How are you now? She's better. She's like got a few hydration stuff in her system. To the clouds with the sound like a roaring lion Feels like it feels like our time is now it feels like it feels like we were born to be champions we were born to be we were born to be champions we were want to be we were going to have a name. Oh, babe, I told you about Jason, right? He might be able to jump on. He'll jump on a little later.
James, it's so good to have you with us today, My fellow Aussie. Yeah.
Yeah. It's early morning for them, right? Early morning for you guys.
7:45.
Oh, that's.
Absolute perfection. I was assuming it was going to be like 5am and it's 7:45. I got time to get ready. Do a cold punch. I'm happy.
Best way to start your day.
I love it. Greg, good to see you. Oh, you're on mute. I wonder if Mia's going to join because she just had her birthday, so. Mia had her birthday guys a couple of days ago, which is awesome. We threw a party and made her cry, which is amazing. I want Gabe to come in and get us to get our energy up.
There's energy and then there's G.
Hey. He's all I need. That's it. What a blessing. What a blessing. We're give about a couple more minutes. Give some time for people to jump in. Blood, sweat and tears are running down our skin. We came to battle, came to fight. Yeah, we came to wings up for making. Oh, and Michael got married on Friday, so he better not jump on this.
I was about to say, if he turns up, I'll be like denying entry.
Yeah.
Let's say go spend time with your wife. Got married on Friday.
Man.
What a blessing. And he got his house. Beautiful. All right, baby, you can phase it out. And you're recording, right, my love. Okay. Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Impossible tribe. Guys, so glad today we're a little thinner than normal. Some people have texted me. Michael got married on Friday. So, you know, he's spending some time with him and his wife. Jason, he might be jumping in in a little bit. He just got out of. As you guys know, he's an executive for the Berkshire Hathaway Company. They just met with two CFOs and the CEO and it was a meeting from 1pm all the way to 5:15. And so for four hours straight. And so he's a little mentally fried, so he might jump on a little bit. Mia just had A birthday and she was spending some time with family. So we'll see her jumping in, but either way, and then Gabe, you know, Gabe escape. So Terry texted us in the group as well. He has an executive on annual review. Yep, yep, yep. An annual review. So. But hey, either way it's going to be a powerful time, a powerful call. Where Chantal and I are at right now, we are in Cancun. I have, you know, had the incredible opportunity to perform the ceremony for someone I've been spiritually mentoring for the past four years. It was an amazing blessing. Tears were shed. But they got married at the same time as Michael, who I'm also spiritually mentoring as well on the same day. So it's like, you know, God just seems to kind of work it out same time. It's kind of hilarious. Oh, Mia's jumping on amazing. Just as we were talking about Mia. She's gonna come with great questions and so Kenny, you're. You're a relieved of question asking duty. Okay. Mia, happy birthday you okay if we sing you happy birthday.
You. Only if you insist.
We should we baby lead it.
Go ahead.
No, I'm just kidding.
I'm just kidding.
But. But it was a blessing. So we're here in Cancun, gotta. We're suffering for Christ. You know, out here you guys can see, you know, suffering for the Lord. And so it's a blessing. But we didn't want to miss today even if we were had our last day because we fly out tomorrow. We got to be at the airport at like 4:50 or so in the morning. But we said, you know what, like we're committed to this because guys, we've been chasing the impossible, the faith driven impossible. And we've got two new people, two new people joining us. Okay, Owen and James. But let me pray really quick and then once you guys. So Owen, James, I'll give you guys kind of some instruction to share and then we'll jump into today. Be good to hear some wins, especially targeting constraints. The Lord's actually been man challenging me on some things as well. So. But let's pray. Holy Spirit, we just thank you for this time. We give you this time. We thank you Lord, that we're operating on a realm of faith, Lord, where you are doing the impossible through us, for us, in us. So Lord, we just thank you, Lord, we surrender our time, we surrender this moment to you. And Lord, we just thank you. Because you as we take steps faithfully towards the direction you've given us, God, and we say no firmly to the things that can take us away, Lord, that you just over abundantly provide. You do more than we can ask, think or imagine according to the power that's working within us. So Lord, we just thank you for this call. Use every single person on this call on this impossible tribe. Use them in some way to encourage or challenge or support anyone else on this group on this call. Lord, we thank you Lord, in Jesus name, amen. Amen. Amen. How many guys sign up? How many guys have watched any of Gabe's stuff, you know, been chronolog chronic, you know, because he's literally doing every single day. Well, surprisingly he put, you know, our video that we had where Kenny and I kind of challenged him a little bit on his most recent video. And I would talk to him. I know, I know. I'm like, I don't mind him, you know, kind of putting our stuff on there, but I'm also like, you know, kudos to him. He's documenting the journey. One of the things that I've been doing recently, I actually did it 30 minutes before I got on a call, is journaling the entire way. Because if my I actually believe that it's going to happen, wouldn't my future self want journey to be documented? Like, what did my future self want it to be? Like, why didn't you write everything down rather than oh, do you remember those times? You know, it's like trying to recall. And so journaling can actually be a powerful tool or sign to yourself and to the Lord that you take your, your, your, your journey seriously and you know what's going to happen. Like even Gabe literally videoing every day to get his Ferrari by the end of the year. That is showing, putting himself on the line, making it very public that I am actually committed and I'm going to get there. So that way when he gets there, he can look back and re watch all the videos of the entire journey and he's putting it on YouTube for everyone else to see and everyone else to follow along. And I love that he's putting on even him doing door too people saying no, you know, and he's like working through it. And so that's been amazing. So I encourage you if you haven't done it, if you haven't journaled, even if you do it once a week and you just journal what the week look like, that is going to be helpful because you'd want this journey to be documented. And I'll tell you, some of the greatest insights don't come from just experiencing something it's come from reflecting on something. That's the difference between someone who has 10 years of experience and another person who have one year of experience 10 times is that the person who has one year of experience 10 times never reflects on their experiences. So they never learn versus the person who genuinely has 10 years of experience. They are reflecting, they are learning, they're getting insights, and they are moving forward. So that's what I've been doing. My journey is messy. You guys show me somewhere gerunches. It's like messy, like bunch of man, like ups and downs. And I'm like, okay, Lord. Like, well, we're gonna keep moving forward and keep moving forward. So. But before we jump on, I'm excited for today. I'm excited about hearing what's been some growth points, how we have been on talking about constraints. Last week we talked about, man, you're not going to grow to your potential. You'll grow to your constraints. And if you focus on your constraints, then it allows you to have single singular focus to solve some of those things. But before we do that, I want actually, Owen and James, I want you guys to introduce yourself to the group first. I mean, something I was joking with James about and something we joke with the group about because James and I, we connected last night. My last night was we're not called the achievable tribe. So if you want. If you want to be part of a group that is chasing after achievable goals, that's amazing. We are the wrong group. You know, it's like we would rather fail at our impossible than continue to succeed at our achievable because there's greater level of growth and greater level of faith that's driving towards that. And so you guys jumping in and being open, hey, like, we're gonna go after the impossible means you're a certain type of person, which is what we love. And you both are faith driven, even though you both are at different places in your faith journey as everybody else is on their call, which is amazing. But the great thing is we're completely unified on faith and chasing the impossible with God. Not apart from God. It's not based off 100 our strength. It's hey, Lord, for me to do it impossible, then I need you to step in. And so what I want you guys to do and oh, and I'd love for you to go first is first introduce yourself what your. What you're currently doing in your company and then why did you join this? And then what's your impossible goal? Like why did you join this? You know, you could have done. Could jump into other things you guys have done, other masterminds as well, but why even be a part of this group? Besides it just being free? I know, I know.
Okay?
But I said the only cost is your comfort anyways.
Besides just being in yours and Chantelle's presence. Besides that.
Okay. Besides that.
Yeah.
So.
So I'm on. I live out here in Australia with James. I've been helping different businesses build powerful personal brands and make more money using social media. At the moment, I work with one specific company primarily. And I was. I was. I was on a plane to go away for a weekend, ready to set an achievable goal, and then God is like, I'm.
I'm on the plane.
There's never wi fi, and then there's wi fi. And then all of a sudden, ding, A message comes up from Christian. And he reminds me to watch the 10x video that he sent me like, five months ago. And I'm like, okay, I'm meant to watch this video. So I. So I watched the video on the remainder of my flight, my mind is blown. I land, and I'm thinking I'm going to take three days to just set another, you know, achievable goal. And then Christian and I hop on a.
Hop on a call.
We talk for, like, an hour. Christian's like, I've got five minutes. I'm going to bed. We end up on the phone for, like, an hour. Chancellor's like, he's.
He's pacing back and forth to our call. I'm standing out of my bed, walking around like, I'm not even get out of that. It's hilarious.
And so then all of a sudden, I like, okay, wow. I'm not meant to just follow the same path that I always have. And it really felt like an interjection was meant to take place. And over the last two weeks, like, you know, and James will testify to this, it's completely transformed our trajectory, because now instead of just settling for going for what we normally would, we've. We've set an impossible goal, and we're going to go after it and create it together. So the reason why I wanted to join this group on the weekend, someone shared a quote. It was the who you do life with determines the what you do in life. And I know for myself, I've kind of been in a comfortable phase for a while now, and I haven't been getting after it, but it's definitely been.
Again, that was a great quote.
The who we do life with determines what we do in life. And I realized that I hadn't been ready to put myself in an uncomfortable position like this until now, and I'm ready. And so the reason why I said to James, I said, we have to be in this tribe is that I want to be in a position where we are challenged, where we are where we're held accountable, and where we're around other people that aren't just settling for what is in front of them. So that's why I'm here. And in terms of the goal, I know some of us may be setting two or three, four goals. Is this business specific or is this.
Well, actually, I think it's because it could be business or ministry specific. Like, Chantal is a ministry or impact goal for her. And it's. Honestly, we just have, like, one or two goals. We don't have too much because we don't want to be too, you know, diluted, I guess. And so it could be what, the one that you shared with me when you text me about.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So my. My impossible goal that I will achieve in the next 10 months is 5 million in revenue, 60% plus profit in the next 10 months by June 30, 2025.
And how did you arrive at that goal? Like, what was it like? What was the journey? Because I know when we talked, it took, you know, and it was. Yep, yep, yeah, yeah, it was.
It was intense. Because normally I'll go from one thing to the next and I'll just charge into the next thing really quickly. And so when. When Christian came to me with this concept, I. I. And I knew I had three days to plan. While I was away, I almost felt pressured to choose the goal and then put the plan together and then go. And I'm like, no, the future version of myself doesn't do that. He takes his time. He gets clear.
He.
He.
He commits before he actually moves forward. So it's been a slow process, but intentionally. I realize now that when I actually give myself space and I wait to be called into something, it. It feels a lot better for me, and I usually make much better decisions. So it's been a really great process. It's been. It's took me a while, and then all of a sudden, it just hit me and. And it was there. And James will testify this to. To this. We just both feel incredibly convicted and excited for the few. Instead of it feeling like I have to go and do this, we just both feel incredibly excited to create it.
