The Secret to Being EXTREMELY Magnetic Without Trying

In this 2025 YouTube video, Aaron Doughty explores why many self‑help seekers feel stuck despite doing inner work. He identifies a subconscious core question—"What do I need to do?"—that drives a conditional sense of worth tied to achievement and outcome‑attachment. This pattern, rooted in childhood conditioning and the need for parental approval, creates resistance and a manipulative approach to relationships, work, and money. Doughty argues that true transformation comes from presence, fun, and self‑acceptance rather than from doing. He shares personal stories (a Tony Robbins event, his former retail job, coaching a woman, and a conversation with a 2‑million‑subscriber YouTuber) to illustrate how outcome‑driven thinking blocks magnetism. He introduces a practical 1‑to‑5 energy‑scale exercise learned in a $5,000 coaching session to identify activities that energize (4‑5) versus drain (1‑2) and to re‑align work and life around the high‑energy tasks. The video emphasizes granting oneself permission to be authentic, letting go of the need to please others, and recognizing that magnetic energy is a by‑product of being present and emotionally honest. Doughty concludes with a call to action: a 21‑day meditation to cultivate presence and a waitlist for a 2026 "most magnetic" program.

Have you ever hit a point where you're doing all the inner work, you're looking at your shadow, you're watching the videos, listening to the podcasts, and doing everything you can to transform your life so that you can create more love and more abundance in your life, but you find that the more you do that, the more it still feels like something's missing? The more you still feel blocked and you don't feel like it's actually making any permanent change from the inside out. In this video, I'm going to share with you something that subconsciously blocks most people from actually bettering themselves with self-help, with awareness, things you learn about your energy, the meditations that you do. If you don't look at this, everything still stays blocked subconsciously. Now, this is something I actually learned when I went to a Tony Robbins event. There was this one idea that I realized was constantly running in my mind. There's this idea that we all have a core question we're constantly asking ourselves subconsciously. And I realized that my core question that I was constantly asking myself was, What do I need to do? Literally walking around like all the time, I'm thinking, what do I need to do? What do I need to do next? Do I need to make another video? Do I need to write things? What do I need to do? And what happened is I realized I'm constantly asking myself that question. And upon looking deeper in it, what I also realized very interestingly is that doing was a side effect of believing I was only worthy based on what I could achieve. I was only worthy based on what I could do for other people. And what happens is that doing was a conditional love that I felt I needed to attain. I needed to get love was conditional on my doing. Now, here is the crazy thing that most people stay blocked with. Is they think that the pattern themselves is gonna get them out of the pattern. So I was like, okay, I've learned that I'm always asking myself, what do I need to do? So what do I need to do to get out of this pattern? I then had another task written down. What do I need to do? And what happened is that infuses more of the resistance. It's a way of trying to control myself so that I can control reality. And many people do this and they're not even aware of it. I was coaching a woman the other day that was aware that she had a very self-critical part of her mind where she was always beating herself up. And then she also thought she was being judged by God in the same way. And I asked her a very interesting question. I said, what was your relationship with mom or dad growing up? And Is there any connection there? And she realized, oh my gosh, my mom was super hard to please and I always wanted to make her happy. And what she realized is that she had become the judge to herself to avoid her mom's criticism. And you wanna know what she did immediately after that? She started judging the judge. Remember, you cannot get out of the pattern by using the pattern. And in this video, what I'm going to do is I'm gonna show you the actual cure to this, which is different than what you think. I'm gonna show you the key to not trying to control reality, and instead how presence is the key to completely transforming your life from the inside out, how this will change the way that you respond to other people. This will change the way people interact with you. It'll change how you feel about you, and it'll allow you to completely transform your life from the inside out. I'm gonna share with you this video as well, a simple practice you can use that I literally spent $5,000 to learn. I had a coaching call with somebody. I paid $5K for this business coaching strategy session, and there's this one idea in there that I'm gonna share with you that you can apply towards any area of your life that will completely transform how you show up, and how you bring a new version of you