If you do attract narcissists, it's probably 'cause you're an empath. It's gonna sound harsh, but you might attract narcissists because there's something about them for you to learn. That's gonna trigger some of you. You wanna know what empaths can learn from narcissists? It's gonna sound crazy. Are you ready? What empaths get to learn from narcissists is narcissists, even though they're manipulating their environment to get their needs met, which by the way, empaths a lot of times do too. Empaths will give and give and give and be so sensitive and add value to everyone. Because then they get safety, they get other people's approval and validation. They're like, oh my God, this person has such a strong frame. So what, they each got something to learn from each other. Of course, narcissists can learn how to be more empathic because empaths are all about other and empaths need to learn how to be in their own frame in a healthy way. These are extreme sides of the coin, by the way. So I'm not saying like it's, you become a narcissist. Self versus other. That's what the frame technique's all about. Self versus other.
