These 3 SECRETS Will Make Them CHASE YOU!

Aaron Doughty explains how to develop a magnetic presence that draws people toward you. He says attraction is energetic: feel worthy inside first, then radiate that outward. Stop using the words "want," "importance," and "when"—they signal neediness—and practice embodying this new identity for 21 days.

Imagine that your energy is so magnetic and so powerful that other people chase you. They just naturally gravitate to you because of your own energy. Now, in this video, I'm gonna show you how to develop magnetic love attraction and the frequency of that, the components, like the ingredients that go into this. I'm gonna show you how to integrate it into your life so that love chases you. Now, when we talk about this, let me first off kind of clarify it as well. When you are in a certain state, your energy and the people, the way people respond to your energy is very different.
Now, people feel what you feel.
So the key to developing magnetic love frequency, the magnetic love energy, is for you to feel it on the inside first and to have that energy that you embody, which then is emanated out of you, which then other people pick up on and respond to. I remember I had a friend that I used to work with, a coworker of mine back when I used to have a 9-to-5 job, and she would realize that anytime she was single, guys would not hit on her. But the moment she would get into that of a relationship, She would get hit on like 5 to 10 times in one day. What was the difference between where she was before when she was single to where she was when she was in a relationship? Where she had a rule in her mind that when she was in a relationship, then she could feel worthy, then she felt magnetic, and then naturally so many men would hit on her. So it was a direct reflection of how she felt about herself. Now here's the cool thing. You don't have to wait for some external person to be in your life for you to feel that worthiness, that wholeness, that completeness, which then tunes you to a reality where people are naturally magnetic, like magnetized to your energy. So that's something to think about, your state of being. I've noticed that my own energy has become much more magnetic the more I focus on raising my own frequency, on focusing on the love that is already within me. And you'll even see that when I speak, when it comes to magnetism, everyone has this, by the way. This isn't something that, it's just something you have to maybe get a little bit more used to. When we talk about that of magnetic energy, a very strong component of it in communication is tonality. How are you speaking? If I were to do the whole talk like this right now, and I would be doing it, I'm even looking at the sound thing that's on this camera right now and it's barely moving just a little bit because the tonality that I'm using is so monotonous, or whatever that word is, and it's very boring. But you'll notice that when I am speaking like this, it may look a little bit over-exaggerated. It may seem a little bit grandiose, but guess what? You probably like to listen to it. It's a little bit more dynamic than me talking like this. Now the thing that I think some people miss when it comes to magnetism is understanding the power of their own energy and how that energy can translate through sound. Sound. You see how you can say that sound up and down sound. I used to play like band music. Like when I was in high school, I did band and there's like, you know, you could read sheet music. There's different notes, there's different octaves, there's different octaves. But the, the, you, here's the cool thing too. You could stand in front of a mirror and talk kind of like I'm talking now, which probably sounds ridiculous when you start doing it and you haven't done it before, but the more you do it, the more it changes your state, the more it changes how you feel. Tonality is a very important part of developing an attractive energy, but behind the tonality is the energy. So let me talk to you now or share with you some of the magnetic love frequency, some of the main components. Now, The number one thing I would say that it's important to develop magnetic love frequency or that energy and to have people chase you is a little bit counterintuitive. It is the degree to which you can be not needy, not needy. You feel 100% whole and complete. You feel like your cup is already full, full, not a fool, but full. And because your cup is already full, you don't need anything from anyone else. You're already enough. And by having that perspective, you're in a very abundant state. When two people meet, there's one person that's normally gonna be more needy than the other one. And the one that is less needy holds the frame. Now, how do you become not needy? Well, a lot of that honestly is also having to do some of your feminine masculine wounds, which is a whole nother video topic all in and of itself. But it's about healing that energy within you. I realized that growing up, there were certain emotions, certain things I craved in a partner that I feel like maybe I haven't received completely yet, mainly because I always attracted a certain type of person in my life. Like for example, my ex-stepmom, many of you may know this story, she was mentally, physically, emotionally abusive. She was in my life from when I was 7 to about 16, 17 years old. And what happened is 16 years old came around, I never had to deal with her again. I kept attracting women in my life that were very similar to my ex-stepmom that were very controlling, that would kind of drain my energy. And one thing I realized with my ex-stepmom is 'cause she was controlling, manipulative, and I grew up a certain way, I never really had that nurturing growing up. My real mom came back into my life when I was like 16, 17 years old and I was allowed to see her again. But in that period of my life, I never really had someone to nurture me. And because of that, I think I craved that for much of my life until these last couple years when, especially this last year, I've been giving myself the