The MOST POWERFUL Strategy To Reprogram Your Mind For LOVE

Aaron Doughty explains how childhood wounds create energetic barriers to love, and outlines a reprogramming process: awareness of hidden stories, meditation in theta brainwave states (first and last 20 minutes of the day), and daily activation of a new identity. He emphasizes that 90% of transformation is recognizing these patterns, then consciously choosing who you want to be.

To let in and reprogram your mind for love, the most powerful way to do that is by letting go. You must let go to then let in. And in this video, I'm gonna show you the most powerful way to reprogram your subconscious mind to finally begin to attract love in your life. Now, understand as well, I have a chart here. I'm gonna show you step by step how to use this. I think this will completely transform your life if you apply it. And it's actually very simple. Now, first off, it's rooted in this understanding that we get in life a reflection of who we are being, who we are being, how we think, feel, and act, how we are in that energy is the reflection that we're getting back. Now, the biggest blocks that we have to attracting love is that many times we are being, we are thinking, feeling, and acting equal to a version of ourselves where we are not letting love in. And that is because we have not let go of attachment many times from our childhood that is keeping the love from coming in. It's literally keeping an energetic little wall around our heart so that we don't let in the love that could be coming. So in this video, I'm gonna show you how to let those walls go in a safe way. Where you feel safe at least. And then also understanding how to wire in this version of you being this. And here's the cool thing, you can use this to attract love. You can use this to create your dream life of living your purpose. You can create this, you can use this to create your dream health physique or your body or whatever. This is something you can use for any area of your life. But specifically today, we're gonna be talking about the belief system and understanding that of the attracting love. Now, first off, let me share with you my own transformation of going through this process because this is something that took me a minute to go through, but nonetheless I did because there were a lot of blocks for me in the beginning. Now, first off, there's a version of us that all of us are living in complete alignment with. We talk about alignment sometimes and it's like, well, how do I, how do I get into alignment? Well, the question is in alignment with what? You can be in complete alignment with the version of you that's not letting love in. You could be in complete alignment with the version of you that believes that all guys or all girls are inconsistent. And you could go live in alignment with the belief that I'm not worthy or that people always leave me, like an abandonment wound. These we can all live in alignment with. So the question is not about getting in alignment, but just what are you in alignment with? What energy are you embodying? Now, for me, the first step of this process is becoming aware of the stories, the subconscious stories that are on autopilot. Now, the subconscious stories that are on autopilot many times come from when we were kids. When we were kids, we had certain things that happened and we decided this is who I am. So we have these subconscious stories that we're not aware of. Now, the key is 90% of all transformation is awareness, becoming aware of the limiting beliefs, becoming aware of the stored energies in your body. And then the other 10% of transformation is simply making a new choice. It's making a choice to ask that person out. It's making a choice to end a relationship that is toxic. It's making the choice to become aware of a pattern that you may be embodying when you're holding yourself back, the choice to shut down emotionally, the choice to open up emotionally, These are all choices that are based on awareness. When we have the awareness, we can then change something or we can make a new choice about who we are. Now, the stories that I had that kept me in the familiar, which understand this is also a process of letting go of the familiar thoughts, feelings, and actions to why you're in more of the unknown, the unknown version of you, the unknown of like being in a level where you're letting in like emotionally available love, for example. The known may have been to shut that out, but that's the known and that's the familiar. So it's about becoming aware that there will take a certain level of all magic is created in the unknown. When you think, feel, and act and you're in the unknown, that's when new opportunity, new possibility, new potentialities can happen. When you're in the known, you'll create the same things you've always got. Now, the most common stories that I had One of them was, I know I've shared this in many videos, but one of them was that women are trying to control me because my ex-stepmom growing up from 7 to 15 years old was very controlling. And in a weird way, there was something familiar about that level of control. There is a reason I attracted women into my life after my dad divorced her that were always trying to control me because I had a belief there. I had a subconscious belief that says I need to fight for my own freedom. So I'd attract a girlfriend that was very jealous, or I'd have a manager at Nordstrom's that was almost the same personality as my ex-stepmom. So it was a constant pattern of me fighting for my own freedom and feeling like I was in a box. Why? Because there felt, something felt very familiar about being in a box, and I'd allow that. It was interesting, I remember one time going into work, we had a whole like 8 or 9 or 10 or 12 of us that worked in this shoe department at Nordstrom's with this manager that was very narcissistic, very controlling. Would have us do dumb things. She was protected by upper management though, so we couldn't get her fired, even though there's many things that she should have got fired for. I remember one time there was this new