Through a battle and the sun stood still what's up, everybody? What's up? What's up? Hello. It looks like he's about to jump in the pool. Dk, Crystal. What's up? You guys are driving. Jason's here. I see Mia's autopilot, but she's not even, you know, currently here. I think she's gonna jump in. Michael, good to see you. Kenny, good to meet you. Good to meet you. Yep. Last minute edition. Awesome, awesome. Hey, babe, did you hit record on your end? Okay, cool, cool, cool. Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. All right, Message. Mia. See if she's jumping. All right. All right. There's, like, a couple people that are waiting a little bit, but I'd love for us in the moment while we're waiting, I. Babe, can you lower the stuff now? Yeah. So I am excited. The Impossible Tribe. Guys, man, like, I have been, man, for those that know me, everybody here except for Kenny. Hey, we're gonna get to know you, man. Super glad you're with us. Terry kind of told me a little bit about you and kind of some things that you're chasing as far as the impossible. So super glad you're here. Guys. This is a first kind of introductory kind of time. Our time today is kind of us starting this out. This is kind of inaugural kind of first meeting. And for some of us here, one thing I told every single person I've talked to, I don't know, like, anyone who's had a conversation with me about it, you know, about this whole thing. How many of you guys could feel that I was a little bit fired up about it? You know, Come on, raise it. Let's be honest, you know, y', all, you guys know I was a little bit fired up. Why? Because I believe this is the season of chasing the impossible. You know, there's something about. We're at the midpoint of the year. There's something about when you get to halftime on anything, you either. If you're ahead in a. I don't know if you guys have ever played athletics. I played football. I'm in high school. And so, you know, halftime, you assess. Do we need to pick it up? Do we need to continue on the fundamentals that we're already doing? And there's something about, hey, the halfway point of the year, and God really is just placed on my heart ever since beginning of June of what it's like to actually chase the impossible with him. You know, for some of you that know my story and some of you that don't, Currently peak performance coach. God has blessed our business to do about around 80k a month in revenue right now, which is awesome. With just me and an assistant, which has been awesome. Phobia, Say hello, wave. She's my assistant. She runs my like personal life too. She also like schedules out my calendar, she does my emails, she does all that. I don't even deal with most of my stuff now, but three years ago we were on food stamps. And so three, three years ago, July 19, 2021, we were living on food stamps. It was about four straight months of being on food stamps. And I remember that was like my breakdown and breakthrough moment July 19, where you know, I actually took my bible in my ear and I took my bible in my hands and it was one day, man, I was like, God, like I left full time ministry, I left a stable job to write, you know, after I wrote a third book called Born to Rule. And I was like, you know, I'm going to travel and preach and speak and all that. And you know, speaking was awesome. The first four months of 2021. And then it dried up and, and then I got to a place where I was spending time with God and I was just so angry and frustrated and I took my Bible and put in my hand and I pointed it at the air and I said, God, your word doesn't work. I don't know if you guys have ever had any of those like really honest moments with God. Your word doesn't work. And God told me, christian, the problem's not with me, the problems with you. And I said, I don't know what you're talking about here, God, but I've been living righteously, privately, behind closed doors. I don't have secret sin. I don't have any of that. What is going on? And he said, christian, I want you to think about it this way. And I said, okay, Lord, what? How do you want me to think about it? He said, if your other sisters or brothers are succeeding in my kingdom and you're not, remember you have the same God, the same Holy Spirit, the same keys of this kingdom, the same tools like prayer and fasting. And the only difference is you two. So the problems that was made, the problems with you, you know, I don't know if you guys have ever been out logic by God where you can't argue, you know, got out logically. I said, okay, you're right, you know, if the only difference, the common denominator is all those things you mentioned and the only difference is me and another person that I'm the problem. Okay, God, you're 100, right? And so that caused me to take two days to get clarity. And I locked myself in my room for two days. And I said, God, I need things to change now, you know, because you're either going to move by inspiration or desperation. And I was in a place of desperation, and I said, I need things to change now. And so I locked myself away for two days and I knew I was going to be a peak performance coach. And I said, you know what? I'm going to do this. Build out a vision for the next three years. And got to our vision in 18 months. You know, first four weeks brought in $22,000 first. By month four, I was working with a $360 million company. By month six and month seven, I was written up by LA Weekly and New York Weekly as Greenville's number one high performance coach. Fast forward to now, which I have, man, just been so blessed to do what I'm doing. But now it's another jump. And this time it isn't desperation. It's inspiration, which I'm super grateful about. Okay, Would you chase the impossible? Okay, all right. You shift from desperation to inspiration because at the end of the day, here's the reality, guys. We don't have to chase the impossible. We don't. You can chase growth, you can chase even 2x. You literally don't have to chase the impossible. You don't have to. So if you're here, you're making a decision that 99 of people are not willing to make. You don't have to chase the impossible. And I remember a month ago when I actually first started on really, like, okay, God, like, I'm living my impossible three years ago. And then I realized, God, okay, I accomplished my three year vision in 18 months. What's next? And I remember having a conversation with my wife. As you can see, babe, can you just wave? Okay, the