Why The LAW OF VIBRATION Makes You More ATTRACTIVE

In this episode of the Aaron Doughty Podcast, Aaron explains how the Law of Vibration differs from the Law of Attraction and why understanding and shifting one’s vibration is essential for attracting love. He argues that reality mirrors the vibration of the self: a needy, lack‑based vibration repels love, while a high‑frequency vibration of self‑love draws it. Aaron outlines the Scale of Consciousness, showing how moving up emotional frequencies (from shame and fear to love and peace) raises one’s vibration. He identifies three core wounds—abandonment, worthiness, and trust—that create subconscious blocks, and he shows how childhood dynamics (e.g., emotional unavailability of parents) replay in adult relationships. Through personal stories and anecdotes about friends, he illustrates how trauma‑bonding, holding onto past relationships, and seeking external validation keep the vibration low. He offers practical steps: inventory one’s current energy, let go of past attachments, focus on gratitude and “the gain” rather than the gap, shift values from seeking validation to authenticity, open the heart, be vulnerable, and own one’s intentions and sexuality. He also discusses the importance of staying in one’s own masculine/feminine frame, pursuing passions, and cultivating confidence, linking to a follow‑up video on the “5 Secrets to Confidence.” The overall message is that by becoming aware of and releasing limiting patterns, embracing vulnerability, and aligning with authentic values, a person raises their vibration and becomes magnetically attractive.

The number one reason people feel stuck or blocked from attracting love into their life comes down to understanding that our vibration and our energy, if it is needy or if it feels lack at all, it repels what could be attracted. So the thing is, is when we learn the law of vibration, everything begins to change. We remove the blocks. We understand why if we put someone on a pedestal or why if we really want something, we're actually lacking it. And the missing key for me to allowing love into my life was me making this one little shift that changed absolutely everything. And in this video, I'm gonna explain to you what the law of vibration is, how it helps to make you more attractive, and step by step how you can apply it so that you start to attract love and more reflections of that easier than ever. Welcome back to another episode on the Aaron Doughty Podcast. Now, the law of vibration is different than the law of attraction. I know originally I was talking about the law of subtraction, but the law of attraction is that thoughts create things. Our thoughts have the ability to manifest what we want in our life. But even though some people know the law of attraction, they may have seen the movie The Secret or maybe focus on what they want, there's still blocks. It's like, why am I actually blocked from attracting love? I know I want that person. I know I want this type of relationship. I know I want that abundance, but why is it something that I lack in my life? Now, the law of vibration explains that beautifully. And when I learned this back in 2017, it changed everything because it was the difference between the ethereal thinking of things to the actually being of it. So the law of vibration states that everything in our reality is vibration and that we get in life a reflection of who we are being. Think about that. That's the shift right there that helps us to then realize and do inventory of who the hell am I being? Because reality is a reflection of who we are being. If we are being somebody that lacks love, then are we gonna experience love as a reflection? If we are being someone that wants love, are we gonna attract that reflection? Well, wanting is lacking. If I want something, I lack it. And the vibration of the version of me that has love versus lacks love is a completely different vibration. So when we talk about the law of vibration, understand that it's all about coming back to responsibility for the self. What am I creating? What am I active within my own vibration? That's what you wanna become aware of. And now here's the thing, you've probably seen me share before the scale of consciousness on this channel where we have different emotions. And as we move up the emotions, then our vibration raises. We got shame, fear, guilt, anger, neutrality. Then we eventually have acceptance, reasoning, and then love, joy, peace, and enlightenment. Now, the key to us becoming more attractive is really the letting go of old patterns and old emotions that then allow us to raise our frequency, that then allow us to resonate more at that level of love. Because really what attracting love is, or what being attractive is, is self-love. Because the more you feel that on the inside, the more you then experience that as a reflection on the outside. So when I really started to absorb this idea and I started to live it, that's when everything really began to change for me. Because prior, I was looking for it on the outside. Right now I'm reading this book, it's called "The Gap and the Gain." It's by a guy named Benjamin Hardy and like