The Scariest Secrets of the Universe: Insights from Mystics That Will Leave You Speechless

In this monologue, Aaron Doughty shares what he calls the "scariest truths" about reality, drawing on teachings from mystics such as Neville Goddard, Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, Sadhguru, Osho, and others. He argues that reality is fundamentally an illusion—a mental projection that mirrors our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. He illustrates this with examples ranging from placebo effects and multiple‑personality disorder to personal anecdotes about becoming a full‑time YouTuber and the emptiness he felt after achieving a million subscribers. Doughty emphasizes that meaning is not inherent in external achievements; it is created by the individual. He explains that we are pieces of a universal source energy (God) and that recognizing this shifts us from a victim mindset to empowerment. The video repeatedly stresses that love is our natural state, that attachment creates resistance, and that letting go—through awareness, breathwork, shadow work, and meditation—raises our vibration. He promotes a 7‑day emotional‑freedom challenge and a free meditation to help viewers release lower‑vibrational emotions and sustain a higher‑vibrational state. Throughout, he blends mystic philosophy with practical self‑development advice, urging viewers to see life as a dream‑like simulation, to own their beliefs, and to live more joyfully and authentically.

In this video, I'm going to share with you some of the scariest truths about our reality according to mystics. When I learned some of what I'm going to share with you in this video, I went through a little bit of a sad period where I felt kind of sad, but then on the other side of it, I went through one of the most empowering realizations I have ever had. Once I really took responsibility for these truths and it completely transformed my life And so many clients, so many people I've seen that have this one epiphany have completely transformed their life by embracing the truth of what I'm sharing with you in this video. What many mystic people over the last hundreds of years have come to realize, and some things that just aren't taught in school, things that aren't taught in our society, things that I believe are held back from people really knowing about themselves because I believe that at a certain level, when people are in a box and they're disempowered, they stay in the box, they're easier to control, and that may be a reason why these aren't more universally known. And sometimes I think also people just don't want to know the truth. It's like just safer. It feels more comfortable to be in a little bit of a box, to be working a job that maybe someone's not passionate about, and to stay in that little hamster wheel. Now, these things I share in this video, by the way, are inspired by that of mystics such as Neville Goddard. He's one of them. Eckhart Tolle, another one of them. Some of these people are considered to be either enlightened like Eckhart Tolle or Osho, a little bit more controversial there. Sadhguru, we're talking about that of also Alan Watts. These are all principles that these mystical, very, like these very impactful and influential mystics of our last couple hundred years have had on society. And there's something about what they share that just resonates with people because they've all had huge followings and people that have really transformed their lives from the awareness and the energy that has been shared. Now, the first one I wanna share that is one that completely transformed my life is understanding that reality itself is a complete illusion. Now, sometimes we think of this as a metaphor, but I remember when I first learned this, I learned that everything, and I read this somewhere and then I started to apply it, but I realized that everything in reality is a reflection of the mind. It is a reflection of the mental state of being, and our beliefs are, and our thoughts and emotions are being reflected back to us. Now, you might say, well, okay, Aaron, that's like the law of attraction. This is like something that, you know, the movie "The Secret" showed. This is not enlightenment theory, but there's a deeper level to it. And that is that at our core, we are source energy. This is what a lot of the mystics have said, that we are God, source energy. We are connected to this one power that we're all a part of. Now, what's happened over time and in society is that we've been led to believe that we are not a piece of the puzzle called God. We've been led to believe that we must worship the puzzle outside of ourselves without realizing that we are a piece of the puzzle. And what if a lot of the way that society has set up religion has been so that we don't believe we are a part of this universal consciousness? We don't believe we're a part of it. We believe we are sinners, we're bad, and that we must in a way believe that everything is outside of us. And what happens is there's a lot of disempowerment that can come from that and a lot of searching for something that's on the outside, not knowing that it is on the inside. So at the fundamental core, what