I'll jump in since it's kind of a segue anyways, but just wanted to say that 10x jumps require 10x networks. Like, we kind of left off in one of our previous conversations. So love this group and the connections that are being made. And I will just say that, you know, it's amazing what happens when you set a target of an impossible goal because who start to manifest themselves and it's just a powerful. So I. I can go into detail or less detail, but I'll defer back to you, Christian, but it's Just been a powerful.
No, no, no more detail, as much detail as possible. This is what I'm talking about here.
Okay, so as you guys know from a real estate firm perspective, looking at 10x what that residual looks like in three years and amplify the current model of, of where valuation is. And so I've been doing some different studies and, and kind of end in mind of like who's doing what that's, that's aligned with that target and a lot of virtual studies with that and, and getting into the mix of, of language and. And so it's been interesting in my own personal network reaching back people that are developing portfolios that are, you know, a hundred million dollar portfolios in the Greenville marketplace that I started with real estate on and starting to connect with them. And even if they're not directly a line of response, I keep finding glory to God and the Holy Spirit leading to the next conversation or study. And so one of them namely was actually a partner of a firm that that coffee chat didn't necessarily get booked but found out basically an interview that he did that actually walked through their whole journey to get them to be this $100 million firm in the, in the marketplace. And going into detail, he's actually an attorney and going through a 506B and 506C and like these types of just facets of that journey that that's all I wanted to copychat for. But you know, just kind of redirecting that information, looking at capital funds for what that next level looks like much less today. You know, Christian connected me with one of his multimillion dollar real estate developers actually out of Oklahoma and so had a, what was supposed to be a 45 minute conversation was three hours and this guy you want to talk about 10x, I mean he's, he's 10x what my 10x goal is. And so was very gracious with his time. And I would just say that it was an amazing connection because I think that it's one of those situations that when you reach a certain 10x monetary threshold, you're still looking for that 10x purposeful fulfillment. And so I really gravitated to being able to showcase hey an investment in conversation and mentorship with me. I want you to know that the ambition is to pay that forward in community and kingdom expansion, much less the monetary gains and that. And so it was a very powerful conversation. Looking forward to doing some tactical conversations within that. But that network just literally, I guess I'd be 20 or 100x at that point. Right. If you 10x. My 10x. So it's been. It's been awesome. And that's been within the last week.
I love it. I love it. Powerful, powerful stuff. Any. Any things that came out of that conversation with Tracy. I know.
Yeah. So I've been kicking around, like I said, my, my, I guess, challenge to him from my point of view. As I said, look, I'm at an apex of changing the reshaping and restructuring my trajectory of focus. I said, and here's my end in mind target, and I'm vetting out what vehicle actually gets me there. And so feel free to shoot down whatever I perceive because there could be a lack of exposure in that. However, this is what I'm looking at right now. And so as multifamily homes that were 2 to 300 unit complexes that would start to potentially yield the $200,000 a month residual. And, you know, he challenged some of that time frame, but also was able to give me a point of view on other sectors within the real estate industry. So, like, what if multifamily looks a little bit different? What if they're multifamily? Basically single family subdivisions, so build to rent, which is becoming more and more popular and understanding that that's potentially the next trajectory institutional investment wise and. And acquisition down the road. So again, my, my crossroad is, hey, I just want to know what to spend my attention and focus on because that is my limited commodity that is worthwhile because I get that there's a lot of options. So I feel like just being able to. I said, I. You have free reign to build my. Be my filtration system based on your experience. And that's the point that I am fully at this crossroad of. Just help me, help me tie up what my attention should be focused on, because one of my, one of my few supersets is being able to learn whatever I want to learn and apply that to anything. So just tell me what it is that makes sense to spend that time and energy on. And so if that's that niche, which is still being to be discussed, but that is something that started to rise to the top. And ultimately I said, you know what, what comes to mind as a gut check? And he's like, well, if those are your numbers, first thing you want to know is that you want to be an owner. I'm like, check. You know, like, so just again, filtering out your criteria, kind of going to, I guess in our conversation language, be the floor. What's the appropriate floor that would even potentially yield your maximum outcome. And so utilizing someone who's a who at a high level to actually let them calibrate your floor is what I would encourage all you guys to have a takeaway for application. Because if we're looking at it from our point of view, you know, kind of Einstein's, the same level of thinking that got you there won't get you to the next.
Right.
So I would challenge each of you to be challenged by someone at your next level so that you can actually get a different outside perspective on what your floor should be.
Yep. Powerful. Powerful. And guys, a simple frame of thinking. Something that I actually talked with Gabe about recently. It was like last week or two weeks ago, talking about decision matrix and stuff, I said I go through two criteria really quick. First, does it actually go past my floor? Can it actually go in the 20%? Second, let's say I've got multiple things that can fit that filter. Okay, awesome. Second question is, what's the worst case cost and worst case benefit of all three of those? Because as human beings, we're bad at predicting probabilities. We really are like, we're horrible at predicting probabilities. We're actually great at predicting what happens if everything goes perfect and what happens in the worst case scenario. Really bad at predicting, like everything that's in between. And so first we ask, is it in my floor, does it actually fit? Does this. But can this potentially get me there? Second is, what's the worst case cost and worst case benefit? What I mean by worst case cost? Okay, what's the worst case cost you're going to pay if you follow through with it and go in this direction? And then what's the worst case benefit? What's the smallest upside you can even get from this? And if the worst case benefit is better than the worst case cost, then it's a heck yes decision that it's a. Absolutely. Let's go after it, because it fits my floor. So then you can go after it without worrying about the risk side. You can really go after it without worrying about the risk side. Does that make sense? Everybody does that make sense. Worst case cost and worst case benefit. So I love it. That's powerful, Mia. Thank you.
Do you financially model that out, by the way? Because I feel like there's a lot of, like, generalities and quality, like quality versus quantity in that three assessment. Do you quantify that?
I actually do. I put a number on it. Okay, what's the worst case cost and worst case benefit? Like, for example, a Company to work with me. You know, like, let's say, you know, they're losing, you know, let's say they're losing a hundred thousand dollars a month. And let's say to work with me is 200 grand for the year. And I'm like, okay, the worst case cost of not working with me is you're still gonna, you're gonna lose 1.2 a year. You're gonna lose 1.2 a Year if you don't work with me no matter what. But let's say we cut that in half, that loss in half. So you only lose 600, 000 because of what we're working together, and you just pay me a hundred grand to save you 600,000. That's the worst case cost and worst case benefit. That's on the low side. If we just cut the loss in half, does that make sense? And so it becomes a heck yes decision. We're losing 100 grand every, every month, no matter what. Like, like whether you hire me or not, you're gonna lose that money. And so even on the lowest side, if the minimum we do is just cut the loss in half and you just pay me 100 grand for that and so. All right, what else?
Can we go through updates on the week?
All right.
Yeah, cool.
Okay.
Did you have.
Yeah, no, you got it. You got it first. You got it first.
All right, real quick.
So okay, on the house, guys. We're under contract as of Saturday night. It's like the last couple hours. I had to sign that thing before we would have had to put out another offer. This seller is difficult. She is something. So it's like, it's pretty interesting. We just got all of our inspections together ready to go.
Today.
It's vacant. And then she was like, oh, I.
Actually want to be there.
So you need to cancel and move all of your inspections tomorrow.
Even though she wanted a short, a.
Shorter due diligence period. So we're getting everything together. It's all set up for tomorrow, and we're very excited, very excited about that. So we're going to be doing all the inspections we need, and then we have essentially until Monday to move forward with the dealer back out of it based on those inspections, the appraisal. It's fun. We got all the pieces together. Really. It's just like we get to watch God move this week. That's what God told me when I was praying yesterday morning was just watch me move this week. Because it's been like, really tricky negotiations. We haven't Necessarily gotten to where we wanted to before getting under contract. So now it's about like, where are we going to get after these inspections and what are we going to pull out of it? And then what's going to come out of that with the negotiations? So very exciting. And then past that, I have been reading as well. Actually, it's been mostly audio books, but I'm almost all the way through one audio book in this last week, so almost a book in this last week.
But, yeah.
That house is a big deal. He's getting married in a week and a half.
Yep, yep, yep.
Big time. Big time. That's exciting. That's exciting. I think Gabe was next.