Dan Kennedy, is that his name? But basically it's about how when we're always focused on the gap, we are always focused on the lack. It's never good enough. If it's like, the gap is like where I am to where I wanna be. It's like, I want to be over there, but I'm not over there yet. So it's like, I feel insignificant, I feel not enough, I feel like I'm doing something wrong. But the key is that when you could focus instead on the gap, which is reflecting back that you're not there yet, instead focus on the gain. Focusing on the gain is like the realization of how far you've actually come. Instead of looking forward and noticing how far away you are, it's looking back and being like, whoa, I've actually come a long way. It's like if you're going up a mountain, instead of looking at how far up the mountain you have to go, look back and be like, whoa, I've already come a long way because then you're in gratitude. And when you're in gratitude, that's a powerful energy to be in. And one of the things that was like one of the, I think, the things that really held us back, even with the Declaration of Independence, is that that states that the pursuit of happiness, that's what we are pursuing. We are pursuing happiness because damn it, it is not here already. And that is what causes this chase that we're always going through. It's like, there's not self-love here now, but if I can chase and find the love on the outside, then I will feel enough. But it's not here yet. Oh, but by God, just know that, you know, You're not worthy already, but if you watch enough Disney movies, eh, maybe you can be worthy. So I wanna share some stories of some friends of mine whose names I will not, in case you're watching my episodes, whose names I will not give away so you don't know who it is. And then just stuff from my own life to kind of show you how I've been through this transformation of making the shift from the law of attraction into the law of vibration and how that changed everything. For me. Now, first off, let me go back to even the beginning of this year when I was feeling very blocked with love. I felt very blocked with even feeling like a sense of worthiness. And I know it was something I felt even more shame or like I was doing something wrong because on the outside I had friends that were like, Aaron, how can you feel not worthy or not like this? Or how can you have blocks with dating? You have all this money and all this success and this YouTube clout and all this stuff. Like, it doesn't make sense. And I would feel even worse. I'm like, well, I don't know. Like, what's wrong with me? What's wrong with me? And I always just felt like there was something wrong with me. Now, a big part of my block was firsthand, when we talk about the law of vibration, this is something I wanna talk about because this is something also I have a friend of mine that's going through. I have a friend of mine that was in a relationship that was kind of off and on with a guy that she has like a deep connection with. However, also there's this trauma bonding thing that they have going on, and that's what's keeping them kind of tied to each other. And for a year or so, they've been playing this cat and mouse game where they go back and forth. And it's almost like in the beginning, it was he really wanted her, and she was just like avoidant, like, "Nope, I don't want it. I'm not interested in it. Just, you should go out and date other people. You should do other things, blah, blah, blah, blah." And then after a couple months, then what happened is he did start to do that. He did start, okay, I'll look in other spots, I'll do something else. And he did. And then all of a sudden she's like, actually, I like him. I think I like him. And then she starts liking him. And then she starts putting the energy towards him. And then what happens is he feels that energy and he like has turned away. He's no longer interested. He's like, oh, kind of like discounted it in his mind. And he's now focused on other people. That he's dating. And then she's like, what the hell? I actually like this guy. I wanna be with this guy. And then what happens is she finally starts to like maybe let go or she goes through a big process and then she starts to look away and then he starts going, oh my God, she's not looking at me. She's not paying attention to me. I gotta get back on her. And then he goes and chases her. So like, and then what happens is he chases her and then she's like, I don't know, I don't feel it anymore. And it's just this back and forth, back and forth, back and forth game. And I give them credit though, give them credit because they're doing their own work, especially her. She's like really going through her own shadow and she's feeling like, you know, realizing that a lot of this as well is coming from the, it's coming from a dad wound is what she's realizing. Where I, you know, anytime we're talking about it or I'm like, you know, help shed light on certain things 'cause I've been through something very similar. I'm showing her like, oh, interesting. So the way that you feel about him is similar to the way that you feel about your dad. I just kind of like pose