these mystics have known is that yes, reality is an illusion based on our beliefs and what we believe to be true. We experience a reflection of that in our life. This means if you believe that people in life manipulate you, you will attract yourself into situations where people manipulate you. If you believe that love is hard to find and that there aren't a lot of people out there that think like you, that you would resonate with, then you will attract yourself a reality where that's the case. And at the fundamental core, What these mystics knew is that reality has no built-in meaning other than the meaning we give it. Other than the meaning we give it is the experience that we will have from it. And even when you think of this, if you take out the spiritual woo-woo stuff, you think of a placebo. A placebo, where when people take something and they believe it's gonna help them, it helps them. If they take something they believe is harmful, then it will be harmful, and it could just be nothing. It could be like literally salt water or something with no chemical in it at all. There's a story I heard yesterday that really depicted the power of the placebo and how everything in our life is mental. There was this guy that went to this doctor because he had like golf, he had like tennis ball-sized tumors in his body. And what happened is the doctor thought he was gonna die, that this guy was gonna die. But however, this guy read something about this pharmaceutical thing, this drug that could cure it. And even though his doctor said what he said, He ended up taking this thing that he believed would cure it, and guess what? It did. It melted away these tumors. And when the doctor was like dumbfounded, like this guy was supposed to die, like there's no one, no one else has lived through this, and like 5 days later he's completely cured of it. And then what happened is like 2, 3 months later, that guy that believed that this thing would cure him because he read something about it, He then found ulterior, or he found alternative evidence that said that actually that drug that he took doesn't last or it actually isn't effective. Within weeks, everything sprung back up in his body. He had the tumors again. And then he went back to the doctor and the doctor was like, oh, it all came back. But then the doctor thought, well, if he was able to believe that this medicine had these powers or had the ability to heal him and then it did heal him and then he read something that said it didn't actually work and then everything sprawled back up in his body. Maybe I could just, so what the doctor did is the doctor told him, actually those articles that you saw that said that pharmaceutical thing or whatever didn't work weren't actually accurate. There's actually at a higher dose, it is even more effective than they thought. So he gave them, he gave this dude that same thing and within weeks it cured it again and he was cured of it again. However, he didn't actually give him the drug. He gave him salt water because the dude's mind, the dude believed he was able to heal. The dude believed and surrendered to that and then that became his reality because it's created in the mind. Now, unfortunately, what happened again is he found some more conflicting evidence. The dude ended up dying eventually, but he went through these waves of healing himself and then not believing in it, all reflective of his mind and what he believed to be true. So isn't that interesting that based on what we believe to be true, it affects what we will experience and how we will feel. Take this a step further, by the way. They have proven this with people that have what is called multiple personality disorder, where they shift. People have this disorder where they shift from one personality to another. There was a, what was that show called back in the day? The United States of Tara or something like that. I remember watching that like 10, 15 years ago. Anyways, there was a, The idea is that someone has one personality, might be Bob, then they may shift to Jim. And what happens is when they shift from Bob to Jim, maybe Bob is a nice guy, he's super attentive to other people, and he has like a certain personality. Then he shifts to Jim and Jim is much more assertive. He's a cool guy. What was that other movie? Me, Myself, and Irene with Jim Carrey, where he shifts to these different personalities he doesn't remember. Here's what they've shown though. One person, maybe Bob, has a certain personality structure, has a certain thought process, but then what happens is when he, he may even have a certain eye color, by the way, and then he may shift to Jim. And when he shifts to Jim, he may have not had a disease or cancer. 