IMPOSSIBLE TRIBE 9 2 24

Christian Santiago hosts a mastermind where members share wins: Chantel building a book launch team, James pivoting to pay-per-lead with 12,000 referral partners, Kenny launching a long-term care platform by late September, and Gabe documenting sales processes. Christian assigns a 6-8 week self-evaluation exercise and plans an in-person immersion.

Sam. Every time. Obi, how are you? You're okay? What? Everything okay? You. Do you have someone there with you or something? My puppy. Oh, did you get. Is that a new puppy? So black. No, I know.
I have him for like two months already, I think.
Okay, awesome. Awesome. Baby, let's let everybody in now. Kenny, Jason, good to see you guys.
Good to be seen.
Yes. Hey, babe, can you play a different song? All right, we're going to do a few more minutes and if we just get started and it's just us, then that's fine. It. We're going to start to just start on time with everybody. Let's get started anyways, if you want, babe, now you can. I know, I know. We changed the song. Five seconds. They were like, okay, now we're gonna turn it off. Let me pray real quick. But guys, I mean, it's been an awesome past few days. I got back on a red eye this morning and I am completely wiped out. But it's been great. I have so many notes. Actually, I could share the notes with you guys and put it in the. In the the chat right now, but let me pray really quick and then we'll dive in. So, Holy Spirit, we thank you for this group. We thank you that chasing the impossible, Lord, with you and with others is there's just no other greater way to live. I am convinced, Lord. So Lord, use this time to breathe on what you've placed in our hands. The vision you've given to us, Lord. And Lord, let it give us courage to cut off the things we need to cut off to make those decisions. And let it allow us to move forward with even greater speed, greater excellence, greater focus, greater, greater wisdom. More than ever, Lord. And so we thank you, Lord, for this group. In Jesus name, amen. Amen. So let's start with some wins. I'm gonna put my one day notes in the chat.
Listen, I'm gonna go because I feel like we just need a shot of energy right now.
Go ahead, baby.
All of us just need to like jump up and do so. I don't know. Not really. But we do need some energy. So I thought, oh, hey, I'll start it off. But it has just been obviously me and the kiddos while Christian has been away. And so my first win was that I guys, I did it. I got through the time that Christian was gone with just me and the kids and we had an absolute blast. So that's the first win. But second win is a really, really big one. And I have written my introduction chapter One, chapter two and have started on chapter three. And so when I tell you these words are flying off the page, they really are flying off the page. And then the second part of that win also is that I have really been able to, you know, solidify my pre launch team. And I'm in the process of like getting NDAs signed and everything like that and back to me. But I also wanted to throw it out to the impossible tribe because you are our impossible tribe and we're a family. And so I also wanted to, I guess open it up to you guys for any of you that want to be part of my pre launch team. The book, yes. Is it for females. But hey, like I'm telling you right now, other than the fact that I'm referring to Queensland, you can definitely take the principles out of this book. So if you would like to be on my pre launch team, even though you're a king under the king of kings, not a queen, you would be.
More than think about it for our wives, you know, exactly.
You could think about for your wife.
Like Australians, save my partners.
So anyway, if you're in. Yes, Craig, got you. Send me a text with your email because this brain is going, going, going. And now we're here, it's going to be going even more. So send me a text with your email and I'll make sure that I add you guys to the list. But yes, they're my rooms.
And she's moving. She's going. One thing I love with Chantel, she's been committed since we came back from Cancun to really wake up at 6am, work out and immediately jump in and do a 6061 which has even in the midst of everything, still moved the ball forward, which has been awesome. So. And she originally wasn't even going to let me. She originally wasn't going to have me on her, her launch team for me to read. I said, what? So I'm not even gonna. But you know, we had to fix that. We had to fix.
I feel like that was a given. I feel like that was a given.
But I didn't get an email until you. Until I asked you about it.
Yeah, actually you did, but it was after you'd asked me, so.
Yes, exactly. She had asked like 15 people. I was like, man, I was hoping to be like number two or number three at least. Awesome. All right, Come on, Christian.
All right, tell me to jump in, guys.
What's happening? Go for it, go for it.
Wins. I got some wins. Oh, man. Absolutely. So I think I was chatting with yourself, Christian, and then Owen as well. And it's like the impossible goal is just becoming probable. And you said to me, you're just like, I just don't think you went big enough. And I just feel like it's. Yeah, I've just been in a lot of tension, like actually a lot of. Because of the floor raising. A lot of my clients that I originally bought into my agency, they're actually already offloaded one. We're about to offload our second. So basically my standard of just my expectation of like how these people treat me, how they treat my team, we've got a, we've got a client. And like, I'll just say this openly, like it makes me personally over six figures a year, this one client, just from the profits that we make from the sales agency. So I'm sitting there and I'm like, I can stay comfortable. I can keep looking at this client. You know, I'm going to make over 10,000amonth easily just from doing the bare minimum. We've already got the systems, the structure, it's a great deal. But just the way he like speaks to my team and just basically he's like, you work for me, etc. Etc. I've just sat there and I've said to my team, we, we offloaded another lady that was exactly like that. We said, hey, we no longer want to do business with you. We appreciate your time, but based upon where we're going, we don't want to work with you. We've got this other client, I won't mention his names for legality purposes, but like, I've literally said to him, like, we're going to look at off boarding you in the next two weeks. I just don't want to do this anymore. Like, I appreciate your time, but where we're going, our goals and values no longer align. So I'm going through this yesterday and like, I've literally had all these calls and I'm in so much tension. I haven't felt this much tension in a long time. In my body. I'm like, what is going on? I'm praying to God, I'm like, what is going on? You know, there's something happening, there's something moving. I'm like, this is ridiculous. Like, I'm upset. I'm nearly at the point of tears. I'm like, what is happening? So then I hang up the phone with my two directors yesterday. Five minutes later, my, the finance company that we part own, the guy tries to call me. I'm Exhausted, I screamed the call. He's like, I've got something huge for you. I'm like, I call him straight back. I'm like, what is it? He goes, I've been talking to these other finance companies and he goes, they offer a pay per lead model. So in marketing terms, that means you pay for the lead and then you sell whatever it is your services, but there's a fixed commission. I'm like, okay, that makes sense now. I now have just so those don't know. I also partnered a digital marketing school with 12,000 digital marketers. My broker team then says to me, we can handle hundreds of applications per day. We're just going to build brokers on the back. And I'm like, okay, this is matching up. But in the past I was like, how do I attach the marketing students that I have to the brokerage firm that I have? And then hits me like a bolt of lightning from God. I'm like, holy crap. I have 12,000 referral partners that I can teach pay per lead to, which we can then pay them for the leads. And my brokerage team can service all the finance leads. I ring my business partner, Scott, he goes, bro, I've literally been thinking the same. He's still, he's still new age spirituality. So he won't say God, but he'll say the universe. But I'm saying I've been praying to God. I'm like, I'm into it. Yeah, my intervention man. He's like, the universe works. So God works in funny ways. He's like, we can change our whole business model for all the students that are in our higher level packages, there's hundreds of them to, from paid basically retainer model to pay per lead model. We're now going to get over 200 people to become pay per lead agencies towards our finance brokerage, which on average for a commercial deal, we will make between three and a half to $4,000 per deal profit. So, yeah, it's just, it's unbelievable because, you know, most brokerages will have like one or two marketers. We've now got an army that are going to start referring to us. I literally also just got off a call with Alex from last week. So thank you, Josh, for connecting that. We're going to work out a collaboration there because I've been wanting more US clients. I was talking to Christian about it as well. That's another win. I just added Tara and then she messaged me on Instagram. I just added her as a friend.
