Yep. Can you make me?
Thank you.
All right, let's let everyone in. The critics. My words of life is extra force that they can't see. Here we go.
Hey.
We are on the eve of a big day. Kenny, I love your stuff, man. I was reading you to start. Stop.
More.
Next. This time. I can hear you, but I can't hear you. I said I love your star St. Mar. Next. I was. I was reading it just now.
I appreciate it.
That was hard.
That was really hard for me.
Hey, especially that first one. Start networking. You're like, I. I don't want to do that. He's like, yeah, yeah. I mean, it.
I mean, it kind of confirms why I was having such a hard time with it.
I just, like, I.
Like I said, it's just like it.
Feels like these are things that I.
Should have already recognized.
If it's like a completely start from scratch or completely stop from, you know, something I'm doing, it should be obvious. It should be something that I've already.
Eliminated or, you know, I've taken on, but, you know, taking a step back.
And looking at it, it's just like, oh, yeah. No wonder why I'm having such a.
Hard time with it. Because I don't.
I don't want to do this.
And I've actively ran away from. From doing stuff like that.
So.
Yeah, hey, that's bro. That's literally what your brain does on things you want to avoid. It doesn't notice it. Who never considers it as an option. I think there's a psychological term. Oh, man, I forgot. What is it called? Where they're. Literally your brain will create an intentional blind spot, an area or a thing you want to avoid. Yeah, I think it's called this. Oh, man, You're not alone. The moves that you make here that come up mistakes. Don't never lose your hope Just know that you were born for this Just know you were born for this. We are the warriors who learn to love the pain we come from different places but have the same name Cuz we were. Cuz we were. If we were.
Cuz we were.
So it's called a scotoma or it's a blind spot in your visual field or emotionally.
Oh, interesting.
Super interesting. Your brain creates it. What's it called?
Say that again.
There's also. So that's the physical verb. That's the physical thing. But there's also a psychological term called motivational blindness. So you're motivated to be blind or something Crazy motivated blindness. Wild. But I love it, though. Stop Listening to podcasts. That's wild.
Yeah, I think that's more of a hot take. Contrarian view maybe.
I don't know. I don't listen to podcasts.
Yeah, they. I just feel at this. They're just. People are doing it for business at this point.
Right.
People aren't just putting their information out there, whatever. They're doing it to wrap you into a thing. And I feel like it's distracting. I feel like I get shiny object syndrome every time I listen to my first million or, you know, whoever that is, the next. Next idea, the next thing, and I'm like, man, this is. This is just derailing me more than anything else. So I should just. Yeah, just shut it down.
Because it makes you feel like all the things you're missing out on, but in reality, when you compare it to your goal, you're not missing out on anything. Chasing out on those things would actually be causing you to miss out on it compared to your goal.
Yeah, absolutely.
I love that, though. Dang. That's how I knew. You just had to push a little bit. Just a little push. Oh, you forgot to put, you know, stop. Stop going below my floor. Like being the in house or local video person or media guy.
Yeah, Yeah, I should have. Yeah, I'll add that to the list.
Add that to the list. That's right. It'll be the next check tactical guy. Not bringing the rifle. You're, like, only bringing the pistol. That's it.
Yeah.
Yeah, for sure. I love it. I love it. All right, let's begin. Everyone who doesn't have their video on, we're going to turn it on because we're a group that's not faceless. Come on. When I see your faces, I see the face of God. You're made in the image of them. Come on. When I see. When I see his. His wind blowing and Gabe's hair, man, I just see the. The locks of God, because God has those locks. I tell you what, I love it, guys. I'm excited. Got some exciting things. That's okay. Hey, Josh. Still stay on. We want to see you move around. You know, we want to get. We want to get seasick or motion sickness after seeing you move around. So it's totally fine. But I'm excited. Got some awesome, awesome updates. Few quick things before we jump into wins as well. Real quick. Sent you a simple. Sent you a simple words. I speak to my brain for it to work. Okay. Since you. A simple intake form. There we go. It's like, what? The world is not going out an intake form for you guys to fill out for the immersion. The two day immersion. Whether you are jumping in live in person or you're live on virtual, it takes about 12 minutes of focus time. Okay? If your constraint is attention and you have 1% capacity, it's going to take you six months to do this. Okay? So, so, but it's a simple form that takes about 12 minutes of focus time and we want you guys to fill it out because it's going to allow us to make this first one just powerful and life changing and memorable. So one thing that's big for me is stupid Nat. Anyways, one thing that's big for me is there's nothing like your first. There's nothing like your first, you know, and so we get to do this. This is our first of many. And guys, this is small. Smallest circle. Well, I can't, I can't actually like lie and say that it's the smallest it'll ever be because some of us might drop out. I'm just kidding. No, we're not. We're gonna go after our impossible, right? We're not dropping out. We're not giving up on the impossible. No, we're not. So we'd love for you guys to fill that out by Thursday afternoon, Thursday midday Eastern time, because then that gives enough time to create the topics that are necessary ahead of time. It creates enough time to contact some of you guys that are speakers to say, hey, you've been tagged as a person to be able to prep for a specific topic for that immersion as well, for the group as well. And so be able to fill that out by Thursday noon Eastern time because then that gives us the, the requisite time to prepare because we want it to be world class. If we are the Impossible Tribe, things have to be at a world class level in every city thing we do if we're going to absolutely accomplish the impossible. Okay, guys, no mediocrity here. Okay? This is the Impossible Tribe. One of the things I told Chantel is like, hey, I want to raise the standard for kingdom leaders, entrepreneurs, achievers across the globe with this group. Okay? That's what this is about. That's what this is about. And so. Baby, are you, you're recording this, right? Yeah. Okay, cool. Yeah, awesome. I just want to. All right, wins. Wins. Who wants to share some stuff? Some wins. I saw Gabe put it in the chat that he's so excited.
I would, I would love to share right now. Can I share in like five minutes so you guys can hear me better?
Yeah. Share in five minutes? Sure. After. Yeah, yeah. Who wants to go first? Yep, I'll jump in real quick.
I have a couple breakthroughs of meetings lined up for this week with some owners of some apartment complex. Either they are syndicators themselves, but they are currently and actively managing a portfolio and or divesting. So I've been making some outbound reach outs and getting some familiarity on that and actually making some traction with some different points of contacts. Actually nationally they happen to have investments in the Greenville Marketplace which is how I intersected with them because that's my target area right now. But I have meetings on the books with two already scheduled this week and targeting a couple more.
I love it, I love it, I love it. Which one are you most excited about on that meeting?
The one I'm most excited about is actually there is a group out west in Utah is where they're actually founded but they have deals across the US and what I love about them is they seem very buttoned up. So like all of my, I put in my start stops too sometimes where I catch myself and it's a, it's actually I find a lot of my stops are more in the mental arena sometimes than the actions. And I find where I get overwhelmed or can view a bottleneck in reflecting on what I'm working on is really simply that shift of recognizing that it's a who that needs to be instituted and I think they do it really well. So, so I, I, I'm excited about them because where I view my opportunity areas I've been able to see where they are excelling in in those areas. And so I think that it's one great to talk about an actual potential divestment project. But two, I'm excited because it's a CEO of this company that's very fine tuned and has a system in place that's full scale of where I want to be in three years and being able to intersect and, and I was able to effectively warm outbound, generate a connection to, to meet with the CEO. I had a bold ask and so I basically said instead of working with the operations lead who was managing the email communications and pro forma communications, I said I'd love to get on a call with Mike because I did some research on the company and anyhow I got an email back from Mike today and so we were able he had his assistant set up a meeting this week. So super excited about that because I.
Think they're actually my standards high.
Yeah.
Yep.
So working on, on, on being well positioned for, for alignment.
I don't want the operations lead. I want to talk to the babe guy.
Well, decision makers, I'm being challenged also that, you know, it goes back to like our, our potency and communication. And so I would say, you know, if we're wanting real results, we need to be talking to the, the real result makers. And so as long as they have decision authority, that's really my, my criteria and I'm working on that myself. So anyhow, that's my win. Not to monopolize, but excited for that.
Not to monopolize. I was wondering what you meant.
Oh, just my, my continued excitement.
The whole time. That's right. Thinking about monopolize.
But you know, Mia, you should be excited.
I know.
I was gonna say that you should be excited. That's all I'm saying. I'm not jumping in just now. I'm just saying you should be excited.
Mia, do you have any takeaways or any reaction or anything that you've gleaned from. From talking to the people that are essentially sitting in the seats that you want to be sitting in? Like, is there anything that you've noticed when communicating with these people that surprised you or just anything? Yeah.
