This workshop will pull you out of survival mode (powerful meditation)

In this 90‑minute workshop Aaron Doughty, joined by co‑facilitator Joy, guides viewers from a "survival" state of consciousness—characterized by constant striving, fear, and over‑thinking—into an "allowing" state where life flows without force. He frames the shift as a process that combines teachings from Eckhart Tolle (surrender), David Hawkins (Power vs. Force, letting go), and Abraham Hicks (vibrational set‑point). Doughty shares personal stories from his time as a commission‑based retail salesperson and his transition to full‑time YouTube creator, illustrating how attachment to outcomes creates resistance and how embodying fun, connection, and value produces abundance. He introduces a five‑step "SHIFT" method (see the pattern, heal the root, integrate the shadow, feel the frequency, transform) for breaking core childhood patterns (people‑pleasing, perfectionism, self‑reliance) linked to the mother‑father‑child dynamic and nervous‑system responses (fight, flight, fawn, freeze). The workshop outlines a scale of consciousness—reacting, awakening, creating, allowing—and explains how moving up the scale reduces burnout and self‑reliance. A guided meditation walks participants through breath work, visualizing energy moving from head to heart, observing past‑self patterns on a mental screen, meeting the inner child, and anchoring the allowing state. Throughout, Doughty encourages participants to practice the shift, offers a call‑to‑action for his Shift Academy (which provides deeper coaching, hot‑seat sessions, and additional meditations), and ends with a Q&A invitation.
Chapters
This video is a full workshop that will show you how to move out of survival level of consciousness into allowing a level of consciousness so that life starts to flow to you instead of you trying to force it. The teachings I share in this workshop are exactly what got me from working a 9-to-5 job I did not like very much in survival, living paycheck to paycheck, to then doing what I love, making videos online, making an impact and helping people, within 6 months, everything changed. And in this video, I'm going to show you what that consciousness shift is, how you could transform from the inside out yourself, and how actually to stay in that level of consciousness instead of falling out of it. In this video, I'm gonna be sharing with you a mix of the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, where we talk about the level of surrender when it comes to consciousness, the teachings of David Hawkins, who wrote the book Power Versus Force and Letting Go, and also there'll be a sprinkling of the teachings of that of Abraham Hicks when it comes to understanding the vibrational set point. These are all things that have massively transformed my life. And these are things that if you stay to the end of this video and watch, you will see begin to plant the seeds of inside-out transformation. If there's one ask I have for you in this video, it's to watch the video to the end and to do the meditation. There is a meditation for connecting to this level of consciousness. And in that meditation is where you will allow that energy to transform and to begin to take root within your consciousness. So with that being said, let's get into the video right now. What if instead of the hustle mentality of trying so hard to get somewhere else, we were able to tune into the energy of already having that which we are looking for? Imagine that for a moment. Yeah, see, sick of struggling, how to receive Confidence with myself and my frame. Going to flow independent of the suffering. How to get unstuck. Yeah, how to manifest without pushing, forcing, struggling. So much of what self-development is and so much of what trying to attain your goals are is a way of trying to get out of the present moment because something in the future is better. Does this make sense? If I could get to the future and I could attain the goals that I have, then I will be enough. Then I will get what I want. Then I can be safe. And what ends up happening is we end up projecting our energy everywhere but the present moment right here and now. When you are trying to get somewhere else, thinking has become the survival mechanism to get you from here to there. And thinking does have the ability to solve some problems. But remember this. What is the famous Einstein quote? Have you guys heard it? You cannot solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that the problem was created. This is the challenge behind so many people that say stuck in the third layer of creating mentality, trying to create something. I create my own reality.
Do you?
Are you the one creating your reality? Isn't that a nice thing to think, right? So what the intention of this workshop is, is to show you that most of the traps you are caught up in are the traps of your patterns that are keeping you in survival. So what you will learn in this workshop is how to begin moving out of survival with the thinking mechanism that allows you to stay in familiar energy no matter what. And you will begin to look at how you can release that resistance to release that stored energy inside of the body and to let go of the core belief that you must be the one to move from survival into thriving, into allowing, into presence. Let's go ahead. First off, what we're going to do is take in just a deep breath in right now. Let's connect to the group energy. And let's set the group intention that everybody that's watching this is able to create this shift inside of their life. All right, let's set the intention that we are able to create a shift of bringing the energy from our head into our heart. And then as we do that, we will absorb more of the information in this workshop. Okay, so let's go ahead right now. Let's take in a deep breath in through the nose. Let it go. Go ahead now, take another deep breath in through the nose.