beautiful looking woman. Okay, that is my wife, y'. All. Look, if you struggle with the existence of God, look at her, look at me. Only God can give that to me. Okay, all right, so. But I actually had a conversation with her a month ago. I said, babe, literally, our needs are met. God is doing some amazing things. I mean, like, we're blessed beyond what we've ever been. You know, three years ago to now, when was the last time we actually asked God for a miracle? When was the last time we actually needed God to, like, come through for a miracle? Like an actual miracle, Something that we can actually put our faith on not something that we can work at. Because hey, if I work a little bit harder, put a little more hours, do a little switch, we can definitely grow and hit a lot more. But when was the last time we actually needed God to do a miracle? And when we were honest about where we're at, we're like, it's been a while. It's been like seven, eight months. It was like, oh wow. Like it's been a while. And we're so grateful that God has brought us to this place. But here's one thing we know. There's more, there's more, there's more. So if you hear you guys are a part of the group that wants more, you know, if you're here, you're a part of the group that says, you know what, like what God has given me, it's awesome, or where I'm at, maybe not be so awesome. Maybe you're in a place of desperation and you need the impossible for sake. But regardless of where you're at, this is the place where we want to make miracles commonplace. Where your next level is normal, where God is saying, hey, like what he's taking you and, and I'm an unashamedly kingdom guys. So guess what? We're gonna be here, we're gonna look at the scriptures. But also this is not a Bible study. This is also a kingdom business mastermind. Okay? We're actually going to challenge you. I'm going to be challenged. I want you guys to like, hey, I'm going to share my impossible goals and what I'm currently focusing on and I want you guys to share your like how to challenge me or encourage me or give some connections or whatever. This is it for us to. This is a group where I'm like, hey, like the only cost is going all in. In reality, the only cost here for this group. I could easily put a Mastermind and charge $25,000 for the year if I wanted to. Okay, like easily. But I said no. I actually want the cost to be something bigger. And it's your comfort. I want the cost to be your comfort. Because there's something I like with me like right now I've got a lot of like big clients, you know, that are having their own eight, eight figure companies. They're CEOs of 40 to 60 million dollar companies and I'm pushing them to go even more than what they're currently doing, you know, and whether they're in real estate or they're in solar, wherever, whatever arena that they're at here's one thing I know is that you can 100% reach and achieve more without the use of God by stepping out of your comfort zone. So imagine how much more when you add God to the equation and you add real accountability. One thing I want to redefine for us here is the term accountability. So I want you guys to write the term accountability, and then what I want you guys to do is actually put in the chat. What do you guys think accountability means? Like, if you think of accountability, I want you to think accountability equals blank. What would you say? Accountability equals. All right, kind of ability equals. Put in the chat. Accountability equals. I get so many interesting answers on this. Standards. Oh, I like that. Yes. Accountability equals standards. Holding responsible. Yes. Making sure your word is kept. I like it. I like it. Making sure word is kept. Answering to a different source. Okay. Yep. Yep. Oh, oh, Mia texting me. Hurricane issues. Okay. Amazing. She text me. Accountability equals integrity of follow through. Okay. Oh, oh. So Mia's on the phone. So if you guys, you know that four eight, zero. Okay. That's me. Okay. Glad you're here. Growth, friendships. Okay. Accountability. Okay. I like it, I like it. So here's what I want you guys to think about. Most of the time, we think of, like, some of our definitions. You know, Most of the time we think of accountability as like, I'm holding someone responsible to what they've said, you know? But have you guys ever tried to hold someone accountable, especially an A type leader, and they fight against you? How many guys have ever, you know, felt resistance from someone? And you wonder why? It's because most of the time we define accountability as consequences. Accountability. Usually we tie it to consequences, when in reality, accountability is ownership. Accountability is ownership. The best form of accountability is when that person owns the vision themselves. Because if they own it, they won't fight you. They'll say, thank you. The best definition of accountability is ownership. Ownership. Because that's when standards come in. That's when growth comes in. That's when, you know, we're okay with being held responsible. That's when. Because we've owned it. The people who fight against accountability are the people who've not owned their own vision. Like, for example, when I played football, I was a captain, and my coaches all the time on me were on me, and I didn't mind them on me because I was like, I was pushing myself. I had a vision of wanting to play D1, you know, wanted to play for the University of Miami. That's why I trained myself. I took my own training into my own hands in the summer. And I went from a 4, 8, 40, you know, to a 439 in one summer. You know, it was like crazy. Like, I really pushed myself and I owned my own vision. So when the coaches were on me, I said, thank you. Okay, coach, I got you. I'll do it the next time. Versus you had people on the side who were benchwarmers, second string, third string, that when coaches were on them, they're like, why is coach so mean to me? Because they didn't own their own vision. It felt like consequences to them. And so, and then, you know, junior year, God said, you're going to give that up and you're going to go into ministry. I said, what God? You know, go from athletics to ministry? That's amazing. You know, it's like. But I said to say, like, why am I saying all this? Because I want this group to be 100 about accountability. But accountability here will not work unless each of us owns our impossible faith driven vision. It won't work. You guys won't last a week. Next