nurturing I crave. I've been healing that feminine wound inside of myself where I'm almost afraid to commit to the feminine because I've seen my dad go through a lot of pain with my ex-stepmom through that divorce. So a lot of attracting love also has to do with healing the feminine, the masculine wounds inside of you. And when it comes to being not needy, it's about understanding your cup is already full. You're already 100% whole and complete. You don't need anyone else to feel 100% worthy, whole, and complete. It's about you tapping into that own energy within yourself. So the degree to which you can be not needy is the degree to which you will be attractive. And on the other side of this, the thing that I really recommend, especially in the masculine energy, is become the star of your own movie, the star of your own movie. A people pleaser, some people, you know, like, if you were a parent pleaser growing up, meaning your parent was very strict, there was a lot of discipline there, what you'll find is that because of that, that parent pleasing growing up may eventually have turned you into a people pleaser. And when you are a people pleaser, what is happening is you are then becoming the cameo in their movie. And when you are the cameo in their movie, they're gonna treat you like a cameo. So the key to this is becoming aware of the energy dynamic and how you are showing up. And the way you take your star role back is by realizing that you are the star. You are not the cameo. When you are a people pleaser, you are being the cameo in other people's movie and you are trying to please them with the hope that then you will gain their validation. So instead of that, what I recommend you do is you focus on you being the star of your own movie and setting your lifestyle up in a way to where it naturally gravitates energy towards you. How would you be the star of your own movie? Well, you would literally go out into the world and go after your dreams, your desires. You find out what that is. And by going out, you create a certain gravity to you. And imagine this, when you're in the passion frequency of what you love doing, you are then a vibrational match to that of the person that's gonna be the best balance to that energy. But when you're not being your true self, you can't actually attract a deep, meaningful love attraction, love connection. So tonality, lifestyle, developing a lifestyle, anything that you think is your flaw, own it, own it, pretend and be, literally realize that if you own it, people don't feel, people feel what you feel. Not what you think they feel. So if you have some like little insecurity, if you have a mole, if you're a certain height, if you feel like your hair is this way or you just have a certain appearance, well, guess what? If you were just to own it, you'd then be emitting an energy that is so attractive that other people naturally gravitate to it. I knew this guy that I used to work with and people would look at it and be like, how is this guy able to date some of the most like beautiful women, like models? How is he able to do that? People wouldn't understand it. The dude just had very good energy. It's all— attracting love is about energy. People think it's about looks. Looks, of course, help at a certain level, but energy is the most important thing. You'll see some guys that might be extraordinarily attractive or some women that might be extraordinarily attractive on the outside, but on the inside, there may not be that glue that really holds holds that together or that sexual polarity within them. Polarity is important with attraction too. So are you really embodying your feminine or masculine qualities? How are you showing up in the world in that way? Have you healed the masculine and feminine wounds? Now, one of the most important things I would say to have magnetic frequency or magnetic love energy, having fun, just having fun, that's it. The degree to which you can have more fun and be in a high vibe state It's gonna literally attract people to you. I used to work that 9-to-5 job selling women's shoes. Every single day we started at zero. I would go in every single day and I would get paid like 6% on whatever I sold. So if I sold like $4,000 or $5,000 worth of shoes, I'd get paid, I don't know, what is that, a couple hundred bucks in commission. I would practice and go in every single day and see how my energy would show up in that job and see what the result was with how much I sold for the day since every day it started at zero. What I learned is the more fun I would have, the more it would gravitate customers towards me, the more attractive I would be, the more people, well, the more I worked in women's shoes, so the more women would hit on me. Very interesting. But the degree to which you come off as attractive or have magnetic energy is the degree to which you can have fun because fun is a high vibrational state of being. It's loose, it's more malleable. When people are very serious, it's a very heavy energy. So one of the best things you could do is just learn to just have more fun. One thing that I recently did with some friends is we went out in the public here in Sedona. We did these little challenges. We'd go out into the stores and we'd do these, we had 2 hours to do these crazy challenges. One of the challenges was I had to convince 2 people that I lost a purple ferret in the store and see if they could help me find it. And I ran up to them all like, I was like, guys, I was like, excuse me, can you please help me? I've lost, there's two purple, there's this purple fairy that I have. I came here with my girlfriend, we lost it. I can't find it, it's under the aisle somewhere. Can you help me look for it? They helped me look for it for like 5 minutes. They were like looking under the aisles and stuff. It was so funny. The other one is I proposed to an artichoke in the middle of Whole Foods. I like literally did this whole minute-long speech, got on my knees and then proposed to it. And then I said, she said yes. And there were like people all around. Why did I do something like that?
