Legistlatives 2024 - Les Options Macron : que peut-il faire ?

After Macron dissolved parliament in July 2024, he faces three paths: appoint a National Rally PM, resign, or build a broad coalition to block the far-right. The speaker argues the dissolution handed momentum to the RN and frames French politics within EU sovereignty loss and rising multipolarity.
Good morning, my friends. If you are 20 years old, do not watch this video because it will simply make you too cynical like I have become from watching politics. To be honest, I have gone into post political mode today. I feel like, and I am even convinced that voting is no longer very useful because we are offered parties on the left, right, center, whatever you want. But ultimately, behind all this, there is a single agenda. A single agenda? I almost said that would have been a slip of the tongue. So we have a single agenda. We will vote for those who will ultimately implement it. But in reality, once they come to power, they will simply show us that they are following the agenda like other people have followed it. Under the leadership of various political parties, there are some extremely small parties. And you will see that they are not small by chance. Take Looper d', Aselino, take Philippos, Patriots and others. When you look at them, they are anti agenda, but they are small. But why are they small? Well, there is a causal link to be made, which is precisely because the media only propose alternatives that are associated with the current agenda. The small organizations that say, oh no, we reject this agenda disappear completely from the media and as they say, out of sight, out of mind. So ultimately they are not represented at all when there are elections. With friends, we have been speculating for several days. We are speculating about what is going to happen. Well, we will know soon. We have to wait and see. But today, what can we say? What can we talk about today, as France heads towards the second round of legislative elections? The first thing that is very surprising is why Macron decided to dissolve the Assembly. Because he knew very well that this would give the advantage to the National Rally, given that there were the European elections. In those European elections, the National Rally made a good push. He could have taken note of this and then continued as if nothing had happened and seen what he could do next wise, how do you say he decided to dissolve the assembly and call for a vote by the same electorate that voted for the National Rally by a majority in the European elections. He called them back to vote once more. But who will they vote for? Who will they vote for? And immediately afterwards. So of course, the first round will be for the National Rally. Now, what can Macron do? What are his options? What cards does he have in his hand? So, the most classic, although, you know, I don't give much credence to this hypothesis, but it is still a real hypothesis. Next Sunday, the National Rally comes out on top by wide margin, let's say an absolute majority. Macron Appoints Bardella as Prime Minister. There you have it. And then he will cohabit with him. It's a theoretical possibility, but in practice I associate it with a low probability. Option number two. Option two, it's the same thing. Absolute majority for the National Rally. And then we have Macron, who resigns. He says to himself, here I am facing history, I am a Republican and it is time to save the day, as they say. So Gerard Larch resigns, who was recently seen at Macrons. So Gerard Larch becomes interim President of the French Republic. At that point he may call elections. Macron will leave. And then after me. What do they say? After me? Well, after me, the flood, quite simply. There you have it. So that's one option. Another. The National Rally has the majority, but does not have an absolute majority. What can Macron do in that case? In that case, and I think this is perhaps the case he would aim for, he would do this. Macron will set himself up as the defender of the Republic. He will be the new Charles de Gaulle. So of course he will not kill anyone. We understand. So he will get on his high horse and say, I want to save the Republic, I want to save France. And so we're going to bring everyone together. So he's going to bring together all the parties, the Greens, the Communists, the Alphys, the Machens, the Macronists, the everyone, the centrists, whatever you want. He can even bring together those who go to the soup kitchen on the National Rally side. He can even take a few of them from there. What does he do from there? He's going to create a foundation, right? He's going to create a political movement or a government. Let's remember the government, the government of Republican Unity. The Gur. The government of Republican Unity. That means you can imagine a melanchist as Prime Minister and then the rest, you have a mix, you know, green, yellow, red, whatever you want. And that's it. The National Rally is completely excluded from the equation. In that case, where is Macron? Well, in that case, Macron would have just gone through pre dissolution. He would have gone from being someone who was hated by the nation. He was at the head of a movement, or rather the movement that supported him. The marchers were completely out of breath, completely finished. And what happens? He suddenly finds himself with an extremely comfortable majority at his feet. It is worth noting that it is extremely made up, but it would be quite similar to the character he must have been inspired by. Jacques Chirac. Jacques Chirac, just for the record, finished his first Septina, when we were seven years old. So you can imagine seeing the same face on TV for five years. That's a lot. And then there was Jacques Cheera, who was much nicer than Macron, Hollande, Sarkozy. When Jacques Chira went to the Agricultural show, for example, he was not liked and he was given the warmest welcome. There was still a bit of a good background. So after seven years, he was completely caught up by business, caught up in an economy that wasn't doing well and all that. And he was set to lose, except that he found himself in the second round against Jean Marie Le Pen. And at that point, Jacques Cheera won with a score that was described at the time as a Marshall score. I don't remember the figure, but I imagine if we're talking about a Marshall score, being African, I can tell you that we're probably talking about 80%, but please check. Don't quote me directly. I don't remember the figure. So you see the reversal of the situation. He went from someone we didn't want to see anymore to someone who was re elected with 80% of the votes cast. Do you see the maneuver? So here, indeed, it's always. I have the impression that it's always the same thing that's happening again. Honestly, that's what I personally want, but for particularly cynical reasons. Huh? For reasons. I don't want to say something sinister, but we understand each other. I want the National Rally to win and to win