week you'd be like, man, they're too tough on me. I'm good. I don't want to show up and be uncomfortable anymore. I'm good. I don't. You know, after about three weeks, four weeks, you're gonna be like, hey, like we're trying to reach out. Hey. Because does anybody know where Gabe is at? You know, does anybody know where Terry's out? Does anybody, you know, it's like, disappear off the face of the earth. Why? Because you didn't own it yourself. It has nothing to do with us. If you really owned it, you wouldn't mind it. You said, thank you, man. They are so right. I have allowed a lot of things beneath my floor and they are challenging me to bridge the gaps on what God is calling me to step into. And I'm okay with that. So I share that. To say there'll be no cost in this group. I just want you guys to know, like, this is literally. But it's going to function like a high end mastermind. Like if I was running a fifty to a hundred thousand dollar mastermind, we're going to do it to where everyone, There are times where people, each of us are going to be spotlighted. You know, there are times where each of us are going to be like, hey, you get the floor. What's your problems that you're facing? Okay, you get challenged. All of us get to pitch in. Some of us might have contacts that can help each of us also go into and achieve the impossible as well. Because some of us here have different areas of the impossible that is in our area. So it doesn't. We're like, hey, I'll give you, like, 20 contacts for you. And then all of a sudden, it can also help and go the other way. And so the only cost is, like I said, just like my wife said, your comfort, your comfort. And this is going to be one of the biggest faith journeys each of us have ever gone. I'm a little bit selfish, though, on this. Okay, guys. I actually want every group, every person here, okay, at the end of the next three to six months to be some of the biggest givers in your church because of the increase that's happened in your life. Like, I'm a little selfish. Like, I lowkey. I'm like, I already know what kind of a number I want to give, you know, and so. But it's on time. I talked about it. But the only way I'm going to give that number is if I increase and achieve the impossible with God. And selfishly, I want us to be some of the biggest givers. Biggest givers. But it's tough to give unless you don't increase. And that's where we are going to partner with him. So, anyways, I want to give you guys a lengthy kind of intro of how God moved me here, and I want to give an overview of what today's gonna be like. Okay? Very simple. And some of you guys might decide, like, after. After this week, you're like, yo, you guys are too hardcore. I'm good. I don't want to be a part of this group. Like, this is good enough for me. I'm. I'm good at the pace I'm going. Awesome. I'm okay with having less. There were times where Jesus said very controversial things to the crowd to thin the herd more so that those who were left over were those of quality. He literally said to a group, you will eat of my flesh and drink of my blood. And people are like, well, this guy is crazy. I am seeing you later. Bye. Bye. And Jesus turned to his disciples and said, will you guys leave, too? And he said, who else has the words of eternal life? That's what Peter spoke up. But you? Who else? So Jesus didn't mind thinning the hurt, and I don't mind thinning the hurt. You know, we actually sent out 25 invitations, and look at how many people we have here. And it's okay if the circle gets smaller. I don't care I just care about us actually chasing the tangible impossible. And yes, that will mean tracking our numbers. Yes, that will mean money. Yes, that will mean progress. Yes, that will mean size of team. How big is your team growing? Yes, that will mean accountability. Yes. Okay. Everything in between. Okay, so you guys are looking at me like, oh, oh, I don't know. He's like, so vision overarching. One I'd love for first of all, for some of us here to share kind of where we've been. Because I just want this kind of introductory to kind of share the group. I'm not really going to kind of grow it. You guys can have like one suggestion of someone you guys think would be amazing on the group, but I'm gonna. I would love to connect with them for about 15 minutes before I even allow anybody else in the group. I don't mind it, but at the same time, I do want to keep the quality and the potency of a thing because as soon as you add extra water to something or extra, the concentrate then loses its potency and I want to keep this very concentrated. Okay, but first I'd love for us to share kind of some stories. Like, for example, like, hey, like, your name, where you. What are you currently doing? Where are you currently at? And then 60 second story of why you're here. Like, and what's the number one reason? What's the number one thing you want to, like, accomplish here? Okay. Do not share your impossible goal. Okay? Because we're gonna all share that next week. All right? Our impossible goal is gonna all be shared next week and we're all gonna have each other. Like, we're going to see every single one of it. Okay? We're going to see it and it's going to be laid out bare and it's not going to be hidden. Okay? So some of us here are in some high level business areas. Some of us are just getting started in business. Some of us are mostly in ministry. But you have some business twists. Some of us are mixed. And that's okay. It's never about comparison. It's only about what's your impossible, what's your impossible. Because what's impossible for me might not be impossible for you, but what's impossible for you might not be impossible for me. So this isn't a competition. This is us partnering together to achieve and fulfill what God has placed on us. Deal? Give me a thumbs up if you're good. Give me a thumbs up if you're. If you're good. If you're good. If you're good. Love it. Awesome. So really quick story then I'm going to share overview of kind of a recap of how we're going to change time, how we're going to look at time very differently, and what it's going to cause us to do with raising our floor. And then we're going to wrap it up by what we actually guys want you guys to do for next week to prep because next week we really go deep into it. Okay, so who would love to share kind of their name, their current role, and then 60 seconds, why you're here and the number one thing you want to get from it?