It broke me outta my box and it made me feel very alive. It made me not give a shit what people think too.
But here's the funny thing. When we were doing these challenges, I was with some friends and we were all doing these like kind of fun, you know, one of us, someone was air guitaring to like loudspeaker that we brought into the store. When we were doing all of these things, very ironic because it was so fun, our vibration was so high that even if we like were trying to ask people questions and they weren't about and they didn't wanna like, It would like gravitate and suck people in. You know, one thing I did is I had to like reenact Titanic with somebody, blast the speaker, and like, you know, like the part where they're at the front of the boat like this. So it was like someone was riding a cart with me and we were doing that, blasting the speaker through Whole Foods. So things like that, right? But the more having fun, the more magnetic energy will you naturally have. So the other thing is the story about love. What is your story about love? Do you believe you have magnetic energy? Do you believe that you are worthy of love? The story, the beliefs you have about love are constantly being reflected back to you. I've just developed the belief and given myself the permission to just know that I just have magnetic energy. That's what you can do as well. And some of the other things is realizing clarity, clarity of what you want when it comes to love, clarity of the qualities. I'd say qualities are more important than like the looks or things like that, but That's very important. And gratitude, feeling grateful for the love already in your life, even friends and family, that helps you tap into the frequency of already having it. Just like that friend coworker I used to have that when she was in a relationship, she'd get hit on so much. It's 'cause she was in that vibration. Now, the thing that I encourage you to do is to embody the energy of love for 21 days. 21 days is a powerful benchmark that we can use, almost like a permission slip that can help us wire in a new sense of identity.
External validation. Wanting other people to validate us is a direct shadow of when we were kids, us having a need and desire for approval. And many times what happens is when we were kids, maybe we did receive it or didn't receive it. And what happens is later on in life, we continue to crave the approval and the validation of other people, hoping that like our parents, they will actually Give it to us. And what we'll find is unless we do the shadow work and we stop searching for external validation, we will find ourselves constantly seeking from other people.
And for me, this was a game changer when I learned about this.
I was aware, I became aware of my own shadow for wanting external validation from other people. And I didn't realize how much it actually ran my life. I was making YouTube videos, uh, every single day on YouTube. I was adding value to people, but I didn't realize that one of the reasons I was trying to add value to people is because I attributed that the more value I could add to other people, the more they would like and accept me, the more they would think about me in a certain way. And it also became aware of it because for a long time, one of my biggest goals was on YouTube trying to get a million followers on YouTube. I remember when I was working at Barney's New York in women's shoes and I started to make daily videos on YouTube and it was very exciting because my channel started to grow and the more validation I would get, the more people that I would get that would like my content and the more subscribers I would get, the more fulfilled I would feel, feel. But it was a like part of fulfillment that wasn't actually long, like didn't really stay around and it was built on this like false premise. It would just give me like little jolts and I would check Social Blade and I would look for this external validation. And what happened is anytime I'd hit a certain goal, it would feel really cool for a minute and then it would go back down and I would then be looking for more. I'd be looking for more validation, more of that approval from other people. And I remember the day that I hit 100,000 on YouTube, I was getting ready to go to the gym. Actually the night before I had 97,000. I had a video that popped out, went viral overnight. And all of a sudden it was over 100,000 and I remember thinking, oh, I'm gonna do a Q&A, I'm gonna do all this cool stuff for the audience and all of a sudden it was here and I was so excited and I had all these expectations like, oh, I'm gonna go to the gym and people are gonna recognize me, I'm gonna finally be seen in the way that I wanna be seen and I went to the gym and it was pretty much the same from the day before and every other day I went to the gym, there was zero difference. And even then, after I hit 100,000, like, what about 200,000? What about 300,000?
What about a million?
