Adoption / Kafala, aides sociales et crime contre l’humanité

Alain Soral delivers a monologue criticizing France's social assistance system (CAF) as causing generational dependency, moral decay, and economic harm to working people; he calls for dismantling or radically reforming it. He also explains kafala—a form of guardianship in many Muslim countries that is not equivalent to Western adoption—tracing its origins to Quranic narratives (Surah 33, verses ~37–40) and discussing how French authorities accept kafala as evidence of dependent child status without adopting Sharia law.
Good evening again, my friends. So I recorded two videos today, one after the other. It happens to me. Sometimes I talk for weeks, sometimes I don't want to talk to anyone, you know, and sometimes I get carried away. Like today.
There you go.
So today the caf? Had a sort of mini scandal in France, a scandal that I would practically classify as, I would say, a Manelle category. Uh, it's the caf? On a page. It says that this organization says that people who have taken in a child and who have a cafa. Well, I'll explain what a ca falla is in a minute. Well, they are entitled to social benefits. Okay, A lot of people. For example, there was the lawyer Gilbert Collard, who raised the question in Parliament. And it was basically, how does the cafe follow Sharia law, or something derived from Sharia law to grant social benefits? Are we living in France under Sharia law and all that? The parallel, the shortcut is extremely easy. I don't entirely agree. I'll explain why, but before that, I'll tell you what I think of the caf. For me, if you want my opinion, if I had to put the number one biggest threat facing France, it's neither Islamism, nor Islamic terrorism, nor mass immigration, nor globalization, nor the euro, nor the economic crisis. It's the caf. I think that this invention is a crime against humanity. And I really weigh my words. It's a crime against the locals, against local French people or native French people or others. And it's a crime against the generation born of immigration. Why? The generation that came from immigration was transformed by means of social assistance provided by the caf? I know that there are many organizations working in the same direction in France. I put them all in the same basket. So the basement. It's a figure of speech, but I also include all the others. What they did was they sponsored the failure of an entire generation of people. They told them, you fail and we'll give you money and you'll stay where you are. And we see today that they created a dependency, A dependency almost like someone who gives their victim powder for free the first time they meet them, until the victim comes begging on their knees to get their fix. That's exactly what they did. They took entire generations. There are babies, when they are born, they take them to the caf and they will make them welfare recipients for life. If it is not a crime against humanity, I don't know what it is called. And these are the people who attack the firefighters. I don't want to give them the wrong idea, but honestly, I think that the firefighters are a very bad target. If they could just understand the historical damage to civilization that institutions like the caf have caused them, they would have a very different attitude towards this institution. It's the same with the local population, it's the same with native French people, because it is still a structure that organizes a major replacement, in the UN sense of the term, that organizes replacement, immigration and that takes money from the pockets of the locals so that they can finance their own replacement. Still, according to the un, I'm not talking about conspiracy or anything like that. I'm talking about how the UN defines things. The UN talks about migration of settlement and migration of substitution. This is when one people is replaced by another. And therefore, According to the UN's criteria, substitution would be genocide. So practically, we are in an institution that is playing an extremely negative role in French society. I am not in favor of a society that advances by throwing people out on the streets. It is weaker. I am not in favor of a society that breaks its most disadvantaged or those who are weak physically or mentally. I am not in favor of that. On the other hand, we should organize on a massive scale the distribution of money to people who work. There are people who get up in the morning to work. There are people who earn €1,000amonth. There are people who earn €900amonth. They work at 6am There are people who earn poverty wages to do dangerous jobs. There are people who clean toilets in train stations for poverty stricken work. And the money from these people who work, we're going to put it in boxes and give it to people who don't want to work. And that shouldn't happen at all. For me it's a crime because the guy who. There are people. I've spoken to people, they tell you I don't work, I don't work, they're in good health. But they say they don't work because I get so much from social assistance. Now the best salary I could find is, let's say, social assistance. €1,000, €100, OK? Or €200 plus. So he'll tell you if I work. For example, let's imagine that A guy receives €1,500 in various social benefits, etc. He finds a job for €1,700 and says it's not worth it. I'm not going to work for €200, okay? So he won't work.
He.
