Impossible Tribe 7 15 24

Christian Santiago leads Impossible Tribe, a faith-based mastermind where members set 3-year and 90-day goals, then decide what to say yes and no to. The group uses decision flow (what, why, who, how) and 30-minute future-self visualization to move from overwhelm to clarity.

I was thinking. And the shake came like a wave. Oh, Impossible tribe. I love it. I see two Jason's. I'm guessing you're. You're gonna put in the chat, you'll.
Let us know and to me is.
No, no. Mia's note taker, though. That's her. That's different. It's different how?
Right?
Oh, I look after. After I saw yours last week, I actually downloaded the. The notetaker. I said, I didn't do this. This is my life now. This is like. This allows me to stay in on like coaching sessions or conversations where I don't have to take notes, even though I'm taking profuse notes. And so it's great. I love it. I love it. Are we missing anyone, babe? Who do you think?
I think we're missing.
Yeah. Text crystal.
Joshua, we need to see your face.
Yeah, everybody who's not on, like, I want to see your face.
I'm going to put the video on in like a few seconds.
Okay, Good, good, good. I'm being silly. Dave, good to see you. Yeah, I love it. Josh, welcome, welcome. Craig, welcome. So these are two last minute additions. They'll introduce themselves later and kind of what they're doing, but they're gonna share their impossible goal next week with us. Since everybody else has kind of been given a week to kind of prep and get ready, but they want to experience it to see if this is even their. Their cup of tea. We'll just say that because when not everyone's cup of tea. That's okay, that's okay. I just.
I'm grateful for that, actually.
All right, all right, all right. So let me pray really quick and then guys, today I've been excited, really, really looking forward to what today's gonna be like. Some. Some of you guys, multiple of you have texted me as well throughout the week and being like, Christian, I know you're helping lead, but we also want you to receive and we also want you to be a part. And I'm like, yes, absolutely. Actually, guys selfishly actually built this for me. And so I don't. I don't mind saying it, guys. I don't mind saying. I don't mind being honest. Okay? I built it for myself, so I refuse to not get involved. And so because yeah, we're all here on one mission to chase the impossible with God. One of the things I've, man, just, I just know in my. My heart, my soul, my spirit, man, each of you carry something unique that is going to be necessary for someone else in the Group. Okay. And so. And also know that someone is carrying something for you in the group as well. And so it's also giving and receiving. God doesn't just want us to give only where we're being a martyr. And God doesn't only want us to just receive where we're just a glutton. There's a giving and a receiving. It's even locked away in how God has built your body. If you try to exhale all the time without taking any inhale, you will die. If you inhale all the time and never exhale, you will die. So the way even God has set up our body is giving and receiving, Inhaling and exhaling. Okay. And so I'm really excited. I mean, even today, Kenny and I, we had a good conversation to connect where he's at and share a little bit where I'm at. And, yeah, we just connected really well right off the bat, or at least I felt. So, Kenny, why don't you speak for it for yourself? Okay. I don't want to make it.
Yeah, no, it's awesome. I really appreciate our time together.
Yeah, it was awesome. It was awesome. Man of few words but much action. That's what I know about Kenny. He is. He's got it, man.
Man.
What God's going to do, what God is doing and what he's already done is huge. And so I can't wait to see it expounded, you know, over a huge man, over a short period of time. So last thing, too, before. Before I really, really. We dive in. Okay. Is just remember, expect to be different. If you're chasing the impossible and you're not different, you're not doing it right. Because if you're going to chase the impossible with God, you literally have to be a different person. You cannot go and do things the same way. God even says in the word. He says, behold, I am doing a new thing. Okay, then say, I'm doing a better thing. He says, I'm doing a new thing. And so for some of us, it's like, man, like, I've gotten successful to get here. And that's actually scary because for high performers, some. Some of the people I coach, it's like they're actually more scared of ruining a good thing for a great thing versus ruining a bad thing for a great thing. Like, if it's bad, they will get rid of it. They're like, let's cut it out. Versus it's actually giving me some returns, and it's actually giving me some results, and it's A good thing. And sometimes they actually get more nervous about ruining a good thing for a great thing. And it's like, man, but if only it was a little bit better, it would be doing this and it would be doing that. Yeah, if only. But it takes courage to say, I'm going after a great thing. And so. But let's pray. I'm excited and let's go after it. So, Lord, we just consecrate this time to you. This time is yours, lord. These. This 90 minutes is yours. Do what you want as you will. And, Lord, we are building. I am being faithful to your word to build a group that would be one of the biggest givers. God, that this group will be big and generosity, radical generosity. But it would also be marked by radical favor, radical increase, radical impact, radical income, radical purpose. Lord, we just thank you because you've anointed every single person for this moment. And if some of them are feeling like, oh, I don't know if this is for me or not, or impossible, I don't know if I can reach that. Lord, I thank you for those doubts because it's supposed to feel like they need you. It's supposed to get to a place where they get to the end of themselves. So, God, we thank you for that. And, Lord, use me as a vessel to still hold the bar, to hold the standard, that I will not even drop the standard with myself or with others. And so, Lord, we just thank you, Lord, in Jesus name, amen. Amen. Amen. All right, so before we jump into sharing, because today is kind of a. Today's not as much tactical. It's more openness and accountability. Okay. Today kind of begins our journey on that. Next week we'll start to actually be more tactical. All right? A lot. A lot more. But today is actually kind of man like, sharing your impossible goals, sharing your three year, sharing your 90 day. But also another thing that we had over the week is kind of watching some of those videos. I know I shared some, but also, Mia, you shared a few videos. You shared a video as well, which was incredible. All right, so I'd love for us to share maybe a few of us what maybe stuck out on those videos. Was there something that really impacted you? Something that maybe you want to share? Not all at once.
Hello, Can y' all hear me?
Yeah, go for it.
Go for it.
Oh, okay.
Well, I just first want to say thank y' all for allowing me to be a part of this group. My brother Craig told me about it a few days ago, and I thought it was perfect timing, by God, because I started a 90 day challenge for myself about, about two weeks ago. So this was perfect for me, helped me achieve that goal. So thank you all for that. But I watched the 10x video with Myron Golden. I can't remember the other guy's name that was in it.
Ben Hardy.
Yep.
Yeah, Ben Hardy. And one thing that stuck out to me was he said time slows down the faster you go towards your impossible goal. And that really like stuck out to me because I've heard of the concept that 10x is easier than 2x. I never read the book and just heard it from a friend, but hearing him talk about it and explain how you can actually not literally slow down time, but once you make like a great effort to go after this impossible goal, essentially life can get better. You can free up a lot of, to do other things. So that was the biggest thing that stuck out to me.
I love it. And on that note, he, even another guy asked him at the end, kind of the Q and A, you know, how many 10x jumps can you have? He says, how many lifetimes do you want to live in a life? And so it's like, you know, when time slows down, you get to experience multiple things. I was telling Chantel, I was like, we can experience by the end of our life, experience of multiple lives. Like we lived a poverty life, struggling on food stamps life. And then we live the prosper. And now we're doing the Isaac, where it's hey, begin to prosper, continue to prosper until you became very prosperous in a year, you know, and so it's like those are different lifetimes. And so I love that you share that, the faith. Faster you go towards something, the slower time becomes, the more you experience. So thanks for sharing.
Can I, can I go Christian?
Of course. Why are you asking for permission?
The biggest thing that helped me the most, I feel like in the video that the, like that with, with the doctor and Myron was focusing on when you set these impossible goals, you're going to have to really, really raise the floor. Raise the floor. Raising the ceiling is amazing. Everyone loves big thinkers, right? Big thinking excites everyone. But raising the floor is genuinely the most important part. And that's the part that sometimes give us a little knot in the, in our stomach. So that was my biggest takeaway and the biggest impact in the video that really helped me.
I love it. I love it. Thank you. And that is the hardest one because you're letting go part of your 80% right? Which you and I have had a few conversations about that, but, you know, I love it. Hey, how y' all doing? My name's Craig.
And.
Once again, like Josh said, thank you guys for allowing us to come in and be a part of this. And the vein impacted me the most from the video was it talked about how, like, oftentimes we let our past dictate our present, and it also let that then go forth and dictate our future. But one of the things that the doctor point out it was he said that what we supposed to actually do is allow our future to impact our present. And we start looking at it through the lens of future and not being like just a linear thing, but time being, like done at this simultaneously. I believe that's what he said. That actually begin to see things from a different perspective. And we allow ourselves not to allow our old decisions, old habits, old, you know, train of thoughts, or even current train of thoughts to dictate how we do things or even limit our expectations. So a lot of times it's just like, okay, I made $1,000, so I.
Can easily expect to make $1,000.
But when we take that leap and say, okay, I never made a million dollars before. Let me see how Craig in five years would think about this versus Craig now. Then it puts us a different perspective. So I think that was what happened most. Yep. That future thinking actually what sparked this, this group. You know, I would say that because I said, man, when I get to my goal, which I'll share. Super delusional at the end. I tell people this all the time. I'm literally delusional. Like, only like a couple of you on here know what my goal is. Okay, it's literally delusional. I don't care. But I do know as a result, it's going to cause other people to get raised up, which caused me to operate from the future. What if I start a group now rather than wait, you know, and so. But I love that you shared that, Craig. Couple more. Couple more and then we'll jump in. Mia, I can tell you want to share.
Yeah, yeah, I'll jump in real quick. I actually love the new pathways concept. And so the fact that, you know, it limits your optionality because I can be a little bit of a distract. I can be distracted by too many options and too many different seemingly paths. And so I love the mandate that an impossible goal limits and creates new pathways. And so the theory of constraints really comes to fruition there, but it actually focuses and directs action. So it's that much more elevated and. And exponential.
I love it. Theory of constraints, guys. Don't get me started on that. Anyways, next.
Yeah, yeah, I got one real quick that I remember from the video is I was actually going to mention the theory of constraints because that one helped me a lot. But it's that it actually requires. Doesn't require you to work more, be busier in order to get to the impossible. It actually sometimes requires you to work less or set your time with more intention so that you're not just like 15 minute, 15 minute busy, busy, busy. You're stepping back and you're being a little more intentional with bigger blocks of time and how you're spending that. That part helped me tremendously.
And even to that point, Michael, I mean, literally, you didn't work harder, so he'll share his goal. But there was about two weeks ago you went to that event in Nashville.
Yeah.
And he didn't work harder. He just got one or two or three relationships there. Went to one thing, and all of a sudden it grew. Like everything else of what he was trying to do, like, just not by working harder. He said, I need to be in a different room completely because for my goal is so big now. I need to be around people who are literally doing that. Even if I feel like a small fish in that room, even if I feel uncomfortable and everyone else is doing 10x of what I'm doing, guess what? One relationship there is going to change everything. And he didn't work harder. He just said, let me put myself in that position. And so things literally grew at because of it. So yeah, yeah, yeah. Were you okay with me sharing that? Oh, 100%.
Oh, yeah.