5 minutes later, he shifts into the Jim personality, 5 minutes later has cancer. When he shifts to a certain personality, he may have certain disorders. He may like certain foods. He may hate certain foods. He may wear certain clothes. They've proven this and they've shown this with people with multiple personality disorder where one minute you have some, you're completely healthy, and then 5 minutes later you shift to a different personality and then you have cancer or something else, then you shift back and you don't have it anymore. What is reality? What, why does that happen? You every moment are shifting to a new you and depending on what you believe to be true is the reality and the filter through which you see reality. So how can you apply this in your life? By becoming aware of what you believe to be true, by becoming aware of what definitions and what beliefs you've bought into and realizing they can shift like this. You think, oh, well, I'm this gym personality. It doesn't mean you need to like create new personalities for yourself. But when you become aware that reality is way more flexible than you priorly thought, reality can also become more magical. Maybe reality's meant to be magical. In my own life, there was a moment, and I know I've shared this before, but there was a moment in 2017 where I decided from this point going forward, I am a full-time YouTuber. I started making videos every single day on YouTube, no matter what. I learned how to edit. I didn't have it all figured out. I learned how to create thumbnails for YouTube. Like I learned and I became the full-time version of Aaron and that became my reality. I gave myself permission to take on that identity. And now why is this depressing though? Because in the same way that everything has no built-in meaning, some people find that depressing and I did for a while. For me, it was depress— I realized like, okay, so getting a million followers on YouTube, this is the goal. Ooh, if I get a million followers on YouTube, I'll feel so good. Then guess what happened? When I eventually attained that goal, took me like 3 or 4 years, million followers on YouTube, I thought it was gonna feel amazing. I realized, wait, this is just a mental projection. There's really no meaning to having that. There's no built-in meaning other than the meaning I give it. I gave it as a symbol that when I obtain 1 million subscribers on YouTube, then I will feel amazing. But it's really a neutral thing. There's no built-in meaning other than the meaning you give it. And in the same way, I realized that, and I felt kind of empty for a couple days. Now, the other side of this though is based on there's no built-in meaning, I was able to look at my past. I was able to look at the things I went through as a kid. And whereas before that would weigh me down and felt very heavy, I was able to look at the control I experienced growing up, having someone that was controlling my life until I was 15 years old, the energy that came with that, a lot of resistance, a lot of like I had to be a rebel and fight. I then saw that that I could reframe that and look at that from a new point of view. A lot of the abilities and the impact that I've had in the world has come from the pain I went through as a kid. I transformed the meaning. Now I'll share another way as well that this was like an epiphany for me when it came to that of learning about this. And that was when I was in forensics debate in high school. So forensics debate in high school, basically what happens is I would go into these debates where there'd be a topic and I would debate on it and I wouldn't get to pick my side. So say the most common one that I always remember is juveniles charged with violent crimes should be tried and punished as adults. So we'd have to argue for that and against that and go to a debate tournament and argue both sides. Like not argue both sides at once, but one competition, there are judges there and I'm debating other kids. Like another kid, it's like one-on-one and there's cross-examination and it's like, it's public speaking. And I was super passionate about it in high school, but I didn't get to, there were times I'm like, oh, I really personally believe this. And I would believe like I'm pro this. Then I would do the research and I would find, well, actually I could see how this could also be true over here. Evidence could be spewed either ways and you'd be arguing evidence. Sometimes I'd go into something believing one thing and then it would completely shift my perspective afterwards and I would realize, actually, I actually believe this now once I had enough evidence, but I could see both sides of the coin. And that's when I realized that like everything, a position, what you believe can always be protected from a certain identity, from a certain perspective. However, At the same time, both can still be true depending on your viewpoint because there is no built-in meaning of reality other than the meaning you give it. That was the trippy thing about this. I could clearly see where in situations things would be one way or the other way, and that's helped me because I think one of the core principles of what I teach on YouTube is that everything in life is fundamentally neutral except for the meaning you give it. And in the same way, you believe something, like if you go online right now and you look up that, you know, the world is made, the world is a giant honeycomb or it's a pineapple or something, you will find loads of evidence that the world we live in is a pineapple or some shit. You will find, and then you will find other videos that say that. I mean, I'm just using a really random, like