guy that started named Ronald or Roland or some shit. And anyways, he was working and then like the third or fourth day, she takes him out, starts screaming at him, yelling at him. And normally everyone in the department just knew this is just part of the job. She's crazy. And he was like, excuse me, you do not talk to me that way. "This is bullshit." And he walked out and quit on the spot because his barometer, his thing said, "I don't put up with this stuff. I don't deserve this. I'm worthy of more than this. I don't care if I have a job where I'm getting paid $20, $30 an hour, I'll go find somewhere else." And he quit. So it's funny because we tolerate that which feels familiar to us. I wonder if sometimes if all the other employees that I worked with had some part of themselves where they were allowing that in their lives. Like that was obviously a part of something they agreed to. Now for this though, the stories that we have that are on autopilot, for me for a long time it was that women are trying to control me. Until I honestly forgave my ex-stepmom, that pattern was in my life. Some of you may be attracting men in your life or masculine in your life that are very similar to your dad. And you're like, why? There's parts I don't like. Well, the thing is with this, interestingly enough, we all have something called an imago. An imago is this internal self-image that we have of what we think our ideal lover, our ideal partner is. And it is infused with both the most qualitative, the most positive traits of our parent and the most negative traits of our parent. So if you had like a dad, for example, that maybe was emotionally unavailable, there's something that feels familiar about attracting an emotionally unavailable man or masculine. Why? Because there's a belief there that says that also men are unreliable. Men are not emotionally present. Men are not available like that. It's interesting, but these things are on our subconscious. So the key is becoming aware of these beliefs. Now, for me, what I've recognized is that there's 2 or 3 main beliefs that a lot of people have, especially people that are in my audience that watch my videos. One of them is the belief that I am not worthy. There's something wrong with me. There's a belief there that a lot of times also worthiness is tied to conditionality, which means I am worthy if I act XYZ way. I am worthy if I tuck in my shirt, comb back my hair, get straight A's. I am worthy if I'm the perfect person for my partner. And then what happens is you end up overcompensating and that shame, shame means is the belief I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. That is one of the biggest blocks to attracting love, I'll tell you right now. Shame, there's something wrong with me because then you walk around subconsciously saying there's something wrong with me. And then people feel that energy off of you and they say, oh, there's something wrong with this person. There's something wrong with this person. Why are they overcompensating? So becoming aware of that was key for me. Becoming aware that I felt I wasn't worthy and that I felt that I had to be perfect and that I would always abandon myself to make other people, someone had to become aware of. Now here's the other part of this. That's one of the wounds. Another wound is, and this is also by the way related to internalizing things that happen when you were a kid that a lot of times you didn't have much control over. Your parents may have divorced. As a kid, you decided there's something wrong with me. They divorced, I must not have been worth it. You may have had physical or emotional abuse, a narcissistic parent, and decide there's something wrong with me. Why do all my other friends not have this, but I did? And one of the keys to healing this is realizing that even though it happened, it wasn't your fault. It wasn't your fault that mom or dad divorced. It wasn't your fault that mom or dad was emotionally unavailable. It was your fault that they maybe left at a certain point. It wasn't your fault. It's not related to your worthiness. It was just something that happened. And understand as well that everyone's doing the best they can with where they are. Your parents, they weren't doing it to be mean to you. They're doing it because that's what they learned how to do. That was their coping mechanism from their parents. It's all being trickled down, but now you're able to become aware of it and not live in that pattern anymore. So the key, the next one is the abandonment wound. Many times we have an abandonment wound where we believe literally that we must abandon ourselves to make other people happy. So this is where mom or dad physically or emotionally left when you were a kid. And then there was a choice that was made that says, I'm not worthy, back to the worthiness one, and people always leave me. So sometimes in relationships why people find that they may get into a relationship and then it's like they feel like they energetically mess it up because they have a belief there that says, there's something wrong with me and people always leave me. People don't stick around. Because mom or dad didn't stick around. Now, these are also normally people that are very empathic, that can feel other people's energy because as a survival mechanism as a kid, the choice was made, I must tune to everybody else to know what everyone else is thinking and feeling so that I can be perfect so that I can then get my needs met of validation, approval, feeling safe. So a lot of times what happens is these people have trouble setting boundaries with people. They will overextend themselves in so many ways. And one of the most powerful things to do is to realize that what you're doing normally is you're abandoning yourself to make other people happy. And the key is to actually pull your energy back. And what is the most attractive thing, as you'll learn coming down the scale, is to actually embody the real you, to embody that of what you really think and feel, to be more authentic, to be more vulnerable. To show up for yourself, to have a vision for how you wanna