And for a long time, I wanted that gold subscriber plaque on the wall and, uh, finally got it like a year ago. And I remember feeling just very much like, wow, so much of my life was spent thinking about wanting this piece, this thing. And I just realized that it, it really didn't mean what I thought it meant. And, um, I guess it felt kind of empty. And the more I went into it, the more I realized that I was attributing my sense of value, my sense of worthiness and validation with what I could provide and the value I could add to other people, not knowing that in a way I was also trying to prove myself. I was trying to prove myself from, uh, either childhood friends or family that maybe didn't believe in me when I first started getting on YouTube. So I was like trying to prove people wrong. And there was also a part of me, I realized that from my own childhood, and many of you know my story, but from 7 to 15 years old, I had no freedom at all. I wasn't allowed to have friends, wasn't allowed to go to school, I had to earn going to school activities. Normally I was locked outside of the house having to do yard work with my brother, wasn't allowed to watch TV, only got TV dinner at night and a bowl of cereal in the morning, so very malnourished. All of a sudden, have all this freedom. But from that period, there was a sense of myself where I didn't feel worthy. I didn't feel whole and complete. And because I had to please my ex-stepmom who was very mentally and emotionally abusive, it then trickled into the rest of my life where I was trying to please other people. If I could please other people, then I would survive. In a way, it was a survival mechanism. But the main core wound that I've realized that came from craving external validation is that I have abandoned myself in childhood, and like, while I look at my childhood, there was a time when I abandoned myself. You could say that it's the abandonment wound. The abandonment wound is what was causing me to not validate myself because I was afraid that if somebody else would abandon me, then I would feel that same sense of emptiness or I wouldn't survive. Even having emotionally unavailable parents as a kid, that will cause us, that can cause us to then feel afraid of being abandoned. So how can I change my sense of self to not be abandoned? And we will then bend like pretzels, we'll bend backwards, we'll do whatever we can, we have trouble saying no, we become people pleasers. And the key and the cure to the abandonment wound, you wanna know what it is? It's to stop abandoning the self, to stop abandoning the self. Same with the validation. The reason we want validation is because we don't wanna feel abandoned. But if we would validate ourself, if we would stop abandoning ourself and start doing what we wanna do and filling up our own cup, we wouldn't need the external validation. This was the game changer for me. It was like literally a whole new world. All of a sudden, I had this potential to where when people ask me if I wanna do something, if it's gonna get it, if it's going to, make me lose myself in the process, then I can say no. Before, I couldn't say no because if I were to say no, I would lose the validation of other people and I could be abandoned again and I would feel very empty and hopeless. So what I ended up doing is I ended up changing my value system as well.
This is another key thing.
We all have values we live by. Values are like kind of like clusters of beliefs or virtues. And if we live by the value of wanting people's validation at the top of our list, then we end up being guided by that force. When you go to a Tony Robbins conference, by the way, like Date with Destiny, most of the power of that for many people is looking at the values, rearranging the values, because certain values won't lead to— if you value significance is what he always talks about, over that of valuing growth or connection and love, then a lot of times you will maybe, you know, heighten, you will maybe, that's not a formula for happiness because you want people to see you because maybe you don't feel seen. If you value certainty over many other things, then you'll probably stay comfortable in a certain zone because that's a virtue, that's a value that's keeping you where you are. So for me, I had to become aware of the strong importance I put on wanting other people's validation, wanting other people's approval, and I had to start giving it to myself. And then I started to value authenticity more than anything else. What became more authentic to me was looking for just the authenticity of me being the real me. Even if the real me meant I may get rejected. There are times people have said, hey, come, let's go do this. "Can you come meet me here?" And I'm like, "No, I actually," you know, it doesn't mean that I always say, if there's times I do wanna go to something with friends or something, then I do it. But before, like literally I would do something like drive 10 hours to someone's birthday party 'cause there were no flights that went into this place because I didn't wanna say no. And I actually had to cancel photo shoots. I had to cancel all these things. That was something I did because even though it's a great friend of mine, I just, I couldn't say no. And now I look back and I'm like, what was I doing? Woke up from it. But the key to curing needing validation from external sources is validating the self and also stop abandoning the self. Look at your value system. Are you valuing significance and validation over authenticity and realness? And if so, how can you rewire that? It's really just becoming aware of it and starting to realize who are you? What virtues do you decide to live by? As I started to go and stop abandoning my own self, that's when everything began to change. So you can heal the abandonment wound by giving yourself validation and by knowing that you can stop abandoning yourself, knowing that also it's a good thing if you are being your true self and some people don't like it. You're actually attracting people that really like the real you versus this contorted thing that changes based on that adapts to everybody else around. So that's really what makes the biggest change in this process is when we become aware of this wound and then we begin to heal it.
