The Secret to Goals with the Law of Attraction (MASSIVE RESULTS)

In this self‑help video Aaron Doughty explains how to achieve any goal by applying the Law of Attraction through a mindset he calls “holding the frame.” He illustrates the concept with his own experience of growing his YouTube channel to 100,000 subscribers by committing to a daily‑video‑creation goal, working long hours, and persisting despite burnout. Doughty shares concrete productivity tools—most notably time‑chunking the first five morning hours for passion‑driven work, eliminating distractions, and using intermittent‑fasting‑style scheduling—to amplify creative energy. He stresses that success requires aligning belief, emotion, and consistent action, ignoring external doubters, and trusting the process. The video ends with a call to like, subscribe, and enable notifications.

This video will show you exactly how to hit your goals using the law of attraction, and I'm going to give you some practical tools and mindsets that are necessary in order to really make that happen. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron Doughty and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to share with you some tools that I've used towards hitting my goals. And really what I want to do is show you and encourage you that anything you want to do that you set your mind to, if you hold the frame, you can accomplish anything that you want. Now this is going to be my secret and really the secret of almost every person that have ever got anything accomplished and really attained a level of success that we admire. And maybe it's not a secret and maybe they'll actually tell you. It's just that most people don't do it and all it simply means is that you are focused in a direction and that you hold the frame no matter what. Maybe circumstances change and maybe you have to modify it a little bit, but in general, as long as you're going in a certain direction, you're putting all your energy in that direction and you are holding the frame, you will eventually get where you want. Now I say this because also I just hit, and we just hit as a team, we just hit 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. Which is amazing and I just want to say thank you to every single one of you. Thank you for sharing the videos, for the interaction, for commenting. One of my favorite things to do is to comment with you guys and interact and what I want to say is that this happened on the my side of it because a lot of it has to do with you guys, but the part of the creating content happened because I set my mind on a certain goal of creating a video a day, of having that 100,000 subscriber marker, where I wanted to hit within a certain time period. And what I did is I simply held the frame. I said, what is the one thing that I could do every day that would get me closer and towards that? And for me, that was creating a video a day. So back in February, I had maybe 4,000 subscribers. I said, I'm going to make a video every day no matter what. And at the time I had a job and I was working 40 hours a week, and to make a video a day, it meant that I was probably probably working about 60 to 70 hours a week at least, and I was constantly creating videos. If I wasn't creating videos or at my job that I had, which was a sales job, I was at the gym for an hour a day. It was a constant work in what, you know, the direction of where I was going. Now over the course of the first 2 or 3 weeks, I was getting a little bit burnt out. I could have easily said, you know what, a video a day, that's so impractical. There's not many other YouTubers in my niche that do a video a day. There are a couple, but why would I need to work so hard? Right? I could have easily said that. I would have then broken off the frame that I was carrying and I would have started to go in a different direction. But what I said was, is no matter what, I'm going to do everything that I can in that direction knowing I put my energy in it. I'm going to develop better skills of speaking. I'm going to learn how to more comfortably speak in front of a camera. There's so many other side effects that are going to come from it if I simply hold the frame. Now I didn't also at the same time modify my goal and say, you know what, 100,000, that's a lot of subscribers. How about I just set my goal at $20,000 or at $30,000 or at like $10,000? I said that this is my goal. I'm going to hold the frame and I'm going to take action in that direction. Now this works for just about every successful person because they've had to set their mind on an outcome, on something that they goal themselves at, and then what they have to do is they have to put their energy in that direction and they have to hold the frame even when things come up. Maybe legal things come up and the government tries to tell them they can't do something, or there's so many different avenues, but they held, they hold the frame. Now this is what it's meant when it comes to the understanding. Even if those people didn't understand they were using the law of attraction, understand that whatever you focus on grows. And if you're focused on a certain outcome and you're putting your energy in that direction, all you have to do is hold the frame and trust the process. So for goal setting, I'm going to also share a couple productivity hacks I have for you and I've shared them before on this channel, but I figured it was just kind of special because we just hit 100,000. So it's— I kind of want to share with you the tools that helped me get there. And one of those tools has to do with time chunking and doing whatever you're passionate about. The first thing you do right when you wake up in the morning, I get up every day and I do something with creating videos. It's either creating videos, editing videos, researching videos. It's something on all of those and it's for the first about 5 hours of my day. I normally don't eat breakfast until I get a whole bunch accomplished and that's kind of like my reward at at the end of it. Some people call that intermittent fasting. Not saying you have to do that, but try to time block and create a chunk of time every day, preferably right when you wake up, of doing what you're passionate about and do it with no distractions, no checking Facebook, no checking all the different social media outlets. What I do is I simply focus on that and that is it. The most potent energy you have is right when you wake up in the morning, the most creative energy as well. And if you do that, you set yourself a pattern to where you feel productive the rest of the day. After the first like 5 hours of my day, when I go about my day, I feel so productive because I've already got all of this done. Now of course I'll still edit for probably 4 or 5 hours later on in the day. I'll do other things other than just the first 5 hours of my day, but I already feel so productive that it's like the flow is just there. It's just like a part of who I am. Now in the same way, what you can do is time chunk what you want to do and leave no distractions. Don't put your phone in a different room if you have to. Do whatever you're passionate about and just do that for maybe an hour. You don't have to do like 5 hours like me. I've turned this into my full-time job, so I treat it like that. But understand that with your goals, time block it, time chunk it, and leave no distractions. That's a very powerful productivity hack you can use. And remember that the other part of this is trusting the process and holding the frame. If other people tell you you can't do it, don't listen to it. Don't listen to what they say because they're saying it from their point of view. They don't know what you have inside of you. They don't know your own potential, and what you can do is trust the course of your life. Trust your own potential and take action every day towards it, and the more you align your energy, your emotions, your beliefs, and knowing that you can do it and you take action because the action is a reflection of believing it can happen, what you do is you align yourself up to where you will hit your goals. Hold the frame. That's what I did. Now, of course I hit— we have hit $100,000. Now the goal is going to be something higher. And what I do is I'm going to continue to put energy in it. I'm not going to stop creating a video a day. I'm going to keep that momentum going because that's just a part of who I am and that's a part of my purpose in adding value to as many people as possible. So what you can do is you can use that analogy in your own life. And don't let other people laugh at you. I remember when I was first telling people, I know I didn't tell everyone, but I told a couple of people my goals of hitting 100,000 on YouTube. It's like you could tell the glaze in their eyes. They're like, mm-hmm, like that's going to happen. That was when I was at like maybe even less than 1,000 subscribers. Don't listen to them. Listen to yourself. Understand that as you hold the frame and as you simply decide that you're going to do something, as long as you stay focused in that direction, you don't distract yourself. You don't allow other people's opinions to affect you, you'll find that you will get those results. As long as you almost in a way prove to the universe that you really want it and that you're committed, you will get that reflection back to you. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it. Subscribe if you have not already.
