A short French-language YouTube monologue warning about politicized cryptocurrency scams. The speaker cites the FTX scandal and a UK-linked crypto firm (Phoenix Community Capital) that built credibility through political connections and then collapsed, with its leader reportedly hiding in the Philippines. The video argues that crypto — once a space of freedom like the early Internet — has been co-opted by political and financial actors to run scams, and broadens the critique to claim contemporary political leaders are out of touch (illustrated by a UK environment minister suggesting eating turnips during shortages). Tone is critical, distrustful, and polemical.
Good morning, my friends. Last year there was this big scandal with FTX and its boss, who put billions to sleep. If you remember the story of the crypto FTX scandal, well, it was very political and financial because a lot of money linked to the Biden administration, linked to Ukraine, linked to the American Democratic Party circulated in this machine, the FTX machine. Okay, now let me show you something. It's Guardian Dire in the United Kingdom. If you look here, there is a crypto firm that was close to the inner workings of the state, literally that was close to politicians, whether left or right. And, well, it simply disappeared. So we have a firm that was created and that very quickly began to approach and build its credibility on its connections with politicians. That means that his boss, for example, had access to parliament to speak in front of ministerial and parliamentary partners. And so this will give them credibility. So in reality, we are in political financial systems. And then it attracts investors who say, yes, I was in parliament, the guy was there, he gave me his business card. He's solid, he knows this minister or something. Then what do they do? They invest. The firms fill accounts, whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, they fill accounts and then after a while the system will collapse. That means they promise absolutely incredible returns. But in fact, they are just there to build credibility over a short period of time, fill the accounts and then disappear. That's exactly what happened. The guy disappeared. The guy disappeared. He's now hiding in the Philippines and that's it. And people have lost their money. So be very careful, my friends, of political and financial schemes related to cryptos. It's becoming the norm in. It reminds me of the early 90s when the Internet first appeared. It was a space of freedom. It was a space of freedom because the mainstream media wasn't there, the companies weren't there, and no one was selling anything there. It was a space where you could do whatever you wanted because no one understood it. I remember I used to work in companies sometimes. I remember once a business owner who said that he was showing off a bit in front of an office full of secretaries, saying, I just sent an email. Back then you could see an email as something, okay. Then came the money changers. So the Internet literally became a 36 15, literally a Minitel. Today they want you to go in, click, buy, and that's it. And the rest is censorship, control, surveillance and all that. So likewise, when cryptocurrencies were created, they were basically a space of freedom, a kind of parallel economy. But today what they are doing is being captured by the political and financial system that they use to carry out scams. So FTX was a scam. And then we have this company, Phoenix Community Capital and a scam. And of course connected to people, connected to people in power. That's it, as usual. Okay, they're getting into little scams. So before we go, I wanted to show you something else. I wanted to show you something, to show you how completely out of touch these people who run us are, how completely disconnected from reality. Here we have the Secretary of the Environment. Secretary of the Environment. A way of saying the Minister of the Environment is theres Kofay who asked the British to eat turnips. That's because since there are no tomatoes coming into this country, we are now going from one shortage to another, like the ussr since there are no tomatoes coming in. What did she say? She said yes, well, people can do it because it's cheap. They can buy turnips and then cut them up and put them in salad and eat them. Have you ever tried eating a turnip? Only people like her could eat turnips. Okay, but that gives you something, that gives you an idea, my friends, of what's going on. We are led by people who are completely disconnected from reality. They can, for example, for climate reasons or to follow the adventures of the Biden administration. They can, for example, cut off energy supplies to Europe or their country and then afterwards say, yeah, but we need it. We need energy to run a factory. We can't just save money, huh? They can cut off your tomato, they might say, but why not eat turnips, for example? You see, that's the thing. These are people who live in a vacuum. They're disconnected from reality. They don't even know how much a baguette costs. They don't even know if it costs €1, if it costs €100, if it costs €12,000, if it costs €1,000,000. They haven't got a clue. They don't know how to make a salad, they don't know how to heat a house, how to run a factory. They haven't got a clue. And these are the ones who are now responsible for running countries, okay? Those who have ministerial portfolios, they have portfolios of responsibilities and then from there of course, that's it. They can make absolutely mind boggling decisions partly due to corruption and partly due to their stupidity and their lack of, their lack of intelligence, culture and values. There you have it. We have this mix of the two in Dun. We have a mix of the two. Greed, the very, very basic greed, literally animalistic. And then on the other side we have stupidity just as animalistic. We have a filthy stupidity, completely rotten. And we dress them up in a suit. We dress them up in a tailor suit. And then they come like that. And then they are the ones who make the decisions. Thank you, my friends. I'll see you in another video. I don't want to disgust you on the weekend any more than that.
