Things that feel good, but are actually toxic traits...

Aaron Doughty explores spiritual beliefs that feel good but sabotage you: the Messiah complex, spiritual grandiosity, the drama-fueled pain-body. He traces his own shift from a chosen-one identity to something grounded, and offers practical steps like boundary setting and grounding meditations to raise your vibration without the ego trap.

In this video, I wanna show you some of the things people think are high vibe and they literally live according to certain principles that are actually low vibe and even in some cases, very toxic. Some of these are things that on my path of awakening, especially back in 2012, I began to believe and it literally kept me from attracting what you could call my high vibe tribe It kept me from success. It kept me from love. It kept me from just about everything because it was this thing I literally believed in. And I see many people, some of which even follow me, that believe in some of these concepts. And what I wanna do is I wanna show you what these believed-to-be high vibe concepts are and why they may be actually hurting you or keeping you from actually experiencing the love, the abundance and the growth that is potential for you. Now in this video, I'm gonna be talking about that of what's called the Messiah complex. I'm gonna be talking about something I see some YouTubers even use where it's like, are you the chosen one? Are you one of the chosen one who have incarnated on earth to help other people awaken to a higher level of consciousness? And I wanna show you why believing you're the chosen one may actually be an ego gratification tactic that the ego's using to feel special. And how a lot of times when people go through an awakening, what happens is they shed their old ego. Like in 2017, I shed the 2000, no, 2012, the version of me that had ADHD, that was partying, I shed that version of me, but then I gained a new ego, the spiritual meditator ego, the one that is very centered and grounded and into very esoteric spiritual things, the one that is here to awaken other people to their true power. And that kept me in a certain box, and it also separated me from other people. So in one way What happens, one of the most low vibrational things that will weigh us down from actually being the higher vibrational versions of ourselves is an ego that is rooted in significance, an ego that is rooted in wanting to feel special and needed, an ego that wants to also justify feeling alone on the spiritual journey. I am here to save other people. To awaken other people to their true power. I'm a starseed Pleiadian 9th dimensional star being who is here to awaken the planet. And I think a lot of times this is rooted in a feeling of wanting to be special, a feeling of wanting to feel needed, and it also justifies the feeling of being different. Now, in this video, what I'm gonna be sharing with you is something that is called spiritual grandiosity. I'm gonna be showing you how I fell into this trap and how I came out of it and how you can begin to also tap into understanding being in your own frame and how you relate to other people, why you must have a clean energetic field to attract people with a clean energetic field, and also why you might, as someone that can feel other people's energies, attract narcissists, what the lesson to learn from narcissists is, and how to really step into your true power in a very empowering and new way. I'm gonna share with you how to move and have one of the biggest consciousness shifts in your life, moving out of one level of consciousness into the other. I wanna show you how to do that. And this video is a live that I did, and it's in my new community if you wanna check it out called High Vibe Tribe. It's where I'll be going live, doing workshops. I'm making a course right now called High Vibe 101 to show you how to raise your vibration. It's completely free. It's in the top of the description box below, but it's a live recorded session where it was about 40, 50 minutes. I really encourage you to watch the whole thing. I touch on all these concepts throughout the live and I show you in essence how to elevate yourself to a new level of consciousness and how to let go of the toxic ideas that are keeping you rooted in unconscious patterns that are keeping you separated from everyone else. I think this, this live can completely change your life from the inside out. I encourage you to watch the entire thing and then comment below and let me know at the end if you want me to do more lives like this and to post it on this channel. So, let's get into that right now. There are times that the best medicine you can give other people is space. Space from maybe your own energy, or maybe you have sometimes an intention to help other people or to fix other people, or maybe there are times that there is guilt there where there's a feeling that if I were to retract my energy, that somehow that's wrong, that's something I'm not even allowed to do. And recently I was in Costa Rica and the shaman had this quote that I thought was so powerful. And what she said was, "Sometimes the strongest cup of medicine is the glass you don't drink." Now think about that. Sometimes the strongest cup of medicine is the glass you don't drink. There are times that taking a break and giving yourself space allows you to have more realizations than it does maybe even of drinking the medicine itself, which of course