L’Effroyable Effondrement du Royaume-Uni Post-Brexit

A French monologue argues Britain is in socio-economic collapse after Brexit, pointing to a 22% EV sales mandate causing petrol-car rationing, a cancelled Rwanda migrant scheme costing hundreds of millions, and prisoners transferred to Estonia due to overcrowding. Retirees flee to Thailand and Hungary for cheaper healthcare while schools and hospitals crumble.

At least 22% of cars sold must be electric (speaker's claim).
Until June 2025 (speaker's remark about weather).
Hello, friends. So I'm back in the United Kingdom, as you can see. I hope you're enjoying the light rain. It's still officially summer in September, but it's already raining, it's cold and it's going to stay that way until June 2025. There you have it. So I wanted to talk to you a little bit about the atmosphere in this country, a country that is in the Brexit phase, as you know. And I'd like to tell you something about people talking about Frexit. I agree with Frexite, but only as a necessary condition, not a sufficient one. If we leave the European Union but don't renew the ruling class, then we'll keep the same reflexes, we'll keep the same stories, and in the end we won't gain anything at all. We won't really see any change compared to before. It could even get worse, if ever. I'll just show you a few newspaper articles I've picked up this week and I've taken the first few pages to show you some really interesting news. So don't accuse me of looking for a little article on page 25. I'll show you some important elements. First we have this week's Daily Telegraph.
Okay?
Here I am showing you petrol Carl's cars. Petrol cars are petrol or diesel cars, if you like. Cars are rationed and yes, they are rationed. We're moving towards a USSR style system. In the ussr, while the leaders and party officials were collecting luxury cars, the average worker, which is what they had to do, right? Or the average citizen had to go to a cooperative, fill out forms and sometimes wait 10 years for someone to deign to give them a lotta.
Right?
We're moving towards the same thing. I'm not saying that the United Kingdom is a communist country, but what I'm telling you is that when capitalism is dying, when the capitalist system is dying, it's coming to an end. It's starting to look more and more like a communist system. Here are a few simple examples. Let me just give you an example. Capitalism, as you know, is fundamentally based on freedom of enterprise, on a free market. Whereas, for example, communism places the economy under extremely tight state control, administrative state control. We often talk about a centrally directed, centrally planned economy. Economic actors in a communist system are not free to act as they please. But orders come from various administrations, the state, the party and so on, and they are guided in a certain direction. And that's why we're always headed for disaster. Capitalism is heading in exactly the same direction because Western capitalism, which used to come from me, and frankly, I'm. How should I put it? It's a kind of life lesson that I received because when I was a kid, you know, I grew up in Algeria and all that, and I remember that through the imf, Western economies came to hit us and said, we're going to have to stop central planning, stop interventionism. It's the state that intervenes in the economy. Stop diriges me, the state that directs the economy through laws, regulations, decrees. And we absolutely have to get back into the market economy. I see today that everything I just mentioned is applied in Western capitalist societies. So the more we advance, the more they move towards dirigisme and interventionism and all that. And capitalism demands more and more. Why? Because the reason is simply that, well, capitalism is fundamentally based on what its obsession is. Its obsession is accumulation, plunder and accumulation. So once he has plundered peoples across the planet, well, he is now plundering their ancestral lands, these historic lands. Of course, since people abroad have driven predatory capitalist societies out of their homes. You know, what we call colonization, for example. It was nothing more. It didn't benefit. You take the colonization, I don't know, of Algeria. It didn't benefit the average French person. It benefited the big capitalist groups. All the colonizations were organized and plotted for the benefit of a minority of capitalist groups who always needed this expansion, this expansion and this accumulation of wealth that comes with it. Except that they were all sometimes driven out by arms. There are other countries that have raw materials and all that which are in the process of structuring themselves, for example, under organizations like the brics. The BRICS are the best known, but there are many others in Asia, Latin America and so on. So what is happening? The capitalist predation that comes from Europe, the United States and all that is going to find itself. Or is it already in a situation where it has what remains, what land is left for it to prey on? Well, the French capitalist is going to prey in France. The British capitalist is going to prey in the United Kingdom. In