Les options de Macron : démission ou la guerre et Article 16

After France's European elections gave the National Rally 31% and Macron's party 15%, the speaker analyzes what Macron might do before snap legislative elections in June and July. Options include resignation, invoking Article 16 for emergency powers, or manufacturing a war to justify suspending elections. Constitutional ambiguities could allow him to cancel or postpone the vote.
Questions this video answers
First round on June 30th; second round on July 7th.
National Rally ~31% (Marine Le Pen); Macron's party ~15%. (Speaker also mentions ~5% for Zemmour-style party, totaling ~36–37%.)
Good morning. Good evening. My friends, even French politics is becoming interesting again. Absolutely extraordinary cards on the table. So I'm going to tell you how I perceive this situation from across the channel. But since the channel is a mother, the expression retains all its validity. So, as a reminder for those who will watch this video, in 10 years, we have what the media calls a far right tied rat during the European elections. This is the case in France, but it is the case in other countries. But what interests us today is France a score of 31% for Marine LE Pen's party for the National Rally, with a score a little north of 5% for Zamore's party. So if we take these two, we are roughly around 36 to 37%. We could potentially add opportunists or defectors who will simply quickly change sides, change coats, and go to these parties. And you see that they can very easily represent more than 40% with their fingers in their nose. Macron's party only got 15%. So what he did was, well, he was forced to take note or acknowledge his party's failure. And what did he do? Dissolve the assembly and then call for legislative elections, which will take place in the first round on June 30th and the second round on July 7th. As I have already noted in passing, it is extremely short for political parties to prepare a campaign, print leaflets, hold rallies and all that, especially since the French electoral code, in a very peculiar twist, suspends political freedoms a few days before the elections. And this makes no sense, because a democratic state does not have to suspend the political rights of citizens on the pretext that there are upcoming elections. I almost want to say even less so, because there are upcoming elections, we should be able to campaign up until and including election day. The state does not have this authority. But anyway, let's move on. Now, what's going to happen if this rat of Marie is confirmed? We could have a macron who on July 7th ends up appointing, for example, Marine Le Pen or Bardella as Prime Minister of France and cohabiting with them. We have seen very polarized cohabitations. The big polarization, if you remember, was, was that of Chirac with Jospin. Jospin was from the ps, while Chirac was from the rpr, the right wing ump, the soft right, the Republican right, as it is called. There was already a polarization, but this is an absolutely unimaginable polarization. Let's get inside Macron's head. How does Macron see himself? Macron is a federalist Europeanist he would see himself in the place of, for example, a Verlian. He would see himself as president of Europe. In France would be just a region. He is someone very Atlanticist. He is absolutely on the Atlanticist narrative. He has been receiving literally since Sarkozy brought France back into NATO. France is a satellite country, as countries that followed the USSR were called at the time. It is a satellite country, let's say, of the United States. It has no geostrategic authority. It has no rule of its own or its own action. Orders come from Washington and France applies them. So and Macron does it. Not only does he accept it, but he does it with Zell too. Because we have Viktor Orban in Hungary, for example. Hungary is also a satellite country because they are part of NATO. But at least we have Mr. Orban, who is dragging his feet a little. Macron is not dragging his feet. Macron is moving forward. Let's say he is following orders. So Macron cohabiting with Marine Le Pen is not something we will see in our lifetime. It is not something that will happen, no matter the circumstances. By the way, when he spoke today, he mentioned, without saying them, he mentioned the dark out commemorating the D Day landings, all that. What are you talking about? Huh? Notice the history. A constitution from 1958. Don't quote me on that. A constitution from 1958 that was amended around 2000 by Chirac. We started from a septina of seven years. Seven years in septena to a quinquena. So five years. But how many quinquenas can we do? And yes, that's a good question. In particular, we can do two. Okay, that's clear. But if a five year term is interrupted by a resignation, for example, will the outgoing president have the right to run for a third term? But it seems that there are discussions on this. And potentially when there is something that is not very clear in the constitution, well, it comes back, the interpretation will come back to the Constitutional Council. The Constitutional