Your Subconscious Mind is BLOCKING the Law of Attraction (How to Fix it)

Aaron explains how the subconscious mind, which controls 90-95% of daily behavior, blocks the Law of Attraction through limiting beliefs and old patterns. He shows how to rewire it by creating new reference experiences that generate positive emotions, using a story about overcoming childhood rejection and fear of approaching women to illustrate the process.

This video will show you exactly how your subconscious mind may be blocking the law of attraction. I'm going to show you practical tools and processes that you can use in order to remove that block so that you're able to attract what you want. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you all about understanding how to remove any blocks. With our subconscious mind in the direction of attracting what we want. Now, when it comes to the law of attraction, an important part of the process is of course what we are focused on, because whatever we focus on will grow and whatever we focus on, we will begin to see more of. Think about this, even the form of the RAS, the reticular activating system of the brain, which is our selective focus, will always find more and more things in that pattern recognition. Now, when it comes to the subconscious mind, and I've done many videos on the subconscious mind before, I'm going to take it a step further in understanding the patterning of our mind. Everything that we experience in our life is a form of pattern. There are certain patterns of things we do every day, day in and day out, and there's a certain result that we get and that our life in a way is a result of the patterns we have. Maybe the habits that we consistently do, the patterns of thought we have of what we're consistently thinking about, the kind of people that we're around. We're kind of bringing up the same conversations over and over again, which once again is a pattern of thought. What we're focused on. So the key to this is understanding that first off, 90 to 95% of our life or more is ran by our subconscious mind because this pattern that I'm talking about is something that is very easy to get into the flow of and our autopilot mind takes over and that simply becomes a part of who we are. So the key to this is understanding how we can break that pattern. We can break that autopilot mind and how can we really influence the subconscious mind, which is running over 90% 90 to 95% of our life experience. So in order to do this, the most important part is understanding first off the language that our subconscious mind speaks in and the power of repetition and how what we must learn to do is to continue to do something over and over again by setting triggers that wake us up out of the subconscious mind, which may mean that we go out and we do things that we've never done before, that if there's a certain route that we have to work, what we do is we go in a little bit different direction because then that gets us out of the autopilot mind, which also has the repetitive thoughts, the repetitive things that we thought, that we thought yesterday is the same that we think today. So the key is to get out of that. Now, in order to really influence our subconscious mind, let's understand that we think in the form of thoughts, but the subconscious mind thinks in the form of feelings. Now, when we understand this, what we can do is realize that we must learn to generate positive emotion and positive feelings towards our identity of who we think we are. Now, the reason this is important is because we will always act consistent to the way we define ourselves. So if we change the feelings that we are sending through our nerves, the feelings that we are sending over and through our identity, that's when we really create deep change because our identity is something we will always do everything we can to remain consistent to. This is something Tony Robbins talks a lot about. This is something that they've shown in psychology. So what we must first do is start to view ourselves in a new way and to start to feel differently about who we are. Now this means that we must define ourselves in a completely new way. We must start to define ourselves and remove the labels that priorly were hindering us. And I'll give you some examples of how to do that. You know, I used to view myself as somebody that was afraid to talk to certain people. Like I had this certain experience when I was younger and I was talking to— I asked this girl out when I was 12 years old that was 18 years old at this dance at this like parks and rec type place that I went for summers, like a summer camp type thing. And one of the last days there was this girl there that I wanted to ask to dance with me. She was 18 years old, I was 12. I don't really know what I was thinking, but anyways, I found her attractive. I wanted to dance with her. She— Immediately was like, oh, that's so funny. Let me grab someone else for you. She grabbed me someone who's my age who I didn't want to dance with. And from that point going forward, I started to subconsciously be afraid of approaching women or approaching someone I was attracted to. So what I learned to do is I learned how to see myself in a new way, to drop that memory from my subconscious mind and understanding that what I could do instead is start to see myself in a new way, to label that one thing, that one experience as just an experience, not a part of who I am. And as I started to ignore acknowledge it, I really started to let it go. And then what I did is I simply broke the pattern. And anytime I would find myself in a situation where there's someone that I'm attracted to and I want to talk to her, what I would do is when I would get those thoughts, those autopilot thoughts— so don't, you're going to get rejected, you might get rejected, this might happen— what I did is I simply busted through that. And what I did is then I would push myself to do it. I would create a new pattern. I would create a new reference experience. So when it comes to understanding the subconscious mind, realize there are reference experiences that are built into what we think will happen and who we think we are and the autopilot mind that keeps going. You know, you don't want to talk to that person. What will happen? You don't want to put yourself out there like that. Those thoughts are all with that reference experience of what I had. So the key is to create new reference experiences that send new feelings throughout you. So what I did is I immediately went out and I started to push myself to talk to more people. I started to push myself and saw that when I saw someone that I was attracted to, I was going to go over, I was going to talk to her even if it was just a light conversation and just pushing myself outside of that comfort zone. Now the idea behind this is that as you do that, you change the way you view yourself and then you're much more likely to attract certain circumstances that reflect that back to you because it's rooted in new reference experiences. So what I encourage you to do is to ask yourself what is holding you back from really being and experiencing the kind of things that you want. You may realize that they're rooted in a reference experience, a memory that no longer serves you, but this is the best part. The moment you become aware of what that reference experience is and the more you realize that you no longer want to experience it, you already have the power back. You can already decide to then create a new reference experience. Push yourself. You go. Push yourself to go against that fear and to push yourself to do it, you'll find you create new reference experiences that tell your subconscious mind a new story. You're like, oh, I can do this because I've done it before, and things that are actually good begin to happen. The subconscious mind then becomes affected through that repetition. So understand, you might have to do things multiple times. Maybe you have a belief in scarcity and not believing you are enough when it comes to money. What you could do is start to send your subconscious mind a new message by putting more good out into the world. Maybe you start to give to other people in a way, not just give away all your money, but realize that money in a way is an emotion. Start to give positive emotion to other people. Start to find yourself in a higher state of being. As you do that, you are changing your default feeling for who you are and you will eventually get a new reflection of that. So realize you must find these reference experiences that are rooted under your identity of who you think you are, that priorly they may have been completely unconscious, but now that you're aware of what those reference experiences are, and you'll know by simply asking the question, what would I have to believe is true to be having this experience? How come when I walk up to these girls, I feel that kind of resistance? And why is this memory keep playing in my mind of when I was 12 years old? You see, then you are able to see that reference experience and then you can decide and say, hey, I'm going to let you go. I'm going to create a new reference experience. It might feel kind of fearful at first, but then once you do it, you see there was nothing to be afraid about and then you start to relate to yourself in a new way and from there you're much more likely to attract what you want. So this is about really getting to the core of who we are. Many times with the law of attraction, it's just the surface level of what can I focus on, what can I attract? This goes deeper. This is understanding that most of our life is run by our subconscious mind with the patterns of who we think we are, our patterns of habits, our patterns of thoughts. And what we must do is wake ourselves up by doing things that we're afraid of, that by doing things that are outside of our comfort zone, that when we do that, we wake up the subconscious mind and then we set new reference experiences so that powerful things can happen from there.