So more to come. I feel I'll have more data points when we connect next week on this call because these two will be some more line of sight people. But probably the biggest thing, honestly, and I would encourage everybody on this, and I'm talking to myself too, it goes back to. I think there's a greatness in optic management. And what I mean by that is that so much of what. And Christian knows this and you know, I've shared with Jason even too, where there's a lot of intimidation factors because it's like I can look at the gain of where I'm at in a timeline of experience in reality compared to like where they're at versus to actually have a conversation and realize that they had their own. Like they just had the confidence to step into it. Right. So like, I think what I'm realizing is that it sounds funny, but almost anyone can do it, right? If you make a decision and it's. And it's not to over. It's not easy, right? It's not easy, but it's simple. And I think what I'm recognizing is that these are simply people that have chosen to operate in a certain arena and it's so decision based, decision driven. So I guess my word of encouragement to anyone, what I've gleaned and learned from is like, once you Make a decision of where you're operating from. That's the biggest thing. It's like, then you just figure it out. It goes back to like you've actually decided the who you're going to be the who and not that. And the how certainly comes because that's where I find my, my wherever I get shaky, it's when my eyes go to the how and also not recognizing that I'm a who. And so I think that that would be what I would encourage, if anything, if that makes any sense at all. They're just walking in it. They decided and they are doing it because some of these people I would say that I've had a viewpoint on are doing it really well. And someone like, oh, this is who I wouldn't want to benchmark. You know, like, I'm, I'm like, they're doing it and they're making it happen and they're modeling this business that I am excited about. But I'm like, I don't like the, the level presentation over here or I, I see where, like this would be a best in class benchmark. And that's who I want to be affil with. And so I think that the boil down version is these are all people that simply made a decision and they're walking into it and they're doing it to the best of their abilities. And it's an ongoing staggering process.
So when are you getting an assistant? Yeah.
So I am open and graciously appreciating the fact that phobia has actually helped me in, in some capacities with this, but I am open to any assistant referrals. So.
That'S the next level. Now you're building the team. And so they've accepted it. Now it's that who's.
I know.
Pull it up. Love it. It's amazing. All right, who else wins?
All right, I'll go. I'll make it really quick. A win for me was I got back into trading. I didn't let last week completely destroy me, even though I almost completely destroyed my account. So I got back into it. I took some time to just study and I said, I gotta go to hit. And so that's why I could relate completely to what Gabe was talking about, because I talked to you, Christian, about it. Just like that. That was like a huge hit to me. But I told myself, I can't quit. And so even like last week, Friday was the first time in a while, like, I didn't trade with fear with FOMO or anything like that. And as Far as percentage return wise, not the, the money part, but that was the biggest return I've had since I started learning how to trade. Was ahead 172% return Friday. And so that gave me the full confidence I needed just going for it. And I, I feel very confident about this moving forward. So Christian reached out to me today. Just gave me like just that extra boost of confidence. And even when I watch gay video, I just like, I felt like it was like all of this was purposeful, like, like a test. Like, are you guys going to continue to go after this? Because getting to this impossible goal or any goal in general, it's not going to be easy. It's not going to be a straight shot just because you say, oh, I love God and God is going to do this for me, that, that don't mean he's just gon letting it be a smoother ride. And so, I don't know, I just felt so encouraged by the set that like, no, this has to happen. And I told my wife, I said I feel like a crazy person because I just keep replaying the, the. The note to myself about from my future self. And I keep telling myself every day, I said no, my. I. I met myself already. He already told me I did it. So that's the thing that's keeping me going. And just an encouragement that Gabe, like, bro, like, I feel like so strongly that you are going to hit your goal. So I was dead serious about when you get there. I know we're only about 20, 25 minutes away. Like, let me know, bro, I want to be there. I'm a bring my camera too. And we can just celebrate once you hit your goal. So that's my win for the week.
Celebrating together. Let's go.
Yes, sir.
As big. That's big. That's big. And I love how you went back to your future self. Went back to the clarity of man. What did God tell you from that viewpoint? From there? Because do not allow the enemy to distract or deter or disappoint or allow defeat to settle in. Nope, nope, nope. Don't allow them to distort what is the truth. And so now we're moving forward. I love it. I love it. Who else wins?
I'll go because I got to get back in there.
I can share if that's cool.
Oh, oh, no, no. Let Terry go. Terry go next and you go after.
Yeah, sorry. Sorry, Gabe. I have to be back in that practice because of the contact for. For liability. Parents have to be in inside the practice.
So.
So I had a great conversation with Mia actually that was a couple of weeks. I haven't been on the call, but I wanted to share you two, two really cool things that took place. And she had just been getting to the doors. I've been walking properties, I've been able to. Can you hear me okay? Because it's echoing on me. Okay, good. And we've been in contact with several homeowners, which has been awesome. And my brother in law has been able to formulate a ton of great leads for us that are, they're hot. I mean, they're very, very hot leads. And so tons of equity in a lot of these deals haven't run through the tape yet, but we're getting this close like every time. We're getting so much closer to the point where we got so close on this last one where I had to secure funding. And so I had a conversation with Mia to establish our three step, kind of real, real simple to understand people in stressful situations, how we help them. And it was a great. That was, that was an amazing conversation that she and I had, which came out of this group, which is also a testament to this group. And then right after that I had a conversation with a guy, his name is Bobby, he's incredible, tons of money, wanting to use his money in real estate. And he basically just said, hey, I can fund as many deals as you.
Get.
And I want you to know that we can close same day. I can wire funds. I've got it. So we actually ended up establishing him on, on a, on a, on a site. And we're, we're going to structure some sort of a deal here shortly so that he and I can really start to know what, what when it does go, is going to happen. And so we've got a lot of money to work with. It's really, really cool, really, really exciting. It's a big deal. It's a big deal. Same city, same area, and we can move fast. And so that actually put us in a much better position because our price point now can change per home. And there are a lot of houses that, you know, are, we virtually could get homes in, in the 200 to 300,000 kind of what we had originally set up. And now we have the capacity to get some of these other homes that are starting to become more available in Florida with higher price points, which generally speaking in this, they're shaking out to have a much, much, much better profit margins. And so one of the things that I told him, I said, I said I can Only operate with one particular deal right now because that's the only way that I can maintain interest payments. And that was kind of what I was looking at like just that was, that was all I could really come up with. And he said we can absolutely delay interest payments. He said we can do a delayed interest structure. And I said, oh my gosh, now you're really, now you're really starting to.
Help our brother out.
And so he and I are going to meet this week again to just talk a little further into the details, kind of what his expectation is. But his enthusiasm is matching ours, which is great. My brother in law's coming down in September. He's going to take a lot more opportunity and time in deals that are further and beyond our two county area, which that'll actually open up a lot more doors and possibilities for us. So super, super excited. That's a huge win. And it came from a bold conversation. I said I'm just not going to, I'm going to, I'm going to. Not going to be concerned because he's a, he is a close friend. And so the door was open and.
It was open wide.
So we're rocking.
You never know the doors that are opening until you ask. Until you ask boldly, you're gonna get to your goal of replacing your income by the end of the year super fast. Now because of this.
Yeah, this, this was like, like a.
God moment.
You know, it just.
Come on.
What it did was, is it, is it. So I've shared this with Kenny. There was an old real estate.
When I was wanting to get involved.
In real estate investing eight, nine years.
Ago.
The, the phrase that he would use in all of his training was go as far as you can see and when you get there, you can see farther. And so I've just been talking to Kenny about that just concept and I feel like every single door I've knocked, every single person I've communicated with, right now I'm trying to get a hold of a power of attorney and I didn't know what that looked like, you know, all of these, like how that conversation goes, you know, and I'm calling nursing homes, you know, which is really odd. But there's is a benefit. I'm not a shark, but there is a benefit for that person if I could just get in touch with their caregivers or their, you know. And so I'm just having unique conversations that take me down a rabbit trail and I've gotten so much farther and I'm just, you know, God, I Didn't.
Know what it was.
God help me.
Where, where's the funding going to come from? I know there's hard money lenders out there all over the place. As long as you have a good deal and it's str and I have those types of people. But I didn't know if, let's say two deals came, three deals came. Let's. Because it's going to happen. We're getting too close for it to not happen. I just, and I just said, man, I don't. This, That's a whole new space for me. I've never had two or three hard money or private money lenders. Those aren't conversations that I've ever had until I started having them. And I realized, man, this is going to be a little bit more difficult for me to manage two to three properties at a time, you know, just from on monthly interest payments. I don't have that. And this, this, this absolutely just just opened the door for more opportunities and more efficiency. Not only that, but it aligned with what he was trying to do is he's trying to get his money to work for him, you know, but he didn't have a lead source or anybody that was helping him with that. So this, does. This helps. I just need to get. I need to get these deals.
Yeah. Faithful. On having those other conversations, it led you to, then to this moment. And so, yeah, no doubt all those rejections were directions to where it was a redirection. Every rejection is direction. And so that's where you taking those calls. And all of a sudden now, now you got a capital partner, now let's scoop them up, let's go. And so this is going to accelerate your time clock, especially as he gets more returns as well, and you. And obviously the returns also start to give him more than what he would put in the money market in the S P 500 and stuff.
Yeah.
Because that, man, then he's going to be like, all right, I'm making more money than giving more to you. And then that's going to make him want to make more money on his other side. Huh? Because he knows he's going to get another return and he's not going to lose it and have to pay taxes.
