Use This VIBRATION SECRET To Tap Into Your Psychic Abilities

In this segment of the interview, Heather (Activation Vibration) shares vivid childhood past‑life trance memories, describing how she embodied a powerful African warrior who protected her family and later a tragic vision of a village massacre. She explains how these experiences gave her a persistent sense of inner strength that manifested in her adult life, notably in boxing where she felt an unstoppable 7‑foot presence. Heather expands the concept to include parallel lives and soul‑sharing, noting that fragments of the warrior’s soul (named Ojaya) transferred to her, allowing her to channel his abilities. She then offers concrete advice for listeners seeking to develop their intuitive or psychic gifts: trust yourself, raise your frequency, practice discernment, and take responsibility for your narrative. Heather emphasizes that true access to higher realms is less about specific rituals or plant medicines and more about daily belief systems, thoughts, energy, and actions that align with a spiritual identity. The conversation underscores a worldview where spirit is a constant, embodied presence rather than an occasional experience.
Chapters
You have the ability to do and to be everything that you want to do. Do not let your past stories define you. Transmute it, alchemize it. You have the power. You have already accessed this essence and this energy and this ability.
Today I have a very special guest. It's someone that I've wanted to come on the podcast for a long time, but we actually had to meet in person first and it finally happened. So today on the podcast I have Activation Vibration, aka Heather. And thank you for coming on the podcast.
Yes, thank you for having me.
You are welcome.
Yeah, so, and definitely agree, it's been that kind of thing where it's like we tried to align multiple times, but there's a specific resonance or like a frequency that's required in order for it to happen. So yeah, it's an honor to finally be here.
It was supposed to happen, uh, when was it, like last September or something like that?
Yep, like almost on our way here, but there were like fires and stuff literally like that stopped me, that prevented me, that turned me around. Yeah, that's the power of spirit, and we had to listen. So it's like, okay, not yet, not time.
And then now it just worked out. You were in Bali for a couple months. That sounded like fun. And, um, you were kind of locked there.
Yes, actually divinely positioned there and unable to leave.
Not a bad problem to have. Bali looked beautiful. You enjoyed Bali?
Oh, I loved it. Yes. Yeah, it was the same.
What makes Bali so great?
Um, I feel like it's different for everyone that you would ask that question to, but for me personally, the spirit and the mana the feminine energy is so palpable and so potent there.
Wow.
That nothing goes unseen, nothing goes unhealed, nothing— like, everything is brought to surface. So yeah, it's like a powerful, potent portal space where if you go, like, be ready for transformation, or she will spit you out.
That's the same thing with Sedona. They say the same thing, like, Sedona either sucks you in or spits you out. And there are people that move here that didn't have to leave Wow. After a couple months, because the energy here can be so activating.
Yes. You know, and like almost like more powerful than you. That's how I've heard people describe it, where they're like, it felt like the energy in Bali, the energy in Sedona was more powerful than me. Wow.
And if you're not grounded, and then it's bringing shit up for you to become aware of.
Yep.
Wow. Yeah, that's the same thing. So Bali has the same vibe. You said that if you were to smoke cannabis in Bali, death penalty.
Yes. No wonder. It's crazy.
Exactly.
Yeah.
It's so weird how there's different countries or different places you go.
Mm-hmm.
And if you do, like, the death penalty— I had a friend that was from South Korea.
Mm-hmm.
And he told me it was like, you go to jail for a long time. Or even in China, like, somebody was found and then you go to jail for like months and months for having cannabis, you know?
Yep, it's like that. I feel like it affects the plant consciousness as well when the lands have it, like, when it's been indoctrinated in certain lands and it's like illegal, or there's like this terrible image on it. I see that the plant consciousness also shifts because even the people who do use cannabis over there, yeah, it's like in a different vibe completely. And I feel like even the cannabis itself is different.
So if it grows out there because of the collective consciousness of the people that live there, it's like affecting— because I always felt that too when it was illegal. It's like if you're smoking and it's illegal, right, there's like this guilt or yes, fear that you're doing it with versus it being like legal like it is in most places, right? You know, yeah, very like fascinating. But yeah, it's like the death penalty.
Yeah, there's like this shame, or you're like scared, or it's like I'm bad, or this is wrong. And then that encodes for sure into the medicine.
I've been looking into that a lot lately in my own life, just like personal work-wise, like the, the energy of shame and unworthiness and how that stems through every area of our life, like how much money we can make, the kind of love we attract in our life.
Yes.
Everything. And I— what I found is that it stems from childhood. Yeah, childhood trauma, where at a moment maybe we had emotionally unavailable parents or they weren't showing up the way that, you know, we needed them to.
Mm-hmm.
And we then made an internal meaning that said, I'm not worthy. Well, shame— there's shame is identity-based, right? Like guilt is action-based, shame is identity-based.
Okay.
So like, well, I'm— but I think everybody has a certain level of shame, whether it's culture or Or it's like family dynamics or social conditioning, you know, but like I'm finding that and, and it's like, as I release that shame or that unworthiness, it's like every area of my life is transforming. But the reason I bring that up is because you were telling me yesterday about how you grew up, your childhood, like so much about you. And I've, I know, like I know through your content, you know, we connected on Instagram and we've been following each other for years. Um, But there is so much depth to you in your life, and I'm like mind-blown that you haven't shared— like, like, I'm so happy to have you on the podcast because I feel like people are gonna get to like really know you, this depth of you that they've never known before from, from your content. But you have such a fascinating story. Like, literally it could be a movie.
Literally, like, you would think it was fake if there wasn't a sound— like, sounds like all the actual tangible proof, like video proof, internationally available.
Yeah, that you can actually look up like your story. So I kind of wanted to go into that.
Yes.
If you could share just a little bit, because I mean, you're on Dr. Phil. Like, um, it's just, it's, it's insane, like the levels of depth to it. Just even the way you grew up, because you're so humble, like the way that you are with your, um, like your energy. You're very authentic, but the way that you show up when it comes to, um, just the way you carry yourself, like you're on your purpose, you're doing what you love, but Knowing your childhood from what I know now, I want the audience to kind of experience that, those layers of you, you know what I mean? Yes. So, and I think a lot of times when people have a certain level of like intuitive abilities or they're tapped into a certain level of their spiritual consciousness, they've been through some form of trauma.
Yes.
You know, so like it's almost, it's a gift. It's a gift for many of us.
Always, always.
But you, what I was really surprised when I met you, by the way, was just how grounded you are. You're very grounded. Like, I didn't know because the— just your, your Instagram, like, activation vibration.
Yeah, very right. I could be like a little floaty fairy.
Fairy.
Yeah.
And then when I met you, I'm like, whoa, like, you're very grounded. You're very much here.
Mm-hmm.
So I really much like want to like, you know, compliment you on that.
Thank you. I felt the same for you too. Thank you.
Yes, because you thought maybe he's—
you never know. Yeah, never know with people online. Yeah, you just never know.