So I'm pumped. I love it. Powerful, powerful, powerful. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for sharing, James.
Awesome. Oh, awesome guys. First of all, thank you for having me, guys. It's great to be here. It's nice to meet you all. I'm sure I'm going to meet you all in more in person as time goes on. So I'll just start straight away with my faith through an impossible goal. So Christian, thank you for yesterday. That just changes up. Leveled at faith driven impossible goal is $120 million business by August 10, 2025. So in 12 months from now. The current business in which I run and operate is an eight figure company. I've been at that level for, I dare say the last three years. I've been a CRO of one of the largest digital marketing schools, if not the largest in Australia with over 12,000 students. So you know, I got very complacent, very comfortable, the income was very easy, life was very cruisy. But you know, as Steve said, I had a God sized hole gaping in my heart and I felt that God and that purpose and that mission was far outside of myself. You know, we were making, we were making and we still are making tremendous amounts of money. But I had really a small group and I felt for myself my talents, my drive and my ambition is to help people in the sales space and businesses. More importantly, you know, I felt quite selfish that I was the CRO of one company. It felt almost unfair that, you know, we could just give all this to one business versus like let's expand that. So the beginning of this year I started a company, Amala Sales Agency, which is named in honor of my mum, Amanda Lani, who actually passed away in 2006. So basically the business was created in honor of her. Since that We've already onboarded 18 clients in the first eight months. One of those clients is actually Brian Tracy. So Brian Tracy, the author, Brian Tracy, pretty much the forefounder of modern day personal development. He's one of our major clients. Since that's happened. I was talking to Owen and it's like I felt so like, you know, I'm doing it, I'm doing it. But really sickly, all I was recreating was a seven and eight figure business, you know, and for me it was just the same pattern. And I would have, you know, the Core 4 everyone calls and the directors and you know, a few other sales reps and they were, you know, getting to the top. And I was like, I just didn't feel satisfied. I was like, this is not right, like I'm making money. I caught my old income with a completely new start of a company. All I was challenging myself was on let's get to a million dollars in five months. You know, I was gamifying a million dollars and I'm like, that's really a simple thing. I've built million dollar businesses multiple times now. And as Christian shared with me yesterday, once you have that blueprint, you know, there was a gentleman, he shared which was a billionaire and he creates the blueprint for billionaires. I was like, I feel like I had that with the million dollar business. But now I'm like, I want to stretch the impossible goal. I generally want to take things to the next level because you know, Amala, God, you know, Amala made for the business honoring my mum, obviously honoring God. It's far greater than just that of myself. And then when you get outside of oneself, the impossible goal that you want to stretch to and go to is really starting to make changes. One thing we've really changed is that we've also started a capital finance company which we now align with any and every business. I've actually acquired four internal brokers for our organization which you know, this. In the last two weeks since Owen, I think got challenged again by Christian to watch the video. I would then pass it on back to me, challenge me to watch the video. We completely changed a lot of the structure of our business. We onboarded four new business clients in the last two weeks, eight new team members. And we're just starting to onboard anywhere between three to four new team members per week and one to two new businesses per week to handle that capacity of growth. So the impossible goal I believe is something that's really stretched me outside of myself as opposed to just sitting within myself and creating like a. It's almost like an egotistical development up until seven figures, I believe. You know, after going through that, it's like all about the ego of what can this buy for me? If that Right. Makes sense.
Yes.
Versus what can an eight, nine figure company do for everybody else. And that's something that I really, you know, want to be stretched and challenged. Almost being in this group, it's about everybody else. Because you know, it's actually funny, after I went to the weekend with Owen and Steve in Adelaide, one of my new goals is actually I want to develop a multi billion dollar company so then I can actually go and you know, get into ministry and actually just give back to the church. But just give back and not have to wanting to receive And I've said that to my team and they're like, let's go, we want to see you speaking and, you know, actually preaching the Lord's word. So that's my next stage of development. That's it.
Amen. And how long. And I'd love for Owen and James, I'd love for you guys to share how long you guys have been in the faith as well, because, you know, it's just something to. Something to share.
I'll start, I think when Owen got back from America, I would say in the faith, but I would literally say I was Catholic. I was brought up Catholic, but when my mum passed away, I very much pronounced and went away from the faith. You know, I just was like, how could God do this to someone that he loved? So I went through that whole, you know, that, I guess, belief system. It's challenging that you've saved, that everyone, you know, has probably experienced at some point in time. And then no one got back from America. But I wouldn't say I was in the faith. I was like, you know, what would be. What would you say? Like a plastic Christian, you know, I was like. I was happy to say it on the outside.
Yeah. Possibly lukewarm. A little bit. Yeah.
Like lukewarm. Yeah. I was dipping my toes in the bath. That's fish, that's for sure. So, yeah, but two years now. But then definitely last week, in the last sort of month, it's been all in for Christ.
I love it. Two years. Yes. But last month, radical transformation. Love it, Love it. Owen, just share really quick for you. Yeah, yeah.
And for me, September 2022, came over to the US, had my life blown away. Christian will remember I asked him a million questions. If God is real, what about this? If God is this, what about that? And Christian just answers all of them in the most insane way. He has a great capacity for that. And yes, September 2022, and it's completely transformed my life. So that's it in a nutshell.
Amen.
Amen. Amen.
So, guys, I already feeling the impossible, but I love it. Oh, James, I want you to share really quick what you told me about the sales guy. Really quick about how committed you are to the impossible, that you even had to make that strong decision, especially with raising your floor. Because I think it's super important for everyone to hear, especially on a person who is what you classify a high performer in a way.
Yeah, for sure. So after I had the conversation with me two days after, I was looking at the organizational structure of our whole Team. And I was thinking to myself, you know, is this team the team that I can actually see as the $120 million in the next 12 months? And I just did an audit and I asked the team and basically, you know, on the video which Christian shared with Owen, it says, you know, challenge the team and those who rise up will rise with you. And those that do not rise up will fall to the wayside. So one of our top performers genuinely wasn't on the meeting and engaged as I wanted him to be, as I've just announced the 120 million goal for our organization. So I challenged him. I said, hey, man, I need you to buy into this. You're a leader in our organization. The next day, he decides not to turn up to the many again. Writes to one of my directors, hey, I understand what you and James and Greg are trying to do. I'm the top performer. I don't really need to be involved in this. I already know that I'm great at sales. I'm the man pretty much just to justify it. And then I just said, give me the, give me his number. He had it. I called him, I said, mate, if that's what you'd like inside of our organization, you're not going with our long term vision. Good luck finding another job. But you no longer have a job with us. I need people that are leaders, not people that are going to squash or diminish those that around them. And he just broke down in tears. He's like. And then tried to say all those things, but it was just in that moment I realized I can either be at the mercy of an individual and their own individual goals to go and continue to validate their own validity of like, I'm the best, or I can look at the collective community. And then after that happened, the entire team that he was leading has now done a personal best month.
Come on. Right there. Yes. No one person is above the vision. Nope, nope. Powerful, powerful. And you even said, even some of the people I've gotten even, they've hit their personal like, like highs. And we still got what, a week and a half left in August.
Yeah, the guys that were directly underneath him actually just said they're like, the truth came out that, you know, it was all about this person and that I guess company focus is all to validate and be like, look at this. And in sales, you are looking for your best people. You know, it's what you do in sales, like, who's the best? But then in looking for the best, we also Lost the gold in the other individuals. And once we saw them, they were able to shine.
Yep, yep. Powerful, powerful. Thank you for sharing. So we got Owen and James, guys, give me a thumbs up if they're in. No, I'm just kidding. Like, it's like, like gladiator. All right, guys. You know, it's like that even though there's a gladiator too now coming out, you know, with Denzel. But anyways, we will have a conversation about that. But so powerful, powerful stuff. Huge. Chantal, I doubt. Yes, Squirrel. Okay, sometimes I do. But huge, huge, huge, huge. I'd love to hear now too, guys. Like, what are some wins that's happened for you this week in your impossible goal? And then what we can do, phobi? Can you write this down? Like, Owen and James will also send you everybody's impossible goal. So that way people, I mean, if they want to repeat it, they can, but we can send that to you so you can see everybody else's as well. Okay. So you can kind of jump into that too, in case you guys can help in some areas too, because they also know some who's guys that could also be very, very helpful for your areas as well. Okay. So, but all right, so who wants to jump in? Who wants to share some wins?
All right, well, I guess I'll go first.
Go for it.
Some wins. I finished Kingdom Man.
The book.
It was amazing. Honestly, I loved it like 10 times more than who, not how. And I started reading your book, Christian. It's already good so far. I love the testimony that you put in the introduction. Was it, I think, was it your grandfather and grandmother?
No, my dad. Your dad, my mom.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, I. I thought that was such a. A powerful testimony. So, like, I. I'm just excited to continue reading and my goal is to finish that by the end of the week.
So.
Yeah, so next Monday, I'll let you know how that goes. And so, and another win that's major for me is last week. I. I was very undisciplined when it came to trading and almost blew my account. But I had to, you know, I just had to bounce back. I. I got out of. I. I just took the time to really just sit back and understood why I did what I did. And the last two trading days, I've hit my goal like, each and every day, and I was able to reflect and see how like, I was patient and I. Waiting on my perfect setup versus just, in a sense, gambling, just going out.
There.
Not front running, so that those were Two huge wins for me. And so, yeah, I'm just going to continue practicing that every day. And so, yeah, those are my wins for this.
So what did you find out about yourself? Because you say you reflected on it.
That I just get so something called fomo. You just, like, a fear of missing out, so you see different things happening, and you're just like, I don't want to miss this play. I don't want to miss this play. And so I. I did that a few times, and I even. Like, when I was even trading with Craig at one point, like, I made the wrong play. And then as everything went. Went on, I looked back and I saw, like, man, I literally just rushed. Like, I didn't let it come to me. And then I just started reflecting because I know how you do one thing is how you do all things. So I just started thinking about, like, man, how. How am I doing this? Like, I got to change this if I want to hit this goal. So I literally doubled down, and I even told Craig today, like, I hit my goal. I was done trading by 11am but it was like, everything gave me just, like, get back in. Just, like, you can make some.
Right, right, right. Yep.
And so I. I just literally, like, I've been fighting it, like, the past couple days. It's been extremely tough, but I. I just thank God I held on. And I'm like, it's the scripture I always think about is how Christ. I can't remember verbatim, but it talked about how he was able to endure the cross because he focused on the joy set before him. And so for me, I said, like, okay, Josh, the end goal is this. Like, you have this impossible goal in mind. You have everything that you want to do with your finances. Like, you have the dream life. So you continue focusing on that, like, after a while, over time, you'll hit that goal. And that's what's really helped me stay disciplined the last few days. So that's what I learned. I'm excited.
So read Proverbs 25, 28 as well.
Okay.
Pull it up right now. Read it out loud.
All right. Proverbs 25 and 28.
You said 25. 28.
Okay.