super out there example. But like, for example, people go online, they type in the Earth is flat, and then they go out and then they see thousands of videos that say the Earth is flat, we never went to the moon, and then by like 6 weeks later, you were just totally convinced that the Earth is flat. Even in this video, me sharing this right now, there will be people that are triggered by me saying that and they will comment below and say, Aaron, the Earth is flat, it's all conspiracy, blah, blah, blah. And my perspective on that, by the way, is that It's a little bit of both. On one hand, reality, we live within the sphere of reality that is a simulation, and we do have these things that are planetary spheres of energy. And what happens is we may be in this metaphor of a reality that is circling or whatever around different larger pieces of reality that are just these symbols, these logos as they were called in the Law of One. At the same time, we live in a form of simulation where when we go out into the world, the world does appear to be flat. And at the end of the day, what difference does it really matter? Well, people are lying to us and blah, blah, blah. Is your day-to-day life not gonna change that much whether the world is flat or whether it's a sphere, an oblong thing that is going around? You see what I mean? Like anything can be rationalized from any specific perspective depending on what you believe to be true. Now, first off, Neville Goddard said that our outer world is a reflection and a manifestation of our inner state. And that through our thoughts and our power and our beliefs, we change our reality. That's why you must go to the inner. And also what I love about Neville Goddard is he talked a lot about how we are a piece of God, of this source energy. Whereas a lot of people search for this on the outside. It's like me searching for a million YouTube subscribers so that I could feel worthy or whole or complete. And I believe it's gonna make me feel a certain way when I realize, wait, I just believe that. So I have this carrot on a stick that I'm chasing and then I realized, you know what, actually I have, I have value for just being me and versus the outcome of the million subscribers. I enjoy the process of helping people, of making these videos. Even Alan Watts would say everything is mental and that the universe is expression of our consciousness and our perception of reality is shaped by our beliefs and our ideas. That's Alan Watts. Very similar to Neville Goddard. On a different context, Eckhart Tolle, still alive, enlightened, talks about, I believe he's enlightened, talks a lot about mental thought patterns. He says our thoughts and beliefs create our experience of reality and that we can transcend our mental patterns and connect with a deeper sense of presence and awareness. So whereas a lot of law of attraction teachings People are trying to manifest things. Oh, outer reality is a reflection of my inner reality. How can I change the inner reality to get that thing? 'Cause that thing will make me happy. What mystics have said and what has been showed is that those things you think will make you happy will not actually make you happy. Getting all the followers in the world on social media, getting and being in the relationship that you've always wanted, Things will come up in the relationship unless you look at yourself, unless you realize that that relationship is a reflection of your relationship with yourself. There's really only you in reality, but there's a deeper sense of presence that you can connect to, present to the moment, feeling connected to everything, realizing that everything is a reflection of you. Think about it. When you say everything is mental, everything is mind, it's actually quite literal in the sense that if I think that I am seeing right now this white remote, what is happening is I'm looking at it, my mind is interpreting what this is, and it's seeing the filter for what I consider to be white. It's all happening in here. I could say, oh, right now I am even feeling this remote, but really, The sense perceptions, the senses are done through the mind. This is when we get into like the Matrix movie type stuff. The 5 senses we experience reality through are done through the mind, are done through the experience. And this is why I think not getting lost, this is why I think a lot of society as well is all about dopamine, it's all about sensation and people are constantly doing all of these things that like desensitize themselves versus finding a deeper sense of meaning on the inside. So some of the scary truths that these people have talked about is one, that reality is an illusion. It's literally an illusion that we believe to be true. And in the book, "Autobiography of a Yogi," he also talks about this. In the book, "Autobiography of a Yogi," He talks about how literally reading that book will help you realize how magical life can be. He literally would experience things that, he would experience things that you couldn't even believe unless you saw it. And you could, Paramahansa Yogananda was very mystical. One of the greatest teachers or like the books I've ever read is Autobiography of a Yogi. But