You've never—
yeah, you're like pristine. So perfect.
Thank you. Yes. So, okay, so So let's go back to some of your childhood and what you were telling me yesterday.
Yes. Um, yeah, I feel like you're, you're so on point in the sense of having your intuitive abilities, your purpose, your mission, your true passion, your heart's desire coming to surface from some form of like trauma or healing. It really is the dynamic of the, the polar energies that I've experienced, I think, that have made me who and what I am.
Yeah.
So Yeah, I also love that you share your story too, and I feel like it's so important and powerful. And yeah, I feel like I'm just kind of like moving into this space, so thank you for—
of course, I'm gonna lay it out for you.
I appreciate it. Yeah, but yeah, it was a pretty, um, crazy childhood. I mean, where do I start? Yeah, my mom was a famous news reporter growing up, so she was very wealthy and very seen and very loved. And we had butlers, we had drivers, we went to school in a limo every day. We had two limos every day.
We had a jet.
We had a jet.
Yeah, you would go— you told me yesterday you would go on a jet from the Bay Area to Vegas for dinner.
For dinner.
Yeah, that's crazy.
Sometimes for the weekend. But yeah, it was a full-on like different life, like entirely. We had our own floors in every house that we had, me, my sister, and my mom. So there was a sense of abundance and support and luxury, but at the same time it was missing that element of the family connection. Because my mom was actually always gone because she was doing the news, working. Exactly. She was always on like the 5 AM or the 5 PM.
So is she doing like investigative reporting or was it like news reporting every day?
No, it was like she was an investigative news reporter. Yeah. So she would go and do stories. She'd go undercover. She'd go to like different states, different countries, do all these different things, really dangerous situations. But she would always bring through like the best information. She was on point. She won 4 Emmys for what she did.
Wow.
So she was really good at what she did.
So when can you win Emmys?
You win Emmys for, uh, I think for stories.
It's stories.
Yes. Yeah.
So you can win Emmys for movies.
Yes.
Yeah, stories. Okay. And news articles and stuff. Okay, that makes sense.
Yep. Because she would do like segments, like an hour segment investigative, uh, series on something. Exactly. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. And yeah, so that was really cool, but also just very different. Like It's funny, I would go to school every day at like 5 years old, 6 years old, 7 years old, and everyone would be like, I saw your mom last night, I saw your mom last night. And I would sit there like, and I didn't.
Wow.
And I didn't because I would never see her, like especially during the week. Like she would get home so late when I was asleep, and then I— she would even leave before I was awake. And we'd have nannies take care of us, put us to sleep, take us to school, everything. So it was always such a— like everyone's like, you have the coolest life, oh my God, it's amazing. And I would be there like It is cool. Like, I'm really grateful and I love it. But at the same time, like, Heather— Heather values something different. Yeah, Heather values something different. And I think from this space I really started to realize, okay, like, I don't want what everyone else wants, right? Like, there's definitely something different that's calling me. And then, long story short, a bunch of things changed, and at 7 my mom became like a full-blown alcoholic and developed in a way multiple personalities and became abusive, fully like actually abusive, and would in a sense torture me and my sister. And, uh, we went through so many insane experiences that many I feel like wouldn't even make it out. Yet that was the exact alchemy and pain and trauma that was required for me to transform and to be able to transform and alchemize energy like I can now and to become who I am now.
Yeah.
So, so yeah, that was, that was like a, a big shifting point when I realized, okay, this is not okay. I'm actually being abused. And so at 14, I ended up leaving the home.
Where'd you go?
I ended up just staying with friends and family. Yeah, yeah. I actually, uh, stayed with a boyfriend for a little bit at first, and then that like wasn't ideal. I was too young, obviously, to be living with a boyfriend. And so their family, set me up with a different family, and then throughout high school I would just stay with different families for like a week or 2 weeks or a month. And so I got to see a lot of really different cultures and experiences of different religions and families and the way that people interact with each other, which was so necessary because I didn't have that. Yeah, I did not have that in the first few years of my life. So I got to see what the family dynamic was like and how we support each other and it was so drastic because the families I was staying with often were not even close to wealthy, often had almost no money and just wanted to take me in and love me and like help and support me. But I would— I went from like having my own floor, like full-on multiple rooms and my own floor in these mansions, to literally sleeping on the floor next to a grandma in an extended family of like 7 people in one room.
Wow.
And it was so good for me because I got to appreciate and value the contrast of what we get to experience here on Earth.
And you went from one extreme— yeah, jets, yeah, your own floor on a 3-story mansion, um, like limo to school, literally everything, everything, like living on the floor.
Yes. And being like, okay, like, I hope that they make something for dinner that I like because otherwise I'm not eating, and then I don't know like how I'm gonna eat tomorrow or the next day, or like I don't even know where I'm gonna be staying. So there was this like sense of uncertainty. Yes. And it was again such a contrast from what I had experienced, but it was perfect because growing up how I did with all the luxury, the money, the everything, when my mom shifted and started to go crazy in a sense, yeah, I started to not hate money but just be like be disgusted of money, of being rich, of being wealthy. Here I was like, this is what everyone wants? Yeah, this is what everyone's killing themselves for to achieve? Is this money? Is this luxury? Is this ability? These tools?
These—
you want the car? You want the this? You want that? Like, and then you'll be happy, right? Like, we have all of this, and here, like, I'm being tortured in my room at night, you know? Like, it just shifted the whole awareness of, like, what we are here to do and how we are here to do it. So Having that and then going to the next situation where I had nothing, literally no money at all whatsoever, and it was just like the families that were caring and willing to give and kind. That's what my support and my luxury and my abundance was, was the love and the care of other people and what they wanted to willingly offer to me and to help me with. And so with that, I was like, wow, like this love and this care is everything. Like, this is true wealth. This is amazing. Even though we would be in small rooms with extended families and so many people, and you know, you'd have to wait 50 minutes to go pee, like to use the bathroom, but there was this sense of support and love, community, like the connection.
Yes, yes, the family glue. Yes, that was missing with all the money in abundance.
Exactly. And so it was like, wow, okay, they have this, but then at the same time I also got to see how if they— if these families had some more money or had some more resources, that would support them in the sense of allowing them to have the space, the freedom, the more time with each other. If they had the tools and the resources, then they could do a lot more. And so that brought the awareness of, okay, money is also a tool. So that cleared.
I got to like clear any like money or abundance blocks and like rewrite any stories at a very young age because one positive thing your mom instilled into you that you told me about yesterday, yes, is that when you're shopping, it's like you just never— your mom, what did your mom tell you about?
You never look at the price. You never look at some— at how much something costs ever, ever. That is not how you determine whether or not you are buying something. If you want something, then you deserve it.
Yeah.
And you definitely can afford it.
If we focus and we get neurotic about the money, yes, then it's like infusing a level of scarcity into our life.
