Chat Contrôle de l'UE : la Surveillance TOTALE arrive !

A French-language YouTube monologue arguing that an EU proposal (revived by the Danish presidency) would install a hidden OS-level application on phones sold in the EU to scan screens in real time, purportedly to protect children, and warns this would enable mass, continuous surveillance then expand to other devices and uses. The speaker links the proposal to broader critiques of EU bureaucratic decline, economic deindustrialization, loss of freedoms after COVID, and predicts outsourcing of surveillance to American cloud/AI services and eventual social control via digital identity and the digital euro.
Hello, my friends. The European Union's Control Chat project is something that even China wouldn't have dared to do. In fact, the Chinese, it seems, are watching the innovations of the surveillance society that is evolving in Europe and they may well take a leaf out of their book. So let me tell you, in 2022, during the sinister era of COVID the European Union came up with an absolutely diabolical idea to monitor Europeans phones in real time. This idea was recently revived by the Danish presidency of the European Union and will then be put to a vote in October 2025. So today the European Union is telling us that things are moving forward in a bit of a piecemeal fashion. That means that we are being told that Germany is hesitating that Austria and the Netherlands are potentially not in agreement, but in reality it is just to soften the resistance a little, which is completely symbolic of the Europeans. The Europeans are not resisting at all. But anyway, we're trying to confuse them a bit by telling them, yeah, it probably won't happen because we don't agree with everything, but you'll see it's something very serious. So let me tell you, Europe wants to move towards a system of total, global constant surveillance of those who live on the European continent. So in this context they had a small problem, which is that before they monitored network traffic via the network. The problem is that today network traffic is encrypted even without using a VPN. But many people also use VPNs, so that adds a double layer, so the network becomes useless to search from there. So what do we do? We want to force the operators. That's the second method. It's to force the operators to collaborate. For example, they arrested Pavel Durov from Telegram in France because he wanted to force him to collaborate to give them the conversation content he wanted. They force Apple, they want to force Google, they want to force so and so, there you have it. But for them that's not a long term solution, it's not a sustainable solution. Why? Because tomorrow another operator could arrive and they'll force it again. And to be honest, it's below their ambitions because their ambitions aren't to monitor this or that person. They want to monitor 100% of the population 100% of the time. So at that point, what did they come up with? The idea was to install a hidden application on all phones sold in the European Union that the user can't control. It will be part of the operating system and will scan the screen in real time. That means that you're Typing a text message. You're typing a message in an email on a private website, in a forum on Facebook, on Instagram, on whatever you're doing. As long as you're typing a message, the application scans your screen, reads the message before it goes online. So there's no need for that. We don't care about VPNs or collaboration with so and so. Right? We don't care if the applications collaborate or not. It doesn't matter. What we're doing here is that we have direct access to the screen. So, of course, the pretext that was put forward, if you like, was to say we want to protect children, because we're talking about the principle, right? On a civilizational level, we're talking about the principle that all Europeans are potential predators of children and that fortunately, thank God, the state monitors them in real time to prevent them from indulging their base instincts. So, of course you realize that this is a. How would you say it? It's. It's a kind of moral manipulation. Quite simply, it just means to tell you that if you're against it, either you have something to reproach yourself for on that point, right? It's because you feel guilty, or you're heartless and you don't want children to be protected. One or the other, you choose. Right? It's a fairly classic technique. What will happen next is that we will move towards proliferation. We will move towards an increase, an expansion of the mandate. This means that once we have surveillance platforms, what are we going to do with them? At first, it will be for children, then terrorism. Of course, we will let the terrorists act without scanning what they do. So, terrorism. Then we will perhaps look for xenophobia, racism, hateful posts. We will perhaps look for climate information. We will perhaps look for extramarital affairs. Then we will start scanning for everything and anything. And then will we end up with a screen that is scanned in real time? Now, another thing you have to know that the European Union was an increasingly bureaucratic