that's being referred to with that of plant medicine. But many times there is this wheel that people get on where there's healing to do, there's this inner child stuff that you need to go into, And the challenge is that sometimes the more you go into your inner child stuff that you need to heal to get into, the more you kind of get caught up in this energy field, the more maybe you get caught up in looking and finding these things versus just realizing that you can give yourself space and that space may be the best medicine for you. You know, one thing I recognize in my life recently is there's been so much stuff going on in my life and there's a lot of movement happening. I've been traveling. And one thing I noticed is how the shaman carry themselves. They don't call themselves shaman, by the way. They call themselves musicians. That's just like the whatchamacallit, the way that we talk about it. The way that like the US talks about it, but the way they carry themselves when it comes to drama and things happening is that very often I believe us back in the States, we get caught up in drama. And what happens is that drama gets within our energetic field and it gets activated. And in a weird way, that energy becomes something that you in a way get high from. There's a stimulation that happens when drama happens. And the challenge is that many times you can get caught up in that drama. But then again, as that happens, that energy stays within your field. So a very important thing to realize is, is there a payoff to the drama? Is there a payoff to that of the stimulation that comes when drama is happening? And if there is, the challenge, and what Eckhart Tolle calls this, by the way, is the pain body. We have this pain body that in a way is an entity of itself that wants to feed on more pain. And what happens is when there's conflict in our life, many times it's because our pain body is activated and then we rub up against other people's pain body and then that creates tension and conflict. Now the challenge for many people is that when the drama is happening, when there's things happening, it can be very easy to get caught up in it, to keep that within your energetic field. And then when you meet other people, it rubs off against them and you pick up on the version of them that has that activated. There's a lot of times when there's more triggering that happens. So when we talk about this of the energy of the drama that sometimes with between conflict and, important part of the transformation is recognizing and observing the pain body, observing the drama, but then not getting caught up in the story. And one thing the shaman do such a great job of is when something happens, they observe it, they look at it, they make the changes, and they let it go. And then it doesn't stay active in their field. It's not something to dwell upon. And understand that in order to meet people, if you have a desire to meet people that have a clean energetic field, people that you feel energetic around because there's an uplifting quality to their energy, if you want to attract people that have a clean energetic field, then you must have a clean energetic field. And the more debris that's in your energetic field, the more likely you are to attract people around you that also have debris in their energetic field. And the more likely you probably just naturally hang around people that have debris in their energetic field because it's due to resonance. It's due to vibrational resonance. You attract people that are of a similar vibration. This is one of the first fundamental parts of quantum physics and physics in general. Like attracts like. So what a lot of people do when it comes to this is they'll say, I wanna attract this type of person into my life. I wanna attract other high vibe people. But the challenge is that if you are not doing the inner work, and letting go of the drama, the stimulation, the story. And honestly, if I'm being completely honest here, a huge part of the shift in consciousness that happens is when there's a letting go of victimization. It's where you realize that in your life, in the past, things may have happened to you, but when you're able to give it a new meaning to see how it happened for you, that's when the energy starts to shift because you move out of the dense energy of things are happening to me, and you move into an energy field of things are happening for me, you then have the ability to give things meaning. Now, imagine this, if your beliefs create your reality and you believe you're the victim, and you believe things happen to you, and you believe that all people, all men or all women are this specific way, they're all trying to control me, they're all narcissists, all these perspectives, guess what you're gonna attract in your life? More people that reflect that back to you. It's almost like there's this rule on reality that's like, people are not fair to me. People are controlling and manipulative. People always want my energy. I must fix everyone in my life. These are all things I must do. And then there's this, it's why? Because of things that have happened in the past. And then there's an insistence because that feels familiar, that feels safe, and you go out into the world and you continue to attract narcissistic people, controlling people, people that want your energy due to that victim energy. Leaf in the wind. It's all happening to me. It's all happening to me. This