fact, it is starting to attack from closer and closer. You see, that is what is a bit terrible. So I was saying that we are in the process of catching up with the Lada of the Muscovite. So no matter how we got there, we are getting there. So if you look at what happened, it's because of dirigisme central planning. You see, I'm narrowing down a little bit the same arguments that were used against African countries or communist countries or others. Today we See the same thing in the West. So in the United Kingdom, we no longer have a free economy, a free market where operators choose what to sell to, a market where we have customers who are free and independent, they choose what to buy, what not to buy. Today, the money that you have left as a citizen, what the taxman has left you, well, we're going to create laws and regulations to force you to spend it in a certain way and not another. So what's happening? We're forcing the different car manufacturers to sell at least 22% of electric cars. They say at least 22%. So practically one in five cars sold must be electric. And then of course, year after year, this proportion will increase until it reaches 100%. What is happening is that I, as a professor and politicians, have absolutely no right to interfere with the freedom to buy, the freedom for a citizen to use his hard earned money, often taxed, to use it as he sees fit. And similarly, within a company, people must have the right to undertake and sell electric cars, combustion engine cars or pedal cars. Because quite simply, every time a civil servant replaces the operators, let's say the historical market, who are on one side the customer and on the other side the suppliers, well, it's heading for disaster. That's where we're headed. So through central control, it was decided that 22% of cars must be electric. Except that the customer doesn't want an electric car. The customer doesn't want one. However, compared to operators, car manufacturers, each time they sell an electric vehicle, they gain the right to sell four combustion engine cars. Since they can't sell electric vehicles, what do they do? Well, they ration combustion engine cars because they can't sell them. If they sell them, what happens, for example, if at the end of the year we see that they haven't respected their centrally planned quota, well, we'll punish them with fines. So they say to themselves, there's no point in selling combustion engine cars now. And when I get to the end of the year, I see that only 10% of my sales are electric and I'll therefore find myself losing all the profits I've made because of a fine that's going to hit me. So what do I do? You ration. So now we are in the rationing phase and the operators are starting to say, listen, if you want to buy a petrol car now, we can't provide it to you, you put me on a waiting list and then we will try to do something for you starting In February or March20,25, there you have it. You see where we are going nicely. So that's for cars today, tomorrow. It could affect bread, it could affect milk, it could affect medicines, it could affect anything. When I was a kid in Algeria, there was a time when, because of this central planning of the economy, well, there were aberrations. For example, we could have a year when everyone planted potatoes because the party officials had decided that they had to plant potatoes, because the year before there weren't any. And maybe we wouldn't plant tomatoes. H and so everyone grows potatoes and at some point they start to get thrown away, they start to rot, they have too many. And when you go to the market, it happened to me, so I can testify, I say it didn't happen to anyone. It's not something you read about in a book. It happened to me. I was a kid. I went to buy, for example, tomatoes. I said I wanted 1 kg of tomatoes. The vendor said to me, okay, I'll sell a kilo of tomatoes with 2kg of potatoes. That means you don't have the right. He won't sell you 1 kg of tomatoes if you don't necessarily buy with 2 kg of potatoes. And there you have it. And we are subject to that. That's where dirigisme is leading. And Europe is moving. The European countries are moving in exactly that direction. I'll show you this newspaper. I'll show you something else. Rwanda, the history of Rwanda. You know that the United Kingdom paid hundreds of millions of pounds. The conservative government did that. It paid for Rwanda to receive migrants arriving in the United Kingdom. Infrastructure was built with taxpayers money. Almost no one was sent to Rwanda. So I think we spent half a billion more without achieving anything. But in any case, the conservatives are not there to achieve a goal. They are there just to spend money because they get a good portion of the money they spend. Let's not kid ourselves about the billions they spent, while a good portion of it ended up in their pockets one way or another. That's why they launched this project. It wasn't there to succeed. Kit Starmer, the label's leader who arrived, who is prime minister, he canceled this project. But hey, Germany seems to be interested in the infrastructure that was built by the United Kingdom to send migrants to them. But hey, as they say, we almost