Yes, yes. And when you have this like idea and energy of being able to afford anything because you are abundant, and that's just like what you decide, the universe of course listens to that, supports that, supplies you with the money and the abundance, even if you don't have the money at that exact time to buy something that you're like, yes, I want this, I'm for sure, yeah, purchasing this or getting this or acquiring this, the universe will turn around and support you with those tools and resources in order to be able to acquire that because you have decided that, right?
Yeah.
And that's also what it brought too, was like material things are so, so attainable. They're so— and also so, um, neutral.
They're neutral.
They're so neutral where it's like anyone can attain these things and acquire these things. And again, like, I know that there's a sense of like where you're born and this and privilege and things like that. Absolutely, yes, those factors are real. But at the same time, I was personally in a space from 14 to 18 where I literally had zero, zero money, zero family, zero anything, zero support. Yeah. And again, came from a childhood of trauma and torture, and yet I worked my way to building myself back up too. And again, I know that there are a lot of other factors, and there's soul purpose, and there's mission, there's path. But really, everyone— my point is, everyone is able to acquire abundance and to tap into the frequency of abundance, because it really is an energy. It really is an energy. And that's also what I saw. What is my mom doing energetically that these families are not doing energetically? Why does she deserve this?
Yeah.
And why don't these families who are so caring and loving and, and devoting themselves to the family, why don't they deserve this? And that's not a thing. It's literally an energetic relationship that you have with the material world. Wow. With the physical world.
What's interesting to me too is both your— you're talking about your parents and how they were so abundant, and then they started drinking, or they started— they got addicted pill, whatever.
Yes.
And then immediately it's like their abundance vibration was here, but then they started using and it just— it happens a lot. There's a lot of people that are even like— I was looking at Johnny Depp. I was telling you about Johnny Depp yesterday. I heard that, I mean, he's made hundreds of millions of dollars.
Yeah.
And he went— he like has a winery and I think he's like— the people say he's drinking many bottles of wine every night.
Yep.
And his whole— like, I don't know if he's in bankruptcy, but I've heard like everything goes to the shit. When people become addicted to things because it's like their vibration is tainted or brought to a lower level.
Yes. Broken, broken. It's broken.
And then that channel can't come in. And it's like, even if you've created— you hear people like Mike Tyson, right? Like, I mean, maybe that was poor financial decisions. He's doing well now, but like, it's interesting because it's energetic.
It's like, it's energetic. Like, it doesn't matter what you have done, where you came from, like what you have now, it does not matter. It is the frequency that you continue to carry on with you, right? That you choose to attune to consistently.
Yep.
Every time you go to the grocery store, when you're about to pay for something, are you like, oh my God, this is so much, I can't believe it? Or personally, whenever I don't even like look at the price when I'm like paying for something. And again, I'm not like big, big ballin', but that's just how I've decided to live my life, and the universe has supported me in ways because of that.
So it's a self-fulfilling belief.
Yes.
That has served you. Some people will say, okay, well, you know, I'm gonna go to the store right now and just buy whatever then. But it may be You have to really be honest with your belief systems.
Yes, because you've been practicing consistent.
You have to be consistent with it. Yeah, and then really in the trust. And I think also a certain level of alignment, like you do what you love for a living. Yeah, I do what I love for a living. I'm in alignment. And some people may be working a 9-to-5 job that they're not aligned to, and therefore they may be, you know, pushing it like paycheck to paycheck. I was for years living paycheck to paycheck. I couldn't get out of it.
I did too, you know.
So yeah. Where did you work?
Um, I was a waitress at multiple places. One called Crepevine, one called BJ's, and this one—
where's BJ's? That with the bar?
Hooters.
Hooters. There you go.
Yeah. Yes. Yeah, I like 18 because I got custody of my younger sister at 18.
So you, because of all this, you probably had to shift from being like a growing teenager into a mom.
Yes, full on. Full-on, full-on.
You like started carrying that archetype, you think?
Yes.
You're like, oh, I feel like—
I feel like even earlier on too, because there were things when, um, all the, the insanity was going on when I was at my home still with my mom and my sister, where I was the parent, where like I would have to do things to pay rent and I would have to, uh, yeah, because at one point once that happened slowly, like my mom and my dad were both really wealthy growing up and then when they got addicted and they started to lose all their money. They literally lost all their money. I don't know what it was, if it was lawsuits, if it was like we had evictions. We had literally lost all of our money, kind of, um, like it happened in spurts where it would just be like, we have no money to even have dinner. And we'd be like, what? We're in a Lamborghini right now, right? What do you mean we don't have money to go get dinner? Like, it just, it wouldn't make sense. And so Yeah, once I decided to leave at 14, I got to experience all these different scenarios and situations with different cultures. And then at 18, my— I got custody of my sister.
Yeah.
And so she started living with me. And so then I started working those jobs, 3 jobs back-to-back. I would work 14-hour shifts almost every single day. And my sister lived with me, my younger sister. Her best friend at the time, her parents were really toxic, so she was even living with me. And so I was taking care of these two girls living in my home. I also had a huge 100-pound pit bull at the time and was just working these jobs back to back, back to back, back to back. And so I was on that vibe too, where that was kind of a different mind state. And this is what I've been able to observe from the higher self perspective now, having gone through all of it, where Coming out of the energy of living on— sleeping on people's floors and like fasting involuntarily because I didn't have money to eat for those years, I had to build my way back up energetically, and I had to restructure my relationship with abundance, with the abundance frequency. Yeah. And again, abundance is not just material things and items. It's also— it's really actually the frequency of nature. Yeah, abundance is the frequency of nature. It's the flow of nature. Nature. Yeah, nature is forever abundant. It is living, it is growing, it is dying, it is rebirthing, it is forever. It's, it's raining, the sun's coming out. Nature is abundance. So abundance is nature. I had to restructure my relationship through thinking that I had to work really hard because my mom and my dad worked really, really hard. I didn't even see them. I didn't experience them my whole life till like at this point because they were working so hard. So I was like, okay, I'll get 3 jobs and I will work non-stop.
Wow.
And that did support me for a little bit, but then I realized that that's not at all what I wanted to do. Yeah. And I ended up moving and going through all these different things and creating my own company. I had a granola company, an organic granola company, and then I started a cannabis granola company and then went through multiple awakenings and came to this path where I was like, okay, I'm just going to be sharing my information. Actually, I would love to share this affirmation, the affirmation that I used to get to this point.
What is it?
It's: I am paid to be me. I am paid to be me.
It's like real authentic.
Yes, I am paid to be me. And so I would chant this mantra, and I brought in this frequency of I am paid to be me, and eventually just started to transition where things happened with the granola company. I shifted out, like went to Brazil, started doing plant medicine, studied with Shreem some shamans and, uh, started to just chant this, like, I am paid to be me. And I didn't even know specifically what I wanted to do. I've never had, like, a goal in mind. It's always just been, like, be me, love and experience and enjoy, and, like, make everyone do the same. Wow. Like, spread the love, bring happiness and joy, and make every situation a good situation. So I had to restructure my relationship fully with abundance at that point, and I ended up doing it. Yeah, while that was happening, I also found out that— I'm not even gonna go through the whole story, but let's get to that in one second.