Okay, cool, cool. I didn't go into detail because I'm leaving that to you, you know. Okay, awesome, awesome, awesome. So before we jump into sharing our impossible goals, our three year and 90 days, my wife wanted. Her and I were talking earlier and she wanted to actually share some things on the impossible. You know, what it feels like, what it looks like, man. Her and I, we've gone deep into it. I mean, she lives with me. So like, anytime I have an idea or a thought or whatever, we're probably doing 10 different iterations in a day about it. I'm like, oh, there's another thing. And then, you know, she's so she gets it like times 100, you know, you guys get it like once a week kind of thing. But she like lives with me. And so I get a new thought and she's like, babe, I didn't stop thinking about the other one. You know, the other thing you just gave me. And so. But I wanted her to share because she actually wanted to. She said, I want to share openly with everyone. And she also wants to be one of the first people to start with sharing her impossible as well. She wants to kind of take that bold step. So. But, babe, you go share it on the impossible, and then I'll kind of fill in some things.
Yeah. So I don't know if you guys saw my message in the WhatsApp group today, but, like, I've really been feeling. Sensing that, like, this group and what Holy Spirit is already doing in this group is so heavy. It's so weighty. Like, even just thinking about our time tonight, like, I was feeling it, and I'm just like, man, like, he's already there. He's already paving the way. He's already preparing us for what he's gonna do tonight. And so it's like, even as all of you guys came on tonight, it's just like, oh, okay, let's do this. Yes. Like, he's already been working all day on this. But what I wanted to share was, and God gave me this word, like, in my spirit a few weeks back. But when I tell you this, like, it has been. It has been mulling in my spirit. Reverberating, which is a very strong word. It has been reverberating in my spirit ever since Holy Spirit gave it to me a few weeks back. And initially it was just for me, but then today, I really sensed that Holy Spirit wanted me to speak this over you guys. So what he actually shared with me is that now that we've set our impossible goals, don't get caught in the how. Don't get caught in the how. Like, it should feel impossible. It really should. Your goal that you have set should feel impossible. You should be questioning, how the heck is this gonna happen. You should be feeling that it's only natural. We're humans, and I generally don't like using the word should because we could have, like, shoulder all over the place. But, like, you should be questioning how this is even going to happen. That's exactly where we are meant to be. And it's also vitally important for us not to get stuck in that place of wondering and questioning how.
Why?
Because this is where we get to focus on the who, not the how. We get to focus on the who, not the how. It becomes about who is going to get you to your how. Like, ultimately, God is your top, your first. He's the who that you are going to seek always, right. This goal, this impossible goal can't happen without him, right? This is about us trusting God to lead us to and through the how as well as bringing the right who's that are going to help you get there. And I came across Hebrews 12:2 in the New Living translation. It says, we do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion, who initiates and perfects our faith because of the joy awaiting him. He endured the cross disregarding its shame, and now he is seated in the place of honor besides God's throne. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Your impossible goal, it should equally scare you and excite you at the same time. Like if it just scares you or if it just excites you, then what's going to happen is you're going to stay frozen, immobile in that place of how. But when you're in a place of both and exciting and being scared, then what you're going to find is that that exciting and being scared is actually going to be what pulls you into moving forward, like it says in Hebrews 12:2. We just read it. It is a joy to move towards your impossible goal. And being caught in that place of how is actually where fear can creep in. But we have not been given a spirit of fear. And that's something that I'm speaking over all of us, myself included. We have not been spirit of fear, but a power, love, and a sound mind. Don't get caught in the how. Focus on. So that's what I wanted to share. It's something that I felt like was really placing on my heart.
So I love it. Not getting caught in the how huge and really quick. I'll just share something, show you guys a really quick decision diagram, okay? And then we'll jump into sharing our impossible goals. And so really quick, very simple. On a decision flow, okay, you first start with a what. People say start with why. That's a lie. Okay, you want to know why? Because what is your why attached to? Okay, your why has to attach to a what. So after your what, then you go your why. Because then once you've decided what you're going to go after, then you attach reasons to that and that gets you to move in such a powerful way. And so when I tell you necessity will move you. And the way you move through necessity is you attach so many whys. Like, what is the. What is the effect of doing this? And then what's the Cost of not doing it. You know, once you outline those whys, you're like, I'm ready to run. I need to get started now. And I'm never going back.
Okay?
I'm never going back. Like, this is where I'm going. And it becomes a real decision, not a choice. A decision. All right? And then you go to who, which will then lead to a how. Okay, so the reason why, who's come first before houses. Because some of your. Who's. Some people, you know will take care of the house. All right? But then usually the house that are left over are yours to take care of, because you're probably the hoop for that house. And so it's always what, then why, then who, then how. Okay, so today we're literally just defining the what. Like, that's today. Like, we're gonna get super tactical. Like, next week, we're gonna get in. The week's coming, and we're going to. I mean, we'll do monthly reports as well. Like, all of us here. Like, it doesn't matter. That's fine. That's awesome. But right now is the what. And just like Chantal said, it should equally. Okay. Like excite plus terrify. Yes. I use that word. Terrify. Okay.
All right.
It's because I want you to think about it like this. Okay? So challenge skill. Okay? So. The challenge skill, you know, kind of axes.
Okay?
So if something is way too challenging, way above your skill level, you're going to feel anxiety or overwhelm. Okay? Now if the skill. You have way too much skill, and the challenge is super small, you're gonna get bored. And guess where. Guess what happens when you get anxious and overwhelmed or bored? Distraction comes in. You never get distraction when you're in a place of flow. Why? Because flow, by definition, psychologically causes you. Causes a lot of your senses to be desensitized. When you're in flow, you'll work on something that feels like five minutes, but then you look up, it's been three hours. Okay? So by definition, distraction never lies in the area of flow. And so if people are too bored, I tell them they either need to raise the goal or they need to make the timeline shorter to get to that goal. Okay. And then we have parties. If the challenge is too high, I actually tell them to lower the goal a little bit. Maybe it's too impossible for your stretch. Okay. You want to reach that, you know, that 10x mark, you know? Okay, well, then what if we hit the 8x mark? How do you feel there? Okay. I'M gonna do that. And they feel better. And then all of a sudden they hit a flow. And then all of a sudden they start to go in that direction and they create momentum that then when they hit the 6x mark, now we can talk about the 10x mark from what it was before. Now it's much easier because they're in a place of flow, not anxiety or overwhelm. Does that make sense? Like, it like. And so that's where the what also wants to be in the place of flow as well. Now, there's some of us who have such high capacity for challenge that no matter what you pick, you're like, you don't get anxious, overwhelmed. You're just like, okay, well, here we go. I'm gonna fail and fail big. Why not? Let's go for no. Okay. And that's fine. You know, you guys are going to hear mine. It's pretty crazy. I'm going for now. Why not? And so. But I wanted to give you guys that thing because distraction only lies in this area or this area. Okay. It never lies here. Because when you're in flow, by definition, your other senses are desensitized. And so the goal is to get either an individual, a team, an organization to get into flow. To get into flow. Because when you get there, you guys trim the fat and you say, what is the 20%? What is the 20% I need to focus. Focus on. And the 80% we need to let go. And that's where we can move forward. This is where flow lies right here. Okay. That's where flow lies. Any questions, any thoughts? Anything you guys want to share? And then we're going to jump in and share some stuff.
But.
I do real quick. I feel it's a fine line, like you're explaining between that anxiety and overwhelm and the flow. So, like, what are ways to quickly calibrate that? I guess rather than, like, overstep and then have to redirect or let that kind of passage go. Or is that just.
Well, yeah, well, first, I would actually say with other people, I say first, don't feel bad about lowering the goal or lengthening timeline for the goal. And so nothing is wrong with that. No one's coming to. To judge, you know? And so it's like, hey, if you lower the goal and it builds you up, and all of a sudden now you're able to do a 100x jump next time. Gave yourself some grace to do a 6x jump instead of a 10x jump, but you still accomplish that. Oh, My gosh, amazing. Or instead of doing that 10x jump in a year, you gave yourself three years to do it now. Oh, okay, now it gave you a little bit breathing room that all of a sudden now you can hit flow and it becomes a lot easier. Okay. Like, for example, with Chantel's goal, she's going to share it, but I'm not going to go into detail. Originally, fertilizer timeline was super compressed on what she needed to get accomplished and at what time. And I said, chantal, instead of, we don't have to change the goal. We can still keep the timeline at three years. But the checkpoints you're trying to get there, let's actually lengthen that out. Let's give yourself six more months to accomplish your first milestone instead of giving yourself two weeks to do that. Like, she was so anxious to get started versus then we gave her a little bit more breathing room and then she was like, oh, my gosh, she's got more done in these past three weeks. In the past. The past, like three weeks combined. You know, like, literally, like, she's gotten more done in a short amount of time because we lessened it so she can get into a place of flow. Did that help, Mia? Okay. And so, and guys, there is literally no. There's no judgment. It's like, we're going after the impossible anyway. So it's like, like, give yourself some grace. It's like, okay, cool. Anxiety overwhelmed. Yes. Over on the system. Okay, Getting up. But some of us like, oh, impossible. But then you're like, bored. Okay. No, then you're. You need to raise the bar or shorten the timeline. Okay. And so, but those are same strategies. What I do to take someone from board to focus, raise the bar, shorten the timeline. I do the opposite to lower anxiety. Either we lengthen the timeline or lower the bar just a tad bit. So. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes.
Craig.
Yeah, he said we had a good conversation this past weekend where I told him, failing at your impossible is much better than succeeding at your achievable. You know, and so whatever impossible we're going after, even if we fail at it, it's not really a failure. It's much farther than what we did ever done on the achievable side. And so, and so let us remember that. So here's what we're going to do. Babe, I'm going to have you first start. But here's kind of the flow in terms of, you know what I want us to go is I want us to share three things. Okay, number one, what's our three or three are impossible? Then what's our 90 day? And then the third thing is, what are we now saying yes and no to? Like, what are we now saying yes and no to? And it's okay to say, hey, I haven't defined that yet. Okay, cool. Awesome. Well, that means this week we will define that because we need to be clear on what we said yes to and what we say no to. Because every yes and every no does confirm whether you're moving forward or not. Does confirm how committed you are to this. And if you're not that committed, you're not gonna last. That's fine. You know, it's like, it's cool. I want to be so uncomfortable in this group. It's crazy, y'. All. Like, I am so willing, and so I don't even. Like, I don't even mind if there's.
Three people in this group by the.
Time that, like, it doesn't bother me. But what matters is we're achieving, going after the impossible, full, committed to it and willing to say yes and no to. For some of us, it's going to be harder to say yes to things, and we've got to work that muscle. For some of us, it's going to be harder to say no to things, and we've also got to work that muscle. Okay, so I'm gonna have my wife go first, and then we'll have whoever go next to go next. Rear impossible. 90 day impossible. And then what are you saying yes or no to? Give me a thumbs up. That's cool. Awesome.
I am equally nervous and excited all at the same time. Let's just say that. And it's funny because, like, even right now, I feel like my heart is about to, like, jump out of my chest. Like, it's. There are people that know it, there are people that don't know it. And still I feel like my heart is about to jump out of my chest. So here we go. So it's like, we're really putting this out in the open now, guys. Which means, God, you gotta step up.