I go first.
Go for it. Gabe?
Yeah.
I'm Gabriel Pearson. I'm from South Florida. So I'm just here in a little small town called Lighthouse Point. A little story about, like, like me in specific. I realized that life is so, so beautiful. It's so precious. And so many people listen to this. So many people go throughout life without capitalizing really on the gifts that were given to them, you know? So I kind of like a little small entrepreneur group, really inspiring people, kind of push themselves to the fullest, get out of your comfort zone, that kind of stuff. When Christian sent me the invite, I got super excited. I'm like, come on, what do I sign? Let's do it. The biggest thing I want to get out of this, I would say.
Is.
Now that I'm here, I've listened to this. Seeing the journey, seeing the journey on other people, setting these impossible goals and really balancing these experiences off each other. Because I know when people come together with different strengths and weaknesses, with great goals, like magical things happen.
And also share, Gabe, like, really quick, just a snippet of how you got here. I mean, like, you've got a bunch of sales experience. You've sold, you know, so many different industries, industries. You've done door to door. You've done like.
You can go over how I got in the call or how, like, what stuff I've done.
Well, well, just. Yeah, just do a quick snippet, like 30 seconds. So everybody kind of has an idea of what, like where you've been at and what's caused you to get here.
Yeah, yeah, I've done door to door sales. I've been sales since I was 17. Kind of changed my life. Ended up flying out to California, met some amazing door to our sales guys and ended up running a team about 15 guys. And selling solar was such a great eye opener for me. And then I listened to how I'm on The call. I saw Christian speak at church and literally just light bulbs off my head. I'm like, I gotta talk to that guy. Like I have to. And so when, when he was done talking, I chased him down to his car and I got his phone number and I, I booked him for lunch.
So now I knew he was in sales. As soon as he was talking to me though, he was like talking to me and then he was asking me questions and then asking for my number. I was like, oh, this kid's been trained. I already know. He's like.
I was like, I was like, you're. You're five, six, one, which is an area code here. And I was like, really? Assuming the. Assuming it.
Yeah. So I love it. So Gabe. So Gabe is so skilled in sales with him and I had a personal conversation about what his impossible goal is. And it's going to be huge. And he'll share it next week, but it'll be a huge income goal that he's not hit. But with his skill set, I know he has the ability and expanded community and network as well is going to help him think differently. So that's why I also personally wanted to invite him as well. All right, who else, who else wants to share really quick? I can go. So my name is Kenny Lyman. I'm out of Washington state. I was invited to this group from about 30 minutes ago from Terry Green. Yeah. Just gave me a quick rundown of. Of what the group is and it sounded very, very exciting. I run an in home care company, so we take care of. Of old people at their house. It's not like a facility or anything like that. We physically go to people's houses to take care of them. We operate here out of Washington state and also Idaho. What, what stuck out, which is really interesting is I haven't actually disclosed this to anybody publicly, but what you've said. Me and my wife have a personal goal of being seven figure givers. So it's very interesting that, you know, you brought up, you want to see us give, give big in the future. So I'm already in if you'll have me. Hey, come on. Hey. I already feeling as soon as you said you want to be a seven figure gamer, I almost jumped out of my seat. Okay, continue. Go ahead. Sorry, that's all I got, man. Just a, just quick, quick snapshot of who I am. 7 Figure giving. I love that. That is powerful. That is powerful. So glad you're here, seriously. And I'm glad it was last minute because Terry talked to me about you last night after I was talking to Terry about it and I was like, you know, just by them, just bring up. Just bring them. And so with that, I think, who else wants to share? I'll share real quick. So my name is Michael.
I'm out of South Florida as well. My current business is business credits and funding and so help businesses get access credit cards, lines of credits, all sorts of stuff like that. And now my passion and where I'm headed is actually real estate and securities. So I want to learn how to fund real estate through securities trading. So I'm doing a lot of studying of laws and all sorts of stuff like that right now. That's my main. My main focus and what I'm here to do.
I'm here to watch a group of.
People who are tight knit and committed to an impossible goal because you don't really see a lot of groups like that out there who are really going after the impossible and willing to share and talk about it and push each other. So I'm here to see this, this.
Group grow, do it together.
I love it. I love it. Yes. And Michael knows a lot about certain laws I've never even heard of in my life. So it's great. I tell you this right now. If you ever want to have a great conversation with like even marriage and all the laws behind it and all the like, I will tell you, I was like, man, I got married wrong legally, like the way we talk about it. So. But Michael is also. Michael, am I allowed to share kind of your spiritual connection?
Oh, for sure. 100.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay. You shared that.
Okay.
So yeah, I'm.
I'm mentoring with Christian spiritual son and it's. I mean, it's been it incredible journey so far. I mean, like we've all of our calls blow my mind.
So.
I mean, that's my direct connection with, with, with Christian.