questions 'cause you can't tell somebody something. They have to come to the conclusion on their own. So it's like, huh, that's interesting. And I was like, well, how does the emotion feel with your dad? Well, she had a very like successful, she had a successful dad who also was like emotionally unavailable. And she had this story about herself that I'm too much. Like her family growing up and she just felt like she was too much, her emotion, her vulnerability, it's just too much. And because it's too much, it's like anytime she starts to be vulnerable with somebody, they get antsy and they can't handle it and they just want to get out of the uncomfortableness. Well, the interesting thing is like as she was starting to be vulnerable with this guy, he's like, this is too much. I don't know what to do. It was almost like, or maybe it was also she felt like she was too much. But then what happened is she started realizing, wait, this energy dynamic that I have with this guy is similar to my dad. And I was like, what was that energy? The energy was not being chosen. She felt like she wasn't chosen. Her dad wasn't choosing her. And now this guy that she has finally like been vulnerable with and expressed all of her emotions to isn't choosing her either. And it's an interesting energy because it's similar to childhood dynamics. Now, the thing that's blocking her now though, is she's so attached to the relationship that it's like extremely hard. Like she's recognizing that she doesn't feel safe in it because she wants something she's not getting. She's put her heart out there and her vulnerability out there. But this person that doesn't necessarily want to move in that direction of like a relationship. So she's like, oh, I need to disconnect from it. But it's like, what I can see the block is for her is because she's not letting go, she's not making space or room for more. And what's funny is even on Instagram and stuff, they used to always post each other. They would post each other and they would, she'd like put in the captions, oh, we're friends, we're friends back in the day. But even though that she was saying we're friends, Everyone knew that they had a thing. So this is the thing when it comes to being attractive. If you are preoccupied energetically and you haven't let go of something in the past, you are not making yourself emotionally available for something new. You are not making energetic space for something new to come in. And for 2 years, I was moving out of a relationship where it was so hard for me to let go of it. It was so challenging that I didn't let go of it. And literally I was feeling blocked. And one of the main reasons was, is because I wasn't letting it go. And therefore I would find myself in blocks because there was no energetic space for anything new to come in. And that was something that at the beginning of this year that I finally started to do. So one of the things that will make you more attractive when it comes to understanding the law of vibration is understanding your own energy with are you, what are you letting go of that is allowing you to let in for that energetic space? Because so many people that I see that watch my videos, so many people that wanna attract love, it's like they haven't let go of the past relationship and therefore they're not making themselves emotionally or energetically available. And that's something you wanna focus on is letting go of the past. Letting go of something that, you know, maybe isn't healthy for you. And the thing that makes things hard to let go and the things that I could see my friends going through, it's funny 'cause they're both my friends, both the guy and the girl that are going through this kind of drama bond thing, trauma bond, drama bond. Isn't that funny? Is the thing is, is there's a level of, we will fight We will fight to create familiar childlike dynamics as we were when we were kids. So it's like, we know something's not healthy or good for us, but it's like, it's what we know. So if I let go of this, I'm letting go of the childhood dynamics that feels so damn familiar to me, even though it might also be painful. And this is something that is very challenging to do, at least that's the belief. But what we can begin to do is recognize that this maybe isn't healthy or maybe that this is like, actually hurting. And you have to be honest with yourself. It's one of the first steps to the process, becoming honest. So that's one thing you wanna become aware of. Now, when I look to my own life and my own experience, I went through like a year and a half, 2 years of not letting go. And then I finally realized that I have to let go. And one of the triggers for me was I got very vulnerable. And I realized that as the nice guy people pleaser tendency that I used to be, I would like have these deep feelings and these deep emotions, but I wouldn't express it. I'd be ashamed to even express my emotions or my feelings because growing up I learned kids are bent to be seen, but not heard. You ever had like beliefs like that or things you were told growing up? Maybe like my friend, maybe it was like, you're too much. I can only give you this much. I'm not enough