He'll be okay. Except that what he doesn't see is that if he had worked and built a career, maybe in 10 years, instead of receiving €1,700. He would be on €2,700, maybe €3,000, or at least €1,000. And even if he was on €2,000 or €50 more, at least he would have dignity. He would earn his own money, he would go home, he would bring back the things he earned for his children. His children will say, dad works for this, that. And he would have a healthy relationship with his children, with his company, with his family, and he would participate in the creative effort and he could achieve or realize the dreams within his reach. No, there is no such thing. And what they do is they break them by giving them money. Money is like cocaine, it's like drugs. For many people, they really become junkies because of it. The power of money is very strong. I mean, there are 90% of the problems we have. Those who are not fueled by sex or religion are fueled by money. So, I mean, it's very simple, right? There's sex, money, religion. You have these three things there you have it. 99.9% of humanity's problems are there, okay? And so the caf and similar institutions cause profound social damage, whether in the host country, on the original society, or on the new hosts who are destroyed by it. Ah, what's more, these are often gifts in disguise. Let me give you an example. I was in France, I was renting a studio and I received a letter. And what did the letter say? It said that since the state was increasing housing benefits this year, and that housing benefits had been increased by €50, well, they were going to increase your rent by €50. The thing is, I wasn't receiving housing benefits, okay? I couldn't even eat. I was living on 30 cent Chinese soup, OK? And I refused to lower myself to filling out an AP Tel application or some shitty application or something like that, okay? Once I was in a pharmacy because I had a health insurance card, but I didn't use it because I bought a cheap medicine and I didn't want to use it. I paid for it myself. And the pharmacist asked me why I wasn't using my health insurance card. And I said, well, with the SQ's hole, everyone is laughing. Yes, it's true that it's billions. Yes, I know it's billions. And that my €5amonth that I pay in cash won't change anything. I know, but it will change. Well, it's already €5 less. And if everyone does it, maybe that's how we are citizens in a city. That's how it works, right? It's everyone's part of themselves. It's not that everyone is trying to get what they can, right? That's not the point. And so in the end, who paid the apl? It was me. That means that I was paying someone richer than me. I was paying a landlord. I was paying him social assistance that I didn't receive. Why? Because he's watching the news and he heard that housing assistance has increased. And he considers that housing assistance is a gift that the state gives him through the poor. So the state offers the landlord money, but just to have a sort of moral guarantee or to give the impression of doing Christian charity, he goes to the guy and gives it to him and there you have it in your hands and you give it to the landlord right away.
Okay?
And what happens is that when the state increases its assistance, I end up with a letter from the landlord saying that it was going to increase it.
There you go.
And I found myself with a higher rent. A country that is upside down, my friends. So for me, the arcaf should be demolished. It should simply be razed. Do like tv, raise jcb, raise all public gardens.
There you go.
And you put a sign there, what those who come to look for, say, there was a cafe yesterday. You say, no, go to work.
There you go.
You are going to work. You are looking for a job.
Okay?
It's very simple, I'm telling you. In England recently, the emergency rooms were overwhelmed in hospitals. The emergency rooms were bursting. People were spending entire nights on the floor on a stretcher and all that, waiting to be seen by a doctor. A doctor came in and said. He came into the waiting room. He said, who is waiting to be seen? Raise your arms, please. All those who are waiting to see a doctor, raise your arms. There were a lot of people who raised their arms like that. He said, okay, everyone who raised their arms, you're going to see your GP tomorrow.
Okay?
That's exactly it for me. It means you can raise your arm, you're able to work. So for me, that's it. I go to a place and I ask everyone who wants social assistance to raise their arms.
Okay?
You're going to find a job.
Okay?
So I think you get the idea.
Okay?
Yeah. The damage that social assistance has done. It has literally funded parents to have children. There are babies who are born just to get social assistance. Do you understand the effect on that child's soul? He was born just to get social assistance. You have to understand one this assistance is miserable compared to the real cost of a child. A real child raised normally. No, no, There are people who make a profit from it, okay? So you can imagine the state of destitution the child will live in when you make a profit on a paltry sum paid by a paltry state through a paltry institution to paltry people. Do you understand that?
There you go.