he had these experiences with enlightened people, like people that were able to make things appear instantaneously, people that would come back from the dead. And even his guru, Sri Yukteswar, I always say the name wrong, but basically his guru, after he died, came to him when he was in meditation and showed him what the higher dimensions are like. And you can read, it's chapter 43 in Autobiography of a Yogi. It's my favorite chapter. But basically, not only is life an illusion, this is a dream, the Maya. What we are doing is waking up and realizing this is a dream, so why not enjoy the dream? And why not also live in this dream realizing that one day it's gonna end? That's another thing all the mystics say is that this is all temporary. Everything is temporary. You wanna talk about letting go? Letting go becomes easier when you realize you're never gonna win the game of letting go. Like you're never gonna win the game of attachment is what I meant to say. You can hold on, you can hold on, you can hold on. Even if you're in a relationship with someone your whole life, eventually you're gonna die. And maybe you don't wanna be with the same person for, you know, I won't say that. I was gonna say some, my mom was once married to this guy that was, I'm not saying anything bad about the Mormon religion, just so you know. But my mom was telling me, my mom had this ex-husband, then this guy, he was Mormon. And he said that when he, like when you get married in the Mormon religion, you marry for eternity, eternity, forever. So this life right now, I guess there's a belief there that we will be together forever. You may have lived, you live like 80 to 120 years, 150, 180 years if you're like Dave Asprey or something, you're just super hopeful. Attached to this body, attached to this life. And your soul is thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and hundreds of millions of years old. You are an eternal spiritual being having a temporary human experience. But in this life, there's a belief, I'm gonna choose to be with you for eternity. I guess that also doesn't have the awareness that maybe there's different, there's parallel lives. Eternity is a long time. Maybe that's my own, that's my own intimacy. Like eternity. Wow. That's a long time. But death is not the end. The mystics have showed many times again that you are, that we are eternal spiritual beings dreaming right now. This is who we are. And I will say, I'm not saying everyone needs to do plant medicine. I'm not saying that, but I do, I have done plant medicine. I have done and had very mystical experiences where in a way I've woken up to a higher aspect of myself and realized that I am dreaming right now. This is who I am. I have gone a place that I've never actually left, but I forgot. It's like I'm there right now dreaming, projecting my consciousness here. It's trippy as hell, to be honest with you. But it made me realize, have more fun. Not everything needs to be so serious. You can enjoy, enjoy, enjoy this life. What if as beings that we are right now, what if we normally don't have the ability to like eat food? Anybody seen that? What's that movie? Inside Out? Inside Out? It's like a movie with like a cartoon movie and it's like, these spiritual beings come to Earth and it's like when you're born, you get to eat food where you're like, when you eat the pizza, you absorb the pizza, you enjoy the pizza. In the higher dimensions, in that movie Inside Out, it's like they eat the pizza and they immediately just poop it out. It's like poof, just like that. You don't even get to enjoy it. But what if here you get to feel using the 5 senses, which is also connected to your mind, you get to feel the blades of grass. You get to hug a tree, smell the air, bathe in a waterfall. You get to go hiking in beautiful locations. You get to make love and experience the essence of someone else, of that connection. Maybe in the higher dimensions it's different. Maybe it's better, but maybe it's a little different. You get to eat delicious food. Fresh food from Earth. You get to experience and play with animals. You get to experience and have connections in a very different way than maybe the higher dimensions. We came here to experience this shit, but we forget. And then we take it all so serious. And then we give meaning to shit that may not really matter at the end of things. I gotta work this 9-to-5 job I hate. I gotta go to work. I gotta pay my taxes. I gotta do all this stuff and I gotta stress about it. I'm on this hamster wheel, running, running, running, running. Not realizing life could be way more fun if you allowed it to be more fun and you realize the truth, it's an illusion. Now, does it, like there are certain rules of this illusion. In 2012, I wanted to ascend into a higher reality and I said, screw it to the monetary system, screw it to all these things. I ended up screwing up my credit for 7 years and I like became irresponsible and I learned from that. But there's a certain balance to this where you realize the rules of our reality. It's like, if it's all an illusion, can you just go fly? Can I just go fly and jump off the Grand Canyon? No, no, 'cause there are certain