Le PDG de l'US Open : il vole la casquette d'un enfant !

A CEO grabbed an autographed cap from an 11-year-old at the US Open. The incident sparked backlash that hurt his company's reputation, and it illustrates how corporate culture often promotes people with narcissistic and manipulative traits.
My friends, good evening. The images have been all over the place. They have been widely shared in the community. There is a sad scene that takes place at the U.S. open. It is a tennis tournament. There is a kid who is about 11 years old who is watching the match. And at one point his favorite tennis player comes up, takes a cap, he autographs it and then offers it to him. And in fact, at the moment when the child holds it in his hands, there is an adult, a man of a certain age, very tall, isn't he? Twice as tall as the child. He comes up, he snatches it from his hands, he takes it with a smile, with the smile of a person to whom everything is due, isn't it? He takes the cap, he leans with it, he. He leaves with the trophy. So we know very well that these types of images are so revolting that they go around the world. People don't share this kind of image by chance. It's because a normal person is very negatively affected by this kind of scene. We imagine that this child is there to watch the match, to learn the Coubertin spirit. And an adult comes along and breaks the elegant gesture of this tennis player. He ruins this atmosphere. He ruins the lesson that this child came to learn. So of course, once the images have circulated, well, the criminal has been housed. A way of saying that he has been identified. So this is. And here, and this is the most important point of the story is that this is a CEO. A CEO, a director of a company. So of course, so the company in question has been stormed. That means that if you go on Google reviews, well, well, it's taking a beating. There's a negative review every minute, right? Finally, one star, right? On trustpilot, we. We also have a significant number of negative reviews that are pouring in. If this company is listed on the stock exchange, well, we imagine that it will lose value. If it has customers, well, we imagine that it will lose a lot of them, right? That it will have difficulty acquiring them in the future. Because in the future, when people Google this company, the first thing they will see is a one star review everywhere, bad reviews everywhere. They will not necessarily even read them or connect them to this scandal. They will just say, just avoid it, right? Especially since in some comparisons the boxes are displayed and we will only see the stars. So we will see that this one is one star. Most people will not even consider it. Now, of course, this is not unfair to the company because it is perhaps a very important reminder today that if we want to prosper, if we want to Prosper. And not just prosper, because there is prospering, but also to last. We often talk about sustainable development. When we talk about sustainable development, very often it is. We are talking about fraud. But in reality there is another sustainable development which is to evolve ethically, to evolve with normal people. People who not only make your company grow, but also that it lasts. Because with psychopaths. Well, and we will talk about that in a moment. Yes, it is true that we advance brutally. We are capable of taking away a child's cap, but we could take away his bread. We could starve a retiree or leave a retiree to die in the cold. If it allows you to increase your bonuses, or if it allows you to increase shareholder dividends, you. Yes, well, we do it without any problem. But you have to know one thing. Today the public is fed up with sharing images. The public sees this. And I'll give you just one simple example. A tragic, sad, but revealing example, if we study it on a social level. Last year a CEO was killed in New York at night by a man he didn't know, or who he didn't know. And in fact, the majority of public opinion, this was very worrying, was on the side of the shooter, right? Do you remember this story? So let me tell you, there are studies, there have been studies in recent years of initial figures that are not always easy to obtain. We agree, the collaboration of those concerned and all that. But what do the figures say? The figures show that a fairly substantial, statistically significant portion of CEOs and the management team of companies are under the influence of what is called the dark triad. So you can imagine a triangle with a person who is narcissistic, right? It goes with the cult of personality, you know, that we find in most companies. It's like the Communist Party of a banana republic somewhere in the world. I've seen companies, honestly, I've seen companies where the personality was such that the CEO would post something. So sometimes he would say something in a meeting, his secretary would write it down, she would order a large format board. She would put it up with this text all over the hallways of the company. But I'll tell you the worst one. I saw it once and I'm not sure I saw it myself. We didn't talk about it. Where the CEO's words were written on large boards, right? Big billboards that have been plastered in the subway stations in the airport of the city in question, okay? So you walk towards the terminal and you see boards with these expressions, okay? So to tell you, the narcissistic side is not just a figment of the imagination. The second part of the triangle is misogynism. Misogynism is the ability to manipulate others, the ability to use others and create, give them, lie to them, all that falsify, deceive them to achieve one's goals at all costs. And the third part of the triad is psychopaths. Psychopaths are capable of causing others to suffer. They are capable of crushing others. They have zero empathy, right? They are capable of anything, right? It's like you see in some companies, old people who say, okay, we're going to make cuts, the company has made profits, but we can make even more profits next year. Fire 20% of my staff and you can give them away. If it means I can increase my bonus or whatever, no problem. Quote. So it's an extremely dark triad. In fact, even a study from 2011, a peer reviewed study, suggests or actually defends the thesis that the 2008 financial crisis was potentially caused by people with this triad, people who are clinically mentally deranged. Okay? And since companies seem to favor them, why? Because they say, yeah, you see, he loves taking risks. He's a go getter. He's not afraid of anything. He doesn't give up to anyone and everything. In reality, he's someone who is very brutal, who is lawless, you see, who is manipulative, who is a liar, who is dishonest. And in fact, we say, yes, did you see how great he is? So the problem is that, well, okay, he's great, he gets on your nerves somewhere. And then after a while, you suffer. After a while? After a while. Well, that's why I say it's not unfair what the company is going through. We have to be careful, you know, we just have to do screenings. You know, we do screenings. You take your people to the shrink, you. You bring back a certificate that they are normal. Because if you put this kind of person, because this kind of person, if you want the child he stole, the one whose cap he stole, by the way, the tennis player ended