Let it go.
Simply begin now to observe your thoughts. Imagine you are at a park, at a park bench, and you are simply observing your environment. You might observe trees.
Birds in the trees.
You might observe kids playing. You might observe animals—squirrels, dogs—people walk by. Simply observe it.
Let it be there.
No need to control.
If any thoughts come up in your mind right now, observe that. Let them be there.
If you can let the thoughts be there and observe them from a neutral place, you begin to create space in your consciousness. That space is where you have the choice to either react or observe from a neutral place. So observe those thoughts, observe what you feel inside of your body, and allow yourself to connect to inside your heart. Imagine the energy in your head drifting down into your heart. And set the intention now that everybody watching this is able to shift more into their heart and to begin to shift into the present moment. Maybe all the trying to become someone else or something else, or to manifest something, is simply from a paradigm of I'm not there yet. I'm not good enough yet. And let's begin to settle into the presence of being whole and complete in this moment right now. You know, it's interesting, even as I look at, you know, what we're going to be learning today, The Art of Allowing and Flow. I reflect on myself because I've been transforming a lot over the last few months to a year. I've been going through a lot of shifts and changes with how I show up online. I've been identifying and noticing that when I really get lit up is when I'm doing live sessions like this with all of you. And there's this almost survival mode that I can tell that comes when I'm trying to create content in the old way. Like for so many years, what brought me safety in my business is making daily YouTube videos. I worked at Nordstrom's, commission-based job. Then I worked at Barney's New York for the last 4 or 5 years. Before I got on YouTube. And I learned about the law of attraction and thoughts correlating with reality earlier on. But when I really started to get results was when I learned how to detach and to have this one shift that I'm about to share with you. So I wear the suit to work. I would go in and I would have a certain intention for what I wanted to create. For the day. And if I sold, let's say, let's say at 10% commission in shoes, if I sold $4,000 worth of shoes, I'd get $400. If I sold $3,000, I'd get $300. So I would set these goals. I'd be like, I want to make, you know, $3,000 today at least. And I would go in and I would set the intention, set the vision, and I go into work and I would start helping people. And what would happen is the more attached to the outcome I was when I was helping people, the more resistance that would create. The more I was trying, the more I would actually subconsciously repel people from buying because the people were no longer people. The people were now a means to my end. It's like subconsciously I was— I stopped connecting with people with presence, being present, and I started making them a way of getting my needs met. I was subconsciously projecting onto them, wanting something from them subconsciously. So I would go into work and I would notice like, man, this is just a lot harder I— it's like the more— every time I'm helping a customer, if I'm helping a customer, I'm wondering, are they going to buy something the entire time? Which would get into the way of me just connecting with them. And then I'm overanalyzing everything they do because I'm seeing other customers I could help, if they're going to waste my time. Because if I help them and they don't buy anything, I don't make any money. So pressure. So then what would happen is that's the, the kind of resistance I would experience. Then what ended up happening is I tried something new, and what I did is I said, you know what, I'm going to help customers and I'm going to focus on connecting with the customers first and foremost. I'm going to focus on having fun with the customers and really showing my personality, expressing myself. And I'm going to focus on adding value to the customers. Yeah, if I could have like $3,000 or $4,000 of commission that I sell today, that would be a reflection of the connection, the value, and the presence that I could bring to them. So what I did is I started to embody that energy. And when you trust the unknown and you branch into connection, fun, and adding value, you are then out of making it about me, and you are making it about your connection, and you're making it about we. So what I did is I went into work and it was like magic how much abundance came as a result of that energy. It was like I was in the right place at the right time. If I was helping a customer that wasn't going to buy, I was okay with it. It was okay. And then it was like as I was finished up helping them, I was then in the right place at the right time to help another customer. That would then maybe end up buying. So it was a completely different level of consciousness, of energy. It was like, it was like I was trying less than ever because it wasn't my job to create it. My job was to choose my state of being. So when we talk about the levels of consciousness in that of trying doing and being. When you are in the energy of being, you are in the energy of having fun, of connecting, of adding value. There's a trust to something greater than you which allows you to let go and not need to make it happen. I remember one time I was helping— I was, um, I was in, I was at work and there was this guy I worked with. He made all of his money on, he had it. So Kim Kardashian liked one of his Instagram photos once and he gained like 30,000 followers on Instagram and he made all of his money through his Instagram. He would sit in the back and he would barely help customers in person because his zone of genius was just like posting photos on