Yeah. Hope everyone's doing amazing first. Happy Monday.
Come on.
What Christian said about the who's has really stuck out to me the last week. Really finding the right who's.
Right.
Really finding the right who's. I know I text something in the group chat. I wanted to bridge, like, I have six months at this goal. I don't have time to go through a learning curve. I understand with sales going into new industry, there's a learning curve always. I don't have time to go through a learning curve. So I need the right who to get me past that at the least. So I have, like, researched three main people and these three key people I've been having conversations with as well. While I was late, I hopped on with one of them, and I don't think I'll be able to provide that much value to them. So I don't think that would be the right fit. But people here locally that I could learn from, and actually they're in Miami right now. I could just go drive up there and just learn from them for a few days. The second guy, listen to this very carefully. The second guy really needs leadership help. Really needs leadership help. I could tell his office is like. Like, people just had. The bar is lower. And I know how to fix that because I've been there and I've had to raise the bar so better expectations are set within the sales group. So people have the right mentality. Not. Not to, like, mess around in a way. So I basically just found that problem. And then I was like, okay, what I need is I need to get past this learning curve. So what he's doing and helping me, he is fulfilling all my initial deals with me and my team with no override. So he's not gonna. He's giving me 100 profit and he's gonna help me and train me get past this learning curve. If I help you, I have another leadership, an owner mindset within the group because he wants another owner miners mindset within the group in return if I go help them. So that one was so amazing to get because that just saved me a month of time at least.
And.
And the third one. Oh, he was so good, guys. Like, his name was Nick. He's been doing it for two years. He's like I said, this is the guy that was profiting like 15,000amonth for. Or sorry, 15,000 a week. So 60 grand that month with four guys. Four guys. And I'm like, oh, I could help him scale. And we went back and forth, back and forth. We might have another call, but I don't think he's going to do it because he likes his model of summer sales and I don't think he's going to want to run something during the school year after he's already tired. So I'm like, oh. So I was trying with that, but I think, I don't know, it's still in the air. But we secured one for sure this week, so it was. Which is awesome. So that's some updates. The who's. The who's.
I love it. And share, share with them too. How this guy's gonna help you. How, how he's going to help you reduce your learning curve. You, you spoke to me about, you know, multiple things.
Yeah. So the, the guy that, that already agreed to the partnership, he. He's been in it for two years. Okay. He's been in the in window clean for two years. So he understands scripts, he understands objection handling. I'm sure he has somewhat of a system down that I can learn from, edit, tweak or go off of. That is so unbelievably nice. Second thing is he knows the numbers too, which is, is great. He understands the numbers. And I would say to really pair on with knowing the numbers. He already has a team that I can build momentum off of. I'm not starting from scratch. It's like, you know, when a rocket ship takes off, it's like it uses 80 of its fuel. Like the first like take off and then soars hundreds of like, like thousands of a million, whatever miles for the last 20. It's like I have that team already with a little bit of momentum. So when I start recruiting, there's already something there. It's not like I have to like build up a bunch of like, hoorah. Like, that is so nice. That is so, so nice. And I would say the third thing is the equipment, like, believe it or not, if you want the right equipment for window cleaning, it's like $3,000 per, like, unit for, like, this demineralization stuff. I don't even know about it. So he has the equipment, he has vans, he has cleaners already that I can use when I first start. That is so massive. That is so, so massive. So that's.
Now it's just execution. I know, execution.
Finalize the partnership and go.
Yep, absolutely, absolutely. And also, too. Yeah, yeah, we'll talk more too, to make sure. On the legal side, like, if anybody also wants to chime in and help too, and look over that once you get the agreement. So that way you don't just jump in and possibly be a bad deal for you. We wouldn't want that for you. So. Okay.
Yeah, that's the rest of everybody.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So before you sign anything, you can have us collector.
I. I want to say something.
What.
What I agreed with was this guy named Mark C. He's like one of my dad's friends. He works with him. He was like. He was like, personally trained by Stephen Covey, which is like, super cool. And I was going through, like, partnership issues a while back. It was like. It was like one of my partners just stopped working. And I was like. It was hard. He's like my best friend. And I was like, really, really distraught. It was tough more because he was like, you know, my friend. And I was on the phone with Mark and I'm like, mark, like, man, like, how do you. Like, how do you deal with this stuff? Like, what is it? What's the partner advice?
Help me.
So maybe some advice. And he goes, well, Gabe, like, I've been in business for a very, very long time.
Like.
I've been in business for a very, very long time. Like, I have rarely seen a partnership work. He goes, I've rarely seen a partnership work. He goes, and it's not like one partner. Others is bad by any means. It's just life happens. Life happens, Gabe. Like, for example, like, one of. He was like, talking about, like, one of his friends, like, got a divorce. Now the wife owns 25 of the company. It's like, he goes, gabe, this is something that was like, I really look at. Write down all the pros of what a partnership will get you. The left side being everything you gain and the right side, whatever the partner gains, why the partnership's there in C. Gabe, if you can get those same benefits that you wrote on every single side without financially or legally tying yourself to them. You'll see that game. So that really stuck with me, and that's what I really emphasize to this guy, and he was all in on it. So I don't know. I still have to tweak some stuff.
But I love it. I love it. Thank you for sharing that. Thank you for sharing that. I love it. What are the wins?
I'll go quickly.
Dave Ramsey. Yeah, go ahead.
Guys. I only have two chapters left to plan of my book, and I am so excited. It has been so fun planning that. I just, like, literally, I think I said this last week, literally, like, the. The more I plan, the more I'm like, oh, can I just start writing already? Like, I literally said to Christian, I'm actually finding myself getting so excited by what I'm planning that I want to start writing immediately. And I actually have to stop myself from racing ahead and writing when I haven't even finished planning. So I'm super excited by that and my event. Big things are happening with that. There are some conversations that are happening this week. My event is not going ahead in November. You know, it's super funny because at the very beginning. Well, actually, it was at the end of last year when the Lord gave me my word for the year. Every year, he gives me a word. He gave me my word, and then he expounded on it and gave me details of what's going to unfold this year. And one of the things that he said to me was, thank you, my boy. One of the things that he said to me was, it's not going to look anything. Yeah, he's holding up crazy faith, by the way, guys. Just, you know, FYI, one of the things that the Holy Spirit really whispered to me was it's. It's not going to look anything like.
You think it's going to look.
And it has not looked anything like I have thought it was going to look like. And so the event is actually most likely going to be taking place in the end of January. I have a name for the event. It's called the time is now. And what better way how the time is now than at the very beginning of the year? So I'm super excited about it. It may or may not still be just women. It might be for men and women. There might be some other little twists and turns that are in the mix. But at the end of the day, I'm just really excited about watching the Lord move. And I think the win for me out of that is just having God remind me that my capacity is so much bigger than I give myself credit for and reminding me that my future version, who has impacted 500 women, 500,000 women already. What's her capacity? What's her capacity? And so the win out of that is just reminding me and showing me that my capacity is so much larger. And so let's go.
That's it.
Absolutely. I love it. And on that, one of the things we talked about possibly New Year, because if you do any event, whether virtual or face to face, in the first four weeks, marketing wise, first four weeks of the new year, that's when you can catch the new year energy of everyone wanting to make a change. And so we actually talked that might be an incredible time to launch her event and her book at the same time. Because it would be done by then. If we did the event in November, her book wouldn't be done. And so what better way to launch it well, than to already do it when everybody wants to make a change as well? And so it'll be a mix of both at the same time. And we're already doing that moving forward.
And so it also means that my speaker lineup completely changes, but it also now includes men if I do a men and women's event. So anyway.
I love it. I love it. Who else? What are the wins?
I can go. I had a pretty sick week. Lots of wins across multiple facets. So for my impossible goal, working on. On local, I dropped in the chat. You know, our. My dev guy that I was able to bring on has made some. Some good progress for wireframing. Was able to give him some. Some constructive feedback on that. So we're plugging away, hopefully get a timeline for completion the next couple weeks is what. Is what we're. We're shooting for. There was also able to just within like the last hour bring on Jill Green, Terry's wife, to the mix. And if you. If you guys don't know Jill. Yeah, she's.
She's a beast.