up meeting the child. Later, he gave him another cap and all that. So as far as the child is concerned, it's settled, right? And the child is not under the influence of this guy. But let's imagine the employees who work at this company under the direction of this guy. Every day, let's imagine these people the same. Especially since very often the toxicity that is in the company, where does it come from? It comes from the top, right? It comes from the top, the cascades down, right? These people who leave in the morning with butterflies in their stomachs, these people who can't sleep at night. These people who end up getting divorced, who end up getting depressed. Right. Because of the toxicity of people like that at work, right? Well, yes. Your stories are not funny. They are very serious. It goes beyond that. It goes beyond the cap. So I was telling you, what do clinical studies say? Of course, it's hard to find exact figures and everything, but here's a baseline. The baseline is that in the general population, it means that if you stop a bus or RER or something, you have about 1% of people who have this triad, the dark Triad, you have 1%, which means out of 100 people, you have roughly one. When we get to the company's management team, well, according to the most lenient figures, it's 4%. Those are the most lenient figures. The most lenient figures with this group tell you. Well, we've done everything but well. And that's four times, right? That's four times more. Right. That's statistically significant. It's not a coincidence. Four times more. And the highest figures say 21%. OK? And we have plenty of figures in other studies that show 18, 19, 20. Do you see what I mean? That means a lot. Why? Because the corporate world favors and concentrates this type of person. The more a person is able to walk all over others and crush them, betray them and all that, the more they are propelled upwards. By the way, before we continue, I'll tell you something. If. If a CEO of your company is of this nature and you have identified in him this sinister triad that I'm talking about, you want to change your mind, you need to be a partner of the channel that is wearing him down. It's an organization that exists in France. I've known them for a long time. I've sent many people to them who have taken care of them perfectly. In fact, they can help you in certain cases with a partnership with France Travail, that is to say, with my training account. So these are people who are approved and all that, and who allow. They intervene. In roughly two cases, you've lost your job and you want to look for another job. They can help you, or you're in a job and you want to change, you don't know where to start, you're nervous, you don't feel ready to face the market. They can help you and support you. Okay? In many cases, France travail covers it 100%. So check out the link in the video description and the Pinned comment. It might help. The other thing that's absolutely frightening is that we compared these figures. By the way, the methods used don't come from the world of work. The methods used weren't originally designed for CEOs. We just used them on these people because we found the correlations. In fact, these are methods that were developed in the prison environment. And the figures obtained at the top of the corporate world are similar to what we find in the prison environment. That means that in prisons, one in five people are actually present in this triad. That means when you're in prison, you can't trust anyone. People will lie to you, people will betray you, people will hit you in the back. Every person tell yourself, in prison, even the nicest, most friendly guy who seems normal is there for something. Everyone is there for something. If they don't tell you, you don't necessarily have access to their court records. You don't have the photos, you don't have the testimonies of the victims. You don't have all that. You don't have the opinions of the experts, but know that they are there for something. Now, I'll tell you something. When you enter a company and you enter a room where these leaders are gathered, look at them and tell yourself one thing. They are all there for something. Each one is there. It's their psychopathology that they brought here. These people on their way to the top have crushed people like you without any problem. They have sent people to the shrink. They have sent people on long term sick leave. They have destroyed lives, they have destroyed people. Do you know what I mean? So, so this is a very serious story. And so the companies that bring these people back, they applaud them, but of course they end up suffering. But before they do, unfortunately, it is the workers who will pay with their health. When you see on LinkedIn elsewhere, and this outrages me, I often see CEOs say, I'm leaving, I left the company today and I'm going to pursue other adventures, typically someone else. You look at their balance sheet and look at the comments on LinkedIn. So even if we agree that LinkedIn is fun, honestly, what happens on this site is very special. But I'll tell you something. What I visualize is often people who arrive at a company, they're going to spend 18 months, 24 months, they're going to run it. The clients have left, half the people have resigned. Many people have been fired, kicked or kicked. Uh, others, uh, are afraid for their jobs. They don't know if they'll still have a salary next week, right? And in fact, the day they leave, they leave with a huge bonus with congratulations. Everyone tells them you're great. And then you'll see people singing their praises. What happens the following week? They start with a different color tie in a different company. And in fact, what encourages this kind of thing is the fact that these people don't pay for their mistakes, because everyone pays for their mistakes. If tomorrow I were recruited as a bulldozer driver, I would get in the bulldozer, I would get soaked in speed, I would let go of the clutch, it would go in the wrong direction, I would crush a car, I would hit a perimeter wall, it would fall, it would destroy equipment. All of that would create fear, wouldn't it? Well, what would I expect? I would expect to be fired. I would be sanctioned. I would be fired. I would potentially be prosecuted. No one would want to hire me. You see, he had his own story about what he did. But in fact, once you get to the level of these people, there is no relationship, there is no sanction for these actions. So you can do anything, you can sabotage anything and then leave to applause. That's what's terrible. The applause, the champagne, the little party, the bonus, the golden parachute. And that's it. Then we go somewhere else and trash the next company until we retire without any problems. There you have it, my friends. So I'll remind you once again that in the comments and in the description of the video, ah, Also read swindling. Huh? Swindling allows you to sleep knowing what's going on. Huh? Because you're being scanned. You're being screwed. The collapse of your standard of living isn't just happening by chance. It's a plan. A good portion of the money goes into swindling, right? That's what the title says it all. There you have it, my friends. I'll see you in another video. And if your CEO is a psychopath, contact Killis very soon.