I was talking to Chantel about this verse yesterday. This is how I knew it was for you.
Oh, I thank the Lord. All right, I'm going to read. I say, he that have no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls.
Oh, Amanda. That does not rule his spirit. That fomo, that stuff's Gonna kick up where you want to, like, make a decision and do it based off that. You've got to rule your spirit. You don't rule your spirit. Therefore, you're like a city broken down without walls. Back then, in ancient times, if a city did not have walls, then anybody could invade at any time. So they couldn't even create progress because they did not have protection and because they would ruin it or things would come in and destroy them. Yeah. So you ruling your spirit on those moments of the trade or any of that, hey, nope, I'm not jump back in. I'm done. I'm ruling my spirit. I'm in dominion. I'm in control.
Yes.
And so that is going to help you to where the enemy can't come in and, and take your spoils because you don't have walls down.
Right.
Wow, that's powerful.
Oh, no, I'm definitely gonna remember that.
Thank you for that. Yeah. Remember that one? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. I love it. I love it. All right. Who else? Thanks, Josh, for sharing. That's powerful. I love it.
No problem.
I can go past two days. Yep. Go ahead.
I'll talk about two things. First with.
Welling.
Welling is the Airbnb for long term care platform that I talked about last week. I made that partnership, which I know is going to be key, and we've already made quite a bit of. Of progress. He's been able to secure two different, I guess, interest groups. One of them has 12 different facilities that they want on our platform and then another one has like 17 facilities that they want on our platform. And then we also finished up the final renderings of our logo. And so I'll pop that in the, in the chat. So the, the website isn't even done and we got people who are going to be on our, on our platform. So pretty excited about that. We're probably two or three months away from actually being all the way done with the website, but we can actually start capturing content and getting people lined up for that. So really excited about that. And then the next with local, my in home care project that we're working on. I know Christian and I talked probably almost a month ago and I talked about how I was having a hard team, hard time with focus within my team and getting. Because I'm using my existing team for a separate project while also maintaining what we're currently doing, which is always hard and stretching their computer.
You can't tell everyone on the other side what you're doing either. Right, right.
So, you know, he Made the suggestion of find the key player and essentially put the load on them to. To move the. Move the ball forward instead of trying to find small bits with multiple people.
Get the big.
Get the big load just on one person so it's less to move around. And we've. We've been able to work with a. This is, you know, tying into our constraint talk from last week. We're doing a hybrid of that. So we're going to move the load onto different people's shoulders each week so they can work on their specific part, but without being too different distracted in too many different ways. So instead of, you know, switching the flip or flipping the switch back and forth each day, you know, hour to hour, minute to minute, based off of what business they're working on, they can focus on one thing for a whole week and then focus on another thing for a whole week. And so it won't. It won't completely, you know, bifurcate their attention. So we're doing that. It's going well. We started that last week since our constraint meeting, and so those are our wins.
I love it. I love it. I love it. Gabe, you're on. Hey, you've been putting our calls in your videos.
Say that one more time.
I said you've been putting our calls in your videos. I've been watching your videos.
Oh, just come on.
Well.
Well, first I want to say I see some new faces. Owen and James. What's going on? I'm. I'm excited. I'm super excited to hear you guys. Impossible goals. Let's go. Sorry I was a little bit late today, guys. I don't know if you feel it. Monday. Come on. It's gonna be a good week. It's gonna be the best week of our lives. Come on. So wins, guys. Nick came down here. The guy I secured the partnership with, the 1090 split, which was like, I have officially spent, like, five days with him, and he has taught me so much. Such a blessing. He brought, like, $12,000 of equipment here, which was very, very helpful. He got me, like, 400 applications of people that want to clean windows, like, which was so nice. Saturday was my biggest day. Just learning so far, I think, like, around, like, the. The rate I was doing just Saturday, my. My third, fourth day knocking. If I maintain that speed, which I'm starting out, I'm still in the learning curve. I'm gonna hit 15, 000 in profit, which is. Which is awesome. And right now, though, that's not really what's exciting me. Right. What's exciting me now is I'm recruiting. Like, that's, that's my strong suit. Not, not, not window sales yet. So I just recruited three guys, set up three interviews for tomorrow, because I'm getting proof of concept now. Now it's just like recruit, lead by example and sell and just set the right expectations and tweak.
Guys.
I'm excited. Something magical's happening. This call. Guys, come home. Yeah, I don't know if you guys feel that.
And how was, how was, how was even with Nick coming and teaching you? Like, how was even your. Because remember one of the things we talked last week was your constraint could be the learning capacity or the speed for which he's teaching you. So how was that?
Yeah, it was great. I think I kept reframing when he came down here. We had to hurry. We had to hurry. We have to hurry. We have to hurry. I set a really short term goal, which was to have a big day Saturday. So I was like, listen, man, like, I set a goal I didn't hit, which is fine. Like, I put them on the inputs I wanted to put in. And so that's why I was checked off in my head. But I was like, Saturday, we are pushing. And that was the, the, the, the day that. A few days ago. And I was like, up until that point, I need you to get me ready. So I was just shattering on the door, shadowing him on the doors and just knocking with him and seeing how to do it. I learned how to clean my first windows, which was, which was. It's, it's tiring. It's tiring. We have a full time cleaner now. His name is Miyagi. Miyagi's a legend. We pay him 175 bucks per day. And he's excited and it's like he, he was in heavy. Like he was in, like he had his own little moving business, which was just hard work for him. So this is a lot, lot easier for him. But no, no, I, I didn't get any, like, flags in my head of like, okay, he's constraining me right now. I feel like what we do is very, very good. It was very, very good.
Good, good.
Yeah.
That's the constraint to pay attention to. Because once you hit that, the constraint's then going to move to just demand. And then you could just fill that and focus on that. And then once you fill out demand, then the constraint's going to move to something else. And so.
Yep.
But keep that.
Keeps Cutting the 80.
Yeah, yeah. And how is the Recruiting for you.
Recruiting. That's the, that's the easy part. That's how I just literally just replaced a few words and then put in something else. It was, it was great. It was really great. It's the first day of school today, so the campus is like crazy and everyone's looking for jobs. So just like I found two really, really great guys. Two really great guys. And then I set an appointment based. Someone just reached out on social media because they're seeing the YouTube now. They're seeing the YouTube and it builds a lot more presence and detail. It's like not a lot of people watch it yet, but the people that do are like, they watch it. They watch it.
Love it. I love it. I love it. Thanks for sharing, Gabe. Huge. Yeah, man. Powerful. Powerful. Who else?
We'll jump in. I'll jump in. And yes, Gabe, you're creating a following, so it's awesome. Thank you for documenting and inspiring and, and leading by massive action too, by example. So I appreciate that. It's, it's, it's awesome. So you're setting a pace. Appreciate that. I guess I'd say I've had a couple interesting weeks, so I know I missed last week and I've actually been on some travel, but also just enjoying some birthday time. And so I have been really doing some self study and reflection. I caught up on the replay and I appreciated the dialogue between Kenny and Gabe specifically kind of the. From an outside perspective, the challenge of thinking. Right. Because what I realized is that as a third party, unemotionally attached to this very targeted role or position or outcome, it looks different. And I guess I can recognize that more being an asset. Like, oh, you know, the superpower effect is what I would call it. So I know Kenny really challenged Gabe about his superpower of leading a sales agency and being within his lane of like what I would call magic in that and anointing, frankly. And so in this scenario, I think when I was reflecting on that in my own time, it challenged me to question a little bit of my position too. Because systemically my challenge has been. Sounds kind of odd, but being the solopreneur somewhat doing all things on my own. And that is the whole antithesis, you know, it's, it's. It's literally the opposite of who, not how. So, like I feel this ongoing pendulum intention of almost like a default mechanism of like, how am I going to do xyz? All the while knowing that like I. I know I cannot do xyz. And so it's figuring out how do I really fire on one cylinder versus all cylinders, if that makes sense. And which again, that's like such a paradox. And also a. I would say a challenge to like a lot of what you hear in the. In the mainstream thing of things. But for me, that's been interesting and. And specifically for my impossible goal, what that looks like is so just to kind of catch up Owen and James a little bit. But I have a real estate investment firm. And so for me, I was looking at 10xing a lot of what that looks like exponentially over the next three years. And something that I am initially in my first five moves looking at is identifying what is the right asset class. Right now I'm just at a $4 million holdings portfolio. And so what does it look like to really exponentially grow that in something that would generate $200,000 a month in residual income in three years. And so for me, I was starting to narrow that down on apartment complexes and around 200 units, Class B, like getting very specific. And what I would say within that conversation, I'm open to feedback because I loved actually the Q and A last week would be that I feel challenged because there is something inside of me that like, I feel the resistance to apartments. Like, and I don't know if it's this residue from like, current portfolio holdings and managing property managers. Even though, like, they're my whole, like, it really resonated because I feel the Kenny vibe of like, you know, there's a labor class. Like, the. The more people, the more challenges.
Right.
And so I. That's why I actually really go back to real estate because I prefer, like, this is a structure and we manage an asset versus, like, people and how do I eliminate employees scenario.
And so that has not have emotions.
Yeah, yeah. So that, that. That's a pillar. That's a framework, frankly for me, of even having navigated to real estate in the first place. But when I think of exponential. And you think of 200 tenants, for example, and yes, I would have a property manager for sure. I don't know if it is like a emotional residue within myself from a, you know, old season of teamwork, you know, property managers having the wrong property manager, per se, or. Or if it's something that is causing me to say, okay, maybe there is another asset class that I really need to look at more specifically. And so I know that's a little bit long winded, but I come off of that because I've been challenged by the Kenny Gabe conversation to say, okay, real estate is my Game, I love it and that's my passion. Am I stuck on truly not having the current who and that's why apartment complexes is pseudo intimidating or like creating a resistance in me? Or am I not evaluating a different asset class that would make more sense. And something I was sharing with Christian last week on some travel was, it's a book called Buy Then Build, which is super interesting too because it basically takes the framework of real estate, which is again my game. And how do you do house hacking and things like that and high leverage and do it on primary businesses basically and be able to leverage even SBA loans for, you know, huge returns and exponential growth on that. So anyhow, that's been a little bit of my constraint and all that to be said.
Yeah. So here's what we're going to do. We're going to have other people jump in. I'm not going to speak into this. Whoever wants to jump in, you will unmute and then Phobia will also Spotlight and we'll all be together on that. Okay, so I won't speak into that. This is where the power of the comes in.
Hey, may I just have a suggestion for that? Because I actually run in our sales agency, we actually target different verticals. I'm really good at coaching consulting, but when it comes to software like SaaS, Solar, et cetera, I have no idea. I literally have people in my organization that are great at that. So potentially what I might recommend is what may be your internal constraint based upon a pre, I guess pre existing belief system around things. In the past. It might be better to collaborate with someone because it'll overall help the actual organization to grow. So actually getting someone that's more like a specialist in that particular field might be able to have a collaborative partnership which you can then obviously still get a clip from and could potentially fly under your main umbrella. So we have like, you know, the verticals inside of a Marla agency, but then I have directors and managers that then manage those verticals. But they all fly under the umbrella of the structure in which we have. But I don't go anywhere near any of those products or services, if that makes sense.