is why there is a shift. There is a fundamental shift in consciousness that happens when you go from things are happening to me 2 things are happening for me. You choose to give things new meaning. Now take this another step with all that stuff I've been studying on Alfred Adler. Quick little thing, Alfred Adler, considered one of the grandfathers of psychology up there with Freud and Carl Jung. He's an Australian psychologist, not as well known as the other 2, but in Adlerian psychology, One thing that it's very much a part of is it talks about something called teleology versus etiology. Etiology is the past equals the present. This happened in my past, my parents divorced, blah, blah, blah, this is my destined future. And everything's about causal relationships. Now in Alfred Adlerian psychology, it's all about understanding more so teleology, which means The past does not equal the present unless you believe it does. But in teleology, we have present moment goals, some of which are subconscious, that we are trying everything we can to remain consistent to. So you may continue to attract narcissistic people into your life because maybe your dad was narcissistic. And maybe what happens is that is the pattern because also there may be a subconscious goal there to remain in a powerless state because anytime you stood up to dad when you were a kid, maybe you got punished. Maybe somehow that feels safe and familiar. Now you could say, well, that's kind of like etiology, the past equals the present because you're still looking at the past. However, it's a present moment goal. You may, you know, until you forgive certain people in your life and you let go of the resentment, you will continue to attract people into your life that reflect that back. So what happens is from Alfred Adlerian psychology, it could be that you don't want to forgive your dad, you stay in the resentment, and therefore you keep attracting narcissistic people into your life. You say, "No, that happened in my past, that's why I attract it now." There's a present moment subconscious goal there So it's almost like you pull from the past and you find evidence of the past to reaffirm your subconscious goal now. It's a very different way of thinking that's also rooted in a lot of what we're learning about quantum physics, what we're learning about every moment's a new moment. Every moment's a new moment. Every moment you're a new version of you. So when it comes to, getting free of the past, understand that one of the best ways to get free of the past is to drop the belief that the past has to equal the present moment right now. It's funny 'cause it's like you can go into your past trauma, you can look at all these things that happen, you can be like Sherlock Holmes with the magnifying glass looking for every little thing that happened to you. And as you keep finding more and more little pieces of trauma of every time, You got lost in a grocery store or something like that. You're like, yes, it reaffirms the victimization of the childhood, but then that keeps that energy active. And according to the Adlerian psychology, it's much more positive psychology focused in the sense that you can look at that and ask yourself, is there a goal that I have to actually remain in this victimization state? Because maybe that drama feels familiar. Maybe there's a stimulation there that feels familiar. And once you begin letting, once you become aware of that, you can then see that maybe you don't actually want what you think you want subconsciously because you want familiar. So becoming aware of this energy is a huge part of the process of transformation. Now, if there's questions about this, go ahead and put in questions. Go ahead and ask them. By the way, one of the, when people say they're high vibration, I'm very high vibration, just so you know. When people say they are chosen, I'm gonna go on a little rant here. When people say they're high vibration and they believe they're better than everyone else, That's like, that's low vibration. It's called spiritual grandiosity. And what happens is it's like, I'm so awake, I'm so aware, everyone else is asleep. I came here to help the planet ascend into a higher level of vibration and everyone else is asleep. That is a way and along the lines of spiritual grandiosity. Spiritual grandiosity is where you have to kind of one-up yourself and view yourself as better as other people, even though you've already let go of your ego. I've let go, I've shed my ego and realized I'm very high vibration. And everyone else that's not aware of this, everyone else that thinks I'm weird, you're low vibration. I am a chosen one. I see YouTube videos literally made sometimes, by the way, where it's like, It's people saying like, "I have been chosen. I am chosen to come to Earth to help other people ascend into a higher level of vibration. I am chosen." You were not chosen. I'm sorry. You choose yourself, but believing you're chosen is probably something that was rooted in trauma from childhood where there's a feeling of insignificance So in order to feel good enough, it's a worthiness thing. And I'm here right now, this might sound kind of harsh, I'm trying to wake you up out of that. Not 'cause I'm better than you or, I'm just saying I've got caught in the trap before in 2012 when I went through my awakening, there was a hermit phase I went through. I felt like a lot of people didn't understand me. And then the