Yeah, well, and one of the, one of the really cool things, too, that was, that was a part of this.
So.
My wife and I have had some success in the Airbnb arbitrage side. We've always been limited on capital.
Right.
But there were tons of great homes and opportunities in other spaces that I told him about. And I just showed him the numbers, and he said, I'll do those two. He said, we can partner on those. And I was like, okay, well, let's. Let's figure that out, you know, but so, I mean, this just opened up a ton of opportunities, you know, more opportunities for us than we. Than we were originally planning. Now it's just a matter of us getting busy.
And I think.
I think that.
And with. With our experience in that space, I feel like we can move fairly quickly there. But, yeah, it's great. So I got to get back in there. Thanks. I'll be listening, though.
Okay. But thanks for sharing. Isn't that great? Come on. Amen. Gabe, go ahead.
What is going on? Oh, we're about to have two of me in a second. I'm joining my laptop.
Hold on.
Can you guys hear me?
Go for it.
Alrighty. First of all, I know the qu. The chat's been a little bit quieter, but there's some wins. Oh, my gosh, Terry, let's go. The Impossible special, huh? I was actually filming something yesterday, and I was, like, had this immediate spark. I'm like, I have. I need to film myself and express how I'm feeling right now. And I'm gonna express it very similar to you guys right now. Guys, the Impossible. I don't know, guys. You feel this, but the impossible gets you to look differently. People feel. This is the simple way to explain it. People feel that you're shooting for Impossible, and they love it. And they love it. It's like that momentum, that energy. So I don't want to talk too long, but, like, guys, we're. We're radiating an energy right now of. Of big things. And people love. The people that we want to partner with love that energy, and it's so cool. The right people are coming in our lives. Just like. Just like. Tara, what was his name? Bobby, Right?
Bob.
Wow. So a little win for me. I had two sales guys quit like, three days ago, and I was like, like, out of, like, I. I kind of knew one was. Was kind of gonna flake a little bit. I. I kind of like, I was like, if anybody's going, he's definitely going. And this other guy, Marcus, I did not expect him to quit. He got, like, three deals his first day. His first day he got three sales, and his second day, he got one sale, but he, like, stepped on the machine or something, like, ripped a hose out and like, broke on him mid clean, and he, like, freaked out and quit. I was like, what? But I Wasn't at first I was like, oh, crap. But then I was like, like, if he's quitting, like, that easy, like, I don't want him on the team. Like, if he has that low of like, like, like, like, if he's like breaking that easy, it's like not, not interested. So my mindset is like, okay, like, well, new people have to come in now. Like, I'm in. I'm in. Recruit mindset. Exactly. Resilience. So I start, like, recruit eyes open. Because when you drop 80%, what do you look for?
Right?
And I started talking around and this guy reached out on our social media. Long story short, guys, listen this very carefully. If you're going to listen to anything, listen this next thing. His name's Lucas. He owned a window cleaning company for almost about two years. He's a 5050 partner with his brother. He lives in Iowa. And as of yesterday night, he's starting to drive 22 hours from Iowa all the way to Florida just to be a sales guys for me. Sales guy for me because of one thing. He sees the vision. He feels the energy, he feels the momentum. And I mean, he's bringing his own tank. Like, you know, the tanks I have. Like, he's bringing his own equipment. Like, he has a window. He's bringing his own van, Like, a beautiful van that we're getting a bunch of content in these. We're gonna bring all the sales guy guys in it. He's bringing segues for the sales team, two to three segues that he's bringing for the sales team. He is a lot better than me at sales and window clean. Like, he's knocked on like 60 houses. He showed me his stats. He's like, he's like a street, like a neighborhood, and he's closed, like 35 of them. Like, like. And the thing he loves, the things he's missing is, is he doesn't know how to build culture. Why is he doing this? He doesn't know how to build culture. He doesn't know how to build that. That like a group that simply. And he's kind of done working by himself. So he saw the vision. I was paying. The group that I was building. It was, man, I'm in. So what I'm seeing is now I'm getting a bunch of messages from other guys who have window cleaning companies or have window cleaning experience, and I'm literally creating the adventures. The adventures of window cleaning is insane. Like, I can show you the messages. Like, one guy's like, yeah, man, I sold 13,000 last month, can I come work for you? Another guy was like, yeah, man, I do. 500 on sales in a bad day, 3,000 on a good day. Can I come down? I'm like, so if we. Like, like, like, it's crazy. Like, dude, you guys want to FaceTime Lucas right now? He's literally driving. He's like, oh, I'm so pumped. It's wild. But I think that is because of the energy that we're radiating. And I think. I love how Joshua, you said. Joshua. How you said, like, like, every single bad thing, right? And I think Christian, you emphasized on it is like. Is like, man, that's guiding in the right direction. It's so important to remember. And sometimes our human brains are like. And we like to think, you know, negatively of it, but it's like, rejection is direction. It's so beautiful how God works and how when shooting for big things, people feel it. So let's keep that energy, baby. Come on. Come on.
He's collecting his own Avengers, I'm telling you. Yes. Hey, Gabe, look, here's the crazy part. You wouldn't have got connected to all these people if you didn't get committed to your goal.
That's exactly what I said in the video, talking to myself. Exactly. Like, none of that would have happened.
None of it would have happened. If you, like, and you're not even at the level as some of these people are, but yet they want to join you. That's where leadership is the number one differentiating factor, okay? Where some people who have more results want to follow you, it has less to do it. That's where leadership will separate you more than ever. And so I love what's happening. Like, I agree with me. I want that Avengers picture, okay? And I want you to, like, point them out. Like, this guy did 3,000 in Iowa, and this guy did 5,000 in Colorado, and this guy, you know? And they're all on one thing, you know? And so you're going to get to your goal a lot faster, and I think it's going to be a lot bigger, you know? And so. Because if you have these kind of guys coming to sell for you and you build a culture and you bring everyone together, here's the thing I'm going to tell you, okay? Hear me, all right? Don't. Don't say stop to God. Just say more. Don't say stop. Just say more. More, God. More God. More, God. And you might feel like, oh, my gosh, these guys are better salespeople than me. These guys are better. That's the point? Oh, my gosh. These guys are way higher than why are they wanting to follow me? Or why are they want. You know. Well, guess what? That's the point. So just say more. More God. More God. More God. More God. More God. Yes. Okay. Because all of that is going to force you to become a better leader. Last thing, I'll share on this and then we'll get to someone else in the marketplace. You know, supply and demand. The supply determines the demand. If you got high supply, then you have low demand. If you have low supply, you have high demand. Okay? But in psychology, the opposite is true. The demand determines the supply. So if you have a high demand on something, your supply is now going to increase. If you have a low demand on something, then supply is going to drop. So for you, okay, for you, adding more people that are higher levels is going to create a greater demand on you for your leadership supply to increase. So keep saying yes for all these high level people to continue to come, because that them showing up is going to create a greater demand on you to step up more and more and more and more. Because it's one thing to lead a group of guys who never sold is another thing to lead the Avengers. The. The pool, the window cleaning Avengers. Okay, The Window Avengers. All right, there's another level. So the demand creates the supply in psychology. So for you, all right, just keep saying yes and let it create more demand in you that it forces you to step up even more. Okay. Isn't that amazing? I love it.
Gabe, you are literally the epitome of what you were just talking about before you started sharing your win. Like, I am sure that every single person on this call would agree with me. Like, when it comes to energy being contagious, you are like the epitome of what you're talking about right now. And it's like, did you see this picture? Put Gabe's face on the Avengers. That is amazing. That is amazing. But anyway, Gabe, I just wanted to really encourage you because you are literally that example of the fact that what you're putting out is actually what is contagious. And we all can take something from you in regards to that being contagious. So I just wanted to encourage you with that.
Amen. Amen. All right, who else? Who else? Okay. Okay.