Okay, the reason I say that is someone's at the front door.
Yes.
Okay, but I know we're going. Yes, and I'm excited for it. So take a quick—
perfect time for the break.
We're back now.
We are back.
I just had to go. Someone's coming to fix my windshield. I was at, uh, the Phoenix airport for like 4 or 5 days when I went to Austin. Yes, and somehow the, the windshield got cracked. I actually think it happened on the freeway. I heard like a rock hit the windshield. But anyways, like, slowly I forgot someone was coming this morning to fix the windshield. So that's who was here now. And as we were talking about abundance before the break— yes, the quick break— you said what happened on your phone?
I got sent $1,000 randomly. It's not even a sum that I was expecting or anything. Yes, it's like an affiliate thing.
They're like self-fulfilling prophecies. I have a friend that anytime she would buy something, she would get and see PayPal notifications that somebody like bought a course.
Yes. Yeah.
And it was like, it was— she was always like, ooh, abundance. Like, you know, it's like always, it's always being replenished. Energy goes, energy comes back, you know.
Yes.
Even yesterday we were talking about different friends of ours and stuff, and as we're talking about them, yes, yes, they would reach out. Yeah, every one of them.
It's such a frequency. It's really like your energy is your currency.
Yeah.
So it's what you choose to invest your energy, your attention, your focus, your currency into, that will multiply. Yeah, always, always, always, always, always.
Yeah. Yeah, love that. So the other thing, that other fascinating part of your story— yes, is I think where you're going next. Yes, it's crazy. I can't even imagine having this experience.
Yeah. Yeah, pretty insane. And again, like, some people—
sure, again, so you—
where was that and everything?
You were at this time, you were, you were how old?
I was actually 18 at this point.
Okay.
Mm-hmm. Yeah, almost 19 at this point.
Yep.
And yeah, I was still working my jobs. I was still like back-to-back just trying to survive, like in that like hustle mode. That was also like kind of a vibe back then, like the hustle vibe where it's like, yeah, we hustling. Like, yeah, that was full-on me. Yep. So I was like, that's what I'm doing. That's what I'm doing. And, you know, just completely different vibe. Yeah, and I got a call from a police officer letting me know that my mother had just committed suicide. Yeah, and in the background I heard my sister screaming bloody murder. And I, that exact second, and the officer said, your mother has just— your mother is no longer with us. And I was like, what do you mean? Your mother has died. And then I heard my sister in the background scream Mom fucking killed herself.
Wow.
And was like, oh my God. And that second I just remember thinking, please God, do not let her have done it in front of my sister. That is all I care for. Yeah, like just hoping, please. Like, and I almost kind of like felt it coming. It was so bizarre. Long story short, I go to the house, I get my sister, I end up getting custody of her. We go through all of these things, we have ceremonies for her. The whole town knows, it's in the newspaper, all of the things.
Yeah, it's like funeral.
Yep. And we, we go on with the life and, and that's my identity, right? It's just like, yeah, my mom committed suicide. And here everyone is thinking like, WTF? Like, you're— you lived a dream life. This is Heather and Haley. Like, they grew up living in luxury, they live the dream life. Again, before the alcohol and everything, my mom was the coolest mom. She was the coolest mom. We had no rules. She also was really fun and all into Tony Robbins.
Like, you told me that. Yeah, because I was talking— yeah, talking about Platinum Partnership.
Really positive. Like, she had an amazing mindset and desire, and she only wanted to have fun. Like, it was number one rule every time we left: have fun. Like, that was the rule. She was awesome. She was so epic. And yeah, so at this point I got the call, ended up going and picking up my sister and taking her in with me, and, and went through about 2 years of this identity of the fact that my mom had committed suicide. And, um, I actually— before I got the second call, I got a call first from an insane asylum in Florida. And again, I was living in the Bay Area still where I grew up, and they were like, hello, this is Heather, we have your mom here, and Immediately I was like, wow, this is like— you're really dark for doing a prank call like this. Yeah, you're really dark. They're like, this is an insane asylum. We have your mother here. Are you Heather? Is your mother Christy? And literally just kept repeating that information. And I was like, like, this is so messed up. Like, do not call me again, and hung up. And they actually called me about 3 times total within that week trying to reach me. And like, Again, my mom was passed. There was no question about it. So I was like, this is— someone's really messed up for doing this. Like, why would you bring that into my field? And a few weeks later, I get a call from the Dr. Phil Show.
Yeah.
And I look up the number and everything, and it's fully actually them. And so I call them back, and they're like, we know you think your mother is dead, but she's actually alive, and she's agreed to come on the show if you agree to come on the show. We can provide her with $500,000 of treatment. Yeah. And you up to $500,000 worth of rehab treatment. And for you and your sister, you can go on a retreat of your choice. We chose like a meditation retreat.
Yeah.
And so I decided to do it. I was like, she's agreed? Like, she's really alive? Like, she really— yes, like she's gonna be there? And they're like, yes. So I agreed. They flew me from the Bay Area to Los Angeles. We were on the Dr. Phil show. The first time I saw my mom was behind stage. Yeah, behind a TV screen, because she was first to come on stage with Dr. Phil and get introduced and everything. And I actually broke down that second that I first saw her, because one, she looked like a completely different person. If I had seen this woman walking and we locked eyes crossing each other, I probably wouldn't have recognized her.
Wow.
And also just everything coming up, the fact that she was alive and like there really was a whole new reality possible for me now, a whole different future available to me now. And but also, of course, like there's the pain, there's the like, what, like just the confusion and everything. And so I started bawling my eyes out and crying and crying. And as I did, I had 1, 2, 3 from my left, my right, and behind me, 3 people come up, the managers of the show, the people who were like taking care of the people who were on Dr. Phil and like managing and organizing everything. They come right up to me and they say, we want to remind you that you're under contract and you have to go on stage. That being said, we also know how hard your childhood has been, how your mother tortured you children. And how you had to work multiple jobs and couldn't go to college and do all these things because you had to take care of your sister. You got custody of your sister. We know how hard that is. We know you must be so angry. We know you must be so sad. This is your time to talk to your mother about it. Fully tried to hype me out, like instigate and bring through all of this like toxic energy from me, from me, like bring it up to surface so that I would entertain people on their show, right? And here I was like, No, no, you don't get it. This is my life.
Yeah.
