Like this video if you want more videos on letting go as well, but let's go ahead and get into it. Now, the only— I realize this first off, if you feel like it's hard to let go or you feel like, um, there's things in your life that you know If you did let go of, you'd bring something new in. The only reason it seems hard and you feel that resistance is because there is an attachment there. Now realize this, attachment equals suffering. What is attachment? Attachment is making something that is not you, you. So it could be the attachment to some type of a person. That person's not you, but you attach to the outcome of what they do or you attach to how they are being. And if they aren't acting, being, or feeling a certain way, you feel that, that loss of self. The reason attachment is so painful is because we are making something that is not us, us, and we are then basing our internal sense of happiness on something outside. Now I'll tell you right now that when I began to learn what I teach you in this video as far as letting go, it changed everything. It made me letting go of people, whether it was like an ex-girlfriend or something, so much easier. It allowed me to let go of labels. I used to have the label of having ADHD, not being able to focus. I had the label or the belief of feeling unworthy because of my past. I felt like I was, I didn't know why I kept attracting, and I was attached to certain patterns. I kept attracting people into my life that were the same exact personality profile as my ex-stepmom, who was very emotionally and mentally physically abusive between 7 and 16 years old. My dad divorced her when I was 16, and then I kept, I had a manager that was the same way. I had an ex-girlfriend that was the same way, similar pattern over and over again until I let go. Once I let go, within weeks that manager got fired. Once I let go, it changed everything. But the key to this is the awareness of this process. I've also seen this happen where letting go of what people think completely transformed my YouTube channel. I used to really care what people were thinking of me, especially like I had a certain box that was like, oh, I'm a law of attraction, I make videos on law of attraction. And that's what I became known for on YouTube. But then I realized I wanna talk about all this other esoteric stuff like starseeds and stuff that a lot of people would think is weird. And I was afraid of putting those videos out. But once I realized a couple things that changed everything, I was trying to preserve that identity, that law of attraction, that attraction person. And once I let go of that and I let go of what people think and I started to make the videos that I wanted to make, guess what happened? I thought people were gonna be judging me and it would like tear things down. It exponentialized things. I think I went from like 300,000 or 400,000 subs to like 600,000 or 700,000 within a couple months because of that mentality, letting go what other people think. When you let go, you allow in much more magic than you can even imagine. Now here is the key to letting go. This is the This is the part that I think is gonna really change it, help you change your life in this way. Now look at this scale right here. You've got fear, anger, neutrality. This is where you learn how to observe your thoughts and then neutralize them. Then you have courage, willpower, like Tony Robbins type stuff, take a lot of action, reasoning. Now reasoning is the intellect of the mind. It is how we think. It is our beliefs, our beliefs about reality. Are reflected back to us, the reasoning we have. And then above that is love. Now, love is unconditional. A lot of it— all attachment, all letting go is, is a release of meaning because reason is also meaning. Now, the thing is, is we believe that the meaning in our life is given to us or that meaning is fixed when in fact meaning is flexible. The meaning we give to things changes as we dictate that within ourselves. Everything, everything, everything is fundamentally neutral except for the meaning we give it. So the thing is, is sometimes we give things negative meaning that happened to us in the past because that's what we think we should be doing, or that's how most people would define it, and therefore we get that in this present moment right now. When we change the meaning, we change our lives. The beautiful thing about life is that life is meaningless means that we give it meaning, which means it's meaningful. But that is the thing. So in my painful past with my ex-stepmom, I used to give it a meaning that I was unworthy, I wasn't capable of much, I had to be seen and not heard. But then guess what happened? I became aware of that meaning, that belief, that story, And then as I became aware of it, I was able to let it go because here's the thing, once you begin to become aware of it being a story, that's when you can then let it go. When you think it is the way reality works, you think it's fixed, that's when it has power over you. All that happened for me to transform my past and how I relate to it was I changed the meaning. I realized the pain of my ex-stepmom led me to a spiritual awakening, which led me to doing my passion and doing what I love now, which is helping people wake up to more of who they are. So you see, there's this, there's this, this effect that it has. Now look at this though, all letting go, all attachment. The reason it's hard to let go of attachment is because of the story, the meaning we give to things. If it's hard to let go of an extra person, you have a story about them. Yes, there's genuine love there, but realize at the deepest level of reality, everything is reflection anyways. So somebody else in your life that may have been your soulmate, these deep labels that you can give them, they're reflecting that love that is inside of you back to you. The love is already inside of you. It's just that once again, the reasoning, the rules we have in our mind says that once I meet the specific person, Disney movies, then I will be happy. And therefore we prolong that happiness. Then we see that other person. And we identify our happiness with theirs, when in fact the happiness is always within us. The mind— think of reason as also the mind. The mind and the story you tell yourself about love, the person, and your attachment to it is going to be that which keeps you tied to it. That's why it is hard. The only reason it's hard to let go is because you're being rigid with the meaning you're giving things and the story that you tell yourself, and realize that happiness, the love, the joy, the peace that's already inside of you, it's just that you've been using someone else as a, as a symbol for that love that already exists. So