Sweet. First of all, congratulations to everyone. Everyone's smashing it. Massive. Massive. Congrats. It's so great to hear. I'll share something vulnerable. It's funny because. Because I'm sharing now a testimonial from Faith and from God. I'm more nervous sharing this than when I've spoken on stages in front of three and a half thousand people. It's crazy because I was so used to like the testimonial and some of the webinars I've been on, I've presented to a thousand people and then pitched, you know, like. But I was like shaking as I was about to do it. So appreciate everyone going first and just sharing their faith driven goals and their faith driven, you know, achievements. I think because it's, for me, it's actually surreal to share what's going on every single week. It just compounds even more. Basically the biggest win for us is that I've been in prayer every single day for so much time. I've actually been working less. Yesterday we spent about three and a half hours in prayer and vision with my two directors and our sales agency actually had one of its biggest days. And we didn't speak about business once. We just sat in prayer and my partner got home and we just sat in vision and end result of like what we're going for, the impossible goal. And my partner got home and I've sort of like muted myself, said hi to my partner and she walks in and I've like, put the guys on speaker. I'm Babe, listen to this. And they're just basically speaking to one another about God. You know, it's funny, I grew up in Catholicism, but this is different. God wants us to have all the fruits of the world, etc. Etc. They're just like coaching one another. And Greg, one of my directors is partial. Like he is sort of like he's religious, but then Brody's very spiritual. So he's now educating Brody. So we've got this little game that Brody's got to see three truths from God or three miracles and then he'll believe. I think he's got two so far, but he won't reveal the third. So basically he's just starting to experience this at a rapid rate. He's like, what's going on? So I prayed for Brody yesterday and then at the same time he got the exact information he needed and he's like, what were you doing at 11:30, man? Something just come to me that I wasn't able to figure out. So that was like a win. But the major win for myself was what's been coming for me from God is that in the previous businesses in which we've created, it was very much about myself, about how I could make the money for myself and I guess my own kingdom. But the big thing that's been happening for me is how I can contribute to God's kingdom. And I've been working with one of my, you know, pastors here in Gold Coast, Cameron and I met him on Saturday and spoke to him after, you know, after church. And I just said, it's like I understand what my purpose is. It's now to help business builders. It's how to show people how to build business inside of God's kingdom so they can all achieve their vision alongside that of ours. And he said straight away, he's like, James, I felt that the moment I met you. What happened for myself this week was that as you guys know, we run a sales agency. Basically we're now calling that the side Hustle, which will be a nine figure sales agency. Side Hustle we're now calling our finance company the main focus. Based upon the current data in which we have, which is only a small test group, we should be on track to starting to underwrite $5 million per. Per deals per day. $5 million per deals per day. What I realized in this epiphany from God and when he just gave me the information was that basically what we've created over the last five, six years with 12,000 students, a slight change in our business model from digital marketing to basically generate leads to create a pay per lead model with the finance company in which we have, we will buy the leads off of all of the digital marketing school students. We already have over 150 people that want to be affiliates to our finance company that genuinely want to run ads and traffic every single day that they want to then get paid for, which we will pay for them on consignment, which basically gives us an advantage where we can potentially monopolize the entire finance space here in Australia and then we're going to come to the us. Basic point is that what I got from God was that I'm so busy always like thinking about how I can grow linearly. And then God said now identify the who's and give your what in the how to them. Give them the what and the how, show them your why and then all glory be to God, 100% guys like it's just think of it this way, an average finance company will have broker say like potential intervention team one marketing. We're now hiring 50 SDR team members in the next three months. So what they are is basically Intervention Team. In the Philippines we have a hundred plus marketers which realistically we could get to a thousand in probably three to six months as well. And they'll all be running traffic. And we have unlimited amounts of brokers. We're going into insurance, we're going to mortgages, we're going into anything that basically needs, like that lead to intervention, to sale. The projected goal. Christian, you'll like this one. It's actually rose a little bit. 3.6 billion in the next 12 months. We want to be underwriting in finance deals. So, yeah, it's changed a lot. So I thank you guys for everything that you guys told me.
Hold on. Continue, continue. Sorry.
Just thank you. Thank you for raising my floor. What also happened as well was the previous finance company in which I worked with, which I built an eight figure business alongside, I let them go on Friday. They support a lot of new age personal and spiritual development. And I. I said to them our vision of what we're doing. The lady's reaction was, I'm not the broker for you. I can't. I can't base what I'm doing off a maybe. And straight away, that was confirmation that she doesn't. I don't feel comfortable to share that it's based on God and therefore it's no longer aligned. I can't be 85% here on my vision and purpose for God and 15% here working with the previous company. So I said, that's okay. Completely understandable. There were four deals in the pipeline that were taking three weeks with our new finance company, which I was stressed about. Three of them got approved yesterday. I was like, God. God has literally just confirmed. James, you're all in. Let's go. So, yeah, it's pretty. Pretty intense at the moment, but it's not. It's also really relaxed, which is good.
Yeah, it's. It's God. That's what we was gonna say. I mean, I almost read out this room just now when you're talking about, man, like, the Lord moved and you spent what, three and a half hours in prayer?
Yeah, we just. We just sat there and I said to the guys, I'm like, I just want you guys. If they go, what. What do we need to do today? And I said, one thing I would love for you all to do is just pray. And then Brody goes, I don't know how to pray. And I said, there's no right or wrong way when it comes to prayer. It's a connection and speaking with God. And then Greg just says, just listen. And so they all just spent time just listening. So I've been doing your visualization technique that you that you mentioned, I think, week or two ago, where you actually just go into your vision of the future. And I actually went past the money and I went towards, like, 2030 Time magazine, where my goal is to eradicate cancer by donating over 100 million doll always been my vision. And then my partner, she has a goal to eradicate aids because it's something that's really close to her. And so I've seen, like, you know, this vision of like, 2030 Time magazine, humanitarians of the Year, James Wellington and Bernardette Wellington, my wife at that stage, and basically, yeah, like, we're literally Humanitarians of the Year led to the eradication of cancer and aids. I've never been that far into the future vision, but it was so clear, like, to the point of cutting a ribbon at the Amala foundation, cutting a ribbon at the Chapman foundation, like, it was so clear. And God's just like, this is what I command of you. This is the path in which I have for you. And almost laughing, she's like, you know how to make money. Like, I'm already entertained. It's funny. Like, you think that you're only worth seven or eight. I need you to go bigger. So just pushing, pushing, pushing.
Hey, man, anybody want to share anything? Because I don't know about you, but I.
The kingdom and his righteousness. And all these things will be added to you. Yeah, all these things. And so even in that small act of, like, praying, what you did was you sought the kingdom first. You sought his face first. And because you did that, all those things were added unto you. And this is just the beginning. It's just the beginning for you.
So I wanted to share. It's so funny how. Because you told me to connect with Emily Ford Christian, so I. I actually didn't say this. Owen sent it to me yesterday. I'll share this. This is Owens, by the way, if you see the replay. Owen, full credit to you for this one. So Emily shared this yesterday after I'd called Owen. It was about an hour later, and I'm literally, like, talking to my team. And she said, break agreement with anything or anyone not aligned with where God is taking you. Not everyone will be happy with your choices, except that you can't. Please, man and God, don't return to familiar comforts. Don't go backward because of fear, insecurity, or intimidation. Upset the status quo, overturn some tables, color outside the lines, shake things up. So our entire new business model, like, and, guys, so we're in. Like, we're in that we are in the biz op space. Digital marketing School I used to cry in the beginning when students wouldn't win because I felt like I let them and their family down. And this new business model basically has made it so simple that all someone needs to learn is one skill of marketing to then be able to run ads towards a finance company which we do the sales. So basically the success rate will go to close to 100% if they fulfill what they need to do. They get to copy all our marketing, all our campaigns. And so the vision I see is like thousands of thousands of people directly impacted where their lives are going to change and elevate because they can start to live out financial abundance. And so it's just, yeah, for me, everything I ask God for, please help me to help everyone I know achieve. Please help me to help everybody. You know, it's just really just solidified through God, you know, so, yeah, all power. All power. All glory be to God, guys. 100. I think I said this last week. God, God knows you don't. I just keep saying that to my team. God knows we do not know, especially.
When you're chasing the impossible because it is beyond your comprehension, it is beyond your understanding. If God only operates in the realm of the known, for you, then you have become God. If God only operates in your realm of known and he can never violate your understanding, you have become God.
And I think that's where a lot of, I guess in my past trials and tribulations were contributed towards that. Because the personal development world, which I think a lot of us have probably seen or heard or been in spiritual world, it gives that you are the powerful creator and therefore you need to first overcome the problems in which you face in order to create the future in which you want.
It's human, humanistic in and of itself. Yep.
Versus all. All I've been doing is just saying, God, I give you grace. God, I surrender myself entirely to your path and planning which you have for me. Please give me the information. And I wake up at, you know, 3am the other morning and all of a sudden I've worked entirely out how we can 100% liquidate this business with no up, with no operational costs. Because my previous business got to about 5, 400 to 500,000amonth in in costs became super heavy. Whereas now it's 100% liquidated, it's only scale. And God just literally came to me and I woke up and I've said to my partner, I'm like, sorry, I've got to Go into the living room. She's like, you've just got some information. I'm like, yeah. And I've ran to the living room. I'm, like, writing down, like a madman. I'm messaging my team in Slack. I figured out 100 profit liquidation. Let's go.
All right.
So, James, how long have you been saved? Pardon? How long have you been saved? Like, really, like, being serious about the Lord?
I'd say I dabbled. I did my. I dipped my feet in the bath when Yaya and Owen when I was in States, but I wasn't fully there because I was still working in that personal spiritual. I'd give it two months. I'd say two months.
All right, guys, so really quick. I want to say it on purpose, okay? That's why this is a good thing, guys. Two months. I don't care. Like, some of us here, I've been safe for a while, okay? I want his story to violate your understanding. Like, literally allow his story to violate your understanding. I mean, literally, God is having me be like, oh, I've spent three hours afraid tomorrow, I don't care. Phobi. You heard it here. Okay, we'll block it out. Three hours of prayer. We're not doing no writing. We're not doing no calls. I'm doing three hours of prayer tomorrow because I don't care.