Instagram. And that was his thing. He wasn't even really the most sociable person, but he was really good at like Instagram. And even now he's like a top seller at Neiman's in Vegas. But I worked with him at Barney's for years. And I remember one time there was this customer from New York that came in. Because I worked at Barney's New York in Las Vegas, we would get a lot of New York customers. And this lady comes in and she's kind of like loud and she's— She's with her 90-year-old mom. She was a lawyer. We didn't know that, but until afterwards, but she needed like all these shoes and like narrow, like anytime you come into a store like Barney's, you ask for very narrow shoes. It means it's like the customer's looking for comfort. And one thing Barney's didn't really do was comfort. It was all for style. So it was like in that moment, I remember he did not want to help the customer. He passed it on to me. I had the opportunity to either take the customer on or to say no, and he would help the customer. I remember in the moment, I'm like saying yes and just trusting. And I remember I was like, you know what, whether this person buys or not, why not? I took this customer, I started to help her and her mom, and slowly but surely it was like Every single shoe I brought out, they put to the side and they were going to buy. It was like, yes, we'll take that, we'll take that, we'll take that. And we're like, what? I'm like, what? I did— I, I was just having fun in a flow, trusting. But what happened is I ended up just like, instead of normally it'd be like, no, you take it, because you know they're not going to buy anything, there was like allowing and a trusting. And I remember what happened is I go in the back and that guy was like, they're taking all of that. He knew he messed up. I remember it was like a $2,000 or $3,000 sale or more or something. It was crazy. It was a huge sale. Just one. And it was like I made hundreds and hundreds of dollars that he basically gave me, not knowing they're going to buy. But there's this trusting that happens. And even if they didn't buy, there'd be this understanding that like maybe there was something I could learn from it. So take that into the equation as well. There's something to learn from it even if it doesn't equate in money. It's like if you're going on a date, apply this to going on a date. The level of consciousness of going on a date and being good either way with how things happen Being in the state of allowing is the energy of having fun. And if you're like putting the pressure that this person needs to be my person or it's a waste of time, you've created resistance that blocks you from just being present. And what's funny is then your energy actually blocks what you want. There's all that pressure being given. So I always remembered this story I just sold— I just told from, uh, Barney's. It was something I always remembered. Then you take that story, and when I started to make videos on YouTube, at first there were a few videos I made, and it was like there was this oscillation between making views, making videos for views, versus making videos because same thing If I can have fun making videos, if I can focus on connecting with people, if I can focus on adding value, it's like you open up to something greater than you. You become a vessel for the divine to flow through where expression feels good. Fast forward a few years. I've been making videos for— I mean, since 2017, I've been making daily videos for the first 4 years-ish. Then I went to like 4 or 5 a week. Then I went to like 3 a week. And where I have found the challenge over the last few years that I've been like having big breakthroughs around is realizing that the level of consciousness that got me here is not the consciousness that's gonna get me here. But ironically, The level of consciousness is here right now. It's in the present moment. So let's look now at the art of allowing. Let's look at the scale of consciousness right here, okay? At the bottom of the scale, we have reacting, reacting, reacting to what's happening. This is where there may be shame, fear, guilt. Emotions under the surface. This is where a lot of times it's these things are happening to me and we feel kind of trapped. I remember my 9-to-5 job that I had. I felt trapped at that 9-to-5 job. I felt like my bosses were very similar to my childhood dynamics where I felt controlled. There were— it was unfair corporate politics. Things weren't fair. That was my core story. That was my core pattern. So reacting is the first level. The second level is awakening. Awakening. This is when you wake up to your pattern. This is when you wake up to it. This is when you— many of you have had a spiritual awakening. You realize, wait, We are eternal spiritual beings living temporary human experiences. There's some form of correlation between my energy and my outer reality. It's a very— it's a very exciting level to be at. The challenge is that you can be aware of your pattern and you could be in the self-development world trying to accomplish things. But what ends up happening is that is a way, once again, of still being in the pattern. So it's like, I understand my childhood energy, I understand some of my pattern, but I'm still stuck. Now, this layer right here, here's where things get tricky. Are you ready? The layer— so this is what the levels of trying And then up here we get to creating. I create my own reality. I watch the movie The Secret. I create it. But then that comes with a big burden, doesn't it? I must create my— if I can think about my reality, feel my reality, and then experience my reality, I know that I did that. I aligned to it. But what happens in the level of creating is it's a lot of doing. I'm going to do to get over here, or I'm going to feel the emotions to escape being over here. So what happens at this layer is you get burnout. At this layer, it's still