She's a monster. Yeah, she's so good. So hair Mary way up.
That's how you know he's anointed. All right. Hey, he better. He better. You better embrace that.
Yeah, she.
I.
Our whole team is just going to be better because she's there. I'm really excited just to have her around. Just her presence is going to be great. So she. She's going to be rocking with us, helping us in a way that she already has a ton of experience in with, with our sales funnel. So that's going to be awesome. Another thing that was A win. I haven't told the group about this project that I'm working on, but I'm working on a project that's essentially Airbnb for Long term care. Right now, the only way that you can, that you can get your loved one enrolled in an independent living, assisted living facility, adult family, home, is to take tours to fill out essentially like landing page like lead forms where you just get bombarded with like 20 phone calls from salespeople. You know, in home care is really. It's 15 years behind. And so if you think about like where was like the travel industry 15 years ago, I mean, you saw travel agents 15 years ago, you still had, you know, you had to call airlines directly and you know, essentially to book vacations and stuff like that and to pick, you know, put stuff together. You couldn't just enroll yourself all the way through like what Airbnb has done for us. And that's essentially where long term care is currently, where we're 15 years behind, where you have to talk to senior advisors. You can't just like shop around for yourself and look and you can't just enroll on your own. So we're. I'm creating a website and a platform where you'll be able to do that doesn't exist yet. And I was able to make a key partnership. Even though I just got done talking about partnerships in the chat, I was able to make a key connection in a partnership. A guy who really just where my weaknesses are, he just. Excelsior. I don't know if you guys got this impression, but I'm a terrible networker. I'm awful. I'm so bad. Having conversations with strangers is like the bane of my existence. But this guy is just a social butterfly. He's the who's who of. Of that's perfect for you of this space.
Yeah, yeah.
And so we're, we. We've been able to hash out rules. He's pumped.
He's.
He also owns another in home care company. So he understands what we're doing. And so, you know, I can focus on our team internally. That's where I excel. And he can focus on external, you know, marketing and sales. And so I think that will be a good one, two punch with that. But there was a good week for Team Wyman for sure.
I love it. I love it.
Yeah.
I'm telling you guys, who's. You don't have to do everything yourself. Who's are essential man.
Huge.
Oh, also, just real quick, Josh and Craig's wins. Josh, he's halfway Done with reading the Kingdom man book. And you taught your wife, Craig and Annie how to trade, which will help you guys reach your goals faster. And guess what? You know what? I was thinking about you today, Josh, because I saw how red the market was. I said, josh, stick to your strategy. Don't let the emotions come in. Because, hey, like, you might. I'm telling you. All right, Just. I just thought about it, Okay? I thought about you.
Yeah, I. That's. I had Craig in here with me. We're doing, like, some practice runs, but I was telling them, this is. This is good. Like, everyone's waking up to the opportunity of generational wealth, so we're just going to keep watching and wait for the perfect time to ride everything back up.
Absolutely.
Showing them the how. Yeah. We could buy stock straight up, but with options, it's like you can triple your money 10 times faster. So tomorrow morning, I'm actually going to do a live trade with them, and we're gonna see what happens.
Oh, and guys, just so you guys know, there's only one person in the Bible who sowed and raped a hundredfold in a year, okay? And that's Isaac in Genesis 26. And God told him to sow in the land during a famine. It was during a famine. Genesis 26. Read it, guys. So when the market's crashing, God tells you to sow. What in the world? Go. Okay. Come on, Y' all better read that. Okay, Now y' all gonna be like, oh, it's the time. Yeah, only one time. Genesis 26. And that's the year Isaac began to prosper. Continue to prosper until he became very prosperous. In one year, he had three levels of wealth. He had his begin to prosper number. He had his continue to prosper number. And then he hit his a very prosperous number. Okay? In a year of a famine, which is AKA a crash. Okay? AKA a crash. So this is an amazing time to operate on your strategy. Not on emotion, okay? Not on emotion. You don't change the strategy just because things aren't going your way. You let the strategy play, have its work. Don't let your emotions rule you. You must rule your emotions. Okay, so Craig. I love it.
You.
Craig said that he passed multiple practices, practice exams at 90%. That means booking that. That exam ahead of time, push them into that. And he's already way better than he thought. Okay, and you said notice several opportunities. Yes. You want to keep space. I love it. Powerful, powerful stuff. Yes, absolutely. Yeah. Look at those stocks.
Okay.
Look at those stocks. I love it. Who else? Who else? Go for it.
So lots of wins this week, but one in particular was more or less not a win. I was like the Jamaican runner on the 100 meter sprint. And then at the very last moment, guy came in anyway, had a house that was, that was essentially agreed upon that was going to be under contract. Had an amazing conversation with this lady. Another guy came in, promised something he couldn't fulfill the home. It did end up going to, to auction. She got nothing. Which is, which is frustrating but long story short, we, we. I got in touch with an incredible lawyer out of Miami who is his, I mean a specialist in what we're trying to accomplish with, with short term needs when it's, when it's at the midnight hour. So it was really neat that I ended up getting connected with him. I had a lawyer that was able to work with us but, but found a better lawyer even at a cheaper price, which is really, really neat. My big win. So I spent this weekend, our kids are getting ready to go back to school this, this week and so we spent a lot of time with our family this week. I was with a guy this weekend that I've had a chance to minister to over the years and my wife has had a chance to minister to his wife over the years. They're very wealthy. It was a really unique story. Both of them had spouses that had Alzheimer's and so they met in a support group and upon the passing of both of their spouses, which was within a month apart, they started dating in their 70s and they just latched on to, to Jill and I so was telling him about compounding impact in my book and series of books and he just basically said, he said man, whatever you need financially to, to fulfill any obligation through editing any marketing. He goes I want, I want to help back that completely. And so that's kind of a unique, you know, story so provision. And he just basically said I don't want there to be any financial barriers to your dream. So I said well that's great.
This is, this is awesome.
And they are in great health. So they're all. But they're in great health. I. I'd have to imagine they're not, they're not going to go anywhere but just been writing a ton and, and I feel free to write. I'm excited. I do second guess a little bit of my writing ability. Punctual punctuation is not my friend. But if I were to read it to you, it would make a hundred percent sense.
It would, it would make A hundred percent.
If I was able to do the audiobook just for you guys alone, you'd be like, you could track with this, but if you had to read it off the paper, you'd be like.
So.
Those were some, some, some major, incredible wins. I'm super, super excited. I will say from a professional perspective. I am an executive with a non profit called FCA and I've been with them for 10 years and we've created seven products that have gone to our national office. And so now they've asked us to work on number eight. And it starts right here in Florida with our team on whiteboards, sticky notes, napkins, and through text messages. It's, it's been an amazing, it's been an amazing run that I've had with FCA and have a trusted voice with them. But we actually just started to look at the numbers a little bit more closely on how soon we'd actually hit our goal of having hired 300 staff for the first time ever in Florida. And we actually just, we just clicked over to 301 staff. And that's a direct reflection of my department. So I'm in the, the talent development area. I train all of our staff, all 300 staff. And it's a joy of mine. So we just hit a big, big, big milestone when 10 years ago we had 62 staff. So if you, if you look at the growth in numbers, another big one from a ministry, just be praying. We had 6,000 football players in, in what we call our night of champions. So from, from a gathering perspective, we've never had an issue with that, but we just applied some principles at work and in those, in those spaces, I'm able to really test some of the content that I'm writing. Selfishly. It, it, it, I think it's good.
Okay.
I think it's good stuff that can help people. These are things that God has just put on my heart for, for, for a number of years. And the reception from that and the reception just, even the buy in people's, they're, they're attentive, they're excited, they're passionate. And anyway, long story short, we've had over 6, 000 football players under one roof over this last week. So it was, it was a unique, unique thing that we got to see. I don't know if you've ever seen that many people under one roof that are full of ambition and excitement and passion and testosterone and, and you know, poverty and wealth and parentless or, you know, I mean, it just, you have every Bit of the cross section of America when you have. When you have that kind of volume and then under the same banner of Christ, and then under the same banner support it. It's an electric environment. So it's been a good week. It's been fun. It's been exciting. We're taking a few days just to spend with our kids before they go back to school on Thursday. And yeah, we've got another deal that's that. That if. If everything goes well, as long as Guy shows up to the appointment, I'll probably have my first house under the impossible tribe goals under contract, which would be super fun.