sent our migrants, didn't we, to Rwanda. I'll show you something else. Migrants in Rwanda. Remember that one, same newspaper today? That's today's newspaper, right? What I showed you. This one is also today's newspaper. Prisoners to serve their sentences in Estonia So what we want, we want to send prisoners. Because since the prisons are overflowing and collapsing and we're arresting people today for unity and giving them prison terms and all that, the prisons are filling up. So what we did at one point was start releasing people halfway through their sentence or a quarter of their sentence. We started releasing criminals, highwaymen, and even releasing them from the courthouse because we had nowhere to put them. Well, that created a problem of insecurity. There is rampant insecurity in the country. So what did we decide to do? We decided to relocate the prisoners. So to summarize, we have migrants going to Rwanda, prisoners going to Estonia. I spoke last time about a retiree. He was going to Thailand. So our retirees are going to Thailand. Because he told me that here with his pension, he has a pension that is equivalent to a few hundred euros. He told me I could never live in the uk it's not possible. So I'm going to Thailand. At least there I can rent a place to live and eat until I die. Quote, I see British entrepreneurs, they go to Dubai. British engineers, the rare ones. You know that the United Kingdom is uniform because you have to know that it's a country that doesn't educate its children. It's a country, the British, the average British person, if you look at the white British person, they most often work at Costa Cafe. They work at Starbucks, they work at Pretty Main and so on. It's a country that doesn't educate its children. They don't consider it their duty to educate their children. They consider it more about financing education and transforming education into a financial burden for the banks to create debt. So what was I saying? Retirees go to Thailand, right? The entrepreneur in Dubai, the engineer goes. The rare engineer, of course, goes to the United States. The prisoner goes to Estonia. The migrant goes to Rwanda.
Right.
I almost. And then there's something else we have. I almost forgot an important category like hospitals. They are also collapsing because this country, whose population grew in the 90s, has deemed it unnecessary to build any hospitals for 30 years. Well, today we have a growing population, an aging population, which necessarily needs more medicine. And there is no infrastructure. We closed everything a long time ago, right? Every time you hear about a clinic in the news, it's because it's being closed. Maternity wards, they're being closed. Local clinics, local surgeries. Doctors are retiring. They're not being replaced, all that, you know. So we're sending people, you know, to Turkey for, for example, to get treatment. They are leaving for Hungary to get treatment.
Okay?
So there's still a category of people who are leaving. I mean, at this rate, I wonder who's going to stay in this country, right? Even myself, you know, as an author, a blogger, a journalist by trade. I just want to leave. So I'm going to leave too. In fact, one day you'll arrive in this country, you, there won't be a soul. It'll be empty, okay? It'll be empty, the lights will be off and we won't be here anymore. That's where we're heading. We're building a n land. We're building a country where no one wants to live. A country where no one feels good, where no one feels like they belong. Whether it's a kid, a retiree, someone who earns a good living, someone who doesn't earn a living, someone who has papers, someone who doesn't have papers, someone who was born here, who arrived later, who is sick, who is healthy, who studied, who did not study, who. Who earns a lot of money, who earns very little money, you understand? The young, the old, all these people are living in the crisis. Leave, leave, leave. Everyone wants to leave. Look, we are sinking, okay? I look, there is no water, it is raining. But we are not sinking into the sea. But it is a bit like that. There you have it, my friends. That is why it is very important if you decide to go for a Frexit, it is very important to change, to renew your elites. Because the double edged sword. I will tell you what the double edged sword of Brexit is, which could also be the double edged sword of Frexit, is that by leaving the European Union, the European Union destroys you. Let's not lie to ourselves. The European Union is destroying you, okay? Especially you. You are a country, for example, the majority of people, I say you, I speak French in particular, the majority of people listening to me are from France. The European Union is destroying you. In particular, you. You are richer than the others. The poor, who need infrastructure, highways, all that. I would have told you to stay in the European Union and wait for it, to finance everything for you, right? They have, you will see, in some eastern countries, honestly, you arrive, you see the old communist building next to glass towers and all that. When you talk to people, they say, yes, since the European Union, we have built everything.
Okay?