And also, too, guys, if you need to share something like small to explain your impossible goal. It could be a simple story or it could be, man, like, I was praying one day. Or like, because that way it can give us context rather than just let me just tell you my thing and then walk away, you know, it's kind of like there might be some context to it built up. And that's okay. Just don't make it a 20 minute story. All right.
I love it how he said no 20 minute story and he's handing it to me first. Anyway, I'm just gonna get straight to it. No 20 minute story. So my impossible goal is actually a three year goal. And I, by December of 2027, I will have impacted 500,000 women. And the avenue in which I am going to be doing that is by writing a book and also speaking. So I've never written a book before, but my who is my husband who's written three, so there's that. So that's my impossible three year goal. By 2027, I will have impacted 500,000 women and I'm going to do that by writing a book, a life changing book. And I'm going to be speaking on platforms and stages because of that book. And so really my 90 day goal is to thoroughly plan my book so that come the end of the 90 days, beginning of the next 90 days, I can literally just sit down and the words just flip, fly off the pages and I just write, write, write, write, write. So that's my 90 day impossible goal, y'.
All.
It's already fire. I don't jump in, but it's already starting to get fire. I'm just saying, guys.
And after I spend some time with God tomorrow I may also have a second 90 day. I'm just a little unsure about it.
Tell them what it could possibly be. Okay.
It's really stretching me. And I think that's the purpose of impossible goals. Right? But potentially I could be doing an in person event before the end of the year. Obviously I'm targeting women. And so doing an event for women before the end of the year and in person, the easy way out is to do virtual. And so doing in person is just really. Yeah, really. Anyway, so Crystal's saying, do it, guys.
Put it in the chat if you think she should pick it. All right, Right. Do it in the chat if you think she should. Or just write note.
Yeah, right. Ah, Tell Alyssa to come, Michael, tell her, tell her. Yeah. And then the last thing, the yes or no. What am I saying yes and no to? I think the easiest way for me to say this in the shortest amount of time is one thing that I've really had to work and I have had to work at, I have had to do it and I've had to work hard at it is sticking by my filter question no matter what. Like every single thing that comes at me, every single thing that I'm doing, every single conversation that I'm entering into, I am always thinking through my filter question, is this going to help me achieve my impossible goal of impacting 500,000 women by December of 2027? That's my filter question. It's also twofold because my other filter question is how would the future version of Chantal respond to this? And it's responding to situations, it's responding to questions. It's acting from that future version now. And I've literally, like, it's a priority for me and I know that my strength is going to run out and that's when God steps in. And so I think for me, that filter question has been a really big thing for me. And it's something that I have had to decide to live by every single day. And any questions or any time something comes at me, I'm like, nope. My filter question. No, my filter question. How would Chantal, how would the future version of Chantal, how would the chantal that's impacted 500,000 women respond to this? That's it.
Powerful. Come on, Come on. All right, Anybody want to speak into that? Like, I don't know, I just feel it. Like, anybody want to share anything based off what Chantel said?
Seatbelt.
Chantel. I, I, I don't know.
I just.
I could see it, like, I can see it with you, like an almost emotional thing about just all we've been through together as a family.
As a couple, friends.
Like, I could see that and have zero doubts. So I see it with you.
Amen. Yes.
Thank you for continuing to be bold and the fact that you are even giving us some of your best practices. I was taking some notes on that because I love that, that filter because it's, it's already very helpful. So just thank you. Thank you for being bold and standing out and continue doing that.
Mama. I just want to say that the Lord is going to make the impossible your norm and it's going to be something that God allows. You know, many people might strive to do it, but it's going to become so easy for you because of your heart, for Jesus. Most people want to become rich or famous because of, like, selfish ambitions, but the Lord truly sees that it's because of him and because of everything that he desires to do through you. That that's just, this is your why. So just remain, you know, faithful and believing in Jesus and seeking after him because, like, the impossible is literally going to become normal for you. So even as you said, a three year goal, I'm believing for the Lord to exceed that. I'm Believing for him to see the 500k and it to be just like, blow your mind completely. So I love you guys.
I'm just gonna say, do your thing. You know me. Do your thing. And there's this. I saw this on Instagram. It said, you know, people say, do it afraid. And I saw this post that said, do it afraid, and it crossed out afraid. It said, do it anointed, which you are, so amen. It doesn't matter what fears you have. It doesn't. I don't care. Just do it. Because you have God with you. He put this in you for a reason. And really, I feel like the number that you're wanting to reach is great, but I think God's about to blow your mind. I really, really do. I really do. And I think it's going to go beyond just women as well. But it's great that you're targeting us so that we can help our households, our kids. Like, it just goes. I mean, you're. You're gonna change so many lives. So many lives. So just do it. Do it afraid and do it anointed.
I love it. I love it. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you, guys for sharing. Babe, you got it. So proud of you. All right, who's next? Who wants to share theirs?
I'll go.
All right.
Tough one to follow, though. So I mentioned last week that best way to keep something from great is to sell it. Good. And Christian actually mentioned it earlier. A lot of times, people are afraid to give up. Good. To move on to great.
I've.
I've known what the next couple years look like from a work standpoint. Had an idea, but was wondering after that. And so my impossible goal is actually three pieces, one of which I added in the last week. So I'm currently working with an organization that has about 900 employees, about 800 million in revenue. It's. We've rolled up a number of companies together. The processes are not where they need to be to support the 2 billion revenue projections within two years. But that's not where I want to take them and where I'm going to take them. So the first portion of it is transforming this organization into a $10 billion process organization. We can't get to 2 billion without the systems in place to do that. Revenues can't exceed systems. Pastor Ron always says we don't rise to the level of our goals or expectations. We fall to the levels of our systems.
Yes.
So that's the first piece and also a bit of a paid internship because I'm taking the organization and challenging them in the same impossible goal approach. And I'll come to that in the next when we talk about 90 days. But beyond that two year period I've been a little unsure. But my impossible goal is to move into consulting on a organizational level. Transforming organizations focused on profitability. So taking organizations that are doing okay or that have leadership that is content taking salaries instead of having a company that is a revenue machine. And in 2027 I want that consulting to be generating a minimum of 50,000amonth in revenues.
Come on.
And then the third piece. I was on a plane last week on my way back to Greenville and there was. I was actually thinking about somebody else's business and was reading who, not how. And I will also encourage everybody on this. You can watch all the videos and you can listen to Dr. Ben Hardy get a copy of the book. It's.
There's.
It hits different when you read it and you see it on paper and heck I'll buy it for anybody that wants it.
It's.
I feel that strongly about it. It's just, it's out there. But while I was thinking about this other business it hit me. I've had something kind of a passion project, an idea in my mind for about six years now that has to do with manufacturing something and I've let the how get in the way and it, it hit me I know a whole lot of who's and so I've added a, a manufacturing piece to it. And so the three year goals are 10 billion dollar process for this organization that I work with now 50, 000amonth in revenues from consulting and a.
5.
To 10 million dollar revenue run rate with distribution through at least one national outlet for this manufacturing business. And then on the 90, 90 day level I mentioned the paid internship concept. So with the organization I'm working with now within 90 days I need to roll out impossible goals throughout all the departments. This is also an organization that did not have company values assigned or defined. And working with Christian, he'd been instrumental in that and we've defined corporate values and we are starting to roll those out. The reception has been pretty amazing actually. People, people seek that and so rolling out impossible goals working with the departments on that company values. We're also doing some things for KPI and OKR reporting which be glad to take offline with anybody from a consulting standpoint inside in 90 days a I'm working on a rough draft of what that process flow looks like. So basically a questionnaire slash survey where when I sit down with heads of the organization or the company owner. I can work down through a flow and be able to basically drop them into a process to say okay this is where we need to start with your organization. And here's a checklist of the things that need to be that we need to focus on. And this is the time frame that we're going to work all this out in. I need to come up with a name for that and form the legal entity. So I'll do that from a manufacturing standpoint. Step number one, I've reached out for identifying a potential primary who as a partner. One of the things in who not how is a realization and a real challenge for me of recognizing that there are better who's in a lot of things and I don't have to do it all. So. And it can be bigger by selecting the right partner. And so I've reached out to somebody on that within 90 days I want the initial sketches completed so that we can take those to engineering drawings. I reached out to an artist today on that need to choose a name for that organization as well that company and form the legal entities. Those are the 90 days. So it's kind of a three prong impossible goal or goals. So the things. It was easier for me to come up with the yes list actually because so I'm going to start with that.
Yeah.
So yep.
First thing, another Dan Sullivan slash Benjamin Hardy thing. Success filter. I'm working on a success filter that isn't just a question although they encourage that as well. But you know, at the top of that success filter is it kingdom. And I'm not going to go through the whole list because I'm still kind of working on it. But that success filter that indecision making can run run down through that to make a decision on whether it's serves me or not and serves the serves a purpose. So the second thing is reading. Okay. Very specific. I've never really been a fiction person but my reading has become very specific to two categories and both are intentional growth oriented collaboration. I've got to say yes to collaboration. I've got to say yes to help and I've got to say yes to health and fitness. And my no list is something a a good friend. The phrase does it serve? Does it serve you came from them. And that's something that's been a real project. And so my nose are really a list of things that in and of themselves aren't necessarily bad but they're not. They're not good. You know we can. We Can. We can do things that don't serve us, that aren't necessarily bad. So alcohol, social media, gone. Both of them. For me, basic routines. If they're not serving a purpose, then that time can be spent on something else. That's part of the 80% I can eliminate to focus on the 20. There's been some friendships that. That really don't serve. And then the two big ones, fear and guilt there knows that have to go.
They're now below you, below your floor.
Yep, they're below the floor.
Yes.
So that's what I've got.
I love it. I love it. Who wants to speak into it? I'm going to speak into it. Go ahead, babe.
Jason, Jason, Jason. You have such a humility about you. Like, such a human humility. Like, you carry such a humility on you. And those things that you've been speaking about and sharing about of, like, even just the companies that you work for, no one would even know that just meeting you because you are so humble about where your hands are.
Amen.
And I just want to encourage you with that because all throughout scripture, I can't even choose one right now. Like, there's some in James, there's some in First Peter, there's some here, here, here, here, the place. But it literally talks about in scripture to humble yourself before the Lord and he will exalt you. And what I really feel for you in this season is as you are going for the impossible goals that you have set, that he is going to be exalting you because of your posture of humility. I want to encourage you with that.
I love it. I love it. Let's just have one.
I appreciate that.
Just for time, because I know just if we did what Chantel with everyone, we'll be here till like 9pm okay. And so let's actually have Terry go next because he. He had his kids with him. He texted me and he wanted to share it so his kids could hear. And so, Terry, go ahead. And then we'll have Gabe next because I know he was trying to. He was trying to jump into.
Okay, so my kids are over there listening, but super fun, super exciting. I don't like the spotlight.
For some reason, I haven't gotten used.