for you. You demand too much of me. Because if we had parents or family or friends that told us this growing up, we will then begin to internalize it and think of it as true. And I know that for me, there was a level of shame that I had around especially like dating where I felt like I was either doing, I think there was also shame around even just showing sexual interest when dating. Which is a very masculine polarizing thing to do, is to actually put yourself out there. But the nice guy part of me was so afraid of rejection that I wouldn't do that. And because I wouldn't do that, it was almost like I'd remain in these bubbles with these people I was dating to where it was like, are we friends? Are we more than friends? And a lot of times I realized it was like the woman wanted to be more than friends, but I was kind of putting it off to the side, or I wasn't being as polarizing with just my actual authentic intention. And that was something that I changed at the beginning of this last year is like I started, I realized first off that I was closing my energy off because I hadn't let go. That was a huge part of it. And the law of vibration that I recognized was that I was being emotionally unavailable because I was still attached to something in the past. That was one of the first realizations I became aware of. The next thing I became aware of is the level of shame that I had and the worthiness where I did not feel worthy. It's almost like I'd go in to meet someone and I'd have this like thing like, how can you actually like me? I'm not good enough. I'm not worthy. And the way that that would look or the way that that would play out is like I would start talking to someone or I would start dating someone and I would immediately start feeling like antsy. Like if they started to like me at all, I would feel like uncomfortable or something. And I would start looking or I would get needy and I would feel like attached. And I'd start liking them or like a lot or something. And I would like put this big bubble in my mind because I was like searching for validation outside of myself. I think that was part of it too. And remember, if we're searching for validation or approval, it means we don't already have it. And that then we're attaching our sense of self-worth onto the outside. And I realized that I craved so much of it growing up because when I was, I think when I was a baby, you know, I had parents that were going through a lot of stuff. Parents that divorced when I was like 5 years old. And I felt like anxious or nervous because I felt like, like maybe I better just be quiet and not need a lot because there's, my family's going through stuff. And this is just me looking back and kind of hypothesizing, but also recognizing that there's a certain level of maybe emotional unavailability that was there. And my parents were doing the best that they could. I'm not putting blame on them or anything. I'm just recognizing that the emotional unavailability that I felt growing up, I internalized and I felt like the reason I'm not getting my needs met, the reason that someone's not paying attention to me, the reason someone else is in their own head is because I'm not good enough. I'm not worthy. And that was what I internalized. So then what would happen? It was that I'd attract myself to relationships where people couldn't fully choose me because I think I didn't feel like I could be chosen 'cause I didn't feel worthy. But it was also a lot of times people that I felt like I had to like fix or help or stuff like that. Like I got value out of that. But I could see that also what I had to realize was that my mom's, my dad's, my family's emotional unavailability growing up had nothing to do with me. That was their stuff, not mine. I then could begin to differentiate and realize that even past relationships, like, as I was recognizing that certain past relationships I had reflected some of my energy dynamics of my mom, and even before that, it was like my ex-stepmom, I'd attract women that were trying to control me. And vibrationally, it was like back in the day, had the ex-stepmom from 7 to 15 years old that would control my brother and I. We weren't allowed to have any freedom. You know, a lot of times just working outside, not allowed to go to school or have friends. We'd go to school, but we weren't allowed to do any school activities. We weren't allowed to have friends. We weren't allowed to do stuff like that. Anyways, basically what would happen is after my dad divorced her when I was 15 years old, I then attracted women that would try to also control me because that felt safe and familiar for me. So one of the things I'd really like you to get from this episode is understanding, am I replaying familiar childhood dynamics from when I was growing up? Am I fighting for it even because it's so familiar, even if it's not bringing me happiness? So when it comes to attracting love, what you wanna do is you want to focus on releasing the core wound. And a lot of the core wound is one of 3 different things I find. It is that of abandonment. We felt either emotionally or physically abandoned growing up, which then breeds shame and