myself around certain people because there was a certain way I thought that I had to be. And when I was there, I could literally just feel the different levels of permission that I would give myself around different people. And I would in a way hold myself back from being my real self when I was around certain people because I wanted them to think about me a certain way. I was being manipulative. That's the thing with people pleasers and nice guys is when we want validation from other people, we will manipulate other people into liking us. And then as a result, they don't like us as much 'cause they feel the inauthenticity. Or we attract people that are also playing on that trauma. I've attracted narcissists into my life because they're on the other side of that wound of not feeling worthy and feeling like, you know, as an empath, you have to switch your frame up to be around other people. It's like it plays into that trauma. But if you want to attract authentic people into your life, the key is to be yourself and to give yourself permission to be yourself, which leads us into the third way to instantly be more attractive. Now, if you could, if I could summarize one main thing that would change your life, one of the most stereotypical things that you hear people say, when it comes to being attractive instantly or just being attractive in general. It's the most annoying thing you can possibly hear, but it is the most powerful thing that will change your life more than anything else if you really embody it. You wanna know what it is? What's the most annoying thing people say when you're like asking for advice or dating advice or something? Dude, just be yourself. Just be yourself. And you're like, well, which self am I supposed to be? Like, how am I supposed to just be myself? It's not that easy. I need to complicate this in my mind and make it some very abstract thing. Like, how am I supposed to be myself? But the thing is, is it's the truth. Be yourself. Be the real you. Give yourself permission to be the real you. Even if the real you is polarizing. Even if the real you wants to say something and you're afraid of what people will think. People respect it more. I remember one time I was at a, I was actually getting IVs at this place here in Austin where I was getting IVs with some friends. And I was in this big, I was in this group of like 5 people in this room, just like, it's kind of like a room where everyone's in a chair getting their IVs done. And there was a friend, I was there with a friend and then he had a friend there that was, an interesting guy and he was cool. He's like a friend now. And he was talking about IVs and he has like this IV company and he like works with Joe Rogan and like all this stuff. And when he was talking, he was talking about stem cells. And I remember that there was a moment where I was holding myself back from saying something I really wanted to say, but then I was like, fuck it, I'm just gonna say it. And it was nothing bad or wasn't even like this big old thing like I'm making it out to be. But basically what it was is, I was thinking about stem cells and he was talking about stem cells and this long process of like how this process works to getting the stem cells to do this thing that go in the body that do this thing. Or I don't even, I don't even know the science of stem cells really, but he was talking about it and there was like a conversation going on. And I thought to myself, like, what would I be like? I just thought what I was interested in with stem cells. I was like, what kind of research? I asked the question. I said, what do you guys, The thing that I'd be holding myself back from doing stem cells is when you talk about ancestral energy and how like the cells of our body carry within it like the history of our stuff and then our mom's stuff and then our dad's stuff. What if the cells that you're getting, the stem cells you're getting from someone else, what if that person has like, you know, maybe has been through a lot of trauma or maybe they have certain like, maybe they're a very negative person or they're very, like there's just a lot of trauma inside their body? Would it make a difference if you're getting stem cells from somebody that has a different belief system? You know, like I was really looking at like stem cells and belief systems, stem cells, and the person's energy that you're getting it from. Because if you were to get like, there's stories of this, if you get an organ from somebody, somebody like donates their organ to you, you take on the energy field a lot of times of that person in some way. There's a story of a guy that got some type of heart transplant. He's a big bodybuilder guy too. I think his name's TJ something Fletcher, CJ Fletcher or something. He got a heart transplant from a little girl. So he's got this little girl's heart in his body that's keeping him alive. And he started to have dreams, certain type of dreams that, and certain type of memories of this little girl he started to have. He started to become more compassionate and he's this big bodybuilder guy. So it's like if cellular, if organs have a certain memory, then how would that affect the person? Even stem cells affect the person, the body they're going into. So that would be like one thing that I would be mindful of if I was absorbing that kind of energy. So that was something that I ended up saying. I ended up saying that. I was like, that's the one drawback that I would have. And I could tell that for a second it made him think. When I told him this. And then he thought it was kind