My gosh.
Guys. Been serious for two months. All right. Thank you for your obedience. James, thank you for your obedience to the Lord. Thank you for following him obediently and giving him your all. Thank you. Thank you, guys. How much has this challenged you and inspired you and made you like. Thank you.
So one thing I'll say, guys, standard.
For the group as well. Thank you.
One thing I'll say for everyone is that I was in sales for five years, and it's funny you got me to share this now, Christian, because I actually said to my team yesterday, so my two directors, on our last call before we wrapped it up, I said, this is the testimonial that will change the world. I said, christian. And with faith. Like, with Christian faith, what I've noticed is everyone shares their testimonial. I'm ready to say to the world, you know, I spent less time being busy doing the things in which I thought I had to do, what I had to do, how to do it, and spent more time in the why, connecting to my who, which is God, knowing that he has the answers. Like, who? Who else do you need? You don't need a met. Like, guys, I was in the Personal, spiritual development, space, selling, mentorship, all that sort of stuff. And the biggest thing is that all you have to do is devote your life, your time, talents and treasures and gifts to the man above God, the one true king above all else. Literally devote to him and watch what happens. I was saying to my team, I'm like, they all want a supercar and this and that. I'm like, we're going to have that in the next few months. And then God's going to laugh and go, that's a cute creation. Is that all you've got for me? I'm proud of you guys. You got the McLaren. Congratulations. And we were debating, it's, you know, if, when, then, then. And it's like, no, it's just all part of it. It's just all part of it. We're still going for the bigger vision, bigger goal, and then getting back to that feeling of being outside myself and outside of oneself. That's where I believe, you know, God has just been like, if you are ready, the keys to the kingdom are here. I want you to step into that and help others to step into that kingdom as well. So something. You don't have to be busy, guys. This is from a reformed workaholic. 16 hours a day is what I did in order to actually build my business date figures. 16 hours per day. And I do less now and spend more time in solitude and with God and literally make more than I could ever imagine. And the other thing as well that God also said to me, and I want to encourage you guys, is have patience. Have patience. Because we always think that by working more, we can accelerate the timeline to get there faster. But have patience, as this is literally straight from God. Yesterday Christian, everyone thought that, you know, when Noah built the ark, he was crazy because there hadn't been floods for years. Everyone's like, what are you doing? You're building the ark. But he knew there was never been a flood.
Actually, it was never one.
Never a flood. So when the time would come, he said, sometimes you've done enough. So this is what God said to me yesterday. He's like, james, you have done enough. I need you to be patient. So I prayed with my team, we spoke about vision, and then I went and played golf. Like, I'm not going to lie. I went and played golf yesterday. Just let my system take care of itself. And then for anyone that's probably thinking, like, if you're a solopreneur, that seems counterintuitive, but I need to do more, because it's Like, I've got a team. I understand that. So come back a step for coaching. Sometimes the things in which you think you need to do, being busy every single second of the day, if you actually take that reflection and time to just be with God and be in his presence and just relax, you'll actually identify that a lot of the 80% of the things in which you're doing don't need to be done. You could have just focused on the 20%. Does that help everyone else? It's like, it's okay if you don't have a team. Yeah. Sweet.
I just want to say two things, if I can, for a moment. One, thank you for your humility. Like, you, you exude that. And so, you know, I don't know, just the power of God, meaning he loves a humble heart. And you're displaying that by your stories, your presence now, and just the way that you even convey how you approach God in this time. So thank you for your humble heart, first of all. And then secondly, I heard, and I completely agree, God is our ultimate who. And I actually had a mentor speak into my life recently that said, you know, do you realize how important you are to God, though? And that, that, like, we can both be, like, humble and have humility and also recognize how important we are to God. And that's another level up. And. And I just, in hearing you describe what you're doing and monetizing, I think that's amazing. But I think to take a pause on would be your leadership of having prayer in that group. And that individual said, I don't know how to pray. Like, what was his name or her name? So, like, do you, like, pause on that for a minute? Like, you were the who that facilitated Brody to learn how to pray. And who knows what that ripple and trajectory looks like? Like, that is a seed that God will increase. But you are that who to God because without you and your leadership, that God. God did not interject that with Brody, you did. And you are a who to God as much as he is who monetizing and creating abundance. And just know that, like, that is powerful. And I hope that, that, that kingdom impact, because you're, you're. I hear a lot of you are depositing earthly wealth and humanitarianism, but at the same time, you're actually storing up treasures in heaven and things like that Brody interaction that you're doing. I mean, think about that, right? You've already conquered and gamified, like you said in your words, what's going on here? It's those Moments that I guess I wanted to just kind of call extra attention to that. That's. That's life changing. And so know that you are facilitating that on behalf of God. And it's is well noted and respected.
I appreciate that, Mia. And it's again, I probably didn't share that. Next part is that I don't want to work in my business in the next three years. I just want to go into ministry and start to speak the word of God. That's actually become my truth. So definitely I'm going to pick your brains on that. Christian. I need to learn a lot more and where to.
Yeah, you and I can have a cover. Yes, absolutely.
Because that's where I think, Chantelle, you know, of Youth Alive, that's one thing I've been speaking with Cameron about a lot of is like, I want to just get this business as a tool and be able to remove myself from the business and have it just run so I can actually go into ministry and start to educate the youth. That's my next step. Like I really so long business was just everything, you know, business was just my whole focus and now it's just not it. Which is good.
Amen. Amen. Thank you, James. Thank you, Mia. Hey, man. Guys, I'm fired up. I don't know about y', all, but I'm like ready to go.
James, Youth Alive ain't ready for you yet.
Yeah, I need to learn. I need to learn to slow down.
Guys, let me give you context of Youth Alive, so.
And then after that, you share your wins.
Yes, I will. Youth Alive is so big in Australia and has been around for the longest time. I gave my heart to God at a Youth Alive event. I was 15 and that was a very long time ago. But Youth Alive is where it's at. They have always held a very special place in my heart. So, James, I'm just so proud of you. So, so proud of you. It has been a week for me. Very. I don't know, guys. I'm just really feeling the Holy Spirit right now. I don't know about you. I don't know if you guys are feeling it as well, but man, he's up to some things in this group, like crazy things in this group. And there's such a grace that I feel that he is bestowing upon every single one of us to continue doing what it is that we're doing to achieve the impossible with him. And it's because we've committed to co laboring with him that he is giving us this grace. To continue the race that he's marked out before us. So I am so pumped for what he is doing and just seeing God escalate and accelerate everything that he's doing in all of your life. Speaking of elevating and accelerating what he's doing, I have just finished putting the skeletons on chapter six of my book this week and seven and eight are pretty much done. Which means that I am on track to finish my book three months ahead of time. And when I tell you that scared the mess out of me, like literally scared the mess out of me when I was like, God, I don't want to write a book. And here I am and it's like essentially nearly done. And the really cool thing is that the pre launch team is currently underway. They have began reading my book and I've already received some feedback. Really, really positive feedback. It's the only feedback I'm reading until I have finished writing completely. But yeah, I, I just wanted to share that as a win. The pre launch is underway. Reading the book. I had an incredible meeting with my book cover illustrator this past week as well. Coming up with some ideas there and then also I had a great meeting with Alex from the other week as well. And he really gave me a very clear focus on marketing verse content and where my head should be at and where my focus should be at there. So there is a lot happening and I'm telling you, there is a grace going on right now.
So. Amen. Oh, you forgot to share about what we're doing for the launch in the new year instead.
Yes.
Which is important.
Born to Rule has taken on a very different path. We're always like, let's do this, let's do that, let's do that, let's do this, this, this, this. And God just kind of just said, hey, how about we keep the main thing, the main thing, how about we keep it super simple and let's not like cause any brand confusion or anything like that. And so rather than doing this event and that event and then the book launch, we have decided that scrap all of that. And what we're going to do is we're going to focus on the book launch. And when I say the book launch, I'm talking about Christian's book and my book at the same time. So mid January, what we're going to be doing is we're going to be doing a two day summit. It's going to be four hours each day and we are going to be having different people come and share. Different people share testimonials about how the two books have impacted them. And we're basically going to be doing that as the book launch and then that will actually lead into an eight week coaching cohort following that. And then from there we are going to be doing things, but we're not going to be doing things until later on in the year. And so we're really, really wanting to focus on getting these two incredible books out and really allowing the space for God to just breathe on them. So it's especially because we're only focusing on that. Like when, when I say we're focusing on it, we're keeping our eyes focused on what the goal actually is.
Yeah. And our goal for Born to Rule would be to impact a hundred thousand people in a year. Like direct impact, not like 100,000 followers or 100,000 subscribers. It's 100,000 people. So if we can get. You can do that really well with one launch. You know, especially two books in the hands of a hundred thousand people, that's an opportunity instead of trying to launch multiple different things. Doesn't make any sense. We said, you know what, we need to remove nearly everything that we think we need to have in order to hit the goal. And what if it was solely just the goal?