I think the message got across. I think the message got across. It's an abomination, actually. Even there are people. There are people who work and receive. There are people who will write to me, Alain, Yes, I work, I still receive things well. You know what? I think that we shouldn't. We shouldn't create. What is this life? What is this perversity of creating? This. This. They are robbing you, isn't it? They are robbing you with taxes. Lots of taxes. I'm going to work in France. Horrible. Like this. Like this. The payslip. Here is my payslip. There are three deductions, okay? There in French, it's 12 lines. What is this mentality of taking someone's money just to ask them to come and give you a hand from behind? If it's not to get people used to sistana.
Okay?
There are people who work and are entitled to benefits, whatever. You take away their benefits, you lower their taxes. Let them keep their money, keep their dignity. Stop getting people used to running after the state for money, for fries, for cash. It's abominable. We have to tear down the basement.
Okay?
We agree with that. Okay, we agree. Secondly, this whole basement thing follows Sharia law. It's complete.
Okay?
It's complete. I'll tell you why it's complete. It's very simple. And it's not. You have a couple who arrive from, for example, Algeria or Morocco or Saudi Arabia. They arrive in France, they get married. What regime do you think they were married under? They were married according to laws inspired by Islamic Sharia law.
Okay?
It's simple. So, by the way, the Republicans wedding. He mimics the Christian wedding of the church without using the word. It's practically a copy, right? It's just that if it had been a book, if it had been a film, it would have been plagiarized. Okay, let's talk. So what are you going to do when people arrive from Saudi Arabia? A couple arrives in Saudi Arabia with their children. What are you going to do? Are you going to separate them? Take their children away? Are you married under Sharia law? I would say no civil status is recognized from one country to another. There are recognitions. Even if Sharia law does not exist in France and is not applicable In France, I. I hope it never will be. Although allow me to doubt this point. The fact of recognizing a civil status from another country that is based on Buddhism or Sharia law or whatever does not make you someone who approves of the logic in which it was done. Quite simply.
Okay, okay.
In France, there is no Sharia law. Well, I'm being nice. There is in reality, but. Hey, do you understand what I mean? It's very simple. What I'm talking about isn't complicated. What is kafala? There is an institution called adoption in the West. It's an institution. Not just in the west, everywhere in the world. It's an extremely noble, extremely honorable institution. Okay, Simple. So far, so simple.
Okay?
The problem is that this institution has been, how can I say, perverted, corrupted and limited by a certain number of Islamic precepts based on the history of Islam. Do you want it to be inextensive or simple? So I'm going to make it neither exhaustive nor simple. I'm going to make it for you. You can answer me. It's not live either. I'm going to explain it to you. I'm going to explain it to you so that you can understand it. I'm going to tell you what I need to tell you the problem. In Arab countries, when you adopt a child, which I find to be an extremely courageous and noble act, there are lots of. There are lots of children who are. Who live in destitution, who live in orphanages. And so there are people who love them, who would like to take them in. The gesture is very noble. On the other hand, there is a problem with Islam. Let me explain. In Muslim countries, they will never give you a full adoption. They will not give you an adoption like you can get in Europe, for example. In Europe, the child takes on the family. You become his father or the mother becomes his father. Or in countries where there are 55 genders.
Well.
Well, they do what is necessary. And he has the right to inherit. He has the right to bear your name. And everything. And everything. And everything.
Okay?
There is a real filiation that is created in Muslim countries, it is not possible.
Okay?
In Muslim countries, it is not possible.
So.
Since it is not possible, they will give you what is called a kafala. What is a kafala? It is a document that is issued by the judge, the family judge. And it is a document that will practically give you. It is written on it. It will practically give you all the parental rights. It will tell you that you are responsible for the Minor. So for boys you are responsible for the minor until they reach the age of 18, the age of majority. For women you are responsible for them until they reach, uh, not necessarily the age of majority, but uh, the first of the two, uh, elements finally beyond the age of majority. And then, uh, either they get married, okay, uh, or they come of age and become financially independent, okay? Because, uh, I know that feminists won't like this, but they consider that women are more fragile in society than men, especially in Arab societies. Hey, because the basis is not made for France, the kafala, it is made for Algerian, Moroccan, Tunisian society, etc. So they consider that men. So you see, they are harder on men than on women. For A man at 18, the guy who has done, or the person who has done kafala is free from his kafala. Whereas for a woman, even if she is 25, he is obliged to continue to provide her with housing, food, clothing, all that protection if she is not married or if she does not earn a living.
Okay?