And.
And I'm. I'm pumped about it. So.
Yes. All right, so stay on. Really quick phobia. Just spotlight me as well. So I wrote this phrase down when you were talking about that couple that told you about. They will fund whatever you need. And one of the interesting things was in the beginning, when we were. When you mentioned about the four books and impacting these many people, you said, okay, for the first six months, I'm really going to focus on my money goals. So that way I can take care of that. And it's funny because I wrote this down. I said, when you. When you begin chasing the impossible with God, don't be surprised when he shatters your assumptions in the process. Like, there was an assumption that you have to take care of the money side, so then you can start to really do the impact or ministry side. But God literally brought someone who says, no. Like, whatever the money issues you have on the impact side or the book side, I'm going to take care of it. And so when you begin chasing the impossible God, don't be surprised when he shatters your assumptions in the process. You didn't need to get that part taken care of for this to happen. All of a sudden, God's like, well, why can't you have both? Why can't you have both? Who not how. Who not how? So I just want to say that that's amazing. That's amazing.
Yeah, very cool.
Amazing. I love it. Powerful. Powerful stuff. Powerful stuff. All right. All right.
Can you hear me?
Yep. Go for it.
All right, so a couple things on Highlights. First of all, I hope everybody in this group has just stopped and observed how much God's working right now. I mean, throughout the week, that things that are falling in line, the stories everyone in this group is telling, it's amazing the way things are just falling into place and praise him, give him all the glory. It's incredible. What's Happening. And it's just uplifting. And he's doing it in just ways that are unexpected. I've operated in COO mode for 29 years, and the thing that's taking off the fastest for me is CEO stuff. The manufacturing side, I had identified a partner. And if anybody wants to talk about partnership issues, give me a call on the side because I've been through them, I've experienced the worst of it. But I can tell you that's where prayer of wisdom and discernment comes in, because the right partner can completely elevate. So there's a, there's another side to that coin. So I got the second round of drawings back on this manufacturing company that I'm working on and decided I was going to send a note to the person who. He doesn't know it yet, but he's going to be my partner in it. So last night I sent him a text and said, hey, it's. I've got a business venture that I think is right for us. And within about five minutes I get a response from him. How's middle of the week work? For a discussion. And so tomorrow, after Wednesday afternoon, he's going to find out what his next business venture is. So. And he's excited to hear about it. So that's, that's a big thing. But then, last thing I would say is piece of advice. We keep talking about who, not how.
Go.
Three and five years down the road, if you haven't made your org chart for what your organization looks like, you need to do so, because that's how you're going to get out in front of identifying the who's that you need in your life. So sit down, write it out, Write what that job description, what looks like, start to identify what that talent is, and you'd be amazed. An org chart is a system. When you start assigning people into it, it becomes a structure. So build out your system for what you need it to be. Three and five years from now, the who's will start to fill in and then you've got your structure in place. So get out in front of it that way. It's amazing when you, when you start to look forward like that, that's it.
Powerful stuff. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Man, guys, momentum. And here's the thing, like for us, for this group, like the only reason why I put it together, I told Chantel. So right now she's taking care of Zara because she's starting to go to bed earlier, which is amazing because then I can go to sleep. Earlier yesterday I went to sleep at 8:45 so I can wake up at 4:30 this morning. Okay, so. But when you got kids, you know, it's kind of man, it's tough to go to sleep at a certain time. But I told Chantel this earlier. This is. I love the group because it not only inspires but it also challenges. The testimonies that we're putting in are the wins to encourage you. But also it could also serve as a reset for you as well because let's say for a day or two you might drop your focus a little bit and you accept something that's below your floor. Even for a day, even for two days. With this group, you're gonna feel it to a point that guess what, you have a faster recalibration system to get back in alignment because you're a part of this group than if you went on this on your own and you recalibrated three weeks down the road or four weeks down the road. You just lost time. You lost a month versus you just lose a few hours. It's not about being perfect. It's about the self adjustments along the way and how fast can you make those adjustments. And so I would tell you, you guys have challenged me even more of like, Lord, like, like this is great. This is what I want. I want a group that our standard is the impossible. Like this is. We're not apologizing for it. And if people can't handle it, that's totally fine. They're just not. They just aren't our tribe. That's cool. We love them and we bless them. We bless them in the name of Jesus. We give them a holy kiss and we send them on their way. Hey, you can go after normal. That's awesome. You know, it's not what I. What we're interested in. So updates for me. Last week I had a great call with the India development team, the AI and even with the AI team or this development team, I still want to recruit a CTO. Okay. A Chief Technology Officer for Mind Renew AI. MindRenew AI. Yes, yes. 80 is progress while 100 is still planning. Okay. Like if you're still trying to get it to 100, it's still planning. I know what he's trying to say. I know it says 200, but we've had conversations so. But I still am recruiting a cto. Had a good conversation with Gabe. Gabe. He's actually been a who for me to find one of my crazy impossible goals of being connected to a billionaire and so we actually had a conversation today where, Gabe, I want you to share that really quick talk about gym, bat, nasium, and then what we talked about and then how it literally can help you and your impossible goal. So anyways, super quick.
60 seconds, 60 seconds, run down. There's a guy in South Florida, owns like all of Boca Raton. Very, very wealthy guy. He's got like 4200 units around there. A while back, 76. I used to walk the beach with him all the time. I used to ask him questions. Walk the beach, asking questions, asking questions. And I was like, Christian, Christian said, I need to find someone who. You said, anybody who just knows a lot about doors. You just wanted to find a real estate guy. I'm like, I know a guy. The same time it connected with your other impossible with a billionaire. So I'm like, oh, dude. I was walking to his office. So me, my girlfriend today, we were like just like decided to like, just walk in his office. We went about like 1pm and he wasn't there. But we're going again tomorrow to make that connection.
But it's also our conversation of what led and got you more excited, where it ended up talking about the possibility of helping you with your impossible.
Yeah. So on the back end, me and him are talking. I'm like, wait a minute, he's got like 4200 units. You guys understand how many windows that is? That's like, that's like a seven figure deal. That's like instantly a who that would hit me, hit my goal in like a month. Right. But me and Christian talked about too. It's like, we want to provide value to him first. So that would be on the back end. So introduce him to Christian. I. I just know a little about his work environment. I feel Christian can help him a lot.
You talked about the lawsuits and stuff too. So what I do on peak performance, I. I've helped people in massively high emergency situations, you know, really operate at their peak. Whether it's a trauma surgeon needing to perform surgery on a family who got hit by a car, and that family's going to get dropped off at the hospital in 20 minutes and they're not in the right headspace. How can you shift them in a moment to actually be at their peak and save that family's life? And so Jim is dealing with a lot of legal issues. And so we talked. I said, I just want to help him. I wouldn't charge them, I wouldn't do any of that because I want to be genuine friends with A billionaire. And oftentimes people are used to withdrawing from them versus depositing in them. And I want to be a person who deposits. I love it.
Yeah.
And then we figured out it ended up gonna be helping in your impossible goal, so we'd help both of our impossible goals at the same time.
I was like, oh, my gosh. But, yeah, really angry angling that you take. Christian, though, is like really like trying to add value in his life. Because I feel like at that level, so many people try to take from him and ask of him. So really coming out with just like love and, you know, adding value. First you said, how did I first meet him before you started walking together? Well, something about me, I love meeting new people. That's like my thing. Walking, walking up to random people. I was at a charity event and someone's like, oh, that guy like owns all Boca. And I just walked up to him, talked to him for like, talk to him for like five seconds. Like, not like probably a minute max. It's about like a year and a half ago. But I got intel like that he walks the beach at this certain time and I made friends with some guy who goes on the walk with him. So then like 7am rolls around and I just like show up at his house with the guy that told me that they went on the walk. I'm like, I'm here and I just walked the beach with him for like a month. And it was. It was great. And yeah, he. He's a walk. He walks fast. He walks like he's a billionaire. Trust me, he's good.
I love it. Yeah, I love it. I love it. Yep. Kenny, hey, if. If you and Gabe partners, he'll get you in the doors of everything. I'm telling you right now. Like, Gabe will be like, if you bring him to an event, that would probably be like an amazing ad spend for you. He'd probably get you like, hey, Gabe, I'm going to fly you to this event that I need to attend and you're going to attend with me and I'm going to tell you all the people I want to meet. You go open the door.