that is more magnetic to the surface. I'm gonna show you how the degree of your magnetic energy is connected to your degree of your ability to be present inside of your body. And I'm gonna show you how self-acceptance will completely transform your life from the inside out. This is a live video that I did where I got into a flow state. And what I'm gonna do is share with you that whole, it's a whole video and a whole process that takes on a life of its own. Watch the whole video, watch all the different stories and all the different things that are shared and watch how as a result, you come back to your body and start to embody that presence that you naturally are. When we talk about magnetic energy, think about it in the form of how you feel inside of your body and whether you're having fun, which is present to the moment, or whether you are desiring a specific outcome, which comes from control. Can you feel the difference there? On one hand, when I used to go to my 9-to-5 job selling women's shoes back in 2016, 2017, if I went into that job, which was purely commission-based, selling women's shoes, if I went in, I started at zero every day, as far as commission goes, if I went in and my intention was to make a certain amount of money, this is the outcome I want. It is serious and it is very important that I accomplish this because if I accomplish this, I am more worthy, I can feel more safe, et cetera. But what happens is then everybody that I meet is literally a pawn in my game. They are a means to an end. If I can get them to buy something, I can feel good about myself. I then make more money. I then feel more safe, et cetera. It's literally a form of manipulation. And who wants to be manipulated? Nobody. So what happens is that creates resistance. Now, when I would go into work and instead of the primary focus being, I wanna sell $5,000 with the shoes today, so every customer that I help, I'm thinking in my mind, are you gonna do what I want? Are you gonna do what I want? Are you gonna do what I want? Instead, I would go into work and I would focus on connecting to people. I'd focus on having fun. I'd focus on showing my personality and just loosening up. It was kind of a stuffy environment sometimes because working at Barney's New York, it was like the customers that came in, you know, they were successful people and the shoes we were selling were like $1,000 each. So sometimes there's a seriousness An outcome dependence that creates resistance. But then instead, when I'd go in and I'd focus on having fun, connecting, I'd actually joke around with people. Guess what would happen? And I focused on adding value. Guess what would happen? Even worse results. I'm just kidding. It was way, way, way better. Way more alignment, way more connection, way more fun. One was present to the moment and having fun. Yes, subconsciously there was an intention to add value, et cetera, but then you're also tapping into an energy where the benefits, it's like having fun to them. Here's an interesting thing, having fun in the moment allows you to feel more magnetic inside of your body, allows you to feel more present. You enjoy the process more and you are more magnetic, which means you're more likely to get what you want, but it's not coming from control and manipulation. It's literally like you enjoy it. Now imagine someone going on a date And subconsciously what might be going on too, if there's childhood patterns there that are under the surface, is you go on a date and you want the outcome. You want the other person to like you. You want the other person to validate you. Attachment to outcome. You want something from them. You want something from them. And inner child-like, it's like there's an inner child wound that may not feel seen, heard, soothed, and nurtured as a kid. So subconsciously it's like, you validate me, you choose me, then I can feel good about myself. That's the subconscious part of it. But also it is manipulative. It's like hands at the throat. Give me what I want. I want you to like me. Please choose me. And of course, anything with that kind of energy creates resistance. They can't actually give it what you want because you're trying to control someone else to give it to you. Once again, attachment to outcome. People have become a pawn in your life to give you and meet your needs. But when you go on a date and you are curious with whether you're gonna connect to someone or not, curious to what their values are and if you have alignment, with that. Having fun, you go on the date to literally have fun. Guess what the energy difference is? Much more light. You enjoy yourself more, you're having fun, and you're more magnetic, more likely to have that magnetic energy. Now here's one of the biggest blocks many people have to attracting love. Or making money. Look at how and what you believe to be true about dating. What are all the good things about it? What are all the negative things about it? And if there's a, oh my gosh, dating, this is all the negative things about it, there's so many negative things. Well, guess what? No wonder you're having challenges in dating. What you believe about it has all these negative connotations that create resistance. Same thing with