place, increasingly behind in terms of civilization. These are choices that were made. You know, it's no coincidence that when you look at, I don't know, climate masochism, for example, is causing things to deindustrialize. Industries are leaving, creators are leaving, investments are leaving. Right. All the flows of intellectual property creation, all of that carefully avoids Europe, while Europe is there generating bureaucracy and laws and regulations. So, for example, the European Union does not have a cloud system. Hmm. When we think of the cloud today, what do we think of? We think of Azure. It's from Microsoft. We think of ws, it's from Amazon, we think of gcp, it's Google. So there are only American clouds. So the same goes for AI. Europe does not have AI, but it is the continent where I is the most regulated. So what's happening is that once this data is captured on screens, it will be sent to an American cloud where AI will inspect it. So we will have algorithmic surveillance of Europeans who will have to be careful when they pick up their phones, even when they are talking to friends, even in private conversations. They will have to be extremely careful. It could be subject to the law, it could be sent to the tax authorities, it could be sent to the police, it could be sent to anyone, it could be sent to the city hall, it could be shared. Okay, so it will go to American clouds and it will be analyzed by American algorithms and ice. There you have it. So we are in a logic of literally outsourcing surveillance. So once we get to that point, I'm going to add something else that once you know the rat, you know in which direction it's going to go, it's that later on they'll say, yeah, but people are using their computer screens now, right? Right. That means people are wary of their smartphone screens and they use their computers. So what are we going to do? So to monitor, it's the same for protecting children. Right? You know what we're going to do? We'll have to expand the mechanism and scan computer screens, tablets, and why not TV screens? We scan in real time, we scan everything and then we send it to the cloud, we analyze it and we look at it. So tomorrow you could have a grandparent taking a photo of their grandchildren at the beach. Pam, that's going to the police. You could have a mother taking a photo of her baby to share with the pediatrician. Bam. At the police right there. I mean, we're being monitored. We're going to accept real time surveillance. Another thing, once this system is in place, of course there will be lots of hackers or other foreign nations who will say, hey, this is an opportunity. This is an attack surface. We can look for ways to hijack this system, how to get in remotely, all of that, to try to monitor it. And we could end up with computer screens, smartphone screens, tablet screens, where there is no way to keep a secret. In Europe, where everything people do on the screens is no longer intellectually secret, there is no longer intellectual property, there is no longer manufacturing secrecy, there is no longer financial secrecy. There is, there is nothing left. It is constantly monitored. So you can clearly see that it is moving towards tyrannical control. Let me tell you something. In 2022, in the grim era of COVID this story or this idea came up because there is one thing you need to know. The first thing I will tell you about this is that the countries that are called liberal democracies, I am thinking of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, are the countries that lost the most during the COVID era. I'll tell you why. Because countries that are run every day by tyranny, by the will of a prince, by a president, by a mustachioed man, all of these countries, for them, the COVID story was just business. As they say in English. It's just, well, there you have it. We declined. We declined coercion. We declined it in a health context. And then after a good health context, the coercion went away. In it was like before, nothing has changed. But countries that call themselves democracies, once they've had a taste of tyranny, right? They've had a taste of arbitrariness, of extrajudicial rule. When they've had that where you have a minister or a prime minister who will send out a tweet giving an order to the population and the police respond by saying, this order has the effect of law and we will defend it. That's not democracy. A minister's opinion is not a law. The police aren't there to defend politicians opinions and orders. Politicians don't have any orders to give to the population at the grassroots level in a democracy, do they? But in a country that is therefore a tyranny, the order of any person who is linked to the police or the army or to politics or whatever is law. And so this taste for tyranny, well, today we realize that it is still there, that Covid has started, but that is still there. So what is happening is that we are afraid because what is the reality? It is control. But why control? Because they are afraid that the population will rise up one day because the European population is betrayed. It is pushed further and further towards misery in a world that is changing, in a world