And I'm gonna let everybody.
Okay. Go for it. Yep, Go for it. All right, we're. Let's let him in. Admit. Oh, click. Admit all phobia. Okay.
I just did.
No power on earth.
No power in hell.
Oh, squad.
If I go blind in my hand. Five minutes.
Listen. Will have no place. We give a few more minutes. Dave, can you lower the music just a tad bit? Thank you. All right, let's text. All right. All right. So there'll be some people that will be joining later. Some people have texted me personally. Some people have put some things in the chat as well. But I am excited. So Craig is there. I know you can't really jump on. You are probably driving. Everybody has their AI note takers. I love it. We've got multiple AI note takers on here as well. What a great, great group. All right, so, guys, impossible Tribe. How's everybody doing? How's everybody been going with going after the impossible? Chasing the impossible? So this past week was a week of no's as well, which is really about saying, okay, God, like, Lord, what you have given me is important enough not to just say yes to a lot of things, but to say no, to say no. And so you want to say no firmly so you can say yes faithfully. And oftentimes, giving a no is harder than to give a yes, but giving a no gives you space to say yes. So I'd love to hear, guys, what's been. What's it been like? I've seen some people put in some things in our chat throughout the week. What are some wins that has happened for you? What are some moments where you've had to exercise that No, I would love to hear some momentum as well.
Well.
I'll go first.
Go for it.
A win for me. I. I think I shared one. Like, getting the client of that was kind of big for me because I was always like, I. Like I shared before, like, battling confidence with confidence, actually believing if I can produce results for people. But I'll just take what I apply. Working with Alex so far and just said, like a quick prayer before I got on the phone call and was able to close the deal. And it felt really good. I was sweating throughout the thing, but I stayed strong and closing, and that was great for me. And the biggest win for me was I finished reading who not how. And this is probably this is the first time I've ever, like, finished reading a book since, like, I've been required to in grade school. And it was amazing. I'm so excited and so this week I have another book called Kingdom man by Tony Evans. It's somewhere over here.
Oh, right here.
So this is my goal to finish this by the end of the week. So, yeah, this is me, like, running after my goals. One of the things I said I had to say no to was social media. So setting like, for me, like, impossible goals, like reading a full book in a week forced me to be like, well, I don't even have time to spend on social media. I got to make sure I get this done in five to seven days. So that's one of the things I'm saying no to. And I'm replacing social media time with reading. So I'm excited about that.
I love it. I love it. Reading a book a week. So I'll speak into that super quick. Mia's heard this as well. She's heard this before. But one thing I learned, guys, when I was writing books, because I've wrote three books in four years, is that oftentimes, you know, the process that an author goes through is two years of an author's life in average, okay, so if you read a book, you're getting two years of wisdom in that timeline for which you read a book. Okay, so if I read a book a week, I'm. I'm getting two years on average of wisdom. And so if you read a book a month, you know, 12 books in a year, you are able to be 24 years wiser in a year, especially if you apply what you read. And so if you start reading a book a week and you actually apply what you're reading as well, that's the place where it can get to wisdom gets to exponential growth in your life as well. And I would say some people listen to podcasts and, and some people listen to YouTube videos, but statistically, books are the most information dense materials you can pull from because oftentimes for authors to actually produce these books, it's usually crystallizing years of wisdom and doing it in a way that you can remember. So, like, Audi, like, like podcasts are okay. YouTube, what videos are okay. But nothing will ever, ever replace books because it's literally them creating all their wisdom and crystallizing it in a way that they're giving you their, your most power packed stuff. And so, but that's awesome. A book a week. Come on.
Can I share your first client?
Yeah, go ahead. Go for it.
There's one last thing. So after I finish the Kingdom Man, Jason said I should read another book. So this is going to be the book I read if you can see it, it's your book. So this is the third, so it should be coming here by 10pm tonight. So this is going to be the third book. So I'm excited.
I love it. I love it. Come on, King. Yes. Yes. But already, even with what, you know, Josh said, it was like, literally. Do you go by Joshua? Joshua.
Oh, it doesn't matter to me.
What do you want to be called?
We could. You could call me Josh.
Okay. If that's what you want.
Awesome.
Yeah, that works.
The worst part. No, I was all right. I'm not even gonna go into a sidebar. I went, I was literally on a Entrepreneurs called. This girl had like three different names. I said, what do you want to be called? She's like, I don't know. Whatever you want to call me. I was like, so if I call you idiot, you'd be okay with that? And she was like, I mean, whatever. I said, no, we're going to reclaim your name. That's one of the first things we're going to do on this call. Okay, we're going to reclaim your name because the name is the most foundational thing for, for, for any individual organization entity. The name, anyways. But I love what Josh said. Hey, if I'm going to do this, I literally can't have time to spend on social media. But also, some of the things that are optimizing in our life literally don't need to exist. Like, for example, this big goal that I, that I set, I realized I couldn't Optim. Optimize my YouTube channel, even though in one month, my YouTube channel went from 14 subscribers to 10,600 in a month. I went from 14 to 10,600 in a Month. But I realized because of my goal, even though I was growing a lot, it wasn't good enough. I had to cut it out. So I loved Josh. You're already doing that. Awesome. What else? Who else?
I'll go, what am I saying no to? I'm saying no to comfort and consumption. Consumption. For me, it's, it's interesting that Josh is reading those. Wants to read a book a week. I wrote this down as I, I said I feel like I'm not one more podcast away from unlocking my impossible goal. You know, I, I, it's not like I'm just waiting for that next thing around the cliff. Only I had one more it for me. It's just I have to execute. I've heard a million YouTube videos, I've heard a million podcasts. I've Read dozens of books. Everyone's heard the term probably a wantrepreneur before. I mean, I'm, I'm doing the things, but like not at the level that I want to be at. And the difference between here and there is just doing it at this point, it's just doing the work. And so for me, it's actually consuming less podcast and consuming less how to books or, you know, books that are geared towards business even. And if I'm going to read something, it's just going to be purely education, like purely 100% educational or purely fictional, like a classic of some sort that I haven't read before. And then no social media, I, I get lost in, in social media and it doesn't help me at all. It doesn't help my brand at all. Believe it or not, old people aren't really into the whole social media thing and so it really doesn't benefit me at all. And then comfort. I attempted, me, my wife attempted 50k on Saturday. I say attempted because we did not finish it. It went poorly. We, we did not make the, the cut, the time cut at the second aid station. So 18 miles in, we got, we got driven off of the track and. But we attempted something new. So we're not runners. We, we lift more than we run. But we attempted something new and it went, it went horribly, but we definitely got pushed out of our comfort zone. So there's that. It's a loss, but a win.
I love it. I love it. And what are some wins too, even for a business? I know we had a chat. Was there any, like, you know, implementations that happened from that as well?
Wins I put in the chat. You know, we're, we're, we're going to go with Josh's marketing referral. So we're going to use Alex. He's using a funnel that I have been interested in using this type of funnel system. So being able to find a guy who does it was super helpful. So shout out to Josh on that. Really appreciate that. And then other than that, other things are falling into place. You know, my, my digital marketing guy, we're getting to like the final steps of like a wireframe for our, our website and whatnot. And so we're getting closer to.
Being.
Able to execute on our first goal.
Huge. Huge. So you're in a season of execution, not even consumption as well. Oh, Mia, Mia asked a great question. Can you share some highlights from your marketing conversation that made you like, decide to align.
Highlights from the marketing? Oh, sure.
Yeah. I don't Know, Mia, I don't know.
If you're familiar with, you know, funnel type of marketing. I've always been aware of it.
Right.