Yeah. And it sounds like you have a pretty big scale. So like sometimes there's this constraint of being that middle market size of a business. Right. So like having that specialist and I love your feedback on this is like, it's kind of almost like the notion of like why I was Even looking at 200 yard, 200 unit complex is you can hire that vertical in house, but if you're too small, you actually can't afford the right help. So like, I don't know if you're in a different mode of growth within your company that you can maybe like relate to some of that stretch goal of like when you're in that smaller size and you're like, you're, you're too big to do it yourself, you're almost too small to have like the expert individual. Like what does that look like?
So this is a really great question. So my previous company, we would hold anywhere between 350 to $400,000 a month worth of risk with like ad spend team members. We had 60 employees. My current company, every single person is a contractor. I only have three internal staff. So therefore it's about creating partnerships and collaborations with other people which then contributes back. So our mentality is a bonfire. So one thing to maybe look at was like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst Young, the big four consulting firms. So what they do is they have what's called a cascade model. I'll butcher this. I'm not the best with it. My team's a lot better. But if you look up cascade model, basically you can create like a floor of what it is that you currently have in relation to revenue per month or revenue per vertical. And then what you can potentially do is bring people in as part of that. But then they can get a percentage of this pot which is the cascade model, which then as they contribute back, it also fly under your umbrella, which means that everybody's collaborative, contributing to the campfire. But your support, your help with like marketing, operations, delivery, et cetera, if that makes sense.
Yeah. So sort of like a contractor and equity residual build so that you're there vested. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Because then, because there are, there's other people out there, you know, entrepreneurs don't want to be alone. It's why we're all on this call, you know. So what I've went and done is I've got my main directors, but now I've went and literally approached the best sales managers and the best, you know, CROs that I know in this space. One of the guys is actually a bigger CRO than me. In the previous company he worked with an E commerce group course. He's going to join us and help to build out the organization as one. Then our senior directors.
I love that.
Thank you.
That's all good. My pleasure.
That's fire. Sorry, I just wanted to jump off the seat.
I'm excited to go looking at his cascade model. I was like, yeah, I, I love working with the best. Come on.
So if there's, if there's that talking, I said we're doing that. I said, I don't care.
Yeah, exactly, exactly. It's like fractional CFO version, but for all, all functions of expertise. I love it.
It's exactly that. Fractional. That's our main thing. Fractional CRO. That's exactly it.
Love that. Yeah. If you have a list that you've had, I don't know if you're willing to share that in the WhatsApp of. I know you just rattled off a few different consulting agencies, but if you've had success with those types of already vetted partnerships that have like had an appetite for again, that type of a model, if you don't mind noting those, I'd love to do some research and contact some of those if you, if there are any that come to mind.
So what, what the. So what I was referencing in relation to Ernst and Young, KPMG and Deloitte is that's the model in which they operate. So I haven't actually consulted from them, but I studied their model, their multi billion dollar companies. They literally are the big four and they are literally consulting agencies. And I was like. Because my stepmom actually works for PwC. So I asked her and just said to her like, hey, like, what is the model? And she said, well, every new partner that comes in doesn't get an overall pool of the previous partners work and the things that have created, they have to contribute to the actual business and they get paid above what it is that they've contributed. So therefore you've always got your floor. So what you're making now isn't going to be dissolved profits by bringing partnerships. It keeps that safe, if that makes sense.
Yep, yep. It's like a prenup.
Yeah. Just if you look up cascade model, there's a lot of examples and a lot of YouTube videos is around it and it will make you feel a lot more at ease about growing outside of your current organization and then obviously not having to hold the bag when it comes to all the risk. Which is the worst.
Yeah. No, I love that. I love that. So you found, you found partners that participate as that cascade model alignment. Yeah, that's what you're saying.
Yeah. So without, with our managers, we incentivize them within our current structure, but if they bring in someone new, they get a larger incentive. But what they get from us is the operations, the organizational structure. We've got all the contracts we've got, all the marketing we've got, all the reputation they get to lean on. You know, our testimonial, like $50 million produced from our sales system etc, which then helps them to go to market, bring in more businesses.
That's awesome. That's awesome. I may have some follow up questions on that later, but thank you for that. I'm going to do some homework.
Also, James, with your capital company, do you also raise capital as well?
So it's more finance? The team calls it capital. I, I, I, I'm like, it's finance, but they like Aurelius Capital. It sounds cooler, but I'm like, technically it's finance, but I just go, all right.
Because I was gonna say me also raise cap raises capital for, for real estate investing as well. So I wasn't sure if you do that and there could have been something there too, but.
Oh, beautiful.
Totally makes sense.
Yeah, yeah. Through the, through the exercise, like I said, the, the dialogue of Gabe and Kenny last week, like if I, some of my self reflection was like what I enjoy is finding the deal and, and raising the capital. Like those relationship aspects of it, the operational execution, I'm like, please for hire. Like I would love someone that is really just like invigorated by that because that is not where I get my, my energy from.
But yeah, from the archetypes. You're in the visionary archetype. So therefore to go into operations, it's the worst thing in the world. I would recommend hiring someone that is an operations manager. It was the first thing I did when I grew my organization and her name's Eileen and anything operationally, it goes through her. I literally, I'm like, I cannot think about this right now. Eileen, please save me. I'm drowning. Yes, she does all those.
I love that. Is she part of your cascade model?
What was that?
So.
Yeah, she actually is. So she, she's operations management and also runs our appointment setting team. And then she has overrides on the sales team that comes in. She's based in the Philippines actually, which is amazing. She's been with me for five years. But her incentive is to grow the appointment setting team which then she gets an override of all the successful appointments. So she might make, you know, 3% on all their sales volume. So in the Philippines she's making anywhere between 5 to $8,000 per month, which is almost 10x the average wage in the Philippines. So Eileen literally but knows everything about my business. And then any of the directors try to come to Me when I'm in visionary mode, I might go to Eileen. She made the decision and then just basically check it off with me.
Love that.
Awesome.
Thank you. All right, I think Kenny, you were going to say something. You got off mute.
Yeah, I had a question. You said that with the operational staff you don't like it, but are you.
Good at.
I as a solopreneur is a evil necessity for me. Like I, I, it's, it's nails on the chalkboard. I will do it because I have to. And sometimes like not only begrudgingly but, but, but behind. Right. So the epitome of procrastination like is there. I, I can do it. I literally, I'm like that I am such the top line revenue driver. I love that like that is like being my wheelhouse in nature. And that doesn't drain me at all the other stuff. It, it diminishes me. And to be honest, like until probably the last week and a half, I, I, it's been one of the big facilitators of my negative self talk and thinking because I, I've been so hard on myself about it versus recognizing the fact that like, like it was weird buy then build actually felt like it gave me some permission to breathe of that separation and, and, and yes, as an entrepreneur, like it's required to have that spectrum. But I'm like I didn't feel good enough half the time because of that half of my brain that just felt like it was an uphill battle all the time. So I'm trying to figure out how to like hack that aspect of it for sure. But I at least give myself a little bit more reprieve realizing it's not like a complete like isolated deficiency of me as much as like I am just naturally better at other things.
I know, I think it was Jason was talking about creating his future, you know, impossible goals org chart. Have you done that?
I have, I have actually. And it's really not big because at the end of the day the biggest like it's, it's a probably a four piece in a four person C suite at the end of the day. And so like having essentially that integrator executor is a huge mold of that like the operations CFO scenario. CFO and operation coo, those are really the two biggest leverage points for me. And so within that some marketing and some other contingencies on that. But for the most part like I feel like even just having that assistant slash coo, it's kind of a weird scenario where it's like I. I really want. I think where I've been burned is having a lot of starter individuals rub with my company, like, as. As help a little bit because that has been my heart of development, etc. And frankly, because, like, my company pays for what we have. Right. Like, it's again, that middle market where I'd love to have someone. The cascade model is really something I want to look into. Because how do I get the best? Like, how do you get the best? Who's that makes sense. And I haven't given away equity today per se. Like, I've had partner investors, but it's usually I have a partner investor. I'm still doing a majority of, like the operations, which is ironic. And they're. And they're more of a funding mechanism of it. So, yeah, I don't want to hog the conversation on that, but that's been my biggest challenge is like, how do I have the A class person with the right budgetary aspects of it? And it's kind of like the chicken or the egg. Because I have to have some, I would think some level of framework for operations to introduce someone to come into my company. When I'm like, it's in my head or I have these levels of documents that are scrambled, you know, so it's like the chicken or the eggs. I need someone to actually like, go ahead and like, clean all of that up, but also step into it.
I know how we were able to afford.
Those.
As you described it, you know, a class player, as we found the equivalent of a. A class player at that lower levels of like, what would be the equivalent of like the same base of their. The job tasks, and then just gave them permission essentially to do the same thing that they're doing at a lower level, but at the higher level. So, like, what I mean by that is, you know, we're dealing with a lot of like, CNAs or home care aides in the medical field.
Are you familiar with cnas, roughly?
I mean, they're like bottom of the totem pole as far as, like, certifications go. It's like the lowest certifications you can get. But within the CNA world. There are hierarchies even within the CNA world.
Right.
So you can still be a top dog within the CNA world. And those guys are killers. Like, they're really good, you know, I mean, they still have to be in charge of a hundred people and they still got to be, you know, all their documentation has to be great and they have to be great communicators and be able to drive a team, move a team and whatever. And they're not making six figures, I promise you. You know, and we recruit and find those people and put them in our, you know, in on our admin team because that's what we can afford. I'm in the same boat as you as far as being like middle level. But we find that talent, bring them, you know, to the, to the, the big dogs or not really, you know, we're the medium sized company and then that's how we're able to recruit a level talent without paying a level wages and then have them, you know, build within our company. Because recruiting someone who's going to be an actual A level player, I mean, I think it's going to be challenging. And that's probably what you're running up against, right?
Yep, yep, exactly.
So I don't know what the equivalent would be. It sounds like James's model is pre rad.
Hey, Mia, I just also want to speak into the operation side that you were just talking about too. You know, you were talking about the fact that it's all up here in your head and having something set in stone so that somebody could come in and you can have it already in place. I just want to like encourage you that that necessarily doesn't need to happen. Like if you're bringing somebody in to set up that, then they can, it's almost like an invitation for them to go inside your brain. You can literally just dump it on them. This is what I want. This is the structure that I want. Now go and create it for me. And that's almost like a test per se, to see if they are an A player as you're calling them, you know what I mean? So it's almost like, hey, this is what's in my head. This is what I want to actually happen. This is the model that I want to have. Now create it for me. And it's almost a way that you're able to really just put them to work and see if that's the fit for you, if that makes sense.