Tara Aldridge. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All these people are just coming into our world and we're just like, holy crap. So, Kenny, it's leads for finance brokerage. So we own a finance company here in Australia. And again, we were just so used to like retainer models. And then what's happening is that they'll then sell us the leads. So they'll run all the marketing, do all the ad spend. We'll set, we'll buy the lead off them, and then we'll sell on the back end for like commercial finance, pretty much any finance industry. So the calculations that we did, which I think we spoke about, Christian, briefly, was if we can get 250 successful applications per week or per day we're actually going for, which is definitely possible with 100, 200 marketers. It'll push us more towards the billion dollar business status instead of the 120mil. So I think you were right. Well, you were definitely right. I will say that it just stretched my imagination, my. My belief. And then as Scott, my business partner, said, he's like, our students just need somewhere to actually send leads to, to get paid for their service.
I love it. Billions.
Billions. What kind of leads are. They assume range can be segmented. So they're. They're basically, they're just going to be finance leads. So anyone that needs car finance, commercial finance, any sort of industry, really, we can service. We started this brokerage firm because we were sick of other brokers really taking a lot of money from the clients and not getting the best interest rate. So we put together a team that has over 200 lenders here in Australia. They're brand new, they've just went from another company, and then they just didn't have lead flow. Our students actually do sell retainers to most finance companies here in Australia, but they've never done pay per lead. So it was that minor switch. And I've been praying all weekend. Christian, you just. Oh, like, I was intense in prayer. Like, I was like, I need the answer. I'm in so much tension right now. God, please show me the path I'm following with what you tell me to do.
I'm.
I'm yours. Like, I'm like, please. And then, yeah, amen. It hit me.
I love it. And then Mia's got another one. Another thing, Mia, why don't you ask instead of having him write it? Like, I'm trying to keep him on flow.
Keep him on flow there. But I was. I was hearing you say, you know, commercial and finance and some of these types of leads. And so obviously these could be consumers. But I was also curious and maybe it's. Maybe there's a parallel track to it. Do you ever get. Or is there a lane that's just a different targeted market where you could actually source ultra. For instance, say I wanted ultra high net worth individual leads for a private equity investment capital campaign and conversation in your realm, is that something that you can target?
Yeah, we can, I can definitely refer you to someone that can do marketing in the US that's for sure. With US ads you can actually segment based upon their net worth individuals. So you can actually do it. There's a way inside of the Facebook algorithm because the US government hasn't declined that, whereas in Australia you can't do that. So yeah, I could definitely show you or introduce you to someone that can do that as well.
And I'm not sure if there's other outlets too. I mean I've been looking at some events and industry conference conferences coming up. But I would assume that some of those ultra high net worth individuals aren't necessarily on Facebook. Or is that a totally ignorant assumption?
It depends on the, it depends on the buying cycle. But the. We've also got a LinkedIn strategist, but then the LinkedIn strategist will be a slower cycle. But I think people are people. At the end of the day, what we make the assumption of is that human beings are different based upon their net worth. I know, I know people that are worth hundreds of hundreds of millions that are on Facebook all the time, they've just got a different type of business model. So if that answers that question, like they are still there because we, we run ads to Brian Tracy Publishing and I've spoken to people that are generated from Facebook leads and they're like, yeah, I run a nine figure company. I'm like, what? I used to have the same belief.
Well, so it sounds, I mean boiled down and oversimplified would be that you're running a marketing like that's what you do. But the equivalent to that is you're saying that's simply a targeted marketing campaign. And that was kind of the essence of what I was having some dialogue with Alex about last week and it sounded like maybe we're running different tracks on that. But I'm most interested in like what is a shorter funnel cycle or conversion cycle potential.
Right.
Versus like more elongated personal branding and you know, exposure, et cetera. Like is there a mechanism within that I'm not aware of that I could get a who with in a targeted marketing campaign that I'm Specifically looking to attract ultra high net worth individuals.
Yeah, with Facebook ads again there's actually a segmentation with the audience that I've got to have a look at it. I haven't done my own US marketing for a while, but I could get a definite answer from my team. You are able to actually put the income range inside of Facebook and actually say this is the individuals I'm looking for. It'll then distinguish those based upon their current income range which can then be tracked through cookie data based upon their buying recency, the amount of money they've been obviously registered for, etc. Like with the government. So there are ways you can actually target those individual specifics. Facebook has a lot of, a lot of I guess targeting that you don't know of at different levels. And the more you go into it versus just saying, oh I want to like a base level would be Intracet, Forbes Magazine. That's not going to target high interest individuals or interest at Lambda Gainey. That's not. You know what I mean? Like you need to go that next step further of like their income brackets. So you can use that through Facebook. LinkedIn. It did have an algorithm but with everything going on with the government in the US at the moment, I don't know if it still does that. They have made a lot of restrictions. Once upon a time you used to be able to literally target the exact person based upon that. It was very, very data breaching being shared. But it has changed. But there are ways around it. Even if you were to put that in your, in your ad group, are you someone that has excess capital? Are you someone that is looking to be able to get involved with your languaging can generally target the individual, if that makes sense.
Yeah. If you have someone in mind that can. That's speaking at your level because you just articulated that very well of like what that looks like in this marketplace. I'd love to be in touch with them that is is pseudo vetted by you and that you know is qualified in that realm. And I'm assuming there's not a premium to those types of leads or is there in your marketing world?