Right?
A hundred thousand people. We do one incredible launch and that book is well written enough to. To share via word of mouth. Then all of a sudden, you know, we could literally hit that goal in the first four months of the year just by doing one. Well, time to launch. And so everyone now that we're doing a partnership with will also be a speaker because it'll be a summit. We're not doing a five day challenge. So now one is also going to promote with us. We also can have them speak with us. So most likely Owen, with his list, he'll also be a speaker at the summit as well as well, we haven't talked to him yet, but Owen, you're going to see this recording. And OWN will be here next week. He actually told me, but. But yeah. Thank you, babe. Guys, three months early. She's literally. This book has flown by for her and she said, I could never write a book. When we first set this goal, she cried because of how nervous she was. And now she's about to finish three months early. Amen. Amen. Amen. All right, anyone else for wins? Okay.
And then I got wins.
Hi, Michael.
First of all, this call is fire.
This is not. I'm glad it's recording.
I don't care.
I'm about to re watch it later fired up. Anyways, wow.
Okay. Because this is just rolling. This is just rolling, everybody. This is incredible. All the testimonials, like now that we're, we're really in it, watching everything that God's doing with everybody going after the impossible, I'm like, mind blown. I think it's also because I missed last week. This is crazy. But, but my wins for this last week. Okay, so like I got married. We got sick like a week later and I thought when we got sick, like, oh no, like this is going to be real bad for basically I was rushing to get another lender on our home because Chase fell through last second. I think I told you guys that a couple weeks ago. And in that moment I was like, oh, this is it, this is it. Like we're either going to, like, we have one day to come up with another lender. We're either going to do it or not. But, but, but I knew we're going to do it basically because God said he was going to do it already. So I was like, okay, it's happening. So we did it. And then when we were sick though, I thought I would have to work so much because there were so many pending things that needed to give it to get turned in. But I relaxed and recovered while I was sick and God checked all the boxes for me. Every single box that the lender had in place that needs to be be done like quickly in order to be approved and cleared to close. God just checked every single box. And then what I was telling Christian last week was we also had a whole deal go on with the insurance where, I mean, Florida insurance right now, it's nuts. It basically would have been like 12 or 15 grand regularly.
Like what?
This house should be insured out with the crazy insurance rates right now. But my insurance guy is a wizard. And we worked the system and we got it to like 4.8 grand a year. It was like a crazy difference. And I was like, thank you God. And then we locked in the interest rate and the rates were dropping. The Treasury 10 year treasury was dropping and we locked it in, we got it under 6%. And I was like, thank you Lord. So like we were just like hitting it everything. So it's crazy. And now like everything is lined up. God took care of all of it. And we. I sent my last wire today, cash to close and tomorrow I signed the documents. We're closing tomorrow. So this whole thing, God did it and it's happening and it's like, it's unreal, but it's real, but it's unreal. But it's real. It's crazy. So that's like number one biggest win. I can't wait to go in, sign the docs actually found our home, so that's huge. And then also God's been preparing me for what's after that. And I mean we're going after like a billion in assets under management, right? That's my impossible goal. So I know we gotta shoot a lot bigger than just the house. Like the house was like thank you Lord. But it's like it's, we gotta shoot a lot bigger. So I want to. And he's been giving me all these ideas to systematize my business that's already bringing in cash so that I don't have to work in it. So he was like, oh go. Literally just go on Fiverr and start cold messaging people who can take care of other message other parts of my business, like on the fulfillment end. And I already got on the call with two people who are super key to doing back end parts of my business that can just be strategic partners. And so I can, I'm starting to puzzle these pieces together where I can still have this business cash flow as my active income, but I won't have to be as involved in it. And I can really focus on the bigger deals we want to do in real estate and raising capital there. So super excited for that. And Then also like 10 days ago, my wife and I baptized our first couple together. It was kind of cool. It was my first, my first baptizing of someone ever. And I was saved like less than a couple years ago really. So it was really cool. Whole experience like we had their family was all there. And then at the end of it, my friends who we baptized proposed to her, who we also baptized. So it was like this whole thing, it was super beautiful and very powerful experience too for Alyssa and I because it was like we literally just got married a week ago and now we're baptized another couple. And we just felt like that was, that was a really powerful event for us in our marriage. So it was funny. Like a guy got. There's. One of the parents there asked us at the end like, oh, like this, you guys are. This is like really cool. Thank you for doing this. Like, where's your ministry? Where's. Where's your, where's your ministry? I was like, okay. Like, okay, cool. That's a good sign. So it was. Yeah, it's really powerful. Really powerful. So those are my wins.
Amen. And you also Forgot to mention that in the process of you going after this house, you've had to do a lot of unconventional things and you ended up finding some of your team for the future.
Yeah, yeah, because I. Because I. Through having to get really creative, I found people who are willing to play the game in real estate who aren't. Who aren't afraid of just playing the game and getting it done. And so now I have a team established that I can go to now for future deals.
So just by going after this one thing, it's opened up doors for him to find the right kind of people to go after bigger things moving forward. And so that's why Zechariah 4:10 do not despise the day of small beginnings.
Yes.
Those small beginnings. You never know the people that you're in the cave with, like David, who will become your mighty men later on. The same people who are in debt, in distress later on become your mighty men. I love it, I love it, I love it. Powerful stuff, guys. This is a fired up call. All right. I'm fired up, guys. Like, I ended up getting a message now too. I mean, the amount, but I ended up getting a message for myself actually, while I was on this call. Voice message of someone wanting to have me speak to a company in Miami. So we're getting invites. Look at that. This group is already blessed. All right. I'm just getting invites as we speak, so I pray that that happens to you. Okay. Literally, like they left the voice message. It was like you could see the. The voice message, you know, written out. So God is good. I'll tell you. We've been working hard behind the scenes to up level the group in terms of the experience as well for the community. So obviously stuff for the Impossible Tribe immersion, if you can't attend physically attend virtually, guys, we're going to do immersion. Like it's going to be powerful, life changing. This has already just been a powerful call as well. There are some specific things the Lord has already put on my heart to bring to the table for the Impossible Tribe. Some kingdom principles. And so I love it. Yes, we should do that. Okay. I like that. Second thing. Okay. On a regular basis. All right. For the Impossible Tribe, one thing I've realized, all right, we've been sharing a lot of wins in WhatsApp and that's been amazing. And there's a better community platform that we can access and use to share wins to do that, but also have access, easier access to all the recordings, all the courses, anything we want to create and I want to show you guys what we've been working a little bit behind the scenes. And so and we and Phobia will put. Okay, yes, that online jobs ph is where Phobia and I connected. But we want to share with you guys that we have. We're gonna migrate everybody to a platform called School. Okay? It is the most, simplest, best, literally, I've done Kajabi communities, I've done Mighty networks. I've done so many other things. Okay? And School is the most intuitive community platform. Easiest thing for you to access forever. And when I tell you, like, you could have easily our impossible tribe, you can click on it. We already have that. We can add support calls. Awesome. You can have the community. This is the wall that you obviously post. Just like what? It's in our WhatsApp, you know, it's easy classroom. Guys, if you ever feel like you need to watch some videos, guess what? First steps you can go back to watching this video or this video or this video or this video. But then we also have our recordings in the back office. So if you want to just do it instead of having to search through everything on the WhatsApp to find. Okay, I need to click on the Dropbox link and go to that. Guess what? We now have access to everything behind closed doors. So now we can go and access that whenever you want. All right? But also, guys, I've created a video library as well in the back office that I'll continue to add. All right? So, for example, I've got some videos for my channel because for some reason I can't be found. But guess what? Some of this stuff is pretty good. Okay, I'm just a little biased. Okay. All right. Michael's watched all of them. He texted me, actually. So, Michael, do you want to just give me some social proof here?
Oh, yeah, they're fantastic. Every single one. Fire.
So peak performance stuff. So if you're ever feeling like, okay, I'm chasing the impossible and I need some something to pick me up, awesome here. But also, I put a bunch of theory constraints from Dr. Alan Bernard of stuff to help you really dive deep into some of his best videos. So you don't have to search and go through all this YouTube stuff and find the 18 different videos. No, no, we're aggregating and curating everything on the best stuff in one place. And you literally get to access it on School. You just click. When you get in, you're going to get an invite, like Phobia. You're going to put it in the chat okay. All right. Yes.
Okay.