making money. You say, well, abundance, it means I'm this kind of person. I wanna be a good person 'cause when I was a kid, I learned that love was conditional and the condition to being loved is I had to be good. In order to be good, I can't make money 'cause if I make money, So it's like all these mixed connotations that literally block you from in that area of your life. So a huge part of this is understanding the meaning you give to this area of your life and whether that meaning is serious and heavy, and if it is serious and heavy, No wonder there's resistance in that area of life. This is why many times when people let go of the heaviness around dating and they're like, I'm just gonna have fun, I'm just gonna enjoy myself, I'm just gonna connect with friends, I'm not gonna focus on all of that, then they're in a present state, they're having fun, they're not attached to outcome, they're not demanding people choose them, then they're more magnetic and they enjoy it more. What an interesting concept. Like the degree to which you enjoy it more is the degree to which you will actually get more of what you want, but it's not a manipulative tactic. Like, is it interesting to me that the videos I find I'm in the most flow state and I have the most fun tend to resonate the most with you. It's what I've noticed. When I run a live event, I'm in a flow state. I enjoy it. Like right now, like the first part of this video, I got on and I was doing this whiteboard thing and it was like, hook in the beginning of the video, get hook. It's a, I need it to get views later. Attachment to outcome. And then eventually I was like, I took a deep breath, I relaxed, I created some space, and then a flow state invoked. A flow state literally came after presence and silence, and then me just deciding, I don't care how it does, I just wanna have fun. Something I'm doing for 2026 to help you become the most magnetic version of you to help you let go of attachment to outcome, to feel good either way with what happens because you feel safe inside of your own frame of reality, how to attract deeper connections into your life, and how to give yourself permission to be the 5-level version of you around many different people that maybe normally you didn't let yourself get that version of you to be that version of you around, I am doing something very special. So this year for Black Friday and my birthday, I put together something that you'll see in the top of the description box below. You can sign up for a waitlist where only people that are on that waitlist are gonna get offered something very special, and that is coming up very soon. So if that's you, you can go ahead and sign up and see what's in store to make 2026 the most magnetic year yet. Do you guys wanna hear something that I paid like $5K to learn? A tool, a practice that I learned. I spent $5,000 in a coaching session with a business strategist to learn. It's not just related to the business strategy, like answers that I got, but it's a very powerful process for understanding, doing things in your life that allow you to feel more aligned, that allow you to have more fun, and how in that energy you attract more synchronicity, connection, et cetera. And I've been through this little technique a few times in different areas and it makes a huge difference, okay? Do you wanna learn? Do you wanna learn? With that, who's ready to hear this technique? Hmm, it's kind of a technique, it's kind of a process. All right, so basically what it is is it's really simple. Okay, who's ready? Who's ready? Let's do it. The technique is really simple. What you do, and what I did in this like session with this business strategist coach, is we went through different areas of my business, and what we did is we looked at on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being being the most excited, the 5 being the highest energy and the thing that lights you up the most, and 1 being not at all, on a scale of 1 to 5, where is this thing in your business? So for example, one of them was, you know these 21-day challenges you do, which I've been doing for years. On a scale of 1 to 5, how passionate are you about those? And you can't pick 3, huge thing. You can't pick 3, makes you, means you have to decide whether you, it gives you energy or takes energy. You can think of it, 1 or 2 takes energy and you're not passionate about it, but you maybe think you should do it. And then 4 or 5 is like something where you actually have energy doing it and it actually gives you energy. So the 3 you can't pick. So for me, We went through every area of my business. Now these 21-day challenges I do are a 4. They give me energy. I enjoy doing them. So it's like, okay, you could do more of those. There were certain aspects, certain programs I had where I was like, no, that's a 2. I'm not that passionate about it. Even making YouTube videos in the old style where I just like, I don't know, have to really map out and have like a whole, not script 'cause I don't ever script my videos, but have like a whole plan of exactly what I talk about. Has been feeling more like a 2. But for some reason, when I go live like I am right now, it brings out a very different energy of me, brings out