There is. It'll be more expensive because I've. When you deal with like biz op or people that are in like a lower demographic, every, every part of the actual demographic of the individuals in which you're speaking, we will have a higher cost per lead. But the main thing you're looking for is cpa. So cost per acquisition. So how much it's requiring you to Cost by a customer. A lot of people when they start out with marketing is you'll look at cost per lead. But the problem with focusing on cost per lead is all the dead wasted leads around. So it's like Minecraft, remember Microsoft when it first come out, you press that button and the bomb would go off. That's what leads are sometimes like. The other thing as well is to actually look at potentially where is the demographic location targeting will probably get you a lot better high net worth individuals. That's the way around it. So what I would recommend because this is a little hack that I've used in the past is go to like, what's. What's the equivalent of ato, Chantelle or Christian in the us Like Australian tax office. What would be the.
Yeah, it's irs.
Irs?
Oh God, no, no.
So the database to have a look at like. So we have something called a census here in Australia where like you'll send out a form and then everyone will tell how much they're worth, blah, blah, blah, and they'll write an anonymous census so you can get the census data and that can actually change your demographic data to then overshadow what Facebook doesn't allow you to do. If that makes sense.
Okay.
Does that sort of make sense really?
Conceptually, yes. And I'm like, just give me a who that does that because it sounds like you know exactly how to do it. So would love, if you have someone in mind out here, would love to get connected with someone like that.
Yeah, for sure. I'll. I'll definitely. I'll. I'll think of who. I know that's really good with that in the US I do have someone in mind that he, he did used to run ads for F45 USA. So he knows the US market really well and worked with Smoff's Nordic. Nordic track. So yeah, he's pretty high level. Yeah, I think, I think he'll be able to help you with this. I do have the who in mind.
Thank you. Thank you for that, James.
Sorry guys, I hijacked it. Sorry, Christian.
No, this is not. This is our group, not my group. You know, it's like. That's great. Powerful. I love that. Yeah. That conversation was fire. So another who for Mia. But James, hey, like God is moving. God is moving. God is moving you. Oh, guys, like you're always one or two who's away from getting to your impossible. And so God always wants like everything you want is on the other side of people, you know, and so everything you want is on the other side of people. So even if you're not the most talkative person, you know. Yes. I'm looking at you, Kenny. Even if you're not the most talkative person. I'm being silly. There's connections, like, one relationship. Like, I texted Mia this earlier today because we were talking. We've been talking about, like, real estate and stuff. I was like, on my red eye, I'm like, two in the morning, you know, and, you know, I'm in first class of. The person next to me is this son. He just. He first offered me, like, a sleep aid tablet. He's like, hey, man, it's super young. He's like 21 years old. And he was telling me he goes to Chapel Hill, which is basically North Carolina, but. And. Or is that Duke? I. I don't remember. It's one of those. I don't know if it's Duke or North Carolina. Chapel Hill. But he offered me like, a sleep aid tablet, and he's like, hey, I don't want you to think I'm trying to drug you. I was like, well, that's an interesting way to, like, pre frame. I was like, I don't know if I want to take it anyway, even if you literally have the label, you know? And we started just talking. I was like, oh, no, I'm good. I'm actually can be really good at falling asleep on a plane. Like, when I make a decision to fall asleep, I do. And he was like, oh, so what do you do? Like, because we were talking about, like, I was there for business in Vegas and stuff. He was in LA because I had to go from Vegas to LA, LA to Charlotte. Charlotte, then to Greenville. So it was fun. It's ridiculous, but it helped because guess what? He was coming from LA, and we started talking and 21 years old, and I was talking about some of the things I'm doing and stuff. He's like, that's awesome. Yeah. He's like, do you know any real estate people? Do you work with real estate people that you do as a high performance coach? Yeah, I work with some real estate people and I'll tell them some numbers of people I've worked with. He said, oh, okay, that's awesome. Like, I could tell wasn't a big deal. I was like, so what about you? It's like, it seems like there's something about real estate for you. Like. Like, why you asked about it. Come to find out, he's the son of the founder of this company called JLB Partners, which is the number One class A multi family property builder and developer in America. Class A guys like their properties, I was looking at. It's crazy. You know, I'm gonna put it in the chat. All right, like, and we just start talking and he's, he's stepping into more of the executive role. His older brother is 24, he's 21. He's more in the executive finance area role while his older brother's in the construction side of the multifamily properties and stuff. And so. And his dad is. He already appointed a successor who's. His dad's around like going, going to, going to a 60. So he's probably like two more years until he steps out and has a successor jump in with the successor taker for 10 years, 15 years, who by the time that successor is ready to pass it off, he'll be 35. And when I tell you, like, the connections they have, they're like, oh, yeah. I was like, how do you guys do for capital raising? I was talking to me, he's like, you know, yeah, like, we really started to get a lot of great deals going to a point that we've had Wells Fargo, bank of America, all these people come to us because we get a 30 to 40% IRR and everything we do, even with our, even with our properties stuff. I was like, what? He's like, yeah, like, even to a point that, like, you know, even for cash and stuff, we don't have to worry about it because our operations, we have enough for two and a half years and all that. And so literally, you know, so, you know, you never know who you could talk to. So we exchanged numbers. He was like, can you give me some advice of what I should do? What I'm at, like, I'm 21 years old, I'm on this, I'm on that. I was like giving you advice. I was like, sure, like, let's, let's chat. And obviously I, I was like half asleep at two in the morning, so I was like, oh, Lord, like, I'm gonna reconnect with them so I could give him more stuff. But, but you never know who you can meet. Your, your impossible could be on the other side of one who. Okay, the one who. So anyways, who else wants to share that wasn't all my wins from the trip. There's way more of things that happened. But just want to share that about who's. So who else who wants to share?
I'll jump in real quick on that note. A little bit of a segue, but my who that opened a door to another who was something I put in the chat. But just to kind of quickly orate over it would be the fact that I was connected with, I don't know this individual and might be wrong on this number, but around a $40 million real estate portfolio that he has out of state and was connected with him.
And.