under the consciousness of you need to be the one to do it to make it happen. This is also normally where people will also get into a pattern of self-reliance as you move up the scale. It's like you, I, you start to like get into your frame more. You start to set boundaries more. You start to, you're independent. The shadow side of this is that you need to be the one that does it. You are so focused on your goals that it actually becomes a mechanism towards avoiding vulnerability and authenticity. So there's a shadow side to it. So, Moving into allowing, moving into being good either way, moving into presence is a shift in consciousness that has to do with integrating your core pattern. So the core patterns we have— this is the thing that I teach in my coaching programs, at my live events, et cetera. This is it. All right? This is what I help people go deep on to transform from the inside out. What it has to do with is the mother-father-child dynamic. The mother-father-child triad. And what you want to ask yourself is this question. Are you ready? Who did you have to be as a kid to receive the love and approval of mom and dad? Who did you have to be? Ask yourself that question. When you think of the pattern around who you had to be— if you had to be perfect, if you had to be invisible, if you had to be a people pleaser, if you had to be self-reliant, if you had to be control— you control your You know, control to feel safe. Yeah, see, good, quiet, compromising, emulate my dad, people pleaser, perfect, agreeable, strong. See, all of these patterns that everyone is sharing right now is a pattern. It's not you. It's a pattern that you've adopted as a way to regulate your nervous system. It is a way of actually mitigating shame.
Does this make sense?
To mitigate an emotion. So it's like, I don't want to feel a certain emotion, so for me not to feel a certain emotion, I'm going to subconsciously just do this pattern thing. We many times become the voice of our parents in our head in order for us to survive. So for example, to avoid criticism of Mom and Dad, you might develop a very harsh critic in your mind so that you avoid the disapproval of Mom and Dad. Because to not get Mom and Dad's love and approval as a kid was death. So the patterns we have, by the way, the patterns we have are a reflection of these nervous system responses. Fight, flight, fawn, freeze. Fight, flight, fawn, freeze. We think overgive, people pleasing, invisible one, perfectionist. Controller, self-reliant— these are all core patterns that keep you trying to regulate your nervous system. So what happens is once you become aware of this pattern, the way that you break your pattern has to do with this process right here. Okay? The shift process. Can everyone type in shift? S-H-I-F-T. This is how you break your patterns. I'll share with you a little bit of how I've done it, and I'll share a little bit about how people do it at my live events and in my coaching programs. Okay? Shift. Here is the shift process right here. And what you do is you first off see the pattern. Everyone type in, see the pattern. The pattern is not you. You see the pattern. It's the awareness of the pattern. You don't have to understand exactly where the pattern came from. You don't need to understand who gave it to you. You don't need to understand any of that. You just simply see the pattern. And the pattern might not be just from childhood. Like, what is that? What are the current patterns you're experiencing in your life? For me, there was a certain core belief, core pattern that I had around always wanting to fight for freedom. So I'd find myself in a job where I felt trapped, wanted to fight for freedom. I find myself in relationships where I would be with a controlling person. That I would then need to fight for freedom, or friendships with really high standards that I had to fight for freedom. That was my core story. But part of it was the pattern. One of the main patterns I had that I had to shed was a pattern around over, like, people pleasing and overgiving. I would tune to others because as a kid, Deep down, as a kid, it was like I felt like my job was to fix Mom. Later on, when I was 9 or 10 years old and my dad met my ex-stepmom, it felt like my job to appease a very harsh, angry, criticizer, uh, stepparent. So pleasing was a mode of survival, and What I had to eventually do is get to heal the root. Everyone type in heal the root. Healing the root is when you begin to get to the root energy underneath the surface. For me, I had to see, hear, soothe, and nurture the inner child part of me. What a lot of people do is they try to change. They try to change at the core. They try to change. It's like the inner child is there and we're ashamed of it, and we're trying to change the inner child. What if you could be grateful for your pattern? The pattern has served you for a very long time. Part of healing the root is actually accepting the pattern. Accepting that inner child part of you. And when you can feel it and release it from the body, that's when it really starts to transform in a powerful way. So for me, I had to see, hear, soothe, and nurture that inner child part of me and feel it and feel the stored anger that was under the surface. And from there, you then move to integrate the shadow. Everyone type in integrate the shadow. Integrate the shadow. This is where you begin to embrace the dark side of what you've been rejecting inside of yourself. So for me, this is where the expression is the shift. In my live events, this is where many people have the biggest breakthroughs. Because then you begin to actually express yourself. So what this meant for me with the people-pleasing pattern was learning that in the desire to please, instead to be authentic and vulnerable, not needing to manage their emotions, setting— resetting the dynamic and allowing myself to let people sit with tension. The