Yeah. So would you. I love that too. Is your suggestion then? Because again, I probably overstep, like what's required of me to get to that. And so is that like tactically? Because I need operational help. Like, is that a phone call where you're almost just like, almost like giving a bunch of intern like assignments and you're like, okay, I'm gonna give a call and I'm gonna give the same pitch and then like See what they produce or something. Like, I'm.
I'm.
I'm.
That challenge where I'm like, right. Like, give me the first step of putting this into action. That just. That's the right operational aspect of it that can go run with this, because it's just literally figuring out the rock to get to the other side.
I wouldn't necessarily suggest giving it to a group of, like, seven, eight, nine people. No way. Absolutely not. But, like, when you start to narrow it down as to, like, maybe two or three people, then I would actually give it to them as a. Like, hey, can you help me with this? I want to see what you guys come up with. Because they're under. No. Like, they understand that this is not. This is not them having the job. This is them just showcasing their skills, if that makes sense. And then the other thing I was going to suggest, one thing that I have applied in different seasons of operations and all that sort of thing, but also setting up things has been the 60, 61 model that Christian spoke about. You know, for 60 days, first 60 minutes, working on the most important thing that is a game changer has been a game changer for me every single time that I have used it. And so that's probably something for you personally that I would also suggest as well. So.
Yeah, I appreciate that.
Yeah.
Last thing I'll also share, Mia, is to. You have your org chart, but do you have an extensive profile of the person within that? Like, do you. Do you have the traits, the skills.
The experience.
Like, of that?
I don't.
Okay. No, that might help, because it's been tough to think of who could fit that model if you don't even have it kind of written out. It's like. Like, how would I know who my wife would be if I never actually, like, wrote out that list of who I was looking for? You know, and then all of a sudden, I see her and I'm like, oh, my gosh, that's her. You know, and so that's going to help, because then you can know, okay, there's probably only two people in my Rolodex that can maybe be a potential. Let me have a conversation with them. And then if they say no, I can ask for referrals. Like, for example, one of my people that I spoke to about possible sales is Gabe. You know, but Gabe, you know, the better opportunity was window cleaning. But guess what? Because he knew the type of person I was looking for, the referrals he's giving me are going to be more in line as well, because I put that profile together. Does that make sense that if they say no, then I'm going to ask for a referral and they totally are probably going to refer to me as somebody who might be a better fit anyways.
And it's a good time for you to do that too. Like if I was to go into an organization with Christian and we were to do working on like organizational structure, it's literally a case of, you know, you would have to go in and you would have to encourage them to not think about people placing. You're looking at the organizational chart stripping out people. You're looking at the ideal org chart. You're looking at, you're looking at like four or five points that each person would actually be doing. You're not thinking about person, you're just getting that. So that's step one and then step two is, hey, is there somebody that I potentially know that could fit this? Because you know, it's, It's Organizational Structure 101. It's just like, just because you like the person doesn't mean you keep them. Like, we've had people within our businesses that we have, you know, we've had Christian and I have set up from the ground up and it's just like you might love that person. That doesn't mean that they are the right fit. You know, and it talks about in the book Traction how you know, just because you like that person, just because you love that person doesn't necessarily mean keeping them around is the best for you, but also the best for them and sometimes releasing them. So it's like what I'm saying is you're at the ground level right now. It's like the perfect opportunity because you don't even have to think about removing people. You just set it and then find the people that fit those positions.
Thank you.
That's cool. And then you just have to spend your time recruiting people rather than doing the operation. So that's where the fun comes in. But I do. So, Mia, thank you for sharing. I do want to ask one person, one thing. Craig, how did your test go? Did you retake your test?
No, I wasn't able to retake it this past week because I have to do it like an online proctor and the next available proctor was for Monday. Next Monday.
Okay, so, okay. Test is next Monday. Okay. Okay. So, so talk to us about the, the, the, the test. So James, Owen Craig is going into real estate and he sent an impossible goal to set to sell a million dollar home in his first Three months. So it like the average person that they sell, I think it's what, 300,000 in their first six months. It takes them six months to sell a $300,000 home. And that's their first home. He's trying to do a million dollar house in the first three months of when he passes the test. Right. Did I get it right? Yeah. Okay, awesome. So talk to us about like, you know, how was that test? You know what, what? You know what, what came through so.
Like a little bit more context for those who don't know, but that I actually started doing the real estate school about a year, like a year and a half ago. And just because of life, having two kids and just doing a lot of ministry stuff, I put it on the back burner and just like kind of like not really worried about it. And then I was talking with Christian Impossible group and all that type of stuff and I really feel like this is something that God has called me to. So I got back into it and I scheduled the test in faith and just like, all right, I'm gonna take the test, pass it and you know, just go forth with it. But when I took the test, I think I had to get a 75. I ended up getting a 70. So a lot of the information that was on the test, it was just like simple re questioning. And I was telling Josh when I took the test, it's like I went over the 100 question. I was like, I know I got this one right, I got this one wrong. Maybe I'm not sure about this one. And when I finished the test, before I clicked it, submitted it, before I clicked submit, I knew I had 70. Like I had already said like, I think I got about 70 right. I hope by the grace of God that I get 75, but I think I got about 70%. So when I finished, I wasn't even like discouraged or upset or anything like that. I was just like, all right, now I know I just got to go back and you know, just re study because I, I never really been like a, a person that has to study just because I retain information really well. So when it came time for this exam, I didn't really do like any major studying. I just kind of like went off of my muscle memory and you know, information that I already knew. So this past couple days I just been taking all of the course quiz maybe like two or three times. And then until I get about 90 to 100% and I'm on about chapter 15 now and I got to do like four or five more chapters. So I believe that when I take this test the second time, I'll be more than ready to take it and more than ready to pass it. So that's pretty much it.
Yep. Yep. And you're only a few points off for your first one, so either way, it's only like a few more points. You got it. But we're excited once you, once you pass the test. I don't know if the team is cool with this, but to sell your million dollar home, one of the things I was thinking about was how you dress. And I haven't even talked to Chantel about this, so she's the first time hearing about it. So I'd love to have the group because I know you guys are now financial, you know, certain place, and you guys are really doing this, but we're gonna sew some money to you guys for you guys, for you to up, like up level your clothes as well, because that's going to be necessary. And so if anybody wants to pitch in as well, even if it's a little bit like $100 here or a hundred dollars there or whatever, I know that's going to help you. And so, because guess what, it's representation. They are going to see that you are going to do that and you're going to represent their home. And so they also want you to look that part. How does your future self dress? And how does your future self. And so we're gonna sew some of that, so some money on our MTU as well. Okay. So if anybody wants to do that, then that'll be great. But. But once you pass it, we got you.
Okay, Let me just tell you how that's the Lord. That's literally God. Because today I was just talking with Annie. For those who don't know, Annie is my wife. And I was telling her, literally today we was, you know, got out the shower and just was sitting out talking and just like really strategizing about what we're going to do moving forward. Because we just hit like a lot of road bumps this past month. Like a lot of things just like.
Back to back, back to back, back.
To back, just negative things. And it kind of got me discouraged and, you know, just like in a funk. But then I just like kept remembering like one of my favorite scripture where it talks about like, don't get weary and well doing, but you know, if you faint not, you'll reap a harvest. And then I was meditating on this other scripture. I think it's Psalms 21 where it talks about, you know, I will look to the hills from which cometh my help.
Amen. Yes.
So I just been doing that and I. And I've been telling God, like, all right, Lord, I trust you. I'm taking my steps, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. I'm spending time with you, I'm being a good father, I'm being a good husband, all this type of stuff. And as we was talking, I was just like, babe, I really feel like God wants me to work on my appearance. And it's not more so that my appearance is horrible or anything like that, but just more so caring to another level.
It's taking it to another level.
Yeah, yeah.
It's not that it's bad, it's just we're going up. Yeah. Yeah.
And like, for me, like, because I do ministry and all that type of stuff, I never really have to worry about keeping my hair done or dressed in a particular type of way. It's always like a laid back type of vibe. And Annie was just like, babe, I really feel like God wants you to be relatable to people, like people that you're going to come in contact with. It's not more so just going to be able to get by with persuasive words or just your character or your love. It's going to be like, no. When they look at you, what do they see? And it's like, yes, kind of like camouflage. Like, that's what kind of camouflages that type of society. So that or those type of group of people so that people can relate to it and, you know, want to be able to. To pursue you or talk to you. So I'm like, all right.
They.
We actually started making a cart of like, different suits or different dress ideas, and he's coming up with different colors and all that type of stuff. I'm like, all right, Lord, we're just going to trust the Lord to provide for this. So I really appreciate that.
And yes, for me, amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. That's why this tribe, hey, like, we're each going to help each other accomplish these faith driven, impossible goals that the Lord has put on our hearts. And so whether it's. Whether it's any of the leverage, whether it's people, capital, you know, code or content, like even, you know, James giving the. The content, the SOPs and the frameworks and all that, that's a huge thing on leverage that can help everybody else. But hey, if it's for you, if it's like man, tangibly. It's a. It's capital thing. Well, we're going to help you because at the end day like you do need to look good for to sell the seven figure home. And guess what? We're going to make sure that you're going to get there. We're going to make sure that the basis are covered. So now the only constraint you have is an effort. Constraint is an effort risk. That's it. Like the only thing we want is just the only issue we want is your effort. Like if effort is the only issue we have, then we're great. You're gonna execute on that. Okay. That means another thing. We'll get on a call with you and Annie and we'll tell Annie, like Eddie, he's gonna have to put in some hours for these next few weeks, these next few months, because it's going to be a transformational time. That could be the next step for us that way. It doesn't. It can still help your marriage because Chantal and I have had the same conversations too. And so. All right.
For sure.
Annie's all on board. She's all on board.
Good, good. So pass that test. This next one. You getting it? All right?
A thousand percent.
Okay.
Awesome.
Awesome. Beautiful, Beautiful, beautiful. Okay, awesome. My love, you wanted to share real quick. And then we'll jump into just a quick exercise for us. Self evaluation or. Actually, guys, like, I just feel like you guys tell me we don't have to do something this week, but I think just some of this stuff has been helpful. Some of the stuff that's challenged us, some of the stuff that we've asked, different questions that maybe someone else shared that helped you. We don't always have to teach anything. We can just go. I'm just feeling the flow of the Lord. Like we just. We just need to share. Okay, so babe, you share your turn and then I'll just wrap up on some. Just random thoughts. I was originally going to do a self evaluation, but we're going to go on different direction. So.