That's a win win.
Look good and do a win win would be way, like telling you huge. But Gabe is a who. He's literally. I was like, I've researched people and I can email billionaires because I can. I do cold email outreach so I can get anybody's email in the world. I even got Elon Musk one time and send him an email. So. But literally I Was like I can do that or I can create a connection with someone who already has that. And so Gabe definitely is a who for that. So that's another plus. He's doing that. But ultimately it's going to make him look amazing as well, which could open the door for his impossible go to be fixed in like one meeting, which is awesome. So that's an update on my end. So AI huge then this thing with a billionaire. And then right now I am actually looking for a VP of sales for my company because one of the things that the Lord has put on my heart is individualism is a value that I have to fight against. Because guys like I'm like, I can do a seven figure business by myself and, and, and an assistant, I can do that. But now for me to actually get to that level, I have to recruit and more energy has to be on getting great people. And so I'm actually looking for VP of sales that can come into my coaching firm as well. We I've got cold outreach systems already set up that then just needs to be managed with some bas. But I'm talking about who's this person that can take our sales machine and go it to another level for enterprise clients. I know, I know, I know. I love it, I love it. But VP of sales. I talked to Gabe, but I actually felt like when we were talking that his thing was actually better suited for his impossible goal than going after my thing. But Gabe has given me some people I might follow up. But I also want you guys to dip into your contacts because I need that. I'm doing that. And I'm also possibly considering a partner at that buy in at 30%. I kind of want to confirm that this month. And so I've been praying about some key people because how God wants me to really operate. Chantel was kind of alluding to it a little bit. You know the book Born to Rule? I'm going to share this with you guys really quick. Hold on. Hey Josh, do you have Born to Roll really quick. Can you show like a copy of it? I don't.
I'm in Jacksonville.
Okay. Okay. I don't got it. I think let me just grab it real quick and then I'll be quick, quick. And then we'll talk about institution super fast.
Oh, here it is.
So Born to Rule. Okay. This book right here, I call it my life message. All right. Because I know no matter what, I'm always going to go back to Dominion. Like why did I even become a peak performance coach? Because it's basically dominion in the marketplace language. Like you're supposed to operate in full dominion mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, financially, business wise. Everything in every area of your life. And that's essentially a peak performance coach. Think of a life coach on steroids. So Chantel and I have been having great conversations about what if there's an opportunity to restart? Because I've done it in the past in terms of like ministry impact as a business, whatever. I've done a three day event where it's three days, 12 hours each day and I spoke oftentimes for six or seven or eight hours straight without any notes and people were still glued. And it was a virtual event. Basically. Think of like, like Tony Robbins, Unleash the power within. But all kingdom, okay? And so it's kingdom high performance. Kingdom peak performance. So her and I have been having a conversation and there's a possibility of us restarting that, but in a new light. But I told her, I said, babe, I can't be the driver for that because if that takes my focus, I won't hit my goal. Like, I won't hit my goal. But it's actually caused her to consider, well, what if this is time for me to step up Now, I've kind of, she's kind of avoided it in the past, but there's not one person I know that's amazing with both people and systems like her. Jill is also one of those people as well who's amazing with people and systems at the same time, you know, but, but she, her and I have had a conversation where the possibility for this New Year's event is actually both of us, along with some people that I might bring on to speak as well. I've done events like this before online, but this will be first face to face. But now I'm not in execution mode or driving mode. My execution. My number one thing, guys, is recruiting the people who would have our spirit, who can take things because leverage. Four things on leverage. There's people, there's capital, there's code, and there's content. Okay? Four things of leverage. Naval Ravikant talks about this. There's labor, which is people, capital, code and content. All right? And think of leverage like, hey, I asked people this. If you believe if I told you I could pick up a car with one hand, would you believe me? And everybody would say no. I said, okay, well I. This is how I pick up a car with one hand. I put a car jack under it and I go with one hand. And I just picked up a car with one hand I applied leverage. So that means I put a little bit of effort and got greater return on the back end. And so that's why who know how is a leverage thing. So right now I'm in the process of recruiting literally four people. One a cto AI on the AI side. Second, I already know what we need to do for go to market strategy on that. Like I already know 100%. Second thing is two people on the coaching side which is a partner and a VP of sales. VP of sales. 3% equity divested over three years. And then first 90 days are kind of be a and 3%. I'm looking to get this to $100 million the next three years because of $100 million in revenue because of the enterprise accounts we're going to be focusing on and because of my cold email system that I literally have gotten meetings with presidents of billion dollar construction companies and I've also met with CEOs, a billion dollar hospital systems just because of my cold email system. And the fourth thing is a team that's going to help on the ministry side of Born to Rule that Chantel can lead as well. And so I am in recruiting mode right now. Recruiting energy. Be praying for us as well because this weekend, Thursday to Saturday, Chantel and I will be in San Jose, California from Greenville attending something called the power couple experience with our pastors, Apostle Ron and Pastor Hope. And it's about five thousand dollar investment per per couple and there's only going to be about 20 couples there and most of them they're. You want to talk about the biggest giver of our church is going to be there which I think is net worth about 250 million. And then the other couples are actually people that don't attend our church that are also high net worth people. So one relationship from this weekend could literally skyrocket things as well, elevating our inner circle. And so be praying that I said chantel, we have one goal, create one incredible life changing relationship for 20 couples. I don't care one person for them is literally gonna skyrocket. Like I don't care what, who. And so it also will give us more connected relationship with our pastors who's high level with a lot of other people across the board. He's a spiritual son of TD Jakes and also is well connected in business because his the west campus is in San Jose which they have Google execs and Facebook execs attend the church as well on that side too. And so there could be more Conversations and relationships that pertain to that side as well. So be praying for that this weekend. But I'm in recruiting mode and guys, don't stop chasing the impossible. I don't care. We're not lowering our goal. We're not accepting anything less than this, okay? Chasing the impossible is literally the most exhilarating thing I have been a part of in a while. It causes you to emphasize one thing. Speed. All right? Trust what you're feeling from your future self and execute. No second guessing. We don't got time to second guess here. Second guessing is below our floor. Okay? I'm not saying you don't be wise and interpret and say, okay, let me make sure I. First. My first thing is I mitigate the risk. All right, what's the worst case cost, worst case benefit? Okay, all right, we're going to mitigate the risk. And how can we make this as less risk as possible? Second. Then I just. You just execute speed. I literally go. Three days ago, I got on three conversations and it was between 8:30 to 9pm and guys, when I tell you like, I'm trying to be in bed at my nine, but guess what? I squeezed three conversations in my last 30 minutes of bed. And one of them was to connect Tracy with Mia, which was super awesome. You know, like, I'm super grateful it went well. But two other conversations was for my stuff. So I'm like, great, I got more done in these last 30 minutes because who not how could not have. And I was all about speed. I didn't think, oh, should I reach out to this? Maybe it's not an appropriate time. Guess what? We break the rules and assumptions here. Whatever you're feeling and whatever you're sensing, do it. Deal. Give me a thumbs up. Deal. We're chasing the impossible. We're so. It's supposed to be different. There's a funny SNL quote that Elon says. He says, you know, I'm talking about building rockets to Mars and changing the car industry. Did you ever think I was going to be a chill dude? That was his sno call. Did you ever think I was going to be a chill dude? And so it's like, guys, like, we're chasing the apostle. If someone like Eli could chase the impossible, you know, guess what? I know we can. So throughout the. Throughout the regular rules we have, throughout the assumptions, it's okay to be unconventional. Like what Kenny's doing. He's trying to own his industry. You talk about coming up with a new idea of what you're talking about. With Airbnbs and the home care and what you're doing, like, he's trying to break the rules. He's doing the impossible, testing the assumptions. And so let's continue to do that. So on my end, guys, keep doing it. Keep pushing, because you guys are challenging me. And I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Even to a point where Chantel, last thing I'll share, and then we'll go into execution. Last thing I share. Chantel saw me, I think it was, like, yesterday or two days ago. I was, like, just doing something on my phone. Last 10 minutes. It was just. I was just playing a simple, like, strategy game because sometimes I like to do that. She's like, christian, is that really helpful right now? I said, babe. She was like, no. Is that helpful right now? Like, is that gonna help you wake up really early tomorrow? I was like, no. She's like, well, then turn it off. I was like, okay. At first I was, like, pissed. I was like, leave me alone. I get to do what I want with my time. She's like, no. And then I was like, okay, fine.