unworthiness. And that sometimes then happens to where then we become people pleasers, nice guys, and we've become very empathic because we've learned to tune to the outside in order to get our needs met. And then a lot of times what happens as well is we then abandon ourself so that other people will like us. So we've started, the core wound is abandonment, but then we abandon ourselves and we're not being our true selves because we're afraid people won't really love us. The key to that is coming back to the self and recognizing your own sense of worthiness, releasing the shame and realizing that your mom or dad emotionally abandoned or physically abandoned you had nothing to do with you. It wasn't 'cause you're not worthy. It's not your fault. And as you start realizing these things, your vibration begins to change. The other wound is the worthiness wound where we say, I'm not worthy. I'm a burden to the world. I'm too much. And almost everybody, I believe, has some level of degree of belief that says, I'm not worthy. Very common limiting belief. I'm not worthy. My parents divorced because I'm not enough. If I could have been different, then it would have, I would have, maybe they would have stayed together. It's a worthiness thing. And then the third one is I can't trust. If you've ever had a parent that cheated on another parent, if you've had a parent that said they'd do something and they didn't, if you had a parent that left, it's like, I can't trust, can't trust the masculine, can't trust the feminine, I must control. And the thing with relationships and love is if you're trying to control them, it's a very resistant process because the more you try to control, the more you resist. So for me, when I went through my own transformation, and I could tell, by the way, to close the loop on my friend, What she's doing now is she's, I can tell she's going through a process of letting go of that relationship. She's also going through a process of really seeing and recognizing that she's not too much and that there are men out there. My friend and I were here and we were holding space for her and we're like, she was getting a good reflection that there are masculine, like there is masculine energy out there that can hold space for her because she was like emotional and she was crying and it was like, it was totally cool. We were holding that container for her. And she was like, wait, there's people that aren't like, oh my God, you're too much. You see, but you'll attract people that believe you're too much because there's a self-fulfilling belief there that then attracts a person that's equal to it. So it's an interesting energy dynamic that happens. So she's becoming aware of that. She's releasing and realizing that her dad's emotional unavailability growing up wasn't her fault. And she started to like also, The key for her that she told me it was very beneficial is she's starting to be vulnerable. 'Cause I told her that the biggest transformation I had when it comes to like the law of vibration and understanding like who we're being is we have to change and switch up our values. Now, my values used to be that I valued other people's validation over my own. I value like significance over that of connection and all these other things. So therefore I'm like, wanting people to like me. I care what people think about me. It's like depolarizing me. And because I'm afraid of rejection, I'm like afraid to show my actual intentions. So one thing that I began to do is even like with the past relationship is I had to have a very vulnerable conversation where I was like, well, listen, this is what I want. And if this isn't what we're gonna do, then I need to do that. I need to move on and do this. And having that conversation, probably one of the most challenging conversations I've ever had, but At the same time, it was like one of the most empowering because it was me coming back to my own frame, me realizing my sense of self-worth. Like, I bet you if my friend, I'm gonna tell this to her, unless she's like watching this video. Well, I'm gonna tell her 'cause I'll talk to her before this video comes out. But imagine the version of you that is 100% worthy, whole, and complete, that just knows what you're worthy of, that just knows your self-worth, that is just being the most unapologetic version of you. Now imagine that some guy or girl comes up to you and is like, "Hey, you know, I kinda like you, but I don't really like you. I'm not sure if I wanna be with you. Like, I don't know. And I kinda actually wanna date other people right now and then maybe come back to this later." What would that version of you say or think? "Bye, Felicia," you know, or something like that. I was thinking of something witty to say. But it'd be like, well, I know my sense of self-worth. So if you don't have it figured out, then that's fine. But I know my own sense of self-worth and I'm gonna go and be that, you see? But we settle because we're like, well, maybe I agree with this person. Maybe I'm not worthy. Maybe if you can finally choose me, then I'll feel like I'm enough. So we're like waiting for the person to choose us. So for me though, and the thing