Put in the chat. You can click on it. You send us an invite, we'll approve you. All right? And you can easily click on this. Go to it. Awesome. But guess what? Let's say you want to rewatch what happened today, guys. Today was fire. Okay? So guess what? You just click under September, and we're gonna add the ninth, and we're gonna add the recording on there. So there's an app as well, and you can do it from the app. But here's also one thing you'll notice on here, guys, okay? We're also going to put our immersion stuff in here in the video library, the back office. So any other big events we have, we'll put it there. Okay? But if you notice Impossible Tribe courses, guys, I have not. Like, when I tell you, since we've been chasing the impossible, I'm like, man, I want to add value to this group. And so I'm going to start to create courses, Kingdom Principle courses on chasing the impossible. And they're going to be extra added in the back office into the Impossible Tribe courses. We don't have anything, as you can see here. We don't have anything yet that. But I've already been creating some things on the back end where I've been mapping things out of, like, man, I'm going to create some courses for us to do that. And I'd also love. And I just thought about this idea right now. If you guys ever want to contribute any potential, like, courses where you. You want to create to help us accomplish the impossible. But I'm going to create all new content that I've not done. I have over, I think, 90 courses or so. But this new content that I've never had before, okay? And I'm gonna be putting stuff in there so we can accomplish the impossible and it'll accelerate our timelines. All right? And so we're migrating everything here. It's going to be so much easier. All right? You're going to post your wins on here. It's going to be awesome. Super easy. But you'll have everything in the back office. And then if we need any calendar invites or any moments or situations, we're going to also put stuff in the calendar here. We're still going to send you Google invites and stuff. But the great thing is, too, you can also send each other private DMS through here, too, okay? So the school, it's the most simplest thing ever, and it allows us to not bunch WhatsApp so hard. So look super easy on an App School. So I'm on the community. Then I click classroom and then I can click on any of these. And then let's say I want to do Chasing the Impossible Myron golden. Then I press play. And then you can also look at all the other things on the back office. So we wanted to aggregate it all into one place rather than oh, you got to discover the Dropbox. And what was that one recording we did or what was that? Especially for new people who want to catch up, make it super simple. Hey, they can binge all our previous recordings. Okay. Yeah, yeah. S.K. yeah, yeah. It'll be like this one right here. S and K the white with the. Yeah. So school S K O O L. And you could also click on the link as well that phobia had put in. So it allows people who are behind to binge watch. They can also binge watch all the videos because literally and are onboarding I have are impossible. Start here are impossible videos as the number one. Like they literally need to watch about being on the impossible. Okay, so I wanted to get us off WhatsApp not because WhatsApp is bad, but because it's just a better way. And if there's a better way, we're going to say yes. Just like praying for three hours is a better way. Oh, I'm doing that. Oh, I'm going in on that. Did that guys, did James inspire you to pray more? Be honest, like really did. It really did inspired me to pray more. So. So anyways wanted to make that announcement. We worked really hard to migrate everything over and set some other things up. I found other videos of things I've watched. So if you ever hear me about theory constraints, you want to go deep on it. There's a whole playlist of five like 30 to minute to one hour videos on theory of constraints. So you can go even deeper on that so you don't have to search through YouTube. So guys, any questions, any thoughts on that?
I was just going to say if any sort of stuff that we do, if any curriculum I'm happy to add like sales training, get some marketing stuff as well and it's going to help everybody. We've got our own school stuff but I can just film live like literally sales training. We've got a system called the neural unlock method which is like my background in nlp, Tony Robbins, Madonnas and human psychology. So that's how we sell. So I can add all that in there as well. Christian, for anyone that's like in B2B or B2C sales I can definitely help with communication there.
That'd be good. Super generous. Super generous. Not for sure generous. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. I love it. I love it. So, guys, long term vision. I really see the impossible tribe during like masteries like People of Mastery and certain subjects and topic fields. That doesn't matter what people's impossible goals because they're learning from masters. It's going to shorten their timeline as well. You get around the right hoop and so this is a group that's going to be powerful for that. So. But I wanted to share that I know we're eight. We're about to be eight minutes before we go. But like, I don't know, guys. I've been filled up just by the testimonials today. Add some stuff prepped. But I was like, there are moments where you have to follow the move of God. Where is he moving? Can you allow him to interrupt your schedule? And I've already gotten so much from what everyone has shared so far. Does that. Did I hold. Did anybody not share or anybody wants to share? Is there anything else?
Can you hear me, Christian?
Yep. Go for it.
Hey, everyone. So crazy day in terms of unfocused for me, which is pretty unusual. I will just say focus is generally.
Not an issue for me.
And today's just been wondered where I've kind of been all over the map and getting on this group. How the heck do you follow James?
How do you follow Chantel?
I mean, this pretty amazing stuff, but I just wanted to get on. I had some technology issues. Beginning of the call, I went from laptop to iPad. Now I'm on a phone and I just wanted to get on and say just express gratitude. Gratitude to everybody on the call and encouragement. Things have been a little bit slow in terms of closing a couple things over the last couple weeks. So not a ton to share, but Christian's privy to some things that are in the works that are pretty significant. And I'm excited for when that time comes to be able to share some more information, hopefully over the next few weeks. But man, I just wanted to express gratitude to all of you and like I said, encouragement. Christian and I do some work together on spiritual mentoring as well and we had an amazing conversation earlier. And Christian, I think the blessings conversation that. That we had is just in full mode when you talk about Holy Spirit's involvement and blessings of Abraham and just on all of us because. Because of the Holy Spirit that's involved in the group and just amazing, amazing. And it's all Gratitude on my part right now. Thank you for your all, for your focus as well. Just well done. And glory to the most high Father for what he's doing in all of your lives. That was it.
Amen. Amen. Amen. We receive that. We receive that. We receive that. Guys. You guys challenge me so much, and I love it. It's such a blessing to be around you guys. Like, every single one of you. And every single one of you have something unique to offer. It's never the size of the impossible goal, but the quality of the spirit that you carry towards it. And each of you bring something different to this group. So don't ever compare, because we. We don't even have the same race, so we're not on the same race. Okay. Never, ever compare. Go ahead.
Can I share one thing?
Yeah.
So just after this call, it brought me back to this picture of below the waterline, above the water line. And this is if you would. It's a leadership talk that I walk new staff through. And this is how you expand your net worth as a leader. Your worth as a human is. Is invaluable. You can't put a number on it, right? But how do you expand your net worth as a leader, as a business person, as an individual? And if you were to look at a sailboat, the heaviest part of the sailboat is at the bottom. It's on what they call the keel. The keel keeps it from toppling over, and it keeps it grounded, if you would, or above the water. That's representative of your character, spiritual depth, your heart. That's all the heart matters. Above the waterline, what you have are the skills you need in order to navigate the waters, the sails. You have all the things that you need, your. Your ropes and everything that you need to survive. And if you have only skills above the waterline, you'll get a lot done. You'll be successful. You'll do everything to succeed, and you probably will. You may burn some bridges because you don't have character. You may jump over the backs of other people because you had to succeed. That was the main objective. But then if you only have character, with no skills, you don't get anything done. In fact, you're just a good person that doesn't necessarily have the ability to make things happen for others. And so the below the waterline represents your character. And in this group, what I'm seeing just with James's totally radically different life and perspective over the last two months, some intimate relationships that I know on the call, things I see in each and every single one of you is the net worth of your capabilities, your leadership, your business acumen, etc. As a person and as a leader, your net worth is growing, our net worth is growing in those matters. And so I just see it, I just see us navigating water together and those two things are beginning to expand.
So. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
I'll add to what Terry said as well. Christian. So I think the biggest shift for me and maybe everyone like you may have your own interpretation, but it's we're only playing for an audience of one. It's something Steve said to me when I met him in Adelaide. I'm no longer playing for the approval of anybody else but my father. And that solitude and that, I guess, love knowing that everything I do is making my father proud has been the biggest thing. An audience of one. You know, like, you take all the pressure off of yourself of how you have to show up in the world, how you have to be, you know, and then one thing I say to my team is it's no more competition or comparison, it's only completion. We want, we look to uplift one another and complete one another because everybody is doing the best of the tools, times, talents and treasures and resources to have available. And everybody is seeking their vision and purpose and path in life through God. So who are we to judge somebody else? Who are we to step on somebody else? You know, and there doesn't need to be a win, lose when it comes to business. Everybody can win. And it's about identifying that and having that conversation and, you know, how can you complete your, your fellow human being? And that's been the biggest shift is like just stepping into that. Someone asked, what was your turning point? Was there a distinct moment of encounter for the sellout moment to God for you? It was, it was definitely with. It started with Yaya and Owen, but then it really solidified with Steve. So I, I lost my mum in 2006 due to breast cancer. And so basically, like the prodigal son, I turned my back on God. I decided that, you know, I, I knew best and if God could take my mum, who am I? But then with Steve, he prayed over me and he basically said, the reason as to why I took your mom is because she was suffering in her physical body, blood and flesh. And I wanted to take her back to the kingdom so she could live out the rest of eternity as the true essence of herself with no longer having to suffer. And for 14 years, well, 18 years, sorry, I Held onto that blame and anger towards God and in that moment released everything that it was the most beautiful thing he could have done for my mum in that moment because he couldn't save her physical body and wanted her to stop suffering. So I basically gave my life to God and apologized and just said, you know, I'm done with blaming you, I'm done with being angry because everything before was trying to prove to the world that I was enough. You know, I used to say things like, I'm going to be the first person to, you know, put respect on the Wellington name. I'm going to honor my mum, I'm going to do this was all self centric, you know, I wanted this moment where the heavens would open up. Look at James, he's done this, he's a multi millionaire. He's done all that versus giving glory to God. So the biggest thing, guys is like, I think for myself it's like, look, just to complete everybody around you, you know, if you go into a business relationship and look how you can win or how can I get the best deal or how can I do this? And like, you know, yeah, smashed it. I remember I was in sales for seven years, guys, to completely come from that giving energy. I think someone asked before, how do you communicate with like the gatekeepers or the seven, eight, nine figure big business owners? The biggest thing I've learned and especially in these last two months is value first and not just a false value with something in return. Just look for transformation, not transaction and just have that conversation to really just be like, I'm here to help you transform. I want to complete what you do. I want to give to you. And this literally the when God, the way I see it, Christian, and you'd be able to explain it better than me. It's like God just tends to like navigate those people towards you, knowing that they need you and you need them and that by combining the two of you it's having more power and just trusting that this person is the right person. Listening to God's explanation, that's the right person to work with. That's been the big change for me.