of interesting that I, I think he thought it was interesting that I said that. And he never thought of that before. So this thing that I was kind of afraid to say, 'cause I didn't know how he'd take it, or it was just this unique kind of different perspective, it's honestly kind of esoteric for the room, I think, ended up being something I could tell he respected me more for. It was more authentic for me. I got to express myself in a way that's like what I was really thinking. So it's interesting, but I was actually being more myself and I could tell it just had a different type of energy. Now, of course, that wasn't necessarily the dating, you know, side of things, but it was more so just, but just in life in general, that makes a big difference. So basically for the third way that you become more attractive instantly is to just give yourself permission to be yourself. Give yourself permission to be the real you. And as you do, guess what? That changes everything. It changes everything. And at first you might be a little bit afraid to say certain things, to be a little bit more polarizing, but also realize polarity is attractive. When you meet someone that's very centered on who they are and they're not afraid to express who they are, a lot of times they'll respect that. And it makes you more magnetic, especially when you're talking about masculine and feminine energy. There's a lot of spiritual men, I think, that like lack that. They're working on like really getting into their own frame and feeling present. And when you're in that, it's an energy field that comes off of you that's very confident. That people can feel when you're in that state. So something to be mindful of as well. Now, the fourth thing that I wanna share has to do with something called the frame technique. It's probably one of the most powerful body exercises I've ever used in my life. I remember that I started to use this and I would experiment with it in public. I was living in Sedona at the time. My shadow work integration coach taught me this. And basically what it is, is it has to do with bringing awareness to the side of your body. And you go out into public and you notice how people respond differently to you. You notice that certain people have like a different energy and they're just drawn to you more. And even now that I think about it, there was a, I went to a life transformation resort in, whatchamacallit, Costa Rica a long time ago. And there was this person that was teaching there and she was talking about energy. And she said like, "Everyone right now in the group, in this like audience, project your energy at me." And we were all projecting our energy at her. And as we were projecting our energy at her, she said it was moving her back, it was repelling her. But as what she then had us do is bring our awareness into our body. And she said that as we did that, she could then feel the pull towards us. Frame technique works very similarly. Now, the thing is, is when you've been through trauma or you've been through things in the past where you tune to other people to get people's validation, or you tune to other people, you're very empathic, what happens is, is you have a tendency to project your energy outwards. And because of that, you're then looking for validation on the outside, and that like diffuses your own energy and actually makes you less attractive. So the thing that you wanna do is you wanna bring the awareness into your hands, the awareness into your feet, and you actually want to feel the separation between you and your chair, you and the walls. Like I'm doing that right now with me and the camera, me and this little microphone I'm talking into. As you feel the separation, you are feeling more safety inside of your own body. And as you feel more safe in your body and as you bring more awareness and presence into it, it literally beams up your energy field. It's like powering up your energy field. And I would do this, whereas normally I'd go on a hike in Sedona and I would want people, I would say hi to people out of like obligation and like want people to say hi back to me. It was like this weird little subconscious thing I would do. Guess what? I would start to walk and I would not need anything from other people. I'd feel safe in my own body Guess what happened? Just about everywhere I'd go, people would say, "Hello, how are you?" They would like be reaching out to me. And I'm like, "Wow, I'm doing way less than normal. I'm just being here now." And guess what? It's a more attractive energy. So every single one of you listening to this, if you were to do the frame technique, it would completely transform your life. And it's one of the most powerful processes I've ever learned, ever. Now also, just to make a little quick, if you wanna learn the frame technique and you wanna go through a 21-day process of completely transforming your life when it comes to attracting love, when it comes to being in your own frame, which is something I'm gonna talk about in a minute, healing attachment styles, releasing energy blocks and love blocks that are keeping you from attracting love into your life, the most powerful course or the most powerful thing I've ever done is the 21-Day Magnetic Love Magnet. I'm gonna open it up while you're listening to this video or watching it, but it is one of the most powerful. If you've done it before, comment below and let me know if you've done the Magnetic Love Challenge and let me know what you thought of it. You can read below and see people's results with it. It was an incredible experience. But