So just to kill herself, where does it come from? So, you know, it comes from the history of Islam. So you know, the Prophet of the Muslims had adopted a boy. Avenue adopted a boy. This boy married a girl. Her name was very pretty girl, they say. And so at one point, historians of Islam say the Prophet saw her and she interested him and so he wanted her for him. And there was some discomfort because I assure you, this is the most embarrassing story in Islam. Honestly, it is the most embarrassing story in Islam and no one has managed to give it any meaning beyond the first meaning that every person in Arabic can see. And so it is not written in the Sunnah or in the Hadith. It is written in the Quran. This means that its authenticity is very difficult to challenge unless we attack the entire Quran. So let me explain what happened. At one point, the Prophet of the Muslims had the idea of asking his adopted son to divorce his wife so that he could take her for himself. And he was thinking, he was wondering about the Khanderat, because in fact, even among the pre Islamic Arabs who were practically considered savages, I mean they weren't savages, but that's how they were presented. It means that when you're a child and you're presented with the history of the Arabs, it's simply that they were savages. They're going to put on it all the possible flaws imaginable and they're going to say that suddenly Islam arrived, they became great people. Okay, there you have it. It's a story told by the classic victors. And so even among the Arabs of that time, and even among the Arabs of today, even among the Muslims of today, a man doesn't marry his adopted son's wife. It's not possible. So he wants to do it, he gets stuck. And at that moment, very opportunely, a verse comes along. That's what this verse is going to say. It's going to say, I'll show it to you and read it to you in French, right? So I hope I get a good angle with this screen.
There you go.
You can stop for those who have high definition. Otherwise you can look at the Quran, verse 33 to 37. Well, the whole of Surah 33, 37 goes in this direction. It's relatively embarrassing, I would even say embarrassing. So when you said to the one whom Allah had blessed, just as you yourself had blessed him, so long sentence to say when you said to your adopted son, keep your wife to yourself and fear Allah, because in reality, the adopted child came to his adoptive father. So the Prophet of the Muslims said to him, I want to divorce my wife. They were having problems, in fact. And the Prophet of the Muslims said to him, no, keep your wife. Stop your nonsense and all that. Well, everyone would say that if you have a guy, he comes to you, your family says, yes, I want a divorce. What do you do, huh? You try to calm things down. That's what he did. But look at what the verse. And you hid in your soul what she was going to make public. Hidden what? And hiding your attraction to her. In fact, you feared people, and Allah is the most worthy of your fear. Then when Zayd stopped all relations with her, we made you marry her. So that there is no impediment for the believers to marry the wives of their adopted sons. When this ends, all relations with her, the commandment of Allah must be carried out. So in fact, he receives an order from Allah which says, listen, stop hiding what is deep down. Stop hiding. Clearly, stop hiding your attraction to this woman. In any case, Allah will give you an order, go and marry her. And in fact, he comes and takes her, marries her, no witnesses or anything, just takes her. And so it's an extremely embarrassing story in Islam. And then the Arabs of the time, they're going to replace the monopoly. They're going to talk about it in the tents and huts of Arabia, you know, and then, well, it's embargo. So there's another verse that comes along and says, wait for the next verse. So in 33, we were talking about 33 37. Here we're talking about the next one. I'll show you. What does it say? No offense. No offense. No offense to the Prophet for what Allah has imposed on him.
Okay?
He says, stop holding it against him. It's Allah who imposed this on him. It didn't come from his head. In accordance with the laws established for those who lived before Allah's command is an inescapable decree. In reality. In reality, people who lived before Islam considered this an abomination. And it still is today. So see, it didn't happen. Despite this verse that came out saying there was no offense to be done to the Prophet. People started to make offense to him about it. So another verse, it sinks in. The one after that, huh? 39, which communicates the message of Allah. So it means the Prophet fears him and fears none other than Allah. And Allah is sufficient to take into account everything. So I don't need your judgment. Stop talking.
There you have it.
And pay attention. This is where we are getting to because he continues to talk anyway. It's a real scandal that's happening. And here we come to verse 33:40. And what does he say? Muhammad, the Prophet. So Muhammad was never the father of any of your men, but the messenger of Allah and the last of the prophets. Allah knows everything. So he goes back. He goes back on his adoption. He says he has never been the father of anyone. And it is this verse 33:40, which comes after all these verses which will definitively and historically break the, how shall I say, adoption in Muslim countries. It is over. There are no more adoptions. Because he says to himself, okay, I married this woman, but she is not the wife of my adopted son because I have never had an adopted son. Why? Well, because there is no adoption in Islam. Just a guy. I knew him. He was there. I don't take care of him anymore. That's all.