Yep, yep. Yeah, but y' all funding this guy. All right. I'm like, God, I thank you for leading up to me as well.
In Jesus name, he's marrying one of my best friends. So there you go. That's.
That's true. Yep.
Thanks.
All right, who else wants to share? I think it's between Jason or TK Whoever can get to mute first. Okay. Whoever can unmute first. I'm looking at both of them, like clicking.
Hey.
Hey.
We are the Millers. I'm Takashi. Everybody calls him TK it's my wife Crystal. I'm a former C suite executive. Currently own a production agency and whatnot. If you go to Like a live concert in South Florida, like the American Airlines Arena. Someone has logistically put all that stuff together. That's what my company does. We consult for churches too. All that good stuff.
Chris.
Oh, you know, I was talking. I'm Crystal and right now I am. Well, actually for the last 20 something years I've been a mother of seven plus three bonus kids. So our youngest is autistic. So that's really my everything. Right now I'm also doing social media for our church. Before that I was at a non profit for, for women. But my heart is single mom. So being in this group thinking about the impossible, it's just kind of like, okay, God, I'm ready to get back to where I thought I was on the road to before, before we moved to South Carolina a couple years ago. So I know what my passion is and my heart is. So I think this being in this group is just really great because I'm ready to be pushed and just to have people behind you and that whole accountability aspect and just all of that. And yeah, I can't wait to share my impossible because I'm literally the impossible. For real, for real, for all. Like everybody was saying it's good to be. I want to be able to witness firsthand everything that God does in all of you guys lives, you know. So I'm your number one fan, John. Your number one fans already.
I love it. I love it. TK what, what are you most excited about for the group too? What made you, you know, want to jump in? Because, you know, when we talked, you know, you were, you know, you were in a certain setting, you know, and we worked it out.
Is what he's referring.
Yeah, yeah, I use the hospital. I didn't want to say that part.
I was in my sick bag and we're having this conversation, you know, I'm a true believer that iron sharpens iron and, and Crystal will tell you I'm very skeptic when it pertains to people just in general. And so being in a group to where the mindset is the same, the trajectory is the same as it relates to achieving the impossible and how we get there. The vehicle of getting there is the same and that is faith. Right?
Y.
Definitely excites us, excites me to be a part of the group so we can achieve the impossible collectively and individually. So I'm looking forward to that. I'm looking forward to learning, I'm looking forward to giving my 2 cents because I will do that from time to.
Time.
Just based off life experiences and things of that nature. But yeah, we're looking forward to what's yet to come. So I commend both you and Chantal for getting this group started. We're just going to press forward, onward and upward. Yeah.
I just want to say one more thing. I'm sorry.
Go ahead.
The biggest thing for me is really giving God glory after all of it. Like.
Yes.
Because no one, someone said it earlier, nobody's really believing the impossible. Nobody has these groups or even in the, like, we don't do that anymore. We don't see these miracles happen and we don't see people just. You don't see it anymore. And it's because we have stopped as we've stopped believing. So I'm really excited to be able to give God the glory for what he's done. So then it can, you know, show everybody else and they can be believing in the impossible and whether it's something big or small. So. All right, I'm done.
I love it. I love it. Yeah. And if no one else would believe, I will. We will, and we'll be the example. And that's okay. Go ahead, Jason. I know you're next. I know you're. You and TK were going first. Yeah, go ahead.
Hey, I'm Jason Deerks. I'm the executive vice president of operations for Berkshire Hathaway Company and been working with Christian now for a few months. Why I want to be here. I have a. I've had a real good idea on the next two to three years and have been looking for next and so we've been talking about that came up with an impossible goal. I'm looking for elevation, motivation. I'm owning this Christian, but being around a high level group is still motivation. So I'm excited about that. I'm seeing some of the very initial fruits of this in the organization that I'm working with right now in some of the individuals. And that's super positive feedback in it. I can tell you from the first handful of you talking that I might have to modify my impossible goal before next week when we start sharing. So I'm excited.
I love it. Thank you, Jason. Thank you. I love it. I love it.
Chris, now share.
If you could hear me.
I'm in a hotel, condo, vacation. All my kids are on the other side of this wall. But my name is Terry Green and I'm an executive and non profit for a large sports ministry here in the state of Florida. Nearly 300 staff and been with them for 10 years. I've had an Amazing. Run with them. God has elevated my gift, and not only that, but my position. We've seen thousands and tens of thousands of people give their life to Christ. My wife and I went through a tough time this last year. And I'll tell you this. It was like Father, Son, Holy Spirit, then Christian Santiago.
Like, I don't know, like, wherever you go, brother, I'll go too.
And has helped unlock some things in me. Not only that, but we've just been tied at the hip for a while in a variety of ways. So how I'm here is just really out of my reverence and respect for Christian, but also I have played it very comfortably. And I realize that there is so much alignment that's taking place in not only my life, but my family's life on really what we're capable of. And I believe that God has incredible things in store for us beyond even sometimes what we can see.
And.