And we've had some one on one calls and exchanges and to the point that I was looking at where can I add value to him and send him some information. And some of our exchanges led to him thinking of me when one of his counterparts decided to discuss a deal that was outside of his lane, despite his, you know, real estate milestone. That was in multifamily and it was a $60 million apartment complex. And so some of you guys have heard it and like I said, I put it in the chat, but it was just a really cool. I guess I would apply it and inspire hopefully some of you guys that it goes back to when you elevate your network. It's their network that now you're exposed to. And I thought that was super cool. And so it's not just about who's the next next person we know. It's really amazing what God starts to do when it's a sequence and a shift of those doors. So I would just encourage that because that was palpable. God was over all over that down to literally an interruption in the call towards the end with a song that said somebody prayed and I can't. It brings me literally Christian knows this to tears when I, you know, in that moment of it. Because the other thing that really God brought to mind was when we're on one of our calls a few weeks, I guess maybe two or three weeks ago when we all said something that we wanted to pray for in our impossible. And I think I had a list like right believing, right people, right asset class. And I feel like God shows up in all of our asks because that clarity since then has been exponential and all of those answers have really come into alignment. So I just wanted to share that tremendous win and a testimony for what God's doing and an encouragement hopefully to you guys of opening those doors too.
Thank you for sharing. Yeah, powerful, powerful stuff and the elevation. And you also need to share a little more on the conversation where almost they brought you up as well in that conversation too. Yeah, come on, we go share that part.
Well, I was super humbled to be in that because that was a conversation I did in my mind. I thought that was a 3, 6912 month conversation in the future because I've been in a sewing kind of season, a learning kind of season, because it's a new territory and asset class for me. And so the fact that for one, they thought of me and this was, you know, we're what, two months into our impossible goal. And then secondly, by the end of that call, I did acknowledge, I said, I brought in actually a counterpart investor of mine that is very well experienced in this. And so if I could have tried to engineer all four of us getting on a call together, that would have been impossible. But God managed schedules and it was amazing to hear the accolades of these individuals that I respect but also newly acquainted with. And by the end of it, I said, hey, look, I understand I'm junior in this and so I would love to, you know, connect you with, you know, another network counterpart of mine, but regardless, just want to, you know, grateful for our conversation. And they said, well, wait, wait, wait, like want to pause you because you're more advanced than what, what you think in this process. And that was super humbling for me because I've been looking at it, you know, where I, I'm just looking at the gap, I guess put it in our language, right? I was looking at the gap of where I was rather than the gain because I've been more focused than ever in like dialing in and learning this. And so it's a testament too to when you have focus, your attention is focused. That's what Christian is taught. You can take 100 days to do one thing or, you know, tackle that one thing in one day and be more masterful at it. And I feel like my leveling up in studies or language or just framework for it has been more exponential because it's been clarity of attention also. And so even though they have more accumulated wealth or experience in that, I've been able to concentrate and offer a concentrated amount of value add in our interaction. So I would just encourage you guys that God doesn't.
God.
God is outside of time. Actually, I just got a call that I was reminded of this. God is actually outside of time and we're in time. And so the fact that like I was measuring where I first perceived myself to be in a linear process of time, that's not how God operates. And so I didn't think I was adequate enough because of time, essentially, right? Time and experience within that versus what God does who operates outside of time and just completely compressed it and said, this is your new day one. And that just blew my mind. And Just super grateful and humbled by that. So I would just say dig in.
Yes. Yes. And if you feel like you're behind on timeline, just question those assumptions. Because those beliefs that we create in our head are the hoops we are putting God to jump through. Those beliefs that we create in our head are the hoops that we are putting God to jump through. And so if you want God to jump through less hoops for him to just move on your, then he's just moving a lot more. Then get rid of all these conditions and preconceived notions and assumptions of what has to be true in order for that stuff to happen. And so, James, go ahead, jump in at it.
As mayor was talking, I just felt like he's calling to, like, share something. And it's just this quote from Steven Fek that I heard on Sunday. God knows you don't. God knows you don't. And I just feel like for some of you on this call, maybe I don't know who it is. There's probably a couple of you, but it's like when you look outside of the. The underlying egoic agenda of feeling like you sound crazy. And don't get me wrong, guys, I feel like I sound crazy when my team's at a million a month and I say to them, we're going to 120 million in 12 months. I literally said to them on Thursday, I was like, guys, on this call, be honest. Who. Who felt like, you know, I was crazy. And then I challenged him again, like, no, just be honest. Like, I'm not judging you. And not one of them actually said they thought I was crazy. Like, we heard the belief, we heard the conviction. We know you're guided by God, and therefore we are guided by God. And I got off that call and I was just, like, in tears. I'm like, that is like. And again, my team, because I've like, as Christian knows, and I've really come back into Christianity. So I was very much like, full pendulum swing. But it was like when. When God knows and you don't and you can show people that you're just trusting God, things will change. So I want you guys, you know, that are afraid to share. Just share. Trust me, it feels good to be in a group. I look so forward to these calls because I feel like it's not a group where I'm not putting a straight jacket by people that are around me. Like, you know, we're all of the same vision, all going for the same big thing. So God knows you don't that's one thing I would definitely say, like, don't, don't try to conceptualize what it is that you don't know in order to try to make sense of what you've already created from the path.
Amen. Amen. Amen. Oh, Craig, we're going to pray for them at the end of ours, so if you got to go, then do it. Okay, so I want to share really quick a, A verse, you know, for that God knows you don't. There's Proverbs 20:24, one of my favorite verses to be like, people are like, man Christian. Like, like, like, how does it, how do you get to here, to here, to here? And you're just like. And it's so unconventional. I was like, honestly, I just obey like, it's because. Proverbs 20:24. A man's steps are of the Lord. How then can a man understand his own way? A man steps are of the Lord. How then can a man understand his own way? When you are guided by God, how do you even expect. Because God's wisdom is infinite. How do you even expect to understand every single intricacy of what's going on? So there's, there's so many things like everyone here, how you got to the impossible Tribe, you're probably like, how did I even get here? And then where you're at now, how did I even get here? Totally fine. Totally fine. Don't try to understand it. Just keep walking. Because I think sometimes we slow down our momentum because we're trying to understand. Just keep walking. Just keep walking. Just keep walking. So I love it. Who else? I haven't heard Kenny last week. Kenny, I didn't hear you. Gabe. I didn't hear you last week because he jumped in late. Okay.
Can I go?
No. Can you unmuted? Kenny? Unmuted.
Oh, Kenny, you beat me. No, he can go.
He's already. No, no, no.
You got it.
You got it. I, I'm, I'm, I'm here to list.
Wins from last week. I got the final.
Or you could say past two weeks because I know we did. You didn't really share last week or whatever. Too much. Yeah, yeah. It could be the past two weeks as well.