There you go.
He.
He's a guy, someone.
Okay?
He's not my friend, you know, that's it a bit. And there. Adoption has been completely destroyed as an institution. And in reality, in reality, if you look at this Surah, the Prophet of the Muslims had a lot of problems with his wives. And these social problems will appear in the Quran in a very clear way. I will give you an example. The version, verse 33, 28, okay? Because we are here because we are talking about this. Well, let's talk a little bit. Verse 33:28, what does it say to the Prophet? Say to your wives, if it is the life of this world that you desire and it is apparent, then come and I will give you the means to enjoy it. And I will free you by divorce, without prejudice. If you want life right now, the good things of life, ah, I will divorce you and leave. 33:29. But if it is Allah that you want, his messenger and the hereafter, Allah has prepared for you a great reward for the good doers among you. 33:30 the wife of the Prophet, whoever among you commits proven immorality, the punishment will be doubled for her. That's means that at a given moment there really is a relationship between the Prophet of the Muslims and his wives that begins to develop through the Quran.
Right?
By interposing the Quran. It means through Allah, after creating the planets, space, time and all that, God begins to get involved in her marital affairs. And it ends in the Quran. In reality, there are clear verses. And when you look at the exegesis of these verses, he tells you the details and everything. It's going to go into absolutely, absolutely abominable stories. And that's where in the context of this surah, this surah 33 aya, the wife of the Prophet ended up saying something that is a verse which is in sa Bukhari, which is a sah verse, not a verse. I mean a sa hadah. I tell you in Arabic, I tell you in French. It's, it's Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet, who. She is sacred among Muslims. Among the Shiites, she is cursed. They never mention her name without cursing her because she is the daughter of the first Caliph. And you know, everything that relates to a caliph, a man of power or a pharaoh is sacred among the Sunnis. Uh, that's what she says. She's going to say something, huh? I'll show it to you for Arabic speakers so they can say it themselves. And who doesn't accuse me of saying something else? I can't find an angle, guys, I'm reading you. So it's AI who says, I see that you're God. You're God. She says. She doesn't say God. She says you're God. We, we don't say your God in Arabic. But she says it. Your God is just rushing to fulfill your fantasy. That's what she says Hadith saw in Sabi. It's very violent. It's very violent, very hard. It shows you a little bit about the atmosphere there was at the time. Hello, Atmosphere, huh? It shows you that even those close to her, like AI Cho, weren't very convinced by the demonstration that I just gave you.
Huh?
By these stories of God telling me to marry him. God told me to do this. God told her to offer herself to me, and so on. It's tested. But in any case, by the way, this is just an incidental story that I'm telling you, but by the way, it destroyed, it irritated the institution that is still very noble of adoption. And the net result is that today, well, people in Muslim countries can't adopt. And so that's why the caf considers adoption as a civil status document issued in another country, even if there is no equivalent in France. But it is possible to have a kafala through a French court, despite everything, it considers that the fact of having a kafala is that clearly the family judge in a Muslim country has placed 1,000 children under real guardianship and under the responsibility of the people. So the people, they still have the obligation to take care of this child as if he or she were legally theirs. To speak in prison for that.
Okay?
By a prison for a coffee, no? So in that sense, the AFA dependent child, they will not recognize the kafala or anything like that. But we recognize that there is indeed a situation that means that you really have a dependent child, and we accept the kafala as proof. That's all. But it is not. It is not submission to Sharia law, as some would have it. I think that sometimes you shouldn't do everything you can. I understand very well the mentality that is behind it and everything, but you shouldn't do everything you can because you discredit yourself and then you fight a false fight. Don't fight the real fights. You waste your energy on things that are not worth it. You understand, right? It's a bit of a very tough battle. It's a very tough battle. But when the battle is tough, you really have to put all the odds on your side. Okay, my friends, I'll leave you. Okay, I'll leave you. And I'm talking a lot today, so maybe I'll calm down for a week or two. Anyway, see you soon and I'll see you another time, mister.