Bye. Bye.
You know, accountability, ownership, you know, if I didn't own my result, I could have easily just fought against it. And then the next morning, I thanked her for it. I was like, hey, again, for challenging me. Thank you. Thank you. I could easily be like, oh, her goal is impacted. 500,000 women minus to be a billionaire. So my goal is bigger. So you don't have any right to keep me accountable. No, that is not true accountability. The accountability is, I owned my vision, and anyone can keep me accountable according to it, because I want my vision to happen. I don't care whether they're going after something less or bigger than me. That doesn't matter. What matters is, is this going to help me get to my goal? Yes or no? I don't care the source for which it's coming from. That doesn't matter. What matters is, is this God in disguise keeping me accountable towards what he's called me to do. Okay, can I hear the voice of God in the accountability, no matter what source it comes from? And so also too, if you're married, listen to your wife. Okay? That's another side thing. Okay? We'll just leave it like that. So let's talk about. Oh, come on. That. That versus James just rocks my socks.
Okay?
Don't get me started on that one, okay? If you know the good you ought to do and you do not do it, it is sin. All right, so now, last thing, guys. Here's A simple thing for execution. I was having this really think about how do I execute well? How do we get more like organizations to execute well? How do you guys execute well? And I'm going to give you guys a simple framework. I do. And then a simple formula for those who have coached me personally. You're probably hearing similar frameworks before, but guess what? This stuff still works. All right, so if you've heard the same thing, great. If you're not applying it, great. You get to now reapply it and it's mastery. It's amazing. All right. It's amazing because there are three levels of wisdom in the Bible. In the book of proverbs, there's knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Okay, Knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Knowledge is I know a thing. Understanding is. I'm starting to apply it and now I understand how it works. I can know about sales, but now I'm applying it and I'm understanding it. Wisdom is, I've been applying it and understanding it so much that it's almost automatic now that it's wisdom. Wisdom is skillful living in the Bible. Wisdom is skillful living in the Bible. So it's like I can know something that doesn't mean you understand it, but then you apply it and you start to, your knowledge turns to understanding. I understand when they talk about the power of KPIs, I understand. Now when they talk about operating from your future self, I understand. But wisdom is when you've understand it so much that it you've mastered it to a point that you do it without thinking about it, it's become wisdom to you. Okay? So I want us to be wise executors. Okay? So two simple things, all right? I call it five moves and my exponential productivity formula. Okay? Some of you guys have heard me talk about this personally and some of you guys haven't. Regardless of where you're at on the fence of it, this is going to help you apply it right away. All right, so five moves. All right, so this specifically I'm going to share my screen so you guys can see it. Also, am I good to move on? You guys have anything you guys want to share on? Anything I've shared before recently, just now? Anything you guys want to chime in? Nothing. Okay, cool. Just an update as well. Mia, Kenny, thank you guys for asking about in person. I like that. Immersion. All right, September 23rd, it's gonna be a two day thing. Like I'm like, if we're gonna do it, we're gonna do it well. And if you guys Are gonna fly in or drive in or whatever, you're gonna get your money's worth, okay? We're gonna make sure that literally it's gonna be transformational. Okay? And also I'm gonna have some of you guys present as well. Because if this is a group, I'm not speaking most of it. Everybody's contributing. Give me a thumbs up if you're cool with that. And you might say, well, like Christian, what would I speak about? In the area of your whoness. In the area of your whoness. All right, so five moves and I'm gonna jump in really quick. So every single initiative you guys are doing or are in the process of can be broken down into five major moves. Very simple. Like for example, you know, launch a best selling book. All right, I've got the five moves where literally I know I know how to go a bestselling book. That I know my next book, my fourth book is gonna literally had a perennial bestseller. So first one is easy. Write an incredible book. When I say incredible book, it has to be worthy of reshare. Okay, step one, write an incredible book. Step two, either get a publisher or self publish. Okay, step three, get three to five partners with at least, it's at least 10,000 to 25,000 emails. They each have an email list. 20, 25,000. Create bonuses. Sorry, I'm not spelling right bonuses for a launch event. Then execute launch event with partners. Okay? Because the launch event is going to allow sales in the first month to be incredible. But the, the reason why we do a write an incredible book in the beginning is because after that, after that month is gone, guess what? That launch is over. It's fatigued. So now it grows through word of mouth. But if you don't do this, then guess what? We everything else, you just gotta grab a great book in the first month and you got great sales in the first month. But I just did a big thing in five moves. Terry, you can copy this. This is for you as well. Okay? Literally that's for you. So when I even launched my company, you know, when I first launched it, and I said, man, the one thing that would be impossible is that I could get eight clients, okay? Eight high ticket clients in 12 weeks. My step one was create the brand, the website, all of that. Step two is create my grand slam irresistible offer. Like what would be my offer that I would do? Step three would be create my free irresistible offer. Step four is get a list of 10 to 15 people. I know that I can offer that free thing, but also has A promoter personality. They're the type of people that you do. You. You do a free thing for them, and they don't just tell one person. They tell 10 people. Promoter personality. Like, if I get Gabe locked in on something, he's gonna tell 15 people. Promoter personality. If I get Kenny, he might not tell anybody. You know, it. Like, he might tell his wife. That's it. You know, it's like totally fine if I tell Terry, you know, that's it, you know, But. But that was. That was step four. Step five, contact them and offer the free thing. The free offer. Guess what? I executed those five moves, and instead of getting eight clients in 12 weeks, I had eight clients in six weeks. I got to my impossible goal that I felt like in half the time because I broke down the big thing into five major moves. Okay? Five major moves. And you can break this down into many bites. Like for example, with Chantel, when she wrote an incredible book. Okay? I broke that down with step one, plan the book. Step two, write the book. Step three, design the book. Step four, edit the book. Step five, so I can break that one move down into multiple things. But this helps on execution. You want to know why? Because your brain is horrible at multitasking, and you do one move at a time. Like, when I was writing a book, I wasn't focusing on self publishing or getting partners or trying to create bonuses for a launch of. I wasn't trying to do that. I was only on one thing, and I executed. That's where I can spend most of my capacity on your constraint. Okay, you can spend most of your capacity on your constraint. Why? Because we're on move one. We're not on move four. We're on move one. We're not on move four. Okay, now, but here's a question. All right, but does that make sense? Guys, give me a thumbs up if that makes sense. Write down your big thing into five moves. Five major moves. You could probably do it on five major moves. You. You don't need to do it in 30 different moves. Okay? If you tell me it's pretty much a secret. Sorry, I just see that now, Kenny. Yeah, yeah, exactly. But if I need something done, I'm gonna get it to Kenny. That's how I know Kenny will get it done. You don't care. Like, he's gonna get it done. I don't got it. If I got to tell people about it, I'm gonna tell certain people in this group. But if I need to get something done, I'm gonna tell other people in this group. But break it down into five moves. What's my impossible? Okay, I want to fill, you know, launch and fill, you know, my, my homes in a new market at full capacity. Day one. Okay, what are the five major moves you need to really execute to get that done? You could break it down into five moves. Not the 10, the 10 steps, the 15 steps. And that brings clarity. That brings clarity. Like whatever your impossible goal. Okay. Sell a million dollar house in 90 days. Five moves. Well, move one, pass the exam the first time. All.
Right?
Move two might be, you know, getting a, getting a proven system from someone who's. Sells million dollar homes. Consistently learn model from people. You don't have to create it yourself. So break it down into five moves. Then after you break it down into five moves, let's say how many guys, you know, you'd love to work a hundred percent on whatever move you're at, but you have a bunch of stuff that you got to keep up with, right? Either got stuff in your organization, stuff in your business, stuff in your ministry that you still got to upkeep, that you can't just ignore everything and focus on this one move. How many guys know that that's, that's what you have, so we call the whirlwind. How do you move the ball forward in those moves while still not dropping the ball in other important areas of your life? It's very simple. We apply the exponential productivity formula. Okay, Some of you guys have seen this before, but I guarantee you're not applying it right now. So you're going to apply it. Okay, the first number. How many guys knows what this is? Give me a thumbs up. Okay, you guys know what this is? Give me a thumbs up. 30. 31. 60.