I got the final designs for my site for Welling for my long term care airbnb platform. I can take screenshot of that and share it here in the chat so you guys can get a, can kind of get a peek of that. I'm still on the hunt for a media solution there. I think what's going to happen is it's just going to be me for the short term until we're able to recruit the, the right person. I'm not the long term solution on this. I cannot be the long term solution on this. I've made a commitment to not fill roles like this in any of the things that I do. And I'm breaking this rule and out of necessity, almost.
So you said it's a local person, right? Like you need someone local.
Correct.
We're specifically local again.
Tennessee.
Tennessee? Where in Tennessee?
We're going to start in the Nashville area or greater Nashville area.
Kenny, I may have someone for you. Marketing, you said.
So they need to just make content. I need someone who can do film photos.
Yeah.
Fly drone.
Okay. I have, I have some people I'm gonna.
The problem is, the problem also is my price point.
Okay.
So it's not that I can't, you know, find someone who's, who could do it. I need to find someone who could do it at my price point, which is a whole nother battle.
Right, Right.
So.
Yeah. Okay, well, share your price point with us. We don't mind vetting those people out as well. That they can almost weaken all this, Recruit it ahead of time.
Yeah, I need, I need Josh and I kind of hash this out a little bit of what the, the right strategy would be. So I just need someone to shoot it and then I'm going to outsource the editing and all that stuff because that's really where the, the, the big money comes in. So if I can get it at, you know, 350 a shoot, that's kind of where my, my price point is. And it's kind of, that's asking, it's asking a decent amount out of someone, but it's, it's volume. I mean, we're going to be doing, you know, dozens, hundreds of these. And so it's not.
We can ask the question, right?
Sure. Yeah, totally.
Let me, let me ask for you.
Thank you.
And how many, how many on volume too? Because then we can also have that conversation or we can just, you know. Yeah.
So we have 20 is that are waiting essentially just to be scheduled right now.
So there's already 20 on the side. 350 issue.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then from there it's just going to be. Yeah, we just keep going. So.
Okay, cool. Yep. It's good to know.
So with the, with the shoot, what if you change it to per hour? So then when you're actually articulating it to the individual and you just line up the 20. Or is it like hard to do? Because if you said 350 per shoot, they might, they may associate that when you're tendering for it versus saying per hour and then associating getting all 20 lined up at once.
We've gone, I've gone back and forth on, on hourly rate versus, you know, a shoot. What I really would want to do is I'd rather just hire somebody. I just don't have the money for that right now to commit to somebody for the long term like that. And I don't want to play the, you know, I, I, I don't want to not guarantee someone past six months, you know, that doesn't, I wouldn't feel good about that. I want it to be a long term solution for, for somebody to be on my team and commit to this for a long time and I can commit to them. So an hourly rate doesn't make as much sense. Maybe as a, I don't know, I go back and forth on it.
Yeah. It's just that if you associate per shoot, they associate the travel time, everything else. So that's where they start to factor in how much for the individual per day. Because we've hired a few different videographers, et cetera. So what we do is that if we need them to do multiple different things, like multiple locations, multiple different shoots, then we'll just say we'll pay you per hour. This is how long it's going to take you. But we have everything set up to go like maybe three or four locations. So we're paid for the whole day. But we'd get, you know, four shoots in the one day.
Totally. That might be the better option because that's how I would do it anyways if I were to go out there. We are looking at stacking and you know, what it would take, so.
Because then that might be the better option then that way if the individual, it's like, look, you know, that makes a lot more sense because it could be like four or five shoots, which was like 12 to $1500. They'll be like, oh, that really makes sense for me to book out a day or half a day to do that.
Mm, good point.
And then one thing you can do as well is if you go into a Facebook group, you could actually look up videography in Nashville. And then you could say you could put into a group, like look up videography groups, photography groups. You'll have people that are in there that are junior, that are like maybe wanting to show Their work that may potentially might fit into your your know what you're willing to invest.
Yep, yep. And hourly rate.
And that way you don't have to break your own rule. Because that's the, that was the one thing I was like, no, let's not break our own rule. Let's continue to keep the floor to floor. You know, and so it's like, hey, okay. Like there are multiple ways around it. But I like you need to stay in the most tactical, most highest leverage position.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Speaking of tactical. That's funny. It's a, so that's a rule that I learned from being on our, our SWAT team. So the, our, our tlc, they wouldn't even bring a rifle. The team leader, they wouldn't even bring a rifle.
Right.
It would just be a pistol. And that would force them to stay back.
Yeah, it would force. Exactly. And to move. Force them. Yes. Yeah.
Yeah. Because you know, you're no good.
Like it shouldn't even be an option.
Yeah, it's not even an option. For sure.
So.
Yeah, so that was the win. Back to the win is the design.
The not.
So when is I'm still trying to figure this out. I'm getting closer, getting more clarity on understanding what this is going to take and the strategy on that. With local, we're chipping away. I mean it's, it's hard to talk about wins because we're just in the doing of getting it ready. Right. I mean we've created the, the webinar which is going to be the sales funnel.
When's official launch date?
We're looking at, we don't have an official date either. Going to be the first day of September. I'm sorry, the first day of October or the last day of September. Kind of somewhere in there. It's coming up.
Can you write that date down?
Yeah, it's coming up close.
Yeah. Yeah. Just so us as a group, I mean we're celebrating, we're also reaching out. We're also like, you know, because it's big anticipation time too.
Yeah, we're getting, we're getting really close with local, which will have a, I mean my goal, my 90 day goal was to be business ready to have launched a business, brand new business within the first 90 days. So we'll, we'll be three weeks early on that. So it'll be good, but we're on pace for that. So I mean my wins are just, I mean there's nothing, there's no monumental, you know, event that has happened. We're just Kind of chipping away. So.
No, but it's great because it's consistency. At the end of the day, the results are going to compound to the point that, I mean, you're going to be the number one service provider in that region, not just stay, you know, with what you do because of the consistency over a long period of time. And so. But like you said on the SWAT side, that was the big thing that was for me. I was like, it shouldn't even be an option to go under the floor. And so it's like, you know, asking that question and then, you know, James giving me some those thoughts of like hours and then looking in certain Facebook groups because you can search per Facebook group, you know. Yeah, it'd be huge. So just keeping the floor. The floor. We're not moving. So. But either way, your consistency is literally amazing. I'm like, man, I like it challenges me. So don't ever feel that.
Just. I just dropped the video in our, our, in our chat, in the WhatsApp chat too. So if you guys have any feedback for that. I'm totally open to feedback. And this is new, new territory for me too. So if you're like, it needs to be cleaner. It needs to have more. Burn the whole thing and start over, whatever. I'm not gonna be offended. Let me know.