In this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the 3 words that block love from chasing you. These 3 words are going to be words that as you take out of your vocabulary and as you switch around the energy inside of yourself and how you carry yourself, you're going to become more magnetic than ever and you will have love actually chasing you. So in this video, I'm going to show you exactly what those are and exactly what to do. On this video, I'm going to be sharing with you those 3 words that kill attraction and that also cause you to feel like you're chasing other people. Now let me put your, uh, let me put your attention on something here. Now, I used to have this guy that I used to, this my friend, actually he used to be my old roommate back when I used to work at Barney's and Women's Shoes. And I was sitting there at work one day with one of my coworkers. Her name is Tanya, she was awesome. And we were talking about one of our friends that was, we realized was always chasing love. There was this girl that he liked on the third floor that worked in like men's clothes and he liked her. And he was like chasing her. And one thing that Tanya said to me really stood out to me. She said, do you realize that anytime he's chasing someone, it's like that other person is running? It's implying that that other person is running. So it's almost like when we are using different words, when we're using these three words that I'm about to share with you, it is causing the energy dynamic to be there to where that person is then someone you are chasing because the energy dynamic is flipped. And a lot of this also has to do with how are you showing up in the world. When I started to become the star of my own movie and I started to treat myself as like somebody that has value already and somebody that's just going out there having fun and being the star of their own movie, that changed the whole entire energy dynamic around. That had it to where then I wasn't trying to be the cameo in someone else's movie. It changes everything. So realize that when it comes to attracting love, there is no quick little fix, little technique that's gonna make all the difference. It's an energy change that's going to make the difference. The more you are in alignment, the more magnetic your energy will be. I'll tell you that right now as well. Now, the first word that you must stop using in order for love to chase you is the word want. Anytime you want, you ever notice that when people want love, they want to attract something? That they go out into the world and it's just a lot of times their energy isn't magnetic. If you think about like a guy that goes to a club that wants to talk to a woman, that wants to do different, like, you know, have them like him, he's putting out a needy energy. And neediness is one of the most unattractive things. If you want to guarantee that you are chasing someone else, then feel very needy. If you wanna guarantee that you kill attraction in your love, you know, attraction process or whatever, then what you should do is you should be very needy to the other person. Immediately that will kill their attraction. What is the opposite of neediness? It is when your cup, it is when your cup, look at this cup right here.
You guys see that cup?
Look how full it is. That's almost a full cup. That's like 99% full because the cup's already full. So because that cup is full, when the person goes out there, he's not like, hey, can you fill up my cup? Can you fill up my cup? I would like some validation. Can you please fill it up? But realize this, anytime you want something, it means you lack it. It means you don't have it. And people wanna be around abundance. So if you are validating yourself, if you are the star of your own movie, if you are having fun, if you are in alignment with how you prefer to be, if you're being authentic, then guess what? That's attractive energy that will then chase you. So that's one of the main things that I encourage you to do is to get in alignment with your purpose, to get in alignment with who you are, You know, there's something attractive about people that don't do what necessarily they're like expected to do with like social conditioning, the 9 to 5 job. There's somebody that's going after their purpose, that's going after their mission. That will all automatically set you apart from most people and that it creates a very magnetic energy. So when you think about, realize also with attraction, it's all about energy. It's like 99.9%, yes, attraction is part of it. Look at this painting I got, by the way.
You guys like that?
That's a, you can't really see it. Let me show you. Look at that. It's still kind of hard to see with the lighting. It's Alex Grey painting that I got. I just was looking at it. I was like, oh yeah. So when it comes to, realize that when it comes to attraction, it's all about energy. I've seen some guys that you would be like, oh, that guy, like there's no way that guy dates like a model or supermodel or whatever. And you know, looks are just superficial anyways, Like it's all energy. Energy is what is attractive. So if you change your energy, that's when you become more attractive and then it can chase you. But these words that I'm talking about are like energies that will repel. And you'll notice that there's a lot of people that when they stop looking for love, they find love. Why did that happen? Because when they stopped wanting it, they then allowed it into their life. 