that I told my friend is like, have vulnerable conversation, express how you feel. Don't hold it in anymore. You're not too much. And if he can't handle that, then maybe it's not meant to be. You know, maybe saying no to the old pattern will then say yes to a new pattern. That's something that's like very powerful that we could become aware of as well. Now, a big part in me attracting my girlfriend, Heather, was I had to open up my heart. And even after we started dating, there were parts of my heart that were closing because I wasn't used to somebody like, spoiling me and energetically like loving me so much and always touching me and like all this affection. I wasn't used to that. So it was kind of like, oh, am I worthy of this? Is this like, it was such an energy, it's such an interesting thing. But in the beginning, in order for me to open up to it, I had to close the dynamic of the past. And then the key for me is I had to open up my heart. That was the number one thing that probably made me attractive. 'Cause this is the thing, my friend used to tell me this all the time. You are a master at talking yourself out of intimacy or dating or relationships. And the reason that was, was because I would start, I had all these rules that I thought were justified, but found out later that they were just ways of me deflecting moving on. I had all these, so before I was successful on YouTube, it was like, I'm living at my dad's house, I can't date, I got all these things I need to do, I'm so busy making videos. And then guess what? I become successful. I make money and stuff. And then here I am now and I'm like, okay, well, I still have to focus on my business. And if I were to date, it's like these things, what if they want me for my money? What if this, what if that? I have a YouTube channel, I can't date anyone that has even ever heard of me before because then it's just weird. I had all these weird rules. That I realized were like holding me back from new experiences. And then what I did is I said, you know what? I'm being incredibly judgmental. And every woman I would date, I'd have all these rules and reasons that I couldn't like go on a second date with them. And then I was like, wait, this is bullshit. This is my way of deflecting moving on. So what I did is I started opening up my heart. I still had discernment. It's not like I was just losing myself, but I started like, having no pressure and I started just like opening up my heart and going on dates. And as I started to do, and I also started recognizing my own sense of self-worth, realizing like what I bring to the table, how fun I am, my personality, how witty I can be, stuff like that. And as I did and I started dating, it was incredible the difference of response. It was like the more I was judging, the more I was like blocking other people from seeing me, 'cause what you put out is what you get back, what you're the vibration of. So the thing I really encourage you to do is to open up your heart and to realize that if you're judging other people or you have this really long fucking list, that's like, oh, he needs to be this part, this looks this way, this color eyes, he needs to do this for a living and then this and then this and then this, realize that you have all these rules, you're gonna attract other people that have all these freaking rules too that you may not live up to. Because if you need to be, you know, if he's like, I need someone that's 5'5" and you're 5'4" or 5'7", or something, then he's like, nope, that doesn't make the list. You see, it's like the more labels and the more definitions we have, the more we block ourselves. So the thing that I had to do is I had to let go of that and I had to open up my heart. And as I started opening up my heart and even appreciating, even just going on dates, and here was the other thing is as I would go on these dates, I would then put myself out there. I'd be like, this is my intention. I would own my own sexuality. And I wouldn't, I'd be in my own frame and I wouldn't be ashamed of that because in the past I would be. I would like either not express it. I remember there was like a girl I was dating and it was like, I just wasn't as expressive or putting it out there and it was just weird. And then what happened is like after like 2 months of talking, I didn't like start transitioning into like, okay, now I've spent enough time here. Now I can move into like showing sexual interest. And then I could tell there was blocks there. And the reason being is because I was being uncertain of like what my intentions were. And I could even, as I look back, I could see she was like waiting for me to do shit in the beginning, like early on, but I just wasn't making my actual authentic desires known. So when I started dating at the beginning of this year, I was like, oh, I started actually putting myself out there. I started showing my own intent, even sexual intent, not being afraid of like putting myself out there, my own intentions out there, even like the fact that I'm sexually attracted to someone out there. And guess what happened? It was very well received. It was like, oh, it was like they saw that it was a very