This is great. Yeah, I'll look at it later. I was already looking at it. Cool. It's pretty awesome. So awesome. Gabe, you're next.
Hey guys, how are you? I'm just with the homeowner right here. We just cleaned her house. Everyone say hi.
Oh, yeah, sorry.
No problem. How are you guys? Oh my goodness. I'm out in the field right now. We're cleaning some houses. So guys, today was a big day. It was the sales guys first day and we got, we got Aaron filming this too. So you guys are going to be on it. So we onboarded four sales guys, which was. Which was amazing. So two of them started today, which was awesome. That's Jack right there. Jordan got two sales within his first like hour and a half knocking by himself, which was so awesome. I mean, right there. He made as much money that one, I mean, today as. As you would. I don't know his regular job he was going to take, but I mean, just completely just sees the clarity of the money. Jack just got a sale also within his first like 45 minutes. Knocking, which was amazing. And we're just getting the systems down. Honestly, like we're just getting the cleaners. That's one of the guys Right there. He's helping, and it's go. It's going great. So we did about, I think around $800 in revenue today, which was the biggest day we've had so far. So, guys, we're pushing. We're pushing every day, getting better and better. And tomorrow we got another sales guy starting, so that's going to probably be our biggest day by far. Lesson I learned was I need to bring more tanks because I only brought two tanks with us, and we had too many jobs that we just needed more. So overall is amazing. So I'm talking with her right now. She's, like, wrote, like. I don't know if I was on mute, but she was, like, talking about how she's wrote books. She has this podcast that's, like, talks to 20 countries, and she wants me to be on it. That's what she was just talking to me about. And she has another house that we're about to clean right now. So I'm just going a million miles an hour.
I'm sorry.
I'm probably talking really fast, but we love it.
You're moving. You're getting that Ferrari. Let's go.
But, yeah, everything's amazing.
Amazing, amazing. What wins? What wins? So what's one big thing you're learning in this process?
I would say the fulfillment of the jobs is really important. Like, the fulfillment on the jobs are really important. It's very simple to do the workers. Like, I mean, I have hundreds of applications. It's crazy for people that want the money that we're paying. But I just think, like. Like doing trials, finding the right workers is pretty easy. But it's very clear to me on, like, who's a good fit and who's not. And I'm learning a lot about that. The fulfillment side, it's like, whether people care or not. And I've learned how to do that in a faster process, so I'm not having them out for a whole day. It's like, I just know he's a good fit immediately or not. Just to find the solid guys that can fulfill it. And they care and they care. And I'm just setting. It's like kind of like setting the bar with sales guys. I'm very good at setting clear expectations and setting a culture that's very, very clear of greatness in a sales group. And it's the same thing with cleaners. It's like, this is the expectation we have, and if it drops below that, that's fine. You're just not going to work with us. And Understanding who can fulfill that expectation, who can't. So that's. That's something I've learned.
James asked a great question. Are you documenting your recruiting SOPs?
Yes, I would say our first onboarding, like, meeting, like, our first system in process meeting is. Was recorded, but not fully, which sucked. And that was like. I mean, because the onboarding, like, that first meeting took a while. Oh, my gosh. It was like three hours because it was fully onboarding three other guys, and we. We did it all separately. So, yes, we documented it, but not fully, which sucks. But a good portion of it was. And I'm gonna do it over and over and over again, so it will get fully documented eventually.
How come you did it separate?
Well, for example, one of our systems and process of our onboarding is we do this thing called seven levels. Why? It's like, why are you doing this? Like, why are you doing door to door sales? Yeah, when I mean separate, I mean, like. Like, we did each person while everyone was in the group. Like, everyone was sitting around the couch, and everyone knew this guy. Strong y to kind of bond with the group, and it goes kind of deep. Like, it gets pretty emotional. But that just took a while. So that's why our cameras end up dying.
That's awesome. That's awesome.
Yeah.
Great wins. Great wins. And show the shirts. Look at that, guys, look at their shirts. What'd you end up calling? Generation Home Services?
Bam.
Because you're the yes generation, right?
Yeah, baby. Exactly. So I have to wrap up with her real quick, but I love you guys. Let's go. Let's keep winning.
So I want you to still. You can turn off your camera and then. And be on mute, but still want you to be there so you can hear. Okay.
Oh, I'm gonna. I'm still gonna be on the call.
Okay, Cool, Cool. You made it sound like you're leaving.
Oh, no, my phone's at 1%, though.
That happens every time. You know, like how you need to bring a third tank, you need to bring a charger with you all the time. I do.
I have.
Every time I'm talking to you, like, it's like, oh, I'm at 1%. It's like.
I know, I know. Okay.
Hilarious. Hilarious. All right, man, do it. Do your thing. I love it. Josh, I want to hear from you. Yes.
Good afternoon. Good evening.
So clever.
No.
Last week was probably, like, one of the roughest weeks I had, but I did get to finish the book. So I have read three books. I think that's the most I've ever read in my entire life. So I'm excited about that. I will say the win that I had last week for me was really just, I, I got to like reshape one of my goals. I spoke with you about it a little bit, Christian, and so I just wrote down exactly what I need to do from day to day, from here to like complete. Because my, my 90 day goal, like I was already a part of, like I had already created my own 90 day goal and Craig introduced me to the group and so I was like halfway through it. So my 90 day goal ends on the 20th of this month. So once this end, I'll be able to begin my next 90 day goal. So yeah, that was, that was really my win. I, I had to fight through a lot of stuff. Mentally trading went extremely horrible. But yeah, I'm not giving up with that. I, I, I wrote down some things that I'm going to do to help me get my buying power back up to where it needs to be. And in the meantime, I'm going to be doing like taking some paper trades. You're taking some time off. So yeah, that, the fact that I got to, to write out my plan, finish the book and I've already started implementing the pan, the plan to continue so that I can still hit my 250000 by the end of the year. So yeah, that was my win.
Yeah.