61.
90. 91. How many guys know what this is? How many guys don't know what this is? Give me thumbs down. Thumbs down. Thumbs down. Okay, you don't know what this is? Okay, Very simple. Okay? So the first number and the second number and the third number of each one represents the same thing. They represent the same thing. So this first 30 represents the same as the first 60 represents the same as the first 90. The second 30 is the same as the second 60 is the same as the second. 91. 1. 1 is the same. Okay, so the first number is the next number of days. The second number is my first minutes of work, slash focus. And then this third number is the number one most important thing. Okay, so this is how it'll go for the next 30 days. I'm going to spend my first 30 minutes on the number one most important thing. For my next 60 days, I'm going to spend my first 60 minutes on the number one most important Thing. For my next 90 days, I'm going to spend My first 90 minutes on the number one most important THING. This is beginner execution. This is more advanced and then this is world class. Like if someone world class at the high level in their first 90 minutes of their day, they spend their first 90 minutes on the number one most important thing. Guess what? You can spend the rest of your day working on the whirlwind in your organization or career or company or ministry. The whirlwind and still move the ball forward because you spend 90 straight minutes on the number one most important thing. This is the formula I used to to write born to rule three months faster with 15000 more words than my second book. While being full time in ministry, marriage, everything I wrote born to rule three months faster with 15000 more more words. I basically wrote born to in three months. Just so you guys know, my second book took me six months. I wrote Born to Rule is done everything, edited all of that in three months. Why? Because every morning I woke up at 4:30 and I spent my first 90 minutes writing that no matter what happened the rest of my day at 6am I got the most important thing done. At the time I could literally just be fighting fires the rest of the day. I still moved the ball forward. With organizations it's like, hey, in our first 60 minutes of our day, are we, are we just trying to check our inbox and just. Or are we actually executing on the most important things? Like how are we spending our first minutes of our day? Are we actually focusing on what's most important? Imagine if everyone in your organization, whatever your number one thing is, or yourself as a solar executor, you spent your first 60 minutes on the number one most important thing. Guess what? If you're on move two, imagine spending 90 straight minutes for the next 60 days. How fast would you get move two done? You could probably get it done today. Imagine for your first 90 minutes and then you move to move three. Your first 90 minutes, you're on move three. You could get those three to five partners in a week time. Because you spend 90 straight minutes on the number one most important thing. And that's usually what move are you on. So step one, take your big thing five moves. Of course there are steps in between. Step two, I would encourage everybody to start at the 60, 61. Do not start at the 90 because. Because I've coached. I've done literally 1149 coaching sessions in the past three years. Like don't start at 90. Not everybody really starts at the 90 minutes. I would say for the next 60 days, guys, what if for the next 60 days, you spent your first 60 minutes on the number one most important thing in your impossible. What is that? One bottleneck or one constraint or what move am I on? Am I on move three? And what if I spent 60 minutes to get that done? Whether it's recruiting an A player team, that right now, that's my number one focus. So like these next 90 days, I'm sending my first 90 minutes on just discovering, uncovering, reaching out, all of that, having conversations, everything to confirm those things. That's my number one most important thing. I guarantee you in three weeks time, I will have my team. Three weeks or less, I will have my team. Like running. So 60, 61, I would encourage you guys. So for the next 60 days, what would it look like if we spent our first 60 minutes on the number one most important thing? And so execution, yes. Five moves is going to cause you to prioritize like never before. What are the actual five major moves for this? I can't focus on fluff. I got to focus on what actually moves the needle, what actually moves things forward. Then number two, it allows you to execute but still deal with your whirlwind in your day. Things are going to come up now. You don't have to have your day to be perfect for you guys to get progress on the most important thing. Your day doesn't have to be perfect. I just need a good 60 minutes and I'm moving the ball forward. This is how Mia, Tracy, how you connected with him. This is how I had him apply to 60, 61. And he added in just three months, I think he added an extra 400,000 on profit in just three to four months. Like I'm like I just. And he didn't do anything different except for execute on the number one most important thing. And he spent his first 60 minutes. That's the only thing he did different. That's the only thing he did different.
I had a quick question. That's okay.
Yeah, go for it. I know really excellent roi.
For example, when you, when you think of, when you think of like the first 60 minutes of your day, if it's like I work out, is that cutting out workout is working the most important thing first 60 minutes before you actually work out?
No, I mean you don't have to, I, I, I don't, I just say it's the first time when you, when you actually work, work your first 60, 90 minutes of work. Me, I like to, I either wake up at 4:30, I do a quick 18 minute hit workout and then I immediately start working right after. So it's like for me that happens 18 minutes after I wake up. You know, I make my coffee and do all that and then I jump into that. But I don't even do my bible study until after I've done my 90 minutes. Like I, I read the scriptures for about like hour, a good hour and I study it our hour and a half. Some days will take me like two, three hours. But, but I've already done 90 minutes on the number one most important thing. So when I go to spend time with God, I feel good. I'm like, yes, okay, I can slow down. I'm not thinking about all the things I need to get done. I can actually be with you and be here. So. Great question. So Mia, can you clarify on your question?
Yeah, I was just curious because I know that there's piece of prioritization. Right. And so I love that. And obviously the idea is that how do we move the ball forward and deal with all the peripheral stuff. I'm just curious for you personally, especially with bigger amplified objectives, what have you evolved to that has been a discipline that, that you're instituting? Like is 9090, like you feel sufficient or you're like I'm doing three waves of these 90s or what does that look like for your execution?
That's a great question. Yeah, I still, for any endeavor I'm having, I'm still like what's the number one bottleneck or constraint or what's the most important thing to solve for that? And I still break that into five moves for each of those. So if I've got three different initiatives or three different, you know, organizations and right now I'm working through it, so I can't tell you based off, you know, based off like, oh, I'm perfect and I've got this, you know, I don't. But one thing I do feel good about is my execution. Because one of the things I don't mind having is I don't want to. The only risk I ever want is an execution risk. I don't want a knowledge risk, I don't want a capital risk. I don't want. So I try as much to lower every other risk except for an execution risk. And so one thing I do feel Good about is my execution. And so I do whatever initiative I have. I split it into five moves. No matter what. I don't care what the big goal is because five moves allows my brain to focus on the little bite at a time for the big thing. And if I'm talking about iterations now, I, I can tell you what I've advised multiple, you know, people at multiple organizations and it's worked for them is I have told them, hey, on your 9091 you could either do split them into the eight each like in one day or you can split them into specific days like Monday I'm going to work on this enterprise and I'm going to do a 9091 on this enterprise. On Tuesday, I'm doing it on this one. Wednesday I'm doing on this one one. That's something I've seen work well. But if you try to do, let's say you have three things, three enterprises and you've done 90, 91 and you try to fit them all on Monday and then you try to do it all on Tuesday three times on one, then all of Wednesday, then all of Thursday, you just basically lost half your day that if emergency happened then your day literally has to be perfect for you to fit all them in.
So actually truly being so truly stick like night like to not make it too unbearable or unrealistic. Right. Like talk about game in the gap. Be content that 90 happens and like know that even if that's an alternate alternating initiative focus that that is sufficient. And and I guess that's just where I'm saying like how do you manage almost that mentality of like this is forward progress. This is literally all I need to focus on. So it sounds like you're can like it is okay to use that 90 as a world in class, best in class, world class anchor system.