that is prospering. And the Americans today are making fun of the Europeans, saying, you sometimes see tweets that have been liked 60,000 times where people tell you, but I just realized how much Europeans are paid. They're shocked. It's unbelievable. How do they live with that? They're shocked. Some say, I just realized that Europeans don't have air conditioning. But how do these people live more and More Europe is being seen as the new Third World in a way. So there's the destruction of families, destruction of schools, destruction of the economy. It's full spectrum dominance, as the military says. It's domination of the land, the sea, the sky, everywhere, wherever you touch it, it's being destroyed. It's not inevitable, it's not an accident, it's not something inevitable. No, it's a choice that was made by the European elites to destroy everything. So what are they afraid of? Well, they. They're afraid that one day the people will rise up. And since they're afraid that the people will rise up, well, there you have it. They're preparing means of surveillance and coercion. Because all this, of course, with digital identity, with the digital euro, with total surveillance, you can imagine where it's going. You have to take the pieces of the puzzle and disconnect them from each other. One day you might be disconnected, right? One day an algorithm will disconnect you, and when it disconnects you, your driver's license will no longer be valid, your passport will not be valid. Potentially, if you want to start your car, it will refuse to start again. To be honest, Europeans won't have cars in the coming years, right? You know that's forbidden. You know that's forbidden. The European Union is going to ban them in 2035. So by 2035, the United Kingdom, which is in a much deeper climate, masochism, is going to ban them in 2030. So in four and a half years. So that in a very short time, Europeans will only go where their feet can take them, whether by pedaling or walking. It's as simple as that. So you can imagine the mess they're leading them into, because these people are going to wake up at some point. They're going to rise up and say, what's happening to us is not possible. There's something very important. I'll just show you my book, the Great Betrayals. I'd like to read you the first sentence of the book. Just the first phase, that's all. I'm not going to read you three pages. The first sentence in the preface is not incompetence. It can't be incompetence. The accident theory, while appealing to those looking for simple answers, doesn't hold water either. This is systematic destruction, my friends. This is civilizational dynamiting. This is sabotage. The pillars of European civilization are being demolished, dynamited. So they say to themselves that the people will wake up at some point. If they do wake up, we need Methods of surveillance and coercion so that we can deactivate them remotely. There you have it. Now I'll tell you something. He's seriously mistaken. Why? Because in the past, there have been revolutions, great revolutions. Crowned heads have fallen, states have been overthrown, leaders have been chased away, caught, punished and tried. Right? Well, those were times when there weren't even telephones. There wasn't television, there wasn't radio, there wasn't the Internet. So with their stories of acute espionage, well, there you go. They're going to spy. But the day people reach their alert level, well, it'll be over. It's going to happen very quickly. Right? There you go, friends. In any case, thank you for watching this video up to this point. And there you go. It's like we do without a bed when we go to bed, right? I mean, the vast majority of people are in favor of the European Union, which I'm doing. And. Well, that's how it is, right? And that's how it is. It's going to send them to the wall while monitoring them. That's how it is. When they're eating their lunch, well, they'll have 10 cameras pointed at them. They'll have surveillance and we'll know that they ate from their lunch today. They. That's all. It won't go any further. You know, remember those countries, some African countries, where you have children who are poorly dressed and all that? Uh, they look miserable, they are thin, everything. But they have weapons. These are countries where we can afford weapons, but we can't afford schools or clinics or anything else, or even to feed ourselves. Europe is going to slip into that. That means we're going to see Europeans. The average European human, he will live in the cold and he will be in poverty. He will not be able to afford heating. It will even be forbidden to install heating, air conditioning, hot water from an oven, to have a car, etc. He will be completely ruined. But at the same time, when he opens the door, There will be 10 cameras pointed at him. The slightest conversation will be scanned. We might even have some jokes that will be passed with radars, with scanners that scan through the wall. All of this, I mean, is crazy. It will be a society of surveillance. People who live in poverty and others who watch them. There you have it. Thank you for reading the book. The Great Betrayals up to Point. See you very soon.
