Why Do They COME BACK Once You Let Them Go?

Aaron Doughty explains why desperation pushes people away and how letting go makes you magnetic. He walks through shifting from neediness to self-love through meditation, reframing breakups as growth, and moving from pride-based seeking to courage-based authenticity. When you stop chasing, he says, people come back naturally.

Why is it that when you want someone, when you desire them, they feel that energy and it literally repels them away like a magnet? However, the moment you actually let them go, like right now as I do this, it's really— these are really strong magnets, by the way. I gotta be careful because these things will clamp together. The moment you let go, this is what will happen. You will literally flip that polarity, and then all of a sudden Why do they now want you? This video, that's exactly what I'm going to show you how to do energetically yourself. Just like a magnet, the more that you are desiring or wanting or trying to control the situation, or the more attached you are, the more it repels them, the more they literally feel that energy and the more they run away. But when you switch that around and you start to let go of attachment, When you start to be in your own frame, in your own energy, all of a sudden they come back. They're interested again. You're getting— even if it's not just from them, it's like other people start to notice your energy and it's because you've let go of attachment. And in this video, I'm going to show you exactly what you can do so that you can have that magnetic energy, how you can move into a higher level of consciousness and actually be more attractive from a natural grounded frame. Frame, from a natural space. So with this, this is something that I think will help so many people that are focusing or clicking on a video like this. And these magnets, by the way, are strong as hell. Like, to get these apart, I've done like 3 takes of this. You guys want to see one of them? Here you go. Why is it the number one thing you can do that will change this whole energy dynamic is to simply pull back your own energy? Pull it back. Literally pull back your energy. And what you do is as you pull back your energy, they are going to feel that begin— that pull, that control begin to leave. They're then going to get some space. And when many times you get out of a relationship, what is happening is people want space. They want to be in their own energy. They want to not have that attachment. And the challenge is even after they break up, then what happens is someone may be still thinking about that person and therefore projecting that energy at them. So even though physically these two people aren't together, energetically one person is still sending that person energy. And just like I showed with the magnet, what is happening, it is literally repelling them to when they think about you, They are also feeling that desperate energy. What we're learning about consciousness, about energy in general, is that we're all connected. And I'm sure you've had this happen before where you're thinking of someone and all of a sudden they text you. There's this phenomenon that is known as like this, this energy consciousness that we're all connected to. Now the thing is, is people feel what you feel. They literally feel what you feel. This is also shown in body language. This is known. That 90-something percent of all communication is nonverbal. It is not necessarily through the words we say, but the tonality. It's like 30-something percent of it, and then the subconscious cues, but really it's the energy. And when we are talking about this, realize that one of the reasons it's repelling them is because anytime they think of you, they are tapping into your vibe. And when they think of you and you are sending them energy and you're feeling desperate and you really want them back, then what happens is they're feeling that and it is repelling them just like the magnet. So the opposite of this, and what I want to share with you is a powerful process you can apply in your life to heal from this whole experience and also embody your own energy in a way where your energy is 10 times more attractive. And this has to do with understanding the energy dynamics that go along with this process. Now, first off, Most people that are desiring or wanting or in having the intention of having somebody else come back into their life, the thing I most often say is simply let go. Let go of outcome. Let go of the story that you might tell yourself about this person and how they're meant to be. You— there's a dynamic part of this that's simply about letting go, and the more you let go, the more you will bring your energy back. There's a meditation that I have on YouTube that has over 4 million views. There are thousands of comments from people that have said that it's attracted love into their life. And I'm like, I look at this and I'm wondering, why does this work? Like, why does this meditation work so well? I had no idea it was gonna get 4 or 5 million views. But I think the reason it is is because what it does is it helps people let go and embody the love inside of their heart. It helps them to feel the self-love as if that relationship was already here. And that's something that meditation is a powerful way to do. So I'm gonna go ahead and link that meditation below and I'll link it at the end of this video as well. But there are so many, you read the comments and it also, I think it increases the belief that it can happen for you when you read those comments. But in general, the part of this process that I think changes everything is when we become aware that the desperation and the neediness is not actually gonna give us what we think it's gonna give us. You see, that's the challenge. We believe that the more attached we are, if we hang on, then maybe they'll finally come around. Then maybe there's something about them that will shift. There's a part of us that might also be afraid to let go because if we do let go, we're letting go of our one chance at love. Our one chance at connection. And it's about recognizing that