I've always been interested in it. Seen plenty of podcasts and YouTubes on it. But understanding how that would work for me in my specific industry, I could never quite understand what it looked like for me. So for him to be able to speak and oh, this is exactly what it would look like. It was just like, oh, duh. Obviously that's exactly how it would go. And so specifically what we're going to do is we're going to have ads that are going to funnel people towards a free webinar, educational webinar for long term care. And so we'll be able to speak into what next steps look like, you know, for the geriatric population. And then if they're interested in continuing the conversation with us, they can schedule a meeting afterwards with us. But just to give the, the general webinar about what, what long term care really looks like. I never even thought that that would be the thing. So it was interesting to hear. Oh yeah, it would, it would go exactly like this. And like, of course it would go exactly like that. So that specifically is, is just the thing for me that, that made it kind of unlock. That makes sense.
So great. That's so great. Who? Not how. Guys, you're always one who away. Always one who away. Always one who away.
I'll go.
Go for it, baby.
Right, well, I'm going to start with my wins. So yesterday we had an offering taken at church to go towards. We just got a new building, Forever home, they calling it. So we took, they took up a big offering for it on top of the, the normal tithes and offering. Anyway, so yesterday was a big deal because Christian and I were actually able to give the largest amount that we have ever been able to give. And so that was like so monumental for us.
That was crazy. I was a little scared.
Like, we are now in that place and this is, this is, this is the start. Like, this is the beginning. Like we haven't even got to our impossible goal yet. And it's like already we're seeing momentum in the sense that like we were able to give the largest amount of money to our church for the renovation of it because we're in this position. And so it was just a moment we were able to really thank God for. And in our minds and our hearts, like it did something. And so that was a really big win for us. It was a really big win. Another One is that I completed planning chapter four. Guys, these chapters are just coming together and it's just so, so exciting. Also for my event, I had reached out to three different hotel people and or submitted three different forms online. And I was like, oh Lord, this is going to be interesting to see how this goes. But I actually had all three people that reached out to me. They responded like within 24 hours. And I will tell you, two of the three that responded are actually multi site here in Greenville. And so they own multiple sites here for options for a venue for my events. So now I'm going through the process of, you know, getting all of the information that I need. So that was super exciting. And then the last one, I was able to reset and restart my workouts today. So that that's going to help my energy and my mood a lot. So Christian's cheering for that one. And then the things I'm saying no to, the biggest one is feeling like I have to do everything alone to the point that I allow myself to just get so overwhelmed by it. That's the biggest thing for me that I'm saying no to. The second one is mindless scrolling on social media. So if I go onto social media, it has to have a purpose. I have to be either posting something or responding to someone, but it has to have a purpose. I can't be on there for hours just scrolling away. Plus mentally and emotionally. For me, it's not great for me to be on there anyway. It's filling my head with a bunch of junk. And anyway. And then the third thing that I'm saying no to that is the biggest is entertaining any thoughts about a specific person who has been in our life in the past. And I'm still connected to quite a few people on social media and in person that still have things to do with her. And so I just got to a point this past week where I just had to say no more is this, this, this doesn't fit in my future anymore. And so am I going to entertain any thoughts about this person or anybody else connected to her? That's it.
Huge, powerful. I know that last one is a big deal as well, because if you're leading women and the way God has called you to, you also have to be free as well. And so that's a big deal. Big deal. But yes, you planned that chapter out. Guys, some of the chapters she's writing, I'm a little biased, but it's actually objectively good. Okay. Like objectively it's good. So it's Amazing.
So, oh, I have to share one more thing, one more thing about that. So me and Chat GPT have become like best BFFs. And you know what's hilarious is I gave it its identity and I said, you are the best best selling author that there is. Now this is the context. These are my notes. Write me a chapter with 3,500 words about this topic. Yo that like, okay, I'm going to write the book. Don't worry guys, I will be the one that is writing it. But let me tell you, I then had to correct ChatGPT and say please write it in non fiction. But I was like, whoa, this is incredible. Anyway, I just had to throw that in there because it was, it was very funny.
It was actually really well written. I will say on the fiction side, but people could tell if it was chatgpt or not. Who else, who else wins? I know we have more.
I've got a few. First of all, huge win. Love the, the WhatsApp. I love the chat group hearing everybody else's wins throughout the week. Huge uplift. I made the comment about momentum. It really is something that carries over. So keep it up everyone because it's uplifting what you guys are putting out there. So thank you all very much for that. Wins on one of the things I'm working on over the weekend, I got back the first round of drawings. Just the sketches on the product I'm working on. There's a few things that need to get tweaked but sent back a couple revisions today. So we're getting closer on that. Think we've got a name picked out for the company and share it. I don't know, Christian, should we share it? Okay, so I'm, I'm into hunting quite a bit in particular and I've got a modular design plan and so it's very custom to what size the individual is and what they're looking for. And so the name that narrowed in on is Bespoke Hunting Systems. So I don't know if how many people are familiar with what bespoke is, but it's customized. If you talk about a bespoke suit means it's custom tailored to an individual. And there's a second lesser kind of known part of it which is that it speaks to something. So if you say the material bespoke, the quality means it speaks to the quality of the product. So it speaks to its own character. So Bespoke Hunting Systems. And then after pondering it a little bit, I also put down very rough Sketch what the org chart would look like for that organization and a thought to share with people on that that I heard on Unfiltered Hope and Ron's podcast. An org chart is a system. Okay. It's a process that you're putting in place. When you start assigning names into it, it becomes a structure. So never too early to start an org chart. What you're working on is a process and a system for your business. So have an end in mind. And that's my. My wins in progress on that front.
Huge. And what. What have you said no to or maybe some of your hardest no's.
Oh, Fear, I guess I just keep coming back to that. Is working on leaning in heavier and going with momentum and knowing that there.
Are who's out there.
Some books just hit harder than others and more. Josh, what you said about who not how tremendously convicting book for me as somebody who did it a lot himself or relied on himself. So saying no to relying too much internally and fear of not moving forward, I guess it would be hero moving forward.
Yep. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Bespoke hunting systems, Huge. I was already giving. We were already talking about some taglines as well, so that was great. I can't wait for the final designs to come through and you'll be able to show share it with us as well. Even if we don't. We aren't into hunting. That's okay. We can celebrate passion and. And enthusiasm. Right.
Next step is the storyboard for presenting to the WHO that I plan to partner with. He doesn't know it yet, but he's already on the hook. So when the storyboard's done, we'll go through it anybody who wants.
And then as that gets closed out, you know, Jason, then you can share with them on the story of who that who is connected to as well. That could possibly. Yeah, when we get there, it would be awesome. Awesome, awesome. Who else?
Yeah, I got.
I got wins here and I still.
Got my idea because I saw her reach for it.
Oh, sweet.
Sounds good. Yeah, I still got my under the floor card here which is like scrolling. It's like social media snoozing the alarm and chasing after low ticket clients. So that's still. That's still under the floor. And with. With wins, we had a really big breakthrough this week because we got the pre approval for the house that we were looking for. So we got that on Friday. I immediately sent three offers out. One of them fell through on Saturday and two of them are pending response hopefully tonight or tomorrow. So that's what I'm talking about right there. That was the biggest win. Then we. We also. I got. So in the securities realm, I. I actually got to meet with someone who's one of the top day traders. He re. He's a tape reader, if you guys know what that means. Or he just like reads the receipts of every single order that comes in, like live. And he trades based off that. And he's one of the top guys that do it. Like, he's like. He made a trade that was like two minutes long. Only like between Monday. It was like Monday or Tuesday. And he made like half a million off that trade. Literally, like was like one or two minutes. It's crazy. And he met with me and he was like, he was like, yeah, like, we can talk about this stuff and here's kind of how it works. And it was just cool because I know that terminology, right, With. With high level traders is the same terminology for securities with understanding. Oh, what's, you know, what's all this? It's all the same stuff. So it's like, it was a great conversation that I got to have meeting with him. And that was a. That was a win this week.
I know that house is gonna happen. It's gonna happen fast.
Yeah.
Jesus name. Absolutely. Amen, Mia. Go for it.
I was just gonna clarify too, before I get into my updates, but did you happen to get creative with your financing? I know that it sounds like you may have got you some pre approval. So it sounds like you might have.