And it's just a matter of following the fruit and the favor and seeing God's hand in my life. And then, of course, you know, just being with people like Christian. Not only that, but friends like Kenny. We've been like a long time friends. 15 years plus. And we're both chasing after some incredible things. And I cannot wait to share my impossible goals. They will vary from everybody else, but. But we have been taking incredible action over the last several months and last couple weeks especially. And so I'm super pumped. That's how I'm here again.
We're.
I'll defend Christian. I mean, he could come with. I don't know, I could watch him commit a crime and still think that he didn't do it, you know? Anyway, I love the man. I really, truly do. And. And I'm just happy to meet with some other incredible people.
I love it. I love it, brother. Yeah, I know. Yeah. This is gonna be your. You and your family's biggest year. I sense it, you know? And you've taken a ton of action ever since I sent you that 10x video. You know, how many of you guys got that TEDx video? Okay, everybody here got that TEDx video. Okay, everybody here watched it. Okay. But no, I'm grateful. I'm grateful you're here as well. Grateful you brought Kenny as well. Kenny, I already feel like we're like. As soon as you said seven figure giver, I felt that. Okay. So glad you're here. But, Mia, I don't know if you're on, if we can hear you. I know right now you're on phone, but I Don't know if you can talk or not. Maybe you want to text me, See if you can talk, because I know you're on phone right now. You're either in the middle of a hurricane or something.
All right, testing this out.
Yeah, we can hear you. Go for it.
Awesome.
I'm not sure how I'll go back on mute, but don't worry, we'll mute you.
You don't have to worry about it. Perfect.
Perfect. All right, well, jumping in.
So I am.
I've known Christian Chantel since an early introduction into Greenville, so that's been awesome to see evolution there. I run a real estate investment firm and I have worked with Christian in various capacities and absolutely appreciate and love him and his family and the stance that they take. Born to Rule has been one of the most impactful pieces of literature I think I've ever encountered. And so I would. I think Krish and I, and our dynamic is both gratitude, humility, and challenge. So we're not afraid to have some of those hard conversations. And I think that that's also what I'm looking for collectively. So a group like this where, like he perfectly described, accountability equals ownership. I've appreciated that evolution. I've appreciated that challenge and that. That community that can have and uphold that same standard and value. So that's what excites me about being in the group. And then from there, I'm really encouraged and looking to truly believe and buy into the impossible with the support of. Of other believers for actually a six figure monthly residual system to systematize and grow and elevate my current real estate portfolio.
I love it. I love it. And you're already trying to share a little tidbit of your impossible. That's okay. We go share more detail next week. I love it. I love it. But, Mia, we're grateful that you're here. So grateful. And, you know, I think last but not least, my love, you've got to introduce yourself.
Listen, I don't know what's going on in this. This zoom room already, but, like, I don't know if you can, like, see it or not, but, like, my eyes are already watering, and I promise you it's not my eyelashes. It's literally just. I'm just. I'm so blown away at, like, what God is already doing in this room. And I can't even begin to express how excited I am to just play a small part in seeing God do the impossible in every single one of your lives. Like the fact that he would choose me to be A part of that, like the fact that he would choose you to be a part of my impossible goal. Like, I'm just, I'm so, I'm in awe and I'm like in this place of extreme gratitude right now that we get to do this together. And so if you don't know me, my name is Chantel. I am Christian's wife and we have two beautiful children. And I just, you know, I like Crystal. I am a mom. And you know, I think for me personally I've been blessed to be in this beautiful position of being a stay at home mom. Now since our little boy has been born, he is about to turn three in September. I'm still, what the heck do we have a three year old and a one year old this week? Like okay, God, but so for the last couple of years I was in full time ministry before that and for the last couple of years I've been in this amazing opportunity where I have been able to be a full time mom at home. I've been able to watch these kids grow. I've been able to pour into them and help develop them into the man and the woman that God is creating them to be, which is such an honor and a privilege. I will say that it has not been an easy couple of years. And number one, you've heard my husband speak. So you know that he is one that will push, he will challenge. But that is because when he sees the best in somebody, he's going to push and challenge you until you realize it. In other words, he believes it when you don't even believe it yourself for yourself. And so for the last couple of years I have been in this place of posting and I have been playing it small. It's not something that I am proud of. And while I can talk to anyone, I can, you know, command that presence in a room and all that sort of stuff. I've been coasting. I've been comfortable. And I will tell you that since setting this impossible faith goal, I actually, since watching the video, have never been so uncomfortable in my life because I realized that I've never actually intentionally set an impossible goal like I've set goals, but it's always been based on my past and what I've done in my past and just said it just a.
Little bit out of reach.
I don't know if you guys understand what like, or you've been there yourselves. But like, I'll set a goal, right? I'm really great at setting goals, but I'll always set a goal just past where I've gone before or just, you know, out of reach. And so I realized in this process that I've never intentionally set an impossible goal that I know I cannot do on my own. You're my. My number one spiritual gift is faith. And I realized that I haven't really been operating in that faith as much as I know God can actually get me to operate. So this has been an extremely uncomfortable already process. And I will tell you, in setting it, I've never been more nervous, I've never been more scared in my life, but I've actually never been more excited.