Yes. And I would say knowing when is enough in a day, obviously you execute till you get the result. You know, Genesis chapter two, verse two to three, you know, three times it says, you know, God ended his work when he finished all that he had done, so God rested when he finished everything. So God has two modes. He has perfect work and perfect rest. He does not. He either operates in work or rest. So he obviously works until the result is done. But in the process, oftentimes with entrepreneurs have multiple ventures, they live in a perpetual state of things, not feeling enough. And I want us to be a group that goes after our impossible and we enjoy exactly where we're going. Like something that you know, you might not have. You know, Kenny's future self didn't write him a letter, but he wrote bullet points. Laugh more, enjoy more. You know, and so I want this group to chase the impossible and not be miserable at the same time. And so I would not advise like multiple 9091s in a day. I wouldn't. Because you've literally got to. Your day has to be perfect with zero interruptions for you to execute that. And one 90 minute frame takes so much energy out of you that after a 90 minutes I take a 10 minute, 10 to 15, 20 minute, like, like debrief away from everything because of how much flow I get into. Because of how much flow you get into. Guys, on the science side of flow, when you hit a flow state, productivity increases by 400%. Which is why when you do a 60, 61 or a 90, 91, you literally drill down and focus without any interruptions. Put your phone in another room for 60 minutes. All right? Like don't look at emails for those 60 minutes. Flow increases productivity by 400. Stanford University did a research, did it, did a whole paper on it, on the power of flow. And when you get into the flow state, 400 increase in productivity. And also with your moves, you don't have to be the one to execute it. Like write a great book. Okay, maybe for Terry, he gets an editor to help him make it better. You know, like, like remember the. What matters is that the moves get done. Who cares who does it leverage? Labor, capital, code and content. All right? Code is a machine is doing it. Like I, I have, I have a cold email agency that sends 5, 000 cold emails a week for me. And I don't touch it. The only thing we work on is the copy. All right? That's the content side, okay? That scales. All right? So I don't, I don't care who gets it. I just care about the result. That's it. And if you can get the moves done faster by other who's, then that means it frees you up. That then you can go through this faster. You can get through the five moves so much faster. But I would not advise multiple 90, 90 ones. You know what I do? Advice? Having other people do 9091s. So it's like you doing five 9091s. You just executed one of them, yet four other people do other ones. They did their 9091 or they did their 6061. Imagine an organization, everybody, for the first hour, we're not doing a meeting. That is not going to Help us on this number one thing, everybody. Our number one impossible goal is to get here, everybody. For our first hour, we are focusing on the number one most important thing. We can fight fires for the last seven hours of our day. That's not hard. At least we move the ball down the field. That way we don't get to Friday and be like, well, we got a lot of activity, but didn't actually get productivity. Remember, productivity is anything that gets us to the goal. Do we actually get closer to our goal? Yes or no? It's not that hard to answer. We just gotta have some humility to answer it, though, right? Because it takes humility to say, no, I didn't get it done. It takes humility for my wife to be like, why are you playing that game? Ten minutes before sleep, I'm like, oh, babe. But it's a strategy.
Helps me think.
But do you need it right now? Okay, fine. All right. Like, you're right. Okay. But it takes humility. And most companies don't grow. Most organizations don't grow because they're not humble enough. That's just that simple. And I'm going to give you guys one Bible verse. I think it's in the book of Proverbs where it says, by humility and fear of the Lord comes riches, honor, and life. By humility and fear of the Lord comes riches, honor, and life. And that word riches in the. In the. In proverbs. Guess what? It's not spiritual riches. It's riches. Riches. It's money. Money, okay? So it's like, why do we got to make everything so spiritual? Okay. Bible talks about riches. Talk about money. Okay, all right, so that's all. Sorry I'm making some of y' all laugh. This is how I talk about the Bible sometimes, guys. For you guys that don't know me, this is your first exposure to it. It's like. It's amazing.
Talk about money.
Money, riches. Riches, okay? Like money in your pocketbook. All right? But by humility and fear of the Lord comes riches, honor, and life. Okay? You could have riches and life. Doesn't mean when you get riches, you lose your life. Okay? So let. Let. Let's get that out the equation. So. But I said to say, I don't advise you doing multiple 9091s or 61s. Just have other people do it. So you're doing as if you're doing five.
Anyways.
Any other questions? Me, I always ask the greatest questions. Any. Anything you guys want to share? Maybe you guys think I'm crazy. Maybe you guys think, okay, this is good. This is. I. This is, you know, doesn't really work out for me. I mean, you guys love to hear feedback.
Guys, it is happening. You guys feel that?
Yes. I love it. It's happening. It's happening. I love it. I love it.
But I mean, seriously, I mean, look at the results we're getting so far. It's like, serious.
Guys, it's only been a month. Today's our fourth meeting. Guys, think of where you were four weeks ago to where you're at now. How different. How much farther are you guys now than you were four weeks ago? Like, some of us are completely different people. I don't even recognize myself. Like, four weeks ago, I look at that picture, I was like, who's that? I mean, I'm wearing the same clothes and I look the same, but I don't even know who that is anymore. I really don't. I love it. I love it. So anything you guys want to share, talk to me. Yes. Come on, Josh. Yep. This group helps reintegrate you, so you only fall off for, like, a couple hours as opposed to like a couple months. Very big difference. It's not about being perfect. It's about executing as imperfectly as we can. But 9.5 out of 10, it's not perfect, but it's huge. So anything you guys want to share any other questions? Because I want to make sure homework, though, is what Mia said. Outline your five moves and start doing the 60, 61. If you guys need to talk to your team or you need to let them know, hey, guys, like, this is. These are our five moves, and this is like, yes, we're for sure meeting in person. I even had phobia. My assistant changed the. The invitation on September 23, plus our address, so we'll be doing it at our place. Okay, so you just go to the September 23rd invite, and you can see that it's blocked out for two days from 8am to 5pm. Yep, we're doing it.
So, Christian, I gotta sign off my brother.
I've.
I've gotta go give this. This bath time to this little guy.
Oh, 100. 100. Okay, well. Yep, you get, you get. You get going. We'll have someone pray us out. But if you guys don't have anything else. Love you, Terry. Can't wait to see what you guys might. Put your five moves in the. In the. In the group. Okay, once you guys have it down, put your five moves in the group. Put your five moves in the group as well. Toby, can you write down the stuff I'm saying too? Because sometimes I forget I just flow. But I'd love for us to. Number one, define our five moves for our initiative. What's your impossible? Break it down in five moves. Number two, write it in the group. Number three, execute. 60, 61. If you got to reorient yourself, rearrange your team. All right, guys, these are the next, like, we're going to focus on this one move for 60 minutes. On our first 60 minutes of our day, things are going to happen. Things are going to get in the way. We're going to make sure we'll deal with it after our first hour. We've at least done the most important things. If your organization or company or what you guys are doing falls apart in one hour, you don't have a good organization to be good with. Okay? Something's wrong. Okay. We talk about bigger problems.
All right.
What the heck? All right. Anyways. All right. Michael. No, no, no. Well, I was gonna see if Josh could pray, but you gotcha. You got your baby. So we're not gonna have you flow right now. Let's actually have Kenny pray us out. I know, I know, I know you, like, don't talk to people you don't know, but just hook us up.
Yep. For sure. Lord, we thank you. We thank you that you love us in spite of us. Yes, Lord, we think. We thank you that you know the. The depths of our heart. And we know that you. That we were fearfully and wonderfully made. And you've given us gifts, and you've given us talents, and you've given us grace and just use us, Lord. Give us clarity, give us direction, give us wisdom, give us discernment. Put the people in our paths who would. Who would further your kingdom and who would be of value to. To us and. And to those around us. We love you. We thank you. I want to lift up. Specifically, I want to lift up Michael. I hope that. I pray that. That his deal will go through, that you give him. Him and. And his fiance some ease in. In this time of uncertainty. And we just thank you for. For who you are and everything that you.
That you are to us.
Jesus name.
Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen, guys. We'll see you next week, Josh. I will. Last thing I'll say is I'll be connecting with Alex, I believe next week. Phobia and I, we've gotten connected for next week. Who could possibly be our first kind of guest speaker as well? And so, yeah, so it'd be good to confirm that with him. But, guys, if there's any other speakers you may have as well or anybody that you think can contribute, I'd love to you guys to send them my way. But I also care about the quality of this group, okay? So. So I want to make sure best of the best and people that care about the impossible. I don't want anybody to be like, oh, you know, we're gonna go achievable stuff. We're not. I'm not interested. You guys can do an achievable group later, okay? I don't know if it has the same ring as an achievable tribe, as an impossible tribe, but, you know, not for me. Okay? And so. All right. Love you guys. See you guys next week. Operate in the power of the spirit. Remember, you are limitless in the kingdom. Born to royal, y'.
All.
Peace.