a 4 or 5. When I run a live event, 5. When I make content where people pull out of me, 5. When I'm going on a podcast, 5. When I'm doing a lot of things in my business I've done for years that is kind of outdated, It's like a 2. So that self-inquiry practice made me aware of, wait, why don't I do more of what I'm passionate about? Even if there's the belief is maybe there's more money in these things you're not passionate about, the idea is that this energy over here puts you in a certain energy state that then allows you to actually have more synchronicity to come into your life. Now it's funny, one of my good friends who's actually a YouTuber who, you know, has created this, my YouTuber friend, he has like 2 million followers on YouTube and he called me the other day and he asked me for some like help basically, some like being able to like help him look at his business and pivoting and he had a couple questions. And what was interesting is he's felt kind of stuck because his old, like kind of past self of what got him where he was, which is to basically 2 million followers, is like a certain energy. And then what happens is when you first start on YouTube or you start creating content, a lot of times it can be with the intention of having fun and connecting, but then there can be this pressure on the outcome. Because it's like, oh, you did this, you wanna get more views, outcome dependent. You wanna do this, you wanna do that. And it becomes more focused on outcome versus present to the moment. And one of the things my friend became aware of is something that I can also relate to is once you've built a certain amount of like momentum or, you know, subscribers, whatever on like YouTube, there is a pressure. And it kind of takes the fun out of it. And then you start making videos and doing things that you think is gonna do well instead of what you're actually passionate about. And when I was talking to my friend, what he became aware of as we went through the ways in which he was making videos, and we realized that some of it was like a 2, and I brought him through the same process. And what we revealed, what we became aware of is he's like, you know what, there's this thing I wanna do where I wanna make vlogs. And one thing I told my friend that he's like, I kind of feel like I have like not split personality, but like on one hand I'm this really like witty person that like likes to have fun. And then when the camera turns on, sometimes I get very serious and professional and perfectionist. And what's interesting is this friend of mine, this friend of mine is hilariously funny. I was in a mastermind with him and we'd go out to dinner with all these other entrepreneurs and he'd just make the whole table laugh. I'm like, bro, if I was that funny, I'd be showing that in my videos. I literally wanted to make videos with my friend simply because I wanted to bring out this funness inside of him because it was so fun to be around. But I'm like, why are you robbing your audience from this part of yourself? Like, why aren't you showing this hilariously witty, funny, like it's almost like expressive, like it's such a different version of him than when he makes videos. And he's got this, like, it's just so funny to me, but he doesn't give himself permission to be that funny because it gets serious and there's an outcome and there's perfectionism and all these childhood patterns come up when he makes videos. He's gotten to where he is on YouTube to 2 million plus followers with that dynamic, but it feels forced now. And what he wants to do now is he wants to have, he wants to basically, he's trying to find his pivot point to making videos in a new way. And I'm like, well, what if you made videos with people that brought that energy out of you? What if you started doing, he's like, I actually, I've been, I'm really excited about, like, I always thought like, what if I did vlogs? And more storytelling vlogs. I'm like, bro, that's awesome. He's like, he started to light up, like in his energy, he started to be in a 5. And a lot of times part of my job as a coach or somebody, I mean, he was my friend, he's my friend, and we each hold space for each other in different ways. But even just as a coach in general, that coach in me, it's like you notice when people say certain things and what that energy brings out. And I'm able to, dude, your energy lit up when you did that. And that becomes a good reflection. He's like, yeah, okay, maybe I can make videos in this new way. I'm gonna have to like branch outta my comfort zone. I'm gonna have to share more of my life than I have before. But I'm like, bro, you stop robbing people from seeing the real you. Because part of sometimes being around certain people— think about this— there are certain people when you are around, you are a 5. At a scale of 1 to 5, you are a 5 as far as the permission you give yourself to be the real you. Those people you call your best friends. You say, when there are certain people I'm around, I could just be myself and have fun. But when I'm around a lot of other people, I feel drained. Well, there could be a couple things happening. One, you might be surrounding yourself around people that drain your energy and that