story, recognizing that belief. The challenge for some people too is that they feel such a loving, deep connection with somebody, and then when it's pulled away, they then tell themselves a story that they're never gonna get it back because they think that that's as deep as it goes, not knowing that that's just the deep as it's been. There are deeper levels to this. And normally the more inner work you do, the more you get a reflection of that on the outside. So by using this breakup experience or this attack, like letting go experience as a tool for you to heal and to go in your own body, you are going to be creating more magnetic energy from yourself. And also that's going to help you to then feel and embody that self-love now? How would it be to not have to wait till the ideal relationship's in your life to feel that self-love, to feel that energy inside of your heart? Because we get in our reality a reflection of what we think, feel, and act. And if we are thinking the person's not here, the person's not here, the person's not here, and we are feeling lack, we're feeling that we desire someone, but desire means it's not here now, And if we're acting in a way where we maybe get needy when we're going on a date, or we act in a way where we are literally turning down opportunities, you know, there's many ways that we go throughout a process of protecting ourselves from new emotions. And sometimes, I'm gonna go on and say this, this might sound triggering to some of you in some way, but some of the people that you may be attracted to may be simply reflecting back to you old energy dynamics that you felt maybe addicted to in some way. Or familiar because it reminds you of childhood. So the thing with this whole process is, is it's about becoming aware of the energy and acknowledging the story, the belief, the thoughts that are equal to this. And then as you see them for what they are, they're simply thoughts, maybe they're past patterns, maybe it's childhood dynamics, whatever it is, you then start to gain your own energy back. And that's what this whole process is about, is pulling back your energy. And I'm gonna show you how to do that right now, okay? So first off, what many times happens with this process of our own energy is we feel the desperation, we feel the desire, we feel the want, we're projecting it at them, they can feel that. Now, many times what this is is we are locked into a level of consciousness called pride. Pride, I was reading this last night. In a book and learning about more of the levels of consciousness. And pride is a level to where we crave someone else's validation, someone else's approval. And this is also, by the way, a reason a lot of narcissists attract empaths is because empaths are a lot of times, not always, but a lot of times people pleasers. So they want people's validation, approval, for people to feel good. And that of narcissists also wants people's validation and approval. They say that narcissists love themselves, but in actuality, narcissists don't love themselves, and that's why they look for it in everybody else. Now, the one thing, this will change your life, this one idea right here, the level of pride is more externally focused. The focus is on the outside. So this is also sometimes where people get trapped in the whole like spiritual significance thing where it's like, oh, I'm a high level, I'm high vibration and all of you people are asleep. Or it's like, I'm a starseed, I'm this, not that there's anything wrong with that, but sometimes people are like, well, I come from Pleiades, I'm this, and it's like this spiritual significance thing. And what I'm trying to show you right now is that become aware of it because don't fall into that ego trap in a way, but also it's outwardly focused. It's like not even in the body, it's like I'm in a different dimension, I'm in a different reality, I'm in the Pleiades or something, you know? But as far as love goes, it's all externally focused because it wants validation and approval and the focus is on the outside. Now, the key is that as long as your focus is on the outside, you think that literally this person was the cure to your happiness. It was the superhero that was gonna come and save you, is the person you're meant to be, it's divine destiny. And that's all believed because it's this outside thing, not knowing that this whole idea of like, someone else to complete you is an external belief system that puts love outside of yourself. And the key is actually recognizing this inner journey that this is about the inside feeling it and the outside then changes. So the level that we move from pride is we then move into courage. Now courage is a level of consciousness that has to do with you being in your heart and your, I guess your solar plexus, some people would say, you know, But courage is the ability to go into vulnerability. Vulnerability. This was a life changer for me back in the day when I started becoming vulnerable because the problem with people pleasers is that they, and even narcissists, is there's a lack of vulnerability there. It's like, I'm not gonna express my real self because I want your validation or I want your support. The key to this is laying out your heart and going into this experience, going in knowing that it is a potential that you could get rejected. This is what something that I had to do where there was like, what is this, year and a half, 2 years ago, was finishing out, ending a relationship. And there was a part of me that was for a long time in this limbo mode and I was afraid of letting go. I was afraid of also being the real me. And I was like, I could feel myself sometimes changing these old patterns that kind of were coming up. And one thing that I eventually did is there was a choice I made where I recognized the people pleasing tendencies that I was searching for people's approval. And I started to say, I started to not value that anymore. I started to value being in integrity. That's the level of courage. Being integrity with my word, being integrity with myself. And then what I did is I actually expressed vulnerably how I felt to this person. And