To that where I only see myself. I only see myself. Okay, so briefly, just so everybody on the call knows, it went through the hardest time of my life this last year. And I have come out of that season. And now I am in a place of great clarity. Not only that, but a tenacity that's been birthed and, and just really developed inside of me to step fully back into who my. Who I was. But I've also had the privilege of saying who I'm not going to be any longer either. The same thing. So we have just, just to kind of give you a little bit of a perspective. My little guy's going crazy. We flip flopped our income. We went from a surplus to now a deficit as a series of some of these events that have taken place. So over, over the last week or so I've gotten a chance to really think about what my goals were going to be. My three year goal. Just so you know Chantel, I'm not trying to one up you. I promise you.
And there's no competition, there's no.
Because it's all. I'm so happy but. But I'll say this. I'm so happy that you shared that because I get caught as you know me, as you know, I get caught in the how. I get caught in the how. I get caught in the how. I always. It's never been a problem of the hoot. I can recruit people from a mile miles away. It's easy to do that. I've worked with people for 15 years but I've got a four book deal that I'm going to be writing. That's my three year goal. Okay. I want to impact 1.5 million people on the concept of compounding impact. I'll go more into that later as we get into the how. But it's the little things that we do over time that create a significant outcome. And I think that people get caught in the how they get caught in the the end result and they get paralyzed in the small things that they need to do right now. And I want to help lift that in people's lives primarily in men in, in their family, in their fitness, not necessarily in the personal training side but the concept of the mentality of why it's important to take care of your temple. I'm going to let you in just a little secret on that one. In the Old Testament, God said I want you, I want you to get land, I want you to get materials from this king. I want the, the fabric to be this color. I want there to be this many rooms. I want it to be this much dimension. I want you to have room number 1, 2, 3 and 4. And here's the purpose that they're going to serve. New Testament temple our bodies. God was so specific about the Old Testament temple. The New Testament temple. Now what are we doing with ourselves to allow God to use us to our fullest potential. So compounding effect, that's my three year goal. You're gonna go, how is your 90 day goal? Or even. I would say even maybe the next six months goal. Okay. Because I had to elongate my. My period of time. There's been an incredible favor on my family's life when it came to anything real estate. Whether it was short term rental, we got it right away. Whether it was buying our own homes, we bought and sold three houses. Whether it was renovating our house in our current property and in our last and our first property before that, I want to get seven houses under contract, either on a flip or on a short term rental in the next three years. I want next. Not only that from the book, the book is I want to double my income currently what I'm having on a short term and a rental income. But over the next six months, I want to get seven homes under contract specifically based on capacity. And those are my goals. Okay. And that's kind of the why Justin Timberlake, I think, wrote a song, I'm bringing sexy back.
Okay.
Here's the deal. Came out of the hardest year of my life. You'll have no idea. Christian knows everything.
Yep. Yep.
Has been for us.
But.
Another song, man. If you're going through hell, don't keep on moving. Don't stop now. I went through. I. I seen the gutter, y'.
All.
I came from the gutter and I went back into it. And so I'm so excited about doing the things that God has called me to do.
Amen.
And that is kingdom impact, period. But I do need a financial driver in order to fund that initially. And so I'm working out of necessity a little bit here.
I got to get urgent.
I got to get excited.
Yeah.
But I'm allowing my future to pull me. So thank you so much.
I love you.
My boys are grinning from ear to ear.
Who's the one person speak into it?
I'll just say one thing. Compounding impact, Brother. You already had some. Because I'm taking that. And that's going straight to the organization that I'm working with. And that's going to drive down. So know that you've had an immediate impact just by that statement. That's a. That's a concept that resonates and that we can all run with.
So, yeah.
Much gratitude.
Amen. Amen already. Amen. I love it.
On how it was a financial term that came out of it. Compounding interest is the eighth Wonder of the world. And so we're trademark, trademarking the compounding impact concept and you know.
Powerful. I love it. I love it. Huge. Huge, huge.
I'll make sure you get paid for it somehow.
Yeah, I love it. All right, who wants to share next? Theirs. Oh yeah, Gabe. Gabe is next. Gabe is next. And then we'll have Kenny because I know he jumped up.
We can't hear you, Gabe.
Try to check. Hit the arrow on your. On your audio. If. If it hits an arrow on your microphone. See the arrow? Okay. Why don't you jump out and we'll jump back in. Okay. And then you'll be after. Okay. Awesome. All right.
Do you want me to go?
Yeah, go ahead, Kenny. Cool.
Do you mind if I share? I made like six slides. It'll be super quick.
Okay. Yes.
I'm a visual guy. Y. I don't know if anyone else is like.
Let me see if. Let me give you. Here we go. Share. All right. Try, try to share now. See if you can.
Doesn't like that either. It's all good.
Kenny. I just made. So you should be able to share now.
It's all good. Guys. I can just talk through.
Was just some.
I was just giving context of. Of my industry so you guys maybe could. Could track a little bit better. But I just want to talk about just what I do real quick and then it'll make more sense when I get into the goals. So I'm in the long term care industry. Long term care can mean a lot of different things. I know this is super riveting stuff. So I hope you guys are well caffeinated. We're talking about old people. So it could be adult family homes, it could be assisted living, independent living, nursing homes. You guys are kind of tracking what a. What I'm talking about. I do specifically in home care. So it's not a facility. There's no. There's no building associated with it. I am taking caregivers and I'm taking them and putting them in clients homes. And we are caring for people literally in their homes. It's in home care. And so I am part of a franchise network called Comfort Keepers. There's some obnoxious stat like 90, 95% of all in home care places are franchise ran. There's not that many mom and pop places that have any sort of market share. But what do we do within home care? It's unskilled stuff. So it's bathing, toileting, dressing, transportation, cooking, housekeeping, etc. There's not. It doesn't get too much more exciting than that. It's very basic. Was interesting coming into this group last week is we have already been cooking on where to take this, how to grow it, how to make it bigger. And as a team, you know, we came up with a plan to essentially 2x and then you know, seeing the 10x is bigger than 2x or easier than 2x mentality and really taking it to the next level, it's just like this is literally what I was trying to do. I was just trying to 2x and it made me think in a completely, completely different way of how to approach this. And so instead of just opening up, you know, an additional location or additional office, you're going to another state and just playing the same play that we're doing here, just doing more of the same thing. We're going to completely flip the script on in home care we're creating a brand called local. So it's going to be local home care. Shout out to SEO on that one. So we're going to create a national in home care brand that services clients nationally using traveling caregivers, operates 100% as a admin team and only provides 24,7 live in caregiving services. So we're going to niche down and then we are going to cover the entire nation. No one else is doing this because like I said, Part of being a franchise, you are given a small territory in a small location and you're told to service those people and hire caregivers in that area. If you're not confined by these geographical locations, there's no limit. Again, there's no building that I I confined to. There's no amount of beds that I'm confined to. It's literally just about finding as many clients and caregivers as possible. So how do I do it? Recruit caregivers from around the country to have a larger roster and then what we're going to do is we're going to fly and then uber them to their clients homes on a three month rotation. Why does this work? Because it increases our tam, decreases failure points and opens affordable living care to areas not previously available. So if someone can afford care in, you know, think of the nicest place in. I know a lot of you guys are from Florida. I don't know the nicest city in Florida, but just think of it. Do you think you're gonna find, you think you're gonna find caregivers in that neighborhood that are going to be doing, you know, lower wage jobs to help those people? Probably not. You're Just not going to. And there's a lot of, there's a lot of places where you're going to find a lot more caregivers but not a lot of clients. And we can kind of bridge that gap by having a national approach. Traveling nurses is not a new concept. We explored this in Covid. Traveling caregivers is a different thing though. So we're going to do something new. What's my three year goal with this? Is to have 950 clients. Why 950 clients? That's 10 million a month in revenue. Back in napkin math says that's about 15 EBIT. So.
And what are you at now?
Currently?
Yep.
Yeah, currently we're, we're, we'll probably crack 5 mil this year annually. The reason why I'm looking at this from a monthly perspective too is I'm too add to think long term guys. I know a lot of the, I'm too impatient too and I know like the secret is in long term thinking and being patient and I'm not, I'm.
Well aware of that.
How I hack that is just by making really, really small goals and just hitting those because I can stay focused for two months. Staying focused for two years is really hard for me. So I just take, take little bites off and then my 90, my 90 day goal is to be business ready is to hit the go button in 90 days. I have the luxury of not doing something completely new. Like a lot of, a lot of you guys here sounds like you're doing a completely new thing. This is, there's only so many ways you can do caregiving and what we're really good at is going to translate well into this new strategy and I'm, I'm using my same team to do it. So we can recruit like crazy, we can hire like crazy, we can schedule like crazy. Our sales people are awesome. We're just taking a different strategy and going national with it. So it won't be crazy, it won't be a huge lift in order to, to hit that 90 day goal as long as we execute. So.
Yep. And you said business ready in terms of you guys are going to be in a new state compared to what you're currently in. Right?
Multiple states. Yeah. I have a list of 10 that we're starting with. So it's having all the state requirements ready to do business. You know, policies, procedures written out, orientations, trainings written out, websites, operational marketing strategy initiative, our offices. If we are going to do physical locations, I need those to be signed and ready to go. Which means I got a lot of flying to do probably in the next 90 days. I got a lot of work to do in the next 90 days.
Huge. Huge. I want to speak into it.
Good thing you're ADHD Focus. I love that. So I love that you're working that for your strength. That's inspiring question for you actually. So love that and love the thinking. Definitely exponential. If I can ask, what was your tipping point to like your, your point of revelation for that, right? So like you're taking something conventional and you're like, whoa. And I know we've been talking 10x but what was your tipping point that this concept and idea actually came to fruition and blew up.
Am I muted? Can you hear me?
No, we can hear you. Go for it.
Okay, perfect. I, I ask, I asked the team the question. This, I, I ask our team this question all the time. If there's no rules, what would you do? If you're just playing to win, not playing by the rules, if you're just playing to win, how would you play? And I asked myself that non stop. And we're as part of a franchise, you're given a lot of rules and laws are cool. Rules are silly. Like rules. Can we, can we.
Rules are.
Yeah, yeah, we can change those. Like that's fine. And so we looked at all the constraints that our business had, which are there's just so many failure points. You know, today we had like 48 shifts or something like that on our roster that we had to fulfill. We had, you know, there's always going to be like 10% call out.
Always.
And so our scheduling team is always like going crazy trying to get shifts covered. And so it's like, how do you change, how do you reduce the failure points? Well, what if they live there? You never, you're never going to call out, you're never going to get sick. You know, you're just gonna be there. And live ins aren't new, guys. Livings are a thing. People do live ins all the time with, within home care. The new thing is being able to move them around the country. And you know, I can get, I just look today just for fun, I can get from here to Miami on a spirit Airlines, you know, for, for 200 bucks today if I really wanted to. And I can spend a whole lot of money and travel before it really starts eating into profitability, moving people around the country and I can really incentivize people to, to move around the country to, to, to do these livings. But it was literally just Asking the question, if there are no rules, how would you play this game? And we just kept hammering down. I did it with my team. I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm a genius or something.