'Cause want means lack. Want means I don't have it and I would like it. But if you like become okay with being single, if you become okay with being around your friends and having a good time and going after your purpose, and having fun, then guess what? You will have more magnetic energy. Many people that have been trying to attract love that I've talked to, that I told them to let go of the trying, to let go of wanting it, then end up in relationships shortly afterwards. I know people that make the rule, that once they make the rule, I am not going to attract love into my life, I'm gonna focus on my own business or focus on myself, it happens within weeks because they let go of the wanting, and wanting implies lacking. So one word that you can let go of that is blocking love from chasing you is realizing that the more you want, the more you lack. Now, the second one I'd say is the most, is probably the biggest game changer for me. So you'll see right here, two, importance. I mean, it's a word, it's a phrase, it's an idea, importance. Anything you make important, you put on a pedestal. Imagine this right here. You've got somebody down here, somebody said, oh, you are so amazing, I would love to be around you. "If you would validate me, I would feel great, and you're just this perfect person, and I put you, I have this halo effect around you." Well, guess what happens? They can feel that energy, and they're then looking down at you, and then that's not attractive to them. They wanna be with someone that they're on the same level with. They want you to treat them like a person, like that importance creates resistance. Anything you make important, you create resistance around. You know, I'm not trying to brag by saying this, But so I recently moved to, I have a place in Sedona that I go to and I'm here between here, Vegas and Sedona about half the time. And in Sedona, because it's like a spiritual hub and there's so many spiritual people there, I meet like people that know me from YouTube, like almost sometimes every day. I'll go out to the grocery store, I'll go out to the nature and I'll meet people that recognize me from YouTube. Now here's the difference that I understand in energy. When somebody is like, oh my gosh, I just met Aaron Doughty, oh my God, that is so cool, it's an energy of resistance. I'm not making fun of anybody, by the way, 'cause I love meeting anybody that I meet, but it's most pleasant when it's almost like it's just natural for that person. Like it's just, I'm not put on a pedestal in any way. When someone's put on a pedestal, they feel that and it creates resistance. It's like, oh, you know? But what I find I enjoy more is when I just talk to someone I meet someone and it's like fun, I give them a hug and that's cool. So I'm not like saying if you ever see me, like don't talk to me. But the thing to work on would be like not putting, if you put someone on a pedestal, they can feel it and it almost resists and causes like a resistant energy. And I can know that firsthand now because of those kinds of experiences. So I love you all just so you know, but I can, that is something I wanted to show as an example is imagine you're trying to date someone and you're putting them on a pedestal and treating them a certain way, then what that does is that creates resistance. Anything you make important, you create resistance around and you block it from coming into your life. So what is the opposite of importance? Here's what you do instead. You see it as natural for you to meet certain people in your life. You see it as natural for people to see you as attractive because you know that your cup is full and that you are an attractive person and that you're in alignment and that you're gonna attract everything you need at the right time. So a lot of what this is is about you realizing your own worth, you being on your own purpose, you being on your own mission and understanding that if you want it, you lack it. If you're making it important, it's not natural for you. It's like saying that your self-image, you know, realize your self-image is what is called a cybernetic mechanism. This right here is set to 72 degrees. It's a thermostat. If I were to push it up to 74 degrees or whatever I put it to, that's gonna set set there. And what happens is, is if the door opens and the AC turns on, the AC will turn on to mitigate it back to that temperature. Now, the way that works is just like our self-image is also a cybernetic mechanism. So if you see yourself as not worthy of talking to certain people, then you'll in a way sabotage yourself because it's not natural for you. You'll put them on a pedestal. So one of the best things I can recommend that you do is you take people off a pedestal and you realize that you're good either way. You're just as worthy. You're here to have a good time. You're here to have fun. You're here to connect. And as you have that perspective, you take them off a pedestal. It's not important 'cause you're good either way. That's the frame. Importance means if you make something important, you're saying this has to work out a certain way. You're also trying to control. If you let go of control, you'll find it's even more powerful. Now, the third word that people use that blocks attraction and also stops people from chasing them, and also realize chasing is a form of manipulation. If you want someone to chase you, it's like you're trying to make someone chase you. You're trying to make, it's manipulation in a way. And what I recommend you do is you realize you're good already and you're just having fun. It's a different frame of reality. It's a more healthy frame though. But in general, I just kind of wanted to point that out as well. Now, the third one is when. When will this person come into my life? I'm waiting. Well, realize the more you wait, the more you are creating more waiting. Like think about it. If you're in lack, you're attracting more lack. You're perceiving of more lack. Your reality is equal to more lack. If you're waiting, then you are in the vibration of waiting. You will create more waiting. You're waiting, you're waiting, you're waiting. What are you waiting for? You're waiting for something that's not here to become here. And because it's in that state, then it takes time. The key is being present to the moment and not trying to escape it, not trying to say that the moment in the future is gonna feel better. When you're waiting, you're like, think about it, you're giving yourself this rule that says, once I attract this person to my life, then I'll feel love. And you're robbing yourself of the love that already exists inside of you. Now, the funny thing is if you would feel that love already now, then you would attract love easier than ever. This video right here, this is one of the most powerful videos that I made, and I highly recommend that you watch it 'cause it'll help you with what you learned in this video.