Yeah. So I think for me it's been really interesting. I was telling Christian and Phobie, you know, we were traveling last weekend to California. The time difference there was fun. And then, you know, we're in Cancun from last Thursday until tomorrow, so there's more time travel, like time differences and travel and all that sort of stuff. So I did give myself time, two weeks grace, because I knew we were going to be traveling last week and then this week, but I actually found myself and this is my win. This is one of my wins. But I caught myself. I found myself catching myself saying, no, I'm either committed to this impossible goal or I'm not. Like, just because we're going to Cancun. Yeah, living it up. But, like, I'm either committed to this impossible goal or I'm not. And so I will tell you, in the time that we have been here, I actually finished planning chapter seven and eight. And so I now only have my. My conclusion to go. And I finished planning, and then I'm ready to start writing. Like, I am. Like, what is happening right now? And so I'm like, I'm just. I'm really, really excited to write. Another win is that I came up with a list of potential book titles and subtitles. I didn't even tell Christian that, so. But I'm not deciding on it because I really do believe that that's going to reveal itself through the writing process for me. So super excited there. And then the last win for me was that, you know, the last couple of weeks, you guys have probably seen I've had to dip in and out of the calls because of our lovely little treasures back home. But I was able to go back and I was able to identify my biggest constraint and also actually come up with a potential constraint as I begin writing. And so I just wanted to very quickly touch on that now so that you guys can also hold me accountable when it comes to my writing process as well as this planning process wrapping up. And so I think for me, my top constraint would be creative clarity. So ensuring that my vision, that my message are always clear through everything that I'm speaking about in my book and everything like that. And then also as I move forward into speaking, that that message and the vision is very clear all around the board as well. And obviously the impact of that is that I would risk losing focus or diluting that theme that I'm wanting to get across in the book and making it less impactful. But then the potential constraint I see as I begin to start writing would be balancing writing with other responsibilities. Time management, that's the big one for me is time management. With two Littles under three, Sun's about to turn three, making sure that I am making the most of the moments that I have to write while also balancing that with other responsibilities. So I don't want there to be any delays in writing this book. Like, I know it's going to be done by the end of the year. So if you guys can keep me accountable with that so creative clarity is where I'm at as far as my top constraint. And then future as I start to write, which will actually probably be in the next, in about two weeks, I'm going to start writing. Yeah, I see my potential one as being time management.
So I do want to say Chantal has done amazing on this trip. Like I will tell you guys, like every morning we've woken up early around 6, 6:30 to hit the gym and then do an hour and a half of focus time. And then since we're at an all inclusive result, we enjoy the rest of the day and then we do another focus time later on that day, you know, so we at least are doing like a 60, 61 or a 9091. And when we're done doing that, then we actually, you know, finish it. I, I know, I know. I thought I said early. Yeah, I know, but we were a team. Okay. My early is like five o'. Clock. Okay. But, but, but one of the things for Chantel, she got in such a flow even planning her last chapter. I think it was like two days ago. I was done with my hour and a half but she kept going for three hours straight. Like that's how deep she got into it. And so, and so kudos to her on being so committed to her impossible goal that she even was more focused than even I was at that thing, which was amazing. And so, so great job babe, great job. And then all you gotta do is plan your conclusion, which is fast, and then you get to write it. And that's the fun part too. So then you get to writing which guys, her book is gonna be powerful. I've been reading some stuff. So anyways, I am fired up about that. I'm gonna share someone's. Wait, wait, I saw Jason in here. Jason, you gotta share before I share.
You all hear me?
Well, I apologize. I had an unexpected five hour finance meeting this afternoon, so I'm a little mentally drained at the moment, to be honest. So it's just good to get on this call and feel some energy from everyone. So honestly I'm a little ill prepared for what I need to share. But I guess what are some wins for you?
Just this past week.
I have a, I have a 9 o' clock call tomorrow morning as a followup with the gentleman who is going to be my partner for bespoke hunting. And I've made some progress on couple other fronts that I'm not ready to disclose just yet.
But share with them how the presentation went because I know the last time you shared was you were prepping the presentation for your partner.
Yeah, basically, I just. Very positive. He. He had kind of an immediate reaction during and then after he said. He said, I agree on all this.
This is.
This is something I've never seen before, and he's a product that could sell, so I expect him to be on board. In fact, that's already done. We just need to finalize the details so that he knows them.
That's big. That's big. That's big. That's big. Any other wins?
Yeah, that. Good presentation. Last week at my. My W2 job, too, I was able to see some. Some negatives, some cynicism, some pretty serious cynical body language transform over the course of a presentation to do a lot of head nods, acceptance, and input. So there was a positive experience in that as well. Some transformational change happening in some people that I can see.
Amazing. And, Kenny, that's a great question. You all have to probably sign NDAs and all of that fun stuff if Jason's ever even open. Okay.
As soon as I get an engineer drawing, I will get it. You don't want to see my scribbling.
No, but your. Your stuff is great. I mean, I can't say that I've seen. You know, but anyways, we will talk about it. Great. It's great. I love it. I love it. So, guys, I have one update, which has been amazing. God is actually showing me that I can do more through relationships than I can by myself. Okay. I can do more through relationships than I can by myself. And so it was kind of funny because chasing the impossible goal. I would tell you beforehand with just what business was doing, there were some relationships that were just going slow. I'm like, God, I've been. You know, they've been a client for two, three years, but we've talked so much about bigger. Like, bigger things that we should be doing together. Bigger deals, you know, not just you with a personal client, but you on an organizational level, like, and it's been, like, two years. And I'm like, where do we get there? To a point that it was, like, kind of frustrating. I was like, you know what? I'm giving up. Whatever. I'm done. And I think I'd stopped connecting with this person. He's a client. He's a chief of surgery for Spartanburg Regional Hospital. So it's a hospital. It's about 40 minutes out from where I live. And we always talked a lot about having. Doing stuff with the entire hospital and doing all this, and it was just Continual, you know, talk. I'm someone who's just action. Okay, if. If we could do this, awesome. If we can't, tell me, please. I love to have clear communication. If it's, hey, let's try to revisit this in three months. Absolutely. I will absolutely leave you alone for three months, you know, and then I'll bring it back up for three months. Like, just be clear, you know, Even if you say, I'm unsure, like, I'm unsure. Christian, let's reconnect in four weeks. Amazing. I'll see you in four weeks. I do not do great with oh, yeah, it'll happen or oh, yeah, it'll happen. I. I'm not. Don't. Do not tell me that. Dive the opposite. And so I can be told the truth a lot easier, and I could take it. So what was crazy, though, is when you. When I set, you know, obviously the impossible goal, I never really reviewed that relationship until during Cancun. Until here, like, two days ago or three days ago. I was thinking about it, and I was like, you know what? God? Like, what if I give them an offer that they can't refuse on an organizational level? Because most of the time, the terms, especially with hospitals, their margins are 1 to 3%. 3% is a great hospital system. One is the average. And so if you're a billion dollar hospital system, your EBITDA is 10 million. Okay? And so. And so for them, I was like, you know what? Like, if they're so cash strapped, would be a great offer that they can't, you know, refuse. And so all of a sudden, I was like, you know what? I. I'm not giving up on the relationship. So I sent him a voice message, and I was like, hey, Brian, would this be a crazy idea? And I laid out, you know, just some. Some parameters. And I'm sitting by the pool, and I'm like, oh, he didn't respond. Whatever. Like, the next day, I'm just sitting, getting some sun. I was like, okay. God's like, christian, I want you to take some time to rest. I'm like, okay, fine. And then I see the call come across Brian calling. I was like, oh, I need to answer this so fast. I have a feeling it could be a good feel, like a bad feeling, you know, it's like, whatever. He kept putting it on. And so all of a sudden, he called me, and he's that Christian. Two things. He's like, one, one, I need your help. I've been feeling sobered out, rugged, like. Like, barely functioning, like 100 hour weeks and his marriage. And, you know, because God has used me to actually turn his marriage around where they're originally going to be on divorce, you know, two years ago. And so, you know, and he was burned out at work and he was leading a team and he, you know, and so we shifted some things in two years. And lately him and I haven't been coaching like directly for the past three or four months, but. Or two months. But he's like, christian, I need some help, so can we do like an intervention session? He's like, I'll pay you whatever you need. I said, sure, I ain't doing free sessions anymore. So I said, it's above my floor, praise God. I said, yes, of course. You know, but then he's like, second thing, he's like, your question. You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna put you, the hospital CEO and this other guy named Joe Soto, who, who is a PE guy who invests in health care healthcare startups, because he has like, I think 2 billion, 3 billion assets under management in his private equity. And he's like, and we're all gonna have a dinner together in September, and I want to talk with them about what does it look like to them to come on as potential partners with what you're doing with high performance and what you want to do for the healthcare. Because I actually want to revolutionize healthcare where we can make burnout optional for surgeons rather than it being inevitable. That's always a normal thing. I think, like 82% of surgeons experience burnout. So it's like, it's a normal thing. And these people are doing surgeries on people, okay? So it's like, I can't have you burned out. And they're the cash cows for, for hospitals. I mean, think about it. They're almost like the medical athletes. Athletes for an organization or club are paid a certain amount, but they make the club ten times more, even though they're the highest paid thing. But athletes get personal trainers, they get nutritionists, they get sports psychologists. But yet surgeons, they produce about seven to nine times more their salaries for the hospitals, which is why they get paid oftentimes 700 to 1.2 a year. But what kind of support do they get? They get nothing. The hospitals tell them, look, we're paying you a decent amount. Go figure it out. You should be fine. And so what would it look like if surgeons had coaches? And so we're talking about revolutionizing healthcare. That he was like, Christian, like. And I showed him an AI model that I've created where it has all my content and it can coach people at scale. It can coach people at scale that I don't even have to do this, you know, I, I could just sell my AI model to one system and all of their providers get it. And so he said, christian, we're gonna set up a dinner next month. And he immediately after four months of inaction, four months of nothing, all of a sudden I said, would it be a crazy idea? He calls me the next day, six minute conversation. After we hang up, he sends the text, the four way text with the hospital CEO. Because the hospital CEO is now trying to invest in an innovation arm for the hospital. And this hospital CEO is the president of the hospital associations for all of South Carolina. So he oversees all of the other CEOs for all of South Carolina and all the hospitals. And so there could be a potential of a partnership where I already have another entity. Greatness Institute is my peak performance coaching company. But I created an arm called Peak Surgeon. That's the brand Peak Surgeon, which they're doing a licensing agreement with Greatness Institute so they can take our content because really it's just our peak performance content translated into healthcare, but it's kind of the same thing. So it's kind of a licensing agreement. But. But literally in one conversation of not giving up, not giving up, saying, I am, you know what? This impossible goal is too big for me to just quit on this potentially high leverage relationship that was going nowhere for like four or five months. But you know what? One more try, one more new angle, one more ask, it doesn't matter. I'm gonna do it. The next day he calls me literally yesterday, six minute conversation. We're going to have a session on Wednesday. I'm going to go over there to the hospital to meet him. And then he said he already sent the text to a point that you want to talk about. One of my crazy, impossible goals is very 50, $50 million in three months. Well, guess what? This Joe Soto guy has cash and capital that he invests in healthcare companies and industries. Then I could possibly get that, you know what? Dinner, you know, and the CEO, Bruce Holstein, that's his name, he was also a CEO of a, I think it was like a 3.8 billion dollar hospital system in Texas. So he's been in Spartanburg for the past seven, eight years. And so he's used to operating at that level. And you want to talk about the relationships, we do this well in this hospital system. He's going to open doors for the other ones. And the great thing is I've removed individualism, so I'm not worried about the stake before. I'm like, oh, I need to keep 90%. I don't know if I should take capital or I don't know if I should. I don't care about that, okay? Because one things that Jews do is that it's crazy how they operate when one makes money. Five of them makes money because they're. They care about the piece of the pie. And everybody's growing. And so the Jews operate solely on the Old Testament. We have the Old Testament and the New Testament, guys, okay? So we've got the. The Old Covenant and the New Covenant. The Old Covenant has some prosperity to it. So that's all they have. And they're prospering. Well, I think we can use it as well. And so that's where the King and K agreement comes in one day. I'll do a study on it. But that's where one could put a thousand, two could put ten thousand a flight. And so, guys, just one call. Because I didn't give up. I didn't give up because my impossible goal commands me. God has used the vision of the God. God is like, when I tell you to get you to move, God will still continue to keep showing you your vision until you frustration settles in and you have to move. God will continue to show you your vision until frustration settles in where you have to move. Because, you know, obedience is of the highest order to a king. And God is a king. Obedience comes first to a king. And so I had to obey. I was like, okay, God, I'm gonna send him a message. I don't care if it doesn't work. At least I showed. I did not give up. And so I what's a new angle? What's a new thing? And all of a sudden he said, christian, call me the next day, six minutes. So another paid session, which is great. I don't mind it. I'm not. That's fine. But now a big thing. That's higher leverage. And so he's like, christian, you still have that peak surgeon entity? I was like, yeah, I've had the bank account set up. I've had all the equity structures set up. I'm just waiting for the right partners. And it was like, okay, cool. And so we already have the content, we have the product, and we just need the access and scale and capital. So. And so we go from there. So. So that's already fun. So I've got another entity, guys. I Don't know. Like, I mean, it's one that was old, but now it's come back, so.