We.
We handed it out. Yep, Yep. Yeah. Awesome.
Thank you.
Awesome. Yeah, I do feel like. Oh, go ahead. Sorry.
No, I just said thank you. And I'm excited for you. It's awesome.
Yeah. I do know, Kenny, you know, when we chatted on the phone, I know God's going to elevate your leadership even more to be able to lead even more. Because to lead even more employees, a bigger team, a growing organization. You talk about 10 million a month. You know, from where you're just doing 5 million for the year to 10 million a month in three years. That's where leadership anointing is going to grow in your life. And so super, super excited for it. And we just can't wait to be part of the ride. I mean, it's cool. I love it. Expansion. Awesome. Awesome, awesome. Well, thank you, Kenny. Gabe, I think you're next. Hopefully you're.
Am I good?
It's good. Yes, you're great. We can hear you.
Look at that. Oh, my goodness. Wow. Let me say this. Chantel, Jason, Terry, Kenny, you guys got me fired up. You guys feel that?
Whoa.
That feels good. I know you guys feel what I feel. I know you guys feel what I feel. So goodness. Christian has messed with my head in a good way. Let me say that. When he first kind of told me about this 10x idea, I'm like. Like, I was already thinking really, really big. Like, I love the word Christian said was delusional because I was like, if I think. Like, if I think that way, like, someone's got to do it. Why not me? And I love that really, really, really big thinking. But my problem was I didn't raise my floor enough. I didn't raise my floor enough. So I know I told you guys a little bit about me last time I do sales. I've knocked probably over 10,000 doors. I love challenging myself in communication. It's really, really exciting. People have chased me. I've seen guns. It's wild adventures. I ran a little sales team of like, 15 guys.
Oh.
We failed miserably. But, I mean, it was. I mean, in a good way. It was such a learning lesson with that group and expanded my eyesight, and it's allowing me to set these goals, I think, in faith. And faith, not hope. Right. Because of those failures, I've had. So blessed to be able to be in that situation. So cutting straight to the chase because I know I'll be here at like, like 9:00pm I have my goals right here. So. Let's start with my, my, my three month. So as I think most of you, I'm starting something new. I'm gonna have to start something new. I'm having to cut out a lot. I'm having to cut out a lot. Which brings a lot of uncertainty. A lot of uncertainty. But someone once told me, you gotta embrace the uncertainty because if you knew it was gonna happen tomorrow, life would be boring. So kind something a lot, a lot out. So my, my. Not. I started with a six month goal which my six month goal is to make $500,000. Make 500,000. Half a million dollars in six months. That was my initial goal me and Christian came up with. Then I dialed it back a little bit to 90 days. So I, I correlated to 90 days. My first month I want to make 30,000. Then second month 70 and then 100. So hit, hit, hit 300,000 in my, my, my first, the three months right there. So that's my, my, my initial goal right there. That's. I'm just like, okay, well I gotta stop this, this. On my three year. I'm not as passionate about it yet. So it's, it's up in the air right now. I like I said the delusional think. I love that because it gets you thinking in a whole different level. Which I completely, completely believe with. So my three year goal is 50 million. 50 million in three years. So that's about like 17, that's about like 17 million a year, which I freaking love now. I, I want to put like a question mark on that now because I always was thinking when the long term, the short term excites me more right now. But I wanted to say something for you guys, you know that I like big thinking now. What are my yeses and no's? I think listening. I'm so grateful to hear all you guys talk. Genuinely so, so thankful because I think that's gonna be the beauty of this group. I think that's going to be the beauty of this group when we hear other people's ideas. I remember Christian telling me a filter question a while back. I think it was. I can't remember who said the filter question. Someone was talking about it. Was it Chantel? And I think that's gonna really, really help define some yeses and no's for me. Like immediately after thinking about your future self, immediately relationships come in my Head like, like just being fully vulnerable with you guys because I love you guys already immediately like I've been dating this girl for like a year. She's absolutely amazing, matches my energy. But now that I think in my future self it's, it's got me and now I think a filter question really, really helped me that's got me double thinking things, you know. So some relationships I might have to cut out, you know, some sales opportunities. I was doing this sales opportunity called LifeVantage. There's no way in heck I was going to get that scale that fast with that. There's no way.
I was passionate about it.
I knew it was going to be, I knew it could be big, but it take too long and it sucked. Sucks really bad because I've been busting my butt on it for a while. So dropping it like that is definitely like. So those are some yeses and no's but I'm. Thank you whoever said. You know, I think you should tell us the filter question because I think that's going to help me bring a lot more clarity in the future. Thank you.
Let me ask you Gabe really quick. Let me ask you so which gets you more excited, your 3 month or your end of year? Because it seemed like you lit up on the 500000 the three months and the three year didn't really excite you as much.
Yeah, I would say that the three month didn't excite me as much because I mean it does but I just came up with it, you know, not long ago. So I feel like the 500000 is more certain in a 3, 3 month. You hear my voice a little bit uncertain. Right. Because I don't have as much clarity on it. But three months just still excites me. Three year. I said it very recently too. I mean not that long ago.
Right.
So I still really want to trust my, trust my gut on there. But definitely something big. But I, I.
So if you were focusing solely on the 500000 like just this year, you know, 500000 end of year, I want you to use that and then this upcoming week really filter out what, what opportunities you're going to say yes and no to. Because I know you can easily get to 500000 especially if you're selling some high ticket or you're selling some low ticket to an enterprise kind of thing where it's multiple bytes of it as well. And so but yeah, but I want you to focus on that 500 because it seemed like it lights you up more. How many of you guys saw that as well? Like that lit him up more. Yeah. So everybody else is nodding their heads too. So. So focus on that. Don't even worry about the three month or the. Or the. Or the three years. Okay.
Got it. Thank you.
Yes. Oh, and Joshua asked, selling what? And obviously you've sold a lot. You've sold from like solar to pest control to.
Yeah, I'll run through it really, really quickly.
So SBA loans.
Yeah. Yep. At 17, I got my first sales job. This really pretty girl texted me and I was like, you want a job? I was like, pretty girl, let's go. I was excited and changed my life. It allowed me to understand communication that if you could develop it in a certain level, take you to places. So in that first job when I was 17, I made like $10,000 in 19 days of 17 year old selling kitchen knives. Cutco, I was like number four, the entire east coast. And that pivoted in that. Ended up finding door to door solar. Door to door solar. Ended up flying out to California and met these guys that changed my life. I mean young guys making money like, I mean six figures a week. The top guy, I was like, and, and I thought I was good at communicating when I was younger. Met those guys, figured out I wasn't. It was more about listening, right? It was more about listening. Ended up coming to Florida. Created my own little solar business. It's great. First two months we did no sales. We sucked. Second two months put up like a million dollars in sales. But our construction company sucked. It was very bad. I was fronting a bunch of money. So it was. There's a whole thing, but. And then after that, then SBA loans, so Small Business Administration loans, especially when those bank crashes, you could tell probably wasn't the best, but learning lessons, right? And then, and then health and wellness sales and health and wellness sales, so.
So as you guys can see, he has tons of experience and doing high dollar amounts as well. But now it's like, okay. God. Like having them in the area of focus, which is awesome. But anybody want to speak into his 500,000 to me, so many leaders or owners already are like, can I recruit prudent? You know, so we are thinking about that already.
Hey Gabe, I don't want to speak into your 500000 but more so I want to speak into something that I see in you, if you're okay with that.
Absolutely, yeah.
So top producers don't always equate to the best leaders, but a Great leader is always going to produce. You have such a dynamic personality that is completely unique to you. I would imagine that most of the time you probably feel like it is polarizing the differences that are in your personality versus what's happening in the world around you. From the doors you knock to some of the people you try to motivate. Here's my encouragement to you. You have such a special gift. You have such an anointing on your life. My encouragement would be that you would become so well insulated with great leaders that help you redistribute your personality traits, your enthusiasm that maybe in some way they can help package it so that you can give it and reproduce it. There's a term you teach what you know, you reproduce who you are. I'm 38. I wish I had that kind of enthusiasm. I wish I had your enthusiasm. It sounds like you're incredibly coachable. But I think also just so you know too, maybe age and some things that, that aren't awarded to young guys like us, you know, sometimes I'm 38, I have four kids. I've got a little credibility. But the younger you are, in the higher ticket you try to become. Some people will look at who you're surrounded by, who's insulating you, who's caring for you, who's in your ear, who's helping you make those wise decisions, I. E. Your contractors. Like who's, who's. Who's helping you so that your infrastructure personally is intact as you continue with those wise people, that your infrastructure in your business is also intact. And so those two things, here's what I'm just telling you. You have such a dynamic personality. You have such a great enthusiasm, you have such a gift of God. My hope and prayer is that you would just allow even more people to just insulate you so that, so that they can help carry to the finish line so that they can. And then eventually they're going to release you and say, man, he's ready to go. Because I would never want to see you discouraged. I would never want to see you downtrodden because of some of the. That failed in the past.
But.
But here's what I know. I know that there's something so special in you. I mean, Paul wrote letter letters to those that were special to him, you know, so being insulated, I just, I just see you and I see this gift in you and I'm like, man, I. I just see it just this, this group that's like fortifying you. I don't know who they are. Christian is one of them. Maybe some people on this call, I just see you being fortified so you can fully accomplish those things. I can't speak to the 500,000, probably. I've never made it. So God bless you. And I know you're going to do it. I know you're gonna do it.
Hey, I love it.
Thank you. Thank you. So the biggest thing that you saw is when I was talking though, that enthusiasm, almost that passion, you realize it really has to be insulated with the right people around, you know, to be able to redistribute that, that enthusiasm and seeing that, that's, that's really key, it seems, seems like.
Yeah, I just think, I think your future is too bright not to be ever fully insulated. I think that you. It is.
So however that speaks and however that.
Shakes out, Christian will help you kind of filter that. I know he will.
Yep.
It's so. Pete, it's so key. It's so important just because I see, I see so much of you right now. I can only imagine what you'll be in the future. I don't know. You're just unique. You're so unique, bro. You're more unique than anybody on this call, I can just tell you that right now.
Yeah, yeah.
So I'm just, I, I, all I'm doing is like a, like a father would to a son or like a. Yeah, I got a 22 year old son. Like, I, I just, I'm like encouraged by you. And my hope is that it would just fan into the flame even more.
If I may ask, if I may add on to that.
Go ahead.
And not to really piggyback, in essence, it's, it's more of a protection as well as distribution as relates to your personality and your vulnerabilities, because passion is a broad stroke of your vulnerability. Be quite frank with you. And so if you have the wrong people around you, they will prey on that and they will take advantage of that. So to Terry's point, I think that's, it's very important that you do, like you said, insulate yourself with the right people who have your best interest at heart and who will help you catapult, who help you go vertical.
Yep. Absolutely.
Thank you, guys. That truly, truly means the world. Both you guys, seriously. Thank you.
I love it. I love it. Okay, who's next? Who's next? I know we got some time. Okay.
Yep. Let's do it.