be in the world, to be moving towards that, to live in integrity with that. And it's gonna be liberating at first. It's gonna feel kind of unknown when you say no to someone that wants to hang out when you don't wanna hang out, or to say no to someone that's like crossing your boundaries. And when you do that though, I promise you, you will begin to feel liberated because the old version of you wants to stay familiar in this little box, not expressing, Keeping the heart closed. Remember, you must let go of these attachments. Now each attachment, by the way, has a payoff. What is the payoff of the abandonment wound? Well, then the payoff is that you can energetically stay small and not be seen and not rustle people's feathers. What is the payoff of not feeling worthy? You don't put yourself out there and you don't allow yourself to get rejected again because maybe as a kid there was a feeling of I was rejected, there's something wrong with me. It's like, oh, that's not safe. I don't want to have to face that again. So then a lot of times when people go through a breakup, it's like so hard because it's reflecting back that childhood wound of I'm not good enough. And they think it's the other person. This person did this to me. When really it's like, it's a reflection of the childhood energy of the abandonment wound and not feeling worthy. Now, what are the next steps to reprogram yourself? Remember, 90% of this is becoming aware of this. And then I'll talk about the exact process you can use towards the end of this video that will show you exactly what to do to shift all of this like this. but we need to understand each of the steps along the way in order to really create this transformation. The next step is called frame. Frame is being, and also relates to the abandonment wound, it's being in your own body, feeling in your hands, feeling in your feet, and feeling safe within yourself, actually feeling the separation between you and the walls, you and other people. This is also an energetic technique. I call it the frame technique. One of the most powerful magnetic energetic meditations you could possibly do helps you to get in your heart. Now realize as well, Through this process, you're removing the walls around your heart so that then you open your heart. All right? Now frame is where you allow yourself to actually be present inside of your body and you allow yourself to begin to activate that heart energy. And remember, the electromagnetic energy of the heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. So one of the things that happens is as you begin activating your heart, you literally perceive of new probabilities in your life. You literally will have a different energy that people can feel. Now, the frame technique is a way of feeling safe in your own body, and also it asks the question, what is your frame of life? Are you being the star of your own movie? Now, a lot of times people are trying to be the cameo in other people's movies. They're trying to be the cameo in other people's movies. They're hoping they'll call me back, they'll text me back. They're wanting someone else to come around to validate them. When you become the star of your own movie, you're taking the leadership role. And then what you do is you're able to then have a vision for where you want your life to go. You don't have to know exactly what it is, but the vision is you beginning to imagine the most passionate version of you. Imagine the version of you that's confident in your reality. Imagine the version of you that it's easy for you to set boundaries. Imagine the version of you where you're able to show up with courageous energy. Imagine the version of you where you're able to open up your heart and be emotionally available with someone else. Imagine the version of you that goes up to someone you feel attracted to and you talk to them with them. Imagine someone else that's— imagine the version of you that's able to express your true desires and intentions and needs in your relationship. Vision. Getting the vision of what that is then shows you and shows your imagination this is something that's possible. And what you do is there's two ways. Now I'll introduce the two ways to transform in from this identity into this identity. The two ways are one, meditation. Meditation allows you to become familiar with— as Joe Dispenza says, the word meditation means to become familiar with. When you meditate and you start observing your own thoughts, feelings, and actions, you'll start to become familiar with the old you, and then you can begin using meditation to then wire in this new way of being, what that would feel like. Now realize the energy you're embodying, if you're embodying the energy of it's not here yet, love's not here yet, I'm not good enough, there's something wrong with me, you get a reality that's equal to that. To bridge these realities, meditation allows you to go in the unknown and to feel it as if it's already here now, which is why the energy of gratitude is so damn powerful. Gratitude, the energy of gratitude in your heart is literally the energy of this thing is here now. So if you can feel gratitude that this version of you is who you are now, you will perceive of a different reality than if you embody the energy of it's not here yet. So gratitude unifies you with the unknown and using your imagination, you can begin to imagine that unknown and feel, you can begin to feel safety in that unknown knowing that that's where all magic happens. Now, vision is where you become aware of that. Now, meditation as well, when you're a kid, you're in primarily a theta state of brainwave activity. That's where you reprogram yourself. You're pretty much up until like 9 or 10 years old, you're in your subconscious mind brainwave activity state. Then you get a little older and you're, you start to hardwire your brain in beta and alpha state, which is more the conscious aware states. But the key, that's why a lot of the stuff that we do in my programs is around inner child healing. It allows you to go to the theta state, to go back to that inner child that's locked in that