rules of this reality. And maybe like the Robert Bannister thing, the 4-minute mile, once one person does something we thought was impossible, more people can do it. And maybe one day we have rocket, maybe one day we can, but not right now. It's not in the collective consciousness right now. So on one hand, death is inevitable. We're gonna die, so we might as well live now in the present moment. We might as well enjoy life and realize that we can enjoy it. We came here to enjoy it. But on the other hand, realize you're an eternal spiritual being living a temporary human experience. So it's like both sides. It's like, yes, you're an eternal spiritual being, but also this life, you came here to learn as much as you can. And if you treat this life like it's gonna be forever, then maybe you get nothing done. But like, there's an urgency to living. Like, live. Like, if you're working a 9-to-5 job you hate and you're just being told what to do by your boss and you're tired of it and you feel like it's sucking your soul, realize you may be playing a part in this reality. You may be playing a part that no longer resonates. You may be playing the avatar of somebody that's just outdated. That's just not the real you. But the moment you realize you are the one that came here to shift, you came here to embrace your star role, you didn't come here to be a cameo in everyone else's movie, you came here to be the star of your own movie, that's when things really begin to shift. Now, Beyond just this, when we talk about, I talked already a little bit about like creating your own reality. Mystics show that we are creating our life experience. And you know, I was listening to this thing on a podcast the other day and I kind of get it and I kind of understand it, but also I have a little bit different perspective, but it's like thinking better thoughts, okay? Like thinking better thoughts, is that enough? And then taking action, is that enough? And the argument was like, if you're taking action, that's more self-help, that's more personal development type energy if you're taking action. But if you're thinking, then it's just metaphysical kind of woo-woo, right? I believe it's both. It's both. You think and like, 'cause there are people that take a lot of action that don't get good results because they believe that it's not possible for them. They haven't looked at their own shadow. They don't even know why they want what they believe they want. And then they stay on the hamster wheel. That's one aspect of it. So it's not just taking lots of action. As you take action, you may begin to change your identity though. You may begin to see yourself differently. So that may be one part of it. On the other hand of it, you just think better thoughts. That was me back in 2016. I'm gonna think about being a YouTuber. I'm gonna think about it. I'm gonna think about like, you know, what I want. I'm gonna think about the perfect relationship. I'm gonna think about all the money and the abundance and the ability to travel. And I just stayed there thinking about it. So it's a little bit of both. It's about who you become in the process. What do you believe? If you believe it's possible for you, you will probably take action. If you enjoy the process, then taking action ain't that bad. But if you believe taking action is hard and you believe I just wanna think it, I just wanna win the lottery, I just want these quick wins from the universe, I just want the universe to gimme everything I want and I never have to work for anything, I don't have to learn anything in my life, "Can the universe please throw me a bone and help me win the lottery?" No, because winning the lottery puts you on a tangent where you're not doing your work. You're not doing your spiritual growth. You did not come here to win the lottery, to manifest a million dollars out of nowhere. Maybe it's part of your karma that things can come kind of easier in some ways, but that, from what I found, that will come as you're on your path. As you're learning stuff, as you're adding value to the collective, 'cause the mystics also knew we're all connected, we're all one consciousness. When you put out good energy into the world and you have the intention of helping other people, the universe sends you more resources. The universe will throw you the bone. But if you're not stepping into that, why would the universe give you $10 million to win the lottery? 'Cause most people that win the lottery become depressed, they lose it all, they become addicted to drugs. Why is that? Because they didn't have to become anything. Normally, there's no meaning in that. It's about who you become. And then when you become it, it'll change your whole perspective of everything. You start to value different things. I value freedom, connection, my relationships more than I value money. And when I thought, like, when I would dream about what I have now, like, I'm not saying this to brag, but like, I live in a grand amount of abundance now. Like, I could travel, go do whatever I want. I could go buy a Lamborghini tomorrow, and I don't want to because I know it's not gonna bring me happiness. What means more to me are my relationships, my friendships, the experiences that I have traveling the world. Like, these are things I actually enjoy. But I thought, oh, once you get there, if I had this money to buy a Lamborghini or Ferrari, I would totally do it because I would feel I wanna feel so good and be so cool. No, I don't even think I wanna drive a car that's like, vroom, vroom. Like it sounds cool to have a Lamborghini, but imagine having that, vroom. Like you think you want it, but then when it comes down to it, once you become that person, you realize I don't even want that. Why did I want it in the first place? 