Just want to be very clear. Yep. Go ahead, Michael.
Sure.
So, all right. So very tiny background because I know we're on time stage of my life right now. You know, I have my, my credit business. My main focus right now in my mind is like I'm getting married in a month and I'm getting a house so we have somewhere to live. So it's like that's where my head's at. My, my backstory with, with where I'm heading is. So I got this. God called me into learning credit like only a year or two ago. And when he did, he called me into reading all of these laws, like all the laws associated with it. I got very, very deep into, became like my full passion that I started helping people with their credit. Then I learned there's this whole business credit side of it. And then I started doing that for myself and helping other people. And then I saw there's way more levels to this. There's way more levels to this. And I saw God calling me into reading not just like credit laws, but looking into like securities and how banks trade securities on the pu. On like the, the primary and secondary market. And I saw there are people doing this and this is where I feel called to now as like my next skill set to learn is really in insecurities now. I also know because like back in, even before college, God called me to start studying real estate. I hadn't bought any real estate, but it was just four years while I was in college. All I was doing was watching Bigger Pockets and, and listening to all the podcasts and doing that. So my, my goal in three years, securities trading and buying real estate is to hold a total of a billion dollars in assets under management by trading securities and buying real estate. So I have no idea like I. This literally impossible.
But you got some crazy progress though, I will tell you that.
Yeah, so I, I met people like that event that Christian was talking to, talking about. I met people who. Their portfolio is well over a hundred million in real estate. It's mostly commercial properties, commercial multifamily and these are the properties that I want to get into. I met someone as well and this is part of my, my 90 day goal. I'm starting to meet these people. I just need to get close to them. People who have their Series 7 who are familiar with trading securities. That's, that's one of my primary 90 day goals is get in touch with someone like make good friends with the who. Who's already, who's already doing this, already understands the top to bottom. I know that in this process I'll likely be, I'll be taking My serious, I'll be taking a Series 7. I'll be doing the whole, if not, I'll be just doing the whole course and studying it. They're at the very least just to have the base knowledge as well as like as, as I buy this first home, getting just a introduction to the typical real estate purchasing property process because that is going to be like my first real estate purchase ever. So I'll be getting a taste of that. And so that's. Let's see my, my second part of my 90 day goal is also I have, when I, when I say God's called me into reading these laws and this material, there's so much over do material books that I have stacked up notes that I have stacked up on other things that I need to read that has just been sitting there. So my 90 day is just get all that read. Like get that stuff read. Because I know that it's going to be a new set of skills and knowledge that I need to learn in order to go and be prepared for where God's taking me. I need to actually hunker down and improve these skills and read this stuff. So that's my 90 day. I know that what's under my floor absolutely is scrolling on social media, snoozing the button, you know, hitting the snooze button and then chasing after or accepting low, low ticket credit clients like of the clients that I work with, like chasing after, just accepting like lower ticket ones. Because I just, if I'm going after this, I, there's no time.
There's.
There's no time for that. And then what I will be doing is spending an hour with the Lord every morning. Like that's a. It's gonna happen. It's a. Yes, I know it's crucial. I, it's a hundred percent crucial if we're going after this possible goal. And then I also want to do 15 minutes as part. Part of what Christian I worked out before as well is 15 minute review of my impossible goal and these ones that, that we laid out. So like review the vision and have God take me into my future which we're pulling into now and show me more and expand on it. And also 15 minutes reviewing my new set of values. So we did this, this cool exercise where we set a new set of values for that I'm for and value and values that I'm against of what my future self would be for and against. So letting those values sink in, in that 15 minutes, reviewing those, that's also what I'm Going to be doing.
Huge.
I can see so much more. Anybody want to speak into it?
Okay.
Or just share any of that? I could just say much, but I'm not going to hold back a little bit.
Are you doing this now?
Am I doing which part now?
Any of it.
Oh, yeah.
What do you do now?
I do credit. Business credit. Right now.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay, Got it.
Yeah. Well, share a little bit about what you've been able to do in the past. Yeah, you know, I think it was like six or seven months, like the kind of the results even on the credit, just in a short amount of time.
Yeah. We pulled on just two people, myself and my fiance. Well over $300,000 in no interest credit, just through business credit. And it only takes actually like three weeks to do it when we do it. So basically we get these people set up with, you know, a big line of zero percentage credit. It's usually just credit cards. Right. You can do installment loans, stuff like that. Those usually aren't zero percent, but it's like starter capital or it's like holding capital sometimes in real estate. You know, actually a lot of times real estate people are low on cash, high on equity, so they need some cash in the meantime or they're doing a flip. So we get them set up with that capital.
Yep. And some of the people that you met at that Nashville event already are giving you ins on your first field being a 100 doors or more. And they're literally showing him exactly what he needs to do. And so when you set the goal super high, then your process and your focus becomes completely different. That then you're like, oh, I'm gonna bypass a lot of things because I said it so high, and I'm just gonna get connected to the right people. And all of a sudden doors start to open. And so where literally his first deal would be a hundred door kind of thing. And so just because he got connected to the right people.
So that's incredible. I don't. I think what's. What's interesting with. With dudes like you it. And don't take this the wrong way to any everyone else who's already spoken, but like you're so obviously like, you're so. It's just obvious how much smarter than you are than me. And just being around dudes like you is incredible. And there's such a space for people who are willing to take those extra steps. Because I'm not willing to read those books. I'm not. That's why I take care of old people, because it's easy. It's very simple. I mean, it's not. My sector is not hard. But you and what you're willing to do, the fact that you're just willing to go there and understand that process. Buddy, you are sharp. You are sharp as a freaking tack, man. I'm excited to hear what, what you do with this. How did you land on a billion? Where did that come from?
Yeah, I was, I was praying on it and I was trying to make it smaller. I was like, God, what, like, what is this three year? And I kept trying to shove it down. Like maybe it's like, you know, a million, 10 million, 100 million. But then I just got like 1 billion, like very loud and clear. And I was like, well, I have no idea. But let's, let's go for it. Yeah.
And then securities, you know, let's go study securities. That's the thing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Guys, what he's talked to me about the law and the US and all these other things that I have zero clue about. It's amazing. I'm like, wow, I didn't know they do that with even marriage. Okay. And some of the intricacies of the law behind him. And he's literally, he could give a rundown one day of a master class. He'll share a lot more deeper on some stuff later. But guys, amazing, amazing. But Michael, thanks for sharing.
Powerful. Thank you.
All right, I think we have.
I can jump in.
Okay. I was gonna say I knew we had some. Yeah, go ahead, Mia.
So I know we're over time, so I'll be as quick as possible here. But my. So I, I have a real estate investment firm, full service and that's been since 2016. So things have been elevating and looking at the 10x framework and actually just stepping into future self and just different things that are going on. My 90 day goal is $60,000 of annual residual income that is scalable from a real estate investment model that I'm going to actually give away. So that is super exciting for me because I, I have earmarked who that is being gifted to and it super motivates me. So when Christian talks about the why that felt like a fire and a fuel and a source already. It helped me get connected and over myself really in a lot of ways.
So.
Yeah.
And then the three year goal for me is taking that essentially that proven bulletproof, scalable system with bulletproof underwriting and systematizing a lot of the things that I do now. And I'm open to obviously God creating me and showing me how new. How's new who's. Et cetera. But amplifying all of that so that in three years it's performing at a $200,000 a month residual income for me. So I'm a solopreneur at the moment. And so I do everything by independent contractors and have my own portfolio that I run in different partnerships. But that would be my monthly residual income target.
Love it. I love it. Anyone want to speak into that? Who wants to speak into it?
Does that scare you?
Who is that? Sorry, I missed that.
Oh, Kenny.
Does it? Which part? Which part scare me?
That number. Does that number scare you?
It.
No, it doesn't scare me, but it definitely. Actually, I think I. I like that question because I think I'm grounding in off of like past and amplifying that rather than being truly scared. I mean. And Chantel's opening words of not being caught in the fear of how. But no, that number doesn't scare me. It seems like palatable and exciting. I don't.
I don't.
You said it like it was palatable. You said it so certain. Like it's already here.
Yeah. Yeah. Well. And I've been spending a lot of time with God on that too, because I have flush numbers. I actually was challenging. That always goes a while, right, when you challenge God. But I was like, what about $400,000 a month? But I don't know. He has actually settled $200,000 a month. But I think there are elements that are being uncovered because my heart is actually. I and Christian mentioned this in the beginning, that we will be the group of the biggest givers. And so like, for me, that 200,000amonth residual, like that would be for me, but a system and a scalable aspect of it that is duplicatable. I want to ad hoc that for others. So like, that's the bigger vision of that. And also why this the 90 day scares me because that feels a little more like intensified for sure. But that is the platform for everything. And I rather amplify that for my income, but then have this bulletproof again, auxiliary cord for anyone that like, what does 60k start to do for your life? That is like a turnkey system and process with hard assets.
You're super cool. That's rad.
Yeah.
I really like that you said it was such.
I love the confidence on that. Sorry.
Not just your confidence in this. It's just so obvious that this is happening and that this is going to happen. It just. You're just so certain. And I love the certainty of it. It's awesome. Very cool. Very excited to see the next 90 days.
Thank you. Thank you.
I love it. I love it. If it doesn't scare you, though, Via, I'm just saying just a little.
The 90 days does. I'm not gonna lie.
90 days. Yeah, the 90 days. I can tell the 90 days. How many of you guys could tell the night? And to give away. All right. How many guys saw that, felt that. Oh, man, I felt that. To give away. I was it. Anyways. Powerful, powerful stuff. I love it. I think. Who else before I go? I think we have maybe Crystal. Oh, yeah, Crystal. Crystal, you'll be last and then I'll share. And then next week we'll hear from Josh and Craig. If this group doesn't scare them enough or they're like, you know, I'll be back next week, you know, or not.
Oh, yeah.
Hey, I love you.
Don't worry about it. Don't take a push. So I love you. Okay, so whichever one of you guys want to go first? Oh, Crystal.
I can go really quick and then he can. It don't matter. I'll go really quick. So my three year, I want to reach and not just reach out, sitting here thinking, but I want to reach and I want to touch the lives of a hundred thousand women. Single moms, specifically. Single moms are my heart. That's been. That was my story. I was a single mom for over half my life. So that's just. I've always had a heart for single moms. No matter where my life took me, the good, the bad, that passion just stayed with me. And so I would do, you know, brunches every single year. And from the time I put out, save the date to the time I open up registration, my brunches were always sold out within like a month and a half to two. Like, I mean, it's 300, 500 people, but for Seattle, Washington, and a little old me, that's a lot. So. But I was targeting all women because I just have a heart to help everybody. That's just how God made me. But I was asked if I could target one group of women, who would it be in? My instant answer was single mom. So I want to reach them. I don't know exactly how. I do know that I have always wanted to open up a boutique for single moms where they can come in and shop for free. I know what it's like to go and need resources and have all those things and you leave the Places feeling worse than you did when you walked in. So I want to create an atmosphere. They can come in and they can shop for their kids. They'll leave it resources, tangible things, even clothes for them for interviews, just all kind of things. And then have a huge warehouse where people donate new and use items so that we never go without. And I'll also give single moms jobs. So that was something that I've always wanted.