And so actually while they were doing that, because it was so obvious what they were trying to do, yes, instantly it came through where I was like, I forgive her. Yeah, I fully, I forgive her. You know what? I'm actually not upset. I'm not gonna go out there and fight with her. I'm not gonna go out there and ask her why she left us and pretended to die in order to do so. I'm not going to hold this against her, and I'm no longer going to carry this with me. This is it. This is actually it. I got to see how these people instigating this energy— it wasn't even them. It was darkness. It's this theme of, of darkness that was trying to get through to me through these people, through my mom even. And I got to acknowledge the darkness like it wasn't even my mom. It wasn't even my mom. So I got to separate myself from that and choose the light, actively choose the light. I got to see like, okay, this is valid, this is fully valid. I can go down this path of darkness and sad anger and hate, and— or I can choose light, or I can choose love, and I can free us all from the situation and we can move forward together. And so I went on the show. Of course, it's, uh, internationally available for everyone forever.
Yeah.
No choice about that. And so if you are curious, you can of course go see the clips and stuff. Prefer you don't, but you can do whatever you want to.
Yeah, you showed me last night.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So everything you're saying, as crazy as it sounds, there's like a paper trail of it all.
Yes, exactly.
Like your mom, the Emmys, the Dr. Phil show. Like, you're on Dr. Phil. It's obviously— you look very different, but very different, but it's still you, you know.
Yes. Yeah.
And, um, Wow.
Yeah, which I think is also necessary too, because like all of this is so insane that one could easily think like, okay, you're definitely— you got to be fabricating some of it. Yeah, you gotta be making up some of it. But it's like, nah, kind of wish I was, but yeah, I'm not. And actually, you know what, I'm just gonna own that and I'm gonna claim that, and I'm not gonna hold any shame for it or guilt or anything. And instead, it's— I'm gonna use it to empower me. Yeah, I'm gonna alchemize it.
Yeah.
And so after the Dr. Phil show, she went to rehab. Long story short, it actually required about 5 more years after the show, us reconnecting, until we were actually able to reconnect on a positive level. And my mom's done so much shadow work. She even calls it shadow work. She's done all of her clearing and story rewriting that was necessary in order for her to now appear and embody as a different person.
Wow.
In totality. And so, long story short, like, with all of that, like, my mom went from being the person and the thing on earth that I feared the most. Like, people ask, like, what's your biggest fear? It was always my mom. Wow. She went from being that to now— I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding, and I wouldn't— I would have no reason to claim this if it wasn't true. She's literally one of my best friends. Yeah, I can tell her anything. She can tell me anything. She gets it. She understands it. And with the work that she's done, she actually fully sees me as the spiritual being that I am. Yeah, she gets it all. She's tapped in. She's tuned in. She wants to be a part of it. She wants to support it. She, she wants to learn more. So I feel like all together, like, it's a really good testament that Anyone can make it out of anything. Yeah, anyone can make it out of anything. Anything can heal. Yeah, everything can heal. Yeah, with love, with compassion, truly anything can heal.
Wow, that's beautiful.
Thanks. Wow.
Yeah, it's, it's, it's such a good testament to other people because other people may have different aspects of their story where they've been maybe tortured Yes, yes, maybe, you know, like just abused, maybe not even that, maybe just emotionally abandoned, right? You know, but it's like you can see, oh, when somebody did that, that if they could do that, then I can do it in a similar way. And I think that what people resonate from my story is just also having kind of like the ex-stepmom situation where there's abuse and neglect and stuff like that, and that wired in a sense of unworthiness, you know, that then I played out through different scenarios of like doing the shadow work. But I think everybody has their own version of trauma.
Yes.
Or, or yeah, even just emotional unavailability and just how that's affected every area of their life.
Yes.
So becoming— and that everybody that's been through a spiritual awakening for the most part has had pressure. Yeah, because pressure is what creates something to go beyond the physical and like understand more of the spiritual. Yeah, you know, so it's like how crystals are made is with pressure.
Yes.
And it's the same way for us. So it's, it's really— I'm very grateful that you able to share your story.
Thank you.
And the different aspects to it, like the different aspects that have healed you and can help other people heal as well.
Yes, and you too. I feel like these things we experience, it also amplifies and catapults us into our purpose as well. It does, because I know like a lot of things that you've experienced from your childhood, you've been able to alchemize and bring a new perspective to an alternative awareness to and now you translate it through your videos, your podcasts, your transmissions, and help people with it.
One of the biggest— yeah, thank you. One of the biggest transformations for me was I was working at Nordstrom's in women's shoes, and my manager of that department was pretty much my ex-stepmom. Mm-hmm.
She's like reincarnated.
Like reincarnated. Yep. Like, she— like, my ex-stepmom was, you know, for people that haven't seen my videos, like 7 to 15 years old, the ex-stepmom was in my life, and she was emotionally, mentally, physically abusive. And my brother and I had to really tune ourselves to like get by because we'd get in trouble for everything, anything and everything. And she was— she's a narcissist. And then what happened is 15 years old came around, my dad divorced her finally, and then we had all this freedom. We went from no freedom at all, like not able to go to school, get school taken away from us. We had to earn going to forensics debate or band camp. I get band camp taken away from me, and it's a requirement, you know. Like that level of not allowed to watch TV, not allowed to have friends, a lot of times locked outside having to work outside and having to sneak inside in order to get like, you know, like even drinking water out of a hose, you know. And what we do is my brother and I would get a whole bunch of work done in the first like hour or two they were gone from work, and then we would just chill for like 6 hours. So we would like— that was our time to like just chill, you know. But other than that, it was just Constant control. And then 15 years old comes around, my dad divorces her. We're allowed to eat the food that we wanted to because we, before that, we're given a bowl of cereal in the morning, TV dinner at night. So we were 120 pounds like junior year in high school. So all of a sudden we have all this freedom. We're allowed to watch TV, we're allowed to have friends, we're allowed to like go out, go to parties, like watch movies. Like we didn't have to earn going to school, you know. Yeah, it was like a complete change. But then after that, I had this belief about women That women are trying to control me, that like I had this like toxic relationship just to that kind of like archetype.
Yes.
And because of that, it was like I kept attracting people in my life that were like that. My first girlfriend was somebody that was like very jealous and always like worried about me. And it was like, it was a similar type of control. I broke up with her and then I got transferred from Barney— from Nordstrom's and BP Shoes, which is like the cheaper shoe department. I got a promotion to salon shoes, was designer shoes, but the manager of that department, her name was Julie, same energy as my ex-stepmom. She would manipulative, she would talk down to people, she'd make people cry. She was protected by upper management. So for years we tried getting her fired, couldn't get her fired. I then learned meditation and I became aware, and I became aware of how my beliefs were creating my reality. First thing I let go of was having ADHD. I believed I had ADHD. And I needed Adderall for that. And you also had ADHD, right?
Yes, yes. You grew up on like Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall. Yeah, forced, but I would, I would fake take it. Wow. I would fake take it.
Yeah, yeah. That's, it's, that's it. Well, we were talking yesterday about that too, because I believe that there's a level of shame.
Yes.
That came with having ADHD.
Yes, these, these diagnoses.
Yeah, become identity-based.
Yeah.