masculine thing and it worked out perfect because by the time I met Heather, I was very certain and very like sure of myself to where then it was like, it just naturally was very polarizing from the very beginning. And I was very vulnerable as well. That was the other thing is being vulnerable and just expressing how I felt. And even just what I wanted to do, I was like, I wanna do this, I wanna do that. I'm feeling this way. And even as I started to get into the container with Heather, what I realized is I was like holding myself back from, I would like, I'd catch myself when I would try to close in and not say something of what I was actually feeling. And I just had to keep remembering just to express it, express it. I'm allowed to express my vulnerability and how I really feel. And if you're a people pleaser or a nice guy, the key for you is to let go and to start instead of validating other people's approval, instead of being afraid of rejection, to start to approving of yourself, but start to be vulnerable. Vulnerability is the cure to shame. Shame hides in the dark. Shame is afraid of being aware of. But when you're like, you know what? I'm gonna express how I feel. I like you. I'm attracted to you. You know, when we started doing this, I started to feel kind of uncomfortable, but then I realized it was this and I'm working through it. You just start to express yourself. And as my friend is doing that, as I could see other people being vulnerable, it changes everything. So really, The law of vibration is about becoming aware of these subconscious patterns that you might have active, letting them go, and then making and being in your own authentic energy. When we talk about the law of vibration, this is really like, what is the most common thing they say when it comes to attracting love or anything? Be yourself. Be your damn self. But it's one of the most true things and one of the most annoying things to hear. 'Cause you're like, well, who am I? Like, I am being myself. Aren't I being myself? A lot of the self that we're being is the old pattern self that's been based on safety, creating these barriers around us that keep us from intimacy. So what you wanna do is become aware of your old self, and maybe parts of your old self are actually not as congruent as you once thought. The part of my old self was the nice guy people pleaser self. That wasn't the real me. And also you can realize that some of these patterns may be passed down. My dad came here for a couple days a week ago, and he was telling me of a challenge that he's having with this girl he's dating. It was the same fucking thing that I dealt with a while ago, like last year when I was telling, I was dating this girl, and then it was like after 2 months, I then showed my interest, and she's like, what the hell? Once a woman, or even just in general, once someone, even a guy, once someone puts you in a certain category in their mind, it's very challenging to move into a different category. So it's like, you know, if a woman's like, "Oh, you're a friend of mine," it's very unlikely they're then gonna go into the bucket of like intimacy, love. It can happen, but it's more rare. And say for a guy, if a guy has like a certain viewpoint, it's like to change that, sometimes it takes quite a bit of energy and stuff. So the reason I'm saying this though is become aware of your energy and being more authentic. And what this really is, is this is reevaluating. So my dad, by the way, came over and he was telling me about this situation he was in where he had a friend that he used to work with and blah, blah, blah. And then came over and he went to make a move and he was rejected. And I was like, well, it's just funny to me because it was a similar dynamic that I had to shed. And the key to it is the vulnerability of earlier on expressing how you feel and owning your own sexual energy. Not being afraid to show your masculinity. And it's funny that my friend Matt came over and he was like telling my dad, he's like, my dad's like 57 years old, looks young. And it's so true. My dad has so much potential to date and to like attract a relationship, but it's like he's not aware of his own worthiness or his ability to do it. My friend Matt here was like, oh, so many women would love to have what you can offer and who you are and just your, my dad's bubbly and he's got like a sparky personality. It's like saying he doesn't know it. Same with my mom. My mom is like incredible personality, is funny, is spunky, is sparky, but like it's a self-worthiness thing and opening up the heart and being vulnerable thing. That's how I can tell the key is. So for this, what you wanna do is become aware of your values because my top values now are authenticity and vulnerability. I'm gonna be the most authentic version of me, even if it's polarizing. I'm gonna be vulnerable and express how I feel, which definitely helps with my relationship. but it makes you so much more attractive. You being the real you, letting go of the old values of wanting validation, people's approval, sense of significance. And realize this too, you're always attracting people based on the energy you're putting out. You don't