So. So you're not in that situation. You're in the situation where you pay, you pay for this kind of generosity. You pay for this kind of guy, right? I know you receive a little bit of money from the European Union, but It's a fraction of the money you give them.
Right?
So me, by the way, look, I'm going to be as generous as the European Union.
Right?
Let's be generous. I'm ready for anyone who watches me. I'm ready to give €100, like that, without question, for each person who gives me €1,000. So you contact me, I. I give you a bank account number. You send me €1,000, and I'll send you €100 right away. I'm very honest. And it's an ongoing offer which is open to everyone who watches me. It's exactly the offer from the European Union. You give money gives you money back, except that you get back a fraction of what you gave. So I was saying that the perverse effect of Brexit, or what could be the effect of Brexit, is that by leaving the European Union, you will give a much freer, much broader, much more open mandate to your local leaders. Do you see what I mean? So now, do you trust them or not?
Right?
That's the idea. Do you trust them or not? It's up to you. That's how it happens. There you have it. Yes, yes, it's a disaster. Just to tell you what a disaster it is, we are really, really sinking on all objective levels. On top of that, the. There's the rain, as you can see, at least. The Tiramande. The Tiramande. There's something about it. There's something good about it. You can have white sand, you can have sky blue. You can have a beach where you can swim 10 months a year, Right? And if you're not a cold person, you can even swim in it 12 months a year. So there you have it, my friends. Uh, I didn't want to end the video either because I wanted to say something positive. I say something positive. It's important. Let me think. The humidity. Ah, I have a blank there. Honestly, I have a blank. Come on. Something positive. Something that works. Listen, I'm going to meditate on it, okay? I'm going to try to find something positive and I'll tell you in the next video. I promise. If I don't find it in the next video, it'll be in the one after that. Of course. Thank you, my friends, for watching this video so far. You know, sometimes I talk really fast and all that. There are a lot of people who. Aldo, sir. 1. What did you take? I took absolutely nothing. But, you know, my head, like yours, is a chemical factory of all kinds. You don't need to take anything. I'M like Ginzburg said, Zero heroes.
Okay, okay.
Nothing at all. But sometimes I'm high, as they say. Sometimes I'm like this, and sometimes I'm less like that. Sometimes I'm completely out of my mind. But that's not something I can control. That's why I'm in a different mood in every video. But I'm telling you something. Don't let yourself be medicalized. It's not because I'm in a different mood in every video or every day or every hour of the day that it's a problem. Yes. You shouldn't let yourself be medicalized and think that there's a problem. No, there's no problem. Humans are like that. Humans are not human beings. They are changeable by nature. It's normal. I change from time to time.
Okay?
Humans are naturally changeable. Well, today I'm fine. Tomorrow I'll be worse in an hour. I don't know what's going to happen. The CFS are coming. My friends, I assure you, I'm not kidding you. The police are coming. Here's the good news. We have the police. I thought they had closed everything. It's the police. Oh, it's the police. I assure you. It's the safes arriving. They're going to park in front of me. Block your driver's license, sir? No, they don't have that tendency. Whatever. He's approaching. I assure you, I. I'm not kidding you. He's approaching. There he goes. He's passing in front of me. No, it's okay. Are they calm? They're not looking for trouble. Me neither, by the way. So everything's fine. The police are there. Oh, the police are there. You see? I think they had dismantled everything. They're here. They're here. The good news came all by itself. There you go. They took a turn in the parking lot and they're leaving. Someone told them that a weird guy in a car talking to himself. We need to stop sending him to a mental asylum. When you're born in Africa, you know, you have a very special relationship with the cf. You've always, you know, I was in the neighborhood. Well, I lived, you know, in a housing project, as they say. The cops used a lot of turbo diesels, like the Peugeot 500, 505 diesel and all that. The Golf diesel and all that. And when you're a teenager, you know, the sound of those cars, it gets on your nerves. As the walks say. It triggers you. What does it trigger? It triggers you. You start running. Everyone runs. You don't know why you're running, but you run and that's it. It's gone. Thanks, my friends. I'm leaving too, otherwise the provost's men will arrest me.