Yep.
Had a new pathway. So would love to hear, like, oh.
Yes, you need to share that, Michael. You need to share, like, especially even that person you're originally with. And then you like. Yeah, share that.
Yeah, so I'll share that really quick. So I actually, it's. It's funny. I came full circle. Like, I came back to the original way that I intended to fund the house. Which was funny because. Yeah, like, so. Because what I went through, which was a distraction, was bank statement loans, basically off the business. But my business is too young and my fiance's business, it doesn't do enough for us to get the highest approval. But all. All these banks they fund based on. They love W2 income, right. We know that they love W2 income. So if you. I just have an offer letter that's a massive offer letter from a friend and I can finance.
It's easy.
It's easy.
So I wanted to do it from.
The beginning, but I started talking to the mortgage broker and they never mentioned it. And Then I just got fed up with it. And then I said, what if I do this? And he's like, oh yeah, you could do that. I'm like, why didn't you ever mention that? But anyway, so I got an offer letter.
So the offer letter was the only thing that was basically in your way. It was like a complete.
It's literally like all you need.
Yeah, well.
Well, yeah, it's interesting because yeah, I would if that would have been broken down too. It's funny because there was a methodology we could have talked about too on that. So it's interesting. Like I'm only saying that because I know we're going to get into like some of the bottlenecks that we find. But I think the more prescriptive we can get about like what our challenge is can be that next 2 millimeter leadership. So like that's. That's interesting that that was the key and like that could have exploded a lot of different options too. So I just like hearing like how it was over. So I appreciate that. Yeah. But yeah, I'll jump into some of my updates. I would say it's been a very interesting week. I met with Christian and he kind of blew up my world to be expected in. In the best of. In the best of ways. Of course from a challenging perspective. Made me way more uncomfortable than I've been in a while. But again that that's okay. And change pathways. So I know I'd shared three month and two year target with what we're looking at for impossible. But the challenge that he really posed was the clarity of three years. How do I actually enact that and what strategic shifts would be made by capitalizing on that. So my focus actually ironically was already going down a path for my three month impossible goal and had some things in motion and rapidly flipped it on its head to say truly what does it take to hit your. Your three year. Like what. What would the three year look like now? And so while I thought I was bite sizing changed radically what my target and focus was. So I would say the big win is clarity on what that is. And I guess the rapidness within that has shifted my who's pretty quickly. So the clarity is huge. And I know that's one of the Christian's signature moves there, but I just didn't have. I thought it was clear with the three month and it really turned out to be a three year. And so working with end in mind and the systems and structures that even Jason was talking about really instituting. I have a A I would say system outline of what would that team potentially look like. And I've been pretty opposed to I intentionally have created my real estate investment firm to actually be a solopreneur endeavor with joint venture and contractor basis. Because there are things that were like my previous nos which are people in a large extent and I wanted. I just didn't have the best experience either with whether the contractors, employees, whatever you. Whatever you will partners where what does it actually look like to have class A of all of that and then with the right vehicle and so real estate being true to that has just shifted to where what does it look like from new floors within that. So it potentially is looking at rolling over my current you know 4 million dollar portfolio holdings into something that a new floor could be say 2450 or 100, 150 unit complexes. But reverse engineering everything. It's really set some clarity on what is the fund, the cap rate, the people that I'm talking to. And I've had an interesting conversation earlier today with someone on a project that that shift in conversation they're actually already tapped into a lot of what I'm already looking to do. And that is a first hand reference. And then secondly was now that I've defined what I'm looking at doing and all this complete glory to Holy Spirit in this is that I really feel like you said the pathway and that was kind of the knock quote earlier where there is a guide to how to get there very quickly like Holy Spirit goes to work for you on your behalf. And it is incredible because there was a contact early on in like 2016 that I started working with with with real estate. And he now has over $50 million of assets under management and has a local fund within the Greenville market that he and I did deals early in our in our tenure of real estate that looking to strategically initiate a coffee chat with him. And he's literally doing what my three year intention would be of diversified asset classes but a very large capital fund that would hit that annual revenue target that we spoke about. But everything got shifted by actually taking that three year fast forwarding it to literally day one now and what does that look like any racing and essentially the three month because it'll get absorbed into that timeline of that. So that was. That was pretty radical shift.
Amen. And what did you have to say no to?
I so I was working a lot on this last week actually probably the biggest no has been negative thinking which sounds probably crazy especially when I admit that because I feel like I've done a lot of work. Work on that for myself, and I felt like I was pretty aware, and I think there were still blind spots of just some very subliminal narratives in my head about myself, whether it's about motivation, about good enough, about a lot of different aspects of it. You know, from waking up in the morning to, you know, getting inspired to go straight to the gym, it's like, no, that was the new me. Would love to go to the gym. So I'm now going to, you know, whatever that looks like. But, you know, things that are as common to say, hey, I'm tired, or this is too much, or just. Just this negative spin on circumstantial things. I. I guess just a heightened awareness when I really thought that I. I had a good grasp on that. And then I realized when I started writing down some of my thoughts, I got to say no to that, and that is a huge limiter. And then I would say the other thing I know would be no to a lot of family, which is funny because it actually is so that I can say yes to family. And that's been a huge deal for me. And so, like, no. Looks like, you know, I've been pretty. A pretty central figure in my family. But consolidating that time and if that's once a week and that's my time with them rather than multiple interactions, just coveting that. And it's because I actually want to be my best self when I do interact with them, and especially after I'm on the other end of a lot of what I'm pursuing right now. So it sounds kind of weird for me because that. That's been actually the top value of mine, but that's kind of what it looks like now, and it's a big deal.
Wow. Powerful, powerful, powerful. Resetting of the timeline. One of the things that was huge, Mia, what you said was actually discovering clarity on the three year was more. You know, was actually more stronger than the three months, you know, and whatever you have clarity on, the goal is going to determine the system, the process, the focus, everything. And so was a powerful time. You got to tell them how funny, like, your reaction was in our midst of our time. A little bit.
My reaction? Oh, I mean, I always brace myself, and I'm transparent with Christian. I'm like, yeah, I'm excited to be. And also, I brace myself because I know it's combustible, and I. I am very. I value steadfastness, so I'm not great. I'm. I'm adept at change. But I also like there's something huge within consistency and, and focus and targets and so that really spins me out and I tell him like I recover quickly, I need a minute. Like I really need a mix. It's like it take 0 to 60. But I, I appreciate the challenge and I am always, I hope with it. I invite this for everyone, love feedback and love to grow. So like anytime you see an opportunity to challenge me, please do so. Like it's welcomed and invited and again I might need a minute but I, I love that and I thrive on it. So my reaction to him, I didn't sleep that night, I will say after I met with him because it really challenged actually an identity.
I didn't even know that until like yesterday. That was a mess.
I was up at 3am and started my next day because I was just restlessly contemplating some of what we talked about. So that was, that was different. But I really had a crossroad with identity. So when I talk about the four million dollar portfolio holdings, like that's like selling my baby, you know, like, like that's been a lot of work. But to actually let go of that potentially to take hold of literally 10x because what I outlined today was what does it look like from an 8 to $40 million capital raise, you know, depending on leverage to equivalize the, the annual target. So anyhow it's just interesting to literally let go of something to, to truly walk into the next. And I guess I would just challenge everybody in that. And that's, that's the most uncomfortable part. Just when I thought that I was having my identity solidified, I didn't realize what it was really being wrapped up into and also what it would take to evolve into the new. So I'd encourage everyone to look at that again and it can be very uncomfortable.
Powerful stuff. Powerful stuff. And even on the family bit, sometimes you have to say no just temporarily to family. So you can give them the best. Yes. You can possibly give them. Like for me like I have my family, I hang out maybe once a week or once every two weeks. But it's like as far as like immediate family because I work hard, because I want to retire my parents so I can give them the best. Yes.
Possible.