way I rationalized it is like, well, they're just not high vibration. They're asleep in the matrix. And I got caught in this trap where then for years I felt like kind of disconnected from people. I wasn't attracting people that really resonated with me at a deep level. But honestly, how could they? I was judging the shit out of them. Imagine judging people and being like, "You're low vibration," and then being like, "Why are they judging me?" When subconsciously you're saying you're low vibe. Belief that, well, we came here to ascend to a higher level of consciousness. Mm, we, the thing is, and this is also related to the whole NPC thing, you know how it's like main character energy, NPC. Now I get it, I guess, when it comes to the philosophy of like some people are cameo in other people's movies and main character energy is attractive. But if there's a separation of believing everyone else is an NPC, but I'm not, normally that stems from a need of not feeling seen as a kid. And there's a feeling that of in order to be good enough, you have to view yourself as better than ever the people, that's called grandiosity. And spiritual grandiosity is when you believe you're higher vibrational than other people. When you believe that you're chosen, you came here as a messiah to help other people awaken. The messiah complex is when other people are trying to fix people. You may be someone in your group of friends is trying to fix other people because if you can fix other people, you feel like you can fix yourself. So I'm gonna fix you, and by fixing you, I will then fix myself. What it really says is, I don't feel good enough the way that I am, and if I fix you, you'll see my worth, you'll see my value, and then I'll feel good enough. So the Messiah complex, the chosen complex, the I'm super high vibe complex, these are all complexes that are rooted and a feeling of spiritual or a concept of spiritual grandiosity. Yeah, think about it. By the way, when people are trying to fix other people, they are robbing other people of their power. Literally, you are enabling other people by fixing other people. You are also imposing that that person that needs to be fixed has something wrong with them. And the more you try to fix anyone, the more you imply that they're broken, the more they resist being quote unquote fixed because nobody wants to feel like a broken toy. And then you with this big, the grandiosity of the Messiah complex, get to come and say, I can fix this little toy, this weak, measly little toy I get to fix and to make good enough. Because subconsciously, if I can fix you as this measly little toy that needs to be fixed, then I will feel like the toy maker. I will feel like enough. So a huge part of awakening, a huge part of transformation is when you realize there's no one you need to fix. You're not higher vibrational than anyone else. Everyone, that's a funny thing. Think about this. People who say they're chosen may also say they are Pleiadian starseeds from the 12th dimension. You're only from the 6th dimension. Same thing when it comes to spiritual grandiosity. Same, like, here's the thing. Every single person here under this belief system at least is an eternal spiritual being living a temporary human experience where they've forgotten of their eternal connection to God, source energy, whatever name you wanna give it. Every single being here also has a connection to other realities systems. Like every night when you go to bed, you wake up to higher states of consciousness. You forget all this when you come here. This is according to Jane Roberts, the Seth materials. This is according to all 19 books by Dolores Cannon. Some of the most ancient wisdom that's been around for thousands of years when it comes to like dreams and understanding Eastern philosophy. But you, so when someone says I'm a starseed from the 6th dimension and you're just a human, that is discounting that every single person here also has similar connections to other reality systems. So in a way, it's that same grandiosity piece that we're talking about. Remember, everyone's a reflection of you too. Everyone's a reflection of the one consciousness that we all are. But that huge trap people fall into is when they believe they're chosen, it's they believe they are here to fix and awaken the planet, or they believe they're a Pleiadian starseed from the 12th dimension And a lot of times what I see, I don't know if I've met very many people that are Pleiadian starseeds from the 12th dimension that are also very grounded. I was talking to my buddy about this yesterday. I was like, yeah, they're never super grounded. And my goal is to help ground people back. Maybe some of you listen to this right now and they're a little triggered hearing me talk about all this. I come from a good place, however, you came here to have a human experience. You came here to have a human experience. And trying to escape up into the 17th dimension takes you out of the human experience. And honestly, I believe it also lowers your vibe, if we're gonna use that word. Because one of the ways you go higher up in vibration or in your ability to have mystical experiences is a result of you being more grounded inside of your body. And what I believe happened to a lot of spiritual people is that because there are a lot of times people that have been through a spiritual awakening have been through pressure that caused them to go through that spiritual awakening and gone through childhood trauma, is what happens is there's a feeling of moving out of the bottom 3 chakras tuning to the third eye. It's almost like you didn't feel safe growing up. You move outta the bottom three chakras, move into the third eye, and then you can tune to everyone else. And you've got all these abilities to connect to reality and the starseed energy, connect to other people to know what they're thinking and feeling because there's a feeling of not being safe. And as a survival mechanism, you tune to your, your intuition to connect to everything to know, can I feel safe? 