Hey, thanks for sharing and thanks for being vulnerable. Those 5Ds. You know what I wrote down last last week? The five Ds of the enemy that he's going to try to do. Yeah. And so when those things hit, I mean one of the things, one of the things I want to encourage you, like everyone here, not every day is perfect. You guys hear me on some wins and you guys are like, wow, like, you know, this person happened or this thing happened, man, this thing happened for Christian when he was at, in the two in the morning and he was half asleep, like just the person that was next to him, you know, like all this other stuff. Yeah, cool. But that's not like my regular. It's like I just like, I'm like Kenny, like super consistent. But there are days where it can be bad days. You know what helps me break out of that a lot faster was remembering my floor. What do I mean by that? Well, one of the things for me that, that billionaire Christian, I, I realized, man, like me going to get there in three years, like I almost have to like every decision has to literally matter. Every day has to Count for me. Because in order for me to even get a shot of getting there, okay, like, it's that big of a deal. So that means I can't even have a waste a day. So that means I can't even allow my negative emotional state to hold me back or bring me down or there are some things that are below my floor that I can't spend or waste time. Time doing. And you guys are going to consistently have adjustments towards your impossible. It's not always going to be perfect, but that's okay. That's the point. Which is why today is a perfect day of what I wanted us to do. But I make sure I stay focused on what my floor is like. For example, one of the things I used to struggle with a lot before I set this impossible goal was like, I'm a very intense guy, right? You guys could, you know, believe. I'm pretty intense. When I believe something, I believe it deeply. But when I feel something, I feel it intensely. And oftentimes, just not today. Oh, I could turn it up in a second, but then I'm gonna cry right after. You know, it's like. I'm like Loki. I'm like, I don't know where my eyeballs are at right now. So. But. But I'm just showing up. All right, side note, Layla. So we got Alex and Layla. So at the workshop, originally, she. So I'm showing up no matter how I feel right now. Originally, she wasn't supposed to be there, but by the favor of God, it was the only one she ever attended, and probably the only one she's going to attend of these kind of things. So we were able to get access, but she had a shirt that said, f your mood, just follow the plan. F your mood, just follow the plan. And I thought it was perfect. It was like, doesn't matter how you feel. Doesn't matter any of that. You're going to operate in full alignment and surrender to the plan. Like, today I'm showing up. Even if I'm not at a 10 out of 10, guys, I'm probably like a three out of 10 right now, okay? But guess what? I'm showing up because we show up. We execute. Because we execute, we move forward. Because we move forward. This. There is no if, ands, or buts about it. And so the way for me, Josh, how I break out of that, those slumps fast is because I remember my floor and I have this phrase. Anything that's below my floor is now not below my floor. It's now beneath me. I Was telling this to me the other day. Like, before, I used to struggle, like, even before I said this impossible go, like, lots of anger, because I feel things intensely. So if I get angry, it's like rage, you know, it's like, super intense. But since I've set this impossible goal, I said, okay, what's that? Future Christian? How would he operate? And one of the things he never does is he never loses his composure. He never loses control. My future self never loses his composure. No matter how bad things get, never lose my composure. And so whenever I feel anger, especially the kind of anger, not like frustration, I could get frustrated, move forward, but the kind of anger that wants to derail things. How many guys ever felt that kind of anger before? Or frustration or any of that? It's like, all right, so whenever I feel it come up, I now have a trigger in my brain that says, that's beneath me. That's beneath me. Losing control is beneath me. Now. I no longer say it's below my floor. I now say, it's beneath me. It's a different. Also, you change the words a little bit on some things, Then guess what? All of a sudden, you have a different emotion to it. You know, like me chasing clients. I'm like, that's below my floor now. I'm like, no, chase, like, chasing individual clients is beneath me. Like, I'm not going to waste my time on that. Like, that is not where I'm supposed to go. And the reason why I say beneath me is because when you raise your floor, all of a sudden you're you. You. Like, you are committing to living at a higher standard. You're saying, lord, this is what you've called me up to, The. To the vision. But now I'm going to raise my minimum acceptance to this level. This is my minimum acceptance. And so I would say, past eight weeks, I'm almost like, I haven't probably one day in the past eight weeks that I had, like, something derail me like that. And then after, like, four hours, I was like, no, this is beneath me. I'm over it. And so it allows the time to move forward. Like, it shrinks from, oh, I wait, like, four days to move forward, and it doesn't affect me anymore to, like, now. It's a few hours. And when you save that time, everything changes. So whatever, your floor is beneath you. Okay, but why did I say it was a perfect segue? So a few things, guys. I'll just go rapid fire on the Vegas. So we got it on recording. So if I Talk too fast. All right? And you're like, whoa, it's moving too fast. And re. Watch the recording, okay? Because I want to get to one exercise I want us all to do, and then we're gonna really be talking. I want to end it with talking about our immersion, you know, our September today. Okay? Because that's gonna be a big thing. Okay. Vegas. Amazing. Okay. Amazing. So I will tell you, at first, I was a little, like, nervous. I was like, okay. God. Like, I didn't win school games. Like, Owen won. He's bringing me on. He said I'm his partner, but, hey, you know, I know nothing about what he's doing, his business. So I'm showing up anyway. It don't matter. I said, yes. God. Hey. I just got invited into the room, and so I didn't care. I was like, okay, I'm going. Like, here we go. You know? And it was so funny because I almost was, like, gonna take a. At a layover in Phoenix. I almost got on, like, a different flight to come back home, because when I got there, I started to miss my kids really intensely. I was like, oh. Ava was messaging Chantel, and she sent me an awesome video of Zion preaching in a mirror. So it was amazing. I was like, oh, man. Like, the anointing on my boy's life, so. But I was like, you know what? We're going to power through. We're going to go. So we go. And it's amazing, like, when I tell you, like, connected with so many different entrepreneurs that won school games. Some of them have, you know, and it's all about building memberships on school games. And some of them, you know, in one month, you know, built $25,000, you know, monthly recurring revenue. Some people built up 32,000. You know, the youngest group there. They built up, I think it was like, $19,000 a month. And so the main founder was 18 years old from Denmark, and the other one, his name's Joshua. He's from the Netherlands, and he was 15. So I was like, if you look at him, he has, like, facial hair and stuff. So I thought he was, like, maybe 18 or 19, you know? So I was like. He was like, guess my age. I was like, oh, like, 18. He's like, 15. I was like, all right. Something the water in Netherlands. He's like. And he's 6 2. You know, 15 years old at 6 2. I'm like, okay. All right, kid. You know, amazing. I was like, what's in the water over there? So. But already, from the start, where When I tell you guys what we are doing in this group, we are this. If you're not part of top 1%, if you're not part of any of that, like in your field, this will cause you to be that. You want to know why? Because literally I became an impossible evangelist. I was talking to people and I was like, literally like, like there was like three or four people I had conversations with in the first like, you know, hour I was there. And I was like, oh, so what's your next jump? They're like, I don't know, maybe I want to do this, maybe I want to do that. What do you think? And I was like, honestly, it all depends on what your goal is. What's your goal? Because you can tell me, oh, should I go organic or should I do more paid or should I do more outbound or should I do this? And I was like, it all depends on your goal and your timeline. So what is it? And all of a sudden, like, some of them are like, yeah, you know, I'm just trying to dip in this.