Yes.
To be on the path that I'm on right now. And the bonus is that we get to do it together because we're not meant to do it alone. We get to see each other achieve it and we get to play a part, like I said earlier, we get to play a part in helping each other achieve their impossible goal and watch God just do the rest. So I'm excited.
I love it. I love it. Yeah. And my wife has not going to share, like more in depth I'll let her do for next week. But I'll just tell you that she has embarked on doing something that she's never done before that I've done three times, which you can probably put two and two together. You know, I've done three times. But it's her first time doing it and it is bringing things out of her that she's never done before. But it's amazing because the past three weeks she pushed herself. She's not just hidden. She's told me this. I'm no longer going to hide behind the title of just being a mom. That's what she said. I'm no longer going to hide behind that title anymore.
Anymore.
And so oftentimes there are titles that we accepted that were things that were given to us. And it could be good titles. Doesn't even have to be a bad title. Like executive. You know, that's a good title. You know it does. But if you hold on to that title and you're defined by that, then that could actually hold you back. Or maybe it could be a different title, regardless of whatever that is. Like for me, my title Peak Performance Coach. Well, my next job is kind of so big that I kind of have to change my title. I can't just no longer only be a Peak Performance before. Let's coach anywhere. Like it's that big of a jump that I literally can't hold on to my current title. I have to become someone Different. And that's the beauty when you set an impossible goal with God, that there are four things that should happen. One, it should feel like it's impossible, okay? Like, actually feel like it. Like, if you say, oh, it's impossible mentally, but, like, emotionally you don't feel it and it doesn't move you emotionally, then it's not actually in the realm of the impossible, okay? Like, it should actually feel impossible. Because remember this. Beliefs are not shifted until emotions are activated. Beliefs are not shifted until emotions are activated. So until your emotions are actually moved, that's when things actually shift. That's why when I used to coach people, like, one of my first success questions ever, like, I always was like, hey, my first session ever, my success question is, did they cry or tear up? That was always my thing. Like, in any coaching session I had with them, if they cried or they teared up, I know something's gonna shift in their life. Because beliefs are not shifted until emotions are activated. And so. So it should feel impossible. Not, it should think, like, it's impossible. Yes. Okay, cool. God's not after your thoughts. He's after your heart, okay? That's why he also says in the book of Isaiah that my people, their lips speak close of me, but their hearts are far from me. Okay? God was like, I want the heart. Okay? Emotions move you. Okay? Your emotions move you. Number two, when you actually set an impossible goal with God, it should cause an intentional identity crisis. Intentional identity crisis, okay? All throughout the scriptures, God called people as he saw them to be, not as they were. Okay? Like Moses. You're not a murderer. You're a deliverer. You know, Gideon, you're not. You know, you're. You're not the least of the clan of Manasseh. You are a man of mighty valor. Okay? And so it should create an intentional identity. Christ. Like, who I am now is not good enough for my next. How do I know that? Because if it was, you'd already be at your next. You'd already be there. Okay? So it should create an intentional identity. Christ Lord. Oh, my gosh. Like, I cannot be this person anymore. I can't think the same. I can't act the same. Even my associations with certain things can't be the same. Like what I felt about certain things. I can't. It can't be the same. All right, number three. Number three. It should cause you to get out of past assumptions. Past assumptions? What do I mean by that? Some of us have beliefs or assumptions of what has to happen in order for us to reach that thing. So instead of calling something a belief, just call it an assumption. Because if you call something a belief, it's tough to question. But if you call something an assumption, it's much easier to question an assumption than it is to question a belief. Oh, I believe I have to be at this level in order to reach that. No, no, no. You assume you have to be at this level in order to reach that. So it should cause you to question assumptions. A fourth thing, last thing. It should cause you to either partner with people you've never partnered before or build a team you've never built before. Because the impossible and individualism do not mix. The impossible and individualism do not mix. Look, if there's anyone who could accomplish the possible is Jesus, and he's 12 people. And so he also partnered with the Holy Spirit. And so either way, no matter what impossible, doing the impossible with God and individualism do not mix, okay? This is why when the Tower of Babel happened, okay, in the book of Genesis and they were all in one language and building a tower up to God so they can make a name for themselves, okay, God said even what they have will not be withheld from them because they were all under one mind. So what God did to stop it was he never destroyed their potential because he couldn't do that. All he did was change their language so they couldn't be on the same field, the same mindset, the same plane. And so God caused them to be individuals when they were together. When they were together, they could accomplish the impossible. God literally said nothing could be withheld from them. But guess what? For God to stop them from doing the impossible, he made them back to being individuals. So oftentimes, the enemy doesn't even have to attack you. He just has to separate you, okay? Because then he just gets you on your own, okay? So the impossible and individualism do not mix, okay? So I want all of us here, all right? Kind of the heart behind today, you know, even if we end a little bit early, most of the time, we will do the full, like, 90 minutes, hour and a half, you know, 5:45 to 7:15, you know? But I want you guys to, like, this week, set