anyways, that's something that you can do too if you wanna know more about the frame technique. I also bring on my shadow work integration coach. He does 2 calls on it. It's pretty cool. So anyways, that's something for you as well. The fifth way that you can become more attractive instantly, it has to do with understanding something called frame. Now frame, we just talked about in the body. Frame, we're gonna talk about energetically. Now the thing is, is the thing you wanna become aware of, and this is honestly what we do in the 21 Day Magnetic Love Challenge, is what are your values? When you are feeling other people's energy, You are valuing other people's thoughts more than your own. You are valuing other people's validation. Now, one of the things that will make you more attractive than anyone else is when you switch around your values, which also links to your identity. So for me, I had to let go of being nice. Part of my identity was being nice, mitigating tension, not wanting to say things that made people triggered. And what I eventually did is I started to focus more on the value of vulnerability. Now I'll tell you right now, vulnerability will make you more attractive than any other value. Vulnerability. Now vulnerability doesn't mean that you're crying all the time or you're always like, but it means you are being authentic and you're really expressing your true emotions and how you feel. And that is attractive. Now, for example, when I, being the version of a nice guy that I've been shedding over the last 3 years, when I would date someone, I would like, I wouldn't, I'd be afraid almost to actually put like what I thought or felt about them right on the table because it was like this gray zone that I would play in. Instead of telling them, hey, I wanna go on a date with you, or I wanna do this, or I think about you like this, I would kind of just be nice, we'd be friends, but there wasn't that clear line. Well, it changed a couple, changed like 7 or, you know, when I obviously with my girlfriend, I was very clear with her and the girl, a couple, woman I was dating before that, I was very clear and I switched up this pattern and it changed everything. Now, a nice person or a people pleaser is afraid to let you know of their real emotions because if they do, they're afraid they're gonna get rejected. So they play in this comfortable little zone. So what I did is I actually was very clear. I was like, well, this is, I'm actually attracted to you and this is, you know, this is what I'm, this is my intention with you, you know? And by having that intention, it was very clear and it also is very masculine. It was very attractive to the woman I was dating, but also my girlfriend. From the very beginning with my girlfriend, I was very touchy-feely with her, not in a creepy way, but just like I was putting myself out there and I was like showing her I am sexually attracted to you. And that's the dynamic that I want. We're not just gonna read spiritual texts together. We're not just gonna have conversations about the cosmos. Like, we're not gonna coach each other. Like, this is the dynamic. It worked well because I was being very clear and honest from the beginning. Many of you may be afraid to approach someone to say, "Hey, would you wanna go on a date with me?" That means you gotta get vulnerable because you could get rejected. But realize the more you go into your vulnerability, the more attractive you will be. The more you could also sit in tension. Now with this, the other part of this is being the star of your own movie. If you're like, oh, I hope they say yes. Oh, I'm gonna go do this. It's like lead and be the star of your own movie. Be in your own energy field and understand that the more you can own that. And also, are you doing this in your life in general? How you do one thing is how you do everything. Now to be more attractive as well, are you doing what you are actually passionate about? I think a lot of like, the reason a lot of my videos may be magnetic, like a lot of people watch my videos 'cause they like the energy, is because I'm doing what I love to do. I'm in my own magnetic frame. I am passionate about what I'm talking about and people can feel that 'cause remember, people feel what you feel about you. So are you going after your passion? Because I've realized that I've always dated women that if I'm not doing what I'm passionate about, I would be dating women that also aren't doing what they're passionate about. They'd be working 9 to 5 jobs they didn't like. When I was working a 9 to 5 job I didn't like, I started doing what I love. My girlfriends that, like whoever I was dating then, are also doing what they love. My girlfriend, she is doing what she loves. That's how it works. So realize that how you do one thing is how you do everything. Commit to you being the star of your own movie. Have the courage to go into the unknown. Have the courage to put yourself out there. Have the courage to know you might get rejected, you might not, but the less you care, about not getting rejected, the more likely you aren't gonna get rejected. So the less you care about the outcome, the more likely you're gonna be accepted anyways. Have self-acceptance. Realize that the key for all of this, that it changes everything when you really begin to step into that power and you really begin to be that most authentic version of you. Now, there is a video that will very much enhance this that talks a lot about magnetic energy, how you can more so also let go of outcome and how to make your energy more magnetic than ever before.