'Cause you don't wanna feel the tension in your body. But when you bring your energy back into your bottom 3 chakras, you start to feel more grounded. And when you start to feel more safe and grounded within your sense of reality, what you find is that as a result of that, you have more mystical experience. You can because you're more grounded. It's almost like you have roots. You're a tree that has roots. And because that tree has roots, you can then go higher. Now, if there is, by the way, if you want, one thing I'll be doing soon is I'll be creating a high vibe protocol or a process that you can go through to elevate your vibration to a high level. Without any spiritual grandiosity or believing you're better than anyone else, but how to practically do that. It includes daily meditations, daily things that you do, things and realizations that you have. I'm gonna be putting that in my new community called High Vibe Tribe. It's completely free. Go to aarondoughty.com/highvibetribe. You'll see it there or the link in my description box. But basically, It's a community where I'm gonna be adding this course. There's a community there, other meditations, workshops, live unity meditations we'll be doing. You can check that out there. But one of the main parts of understanding how to transform your life or transform your vibration from the inside out is understanding that when you move out of the level of consciousness of reality is happening to me into the level of consciousness as reality is happening for me, And then eventually the even higher level is, it is happening through me. It was like the 3 different levels. And people many times stay stuck in the victimization energy because it feels familiar. So there's a subconscious goal there, as Alfred Adler would say, to attract narcissistic controlling people. And also you might attract narcissistic controlling people because you haven't learned the lesson. You haven't learned how to say no. What do people that are empathic that can feel other people's energies, people that maybe had their energy in the bottom 3 chakras as kids and then it moved up to the third eye because they didn't wanna feel tension, they're now tuning to everyone else and there's normally a less solid frame sense of self. And then you have that of a narcissist person that maybe feels familiar. To the past, that has a false sense of self, but nonetheless, a projected sense of self. And many times, these are opposite sides of the same coin. Empaths can feel other people's energy. Narcissists do not feel other people's energies. Or if they do, they use it in a different way. But they attract each other for a reason. Of course, the lesson for the narcissist is to feel, to be more empathic. One thing Dr. Ramani says is that very, with certain levels of narcissism at least, very low likelihood of healing. So a lot of times the best thing you could do is establish boundaries. So what happens is that's what, of course, narcissists can learn from the empath. Maybe they don't learn it as Dr. Ramani talks about, just get space, boundaries, learn the lesson. What's the other way around though? What do empaths get to learn from controlling narcissists? Maybe how to have boundaries, how to say no, how to empower themselves. I've seen people in my life that go through this balance where they keep attracting that narcissistic energy. And then what they do is eventually they stand up to it. And once they stand up to it and they say no to it, they stop attracting that energy into their lives. So understand that maybe there's a lesson to learn there and maybe the reason you keep attracting it in different ways is 'cause you're not learning the lesson. One of the parts of this book called the 10 Signs, what's it called? The 10 Lessons of Life or something. One of it's like, you're gonna get a body, you came here to experience lessons. It's kind of like life is a school and there are lessons. The lessons never end, but you repeat a lesson until you learn it. And then another one is like, everyone is a mirror of you. And then the last one is, you will forget all of this when you're born. I have a YouTube video on it. I think it's a channel trailer on my YouTube video where I talk about all of them. But you will learn a lesson, the lessons never end, and you repeat a lesson until you learn it. So what if some of the people in your life are reflections of that energy? What if they are reflections of unlearned lessons? Think about that. What could the lesson be? Maybe you have a friend that guilt trips you a lot. And even look at the phrase of which I say that, they guilt trip you. You can only be guilt tripped if you let them guilt trip you. If you are swayed by it. You can be aware that you're feeling guilt, but you don't have to choose to respond because you feel it. So understand that people are