Hello, my friends. Before starting this video, I would like to share some good news with you. Before recording it, I wrote to the French government asking if they agreed to me recording and publishing this video. They never replied. And as they say, he who speaks only in blood. So I am pleased to inform you very solemnly that the French government approves this video. So I wanted to tell you a story. I told it to a friend yesterday. I had an idea for a book, a novel, a fictional novel, in fact. Then I contacted a friend to explain the idea to him. He listened to me and said, you, story makes no sense. I don't understand anything. So I'm going to submit it to you. I'm sharing it with you. And of course, any resemblance to real events or people who exist or have existed is purely coincidental. Quote so here is the story. There was a country where there was a leader who loved money. An extremely greedy leader. He wasn't the first. He was one of a series of leaders who each found a way to pay off the work and income of the inhabitants. Inhabitants who had become, by force of circumstances, more like slave laborers than anything else. They had to work most of the year to pay the whims of the people who ruled them. At one point, most of their income, much more than in the Middle Ages, went to completely mysterious projects, ideological investments managed by their leader. So at one point, the leader needed more money. He was there in his office, and he wanted even more. He called his advisors and said, I'd like to find a way to take even more money from them. They said, listen, but at this stage it's not possible. We've taken everything from them. They have nothing left. No, he said, listen, no, you have to be imaginative. They were afraid of him. So he told them, I demand that you find me a way to pension the money. So an advisor arrived. He's a fox. An advisor who had been there for generations. He buried. He buried leaders. He told him, listen. He waited for the others to leave. And he said to him, listen, sir, I have a rather special, rather original way of doing things, but it might interest you. He told him, he always says, and then the old fox said to him, why not tax what is natural, what is given to people? For free? People are born with things, faculties, aren't they capacities that are free? Why not block them, artificialize them, and then sell them back to them? Quote he said, but movement. You think of displacement, but displacement is already taxed when it has to be. Every wheel that turns in the country makes us money. Don't you think we can still tax their movement? He said, no, we can go even further. We have the same idea, but we can go even further. What are you thinking, counselor? Listen to this one. And then, as night fell, they hatched a plan. There you have it. The very next day, the media started talking about children who were born with diseases and then died. So every day we came up with images, we came up with distress, with figures. And little by little, public opinion began to wake up, to realize that indeed there are hospitals where there are children, there are children who are sick, there are children who are even dying. And this is unacceptable to the majority of people. Emotions were at their peak, and the media spread the word about it every day, every day, every day. Very quickly, experts started coming forward and saying, but you know, all this is completely avoidable. The problem we have is that people reproduce naturally. Well, the way they make children is a bit old fashioned. We have been making children like this for millions of years. It is time to revolutionize this practice. It is time to enter this century. Today, technology and science allow us to prevent children from being born with diseases. We have made extraordinary progress in genetics. And today, people who reproduce and have children just like that are criminals. They can have a child who dies, and the figures are there. And increasingly higher figures were communicated. So there are people who have explored the figures. For example, they found a child who drowned accidentally in a swimming pool that was counted there. They told them, but the child died in a swimming pool. He did not die of a disease he had at birth. They said, yes, but listen, for us, any child who dies within 10 years of birth died of a congenital disease. We can't go into details, it's too complicated. But there you have it. We have this measure. Any death within 10 years of a birth is officially a death from a congenital disease. And in fact, very quickly, pregnant women started to be chased away. They started to scare parents. And then at one point, a plan was released. They said that people had to come and get sterilized. There was no choice. They had to come and get sterilized. So sterilization campaigns began. So people started to get sterilized and then put it on their social media. There you have it. I'm sterilized. I'm not a child killer. So there are expressions like that that came out. And then to be able to have a child, there is a plan, there is a state plan and a state sponsored plan that came from the state and of course from companies, because the state works with companies that themselves come. And then there Is way to capitalize precisely on state decisions. Companies offer reproduction, not natural reproduction, but assisted reproduction for everyone. There are more people who can say, yes, I can have a child like that. That's against the law. And so they started making appointments. And then to be able to conceive children, so to be able to conceive a child, you had to pay a lot of money. You had to take out a loan. You, you know, it was a modest sum of €50,000. €50,000 per child. Uh, when you multiply that by the number of children born in a country, it's still quite a lot. So of course, it was done in partnership with banks, with lending institutes, you know, who were there in hospitals, who were there to attend meetings with future parents, right, with doctors. And then there was the lending institute, which was there several times, even sitting on desks, each offering 1% at a different rate, different repayment terms and all that. Others could even offer options for siblings. You know, you want to have two. The second one may be at half price if you take out a loan with us now. And so people started having children that way. There you have it. So you understand, you. You have the idea, the big idea of the book, don't you? And when I explained it, when I explained it to a friend, to a friend and said to her, look, this is, this is, this is what we call the resale, the resale of nature. Because we can, we can collect money from it, we can collect taxes from it, we can control it. For example, when his parents also had to go to the prefecture to apply to have a child. So at the prefecture, you had to meet with social workers, you had to meet with tax advisors. There were 30 or 40 pages of forms to fill out. Because now that procreation was no longer just normal procreation, it was assisted. So at that time, there was a way to involve the state in depth, right in the process. And so it was a kind of takeover of something natural reproduction, and transformed it into production. Okay, transformed into production. When you transform into production, you can get money you can control and all that. So that was the idea I had. Well, the guy told me, yeah, but hey, one thing is a bit crazy. It doesn't make any sense. It's not credible at all. That's what he told me. So I'm submitting it to you in the hope that based on your comments and all that, I can gather some ideas and what you think of my book. That's it. See you soon, my friends. And I'll see you very soon.
