Using Binaural Beats for Visualization and Reprograming the Subconscious Mind

Aaron shows how theta-frequency binaural beats through headphones can shift your brainwave state to access the subconscious mind. He walks through a 5-20 minute practice: relax, visualize your desired outcome in first-person, and feel the emotions as if it's already happened. Consistent sessions can reprogram your subconscious for manifestation.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you how to use binaural beats for the manifestation process. Now let's first off understand that in the manifestation process, one of the most important parts of it is not only the action, but also the the state of being that we're in and the emotion that we have underneath what we are intending to create in our lives. Now, in order for us to really embody that feeling and to really amplify it and to impress it on the subconscious mind, it's very important that we learn the different brainwave, different brainwave states and how that is more impressionable of the subconscious mind. Now understand that the subconscious mind is what runs most of our life experience, that when we learn how to influence it, that's when we start to gain leverage with this process because as we are impressing upon it, we are then creating change from the inside out because even if we consciously want something, if we don't change it from a subconscious level, the patterns will still override whatever conscious activity we are doing. It takes a lot of repetition to then change the subconscious mind. Luckily, there are tools that we have that we can really leverage ourselves to impress upon this, and I'm going to quote a book right now that is called The Feeling Is the Secret by Neville Goddard, and it talks about how every night when we go to bed, what we can do is as we are falling asleep, to feel the emotions of what we want to embody, to feel and view ourselves as already having whatever we want, and that as we go to bed at night and we do that, we are very powerfully influencing our subconscious mind. Allowing us to then create that in a part of our life. Now, in a similar way, what are we doing when we go to bed? Well, we are going from the beta to the alpha to the theta to the delta state. We are going from the more conscious states of brainwave activity to then the deeper levels until we fall asleep. And then when we wake up in the morning, it's the same thing. We're going from the deeper states into the more conscious states. So the idea is that we can do that as we are going to bed at night. It's a very powerful process. I have other videos that talk about it, but what if we want to do something in the middle of the day or we want to induce it to be more powerful? Well, that's where binaural beats come in. Now, binaural beats are best used when you are using in-ear headphones. Now, the reason this is, is because each bud will release a certain frequency or a certain tone, and that will then influence the brainwave state that you're in. So the idea is that you don't want to just have it in the stereo or in your laptop unless it is connected to headphones, which is then going in ear. Now you can also do the over-the-ear ones. Just make sure that there's a tight fit or that it's just, you know, you can very powerfully hear it. And the idea is that what you do is you put in the headphones and then you put it on the different ones that you can choose. Now I recommend personally the most powerful one that I use is what is called a theta state, and I'll link the description below for it or the video below, but the theta state for me has been the most powerful one to use. And what I do is sometimes if I'm laying out, like I'll go to the gym and at the gym I have, or the gym I go to, there is a layout in the sun. And what I'll do sometimes is I'll lay out in the sun because it's very relaxing. I'll put in those binaural beats and what I'll do is just focus on viewing myself the way that I prefer to be, on the emotions of having what I, or what I want to create. But feeling like I have it already and I focus on that and do that for sometimes 15 or 20 minutes and I find it, I enjoy it, but also it helps to prime me for those kinds of experience and to really allow that to become my natural state of being. So I'm also influencing my subconscious mind. Now you can do this in a more casual way at your house by laying on a bed and doing it or meditating and doing it. And in meditation we can also get to those states of consciousness as well. Binarial beats are just tools for us to use to then get ourselves to those brainwave states of being. Now in order to do this, what I recommend doing is using a theta state binaural beat, and what you want to do is you want to put them in, in-ear headphones, put them in and then lay down on the ground, lay down on your bed and get in a meditative type space. So you could also do this sitting up, you could be very alert, but focus then on simply your breathing. Focus on observing your breath and allowing yourself to become very relaxed and very comfortable with the process. Now after about 4 or 5 minutes of doing that, what you then can do is you can then start to visualize as if you are looking out your own eyes and are in specific situations of having and doing what you prefer to do in your life. So if that is you doing a certain sport for a living and paid, paid to do it, visualize yourself in those scenarios. Visualize yourself of the kind of lifestyle that you have, the different daily routine you would have. Go through the motions of what that would feel like. Imagine the kind of beliefs that you would have and start to feel it. Understand that the way we influence the subconscious mind is through feeling. Simply thinking the words, I am confident, or I am a tennis player that gets paid to do it, more so than just thinking the words. Feel what that is. Now, if you can think the words and feel into it, then great, but many people have to add visualization to it. They have to embody and view themselves as doing it, and as you begin to impress those feelings upon you, you are then starting to move it from the conscious thought into the subconscious, which is where all the power is. So what you can do is begin to develop the momentum of feeling those emotions of you doing exactly what you want you want to be doing, of you embodying that new self-image, the beliefs that you'd have yourself, and believe that that is who you are now. So the idea is to do that for 5 or 10 minutes a day. Begin to feel it and know that as you come out of that situation, out of that kind of exercise, that that is who you are now. Continue to play that out, meaning imagine, like I did a video on yesterday, the body language that you'd have. Come out of that little exercise and then know that that is who you are now and begin to carry that out so that you milk it just a little bit longer. Now the idea is that that's how we can powerfully influence our subconscious mind. There are different types of binaural beats that you can use. You can use the alpha, you can use theta, you can use delta. They have different ones that you can choose. Like I said, I personally use theta. I've found it to be the most powerful one to use for me and just focus on the imagining the emotions, the feelings, and do that for 5 or 10 minutes a day. You can do that once in the middle of the day, but also add onto that the exercise of when you go to bed at night. You don't necessarily need that because you're naturally going to be going through those different brainwave states. So use that as a supplement halfway through the day or whenever you want, but as you go to bed at night, do that naturally. As you wake up in the morning, do it naturally, and I promise you it can profoundly change your life if you let it. So simply decide to do that. That is who you are now when you come out of it and know that that will begin to develop more and more momentum. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