it is a story. Now, it may also be a reasoning, the story, the beliefs, the meaning that you need to control different outcomes in your life. I've had to deal with this in many ways. When I started becoming successful on YouTube, it was because I was taking a lot of action and had a lot of willpower, but eventually I realized I was keeping myself in a little box because then I always had to— the ego always had to do everything. But I realized I started to get certainty from my ego doing things, so I had a payoff there. All of these things, there is some type of payoff that you get from staying attached to it. Even if the payoff is negative. We are attracted to either positive or negative emotional tension. That's why it's hard to let go of certain things. You may wonder why that— of somebody may go back to some guy that treats them like shit, because that guy may give them positive or negative emotional tension. Emotional tension is really the key to understanding attachment. Emotional tension. Think about any movie that you've enjoyed watching. It's because there's emotional tension. I watched a fight the other day, UFC fight. I know it's surprising Aaron watches UFC. I watched Kamaru Usman versus Jorge Masvidal. It was a fight that was on recently. There was very little tension in that fight because Kamaru Usman dominated the whole thing. It was a very boring fight to watch. When we talk about sports teams, if you see a basketball team get blown out by 40 points, it most likely wasn't the most fun game to watch. Why? Because there was no emotional tension in it. We as human beings tend to draw ourselves to emotional tension. Now, in physical sexual polarity, when it comes to that polarity between masculine and feminine, Emotional tension is actually necessary to create attraction. That is why many times someone may be attracted to someone that treats them bad because they're getting negative emotional tension. Negative, the mind doesn't know the difference. I mean, positive and negative emotional tension. The different positive emotional tension would be like being bold, teasing, Leading. Those are positive emotional tension. Negative emotional tension is negging, or negative emotional tension would be like negging, putting down someone, being mean. But see, somehow some people are so attracted to that. I know that this letting go video has gone down this other route, but I wanna share with you that we as beings, especially 'cause of maybe the way our parents treated us, 'cause of the way our parents treated us, it then socially conditions us to be and to look for that in different ways. So maybe you had some type of sport that you did that you feel attached to and it gave you emotional tension and that's why you're attached to it. Now, the key to this is being aware of how you are wired and being honest with yourself. Be aware of the story that you tell yourself about these things. And if it's unhealthy negative emotional tension, if you're finding yourself attracting the same guy or chick over and over again and they're just tearing you down, it's time to be honest with that. It's time to look at that and to see that there's some type of story there, some type of need that you think you need, some type of needs that you need met in order to be a certain way. The key to all of this is reframing the meaning to the story you tell yourself about your ex and the person that you're having trouble letting go with. Maybe you were in a relationship and they treated you a certain way and you felt attached, or maybe they loved you so much, you felt so attached, and now it's not there anymore. You're telling yourself the story that this is the one person that's meant to be with you forever, and because they're meant to be with you forever, you just feel this longing. And realize though that at the deeper level, that's a story. It's a story you're telling yourself. Not to say it's not true, not to say it's not your forever soulmate, but realize if you're attached to the story and the outcome that it's your soulmate and it means that, this, then that's where the pain comes from. Unconditional love has no reasons. You can love someone else even if they choose to be with someone else. That's unconditional love. Conditional love is attachment, reasoning. So there's a story about that extra person that's keeping that attachment alive. The story about the outcome, that you need to control things. You're getting some type of payoff. The payoff is certainty. The payoff of being attracted to this person is that then you have that emotional tension. Even if they're not with you, you feel that emotional tension inside of you, but you're not aware that you may be in a way craving that 'cause it may be the way your parents treated you. Our patterns growing up tend to sometimes play themselves out. What people think, if you're attached to what people think, you're literally deriving your sense of worthiness and validation from the outside. So if you don't get that validation, you then feel unworthy. That's why you care what people think. If you wanna let go of caring what people think, realize that it's just a story that you're telling yourself that you even need their validation. You've been socially conditioned to compare yourself to other people so that you buy more products via marketing, via how you grow up watching Disney movies and all this other BS. The way you break out of that is you start to actually go against the grain. You don't have to try to go against the grain, just be yourself. I started making, I make very esoteric videos. I have a lot of people that love what I do and I have a lot of people that don't like what I do. I don't care, I'm being myself. If I'm not being myself and I'm trying to live for other people, it's not a good outcome and I don't feel authentic while doing it. Let go of a label. There's an attachment you have to label. I had an attachment to ADHD, I had attachment to feeling unworthy. I used to have an attachment to thinking I was dumb. and then the meaning, it began to change. I began to redefine myself. So all letting go is, is an extension of meaning, and all you have to do is release the meaning by realizing that it's a story and that you can reframe the story by making a new choice about who you are. Now, if you want a meditation for letting go, I'm going to go ahead and link that below. Listen to that. That will help you to let go. And I also have a whole entire playlist on stop chasing, because a lot of times we're attached to the chasing of someone else, a chasing love. Go ahead and click that playlist, that'll be below as well. Other than that, like this video if you liked it, and I'll talk to you later. Peace, much love, and namaste.