it was a very heart-opening experience for both of us. But from that moment forward, I made the choice that I'm no longer gonna do this back and forth thing. And when I made that choice, what happened is I was into my courage, I was in my integrity. And I knew that it was a potential that I could be rejected. I could say, this is how I really feel. And if now's not the right time, that's okay, but I'm going to move on. And it was one of the most powerful shifts I've ever made in my life was doing that because I literally moved from pride into courage and to be in alignment, me being in my own heart. And from that moment going forward, I started living according to my own principles. I started living according to like my own, my own system. I started being in my own body. I started putting the awareness in my body. And as I started to do that, it was so attractive to other people. I started dating and I had like, not that, you know, this is, it wasn't stuff I was doing just for ego gratification or anything, but it was like, also I'm like, wow, this is so easy now because I'm being the real me. I'm in my own frame. But when you're not in your frame and you're looking for the outside, you're then, you're then attuning to everyone else's frame. So the key to this is vulnerability, having the courage to be authentic, having a new belief system and making a shift out of the level of pride of seeking things on the outside and instead living by your own code. Now, this is why many people out of relationships, what they do is they're thinking about the person, they're sending them energy, they're, uh, you know, maybe losing sleep over it, but then they start to do their own thing. Maybe they start going after that passion that they kind of forgot about. Maybe they start hanging out with friends. They start putting their attention within their own ecosystem. And all of a sudden, the energy's not being siphoned over to someone else. And then all of a sudden, they look more attractive. They are more attractive. They're more in their own energy. They're embodying who they came here to be. So the major difference and the major shift you can make with this process of becoming attractive or being magnetic is stop sending them your energy, which means stop looking on the outside for the love and the connection that is already within, and instead live according to your own belief system, your own courage, your own frame, and lead in your life. Make this a choice to reframe meaning because anytime we are having trouble with that of letting go, it's because we're attached to an old meaning. There's a meaning there. Everything in life has no built-in meaning other than the meaning you give it. It might be hard right now for you to let go of this person because there's a story, there's the payoff, there's the validation. But let me imagine this. If that person that you have such a hard time, like, like, get over right now, imagine they came to your house, they took your dog, they did something horrible to it. You were never getting your dog back, and then they sabotaged your family, they did all this crazy stuff, crazy stuff, all this, like, and then in that extreme intensity that then you're feeling the loss of the dog or whatever it is, then it would be much easier to let them go because now the story in your mind has changed. Now the answer isn't to vilify the person that you're getting out of the relationship with, but it's just to put the awareness on the acknowledgement that there's a story there that's putting them on a pedestal and making them feel and look like a superhero that actually honestly sometimes might be far from reality because some of you may actually be in a situation like that or where somebody is very toxic, but there's still a party that's hard to let go. Well then what might happen is that story is familiar from childhood, which is another thing to look at. So this is about becoming aware of the story and reframing the meaning, the meaning, the deep meaning that you're giving to this person. Use it beautifully, reform it, not into vilifying them. Realize you can have unconditional love for this person. That's all I have, by the way, for my ex-girlfriends, any of them, but especially the last one that's really good friend of mine. It's like I have nothing but unconditional love where I want them to be as happy as possible. But one thing I've had to do is I've had to reframe and I've had to embody the love, the energy, and I've also reframed it because that relationship that was so hard to work through was so transformative that it's so beautiful. And there was so much good that I got out of it. And you can also look at the benefit of how this last relationship may have opened your heart Having to go into vulnerability, which is opening your heart. It's the courage. It does take courage to go into vulnerability because it is a potential that you could get rejected. Just like when I started putting my heart out there for people, it opened me up to where I could get rejected. Part of the people pleaser mentality or the nice guy mentality is being afraid to show your true desires, your true intentions. So after my ex and I separated, I then started dating. I started like putting the energy out there where I was very clear upfront. When I met my girlfriend, I was like very, very much, very bold in my intentions and leading and that masculine energy. And it very much was important because that is what led to our polarity, feminine, feminine masculine polarity. So the reason I share this with you is this is something that will completely change your life when you begin to pull your energy back, go into your courage, go into yourself, and watch how this energy begins to change everything because then you start to embody that energy within. Now this right here is the meditation that if you listen to, I believe will completely transform your life. Don't take my word for it. Read the thousands of comments under it that say people have either healed or attracted love from this meditation itself and listen to it for 21 days. Make yourself comfortable. We are about to go deep.