She has items to start your inventory.
Let's go.
Let's do it. Look at that. We already.
What's the name? I don't know. That is my ninth day. I'm going to be praying on a name. So I don't know yet, but I'm praying on a name because I'm there. I'm a very intentional person when it comes to single moms. I'm telling y' all like, that is my heart. But I see big picture. I saw me in an arena, like, I'm talking about like football arena on stage. Not me necessarily talking, but I saw me on stage. I'm more behind the scenes person. I've done all kind of celebrity golf tournaments and conferences. I've done all those things, but behind the scenes. But that's what I love. But when I closed my eyes, I was at Chantelle and Christian's house. And I start crying because I'm like, why am I there? Like, all I saw was a seat of single moms in the audience. And you know, we do panels just like everybody else has conferences. But single moms, that's the world that's untouched. And I just want to kind of rebrand that name single mom because they're more than what I think society says they are. So anyway, that's that. My 90 day is definitely finding a name, starting a life group at my church for single moms, my yes and no's. Honestly, I haven't written down anything. But what came to my mind instantly as a no is fear. Because that is something I have always. I mean, it overtakes my life. Like anxiety is like us. So I feel like it used to.
It used to. We changed our language already.
Yes, it no longer has me. So that is what I'm absolutely saying no to. If I say no to fear, my yeses are just going to be. My list is going to be long. So that's it. That's.
Who wants to speak into it before TK Because I want everyone to speak in, like whoever can speak into TK individually as well, not just. And so who wants to speak. Speaking to Crystal. Individually.
Crystal. Girl, get that muzzle off your mouth. It's time to speak. Because truly, what God has placed inside of you, it needs to be out.
Agreed.
It needs to be out. And people need to hear what the Lord has placed inside of you. So it's time that the muzzle comes off. And it's time that what God has placed inside of you is seen by the whole world.
I receive it. Thank you so much. And that's big because I'm just. That's just not my thing. I'm big on giving back. And so like Mia was talking about, that's. That's my heart. Like, I would love to like, you know, be like, here. Single mom. You get a home, you get a car, you get like, that's like my thing. I can't, you know, And I know that this will set me up for that. But getting in front of something that I don't do, which is speak or be on a stage or. And it's not that I'm nervous to do that. Like I can be in front a lot of people and I'm fine. It's just I never saw myself there. Right. I see myself putting everyone else there. But yeah, so I receive it. I appreciate it. The muzzles off this.
I love it. I love it, I love it. Craig, put. So save it and put it in the group. Okay. Because I know you want to share something, but we just want to be kind of. So if you got it, like write it out, you know what the Lord's putting you on to share, and then put it in the group after our call is over. Okay. All right, T.K. go for it.
Hey, mine's gonna be pretty quick. More of a high level approach, if you will. My 3 year goal is 100 million profit from a project management. Project management, product activation and development, business module standpoint. Creating more quality of life that does not hinder the quality of the work or product. I project manage now on a production standpoint as it relates to like for instance, when you go to a concert and arena or things like that, someone has produced that whole situation. That's what my company does now. And ironically the name of my company is called the vision firm. And so having that vision as it relates to this impossible vision, if you will, it just correlates. I didn't think about that until right now. Wow. My 90 day is just continued development of a high level corporate establishment and client growth that equates to 2.7 million a month in revenue, which will give me to the 100 million dollar goal in three years. My, my. I'm gonna start my nose first. My first note was doing it alone. I'm a maverick, if you will. And when I say that, I say that loosely because I. I was in the military. I did play sports, so I am a team guy. But when it comes to business, I. I found that it was hard for me to rely on people. And it's not because of them. It's because of me. I was choosing the wrong people. So now that I've realized that my no is doing it alone, my no. It's also servicing past clients who do not respect my experiences or my reach.
That's a big deal.
What'd you say?
That's a huge deal.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I actually just had to do it last week. Saying yes to new relationships. And. And then my most important yes is saying yes to my discernment regarding new relationships and assuring that that relationship is a godsend relationship and not just an emotional or what can you do for me relationship.
That's huge. Let's just speak into that.
Powerful TK God has begun bringing people into your life, and there is no more room for fear of being hurt by those people that God is bringing into your life.
Good.
So keep to the ground, because Holy Spirit will tell you the people that he's bringing and the ones that are just there for a free ride.
That's good, sis.
Amen. Amen. Powerful, powerful, powerful, powerful, everyone.
And now it's your turn.
Oh, yeah. I thought we were gonna just skip it. You know, guys, first off, thank you. We've gone a little bit over, so I will be quick. About five minutes or so. But I used to be a pastor, so it might be 50, so. I'm just kidding. You know, you say you're wrapping up, and you've just actually done your third close. But first off, I want to honor everybody on here as far as your faith and being willing. It's never about comparison on the size. It's always about. It's intrinsic to us. Hey, am I chasing after the impossible that God has placed on my heart? On me? Because my race is different than yours. And so what's impossible for you might not be impossible for me. And what's impossible for me might not be impossible for you. So we never, ever, ever compare because we're in unity on this. We're in agreement, and unity is not uniformity. Okay? So it's not the same thing. It doesn't mean that we have to all have the same number or the same area or the Same. No, it just doesn't. That part doesn't matter. And so. But I want to honor each and every one of you. Thank you also too, for guys sharing and speaking into other people you just met basically last week and this week. And so. But we're connected by the blood, which is the strongest blood you could ever be connected by. So let me share mine and I'll be quick, but I just want to do a quick backstory. So my, my three year impossible goal actually began on a journey last year, last June. Mind you, my mom and my dad are just such blessings. They've got me into the faith. They were in ministry. My, my parents were my youth pastors at one point, which is a little awkward, but they were also executive pastors at some point. And then, you know, now they're not really as much involved in ministry. They're just, they're just working and enjoying retirement a bit. And one day my mom and mind you, they've never had business. Okay, they never done business. You know, my dad was in a company for 30 plus years, kind of thing, collects a pension now, which is good. He still works on the side. But mind you, like my mom with faith, like a big numbers, she's not. She doesn't really operate like that as much, you know, and so. But then there's moments where she has a prophetic touch, you know, like an edge, you know, every once in a while. And so last June, she called me one day and she said, christian, I need to come over. I was like, okay, cool, what do you need? She's like, oh, I just want to drop something off and I just want to share something with you. I said, okay, cool. And I'm thinking, okay, maybe is it some more family drama, you know, from family in Florida? You know, is there some issues going on? What's up with my brother now? You know, because, you know, at the time he was in the military and he was getting discharged and all that. And so it was like, okay, what, what's going on? What else? You know, I'm thinking it's drama. I'm like, I don't really have time for that. I've got business to go. I've really gotta focus. And she comes over and she comes and she calls us into the kitchen and she's like, oh, here's. Here's what I want to drop off. And I was like, okay, great. And I'm thinking, I was like, what did you want to share? And then all of a sudden the look in her eye changed. Okay, the look in her eye, she said, christian, I was praying for your business. And I was like, okay, awesome, share with me. She's like, and God spoke to me that you need to stop doing one thing and you need to start doing another. And I was like, okay, what is it? And she said, you need to stop looking at your circumstances and stop looking at the. Your business going like a hockey, like up and down, up and down a little bit. And she said, you know what you need to start doing? You need to start declaring that you're a billionaire. God told me to tell you that you're a billionaire, Christian. Christian, you're a billionaire. And she just kept saying it over and over and over and over again with such intensity, more and more. And you're a billionaire, Christian. You need to speak that. God told me to tell you you need to speak that you're a billionaire. You're. And she just kept. And it was one of the moments where I wasn't hearing my mom anymore. I was hearing God. It's like, if you're paying attention, God can speak into. God can speak to you in so many different ways. Sometimes there are moments where God can speak to you in the voice of a little child. There are some moments where the Lord can speak to you through someone who doesn't even know him. And they say an offhanded comment and you're like, oh, my gosh, that was God. Like, they don't even know what they were talking about. And in that moment, I didn't hear my mom, I heard God. I was like, yes, Lord. Like, I had my head down a little bit. I was like, yes, Lord. Three months later, I totally forgot about it. Three months later, I'm just praying and I'm just spending time with God, you know, taking 30 minutes to read the Bible and go to 1st Samuel, chapter 16, verse one. And it's God telling the prophet Samuel to stop God crying for Saul because he's taken his anointing away and go and anoint one of the sons of Jesse's. Because I have provided myself a king amongst his sons. Literally, God said the phrase, I have provided myself a king amongst his sons. So God is such a provider that he'll even provide for himself, okay? So God cannot stop being who he is. And God being provider, he'll even provide for himself, okay? So God literally said, I provided myself a king amongst his amongst his sons. And in that moment, God spoke to me, said, I have provided for myself a kingdom billionaire amongst my people. I have provided for myself a kingdom billionaire amongst My people. And I was like, in my. I was like, I was like, I don't know. I was like, why are you telling me this? This is like out of nowhere. Like, I don't understand. And it was a holy moment. And I wrote it down. I even had my whiteboard. And then two months ago, happens where I watched that video 10x everything and going after the impossible out of nowhere. And I was like, okay, God, like, what are some things that are gonna scare me? Okay, my business right now is doing a million, you know, by myself, like, business group, like, awesome. Chose not to speak at my circumstances and chose to speak. Okay, how does God see me? So business a year later was doing basically a million a year with just me, an assistant. And all of a sudden it's like, oh, wow, that's awesome. Okay, what's my impossible? I'm thinking, okay, 100 million in revenue in the next, you know, three years. But I was like, wait, that excites me, but it doesn't terrify me as much. So I list down four different things of goals. And guess what? The goal that specifically that I was like, if we go in three years of what, what scare me the most? And it was if I would be a billionaire in three years to get a billion in assets. And it scares the life out of me, guys. But I have, I'm so grateful that I have relationships now that I've spoken to and we've already started some bigger high level conversations. And because of that, it was, whoa, I'm gonna go after this. Because this word, I wasn't looking for it, it found me. And it came out of the most unlikeliest of sources, my mom. I love my mom, but she's never made more than $40,000 in her, in her life in a year. Okay? And so, like, for it to come from her, it was like, whoa. And I could feel the voice of God. And so I actually chose this because it came to me, guys. I didn't look for it. I wasn't trying to. And so I want you guys to know that that is literally what mine is. You know, if you guys can see it. I wrote down my filter question and I wrote down the scripture, you know, 1st Samuel, chapter 16, verse one. I, I got that August 23rd, that word. And that's what I'm going after. So my nose is actually like, last month, I didn't take new clients. I completely, I actually turned down, I had a few seven and eight figure offers that would turn into seven and eight figures in the next three years. Okay, I'll put in the WhatsApp.
Yeah.