tension I would feel if someone else felt tension then became my initiation out of the pattern. So it's like the more I could then focus on being authentic and expressive and letting people sit with tension, the more I became more safe inside of my own body. I was very much— because I had a controlling stepmom as a kid, I would associate any form of— almost like any form of power I thought was bad in general if it comes to it, when it came to expressing, because I didn't want to get in trouble. Does this make sense? What I rejected in my ex-stepmom, I rejected in myself because I didn't want to become like her. But you see, you have to become bad You have to become bad in order to create beyond the pattern. And by bad, I don't mean like evil. I mean bad like it is bad to express yourself. It is bad to let other people sit with tension. Like if you have the self-reliant pattern, for example, independence, hyper-independence, it's probably bad to ask for help. Do you see what I mean? It's probably bad to be vulnerable. So becoming bad is about breaking free from the pattern. The F stands for feel the frequency. Gratitude, heart coherence, being present to the moment. Being in the energy of good either way, letting it be natural for your identity. This is the level where you fall in love with the process. And one of the things that has inspired me recently that I'll share with you that I keep kind of alluding to is a good friend of mine. He's been on YouTube for a while. He's been running live events for a while. And when he— I heard from a friend of mine today, someone that I work with actually that also works with him, is like, his mentality around content is like, it does not matter how many views something gets. It's just, this is a piece of art that is going to transform someone's life. That's how he thinks about his content. And it reminded me that like, if I just put all the outer results to the side What would I do? How would I be more free? Because what's funny is I start— I was posting live event content like a year ago when I first started doing live event content where I would run live events and then hot seat coach people live in person. And the first one I ever put out on YouTube was a 30-minute video. Woman had very powerful transformation. Got over a million views in like weeks. And I was like, yes. I was like, awesome. I was just putting it out because it was like, it was, I was so passionate about the content. Got a million views in weeks. And then I was getting stopped in public because people, I remember I was at the gym and people were like, I saw this. They'd come up to me, recognize me from my videos or whatever. And they're like, that video you did at the live event was amazing. And it was like, I got all this positive ego reinforcement. And I was like, yeah, I need to do more of those. And of course, under the surface, part of it's like, oh, I want to add value. But then there was a barometer. I got to do it. It's got to get this number of views. And then as I continued to put more out, some of them wouldn't do nearly as well. And I was like, this kind of content just doesn't do well. And it's like I've been teetering between these two different perspectives. And what I'm recognizing is if you completely take out outer results out of it and you just have fun with it and you just put stuff out that you're passionate about, then what do you think ends up happening? People feel the energy that you feel. So when you're having fun, life gravitates, gravitates to more life. If you can feel me forcing content, you will feel that. And that, that content just doesn't do as well. So what I'm recognizing is a perspective consciousness shift in myself around making content more like this, which, by the way, yesterday I was sitting around and I'm like, I— yesterday I was trying to make a YouTube video and I'm like, I do not want to make a YouTube video like this anymore. I said, you know what, I like going live with my people. I like interacting with you guys here. I'm going to answer questions here in a minute. This to me is much more fun. We get to connect to the group energy and it has way more life than just putting a camera in a room and just trying to make a video. So what I'm recognizing in this opportunity for me to like reinvent the way in which I create content. And even though YouTube strategists will tell you going live on YouTube just doesn't do as well, I'm like, well, what do I want to do? What if it's not about what does well, but it's what, what is the most fun? Do you guys see what I mean? So the T around transformation here is really a shift into being present to the moment and realizing you already are it. Is this making sense? You already are it. So the lesson and the major part of what we're doing today, we're gonna do Q&A and meditation here in a minute, okay? Is that you can apply the shift process towards any area of your life, okay? Love, purpose, core vibration, et cetera. And if any of you, by the way, are interested in this whole entire process, I have that, something called the Shift Academy that you guys can join after this call. We'll put the link in after the call at the end. We don't have to do it now, Joy. So what we're gonna do now is a meditation and then Q&A, okay? We'll do a quick meditation for wiring all this energy in. So the way these meditations work is there's no right or wrong way to meditate. You might be visual, you might hear, you might just feel and sense. Doesn't matter. There's no correct or wrong way. Let's simply focus on allowing ourselves to get more into a relaxed state. And then I'm going to simply offer some suggestions for integrating all of this into your consciousness so that you take it with you. Let's set the intention that everybody else doing this meditation also creates a shift in consciousness. All right, let's take a deep breath in through the nose and then let it go.
