Your Facial Expressions are BLOCKING the Law of Attraction from Working

Aaron Doughty explains how your facial expressions shape your emotions and block or enable the Law of Attraction. Holding a pen in your mouth to force a smile actually makes you happier. Copying the facial expressions of people who have what you want activates the same brain patterns and raises your vibration to attract results.

This video will show you how your facial expressions are blocking the law of attraction from working, and I'm going to share with you simple and easy ways in order to fix that. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron Doughty and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you a correlation that I've noticed with people that have a high level of emotional intelligence, but also are able to be very passionate people, and it has to do a lot of it with the facial expressions and their physiology, the way that they move their bodies. Now with this, understand that there have been scientific studies that have shown that if we keep a pen in our mouth while we are doing certain activities, we will naturally feel happier. Now at the same time, if we were to put a pen in our mouth and hold it in a certain way where it makes us frown, so instead of like this, you were to hold it like this, it would make it so that we were in a frowning type position with our facial expressions. And then naturally from that, we would begin to feel sad. Now, this is the thing when it comes to facial expressions, certain facial expressions that we continuously keep in that place, that will be the predominant emotions that we feel. Now understand that when it comes to the law of attraction, a great deal of the process is the action that we're taking, but also the emotions that we are feeling, the state of being that we are in. And if consistently our facial expressions are in a monotonous type position, and that will also translate to our voice. You ever notice that people that don't have much facial expression, they might also speak in a very monotone type way, and that means they're probably also feeling that same emotion. It's just one standard, like, flatline emotion at the same time. There's nothing wrong with it, but understand that if your intention is to increase your emotion, you have to be able to feel free to express yourself in a new way. Now there's even more research that shows, and this is something that I got from Tony Robbins' books, especially Unlimited Power, one of his first books. He talks about how if we want to attain a certain amount of success, we can model people that have already had this type of success that we want. Now even beyond that, if we were to move our facial expressions and our physiology in a similar way to them, we would actually begin to feel similar to the way that they feel. So how can we apply that in our own life? Well, there's also research that shows that when we think and we have the same facial expressions and we have the same physiology, we are actually activating similar parts of the brain that the person that we are modeling is doing as well. So if we want to tap into a deeper level of our brainwave ability, and the way that we're thinking, what we can do is model our facial expressions after the people that have already attained the type of success that we want. But just to get this in the form of emotion, how can we feel more emotion? It's going to have to be from understanding how we can use our facial expressions in a completely new way. Now this means that what we have to do is first off get out of judging ourselves. If we feel like we're overexpressing ourselves, you know, a lot of times on these YouTube videos, some people think that I'm over overexaggerating my facial expressions or even like my, uh, my physiology, the way I present myself. I'm not trying to do anything. I'm just expressing myself and this is just what comes out. Now at the same time, there are people that say they connect with my energy because I have so much energy. It's almost like it's contagious through the video camera or through YouTube. Now don't be ashamed of your energy. Don't be ashamed of the facial expressions you have. And what I would say you can do is start to practice in the comfort of your own house and privacy. And start to move your face in a new way. Start to see the different emotions that you feel when you move your face in a certain way. And as you do that, you are creating more emotion. They say that emotion is created from motion. And if we keep our face in a strict type position, if we keep our body in a rigid type position, we're not going to feel as much emotion as if we were to actually model it after people that have that degree. Of emotion they feel. So realize that we create passion from how we feel. We create passion from our physiology and our facial expressions. And what we can begin to do is to match it up to people that are already doing what we want to do, and we can start to feel in a similar way. So what I encourage you to do is there's a chart that I was looking at and I was really paying attention to the different type of facial expressions that we can feel in order to have and get similar results or in order to put ourselves in that state of being. What you can do is go online and type in facial expressions and you'll see that there's different ones. And what I would say is practice modeling or like matching your facial expressions up to that to see how it makes you feel. And at the basis of this, the most powerful thing that you can do in order to really change your emotions is simply decide that you're going to smile Every day for maybe 5 or 10 minutes a day, or maybe set yourself a trigger. So as you do certain things, you remind yourself to smile. Now what you could do is you could, every time you walk through a doorway, what you could do is you could simply decide to smile. Even if it looks funny, just smile. As you set a pattern for you to do something like that, you're going to start to feel better and better. There was research studies that have shown that manic depressants were put in a trial where they were going to see and test and see how they responded to this. What they did is they simply made some of them smile for 5 or 10 or 20 minutes a day. And what happened was, is those people that were manic depressants found that they could not feel depressed and smile at the same time, and doing it consistently got them out of feeling depressed. So what I encourage you to do is to understand that not only is our facial expression a reflection of how we are feeling, but our facial expression can also affect the way that we feel. So allow yourself to feel happy by smiling, by paying attention to the facial expressions you have, by expressing yourself more and opening yourself up to the world and knowing you don't have to feel ashamed for your facial expressions. And as you express yourself more, you'll find you feel more emotion and therefore you will then be attracting more of what you want because of your own state of being. This is directly correlated to the law of attraction because when we are feeling more of the emotion of what we want, we are then getting that reflection. In our life. So choose your facial expressions, choose your emotions, and you will then begin to attract what you want. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