with an absolute majority. Because the National Rally, this system, if you will, has been blocking French politics for almost 50 years now. There are people. They are born, they grow old, they die. They have never known anything about French politics except blocking the National Rally. So now we are in for half a century of blocking the National Rally. One day it will be. I don't know, it will be in 2000 or 2085. We are blocking the National Rally. I mean, the politics of a country. The politics of a country cannot exist in the long term without blocking any political movement. There is no longer a national project, no longer a political project. The only thing there is is to block it at all costs. We vote for anyone as long as they do. Damn. And that means that for decades, France has been voting for anyone and everyone to act as a barrier. Not that this would have changed anything in depth, but we understand each other. So I would like the National Rally to come to power in good faith and for the Absay to be created. In any case, today, the National Rally no longer has the convictions that it had in the past. You will see if this scenario were to happen, you will see that the National Rally would apply the policy that a good Macronis would have applied if he had been in the same position, necessarily once he is aligned. Because today we have to understand that it feels. I I almost said. Another revealing slip of the tongue in this video. I, I almost said. The big mame of. Of French politics today, what are they? What strongly influences France? Huh? What is it that what's happening, what's having a strong influence on France is, on the one hand, the European Union. The European Union is increasingly trans itself into a super state. At that point, as you know, the history of sovereignties is that they are communicating vessels. You can't have a sovereign France and a sovereign European Union. The two can't exist. It's not possible. You can't have sovereignties on the same land. So when you take, I don't know, you throw an arrow on the ground in France, who is sovereign there, France or the European Union? There are more and more transfers. We can demonstrate it. There are transfers by means, by laws, for example, by economic decisions, by foreign policy decisions, by lots of decisions that are no longer taken in France, but by the European Union. So that effectively there is a transfer, in addition to the transfer of wealth, which is not even the subject of this video, there is a transfer of French sovereignty to the European Union. So that is still a very important element. It is one of the major pillars that I mentioned, the second one, because there are always two. The second one is, geostrategically speaking, there is a very high level of insecurity today, which is creating a threat of a Third World War. Whether this World war will happen or not, that is not the important question. That is to say, a Third World War will indeed cause damage. We agree on that. But the threat of a Third World War also causes damage, even if in the end there is no Third World War, because it shows that the country is unstable. That shows in terms of the financial markets, in terms of investors, that this is a country that could tip over into a deadly war at any moment. So we have to be careful. So that is already an important point. Another thing too, when there is a threat of a Third World War, there is also a reorientation or a rearrangement or a redistribution of the cards at the global level. So, for example, today we have the brics. We have the brics. The brics are being formed in a world or for a world for which countries like France will not exist or will Be countries completely excluded from this new situation that is being created because we have a multipolarity that is somewhere between us, if you ask me, is a good thing. Because living in a monopolar world under the legislature, with presidents who change every four years and each time they impose their desires on us late, honestly, I think it is good to reach the end of this world, but it is going to be born and is in the process of being born, partially born, already it has the golden foot. In fact, they're both legs out. A world with the BRICs, among others, that creates a multipolarity in which France is not at all present, has no role to play, unfortunately, you see. So if I'll start again and come back to the national rally, and I'll not just come back to the national rally, so you don't get the impression that I'm just shooting at them. You look at the girl, you look at the macronist parties, you look at all those who are proposed as alternatives by the media. They are all aligned with a NATO policy. They are all aligned with a globalist policy managed by the United States. The United States is not a friend of Europe. The United States, and I would even say that Trump's United States, if ever Trump, in the more than improbable event that he comes to power, in the more than improbable event that we let him come to power, he is not a friend of Europe. He may be more beneficial for Europe than Biden. I'm fine with that. I accept that. But no more in the sense that if Trump had an equation on his desk where Europe had to go down the drain to save America, he wouldn't hesitate. No, he wouldn't hesitate. He's a businessman. As a businessman, what does he look at? He looks at his interests, the interests of his country. No more. If the interests of Europe and the United States diverge, what is Trump going to do? Trump will send Europe into chaos since Europe is not playing on his side. Since the European elites are playing in the American game, they are subject to the American game. They would be ready, quite simply to send their people in the wrong direction just to be able to. Just to be able to serve themselves and be the servants precisely of the American empire. So you see, the national rally is also aligned with this policy. So what's left? That's why I used the caricature last time. The caricature of the evicted cleaning lady. That's all that's left. They'll find a cleaning lady. He'll put her on a plane and leave. And that's it. That's the difference between Macron and the National Rally. You see. There you have it, my friends. So these seem to me to be some of the options available on the table today. But we'll soon find out. In the uk, traffic is tomorrow. Tomorrow we also have the legislative elections. You notice how the timing is so well crafted? Legislative elections in the uk, in France, all that. You'd almost think so if I had a twisted mind. Luckily, I didn't twist it too much. I would have said that it's like they're taking their orders from the same place, huh? There you have it. Tomorrow, what we're going to have. We're going to have a big election. I don't know if I'll tell you about it now. If I'll make another video, I'll make a video tomorrow to talk about that. I've said enough for now. Thanks for listening so far. And then I'll tell you tomorrow what happened with the British elections.