Which would be a blessing for them. So my dad doesn't have to force himself to work as much anymore. And so yeah, so it's a blessing. So you're doing the right thing, Mia. I love it. I love it. Who else? I think we have Gabe. Gabe. Share.
Yes. I was. I was in the car for a little, but now I'm here. I like to see everyone's faces when I talk. Let's go. Happy, happy Monday.
Happy Monday.
Already. I would say let's start with the wins. Some, like, I think a muscle I've been building a lot lately is the muscle of decision making. Is the muscle of decision making. And I've gone through a few times in my life where I had to make big decisions. And I've noticed that muscle is getting super strong. Guys, that was a big win for me, and it. And it ties directly to God. Like, I have this little spot. I want you guys to visualize this. I'm like, you guys know what an inlet is? Like an inlet going to the ocean. I'm like, sitting on these rocks of the inlet, like the sun setting, and it's like the most beautiful thing. But those. That. That light is just God. And I just know it. I know every step of my life, he's guiding me. Whether it's, you know, something, I'm like, why did this happen? But bottom line, just relying on God and listening to make decisions and getting in touch with that gut feeling, man, that muscle is built so much.
I'm super thankful for it.
So that was a big win for me, you know, building that muscle. Guys, my goal, right, the $500,000 in six months. It's a big goal, especially where I was at. So as you can imagine, I had to let go of a lot of things, right? The nose. I would say the biggest thing I let go before was the. The health and wellness sales opportunity I was working on for nine months before that, it was like, you could just say, nine months of my life down the drain, like.
Like.
But it wasn't right. It wasn't so kind of letting go of that. And I've been reading this super good, being able to cut out that 80% so you can look up and see the valuable things so your head's not buried in the 80. That doesn't make sense. So key. So that was the big thing I let go of now a big win for me. So is figuring out, how am I gonna make $500,000 in six months? I'm gonna say that again. How am I gonna make $500,000 in six months? So a big win for me is looking at my strengths. A big win for me was looking at my shrinks. What am I good at? What have I done in the past? So I know for me, I know I can build teams pretty fast, and I'm and I'm, I'm, I'm decent at sales, right? So I know how to build teams and I know sales. So this opportunity came across that was very simple that I loved and the numbers were good if I scaled really fast. And that was because of some who's I talked to. And that was because of some who's that I talked to. So it was in the niche of window cleaning. Window cleaning. We have a full time social media guy that I'm going to be documenting this, the, this, this kind of journey. And I loved how. Because I have to recruit heavy. I have to recruit heavy. And I love how window cleaning was so simple because it allowed and like people like, oh, I can do that. Oh I could, I can, I can do window cleaning. So I just know that'll drive a lot of traffic to our page and allow for recruitment a lot easier. So. And then. But the numbers had to make sense. I didn't get on the phone with this guy named Nick Gaines. That was my first conversation I had. He actually reached out through social media and he has a team of like four guys. And I, I gotta remember the number exactly. But him plus four guys like profited like 60 grand in 45 days. So I'm like, I looked at it and I was like, nick, why don't you have 20 guys? And I kid you not, he like rambled for like a minute and a half and I had a pause. I was like, nick, why don't you have 20 guys? It's like so. But the problem is, is I don't know anything about windows. I don't know anything about the fulfillment of that. I have no clue. So I knew based on what Christian said, I had to find a who. I had to find a who. So I remember like I met this guy. I, I love walking up to everyone and meeting people. I was at like this, this all you could eat sushi buffet like a year ago. And like look behind me and I get that gut feeling, you know, that gut God feeling a year ago to talk to this guy and I'm talking to him, he was in window cleaning. I had his phone number. So I had dinner with him or lunch with him the other day. He was 30 minutes late, red flag. I was, I don't know, but I was like, what, what can I bring value to this guy? What value can you bring to me? Because I, I don't need him to take a massive over out of me just so I can learn the fulfillment side of the business. That's only.
Did he Freeze. Okay. Hey, let's snapshot that. It's a great. I'm gonna keep it right here.
Real quick.
Perfect timing. All right. I just took a snapshot of it. That's great. Put that in the, in the group. Gabe, were you there? Okay, so Gabriel.
Oh, oh, I'm back.
There you go. You're back. Okay, so last time we heard was red flag, 30 minutes. He was late, massive override. And then I want you to, like, finalize the story in like 60 seconds.
Yeah, there it is. Okay, so 60 seconds, bottom line, that was a red flag. But the biggest thing, I was like, okay, like, how can you get me past, like, the month and a half? Like, like, period? Like, he's been in business for a year. I knew he understood the fulfillment a lot of the business and understood the side of the actual cleaners a lot. Something I didn't have experience about. So bottom line, into the conversation, he is a hundred percent down to have a direct partnership where I can bar, like, use his momentum of what he's built. Like, we'd have two separate companies still. What I would teach him is how to scale, like, how to actually recruit, because he's been in business for a year and he doesn't have that big of a team. So I'm like, bro, like, I'm going to teach you how to scale.
What.
I get out of it. I get a direct momentum. I already have a team to build off of. He takes no override off of me, and I. He has window cleaners already. I can probably leverage a little bit and learn the fulfillment instantly. So that was in that conversation. I don't know if I, I, I'm still kind of like, analyzing the situation, but that was a big win for me. Talking to the who's. Talking to the who's. To be able to achieve the impossible goal of the 500,0006 months.
Yep. And, and did you. I think we talked about it on the phone, but how many, how much of a team do you have to scale it to to hit to your 500, 000? Yep.
I have all the notes right here. I think I'll give it rough ball. Fifteen guys doing three deals a day. Fifteen guys doing three deals A day will get me about. So that's 45 deals in processing per day. That will get me with paying out everyone around like, $100,000 a month in profit, which is like 15 guys. I'm like, that's it.
So, yep, Yep, yep. And 15 guys make a good amount, right? How much?
Yeah, they'll all, they'll all be making, they'll be making six figures a year if they're doing three deals a day.
Yep. Yep. So that's awesome. That's awesome. I love it.
Huge.
Huge.