'Cause I thought I'd be cool. It'd be so cool. Everything has no built-in meaning other than the meaning you give it. So realize also another thing enlightened people have come to realize The ultimate reality is love. That's the key. Love is who you naturally are. The process of becoming love is to let go and to accept the past and to let go and to stop trying to control life and to say yes to what it is, to say yes to what is. Resistance comes when we resist what is. If you say yes to this moment right now, you will enjoy this moment more right now. But if you say, no, it's different than I want, I want that over there and it's not here now, resistance, resistance, resistance. Oh, it's not good enough. Reality, not good enough. But the truth, and what every spiritual tradition has shown in some way, form, or another, is that we are all love. We are all connected. Love is who you naturally are. So the key to this is focusing more on removing the heart walls and removing the blocks to feeling that love right now. And that has to do with letting go, letting go. When you let go of attachment, that's when you start to become free. Attachment is not just love, by the way. Attachment may be a form of it, but attachment is making something that is not you, you, or the belief that if I had that thing, then I would be enough. And then you attach and you create resistance. Love just is. You can love someone whether they're with you or not. That's real unconditional love. You can love yourself despite things that maybe have happened in the past that you're not proud of. And as you do, you begin to forgive. Love is your natural state of being. Everything else is a program. Everything else is a belief. It's an attachment to a belief, a person, a thought, and becoming aware of those is where the power really is. So the truths of realities that mystics know is that one, reality is an illusion. It's a dream. It's a Maya. It's an experience that we're having. The more we believe it to be real, the more we believe it to be so serious, the more serious it will be. Everything, truth two, everything is connected. We are all connected. We are all one consciousness. We can worship the puzzle, but realize we are a piece of the puzzle. We are God. That's why let go and let God. Allow the divine to flow through you. When you do, your life becomes way more magical. Realize death is not the end, but also realize you're gonna die as this version of you. So live your life. Stop waiting. Stop waiting and commit to this new version of you, of you being who you came here to be. Realize you're an eternal spiritual being having a temporary human experience, but you came here and you wanted to experience life. You wanted to experience the senses, the connections to other people, Eat the delicious food, enjoy the experience. Realize suffering is a part of the process. Suffering is a part of the learning experience. It's a part of the school of life. But the transformation happens when you begin to take responsibility for your own suffering and observing your own thoughts, belief structures. You start observing it and then you can begin forgiving, letting go of the old meaning. And when you do that, you begin to transform. Otherwise you stay in a victim state, you stay in the past. So suffering's a part of the process. It's kind of a harsh truth of reality in a way. But in me, the biggest sufferings I've had in my life have become the biggest gifts in my life because I would not be doing what I'm doing without it. Realize you create your own reality with your thoughts and your beliefs, and all the outer reality is is a reflection of your inner reality. So become aware of who you are being. And then beyond that, realize love is who you naturally are. You are love. The key is letting go. The key to raising into the vibration of love is letting go of all the positions, all the beliefs that are holding you back. It's like a bob of the ocean. I've heard Abraham Hicks say this before, but think of a bob on the ocean. If you push it down, it stays under the water. How do you bring the bob back up to the surface? You just let go. You don't have to like control it. You don't have to push it up. You just let go and it naturally raises back up. Your natural vibration is love, it's joy. And when you hold yourself down in resistance because there's an attachment to a belief, a person, a thought, it keeps it there. The key is letting it go. And you let it go by becoming aware of it, letting it be there, and letting it naturally raise back up into a higher vibrational state because that higher vibration is who you really are.