maybe are, maybe have certain toxic patterns and you've just normalized it and you've kept them around because that was maybe familiar to childhood. The other side of this though is you just may not give yourself permission to express the real you when you are around certain people. So it's not just them not allowing you to be you, it's you might not give yourself permission to be yourself around certain people. I used to tell myself this, like lately, these last like probably 6 months, I've become much more of a social person than I used to be because for years, I'm an extrovert in certain dynamics, but there's times where I'm like, ah, you know, I just like to kind of keep to myself. I focus on my business. I've got certain close friends. Recently, I've been branching out more and realizing that the more I give myself permission to be the real me around people, what happens is then it's like, it's not draining to be around people. But if you tell yourself that story and it's like you only give yourself permission to like relax when you come home, it's almost like when you're a teenager and you go into your room and you close your door and you're like, okay, now, "Ah, could just be the real me." The interesting thing is you can be the real you in any moment. We simply don't give ourselves permission to be that version of ourselves because we think vulnerability will cause pain. We don't wanna be rejected. We don't want other people to feel tension. All of that, by the way, comes from feeling responsible for other people. Do you see that? If we feel responsible for how other people feel, yeah, you're gonna move from a 5 to a maybe a 2 or a 1. You're gonna feel drained around people, but you're doing it to you. Do you see? This is a huge shift in awareness when you realize this, because if we develop the story that just everybody else drains my energy, We are giving away our power believing other people can literally like siphon your energy. People can only drain your energy if you decide to drain your energy when you're around them. When you decide to continue being around that energy, if you do feel depleted, that's where the power comes back. Do you see that shift in energy? That energy comes back to you when you stop feeling responsible. Someone says, yes, I was on a long flight, freeze pleaser. See, to be a pleaser, can you imagine even you being around, you think of a scale of 1 to 5, 5 feeling alive, the most authentic version of you and in a flow state, which there's not a lot of thought happening when you're present to the moment and having fun. That's when you're witty and you can say funny things because you're in the moment, et cetera. But when you start taking on responsibility from other people, you might move from feeling a 5 or a 4 down to like a 2. And then you feel drained around people, but also you're not giving yourself permission to be the real you. So of course you're gonna feel drained. But remember, the degree to which you are magnetic is the degree to which you are present. It's the degree to which you are having fun. It's the degree to which you are allowing and accepting yourself to feel what's coming up inside of your body. This, by the way, doesn't mean that it's only positive emotion. You can be magnetic in feeling sad. You can be magnetic in feeling authentically an emotion that's coming up for you. That is magnetic because it's real and authentic. Have you ever had someone open up or cry or release and you're around them and you're like, oh, you feel more connected? Now, some people might have blocks around certain emotions and be like, why are you crying? Please stop crying, this is uncomfortable. That's their own internal, maybe lack of acceptance of sadness inside of themselves. But ultimately, whatever you feel, if you accept it inside of your body and you allow yourself to feel it, that is magnetic, that is real. Real, authentic, vulnerable is magnetic. So understand that what we're talking about here, when we talk about having magnetic energy, when we talk about even when I was coaching my friend, I'll go back to that story in a second, my friend who is the YouTuber that has built 2 million followers but also feeling drained in the way he's creating content. A huge epiphany for him was we looked at different areas of his business and then we looked at on a scale of 1 to 5, can pick 3, what is the thing you're most excited to do? All the things that were 4 and 5s were like, let's do, figure that, like do that, that will put you in a better energy and then you can apply that and make it work for you. And when you're in that energy, what's interesting is you perceive and attract certain people, opportunities, and synchronicities into your life as a reflection. Have you ever noticed that? Like, there's certain people that only reach out to you when you're in certain energy states, and then sometimes there might be certain people that reach out to you when you're in a negative state. You're like, uh-oh, it's So it's not a good sign. So, yeah. I see there's a few questions in here. Hmm. Someone says, how do I reframe a toxic past relationship differently when I still feel so connected to them and can't stop thinking about them? So one thing