need to learn how to attract people. It's just that you wanna learn how to attract the right, the people that are like, that are right for you or that attract, that reflect back more of that self-love. And even, If you're like, well, I'm not attracting anything. Well, you are attracting the experience of lack. You're attracting lack. And the reason that is is because a self-worthiness thing. It's because of a lack of opening the heart. This can really be the game changer for you when it comes to the law of vibration, because it's about changing and looking at your vibration, doing inventory, letting go, and then choosing to be the new version of you. And one of the things that you can do that will really help make you more attractive is you being the version of you that is the most authentic version of you that is also living in your own frame. This is another thing, like, another thing, like, for example, I have a buddy of mine, I wanted to share this too. He also had the nice guy syndrome that he's now, I think, kind of moved out of, but he was dating this chick that he really liked. And I think now he's actually engaged, married to her. And one thing that he, I remember saying in the early on in their dating was he would sometimes have this tendency to like stop his own frame to go do whatever she wanted to do. She became the centerfold of his life. It's like, how can I help you? I wanna be around you. It's just about you and your dogs and us. And then what I could tell is as he started to do that, he started to lose sexual polarity with her. Because women feel safe with a masculine energy. And by the way, the whole masculine feminine energy, if I'm saying man or woman, just masculine feminine energy. Everyone, it's polarity, masculine feminine energy. So whether it's a homosexual relationship or heterosexual relationship, doesn't matter. It's the same type of masculine feminine energy. But masculine feminine energy, when we talk about that, the masculine needs to be in their own frame so that the feminine can feel safe. So my buddy would stop doing that and maybe he wasn't leading as much. And one of the things I was like showing him is like, oh, if you lead more, go to your hockey game. He loves playing hockey. He used to play hockey all the time. He is more attractive to women when he is playing hockey than when he's not playing hockey. Why? 'Cause he loves playing hockey. So the key to this is like doing what you love, being in your own frame and leading. Doing what you're passionate about. You are more attractive when you're doing what you're passionate about, when you're bold, when you're stepping into the unknown. As I've gone full-time on my passion, I could tell that as I'm doing what I love, even now, like this year I'm making videos, I'm doing this content, but this next year I'll be doing live events. I've got like 5 live events planned next year. And guess what? When I'm doing these live events, I guarantee that I'm gonna have a different energy. You better watch out. 'Cause I be bold. But every one of you, when you're doing what you're passionate about, you are much more magnetic. You are much more attractive. You develop a confidence, and the word confidence means to trust. But one of the things you really wanna become aware of is what is your alignment? What is your vibration? How are you thinking, feeling, and acting? What are your values? Because if your values are wanting other people's validation, you are gonna attract other people that want your validation. Or that have you validating their reality by you being a cameo in their movie instead of you being the star of your own movie. So what you wanna do is you wanna become aware. The step-by-step thing of this is become aware of your shadow. Do you have the abandonment wound, the worthiness wound, or the trust wound, or a combination of all three? I know I have a combination of all three that I've had to like go through. And can you start to become aware of the shame that you had growing up around love, around dynamics, and realize that that shame, your parents divorcing, your dad or mom's emotional unavailability, them leaving you, abusing you, whatever it is, had nothing to do with you. It wasn't your fault. It wasn't 'cause you're not worthy. As you start to realize that, you can then start to realize that you've just built your life based on this false belief. And what is your core story? Am I too much? People don't choose me. Whatever that core story is, become aware of it. And then make the choice to open up your heart. When I started opening up my heart and I stopped judging women, guess what? I had so much more opportunities in my life. They were all, it's funny, there were opportunities that were there, but I just couldn't perceive of them because my heart wasn't open. So the thing I encourage you to do is to let go of the past, to open up your heart, and to make new choices about who you are, your own sense of vulnerability. And expressing yourself and choosing to do that. And you will have more magnetic energy, I guarantee it. Now, the other part of this is realizing that there's 5 confidence secrets that will make you more attractive.