But then we say they're— and even I remember people would tell me like, what is wrong with you? Why do you have so much energy?
Wow.
And I'd be like, oh, there's something wrong with me, right? I am not good the way I am. I have too much energy for people. Now instead of meaning is everything, and just like you were saying, money has no meaning, right? These material things are all neutral. In the same way, I then was able to see how my childhood had no meaning other than the meaning I was giving it.
Wow.
And I was like, well, if everything has no meaning, and then so the major change in transformation with my parental, like, family dynamics Yeah, was that before, during, before awakening, my ex-stepmom did that shit to my brother and I meant we weren't worthy. It meant that we had a chat, we didn't have much of a childhood, you know. I have like a childlike personality where I like to fuck, I have to joke around a lot. It's because I didn't have a childhood from 7 to 15.
Wow, I like that.
So like, I'll own that too. I just own it.
Forever a child because I never got to be a child.
Exactly. And it's like, now I, I didn't, I wasn't, I love food. So much because from 7 to 15 I was given a bowl of cereal, dinner. And it's hard for me now in life to like know balance. Like when I go to— when we go to a restaurant later or something, you'll see the way I order. I order as if like I'm not gonna eat ever again.
Well, honestly, I do the same. Okay, well, I think it's also partially the abundance codes. Yeah, that's the belief I'm riding in. Yeah, because I do the same thing where you like order like 4 meals.
You're like 4 meals. You also— we both do intermittent fasting, which works out.
Yes.
You know, so I eat one big meal a day. But the major change in that for me was I was like, I was learning meditation. I was good. I got rid of Adderall and was observing my thoughts, but I realized that the pain from my ex-stepmom, it actually served me because it led to my spiritual awakening. So in the moment, what changes in this whole dynamic for both of us?
Yes.
It's all meaning.
Yes.
The meaning to the past was I'm unworthy. This shouldn't have happened. This was wrong, right? And my ex-stepmom is a villain, right? To realizing my— I also realized my ex-stepmom is the way she is because she was so physically abused as a kid from her dad that she developed this narcissistic personality disorder as a, as a coping mechanism. Yes, to survive. Yeah, it doesn't mean it's right, doesn't mean like, you know, she should treat my sisters like that because that's their real mom, right? But it does make me understand her a little bit more. Yes. And I could then kind of start to forgive. Yes.
And instead be like, you know what, thank you, thank you. Oh, for sure, thank you. I wouldn't—
I mean, yes, what happened if it weren't for both of our traumas? I know, you know, it would have brought us together, it wouldn't have brought us into like, you know, making this video, dynamic of everything.
Yes, connecting with everyone all over the world. Yes, and enlightening this possibility, this fact that you can actually transform anything. Yeah, you can utilize anything to your benefit.
Yes, alchemizing your past, which it means alchemizing the meaning you've given to your past.
Yes.
Yes, and allowing for a new result too, and allow for a new result and a new meaning. So then I was like, oh, this is like a gift.
Yes.
And I made a video on YouTube recently. It's like, your trauma is your gift, literally, because most people's trauma becomes like their purpose, right? You know, like so many people that come to my retreats, I see they're like, oh, I also had a narcissistic family member and I was trapped, and I know— and they feel like they know me, like there's such a deep connection there because my story connects with them because it's their story.
Yes. And gives them hope. Gives them hope, gives them an example, like, okay, this is possible.
I can heal. Yes, you know.
Yes.
And then so for you, same thing. When you alchemize your past, you change— like, they wanted to give you the meaning that you were angry, you had to work 3 jobs like this, and you're like, no, I don't choose that meaning, right?
It was like, that actually doesn't resonate with me.
As you say it that way, it's like, oh yeah, especially with their intentions of ratings.
Yes.
Like, oh, don't you feel this way? You're like, oh, I'm being manipulated, right?
Right, exactly.
People probably eat that shit up.
Yeah, yes, right, right.
Like, oh, you support me?
Like, you, you think so too? Like, it was really hard.
Yeah, then they go on stage, it's like, yes, like Jerry Springer, like, hold me back, you know?
Yes. And it's funny too, actually bringing that up, because there was this element of being like— and my sister actually still has this to this day, and that's kind of what she has to work through— where it's like everyone owes her because of we were so taken from—
wow—
as children, and there was this energy of like, oh, do I— like, growing up, I kind of remember considering in a way like, oh wow, I am a victim, like a very serious victim. And, uh, should I like own this? Should I claim this? Should I do drugs? Should I go on the wrong path? I can do all these things. I don't have a home that I have to go to. I have all these— and I remember I had the option to go down a wrong path. And of course, like it's a lot more appealing than I'm making it sound right now, where it's like people will give to me, they'll care about me, they'll love me, they'll, they'll feel bad for me if I'm a victim, if I claim this story and I make this my only thing. But like, I think it was like 8 years old when I went through this where it was like, yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, that's not at all the energy that I want to be making other people feel or feel around me. And that's not what I want to be seen as. That's not what I want to personally feel. And see myself as, right? And so I actually went to humor. Humor was my mechanism, and same with my sister as well, where we would transmute everything. Like, some of the, some of the, like, torture things that my mom would do, we would literally transmute it with humor in the moment.
That's a powerful— that's a powerful— and it's not like— yes, some people may say, oh, that's bypassing or something, but it's—
no, no, we experienced it. We were there. Please trust, like, we got the full depth of the actual experience, but it was what we wanted to do with that.
Yes.
Did we want to freak out? Do we Do we want to run away? Do we want to do crazy things? Do we want to go do drugs? Do we want to— no, we're gonna laugh. This is hilarious, actually. The fact that this lady is doing this, our mom's doing this right now to us. Oh my god. Yeah, we would just make it funny.
Yeah.
And so yeah, we developed these different like coping mechanisms. Yeah.
Tony Robbins is a— I mean, in Tony Robbins' book, he talks about how you can look at anything like a cartoon because it softens the emotional charge to it. You know, so it's like, so like almost like make it funny, you know, like, like imagine, like I used to do that even like remembering my ex-stepmom, like imagine she has a chipmunk voice. Yeah, she's yelling at you with a chipmunk voice. Yeah, this is actually kind of funny now. Yeah, you know, imagine that she, you know, you just imagine different scenarios and it softens up the energetic charge.