I encourage you to look at is as a kid, the mother-father-child dynamic was a prerequisite to feeling connected, having to tolerate toxic past relationship patterns. Like, is this a familiar energy to childhood? Because one of the reasons you might feel connected to them is because to be connected to them is reflective of to being connected to mom and dad because that was the dynamic that was familiar as a kid. And one of the reasons you might not be able to stop thinking about them is because it's like you're constantly thinking, does mom and dad support me? Does mom and dad approve of me? What are the conditions to mom and dad loving me? So if we're looking for some type of resolve from a past relationship, we're trying to prove someone that we are worthy, we're trying to prove our sense of self-worth, then we might keep thinking about it because we're thinking subconsciously, if we think about it, we'll figure it out. But if we could just— the belief is that if we could just get them on board, then I could be enough. I was coaching a woman yesterday who was very vulnerable and who was sharing that one of her blocks was that she feels guilty doing things for herself and she felt like God or the universe was gonna be disappointed in her if she didn't just do and just try to like heal people and fix people, et cetera. And one of her insights, one of the things I asked her was, mom and dad growing up, was there disappointment? What were the conditions to being loved as a kid from mom and dad? And she said, well, actually my mom was very critical and very like disappointed. She'd be disappointed in me. So as a little kid, she may have decided the conditions to getting mom's love is I need to do and be a certain way and do what she wants me to do. And she didn't want to be a burden because when she was a kid, she wanted to be an actor. But her mom said at a certain point she started getting successful with being like a child actor. And her mom said, I don't want to be a stage mom. So in that moment, she may have tied her doing what she loves to saying, I don't want to be a burden. I'm passionate about acting, but my mom doesn't want to be a stage mom, so I don't want to do that. So I don't want to disappoint mom. And then guilt may come, and guilt comes from responsibility. If you feel responsible for mom's energy and whether she approves of you or not, create some heaviness. Now here's the interesting thing about our parents growing up. We view them as a form of authority and many times as like a form of a metaphorical God. Our parents are these gigantic beings as we're growing up, and anything they say, do, or don't do, we might interpret and say, this has something to do with me. And then as an adult, we may project those unmet needs onto God, the universe, or our life in general. So this woman believed that God was disappointed in her was also a reflection of when she was a kid believing that mom was disappointed in her and then feeling guilty, feeling responsible. Do you see how those energies translate? So the cool thing is that our reality is a reflection of what we believe to be true. So our meaning of mom and dad, whether they met our needs or not, whether we accept it or not, or whether we realize our own worth, is a direct relation, a connection to the permission we give ourselves to be our real self. To then be in that energy. You know, it's funny, I was, I went to, I went to a Tony Robbins event in 2019, and there was one theme throughout where you ask yourself the question, what is the core, what is the core question always running through your mind? We all have a core question, Tony Robbins says. And at that live event, I became aware of my core question. My core question, my core question is I'm always asking myself the question, to be or not to be. Is that the question? I'm just kidding. That's not the question. And that'd be an interesting thing just to walk around, be to be or not to be. My question was, What do I do? What do I need to do? What do I need to do? I'm always asking myself, what do I need to do? Every night before I go to bed, I'd write down 10 ideas from the day and then ideas of what I need to do the next day. And then I would do, what do I need to do? I'm always thinking, what do I need to do? And even just more recently, I've realized that that core question is because as a kid, I believed that I had to do things I had to achieve to be worthy, whole, and complete. So what do I need to do is a mechanism, a way of controlling reality to be worthy. What do I need to do? What do I need to do? That was a condition to love as a kid. That's what I felt. What do I need to do? What do I need to do? I'm gonna go over here and do. But okay, so then you hear that. Here's the tricky thing. Okay, I hear in my mind, I feel I am only worthy based on what I do. If I make lots of videos, if I help a lot of people, maybe I'll be worthy. But then what I do is I say, okay, I wanna shift the pattern. What do I have to do? Guys, I wanna shift the pattern. What do I need to do? Isn't that crazy? I need to do to shift the pattern. Give me the to-do list. How do I heal? And some of you have been watching lots of YouTube videos, been trying to heal for years, and