When you think of them you send them energy...

In this monologue, Aaron Doughty explains that when we constantly think about someone and desire their attention—such as wanting them to text back—we are projecting energetic focus toward them. This projection acts as a form of control and actually repels the other person, often resulting in the desired response being delayed or absent. He describes how, after a period of holding onto that projected energy, individuals may naturally shift the focus inward—investing it in personal purpose, friends, and family. When the energetic attachment is finally released, the other person often reaches out, because the repelling force has been removed. Doughty warns against a manipulative form of manifesting that tries to “trick” the universe by consciously withholding projection to get a specific outcome. Instead, he advocates aligning with God or the universe authentically, allowing desires to manifest without coercive intent.