Yes, of how you receive it and how it imprints into you. Yeah, and then if you have the awareness and you acknowledge that you are going through this process and you want to make sure that you actually clear these traumas and you don't want to just bypass things, then then you can acknowledge it afterwards. Yeah, after you're actually in the situation experiencing it, and you can dissect it and you can clear it and you can reorganize the energies and choose from there how you want to take the situation, right? What you want to make it. Yeah. And I feel like that's so important for people to know because often people just get lost in the trauma, they just get lost in the darkness and feel like there is no way out. And there absolutely is. And we do have to go into the depth, like, yeah, the The amount of hours that I spent in the depths of the torture, and even afterwards too, like you were mentioning, um, after you got out from your stepmom, after your stepmom left and you got your own space, you still had to go through different series of experiences with people in order to actually clear, acknowledge and clear those shadows and those traumas and rewrite those pains. Right, which I feel like I also experienced afterwards through my own initiations of just like experiences with people or relationships or situations or business or finances, but also plant medicine. Yeah, plant medicine was huge for me. So the plant medicine really helped you to just see everything in a space already. I kind of always have had this perspective of like, man, you didn't mean to do that to me. And actually, even if you did mean to do that to me, I'm not gonna take it that way. I'm not gonna take offense to anything. Sorry. So I'm just gonna let it go. I've kind of always had this perspective because it was so intense back then. I'm telling you, like, yeah, I really had no choice. I would not be alive. I would not have made it past 14 years old if I didn't have this perspective of like, no, no, there's something better for some— like, this is somehow working out in a positive way. Like, everything is working out best case scenario. That was always the mind state. That was always what I held in my heart, and that is what kept me moving along. And also a spiritual connection too. I started connecting with my guides in spaces because spirit was really all that I had. It was like the person that birthed me and is supposed to be protecting me and nurturing me and, and growing me, raising me into this world, is actually the one who's causing me the most harm.
Can you share about your guide that you shared with me yesterday?
Yes.
Do you want to?
Yes, totally. Yes. Yeah, well, this is actually one of the things that happened because that happened the same year that my mom became an alcoholic, where I had this full-on past life trance experience, the original one. Yeah, where I've experienced a, a past life, um, integration. Actually, the first experience was not the integration, it was just the awareness of the fact that I had a past life, and I was 7, almost 8 at this time. And so I didn't fully know what was happening. Yeah, but I had this full-on trance experience where I saw myself as this large African man, and I had this strength and this power come through me in this trauma situation that I was in. We were in a bad area. This man came with a crowbar and started attacking our windshield, and this energy just pulsed through me, and I literally felt myself turn into a large African man, and I defused the whole situation. I, I became fully lucid. Everyone's screaming, yelling, and I was able to just put my hand on the gas and use the steering wheel and just literally drive us away when the driver was not able to do that. She was just screaming, freaking out. And yeah, I was like 8 years old, exactly. And so that was like, whoa, okay, I felt something kind of come through me and it's really strong. It's really powerful. And so as I was going through all this time, even living with my mom, I was connecting to spirit. And I would have these guides, and I would go out during like the moon cycles, and I would do these different ceremonies and things, not knowing fully what I was doing. But I would connect to spirit, and it would always make me feel so good, and it would make me happy, and it would make other people happy too through me. I could feel it, like the energy, the love that I was cultivating in these spaces and connecting with my guides and God, and I could also see auras and see spirits and things. Tapping into this space allowed me to maintain my purity, my heart.
Yeah.
So I would just kind of keep this part of my life like secret. It was like it didn't feel important or of value in comparison to all the other things that I was experiencing. It was like those kind of just clouded over. But then at 11, I had the most intense past life experience where I was in my room and I went into a full-on trance where I actually like left my body and I merged into— not into the body of this man, but like right next to him. Like it was me. I would look down and I would see myself, but I could also see his face. So it's almost like I was like this this spirit just like levitating on his crown and able to experience with him. And it was me, but it was me from a different life. It's a different version of me. There's an aspect of my soul that was in him, or an aspect of his soul that was in me. And so I went into this trance, and all of a sudden I was running in from the forest. I was running in from the jungle, I think hunting, and my whole village is being ravished. There's colonizers there who are bloodily killing and doing terrible things to the women and the children as I arrive back to my village. And immediately, and I see multiple like women and children slaughtered to death, like, like actually, like I literally saw it in this vision. And so I run around to this specific hut and I gather these— I think it was about 4 women and 3 children— and I gather them and I say, come with me, we're going into the forest. And it's a different language, full-on different language, but I knew what I was saying. And they, yeah, yeah, followed me. We ran into the forest and we actually ran together for what felt like hours. And we would hide and we would go under these things and we would hear someone coming and we would wait for them to pass and then we would run and we'd go hide under somewhere else. And we tried to maintain this and eventually we got caught. We were all slaughtered. And I actually experienced— so it felt like I was levitating above— his name is Ojaya. Yeah, that's what I've gotten now.
Yeah, I was—
it felt like I was levitating above his body the whole time, but then when he was being slaughtered, I felt like a part of his soul— like, I literally kind of felt— it wasn't painful, but it was like almost like a air in a way kind of going through me as the knives were being stabbed into me, and I could see all this blood gushing around me and in me. Like, I went from the levitation space into more of the presence of the experience, and it felt like air pockets were being like forced into my chest, but those were the stabbings. And as that happened, it felt like a part of his soul was able to then transfer as I had acknowledged and accepted the experience into me.
Wow.
And so I believe now— I was younger at the time when it happened, so I didn't really know. I did acknowledge and realize I was boxing at the time too. I started literally winning every single—
wow—
a spar, every single match that I did. And every time a negative experience comes up, I have this like lucid sense of presence and power that comes through me that really does feel like I am like this 7-foot African man.
Wow.
This like muscular, strong, literally can take on anyone and anything. Come through me, no hesitation. I don't even think about it. It's instant. And that started happening after that experience. So I was able to acknowledge that at my age, like, whoa, I have a strength and a power that other people don't. Yeah. Everyone freaks out when things happen. Yeah, I don't. I get more clear. I become more powerful. What is this? Awareness. So I had that awareness, but then as I got into spirituality and I started learning about past lives and things, I acknowledged, wow, that is definitely a life that I have lived. And it got to bring into the awareness the fact also that I experienced it like I did, brought in, yes, past lives, but also it's parallel lives. Like, they're also happening in similar timelines that we're experiencing them now. And also we have these other versions of ourselves that we have experienced, different characteristics and personalities and strengths and abilities that we can actually access. Yeah. And channel and utilize in this now form.
And just as much as you are reaching to them, they are reaching to you.
Yes, exactly.
Because you may have been emotionally helping.
Yes.
That—
yes. Oh, Jaya, I literally have blisses all over my body as you say that, because I actually felt that from him when I came in. I felt— because we were coming in from the forest at the time and, and walked up to the situation and had this feeling initially like, oh, something bad is going on. And I felt this large African man that I was with literally feel comforted by me. Yeah, like, oh, we're here together, we can do this. Yeah. And felt this sense of like— I felt him feeling, wow, my spirit guide is here.
Wow.
And here I'm this like 7-year-old girl. Wow. 7-year-old little girl. In like this privileged family, like, what can I do to help you? But it's spirit, it's energy, it's essence, it's presence. Yeah. So yeah, we definitely help each other. And I think also experiencing his death with him, it was able to be like— he wasn't fighting or anything at all. Like, obviously he tried to fight it off, but once it was like he was dying and he knew, and he looked around— I looked around and all of the women and the children were dead before me.