Hey, Christian, real quick.
Yes.
There's another lesson in that, and one that this partner of mine, when we start talking about who, not how, go back through your. Whatever contact list you have. God has probably already introduced you to somebody that when you look back through in a.
Send me that message, what you just.
Said, you know, who, not how, perspective, it changes things. And somebody's probably already crossed your path. That just. Just clicks for you in that God has probably already introduced you. Your steps are numbered. They're there for you already. And it may be an interim step to get to the next person, but go back through with a different perspective.
Yes. A different frame.
Exactly.
You're in a different frame. You're in the faith driven, impossible frame now. So we might as well. That's great, man. Okay. That's great.
Yeah. And you're not using them. You're elevating them. You're. You're bringing opportunity to those people.
Amen. We need to write that down. You're not using them. You're elevated. That's where. Transformational relationships, man, where everybody wins. It's huge. Ah, guys, so. But it's crazy, guys. I started to feel one thing. I have to admit. I was feeling the bug of something that the achiever's guilt, where you don't feel like you're as productive. I was like, why am I not doing more? But literally this morning, I was not. This morning, when I told you guys I was writing on my journal 30 minutes before I came on, I said, God, thank you for. Oh, you're not using them. Sorry, I didn't. When I wrote, you're using that, I was super excited that I wrote fast. I wrote in my journal, God, thank you for still doing big things and big leverage, even if I didn't fill my calendar. And I realized that that guilt I was feeling was based off my past self. Future Christian. Billionaire Christian really operates through relationship. And relationships are so much easier and better than ever been. And so I was like, at first, this morning I woke up, man, feeling guilty. God. I didn't enjoy this as much because I kept thinking about the work I wasn't doing. I was like, you know what? No, you can redeem and enjoy, like, this last day that we're here in Cancun. Bump productivity, myth, Bump productivity, guilt. Forget that I'm gonna enjoy today because a lot of stuff did happen this past week. And so, yeah, Chantel saying amen. She's like, yes. She's like, sit with me by the sun, babe. I don't want to be in the sun. Okay. Anyways, even though I'm Puerto Rican, I said to say, I mean, we fly back home tomorrow. But I say it to say, guys, like, man, like, when you're really committed to the impossible goal, the faith driven impossible goal, the Lord will continue to show you your vision until. Stop it, Chantel. I'm focused. The Lord will continue to show you your vision until it frustrates you to move you. Okay? And that's okay. And that's okay. And that's a blessing. Take it as a gift. And so anybody else want to jump in and share anything or say something? Jason, that was good. I'm gonna go through my entire content these next two weeks.
I was just gonna say to add into that something like with the productivity guilt, it just presupposes because we're generally attaching productivity to the money in which we're making. And then productivity is always a money making, generating income activity when we're on a stage of like, growth and development for business. But the biggest thing I think starting out from that zero to, you know, eight figures is like identifying what can you do past that money making activity. You know, like, it always. The instant gratification doesn't always have to be there. One thing I'm really working on with my team is the deals and things in which we do today will reap the rewards of the fruits in the future. And really just like staying in that end result energy and that vision of like the 120mil, you know, and in sales, I know from my team, I say to them, you know, are you being busy or are you being effective? You know, with your management of your pipeline, with your conversations which you're having, versus getting frustrated, angry, annoyed. Are you getting in that moment and just being like, you know, oh, I haven't made a sale in this moment, I haven't done this. And they go and beat themselves up for nine hours of the day and they've only worked for one hour of the day. They've spent more time in their own mind of what the things they haven't done right or the things they haven't achieved. And we're all guilty of that, myself included, you know, versus, like, what can I do in this moment with the time which I have? And you know, time isn't limited. Time is given and we can always have access to more time. It's not limited. That's a limitation in which we place upon ourselves, you know, God. I think Steve mentioned this. God gives us three things. Times talents and treasures. Times talents and treasures. And it's what we choose to do with that time. So I always ask myself, you know, am I really spending more time trying to audit what I'm doing wrong versus just going for it? You know, and like Jason said, more often than not, it's the conversation with the person, you know, you should have, but you just don't have it. So like I asked Owen, you know, I set the impossible goal and this is just something to really think about. So Brian. I was on a meeting with Brian and his team, and I had this belief system that, you know, like, who am I? It's Brian Tracy. You know, this guy's like the. The guy of the personal development space. Who am I to ask for anything from Brian? All I need to do is give. So what I did was I said to myself, let me show Brian that I'm someone that can give to him before asking. So I said to my team, I'm like, I'm going all in on my skill set, which is sales, and I'm going to sell more than this team's ever sold in a month. And I did that myself. So then basically be like, look, now I have the, you know, the value to give and I want something from Brian. Owen then said to me, he's like, have you asked Brian or his team directly for connection to his ass? Like to his resources, to his network? And I was like, no, no, I've sort of stepped over around. And Owen's like, just ask directly. So I went directly to Brian. I said, brian, based upon obviously the results in which we've achieved, I would love to know if you could recommend us to anyone you could think of that could benefit from our agency. He looks at Medhat, the CEO of the publishing company. He said, get all the 60 co authors we've had and let's introduce them to James. I was like, oh my God. Because I led with value and then asked for something in return and I would use the thing that I could do. And I'm like, what? In this moment, versus I actually put two sales guys on this offer to start with. And I'm like, brian wants to see what I can do. He wants me to open the door through my talents and treasures. So let me give him my time. Does that make sense to everyone? I gave him my time for a moment in time to show him my talents and treasures. And then he reciprocated his time, talents and his treasures. Yeah, I just thought I'd add that in.
Amen. Amen. Amen. Powerful, powerful, guys. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Yeah, go for it. Go for it.
Another thing, and. And this is something that you and I work through. When you're talking about productivity, and you almost sound like you're operating in the gap there.
I know.
When you're. When you're talking about. Talking about goals and values, if you're only measuring against what that end result is, you can operate in the gap. Often, the gain is in what you're sowing. If you can look at it today, I sewed this opportunity. That's where the gain is. On a lot of days when you're talking about sales opportunities, the reaping will come. Function in the gain of what you sow.
Amen. Amen. Amen. And you're right. I was in the gap, which is why the Lord was like, lord, and I was in the gap. But today I haven't been right, baby, We've been enjoying. Amen. Last day before you see our kids tomorrow. But, guys, before we go, I'd actually like to end this time with specific prayer requests for your businesses or your ministry. Whatever you guys need. I'd love for us to actually put it in the chat. And I actually want to spend these last five minutes, and I want to pray for. For them specifically. Okay. I don't usually do this in general, but I just. I feel led, you know, Lord, like, let's just pray because there's power in our words, and we have authority, and power of life and death are in the tongue. And also, too, you know, the kingdom key of naming, whatever you name something that becomes. And so I want us to. Jesus said in Mark 11:22, he says, have faith in God. Whoever speaks to the mountain and says, be removed and cast into the sea. It shall be done. Jesus never says to talk to God about the mountain. He also never says, tell the mountain about God. He says, speak to the mountain to go into the sea. And so oftentimes we talk to God about our problems or we talk to our problems about God instead of speaking to our problems to change. And so we're going to speak to our businesses, speak to our. Speak to our marriages, speak to our ministry, speak to our finances, speak to our relationships, speak to those things for those things to shift rather than just talking about them. Okay. And so I want to model kind of that in prayer. I know. It's like, man, we're gonna bring prayer into business. Yes, we are, because we are Supernatural business people we want. God is adding his super to our natural. And so we're throwing this in there. But just put your stuff in the chat. Or maybe you guys just want to share and then phobia. Maybe you can write them down in chat as people are sharing. What are some specific requests you guys want or. Or some things you want to happen in the next two weeks? Okay. Oh, and I'll pray for our trip to Vegas. Okay. I'm praying for that. I pray for that. Wait, when I say put in the chat, are you guys. Put in the WhatsApp or here in this chat? You guys can put on this chat. Okay. Yep. Yep. I'm gonna pray for an unshakable spirit inside of you, Josh. That's what I'm gonna pray for. Like, no matter what's going on with trading and stuff, no matter what's going on around you or whatever, you're unshakable. You're like a rock. Resolve. A level of resolve. Okay. Resolute. Yes, that's the word. Resolute. I'll be praying for that, Kenny. Yes, we're gonna pray for that. Yep. Owen, will clarity around the model. Yes, yes. And Owen, we can also hop on.
A call too, and talk through that, too.
So, yes, we'll be praying for a leadership anointing over you, James. Greater leadership anointing. I love that. Mia. So specifically, Mia. What? Right believing, right relations, right alignment, right opportunities. There's a good amount of things there. What specific thing in the next two weeks as well for you? Love it, Babe. I'm gonna pray for your writing. All right. I'm gonna pray that the writing flies off the pages for the next two weeks for you without any distractions. Okay. Really gonna do that? Okay, really quick. Yes. That's like, once you get the asset class, Mia, I feel like once you get the asset class clarity on that, boom. Things old.
Yes.