reflecting back what is active inside your energetic field, and understand that there are lessons you can learn from certain people And if you don't learn the lessons, you'll continue to stay trapped in that energy. Yeah, have any of you ever experienced that where you attract someone, they get outta your life and you attract someone else that has very similar energy? Why is that? Why do you do that? Yeah, that's another aspect of it is the codependency. Think who better, like think about this when it comes to the narcissist and empath connection. If there's a narcissist who's controlling everything around them and everyone around them, and they try to do that to someone that has a healthy attachment style and also a healthy sense of self-worth, what do you, how does that person respond to that toxic energy? They walk away. They may engage with it for a sec, but they dip out ultimately, 'cause they're like, this isn't equal to my sense of self-worth of how I feel about myself. Now, on the other side of this, if there's somebody that engages with it, think about the core wound of an empath or a narcissist. They both don't wanna be left. They both have an abandonment wound. So what happens is on one hand, the empath says, "I need to give in order to get. I must give you and ease tension for you in order to get." And the narcissist says, "I will demand and I will take from you." Well, one wants to give, one wants to take, kind of like peanut butter and jelly, right? They're like a match energetically. Because they both have the same core wound and they both get their needs met by being together. Now, the key to this, of course, is that if you have a healthy, if you start to develop a healthier sense of boundaries, a healthier sense of self, you then will see that and you won't even allow it into your reality. You will say no to that energy. You'll say no to that energy because you realize that that energy isn't in alignment with how you believe and what you believe you deserve. Back in the day when I used to sell women's shoes, I had a manager that was the same personality as someone from my past. And one of the interesting things that happens is she was protected by upper management. Remember the victimization energy? I was like, life's not fair, things aren't fair. And all of us I worked with, I worked with like 9, 10 people, or maybe 12 people in that department in designer shoes in Nordstrom's. And we go to HR, we'd get in trouble for going to HR because she was protected by upper management. I remember we all just put up with it because we thought we had no choice. And then one day this guy came in who only worked at Nordstrom's for a second because he came in and he was, you know, started the first week he was there that manager took him to the side after a couple days and started yelling at him the same way that she'd yell and get away with it with everyone else. And after about 20 seconds of yelling at him, he just looks at her and goes, who the hell do you think you are? You don't talk to me like that. And what he did is he then just walked out. He just dipped 'cause his reality was I don't even want a job where someone is talking to me like this, where everyone else in the department was like, well, to get paid $30, $40 an hour, "We have to put up with her." He said, "Screw that," and walked out. He dipped out because it wasn't equal to his sense of what he believed he deserved. You see the difference there? So people that are in your life may have been normalized or familiarized from the past, and a huge part of the awareness, the huge part of the transformation is learning about what your inner sense of self-worth is. What is your inner sense of, and here's the difference too, don't base your sense of self-worth on what you do, base it on who you are. When we talk about worthiness, think about this, when we're babies, we're worthy for just being a baby. You look at a baby and you say, is this baby more worth more than this baby? Which one's more worthy? You say, that's ridiculous. They're equally worthy. But then what happens is we go from being babies to being little kids, to being adults. And along the line, we learn, I'm not worthy. There's something wrong with me. Maybe 'cause mom and dad's stuff that happened growing up, we internalize things, internalize shame. We say, there must be something wrong with me because here's the little thing. This right here, by the way, is one of the most powerful concepts I've ever learned and I've ever taught. Right here, you ready? As kids, we see our parents as form of gods. They're gigantic compared to us. We might be this little baby and you've got this being that's 50 times bigger. And what we do is rather than as kids growing up, see them as maybe not having their stuff figured out because we base our sense of survival on them and everything they say and do we internalize 'cause we're little kids. We assume that if mom and dad had problems growing up or there was tension between mom and dad or mom and dad and us, we assume it was our fault. We say, that's my fault. Instead of realizing it may have been their fault or not their fault, not like you need to judge your parents. Let me get clear about this 'cause this is a lot of times where people are like fighting to remain victims to the past. But instead of realizing mom and dad had their stuff to figure out and it was their stuff, it's not their fault, it's their stuff to deal with, it's