your impossible with God. And if you already set one and you're already moving towards that, awesome. Maybe you feel in this arena or in this group or in this zoom call, all of a sudden you're like, man, with the kind of faith that I can feel from everyone else, I think I kind of need to raise it a little bit. That's okay. Hey, that is okay. If you feel that that is okay, because we want to operate as far as time goes. Hold on, let me show you guys really quick. Can everybody see this? Okay, can everybody. Hey, phobia, can you pin me or spotlight me to everybody so that way they can thank you. Can you guys see that smiley face I drew? Okay, cool. All right, so, Okay, so let's say in this group, all of a sudden, you're like, man, like, I need to raise it. But I already set. Already set it a month ago. I don't need to change it. Well, if you already said it a month ago and you don't need to change it, then what's the first domino that you're focused on? I already said it a month ago. The past. Right, the past. So we're allowing the past to affect our present, so that way we're affecting our future. Versus if you're feeling like all of a sudden in this group, like, your faith is raised just a little bit, and you're like, I think it should be a little bit bigger or it should be different or it should be all of a sudden. It's because God is showing you from the future to the. Because some things will not happen unless you're in the room. Now. Your vision of your future is a little bit bigger than what it was when you were by yourself. That then now we can then shift it. So how we want to operate consistently is starting with the future, because God operates in the eternal now. When God said to Moses, I am that I am. That's the eternal now. Eternity. There is no past, present, or future. There's only now. But time is an interruption in eternity, if you want to think about it. And so when God also all of a sudden calls Gideon a mighty warrior, he already sees Gideon as a mighty warrior now. But in Gideon's time, that's in his future. So God is saying who he is from his future to his now. Okay, does that make sense to God? Gideon's already a mighty, a mighty man of valor. But in Gideon's present, when God interrupted him, he wasn't that yet. So God was speaking about something in his future when it was already now to God. So I want you to know this. If you have a vision that God has given you, let that be a seed already, a confirmation of seed that God has already given that to you. Let that already be a confirmation that that's already exist before him, that that's already a now thing with him is he's just interrupting you in Your present, telling you about your future even though it already exists to him. Does that make sense? Okay. Yes. Okay, cool. So, couple things, all right? One, decide on your impossible future possible goal. Okay? But I want you to come up with two things. Two of them. Two possible goals. Here's what I mean. A three year one and a 90 day one. A three year and a 90 day. A three year and a 90day. You don't want to do five years. Five years is too far. You don't feel it. One year, one year might get you, but there's something about three years compounded over a long period of time. You're like, yes, that's a good amount. But also 90 days where we can do a sprint. Okay? So when you go away, I want you to decide number one on your three year goal and number two, your 90 day one. Your 90 day one. And it's gotta feel impossible. So much so that we have parties like this balloon. Okay? So much so, okay. So much so that you're nervous to bring it because you're nervous that we're going to keep you accountable to it. You're nervous that you're going to expose yourself. You're nervous that it's going to be like, oh man, these people know it. And if I'm not operating at that level, I might be slightly embarrassed. That's okay. That's a blessing. That's a blessing. That's a gift from God. It's a gift. Okay? And then second thing I want you guys to decide on because that's your ceiling, okay? Think of your ceiling. I want you to decide on what you're saying yes and no to, okay? So if number one is your ceiling, number two is your floor. Okay? If number one is your ceiling, number 2 is your floor. Hey, from now on, these are the only things I'm going to say yes to. Also, these are things I'm saying no to that I used to say yes to. Because you have to say no firmly so you can say yes faithfully. Like I, the reason I intentionally keep a lot of my schedule a lot more open. I give 95% of my times that I say is a no. Because I want to protect the 5% that I say yes to that are life changing, that God has portioned for me. Because sometimes all the opportunities that are coming to you are actually tests from God to see how serious you are on this vision he's given you. They're tests. They're tests, guys. Ever since I set my impossible goal, I've had like two really eight figure offers. Okay. But because I, I basically had to like, say no to things that three years ago, Christian Santiago would have said. This is the move of God. This is the Glo. Oh my gosh. Three years ago. Now I'm like, oh, I can't believe I have to say no to this. But it's been, it's below my floor. And it's not easy. It is not easy, but I'm committed because if I actually believe God told me the truth, then I'm going to be willing to say no firmly. And so that's a simple thing I want you guys to do this week. Like decide on your impossible goal, your three year and your 90 days, and decide on what yes and no. 2. And some of us, it's easy for us to say yes to a lot of things, but I actually want you guys to fill your nose list more. Okay? Fill your list of no's. No's are harder to say than yes. And sometimes as high level leaders.
We.
Say yes to a lot more because we know our capacity is larger than the average person. And that's okay. But be wise, passability and say, I can't say yes to all of this and still say yes faithfully to my vision. Have some humility. Okay? Any questions, any thoughts, anything you guys want to share?
I'll give you something. I heard from a couple different people about some level of safety, security. The best way to keep someone from great is to give them good. And I've operated in good from a work standpoint for a long time. I'm ready for great. The other thing that I'm really feeling in this is an equivalence with grace. So many people want to wait.