That's what I would like pray for. Yep. Deal. I love that. Thank you. Thank you. We'll pray for that for Terry. Yep. Yeah, We'll be praying for that. Yes. Gabe. I'm also going to pray that your. Your closing rate becomes 15. So that way. So that way. That way you get to your goal faster. I'm telling you, you master that, get to 15 to 18%. Yep. Amen. I have a partner with you on prayer for that too, Jason. Jesus name. Okay. In Jesus name. Okay. So I'm gonna pray. I'm gonna pray. Did Craig. Oh, Craig had to go. We'll pray for his. His test as well. For these next two weeks that it just comes, really, he just passes it, and then we bless him. Okay. Amen. You better pray for that. Even more power for us. Come on. You better. Yes, that's right. Okay, let's pray. All right. I'm gonna pray my eyes open. You guys can close your eyes just so I can see the list. Okay. Holy Spirit, we just thank you for this time. Lord, I just thank you for every single person on this call. I thank you that you've called them even much higher than. Than they're currently living. Lord, there's a greater. A greater king or a queen that's inside of them that you're calling them from. Everyone, from those who are actively participating, and even Phobia herself, too, is supporting us. Lord, we thank you that there's a powerful woman that you're bringing outside of her that's on the inside. You're bringing it to the outside. Lord, we thank you for Phobi and her support. Lord, I just thank you for her life, Lord. Lord, I just. I just feel led right now. Lord, we thank you that Phobia's life matters. We thank you that her life means something. That, Lord, you love her so much that you put her in this group of crazy Christians, and, Lord, you got her connected to us and it's not by accident. So, Lord, we thank you for her life. Lord, we thank you for Josh. Lord, we thank you for a spirit of resoluteness, unshakableness, that during these next two weeks that he shall hit every single one of his trading goals every single day at perfection, God, that he shall not be moved by FOMO at all, Lord. Lord, we thank you that his mind and his heart and his spirit is resolute. So, Lord, we speak to his mind right now. Any fear that might come up of missing out, be gone now. In Jesus. Name a spirit of resolute. Lord, we thank you for Owen, for clarity. God, we thank you that the idea and the strategy and the frameworks are coming to him easily without any. Without any pressure, without any striving or fighting for it. God, there shall be an ease to doing that, Lord. You shall even start to speak to him in his sleep. So, Lord, we thank you that his spirit man is now aware, is sensitive to what you're showing him. Lord, we thank you for that. Lord, we thank you for Kenny, for the right media guy on the ground. Lord, this week is upcoming week, at our next meeting, at our next one, by next Monday. God, he shall be relentless on finding that person. But that Person shall come to him like a magnet. He's just gonna have to ask three people. I just see just three asks and all of a sudden he's gonna keep asking, okay, but who? But who? But who? And all of a sudden that person shall present themselves, Lord. So we thank you for the right media guy on the ground in Tennessee that also shall have his spirit of expansion that Kenny has, Lord, of achieving big goals, that he can almost be a right hand on the ground right there and is there available and he knows he can trust him. Someone who's trustworthy and high caliber. In Jesus name, Lord, I thank you for a greater leadership anointing for James, Lord. Lord, that you are enhancing his ability and capacity to handle 10 times more the people that are in his own organization. Father, I just thank you for that leadership anointing that's coming upon him, that he's able to lead 10 times more people. So, Lord, his clarity of communication is there, Lord. His resilience, Lord. That when problem solving or issues come up, he is unmoved, Lord. That even on his problem solving ability comes up that it's more creative and unconventional. God. Lord, we thank you for that, Lord, I thank you for clarity for Mia, for this right asset class. No more. No more hesitancy, no more confusion. No more, no more. It being very cloudy, God. Lord, we thank you for a clear path, Lord. And we thank you that she shall find it in stillness, not an activity. So, Father, we thank you that you're slowing her down to just hear you and to see you and to feel you as you're moving her to the right asset class, God. And so, Lord, once she has that clarity, she shall know it because it shall be a spring up in her spirit. Just like how John when he was in Elizabeth's womb, when Mary walked in the room with Jesus, it said that he leapt up in her in her womb and she started to prophesy. Lord, there shall be a leaping up in Mia's heart that all of a sudden she found the right asset class. Lord, we thank you for deal flow to come to Terry like never before, Lord, that the amount of deals he had the past three weeks, Lord, he gets that in just one week combined. God, we thank you for that. In a level of focus, Lord, that he doesn't get pulled away to all the things that could vie for his attention. All the good shiny objects, Lord, we cut that out, Lord. Complete focus in Jesus name with Gabe. Clarity, passion, impact. Lord, we thank you that he. The recruiting comes easy, yes, but God, we thank you that his ability to handle. Objection. Shall be heightened. 15 to 20, closing rate. God, we thank you for that because we want the, the goal to be achieved in, in half the time or he hits double the amount by the end of the year. So you can buy me a Ferrari too. In Jesus name. Lord, I just thank you for Jason. I'm joking, Lord. I just want to throw that in there. God, I thank you for our crazy, crazy personalities. Lord, I thank you for Jason's CEO, Lord, that it's unconventional. He's not even thought of coaching before. But Lord, that he would be open to it because you've given them this impossible goal to go from 800 million to a 10 billion dollar system, Lord. Lord, I thank you because you are opening his spirit up to that. But also you're using Jason as an example. You're using him as a light. So Father, I thank you that Jason's influence and authority in that organization increases now in these next two weeks in Jesus name. And Lord, I pray for my wife that she truly would be able to write and that the words fly off the page. She's done the preparation work, Lord, and Lord, you're going to honor it. You're going to honor her. You're going to honor her. Lord, we pray for Craig as well. We pray for Craig that as he goes on, Lord, that there'll be no nervousness for this next test. There'll be no fear, no anxiety. So he passes it easily. And we can bless him with those clothes so he sells the million dollar house right away. And so, Lord, thank you for everything you've done for me. Lord, I pray these deals close quickly. No, no, no pulling back, Lord. Lord, any, any obstacles that are going to try to come up. Lord, we command them and we curse them to be gone and to never even come up. Satan, you are not allowed into those deals in Jesus name. Holy Spirit, we thank you, thank you for this group. And Lord, we bless them in Jesus name. Let them have the most powerful week possible. Amen. Amen. Amen, y'.
All.
Amen. Anything you guys want to share? Anything you guys, any questions you guys have before we go, anything you guys want to say, Go for it.
Christian. I gotta jump off in a sec. I just want to piggyback off of what Joshua said and just honor and thank you from myself, from the bottom of my heart and everybody else here for what you've created and for your leadership. Not just for setting up this call, but I, I, I think many of us here can probably say that we wouldn't be going for this in the way that we are without you and without Chantel bringing us here. So I just wanted to finish with that. From me to you. Appreciate it. Can't wait to see you next week.
Okay. Love you, Owen. Thank you.
I just want to say thank you for somebody who is mentally tired coming into this. About ready to run through a door or a wall. You guys are. You guys are powerful, and I appreciate you all.
Guys, guys, it's Gabe. What he said. The power of the group. Go ahead, Gabe.
It's gonna be the best week of our lives.
Wow.
Oh, let's go. We must feel and believe like we're already in possession of the things we desire. Come on.
Amen. Amen. Amen.
Great. Thank you so much for having us, Christian. It's been amazing in Chantelle. Absolutely amazing. So I'm going to jump off as well. But so nice to meet all of you guys. And I can't wait for us all to just keep going with these impossible goals. It's amazing. Group's amazing. Appreciate it.
Amen. Amen. All right, everybody, let's actually all end right there. We'll see you guys next week. And yeah, whatever. Like, there's a lot of stuff that came up today. Go through your entire contact list. SOPs, you know, James setting up cascading, you know, man, there were so many different things that came up. And whatever came up for you, Apply that. Take that and apply that this week. Okay? And put your wins. Put your wins. And we're gonna bless Craig. I'm telling you right now, he will sell that house in the first 90 days. He will. And don't give up on your impossible guys. Like, and you're in a new frame. So the asks are going to be different. And go for it, Go for it, Go for it. All right, all right, Everyone be blessed. And we'll see you next week. Next week we have Alex Alberon, who's going to be sharing on the marketing side. And so that's going to be incredible. And if you guys have more people to share that you want to share into this group, let us know. We will get Jim Bat Maisie.
That's what I was just about to say. That's what I was just about to say.
We gotta get Jim.
I popped by the charity again. That's a little update again this Saturday. I didn't see him. I had to be super fast because we hired the worker for the day. But he will be in this call, and I think we're gonna absorb a lot of stuff he says, because he is. He's got stories.
I love it, I love it, I love it. So it's gonna be powerful. We're gonna do that. And then also too, I feel like each of us have some expertise as well. So what I want to start doing, and this will be lasting a share, is I really want to start coordinating the theme and the focus of what those two days will be in September. Because if we think about it, we're like four weeks away from it. And so. And so it's almost like, okay, like, I want to coordinate with some of you guys to share for this one. And we'll do this once a quarter where it's immersion and it's all together and so. But I also want to crowdsource the needs. Okay. Crowdsource the topics. Okay. So be looking out for a simple survey. We're going to create that probably if you can write that down for us to remind me. But we're going to create it so we can send it out. It'll be a Google sheet and you guys should. Or Google form. I mean a Google form. And you guys will fill it out. So that way we can kind of get some crowdsourcing of what we want it to be about. And then depending on what it is, that means whoever has that expertise in that will be presented. I don't plan on talking most of the time. Okay.
Can I say one, one thing before we get off?
Of course.
This is kind of just for me to say too. I need to change this. I don't like looking at myself when I talk. It, like, confuses me. There you go. So I like to see your guys beautiful faces.
So.
This is like something for me to say also to myself because I think when we shoot for an impossible, we get super uncomfortable. Like, very, very uncomfortable. Like, when we shoot for impossible, we get uncomfortable. And I really want to emphasize for myself, myself also. And just talking out loud is like, that uncomfortability, guys, is exactly where we grow. Like, if we were in this call, not uncomfortable by any means. Like, we were like, oh, everything's like, everything's awesome. What a shame it would be. That means here we're not growing, guys. These points were like ups and downs. Ups and downs. Like, this is why we're in this call to shoot for something impossible. Because those uncomfortabilities are where we grow. So if you're at a spot right now where you're a little confused. Confused. You're a little bit confused. Guess what? You're freaking growing. And I think, I think you know me on this journey too. I've been confused too. It just follow. Christian has a beautiful sermon on it. That that's how I met him. I was like, he preached the sermon of faith. I was like, I need to talk to that guy. And it's like understanding that you are going to get there. It's like. And Christian said this too. And I've already, already rephrased this. It's like you have the confidence because deep down you know who you are. And it's like, I really, like, really push all of us to like know who you are deep down, because I know you do and push and understand like everything happens for a reason. But you have to have that faith. If you lose that face and you go to a fear based mindset, you're screwed. So have that faith, you know, and have that certainty. And I'm telling you, you'll look back and be like, thank you for that confusion. Thank you for that confusion. Because that allowed me to grow. I just say that to myself all the time. I wanted to verbalize that to you guys.
Amen. And I think that's a perfect way to end it. See you guys next week. Love you guys.