And then Craig, obviously, I know he can't talk, but he put, he already put it in the chat in our group. Him taking that step and saying, I'm not going to allow the perfection mindset to, to settle in. I'm going to trust God and I'm going all in the impossible. And so he set the date for his test. What a big deal. What a big deal. What a big deal. God is good. God is good. Okay guys, so really quick, awesome stuff I want to share, we obviously shared about our hard nose. I want to share something really quick. And then we're going to do an exercise together and, and then, I mean this week we're really about operating as our future self. Something that Mia mentioned a little bit was we talked about what goal because we set two goals. We set a 90 day goal, a three year goal. Some of us set a six month goal to the end of the year. You know, Gabe has an end of year one. What is the goal? That actually it has more clarity to it. So I'll give you an example. Chantel and I were actually having a conversation an hour ago about this and I told her, I said my 3 year goal has way more clarity than my 90 day goal. Like in my 3 year goal I could literally see how I'm living, how I'm operating, how I'm, you know, like just in general, how I communicate, how I carry myself, man, how how I fulfill the purpose that God has for me at that level, what that looks like, like literally in detail. And like me as an example, I'm an example. Some, like Gabe is an example. Whatever. The goal is most clear is the one we want you to focus on. We had you set two on purpose, but the purpose behind it is so you can move forward. And whichever one is most clear, that's the one you focus on. Okay. Because that's the you that you're most clear about. And we're going to operate from our future self today. The reason why I said future self is because you'll never be more fulfilled. You'll never be fulfilled by what you get. Like our goals are awesome and we hit it. Yes or no. That's amazing. But those goals actually represent who we are becoming in the process to reach that. Like who we become in the process to reach that. Like Gabe, for you it's like, it's not just okay building a team and scaling it. You also got to be a master numbers as well. More than you are right now. You've gotta literally be tracking people's KPIs every single day. Like who you have to become at the highest levels, greater than you are right now, which is amazing. And so I remember the first time we ever know flew business class international to Australia. It was 16 hours, so my wife's Australian, just in case you guys didn't know. All right. God had us meet on a Mrs. Trip in the Dominican Republic. And we knew where it was going. After three days. It went from hello to I do in nine months. Okay. So last April, we flew to Australia with Zion, our son, business class for the first time. And it was amazing. You know, I'm like, hey, if you're gonna travel more than seven hours, we have a rule. It's gonna at least be business class if we're traveling more than seven hours. I'm just saying. But I remember the first time we actually did it. Yeah. Chantel's also five months pregnant with Zara. But we were just excited because it was our first time ever. And I was like, babe, this is amazing. We've got our own, like, wall and everything. Got our like, little cabin and every. And we were just, you know, geeking out on it. And I said, you want to know why? What I'm most grateful about. She's like, what? I said, it's not flying business class. She was like, isn't this a great experience? I said, yes, it is. But what I'm most grateful about is who I became to earn this, who I became turn this. How much closer I had to become to the Lord. How much more clear I had to be on my future. How much more focused I had to be on where he was taking me, how much more courageous and those conversations I had to have. I was more grateful about that because flying business class was going to fade. We were gonna have to get off the plane at some point. But who I became stayed with me. And who God is creating you to be while chasing this future, this impossible goal. I want you guys to focus on the goal that is most clearest, because that's also the you that's most clear to you. Like if your three month goal is more clear than you, than a nine month or a three year goal, that's because you also see a portion of yourself more clearly as well. And so I want you to focus on that person. Because then when we sit with God, and we, you know, the Holy Spirit being our guide. Okay, Holy Spirit, how would my future self operate like this? How does the one that you, that's already accomplished that, that's already partnered with you, that's already moved forward on this, how would that operate? And what today what I want us to do is something some of I've spoken about last week, but it's a simple exercise. But I wanted to begin with us talking about resetting the timeline. Okay, Resetting the timeline. And so there's a reason why I want to reset the timeline. So let's look super quick and share my screen. Then we're gonna do a quick exercise. So give me a thumbs up if you guys can see that. Okay? Thumbs up. Okay, cool. All right, So we got our past, present and future. Okay. And so resetting the timeline. God has done this multiple times in the scriptures. Why is it powerful just on a psychological basis as well? Okay. Why does like God is the greatest psychologist in the world. Oftentimes God doesn't try to change people. He asks them questions. Why? Because sometimes I don't need it as, as a coach. I don't need to tell people things. I just need to ask them questions. And all of a sudden, just the question itself changes them. And so if you want to change how you feel in a moment, just ask yourself a better question in the moment. And your brain can't help but answer a question. And so one of the greatest things as far as psychology is what we do with time determines everything. What you do with time determines everything. What you do with time determines everything. Like, is today the last day of your relationship? Or today, is today the first day of your relationship? How you answer the question is how you're going to view the time. Are you going to treat today as if it's, you're in the best season of your life? Are you treating today much differently? And so for us, as we're chasing the impossible, one of the things that is most important is to reset the timeline. What do I mean by reset the timeline? I want you to imagine there's a line drawn from your past, your present and your future. I want you to imagine God just is wiping away and saying that is gone. Like you no longer can regard yourself. You know, the Bible says we're a new creation. But also too sometimes to change, you know, your current either circumstance or organization or career path or whatever, sometimes you have to look at the same thing with new eyes. It's not that the thing has changed, it's that you've Changed. And the way you get to a place where you have changed is oftentimes we have to get rid of what's back here. Because here's what a resetting of timeline does. There's a few things that it does. One, okay, at one, challenges all old assumptions. Okay? What did you believe had to be true for you to scale or to go to this level or whatever? Like, what did you believe to be true? All of a sudden, as soon as you remove this, then you're able to create new beliefs or new assumptions or new theories, because you're not taking anything from the past. Now I can actually try this new thing that no one in my industry even thought was possible. Like what Kenny's doing. He's doing something new. Like, imagine using funnels to grow. Like, he's willing to step into something new. But it's because, hey, like, if. If this is a new timeline, if today is day zero, okay, then that means, by definition, I don't have anything else to refer to. Imagine you're now starting in your current spot with your wisdom and experience. It's like a fresh start. But you're not starting at zero. You're starting with the wisdom and experience and all of that of what God has given you, okay? The second thing it does is that it removes psychological residue. I'm going to explain this, okay? Psychological residue, okay? It's a. It's a simple term I've not heard anywhere. I've just made it up just for me, because I'm like, this is the only way I can explain it. So, psychological residue. So imagine you. Someone did a great job for you, okay? And you want to write a thank you card, and you decided on Monday that you're gonna do it. But then all of a sudden, a week goes by and you haven't done it yet, and you're like, oh, I'm gonna get to it. I'm gonna get to it. I'm gonna get to it. And then all of a sudden, a month goes by and you still haven't got to it. I'm gonna get to it. I'm gonna get to it. I'm gonna get to it. There's a buildup happening in the back of your mind. What I call psychological residue. I call it pain, okay? And then all of a sudden, three months go by and you still haven't done it. And you're like, darn, Lord, I am the most ungrateful person. How did I not write them that thank you note? And all of a sudden, it is much harder to operate and to follow through on writing that thank you, Then six months go by and all of a sudden you are almost. Guys, be honest. If six months has gone by and you have not wrote a thank you card, are you ever going to do it? Are you ever going to write that thank you card? Give me a thumbs up or thumbs down if you're ever going to write it. Give me a thought. You're not going to write that. Why? Because of all of this psychological residue that's built up all the pain that's built up in your head. And so if you have a team that's not followed through or you have, or yourself, you haven't followed through on something in a while and you've held back and all of a sudden you want to get going or you want to create new momentum in a new direction like you've never created before. What you have to do is reset the timeline. Because now once this is gone, you no longer have the past of inaction and no longer following through. I'd say, okay, what would you do if literally today was day zero? All of a sudden the person's like, well, if I didn't have six months of inaction and today was day one, I would write the card. Okay, write it and send it to them. I don't care if it's six months late. You never know if it could have been the perfect time for them to receive it, that they needed that encouragement right now, but you held back, so write it anyway. And all of a sudden it's much easier to follow through. If it feels like day zero, then month six. Are you guys following me? Does that make sense? So to remove psychological residue, okay, the third thing it does is it allows you to make bigger, impossible jumps. Bigger impossible jumps because you no longer have. If you know you should build a team, you know, and you've had bad experience in the past, well, we've reset it. Now you're on day zero. Starting with building a team now, but now you're doing it with the experience and wisdom you have and you're starting from scratch. But it's no longer the pain, it's no longer the pain attached to it. So now you can make those bigger jumps and make those bigger leaps because now, now you no longer have the pain that's associated from back here. So it's much easier to make jumps you haven't made before. And then also too, the last thing it gets to do is allows you to define your future self. What do I mean by that? You, most of the time. If this is in play, the past is in play, then sometimes our future, what we see here, is going to be affected by what's back here, versus if I just have the past, I mean, the present and the future. Okay, then that means my future is my only reference point. This is the only reference point I have. I no longer have the past to reference to now. I can literally create from this place. Because, guys, the only experience of time God ever allows us to have is the present is now. This is why faith is a now thing. Faith is not a tomorrow thing. Hope is a tomorrow thing, but faith is a now thing. It's because the only experience we ever have is the day of today. Technically, I can't go back to 1995 even if I wanted to. I can't really go into 2040, into the future, unless 2040 becomes today. So in reality, the only experience I have is today. But our future, I mean, our present, does take reference points from either our past or our future. So some people, when you describe, when you ask them who are you? Or they all of a sudden either take it from the future or they tell you who they're becoming, they either take it from their future who they're becoming, or they reference their past on what got them here, when