theta state to let go of the old emotions, the old beliefs that you can be this new version of you. Now, the other thing is there's 2 or 3 important times that you can reprogram your subconscious mind. Right when you wake up in the morning, you're coming out of theta state and for the first 20 minutes of your day, you can feel the energy as if this reality is you now. You are reprogramming your subconscious mind the first 20 minutes of your day and then the last 20 minutes of your day as you're falling asleep, you're shifting to the theta state. And that theta state's where you reprogram yourself. You're going from beta to alpha to theta. When you wake up in the morning, you're going from theta to alpha to beta, and then when you go to bed at night, you're going from beta, alpha to theta. That's the window to reprogram your subconscious mind or using the amazing power of meditation. Meditation, you get to a theta state and you begin to reprogram these things. So that's one of the parts of it. Now the vision, now here's the other thing, become aware of that version of you. You begin to embody it now using meditation. Then you become aware of your values and your values are like the beliefs you live by and they're like the, what's important to you. Now, when you become aware of your old values, a lot of times your old values are based on the unmet childhood needs that you had. For me, it was the unmet childhood needs of like, I felt I was seeking approval and validation from other people. So I was living in this kind of messed up energy where I was seeking that from other people. Now in the new version of me, my values were vulnerability and authenticity. So that meant expressing the real me. That meant if I wanted to set boundaries, I actually had the vulnerability to open up my heart to express that. And it became very, another value of mine was living my purpose. Another value that was a value of mine that I was going in the direction of. And as I started going in that direction, that's when you start to create momentum right around here and that you can start to feel that. And that's why I recommend doing a meditation like every day of like rewiring that version of you in. But then you choose your values consciously and you choose to live by them. And when you live by them, you live in vulnerability, which means just the ability to show the real you. Thing with vulnerability is in the past, we decided vulnerability wasn't safe because when you did show the real you, you got rejected. Mom and dad weren't receptive, something happened. But the key is vulnerability is the key to opening up your heart. This little thing right here is also, you could say shame. It's the belief I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. We create this little heart wall. Vulnerability is the way of shining light into your heart. Vulnerability is the way of expressing the real you. For me to be vulnerable, this was really the key to me really opening my heart. I would realize in relationships I'd be afraid of being rejected. I'd be the nice guy or the people pleaser. That's also normally stemmed from the abandonment wound. I was afraid to show the real me. So I would be dating someone, I wouldn't even really energetically show them, hey, I'm really attracted to you or I wanna date you. And I'd be in these weird limbo spaces with people I would date where they were like wondering, is this person, I'm gonna like take the lead here and do that. And I was like afraid to do that 'cause I wanna get rejected. What I eventually learned how to do is it took vulnerability for me to ask that person out. It took vulnerability for me to express my true desires. It took vulnerability for me to be the real me. And vulnerability is that. Vulnerability is you showing the real you. It's you asking the person out. It's you expressing your real needs. That is the key to opening up your heart. And the last stage here is activation. It's where you simply decide that you are going to be it. You're going to be this version of you every single day because it's who you choose to be. We are shifting through this. What quantum physics shows us that every moment you're a new you, every moment you're a new you, every moment you're a new you, and you can make the choice to be it right now. And that will allow you to let in this new energy. So letting go of this to let in this. The other second choice of this is choice and action. So it's, Meditation, similar to this awareness meditation and choice and action. It's the new choice. So these two things will transform your sense of identity from the inside out once you choose to actually be it. Now, there is something that is called the MAP, the Magnetic Activation Process. The Magnetic Activation Process is a step-by-step process that allows you to go from this into this version of you stepping into the unknown, having courage, vulnerability, You being it, you embodying the energy of it now from the inside out. Now, the MAP is a 30-day process that you go through that completely changes your identity from the inside out, allowing you to become the most magnetic version of you that's creating momentum on your dream life and that is really embodying these kind of characteristics. If you want to go through the 30-day program called MAP, the Magnetic Activation Process, it's inside the Magnetic Mastery membership. And you can join by clicking the link below. Go through, figure out and experience the map and watch how your identity begins to transform. And you go through and have a community help you along the process. There's accountability, things you actually do to wire this in. And all you gotta do is go to www.magneticmastery.com. You can join there. And then also, now if you wanna learn the most effective way to manifest love, period, then watch this video right here. It's one of my most popular videos for this topic. Attracting love is not something that we attract. It is something that is reflected. It is reflected back to us depending on how much inner self-love we feel inside of our bodies. And like that meditation I was telling you about,