Amen. Amen. Amen and amen. Amen. I love it guys, powerful stuff. Thank you so much James for sharing your story generously. And also guys, every single one of us wins. I mean, I mean like literally I'm like, this is a fired up call. I'm like, man, let's keep chasing the impossible. A few things the Lord has really worked on me this week too. I've Got a few more wins I can put in the chat, but one, you can cut more than you think you can. You can cut more than you think you can pull out the root. The thing. Pull out the root that you think you cannot pull out. Cut out the thing you think you cannot cut out. There's a lot more things that are below your floor that you're allowing in your life. That was one thing the Lord told me. And I've made some cuts. It was like, God, I cut a lot already, you know? And it's like, no, pull out the root you think you cannot pull out. Cut out the thing you think you cannot cut out. That's the thing you feel like you need to cut. And remember, the.
The.
The. The beliefs, the assumptions, the. The things that are the most dangerous are the ones you never challenge, okay? The beliefs and the assumptions that are the most dangerous are the ones you never challenge or inspect, okay? As soon as you challenge or inspect it, you're like, man, I can't believe. I believe that for that to be true in order for me to. To get there. The second thing is never drop your goal to focus so much on the process. What do I mean by that? Something Chantal and I were talking about was, big goal where I'm at. Delusional goal. Okay? But then I started putting so much attention on the path to get there that I almost made that my only path to get there, that I made my path to goal rather than keeping the goal. The goal. So I'll give you an example for Chantal and for me. I'll give you a personal example for me. Billionaire net worth. Yes, it's delusional. I agree. Billionaire net worth, three years. But guess what? God's gonna do it. Hey, like, 99.99%. I'm not doing it. He's doing that. But I started focusing on the pathways to get there, okay? If I get Greatness Institute to 100 million in three years. Okay, that's awesome. And then I started focusing on that and making almost that the goal. I started making the pathway the goal because of how much I was focusing on it. And you know what I realized is that my focus towards the billionaire was starting to drop a little bit. It's because I overemphasized the process or the pathway over the outcome versus I'm flexible wherever God is leading me towards that, even to a point that I realized, Christian, because I had a fever for four days, guys. And diarrhea. Okay? Still had a little bit of that earlier today. So I Was like super sick. It's my once a year kind of sickness, okay? But it allowed me to think while I was burning up and in the bed. You know, I was trying to sweat this thing out, but it allowed me to slow me down to think. And I thank God for it because I realized that one of my original three goals that I was considering before setting my billionaire goal was to get the Greatness Institute to $100 million in revenue. But God didn't have me choose that. He had me chose the billionaire goal. So I realized when I was focusing on the billionaire, and I was like, you know what? One of the pathways to get there is to do 100 million ad software on it. So it gets 10x return. I mean, a 10x multiple, 10 of 12x multiple, especially if it's enterprise software. And I started making that my complete focus to a point that I realized, oh, my gosh, Christian, this was one of the four goals you were considering, but you didn't choose that. So stop making this the goal. Get this back to this being the goal. Stop focusing on the pathway as much and start focusing on the outcome. Because then you find more flexible approaches to that outcome versus being rigid. That the only way I can get here is this one way. And that's where you get psychologically rigid instead of psychologically flexible. And so God wants to move you. He wants to move you around. And it doesn't mean I'm not going to take this to 100 million, but I'm not making this my soul thing on my balance sheet. I've got a lot of big things. Like, literally, I've had an invite that happened during our call, during some of your testimonies. I literally got an invite. Now I'm going to potentially go to Miami and doing a speaking thing with some medical device, people that could turn into something else. Okay? So it's like, okay, Lord, like, I restarted my focus on the. The. The outcome. Don't confuse the outcome with the process. Stay on the outcome. Keep your focus on the goal. And so those are some things that, man, I was like, man, I need to share some. Some of this with. With you guys, because I know I helped Chantel. I was like, your goal isn't. Your goal isn't getting the book done. That's not the goal. The goal is to impact 500,000 women in three years. And your book is a process to get there. Okay? So your goal isn't to get the book done. That's part of the process to get there. So that's a Checkpoint. Not your 100%. Like, oh, once I hit it, I'm there. Yes, I'm super happy. No, no, no. That's part of of it. That's a checkpoint. It's not the goal. The goal is 500, 000 women in three years. So don't make the checkpoint the goal. Don't make the pathway the goal. Don't make the process the goal. No, keep the goal the goal. Keep the outcome the goal, and let that determine everything after that. Because I'm like, if you make this the goal, then all you're gonna do is write one book and be happy. But what if you need to write five books to impact 500, 000 women, but you're so rigid on just getting one book done and I'm done. No. So if you make this your focus, then you're saying, okay, if I've got to do five of these, then I'll do it. That's fine. Because this is the focus. The goal isn't to get the book done. The goal is to impact 500, 000 women. So I share that with you guys. To not make the process or the pathway the goal. Keep the goal the goal and make that the focus and compare everything to that. So that way, if you have to change your process or change your pathway becomes a lot easier to do that. Does that make sense? Does that make sense? Hopefully. It does feel like I was speaking fast. Sometimes when I speak fast, my brain works faster than my mouth, and. And people sometimes get confused. And so it's like, man, it's because my brain is just moving. So anyways, any questions you guys have, any thoughts you guys want to share? Anything you guys want to go off mute and say before we end, Gabe's with his Avengers soon. Soon. Hey, we're gonna have your Avengers on these call in the background. Like, they're gonna listen in too.
Okay, I think the. What you were saying then, and this is what I've been leaning into, is like the fluidity of the goal. Like, the rigid is the linear but linear growth. You have to remain rigid, and you're going to do more of what it is that you're currently doing. Thinking. Doing more will equal more. But it's like having that fluidity.
Like, because if you don't have the fluidity, you wouldn't have changed.
Yeah, well, just for an example, basically the finance company Null and Voids. My greatest skill set, which is sales and sales team. We aren't selling. We're actually going and flying already. Qualified buyers that Just need finance. I don't need a sales team. So what I got from God was that, James, your identity isn't attached to you being the best salesperson. Your identity isn't sales. Your identity is business growth. And not even that. Your identity is a provider for the kingdom. You're here to serve it for the kingdom. So that change, if I just kept like this, I would have only got to nine figures and I would have had to work and hustle and work hard, hard, hard, hard, hard. And literally the linear approach was just more. I do more sales people, more businesses, more this. X, Y, Z will equal bigger goal. So I think what you said then, Christian, it's like staying so key to the process of, like, staying so key on the focus of the goal. Keep the goal, the goal and just allow things to come up. I know someone mentioned, like, going down rabbit holes. I love that. Like, you know, if you see like a tether and you're like, this is like pull on that string, you know, have a look at what you're doing. And a slight change can completely change the trajectory of your life and business. That's for sure. So I think exactly what you said, like, keep the goal, the goal. The rigidness will just keep creating linear results.
Absolutely. Amen. One last thing. I'll give you guys theology really quick. The Bible says that God's purposes cannot be thwarted and never says God's plans. Plans and purposes are two different things. The purpose is the end. The plan is how I'm going to get to that purpose. So God's per. God's purposes never change. God's plans change all the time. God's plan A was not for sin to come. Okay, That's. That wasn't God's planning. Okay? The scriptures are very clear. His purposes cannot be thwarted. You can look it up. I think it's in Isaiah or something. But it says his purposes cannot be thwarted. But his plans change all the time. That's why. That's why God can turn all things for the good of those who love him. That means something. God didn't even want to happen to you. Something bad or something, whatever is going to turn for your good anyway. And so guess what? Plans. God is fluid with plans. God is rigid on purposes. So God is rigid on the end. He is fluid on the way to get there. And so let's have the mindset of God this week that let's be rigid on our goal, but fluid on the path.