they usually describe who are you now? And so when you reset your timeline, you make the future your only reference point. And from there, you now get to define with God who your future self really is without anybody else having another say in it. And it truly gets to be the future self you want the most. You want the most. Because my future self is not going to be the same as yours. Yours is not going to be the same as mine. And when you fully be who you are, that's when God's hand comes over you. Because God want. God can't bless the fake you. He can only bless the real you. He can only bless the real you. And I'm going to tell you guys this. This right here is the real you. Because this is untethered or untouched by the past. Untouched. Untouched. And so this is where what we're going to do right now is I'm gonna. I want us to write a letter to our current self from our future self, from our future self. Like, what we're going to do, literally is we're going to get fully associated to our future self. What I mean by fully associated, think of not associated as third person. Like you imagine you're literally about to go on a roller coaster, okay? And not associated means I'M watching myself enough in the front seat, you know, about to go over the edge and go over. That's. That's not associated. Fully associated is I'm actually in the front seat and I see myself gripping and I'm looking over the edge and I'm feeling the heart palpitations. Okay, that's fully associated. Okay, so we're going to do is for your impossible goal, the one that is most clear to you, okay, we're gonna get fully associated to that person and in that moment. So I'm going to pray, then we're going to step into that. Then from that place, you're going to envision, okay, your current self getting into the same room as your future self. And your future self is then going to literally coach yourself and have God lead you through this process where you're going to write a letter from your future self speaking to your current self of either how he or she got there or anything they want to share along the way. Okay? Does that make sense? Does that make sense? Give me a thumbs up if that makes sense of what we're doing. Give me a thumbs up that makes sense of what we're doing. Okay. All right, so Kenny's. Gimme this. Okay, so this is. I actually led a couple clients to this today, so I had them envision their future self fully got first fully associated. Like they're like actually there. Some of them have a three year goal. Some of them have actually a year and a half goal, a nine month goal. Okay. And for them I'm like, okay, I want you to envision where is the place of completion, you know, for them at the end of their, one of them, at the end of their year and a half goal, they saw themselves in their new office. And so I said, step into that spot. And so they did. And they literally, I was like, close your eyes, Envision it. See yourself there. Sit like you're like that person. Breathe like you're that person. And, and really visualize and let yourself go there. Don't bring any present emotions into the future. And he was like, what do you mean? I said, right now you're thinking, well, how am I going to get there? It's so impossible. I was like, exactly. That's a present emotion you brought to the future. You don't bring the present into the future. The future has already accomplished it and it already knows. So literally get fully associated. And he did. And all of a sudden I saw his posture change and I said, okay, I want you to now envision in your Future self's eyes. Your present self walked in the room and sat down in the desk across from you, and he did. And I want you to envision your future self having a conversation with your present self about what he already did to get there. Not what you should do or what you're going to do. It's actually starting from this place. And if you've never done this before, guys, good, because this might be one of the first times you actually step into your future in such vivid clarity to where you can actually look back from where? From the future versus. We're so used to pushing towards the future rather than the future pulling us towards it. And so from that place, he started to write himself a letter from his future self from that place. And all of a sudden, he said, christian, I got some insights for myself I would have never had before. It was like, from. He was like, two. And I'll just say his name is Aaron. You know, I just change his name. I was like, to Aaron. And then he started to literally list it out as if he was already from here. What would this you tell your present you. What would the future you tell the present you? Does that make sense, guys? Is that. Is that. Is that. Yeah, yeah, go ahead.
I just want to say. So the biggest thing is feeling like you're in that moment where you achieved it, and actually imagine your future self walking into the room and you're sitting down with them.
Yes, exactly. Yes. And it's like, imagine. And here's a simple thing. Imagine your present self came to your future self for advice, and they're asking, how did you achieve this? And then your future self is literally telling your present self how they achieved it. Oh, I know exactly how to do that because I dealt with the same exact thing. And then all of a sudden, you're having your future self literally giving you insights. Okay. It's like, Gabe, when I walked you through that time of visualizing, where I was like, don't bring your present emotions into it. Just stay in your future, because your future self is not feeling the same emotions you are. Some of us are like, man, I don't know how I'm gonna get there. Those are not emotions your future self is feeling. So that's not an option in this situation. Okay, That's not an option in this situation. Might feel uncomfortable to feel in your future. Your future self is not uncomfortable being in their own skin and being where they're at. I think they're pretty happy and joyful and grateful and pretty, you know, of God okay, so the. Some of the emotions that we're right now feeling, it's because we're probably trying to bring present emotions into the future rather than letting the future become on its own. Does that make sense? I hope I'm making sense. Yeah. Please give me a thumbs up, thumbs down. Give me a shake it in between. Okay. All right, so I'm gonna first pray and then. No, that's okay, Kenny. Maybe. Maybe we're. Maybe this is a group that's going to cause you to activate even more of the vision because of what you literally could accomplish at the highest level if you added even more vision to your execution because you're already execution heavy. But imagine even more because this is possibly gonna. Could possibly expand your vision and your vision muscle might not have been as used as much. But you know what's great is that you've already gotten to hear, man your future self, even more of a visionary leader, even more of a transformational leader than he is right now than you are right now. And it's okay. It might be the first time. It's fine. Okay, International. Come on. People are getting old everywhere. Absolutely. Oh, come on. That's right.
International.
Yes, absolutely. See, look at that vision. I love it. I love it. So here's what we're gonna do. Okay, here's what we're not gonna do. We're not gonna judge it as right or wrong or I failed or succeeded. You know, we're just gonna go through with the experience because either way, it's going to be a gain no matter what. Whatever you get from this, whether it's something big or something small. I mean, something big or something small. It'll be a game, okay? And I'm gonna ask Holy Spirit to lead you guys because he's the greatest guide and teacher we could ever have. Okay? So I'm gonna pray and then I'm gonna go black screen and lead you guys into it, okay? Holy Spirit, I give every single person on this call to you. Holy Spirit, awaken their visionary side. Lord, your word says that without vision, people perish. Without an end result, people cast off restraint. They become less disciplined, they become less focused, they become Lord, I just thank you that this is a group that is geared on chasing the impossible. The visions you've given them, much, much bigger than what they currently have right now. And God, we just thank you that now they're going to step into fully their future of who you've called them to be. Holy Spirit, guide them. Bring them into their future now. Let them see A clear picture of themselves. Holy Spirit, let them see from the clothes that they wear, to how they lead, to their posture, to how they sit, to how they breathe, to the thoughts they think. Lord, let them step into their future now without any, any skepticism, any worries, any survival, any any hesitations from the present. None of those emotions from the present are in the future. So Father, we thank you that you've cleared it all away. You've cleared it all away. So God, give them a vision now for their future. Guys, as you're in this moment and as in this time, step into your future now. Whatever your goal is, whether it's the three month, the nine month, the three years, step into it as if it's done. See yourself right now, already there. See yourself already there. See your future self. Where are you at? At the place of accomplishment. Is it as Is it in a boardroom? Is it in an office? Is it in a classroom? Is it in a car? See yourself there and feel the emotions your future self would feel after accomplishing your impossible. See it and feel it. Be fully there. Give yourself permission to feel the level of faith, confidence, awe, joy, peace you've never felt in your present self but that your future self feels all the time. Step into it and see it and feel it. Even feel and hear and think the thoughts that your future self is thinking to yourself, to God Is your future self saying wow, I can't believe we did it. God is your future self. Just excited that you now get to give us seven figure check to gift to your church as your future self. Grateful for all the people that you've partnered with to get here and how everything lined up. Think the thoughts, feel the emotions your future self is feeling now. Give yourself permission to get there. And now in that moment, right here, fully there. I want you to see your present self walk in the room. See your present self walk in the room. And I want you to think the thoughts that your future self has of your present self is I guarantee your future self is not belittling your core current self saying why are you thinking those thoughts? Your future self, the way God has wired you, the way Holy Spirit has wired you and taken you up to this point. Guarantee your future self has excitement, compassion, is ready to challenge your current self like never before. Is ready to empower your current self like never before. Ready to motivate and inspire your current self like never before. Feel the feelings and the thoughts your future self has of your current self. You'll be surprised because those thoughts and feelings reflect the thoughts and feelings God has about you. So proud of you. He's so proud what you've done, who you became in the process. And now in this moment, your current self asks your future self what he or she did to get to where he's at. And I want you to now go into your current self and hear what your future self said. I want you to, right now, in this moment, don't even think about writing right now. Just listen. What is your future self telling you? How sure. What is your future self as he or she is explaining it to you? How passionate and excited? How straightforward and direct is he or she about what it took to get there? What are the strategies? What are the avenues? What's the work you invested in there? And what is your future self ultimately inspiring you to do? What is he or she saying to you about your potential, about the moves and courageous, bold decisions you haven't made yet, but that you know you should about the pathways and the avenues and the partnerships you know you need to take. Hear those from your future self. And now, in this moment, I want you to imagine that your future self has now pulled out a pen and a paper and has looked at you and said, I'm going to write you a letter that I want you to read consistently over again. And this letter is for you. This letter is to help and you feel like you've lost momentum or clarity or focus for a second. It's meant to help you get back on track. And now I want you guys to open your eyes and grab a piece of paper or pen and go from the place of your future self. Write your current self a letter from your future self's perspective. Do that now. Whatever your future self has said.
