The Quantum Physics of Intention: How to Apply it Powerfully

Aaron shows how quantum physics principles like observation and intention shape your reality. The RNG experiment proves focused intention shifts random devices, while Masaru Emoto's water study demonstrates intention affects physical matter. He teaches segment intending: set specific intentions during morning meditation to guide your day.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you the quantum physics of intention, understanding how we can apply this and understand it from a point of personal development, and then how we can powerfully apply it in our life to change the kind of results that we get and to to really affect ourselves in a very powerful way. So before I get into the experiments that I want to share with you, what I first off want to say is simply having the understanding that we are affecting our environment or what we perceive based upon our focus and based upon our perspective and our intention gives us the ability to understand that we can be at the cause rather than the effect. And that's the one major difference takeaway you can get from this video is knowing that you are affecting what you perceive or experience based upon your thinking, your perspective, and the actions that you are taking. Now, the power in this obviously is that we get out of a victim mindset, a deterministic mindset of thinking that everything is always happening to us, and then we begin to switch it to where we then have the ability to be who we prefer to be, to take the action that we prefer, and to really just think in the way we want to think. Now, just to solidify this idea, I want to share with you an experiment that's called the random number generator experiment. And this is something that they have replicated over and over again over the years. And it's this simple idea that they have a machine that generates random zeros and ones. What they do is they put random people in front of this machine and they ask them to influence or to intend to see more zeros or more ones. What they have found over and over again is that if they do that, there is a statistical percentage that will go in the direction of whatever they are focused on seeing. Now, in the same way, what we can begin to realize is that the intentions we have, in a way the expectations, but generally the intentions we have are being impressed upon our experience. And when we learn how to tailor our thinking towards what we want to experience, we can see that The opportunities that we perceive in our life will appear to us when we are looking for it. And if you look at this even in a deeper way, the RAS in our brain, the reticular activating system, the selective focus, will always look for opportunities that it's tuned to, that it's looking for. So in the same way, we can apply both of these ideas and we can begin to look for what we want to experience. We can begin to do that and realize that whatever we focus on grows. And whatever opportunities we are looking for, we will start to see more of a reflection of that in our life. Now, the other experiment that I want to share with you is also involving the power of an intention, and it's something I shared in a prior video that I did on quantum physics, and it's understanding the water experiment by Dr. Masuro Emoto. Now, in this experiment, what they've showed is that if you put the intention over water of love, or you just simply put the label of love on water, what happens is, is that will crystallize. The water will crystallize in a certain way. Now, if you were to put the words love, it crystallizes in a certain way. If you were to put the words hate or any negative words over water, it crystallizes in a certain way, and you can see the difference based upon the intention. And the power of this is knowing that our bodies are over 70% water. So with that being said, understand that we are influencing ourselves in a similar type way, and when we become aware of that, we can start to watch our thoughts much more, and we can start to then focus what we want to experience, and we can start to tailor our environment in a powerful way, which may mean that we start to read books that are very impactful on what we want to experience, that we go places and surround ourselves with people that will help cultivate that type environment, and that that's a very powerful way of understanding that our intentions, that our words are affecting us at a very deep level. Now what I want to do is show you how we can cross-apply what we know about quantum physics and also what we know about personal development to really apply this in a very very powerful way in our life. Now with quantum physics and knowing that we are influencing by our simple observation, we can then see that with personal development, the one thing that comes up over and over again with personal development and something that you might read in Think and Grow Rich is knowing that if we have a vision and if we write down our goals, that has such a powerful effect on whether we are successful or not. And that's something that you'll see over and over again, is the ability to write down our goals of whatever we have. And in the same way of writing down our goals, that is influencing what we perceive, that is influencing the actions that we're taking, what we're selectively focusing on, the kind of opportunities that get brought in our life. So when we become aware of that, we can relate that to knowing that the intentions that we have, that the selective focus we have is affecting our environment in the same way, we can start to write down our goals. We can start to have a vision for what we want to create. That was a game changer for me when I started creating a video a day and knowing that there's something I want to be doing for a living. I started to make my hobby into my full-time gig. I started to apply so much energy into it, and what is happening now is that is becoming my full-time experience. In the same way, start to focus on what you love to do. Start to write it down. Actually write down your goals and look at them once a day and simply know every day you can visualize it, you can take action. And what you are then doing is you are affecting what you observe in your life and You are influencing it in a powerful way and you are bringing yourself closer and closer to where you want to go. Think of it, and it was something I was actually listening to the other day, was a quote or a speech by Arnold Schwarzenegger, and it was about the idea of a boat not having a captain or not having a direction that it's going. It just goes around aimlessly. Same with a plane. You can have the amazing engineering and the mechanism of a plane. but if it goes into the air and it has no direction of where it's going, it's just going to roam around aimlessly. Now, in the same way, we will remain in a limbo state. We will remain in a directionless state if we don't have the intentions or we don't have the goals. Simply have the intention or the goal to figure out what you want to be doing. If you're like, I don't know what my vision is for what I want to experience, as you start to have these different levels of intentions, you'll start to find that you become more more aware of what your passion is, of what you want to be doing, and that moves you closer to having the vision. So how can you apply this in a very powerful way? Well, I'd say first off, have the general intention that you figure out what your vision is. You will then start to look for the signs. You will start to see the patterns. You'll start to see the opportunities that reflect that back to you. What you can then begin to do is have what are called and do what is called segment intending. Now segment intending is something that I've shared before, but it's having little intentions throughout your day of things you want to experience. So I generally do this in the morning when I get up, I meditate for about 10 or 15 minutes, and in that, towards the end, what I do is what is called segment intending. I imagined the things that I need to get done today or that day, and then I have 4 or 5 of them that are specific things I want to get done, and I intend for them to happen in a certain way or to I want to have a certain outcome from it. Now I set that right when I'm in my meditation in the morning, and I find that it allows things to happen smoothly, especially if I have that intention for it to happen smoothly, and it ends up influencing the way that things go, and it also ensures that I'm accountable for doing those things that I intend. So write down your goals, understand the power of intending, apply segment intending if you want, and understanding that as you begin to do that, you are you are affecting your environment, you are affecting who you are being, and that therefore is going to change the reflection that you get. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, subscribe if you haven't already, and as always, I will see you guys on the next vid. Peace, much love, namaste. All right, bye-bye.