their stuff, then a big transformation happens when you realize you don't have to continue to internalize and think that because they divorced or because there was tension, something wrong with me. And then if you believe there's something wrong with you and you go out, guess what? It's gonna be hard to attract good friendships, it's gonna be hard to attract good job opportunities, it'd be hard to attract love when there's a belief there's something wrong with me. So a huge part of the transformation is realizing that as kids, you have to survive depending on your parents and you don't wanna see them as quote unquote bad or not having stuff figured out because that would go against your sense of survival. So instead what you do is you internalize the shame and you internalize that there's something wrong. Now, let me ask you this though. Think about worthiness. This might change your perspective of worthiness. If you were to get into a car wreck tomorrow, let's say your best friend or somebody in your life, maybe even someone that you sometimes have challenges with gets into a car wreck and they almost die, but they live. Just them being in your pres— just you being around them, you will feel their worth. You will feel grateful for their beingness. You're not grateful for them because they can still do something for you. You are grateful because they exist. They don't have to do anything. Just them, just knowing they're alive makes you feel good, makes you feel grateful for their worthy. You feel that worthiness for them, that gratefulness for them. They're not doing anything. They're just being. So when it comes to worthiness, understand there's people that will feel the same way about you. It's just not contextualized because we believe we're gonna live forever. I know obviously we know this is a short human experience in the sense, in the grand scheme of things, even if we lived to 200 years old or more. But the idea is that babies are worthy for just being them. You are worthy for just being you. Your friends are worthy for just being themselves. And if anything happened, it would put it in a perspective. You'd be like, oh my God, thank God. God they're alive, not 'cause of what they do, but just 'cause of who they are. So if you wanna feel more worthy, don't base it in what you do, base it in who you are, not in who you are in the sense that I am the spiritual grandiosity as Pleiadian starseed from the 12th dimension who has been chosen to have this messiah complex on the planet, who you are from your beingness level, big difference. So realize with real eyes, what is that again? Realize, realize, realize, realize with real eyes, realize. I don't know, that was so hard to say. So what do we talk about today? We talked about spiritual grandiosity. We talked about high vibe. One of the most low vibe things you could do is to believe you're high vibe and higher vibe than everyone else around you, to believe you're a chosen Messiah from the Pleiadian 9th dimension that's come here to ascend the planet is just something that is there because the belief is if I can add a whole bunch of value and if I can help and save everyone else, then I can feel worthy, whole, and complete. But then what you do is you realize that, hmm, that's just a belief, that's just something that's been rooted because there's a feeling of feeling not good enough, younger, maybe from back in the day. So what you do is you become aware of that and you realize, wait, it's not my job to fix everyone. It's not my job to see everyone else as broken. It's my job to just focus on what I'm passionate about. Still connecting within your community, still connecting by adding value in the world, but you're not trying to fix people by imposing that they're wrong. You realize then that a huge part of transformation occurs when you realize your sense of worthiness, when you realize you are worthy and value for just being you. Don't get your sense of value from saving people. Don't get your sense of value from looking for it from other people, thinking that other people even have your sense of value. You look for approval and validation from other people as if they have little stamps that they go around stamping saying, "You are worthy, you are worthy. I validate you, I validate you." You believe they have that and therefore you look for it. Not knowing they don't have what you think they have. People do not have the validation, the approval, whatever it is you think they have, they don't have. You just believe they have it, so you go looking for it. And funny enough, the more you go looking for it, the further away it is because it's there as a lesson to show you they don't have it. A huge part of the Alderian psychology that I've been learning is all about understanding self-reliance, self-reliance. And a big part of this also goes into understanding how we were raised growing up. If we are either rebuked growing up or praised growing up, that many times can have a negative effect. Good job, good job helping with dinner, Susie. You are a great helper. As a little kid, "Oh my God, I'm good enough." Punishment, you did something wrong, shame on you. "I did something wrong." We start to source approval and validation to the outside. Our worthiness comes then from what we do instead of who we are. And we're not sometimes encouraged to think for ourselves and to understand ourself at a deeper level. And that's why self-reliance is