it's all connected to what do you need to do? What do you need to do? And the challenge is that it then becomes a new task. I need to do this to heal. I need to do Aaron's inner child meditation. I need to come to a live event. I need to read another book. What do I need to do to heal? Because if you have a condition as a kid where you believe that your worth is only reflected in what you do and that you need to do things to get more worthy, you will then look for more things to do with healing to distract you from the shame of feeling not good enough. Do you guys see? You can't get out of the pattern by using the pattern. What do I need to do to heal? What do I need to do? No, doing was the thing that got you into the pattern. This is the trap of self-help, by the way. How many of you have been on the self-help journey, reading the self-help books, trying to become better? Self-help keeps you trapped because when you're trying to self-help become better, it's infusing resistance that you're not good enough the way you are right here, right now. Do you see that? How you are is not good enough, but if you can help yourself and go through personal development, you can become more worthy and more enough and more healed, keeping you further inside an energy of shame and believing you're broken. So trying to self-help and do self-help and trying to heal accentuates the energy that you're not healed. Do you see? It accentuates more of the energy that you're not good enough the way you are right now. So the question, right, what do we got to do? Why are we in this space where it's kind of like we're stuck? Cause it's like, what do I, what do I do, Aaron? What do I do then? If you have that pattern, some of you are like, bro, that's your core question, not mine. My core question is to be or not to be. Oh my gosh, you're so smart. Yeah, I know. I'm so spiritually elevated. I am on a whole nother level. I am a very high vibrational being, not like all these asleep people in the matrix. That are just way less good than me. Definitely me feeling like a significant starseed who's super special is not my control mechanism towards not feeling not good enough. I am just that much better than people. Everyone else is asleep in the matrix except for me who is way more aware. That's also, by the way, spiritual grandiosity and spiritual narcissism. Is another way of not feeling shame and avoiding feeling not good enough. So, and this is why, this is some of the deepest level teachings I have right here, okay? You guys ready for it? I believe that what most people do is they may feel not good enough. So what they do is they want to feel enough. So what they do is They do self-help and they do all of these things that they think is tied to doing and they become better and they become successful and they become all these things and then they try to feel better than their past self, better than other people. Subconsciously they go to feeling high vibration, everyone else is low vibration. It's the other side of the coin. So instead of feeling not good enough, I want to feel better than everybody else. And what I'm saying is that this thing is a game that you don't need to play. Like when people say that they feel, like when you think of the idea of feeling good enough or worthy, see people say, I feel worthy. They say in the affirmations in the mirror, they go, I feel worthy, I am worthy, I am worthy. Worthy, what is worthy? Is worthy an emotion? What emotion is worthy? Where is worthiness in the body? People say, "I feel worthy." They look in the mirror, right? They look, imagine this is a mirror right here somewhere. They go like, "I am worthy, I am worthy, I am worthy. I'm enough. I am enough, I am worthy." These are not emotions. Worthy is a concept. And the only reason you wanna feel worthy is 'cause you want to live in alignment with a concept That is intellectual. It's not really viscerally in the body. So worthy is a concept, and worthy is— so this is why I say you don't have to play the game of, I don't feel good enough, I must feel enough or better than enough and be better. And then people as a defense mechanism will become spiritual grandiosity. They'll say, I'm a seventh dimensional Pleiadian from a different planet and you're just a sleep person. That's a trap that we fall, that people fall into in spiritual awakening, 'cause then they're better than everybody. What I'm saying is you are both not worthy and worthy at the same time because it's a concept. So what I believe is even more powerful, one of the most transformative things in your life is to understand that instead of trying to feel better than or less than, worthiness is a concept. Stop trying to prove worthiness and instead self-acceptance. If you can accept yourself for feeling not worthy and you can accept yourself even when you feel better than worthy or whatever, you will be more present to the moment, which has been the entire theme of this entire video. Self-acceptance is the key to more magnetic energy. I'm a poet. So remember, instead of, I am worthy, I am worthy, I am worthy, looking into a mirror, I am worthy, I am worthy, that's a concept. It's not a feeling in your body. Accept the emotions that come up in your