And I turned them down because they were below my floor. They were below my floor. And it's like, crazy because the offers that are coming to me now, three years ago, Christian, who was on food stamps, would have said it was a miracle. But what could be a miracle in one season could actually be a test in another. It was a test to say, do I actually believe God's vision for my life, what he told me? And if I do, I have to turn these offers down. I have to turn them down because now they're below my floor. And so now I'm actually committed to building a fund. I know about it. I've had so many people talk to me about it, about joining theirs and other people. But I wanted to do a mix of real estate and M and A as well, because I understand how to grow business. Like, I mean, I'm literally been asked to come into, like, $300 million companies and, like, not just on performance, but, like, what are their revenues? Turns around KPIs. Okay. What's their main constraint? All that. So. But also, I realized I can't do it by myself. And, guys, I can make a million dollars by myself. It sounds crazy, but I know I can because I'm already on that Runway, you know, with me and phobia, you know, And. But now to get there, the biggest thing I have to give up is individualism. Individualism. And so I got here through trusting how the limitless potential God has placed in me. But to get there, I can't no more. It goes from me to we. Authority is me. Dominion is weak. Because Genesis 1:26, he says, let us make man and let them have dominion. Them is a plural word. Okay? So authority is me. Dominion is weak. And I can't operate in dominion unless I am partnered with some high level people. And so next, I have my impossible 90 day. I have three impossible goals, guys. Number one, my assemble my A player fun team, guys. These like. And it's gonna be all kingdom, y'. All. This is gonna be a legacy thing. Like, I'm not selling this fund. I'm not. I plan on taking a public as well because I've been studying some. Literally, I was studying how to take a company public. Y' all like my growth? I've read six books last month. I'm on track for reading 10 this month because I have a huge knowledge gap. What does that Christian know that this Christian is not good at? What are the knowledge gaps? What are the skills? What are the things that are missing that I need to bridge that gap. Okay. And so my first one is assembling my A player fund team. Like, I'm going in partnership. Like, I don't need 70 or 80 or whatever. If I've got four people who have 25 each, that's fine. Cool. Awesome. You know, not a big deal. And if all the other ones have huge goals, well, then that means we're gonna have to do much bigger, you know, that's fine. Second goal is to raise $50 million for the fund the next three months. I have some relationships that I can tap into that'll at least get me to and get me to 8 million. But I know through there will be a ripple effect.
Okay?
And then three is actually become genuine friends with a billionaire. I've already identified the one person I'm going to reach out to in Miami. I already have his email. His name is Orlando Bravo, and he is the first and only Puerto Rican billionaire. And I'm Puerto Rican, so I want to be number two. And so, by the way, guys, there are only six. So there's 2, 680 billionaires in the world, and there are only seven Christian billionaires, guys, okay? So that's 0.23%. Okay? So if you guys have a calling on your life for massive wealth, don't avoid it, because the wealth of the wicked needs to be transferred over to the righteous, okay? So either we got to get wicked people saved or we've got to get more righteous billionaires, okay? And so, but that's my thing. I was very nervous on sharing because not because, oh, now I got to be serious about it because then that's not ownership. If I have to share it with you guys for me to get serious, that's not ownership. Because then accountability would not feel good. I'm sharing it because it scares me. And I, like, I've been moving a little bit and I'm like, okay, God, like, you're literally gonna open doors. And so. But I'm just nervous because it's real. It's so real to me, even to a point, that I'm looking at my business very differently than I've ever done before. And so anyways, anybody want to speak into it? And then after that, I'll give a little bit of a homework, and then we'll go.
Anybody on this call that doesn't think that this is not just possible, but probable, zero doubt in my mind, this man's a leader. He knows how to elevate, cultivate, and Pull people together, maximizing output. Christian, it's what you're about. There's zero doubt in my mind that this is a probable goal, not an impossible goal. I'm excited to watch you in the. In the process.
Thank you. Thank you. That means a lot. I'm scared. That means a lot.
Thank you.
Thank you for your competency.
Does anybody else want to speak into it?
I just want to say thank you, Christian, for your leadership on how you think so big and that you actually do unify people, because that is a true gift. So thank you for that question on your 50 million, because I know we've had the team kind of share in different capacities with how they came up with some of that. How did you come up with your 50 million in three months?
Because I was already thinking about, okay, if we have 50 million in capital and we could easily. Well, one. First off, it validates already to start. You know, I'm like, would be a good validation. Let's go big. Like, 50 million. And, like, why not? I. I read Stephen Schwarzman, the. He's the head of Blackstone, has a trillion dollar in assets, his first ever rounding fund. He says, we're gonna go for a billion. He ended up raising, like, 860 because he says 860 million. He says it takes just as much energy to go after something big than to go after something small, so you might as well go after the big thing. And so I feel like, for me, I've never raised 50 million before, and so I think that would be incredible. I already know, though, us getting that capital would be able to then allocate to either a lot of multifamily, which we can already start to have tons of assets under management, but also some businesses that are very underutilized that we can purchase and then literally turn the productivity on by rearranging some things, and we can get them for pennies on the dollar that then. And then literally maximize assets. So anyways, that's where. That's why I chose 50 million for that. And so. Yeah, does that help?
I'm excited.
I'm. I'm scared. Thank you.
I mean, I'm scared and excited. I'm with you, but I'm excited because I. I love just seeing your transformation. That's part of you being such a leader, actually. I. I want you to know that, like, when you. You raise the bar, so you really do. You are an example of raising. Raising the floor. So thank you for doing that.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for saying that.
Thank you. I actually feel like there's more people that want to speak into this. I can speak into it anytime. So this is why I'm not speaking up. But I want to invite.
I know. I also don't want to leave them. I don't want to keep them here.
You know, if you want to go, you go. That's fine. But I'm sure that there are others that want to speak.
Okay, I do have to go, but I will speak into it. I just. I'm. I'm first Samuel, you know, and just thinking about even just in the story of David and then all the work that you have put in behind the scenes. And I don't know how intimately everybody else knows you, but we've had a lot of hours together. And I just know that the work you have done behind the scenes will bear much fruit. And I have no doubt that it. That it won't continue. I just think diligent are your hands and God honors that throughout the Proverbs. God honors your diligence. I love you and thank you for being such an example. I have an appointment. I have to go. I tried to hang on as I can, but I'll get the homework maybe in the WhatsApp. So thank you so much. I love all of you.
Love you, love you, love you. All right, guys, so if anyone doesn't else want to share, put give me a thumbs up if you do want to share and then if not, I will dismiss. Okay? So just let me know. Okay.
It'll be short. I know everyone wants you guys.
Okay, Go ahead.
Yeah, just. I mean, the first time I met you, you can literally feel sense God's love and every single one of your words. Like, I like, not only are you going to hit your goal, but the amount of lives you're going to impact with that love that comes out of your mouth is going to be unbelievable. I'm so excited. Thank you, man.
Thank you. Thank you. Hey, Kenny. Now you see why I was turning down the other things. Like we were having a conversation. You're like, oh, I kind of have a feeling of. But like, you know. Yeah, guys, what an incredible time. Oh, Jason, go ahead, go ahead.
One more time before you dismiss. I mentioned who, not how earlier. I just put my cell number in the chat. If anybody wants a copy of that, send me a text. Just give me your name, address, send me a text. Feel very strongly about it that this is something that videos don't do justice to.
Right?
It's great, but there's information in there. Pay particular attention to the End. I think it's the second to the last chapter, but send me a text.
I'll shoot you back.
Full contact information. We'll get a book in your hand. So if anybody wants that, the numbers on the. On the chat here. Okay? Appreciate all of you.
Jason, if you want, as well, put your phone number in our WhatsApp group as well. So that way anybody else can also reach out to you through there as well. So if you need to. Okay. Okay. Awesome. Thank you, guys. All right, everybody. So incredible. The only thing I'd ask for you guys this week. All right, this week, for some of us here, you've already. Okay, you need more clarity on what your yes and no is definitely. Define that also, too, for. For some of us here. Hey, operating from the future, I want you guys to take 30 minutes. Remember this? Take 30 minutes and go to the end of your goal, okay? Like, when I tell you go to the end of your goal, I'm talking about, like, actually, like, sitting down, closing your eyes, and be there and sit with that future self, okay? And I want you to notice what they're good at in terms of what mindsets do they have that you don't have now? What skills do they have that you don't have now? What knowledge gaps do you have that they have that you don't have now? Like, for example, when I went to the billionaire Christian, I knew this guy could take a company public because that's a huge indicator for a increasing enterprise value. I knew he was masterful at M and A. I knew he was masterful at equity structures. I knew he was. And guess what? I'm studying now, okay? Because I went there and I said, okay, who is that Christian Santiago at the end? What is he good at? What are his skills? What are his knowledges? What are his mindsets? What are all of those things that he's amazing at that I am not good at now? Make a list. That list now becomes your growth plan. That list now becomes your growth plan because then you don't need to learn everything. You just need to learn those things. Okay? It might be a lot, but at least you're pretty tactical and you have a clear path. Like, for example, when I walked Michael through that, through it for him, man, now he's understanding and learning things about securities that he probably would have never even studied, like two months ago or three months ago. You know, he's like, now he has like. I'm like, I have no clue what you're talking about. That's amazing. You know, it's like, that's awesome. That's powerful. I know it's gonna be amazing. Just tell me the result, you know? And he tells me the result. I'm like, okay, that's a big deal. Okay, it's amazing. But it's starting from the end, okay? Not for the future. You want to operate from the future, okay? So that means you start in the future. Your future is your starting point.
Point.
Then you bring it back to the present. So take 30 minutes uninterrupted. Like literally set a 30 minute timer. Put your phone away or put no distractions, Nothing. Because take 30 minutes. If you can't take 30 minutes to think about this and plan this things out, you don't have a life. I don't care how busy you are. I work with trauma surgeons who literally oftentimes can only talk to me once every two weeks for 45 minutes. And those are our coaching sessions. Okay? They can find 30 minutes even if they're doing 100 hour weeks. All right? So if they can find 30 minutes, you guys can find 30 minutes. That's all I want you to do. And then also to, at the end, put your impossible goal in our WhatsApp chat so we can all record it as well, so we can all keep it accountable. Okay? So put it in the WhatsApp and let's go from there. Okay? Any questions before we end? Next week will not be as long as it is. We just needed to share our impossible goals and so. All right, any questions? All right.
Awesome.
Awesome. Oh, go ahead.
Robot being added to the WhatsApp.
We'll.
We'll add you.
We'll add you. Yeah, we'll. We'll send, we'll send an invite and we'll send it to Craig. And then Craig, you send it to. He'll send it to you. Okay, Joshua? Okay, Perfect. Okay, awesome, awesome, awesome. Amen. Amen. Absolutely. Amen. All right, guys. Well, Lord, we just thank you for this time. We bless every single person here, every leader, increase everything that they're touching and let all the works of their hands, whether it's for profit or for purpose, to be increased and amplified like never before. In the mighty name of Jesus, we declare that. Amen. Amen. All right, everybody be blessed. See you guys next week. Keep chasing the impossible and put your wins as well throughout the week. If amazing things happen, put it in the group. We want to see it. We want to celebrate, and let's encourage each other together. All right, See you guys next week.
Thank you.