so important on this process of awakening. So the searching for validation and approval may just be this lack of self-reliance where in the past you wanted, you had to rely on parents and other people for validation and approval, not knowing you can validate and approve yourself. Don't associate your sense of self-worth with what people or what you do or what people say about you outside in, external. How do you feel about you? Do you still believe that other people have an approval stamp they're gonna give you? Going around with your report card or your sense of worth and say, "Hey, can you stamp my card?" "Can you stamp my card? Can you stamp my card? Please stamp my card. I just wanna feel worthy, whole, and complete." And you believe, and then you project this weirdness onto them because they're like, "Yo, bro, this isn't my job." And then some people do it. They're like, because you do it for them, so you approve of someone else. Like, "You stamp my card, I stamp your card." I see that sometimes in groups where they're like, "You follow my YouTube channel, I'll follow your YouTube channel, and I'll comment on your videos and you comment on my videos." And that's like walking around with that little approval thing going, "I stamp your card, you're good enough, haha." And they go, "I think you're good enough too, haha." We got two stamps because external validates the internal, not realizing nobody has your stamp. It's not even to stop projecting weirdness onto other people to stamp your approval card. You're giving them a weird job. You're projecting them to be like DMV or something. You're like, here, play this role. And they're like, I just wanted to kind of like eat my lunch and chill, but okay, okay, stamp. You're okay, stamp you too. It's so silly. So, so, so, did you get it yet? Understand people don't have what you think they have. You come here, you've come here to become self-reliant, not to understand that you can't connect to other people and have beautiful relationships because all happiness comes from inter— This is also, by the way, an Alfred Adlerian psychology concept. All joy in life comes from relationships, some type of rel— some type of relationship. It comes from positive relationship with other people. It comes from positive relationship to love or purpose. It comes from a positive relationship to your body and health. Everything, all happiness comes from relationship. But if you're looking to the external to meet your inner needs, it's kind of messing up the energy of those relationships, don't you think? So, what I recommend is not projecting that on to everyone. Not giving them the stamp and say, "Hey, can you stamp me?" Can you imagine walking around everywhere? "Can you stamp my approval rating, please?
Hey, I've just come here so you can please stamp my approval rating." They're like, "This is so weird." "I'm not trying to be weird but can you please stamp my approval rating?
I really would like to be approved by you." And you're just like projecting this onto them and they're like, this is so weird. And then what happens is narcissists come around and they're like, ooh, someone that wants their approval rating stamped. I can manipulate this and use this. Most people wake up to it, but no, now I get to, so hey, can you please stamp my approval rating? They're like, sure. Stay up sometimes. No, stay up now. Love bomb in the beginning.
Please stamp my approval rating.
That's gonna become a bit for me, by the way. Reminds me of this book growing up where it was called, "Are You My Mommy?" It was like this little bird that walked around and goes, "Are you my mommy?" And it goes over to like a rake or like a broom and he goes, "Are you my mommy?" Can you approve of me?
Can you please stamp my card?
Okay.
Anyways, can you guys like this video? Can you stamp my approval rating, please? Can you like my video?
Anyways, okay. Anyways, so what do we learn here today? You get in life a reflection of what you believe you deserve. You are worthy for just being you. You associate your sense of self-worth by what you do because growing up you were either punished or praised growing up and that had you then look to the external. Now you walk around going, can you please approve of me?
Can you please approve of me, please?
And you're like giving people this card. And now what you're doing is you're waking up and realizing, wait, I came here to be self-reliant. I came here to realize my own sense of self-worth and to take care of my own tasks. I did not come here to get from the external I came here to realize I am worthy for just being me. So remember all of this. And if you haven't already, join the free community called the High Vibe Tribe. My description box, you'll see it there. We're gonna be doing lives like this, workshops like this. I'll let you know when I'm going live like this. These are also gonna be going on YouTube and stuff like that. I realize, and then also if you want to learn One of the most powerful videos I did recently on the whole empath narcissist thing is that on if you can feel other people's energies, watch this. It's a live training from a live event that I did. It's about 20, 30 minutes long. Check it out on YouTube. And other than that, as always, hope you all have a great day. Peace, much love, and namaste. So empaths, people that can feel other people's energy, this is both a superpower and sometimes a curse on the other side of the spectrum.