body. But remember, even as I share this right now, if you believe your condition as a kid was that you were only worthy based on what you do. Right now you're listening to this and you're going, all right, Aaron, what I gotta do, what I gotta do, what I gotta do. And remember, it's not a doing. There's nothing you can do to be worthy. You just are worthy because you exist. My buddy, my friend, that's the YouTuber. He said to me, well, how can I do these vlogs that I'm passionate about making if they don't just add a whole bunch of value like all my other YouTube videos? And I said, well, You wanna know what I said? What do you think I said to him? I said, bro, slapped him. Bro, just kidding, it was a phone call. I said, bro, you add value just by being you. And I mean it. I'm not just like, he's so funny. Whatever storyline he wants to share in a vlog, it's gonna add value in its own way. Like you have value for being you. For a long time on YouTube and on Instagram, I literally subconsciously, maybe consciously, felt like my worth was tied to how many people I can help. This is common in people that had certain relational trauma growing up where they wanna fix other people and help other people because helping other people is a subconscious energy towards feeling needed or feeling valuable and worthy. Once again, that's connected to that worthiness idea. I am worthy if I add value, if I help people, if I wake people up, instead of realizing I am worthy for just being me. I don't have to do any of these things. You see the difference there? Now the funny thing is I still do what I do. I just, it's not coming from an energy though of, do you guys, are you guys all transformed? Because if you're transformed and I could feel good about me. No, I get on here the first 5 minutes of this video, I wasn't really in a flow state because I was trying to do some hook thing. I was trying to, here's everything I wrote on the board, everything I prepared in the present moment. When I get into a flow state, all the ideas, the stories, the insights just flow. They just flow. The challenge is when you take yourself out of the present moment, you try to control. Do you see? Does that make sense? So with that being said, your homework today is to do more things to be worthy, to do more things. No, your homework is to begin to learn self-acceptance, accepting yourself for what you feel, accepting yourself for what you don't feel, becoming aware of your energy. Where are you on a scale of 1 to 5? Where are things a 5 in your life? Where can you do more 5 things? Where can you surround yourself with people that allow you to be in a 5? And if you find yourself not surrounding yourself within a people where you feel a 5 around, you feel passionate around, it might be, remember, 1 to 5, can't pick 3. It might be that you only give yourself permission to be the real you around certain people. So it's not that you're drained around everyone you meet, it's around you don't give yourself permission to be the real you around everyone you meet, but the people that you do like being around are probably people you give yourself permission to be the real you. Now the other side of this is of course certain people maybe have more capacity, more of a safe energy that you feel around, and that might bring a different version of you out. That's cool too. I'm just saying, be aware of where the story is that just everyone else is draining your energy and where you can own that and realize Maybe also you give yourself more permission to express the real you when in the past maybe you wouldn't have because you were afraid people wouldn't like it. People would feel tension, they would judge you, et cetera. Make sense? Somebody was asking like, how do you not care what people think? We're always going to somewhat care what people think because we live in a society where thousands of years we've been surviving based on a community focus, community energy. So feeling kicked out or not accepted by anybody is something that is kind of ingrained into us. Now, the degree to which we care what people think is the degree to which we believe that other people need to approve of us for us to feel worthy, whole, and complete, for us to feel validated, And when you accept that not everyone's going to like you, that's also a certain degree of freedom. Not everyone's going to resonate with you, and that's okay. Accepting that is powerful. Remember, freedom is the ability to be disliked. When you're not trying to control what people think of you, realizing that's not your job, it's not your responsibility. As a kid, you may have felt responsible for what mom or dad thought, and that responsibility is something that's still on autopilot. So you're looking to your environment to feel safe and wondering, what do they think? What do they think? What do they think? It's not your thing to manage. Your job is to be a 5-level you, the most authentic version of you. If you wanna become the most magnetic version of you in 2026, and you want to learn how to raise your dominant vibration permanently, one of my most popular meditations will allow you to actually shift into that energy. Do this meditation for 21 days and watch what happens.