Just.
Write it, even if it doesn't make sense to you right now. That's okay. Your future self is more wiser than you are now. Trust what God has placed inside of you. Trust the Holy Spirit is showing you. There's no length or limit to what your future self saying to you. We're resetting the timeline today. Today is day zero. All right, 10 more seconds. Finish it up. What else is your future self saying? Last thing. Okay, amazing. Time, time, time. So who wants to share kind of the experience? I. I don't want you to guys to read it fully, but what was the experience like? And then did it help with clarity or maybe were there some decisions that now from this future letter, like, I know some decisions I need to make. What was your experience?
I. I experienced my future self as incredibly confident. None of the worries that. In their state of mind, they're very focused, very clear, and. But most of all, they trusted. They trusted very deeply. Like, they trusted what. What's already. Like the urges and the. The nudges that you already feel like they were really good at. Just trusting those and trust and taking action and then trusting the Holy Spirit to guide.
Like that.
That was kind of the. The key. Key that. That I got from my future self. Yeah.
That's awesome. And how was the letter as well?
Yeah, like, how was the letter?
Yeah, just. Just how was it, you know, just looking at that letter that. From your future self? I mean, what kind of effect did it do for you?
Oh, well, it gave.
It gave me.
It gave me confidence that I'm like, I'm doing exactly what my future self would have me do. Just remove all the worry or doubt about it like this.
It doesn't need to be there all the second guessing. Yeah. It's like, yep, yep, yeah, yep. So even in a week from now, you're going to take more action just because we've reset the timeline. And then for you, no more hesitant, no more hesitations involved. Yeah. So, yeah. I love it. Love it.
I can share. I had a very similar takeaway experience. I had a hard time, obviously, at the beginning of this, just understanding what this was even supposed to look like or feel like. And I guess the way that I rationalized it was like, what would I.
If.
If I'm my future self now, what would I tell myself. Myself three years prior? And then I fast forwarded that if.
That's exactly. See, we already have it. Exactly. You just did a great reference point. Use your present from your past self and then just threw it in the future. I love it. Yeah.
And I would never write myself a letter, but I would write myself bullets.
That's great.
Yeah, exactly.
And you know, I just said, success is inevitable. Stay consistent, be patient, and laugh more. And that's it. So, I mean, everything else will fall into place.
Laugh more. How big was that?
Yeah, that's something I've been working on. Yeah.
Yep. The Achiever syndrome. Laugh more. Be happy. Happy is a curse word. Yep.
Yep.
Huge, my friend. Well, one thing I know for you, and I feel it, is that this group will help you live in a world where you can be both happy and hungry at the same time without either of those being sacrificed. And so I know that this. What this group will do for you on that. Yeah. I mean it, my friend.
So I mean it.
Awesome.
I'm here. Excuse me. To Me, it was just encouragement, just recognition. Actually kind of envisioned myself three years from now walking through the door. Like, no, actually, me walking through the door, looking at myself now, recognizing the things that are in me right now. So not carrying those forward, but recognizing where I was, kind of looking at the gain three years from now. And so it was, you know, a couple things. It all works out, and it all slows down. That tentativeness that you feel right now is gone. And it's all. It's all inside you already.
You.
You're a king that just needs it released. And process that you're in is going to release all that. I don't have time for doubts because there are too many opportunities to capitalize on. And then last message was, can't wait for you to meet your family and friends. Your impact reverberates through them.
I love it.
Just encouragement.
Powerful. I love that phrase. It all slows down. Huge. Huge. Who else, Mia? Gabe.
Something I got was something like at the beginning, when you're talking, like, lead, lead, like, there's no way of failing. Just no possible way with that pure confidence, you know, Lead, like there's no way to fail.
Huge. Yep. Yep. What was something you noticed about your future self as well, Gabe? Was there, like, a quality that stuck out? Because a lot of. A lot of people, you know, saw some qualities in their future self that caused them to, you know, I was bigger.
I was.
And what. What did that do for you, seeing yourself bigger? What did that speak to you? What did that represent besides just bigger muscles and that you can lift more?
You would say, like, I was, like, not actually literally strong. Like, strong. You know, strong.
Yeah, it sounds to me, too, like your future self. If they've become more disciplined physically, that means they're probably more disciplined in other areas of their life. They probably pay a little bit more attention to the smaller details as well than maybe your current self does as well. Because if they can be that disciplined with their physique and you're also focusing on your money goal, then that means they possibly, possibly could also be more disciplined in other areas as well. So you. You get to now spend more time with your future self. But I love it. I love it huge. So leadership is a big emphasis for you. So that means for you, you have to really step up your leadership even more. And you know that, but you also know that one of the greatest gifts a leader can ever have is conviction and certain. And that's what you possess. And so now you're gonna lead as if there's no way to fail. Right?
Exactly.
Awesome.
Awesome. Mia, you get to wrap it up and then we'll chat about. Well, unless Josh has something too. I wasn't sure.
Yeah, I would like to share mine.
I'll go for it.
So my future self really just congratulated me today on like really accomplishing the goals that he set out, the impossible goal. Like, he was just, he just very proud and he wants him to know that he, he just loves him for, for finally stepping out and doing the thing that he've always dreamed of doing but was just scared to do. So he's telling them, like, just, just stay committed. Like you, you started this journey today. Well, this past week you're reading your books, you have your momentum going. Like, whatever you do, just don't stop. And he promises him if he just doesn't stop, he keeps breaking down those barriers. You just stay strong and courageous. Another thing, like the, the biggest way I, I plan on achieving One of my 90 day goals, the financial one, is through trading. I started trading in like a, like the beginning of the year. And the, the hardest part isn't the trading strategy is the psychological part of it, like not being scared to lose, lose, not getting greedy. And so today was one of the days that I actually like, just say, you know what, Josh, like, I'm not going to focus on winning the lose. I'm just going to execute my strategy. And so he promised him that if you just continue trading just like that, like, be free, just be free. Stop trying to hold on to your money. Just go out and, and, and multiply it like God told you to. He. You believe he gave you the desire. So trust that he's not going to tell you to do something and fail at it. So if you just continue trading like you did today, I promise you, you'll hit your goal. And actually I wrote it. He came from his birthday. So at the end he told him that we're about to go celebrate. We hit a huge goal, the family and friends are over, we're going out to dinner. And he's actually paying for everybody that night.
Generous. I love it. I love it. Yes, yes, yes. Huge, powerful, powerful. Mia, you share. And then my wife wants to say something to kind of end our time.
Yeah, I think thematically for me it was just that I'm good enough. So that's probably a major statement from the future and that my, my impact and influence transcends both those before me and after me. So really big on the good enough part.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sometimes it's the simple statements that mean the most, like, laugh more or think slow down or you're good enough.