All right, take a deep breath in, let it go. Take another deep breath in through the nose, let it go. Good. Now close your eyes. Simply begin to sense the energy inside of your body. Imagine a ball of energy, any color that you like, and imagine Wherever this ball of energy goes, imagine that part of your body loosening up, relaxing. Bring it to behind your eyes, your forehead. Your jaw. Imagine any tension melting away. Bring it down your neck to your left arm and hand, your right arm and hand, to your chest, down your spine, your left leg and foot, your right leg and foot. Imagine now that energy in your heart. Now imagine— now imagine being deep inside of your heart in a sacred space where you can do some inner reflection. Imagine looking off to your left. You're able to see an old television screen. Now imagine looking into this and seeing the past version of you, the version of you that tried The version of you in the pattern. Simply observe this version of you. What is the pattern that you notice they're in? Maybe you are able to see see on the television, a certain dynamic that you show up in every now and then, and is reflective of that pattern.
What is it? What do you see?
Ask yourself the question, where might this pattern have come from? When did you learn that? Maybe something comes to you, maybe it doesn't. Either way, simply realize that this pattern is not who you are. And what underneath the surface is that pattern protecting you from? Maybe it's from the feeling of not being good enough. You feel you might be left or not accepted. Notice the pattern has been serving a purpose. Maybe you can accept it and be present with it. Even imagine an inner child, you Imagine seeing them, hearing them, soothing them, nurturing them. Maybe you hug them. Imagine your inner child comes out the television screen and hugs you. Let that part of you know you're with them now. Now imagine that to your right is a high-def television screen that is going to reveal to you more of the level of consciousness of allowing, of presence. Notice this version of you following your passion, having fun, focusing on connecting. This version of you has the divine to assist. Imagine you being a vessel for God and the divine to flow through you. How do you carry yourself? What do you notice about this version of you? What do you notice? Allow yourself now to connect to that version of you. And feel it as if it's here now. What are you grateful for as this version of you? Feel the gratitude in your heart. What if right now you let go of outcome and focused on feeling the love inside of your body, the fun inside of your body? Allow yourself now to to absorb this energy more and more. Imagine a ball of energy surrounding you. Note every number I count. Imagine that energy of allowing, of presence, of to absorb into you more and more. Imagine it now swirling around your body. With every number I count, simply set the knowing or the intention that this shifts into you. Now with 1, imagine that energy going around your body. 2, double that sensation again. 3. Allow yourself to increase the certainty, the connection to this part of you. 4, double that sensation again. 5, expand that energy out now, all around you. 6, your energy is expanding more and more. 7. Allow that energy in and open up your heart. 8, 9. Double that sensation again with your intention. Set the intention now to connect the Divine, to become a vessel for this energy. From this point moving forward, set the intention to plant those seats. With 10, allow that energy to flow through you. Now, Aaron Doughty, go ahead and set your intention. Bring the energy back in your body. I'm going to count down from 5 to 1. By the time I reach 1, you'll feel alert and present to the moment. Now at 5, 4, bring it into your heart, 3 into your spine, 2 into your legs, and 1. You can open up your eyes now. How do you feel? How do you feel now? Or just in general? Awesome.
Nice. I see I cried in tears. That's what happens when you sometimes work with that inner child part of you. Now understand that whether you felt a lot of emotion or not, it's perfect. Okay? You may have had a lot come up, maybe not as much.
It's okay. Part of self-development is—
and we feel shame. I should have felt more. Awesome. If your intention is to shift to this level of consciousness and to actually allow it to become your dominant set point, understand that what you do is you begin to shift your identity, your beliefs, and your consciousness. And it has to do with letting go of all of that which is not you. And if you want to learn step by step how to do so, I have something called the Shift Academy, which has that of the Shift Method, which will show you step by step how to go through this process, how to release the subconscious beliefs, the subconscious energy underneath the surface, so that you could become more open and connected to an energy greater than you. This workshop itself was something that's inside my Shift Academy. So if you want hot seat coaching, meditations, and a step-by-step process as to how you can do this in a safe group container to do so, then go ahead and click the link below, join the Shift Academy, become a part of this process, and let's go through it together. And if not, it's all good. I do have a meditation here that will help you to raise your vibrational set point. It's a very powerful meditation for anchoring in the version of you that is in this level of consciousness. I'm going to go ahead and link this video right here, and you can watch this video next.
