They operated practically in full view of everyone, including the authorities, for a very long time without anyone getting close to them. Why? Because the British police were terrified because these people were Pakistanis, so they were of foreign origin and the victims were all young girls of English origin. And in fact, while in any other country a similar phenomenon would perhaps have given the police more motivation to work on it more aggressively. Here the police saw their legs cut off. No one dared to approach these people and this allowed them to make an impressive number of victims, dozens of different ones who were prostituted for several years without anyone getting close to them, even though the police knew what was happening. How can this be explained? In fact, today there is a kind of trap into which a lot of people in Europe fall. That is to say, anti racist.