Council is in whose hands? It is in Macron's hands. It has literally become a recording chamber. It is a chamber that Macron sends and then they sign. So there is potentially the possibility for him to run for a third term. Or if it is not him, then he will present a foal of his own, or his double or his twin brother, you know, so with a family, we understand a family, the Macron family, and a little mysterious. So we can quite easily have a twin brother who appears. Now the thing is that we also have to take into account the usual Forces that manipulate elections in the sense that what we're going to have, we're going to have, and this is not considered electoral manipulation in France, Ah, we're going to have all the media, all the companies, all the universities, we're going to have comedians, singers, everyone, janglers, magicians, all of that, calling for a vote for, rather calling for a vote against hatred, as they say. So inevitably, if Macron, his double, runs for president, we're going to have the same phenomenon, which is very repetitive, which has been observed many times in French elections. Because what you're seeing today, I don't yet have the official figures for abstentions, but what you're seeing today as figures are the figures for votes cast. But you have to know that in France, the largest party is called the Abstentionists. Now, abstainers can sometimes be mobilized through the media, through various appeals, especially young people. So we can have young people, early voters, people who don't really know the reality of life. That means these are people who very often still live with their father or mother, who haven't yet faced the realities of the job market, the difficulties of making ends meet and all that. These are young people who still live dependent on their parents and very often they haven't yet fully understood the political equation. And they are easily mobilized, I want to say manipulated by the media who can precisely engage them in the race to vote for the candidate of the system. They will regret it later, of course, when they are not so young. But at the moment, at the moment it is something they are going to do. Now, what else is going to happen? What are the other options? The other options are Article 16 of the Constitution. This is an article that provides exceptional powers to the President in exceptional situations. And Article 16 is not very clear on the measures that the President could take. It says that Article 16 is governed by the Constitutional Council. But once again, you remember that at the time of the health crisis, the Constitutional Council was once again a review chamber. It simply ratified what Macron wanted. So there has to be a serious threat. So a serious threat could be the so called threat from the far right. But in my opinion, that would not be acceptable. The other option, for example, is to use Zenki's help to ask him to take a missile made in France with the French flag on it and all that, to launch it on a Russian city to declare war and therefore to accelerate the war. He wants to launch it anyway, so why not now? So to declare war on Russia at that time, France is in a war situation and Here we very probably have, under the meaning of Article 16, a situation that is extremely, extremely. Well, there you have it, damaging to the Republic and it jeopardizes the existence of the nation and all that. And here he has full powers, including canceling the elections, freezing the elections, delaying them until 2030 or something like that. So what is emerging is very interesting. So I was telling you, either he resigns, if this is confirmed, so the results of the National Rally, he will resign on the seventh or maybe even before, if he feels that he could run again and, you know, if enough fuss is made, he could get 50% in the first round and there will be no second round in the presidential election. Because in France, it seems. Don't quote me on this again, we're just among ourselves, it's just in the heat of the moment. But if a candidate is acclaimed by the electorate and gets more than 50% in the first round, there will be no second round. So we could move towards something like that. Right? That's the case, let's say, of the political manipulation solution. But we could also move towards a full scale war in nature. We'll see what happens. But the option of seeing Macron and Marine Le Pen hand in hand, I think it's not impossible, but I still give it an extremely low weighting. For me, it's in the order of less than 5%. Less than 5%. And that's because I'm being nice inside, I think. Less than 1%. There you have it. My friends, thank you for listening to this video so far. I'd like to remind you of my book that came out at the beginning of the month, the Great Reset, which tells you a little bit about the world that's being prepared for us, the story of 2030. They haven't forgotten the work that's still being done. At the time, there was a lot of talk about the health crisis. It's not a thing of the past. It's still up until now. Here it is on Amazon and that's it. I'll be back later for another analysis.