Can I.
It means everything.
Can I say one other thing?
Yeah.
This maybe is a better description of what I. What it was for me. But do you ever. Maybe it's kids or a loved one or a friend that you see greatness in and they have their doubts, and you've got that. Just that gut feeling in you that you wish you could just give them what you see in them already for them to really take in. If you've experienced that with somebody else, that's. That's the feeling to get to, and that's what you need to experience when you look forward. So just. That's encouragement. This entire group, I can say to a person, I just see greatness in everyone. And that encouragement would just wish I could turn that over to you. What. What everybody else sees in you. Mia, to your point, you're more. Gabe, you've got crazy greatness in you, every one of you. Josh, you're there. So that's what I would say was my experience more than anything was that gut feeling of, man, I just wish I could turn this over to you, that you knew what's in you. So be encouraged, all.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. Amen. Thank you, May. Yeah, you're good enough. Good enough. And, guys, the reason why we also sit with our future self is because, and this is a simple biblical principle, okay? The most powerful voice in your life is not God's. It's yours. The most correct voice or view in your life is God's. That's why God works so hard to get your view to align with His. So the most powerful view in your life is not God's. It's yours. The most correct view in your life is God's. That's why he works so hard to get your view to align with His. And so when we hear ourselves speak to ourself, we. In the clarity that God has in the future, then it moves us and it causes us to align a lot more than we. If we heard someone else tell us. And so, babe, I know you wanted to share. And then next week, guys, it's all about execution. I want us to chat about execution. I want to chat about execution. Execution, A capital E. Okay, this is what the Lord is going to do to move us forward. All right, my love, go ahead.
The. The one thing that I was really sensing that God just wanted you all to be reminded of is like, he's not surprised at any of your Impossible goals. He's not surprised because before you were even planned, before you were even formed in your mother's womb, it says in scripture, he knew he formed you. He already knew what he placed inside of you. And so to what Christian was saying, literally this whole man, it's so prophetic in nature. What is going on here is so prophetic in nature because you are coming into alignment what God? With what God already placed inside of you long ago. Long ago. You're just coming into alignment with it. So God is not surprised by any of our impossible goals. He's not surprised by my impossible goals. But here's the thing that I really want, that I really, really sense and hear, that he is wanting to remind.
You all.
Is just remember to be centered on who is the one that is going to make the impossible possible. Because it's called impossible. Because there's no way that you can do it on your own. I'm talking about without God. And so he wants to remind you that he's not surprised, number one. And number two, he is the one that is gonna make the impossible possible. And he is always speaking to you. He is always speaking to you. And so if you ever doubt, like we can sit here and we can say there is no room for doubt. There is no room for fear. There is no room. And in Jesus name we just declare that. And anytime when we are feeling in our weakness, we go to the one who's going to give us strength. We, we, we go to the one who's going to give us strength. And that's him. He's the one that's going to make the impossible.
Baby, would you be able to. Well first off, thank you for sharing that. Would you be able to end out the music as well? Fade it out. Okay, so future selves, here's what I want us to do. Very simply, okay? So now that we've reset the timeline, when I talk about reset the timeline now it's like, okay, no longer past driven. Now my only reference point is my future and my now. So now today is day zero. So from here on out, when you measure from the gain and in terms of from where you started, guys, like let today be a starting point. I mean technically our starting point is almost a month old. Okay, but, but let's have today be a new starting point. Hey, from this day on, this is my starting point, my reference point. From the gain of the growth from where I'm going. Now that we have that, we don't have any more psychological residue. No more of you Know, maybe. Maybe my past assumptions of me being in this industry, this is the only way to do it. And this is the only experience I've had. And this is the. Nope, that doesn't matter. We're starting fresh now. From where we're going now. From this week on, let's execute. Meet the people you got to meet. Spend the time on high leverage things be like, okay, well, this block of activity create greater returns for me in the future. If it's just a temporary thing, that means it's not high leverage. Okay, so this week, let's really dial in now that we've reset on one the things that we really like that.
Are above our floor.
Like, and think of above your floor as. When we talk about below your floor, think of things that are, like, beneath you. Okay, so if scrolling is below your floor or worry is below your floor or any of that, say, that's beneath me. It's not just below my floor. It's beneath me. Worry is beneath me. Being distracted is beneath me. Being stressed is beneath me. Thinking small is beneath me. Doing everything by myself with individualism is beneath me. Sorry, that's my friggin my name. Okay? I've got no values, okay? All those things are beneath me. So this week is a week I'm excited. I wanted us to reset and also go from our future self because our future self is going to give us some pretty important shifts this week. And I want you guys to get more done and have more life at the same time. It's not just about getting more done in a day. It's also to have more life in your day. And so if we get the impossible, but you're still not full. You're not. You're. You're miserable. Then we did wrong. We did the wrong thing. It's both excitement and accomplishment and joy. It's both impact and purpose. It's both all of that at the same time. Sound good? What questions you guys have? Anything you guys. Any questions you have for me or anybody in the group. Oh, my book came in. That's awesome. Read that. After Kingdom Men do it after. After, after.
Kirsten, what's the one thing.
Oh, go ahead. Good.
What's one thing that you could share that has changed over? We'll call it this last month and our reset time now, but that has been exclusive for you. So, like, what. What is something over the last month since we kicked off that has just radically shifted everything for you into new.
I would say making more bold requests. People are actually more open to helping you than you even realize. And so this past week, last week, I asked a friend who was trying to recruit me for VP of Salesforce AI company. And because the result, it would have given me an awesome, you know, seven figure result, but it wasn't in the floor. You know, I turn him down and the most loving way, because we're great friends. But then we had a conversation last week and I told him about my AI idea and I was like, do you know an AI developer? He was like, well, actually. And he told me that he has an Indi development team in India that works while his current, you know, stateside team is sleeping. And then his stateside team sleep works while the India team is sleeping. So that way they're coding and developing 24 hours a day. And so he said, well, my India team, you know, we're actually finalizing our design for our AI and I'm going to tell them about what you want to do because it seems intriguing and we'll see if we can throw that in there. I was like, for how much? She was like, no, we'll worry about the cost later. Don't worry about that now. And so basically, I mean, literally this Wednesday, this Wednesday and Friday at 8am, I'll be jumping on with the development team from India and talking through. And so one of the more bolder things is asking for help. I don't like to ask for help because I don't like to, you know, look like I need help. Look, honestly, all, all, all of us achievers can be honest about that. We don't like to ask for help as much, but. Or at least I don't. But I would say one of my new things is asking for help, knowing that it's not about me and what I feel, it's about what the result is going to do for either people or shareholders who are part of the company as well. And so that's one thing that's definitely been below my floor. That is that actually like I've never done before. And so. Yeah. Does that help?
Okay.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Okay. All right, guys. Hey. This week. Yes. Come on. Hey, Gabe. Press out. Pray us out. We, we out. I want a fire. I want an excited prayer. I want like the prayer that makes me want to run for three weeks straight.
Oh, okay. Beautiful. Let's do it.
Whoo.
Dear God, thank you so, so much for this amazing day. God, we come to you in absolute awe of your beauty. God, most importantly, our blessings. We are so thankful for every single one of our gifts. Every single one of our strengths. God, we just ask that you guide us to the right people, places and ideas and events. God, we don't have hope that you're going to do that. We're going to have faith, faith, faith now that you're going to bring those people in our lives now. God, we are so thankful that they're balancing out our weaknesses. God, allow us to step in faith every single day this week with absolute excitement. But most importantly, passion. The same passion Jesus had in his eyes. God, we love you so, so much. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Amen. Amen. All right, everybody, have a powerful week. Let's chase the impossible and continue to share just like what Jason said. It's a. It's a literal reinvigoration as we continue to share throughout the week what is transpiring in our worlds. Okay, guys. All right. Have a powerful week.
Great week, everyone.