Wow.
Um, knew that it was the end. It was a very gentle release and transition, and it also felt like the parts of him that were to stay eternal were able to transfer into me.
Wow.
So it was helping his life completion as well. And then his soul, that the aspects of his soul that aren't a part of me, that are individual and select to him. Yeah, maybe other people have parts of those souls that he had too.
Wow.
Maybe other people can channel Ojai Atsu.
Yeah.
And as he has those, that went with him into transition. So that went somewhere else. I saw go to a different dimension.
That's fascinating.
Mm-hmm.
That's so cool.
Yeah.
Yeah. So what do you think are some of the best tips, the best tips you have for people that want to type? Because you to me are somebody that's very grounded but also tapped into like you lucid dreaming.
Yes.
Yes. You, you have a very like strong grasp on some of these more esoteric things. What are some things that you'd recommend people do to really tap into their intuitive gifts?
Mm-hmm. That's a such a good question. And also, thank you, I appreciate it. Yeah, yeah. I feel like the number one thing is trusting yourself, truly, truly trusting yourself in what you're receiving, what you are experiencing. Yeah, because their spirit is always trying to talk to you. Spirit is always trying to communicate with you. Every single person listening to this, they are getting messages all the time. Yeah, all the time. And I feel like majority of your listeners are listening to those messages and answering those calls. Yeah, whether it is just a synchronicity or a simple phenomena. Yeah, by acknowledging those things and allowing them to be of the essence of magic in which they actually are, and believing and trusting in that— wow, okay, magic exists. That's like the first step. Yeah, so it's like these were planted, these little things are planted in our realities to remind us, to spark that remembrance of energy, because it really is like— to even answer that question quickly, what's the tip? It's like raise your frequency, right? Right. But it's like, how do we do that? So the first step, because once you raise your frequency and your vibration, you are able to actually access these higher realms of consciousness in which magic is literally always present. It always exists. It always exists. There's no denying it. There's no question about it, and there's no getting around it. It. Like, once you are tapped into that frequency, you're having the past life experiences. You don't have to induce anything. You don't have to initiate anything. It just happens. The dreams come, the people meet, the, the nature speaks to you, whatever it is. Like, it happens. It is undeniable.
Yeah.
So the first thing is to listen to the signs, the synchronicities, and to trust in those.
Yeah.
The next thing is to trust in yourself. The fact that you have the ability to also access this higher level of consciousness in which magic, spiritual essence, is always present and in fact is what is actually real, right? Is all that is real.
Yeah.
Is more tangible than the material realm. Even the spiritual realms actually instruct the material realm. And so trusting that you have access and you have control over your own ability to tap into those realms is like the second step. I don't know, it doesn't even resonate to use numbers like first step, second step. So that's another way. That's the next part.
It's a pillar.
It's a pillar. Exactly. And then I feel like knowing how to discern is really, really, really important.
Yes.
And being really discerning in terms of how you choose to, um, what you allow into your field, and then how you choose to make meaning of things that come into your fields.
Yeah.
So specifically, as we were saying, attuning to a frequency of light, of support, of spiritual positivity. First of all, like, having that intention, and then attuning yourself to that by consistently redirecting your thoughts.
Yeah.
By ensuring that your belief system is structured around supporting spirituality and allowing it to be present in your life.
Yeah.
If you have these like beliefs in the back of your head, oh, but is that actually real? Or like, but am I really able to do that? Or did she really do that? Then it's not going to happen, right? Then it is not going to happen, and that is your actual reality. And then people like us are over here and we're like, no, no, I'm like full integral connected to sovereign source as well as spirit and God's source. And I experienced this— these phenomena, these unexplainable happenings that people could think are fake daily, multiple times a day. It's just they're completely different realities. So it's which one you are actively choosing to attune to. And there may be tests, there may be things that come up where it's like you want to doubt or you want to question, but if you move through those spaces with trust, that is the ultimate initiation. That is the ultimate initiation. So there's really not like a practice I would suggest, or like a ritual or, or something, or a certain ceremony or a plant medicine in order to start accessing lucid dreaming or channeling or feeling your past lives. It really is how you live on a day-to-day basis. Yeah, what goes on inside of your mind, what goes on inside of your heart, and then how you choose to take action from those spaces? Yeah, really, truly. Someone does something negative to you, how are you taking that? Oh my God, they were so rude! I can't believe that, that's just insane! And just in this chaos energy. Or is it like, oh whoa, okay, everyone is a messenger of spirit. First of all, this doesn't resonate, so I'm going to clarify the contrast of frequency with the fact that this person is doing something negative. Contrast, separate myself from that, yet we are also one. So what is Spirit delivering me a message in the form of through this person? Yeah, how can I translate this, making meaning of it? Take responsibility for it. I love honestly taking responsibility for everything where it's like, for myself at least, anytime anyone does anything to me, I— the victim role for me personally is just so not like an option. Yeah, it is so unappealing to me because I know what the victim mentality gets you trapped in and locked in. I would have never made it out alive if I had allowed that to happen.
Yep.
So it's like choosing your story, taking responsibility for it. Like, okay, something in my frequency or something that I'm not listening to my guides about is being delivered through this person, possibly, right? So I'm gonna take even this as a messenger of spirit. It's about all the little moments compiling into one, into who you are. And then from that space, you literally shift your frequency and you start experiencing a higher vibrational consciousness.
Yeah.
And that's, that's where all of this spiritual experiences come in.
Wow.
Where it's like really true and embodied. Because of course you can like do plant medicine, blast off with DMT, or do a past life regression and these things, and absolutely you can access these realms as well. You can raise your frequency momentarily to have these spiritual phenomena. Anyone can do that. You can do that. Yes, please do that. I really support that. I feel like that is also really necessary, and I've done those things myself as well. But what has actually encoded me as the spiritual embodiment— like, spirit is my every moment, every thought, every everything. There's not a time where I'm like, okay, I won't be connected. Or even when I'm doing things that maybe aren't of the highest frequency, to me, they're still spiritual, right? Because I am spirit experiencing these things.
Wow. Yeah.
And I'm always embodied in that presence of spirit, knowing that I am spirit.
Yeah.
So it's not about the variables, it's not about the details, it's not about the external things. It's about what you choose to attune to. Yeah. And so, yeah, you can do all of these things, but really it's, it's the belief system, it's the thoughts, it's the energy, and it's your actions that determine what realms you access.
Building on this episode, a lot of what Heather and I talk about is how your inner reality is creating your outer reality. Now there's something that I've found and I've learned that's even more powerful than the law of attraction, and it is called the law of vibration. So if you haven't learned about the law of vibration yet, click this video. It is more powerful than the law of attraction, and it explains so much. It helps you remove blocks and it'll help you align with the reality you want. There is a law that is more powerful than the law of attraction. If you're finding that maybe there's blocks coming up when it comes to attracting the reality you want,