And this and this.
And there was a guy named Doug, which I just sent a picture in, in our group, WhatsApp group. And I challenged him. I was like, doug, you want to hit? He was at a million dollar business and he does a lot of affiliate and he's also personal friends of Russell Brunson and stuff. He even is such a good affiliate that he only has 6, 000 people on his email list. And he was top seven for affiliates for Russell because they did like a, a, a an affiliate challenge kind of thing. And he placed seventh out of 10. And he outbeat Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins with just a 6,000person email list. And even Russell's like, man, how do you, how did you even do this? And I'll beat them. He's like, I just know everyone on my email list. I'm very high touch, you know. And so, but him and I were talking, he's like, oh, he's at a million dollar business and stuff like that. And it was cool. And I was like, all right, Doug, so where you want to be? He's like, yeah, you know, I'm thinking maybe get to 3 million in the next, you know, four years. I was like. I was like, yeah, what would you do to get there that? He's like, you know, I don't know, there's a lot of things I can do. And I was like, yeah, that's your problem. He was like, what? This is the first Our first conversation we have together, I was like, yeah, that's a problem. First conversation, first 10 minutes. I had enough reporters do that. Now, you know, because I'm like, you know, all happy to be there. I was like, that's your problem. I was like, you have too many options. But the reason why you have too many options is, I mean, you're an analysis process. And the reason why you're an analysis process because you have too many options. The reason why you have too many options is because your goals are too small. And so if like to get to 3 million in five years or whatever, you know, what would you have to do to get there in six months? And he said, okay, well I would not do the other options. I just told you I would do that. One, two and three. And in, in the screenshot I set in the, in the, in the group chat, he mentions it because they interviewed school game winners on a podcast because they had their own podcast for school and stuff. And he mentions it, but he already knew Clarity. One, two, three guys, like, literally amazing. Then, then Sunday morning I meet with my pastor. His name is Obed Martinez. He's personally connected with David Green, the founder of Hobby Lobby. And we just started talking about the impossible. And he's connected to so many people because he also is in business right now. They have this platform called Grab tv and they just instituted, you know, this. They're creating a super card where basically you could have a one card and all your credit cards and all your rewards are on one card. And it also is massively protective. So you can just spend one card and it aggregates all of your rewards on one thing. So like if you've got rewards on Amex and Chase Sapphire and all this stuff, it could all get aggregated onto one account. So it's a combined anyways super crazy stuff that they're doing. But we started talking and it was all based off like one who, like for him that changed everything. And he was like Christian, like this guy that got us the company to, to make this connection with my current company, the tech companies at. He's like, I was sewing in him for two years, not asking anything in return because he, he was super successful. And then he lost it all and crashed. And then all of a sudden for it, the seeds that I sowed to come around that all of a sudden, one conversation now we're literally going to be a billion dollar company in the next two years. I was like, what's your percentage stake? He's like, I'm at 14 but we're going to do another round, a raising round. I'll probably be diluted to 11. And I was like, oh, so you'll be 110 million, you know, in the next two years. He's like, yeah. He's like, yeah. He's like getting excited, you know. And then we started talking about the impossible. And he said this, he said, christian, it sounds crazy, but me, like, being a pastor, I have to hold back a lot because how do I have divine favor on my life? How do I have relationships on my life? How do I have so many things? Like, if you would have predicted I would be here, I would not be. He's like, I have to hold back with a lot of my congregation, you know, because it can alienate and create the separation. And I told him, I said, because I call him Bishop. I was like, bishop, you know what, our group, you don't even have to hold back. He was like, what? I was like, I was like, impossible tribe. And then I started telling about it and showed him that we bought the domain. Owen helped me bought. Bought my domain. He's like, christian, have you thought about buying your domain? The impossible chart? I said, I am not that thought that far ahead. And so I was like. And then we bought it. I helped him with a domain. Later on, when Owen comes next week, he'll share his wins too, of the trip. He had some awesome stuff. But when I tell you, like, I have Bishop Obed Martinez, he's going to come speak to us. He's on a lot of huge boards on in the church world, but he's also really connected in the tech world. Like, he's connected with a lot of Google execs, a lot of Apple execs as well. And so he's going to come speak to our group. But he really, man, like, talking to him about the impossible shifted him, even though he's a big faith guy. And so when I tell you, like, guys, if you're in this group, every single person here, if you're in this group and you commit to chasing the impossible, no matter how uncomfortable it is, it's going to put you in the top 1% of the 1%, you know, and what the Lord is going to do in your life is massively wild. So I want to tell you guys, because there's something about a litmus test to confirm. You know, I know we were on it. You know, I know we're moving, I know we're on point, but there's something about when you're around other People who are doing pretty great in their business or in their life or whatever. And you talk to them just even on the concept of the impossible in chasing the impossible and how much that shifts them. And they're like, whoa, I thought I was thinking big, and now it's even more. And so. And so that's a few wins. Like, literally, I've been told by people when I was at the house, they said, man, like, Christian, like, you've impacted so many. So many of the entrepreneurs here, you know, at the house and stuff like that. Also had to ask, you know, was able to talk to Alex myself kind of one on one. It was briefly, it was brief, you know, talk to him about some strategies and stuff of things I. I'm doing and focusing on when it comes to corporate and enterprise. And he said, christian, you just need to honestly just focus on outbound and use a brand to confirm rather than building a brand to build an audience, because technically, for the people that you're targeting, because they're at a higher revenue level for corporates, for corporate, he's like, you need to just build a brand to confirm, not to build a brand to create an audience. And so it's just really outbound. That's it for you. And so it kind of. And it was crazy because what does that mean? So some people. Some people focus so much on brand and audience because that's where their target market is. It's like, go where. Go where your fish are at, you know, like. And so if they're on Facebook or Instagram or on YouTube or any of that, you know, but the people I'm targeting most of the time, the executives I. I work with or the companies that we're targeting that are at 50 million in Reven, they're not just chilling on YouTube or Facebook or Instagram or any of that. And so I would be building those things to confirm, but I would get the meetings and book that and do my whole sales process based off outbound, as opposed to organic or supercharged or any of that, you know. And so he just said, christian, it's straight outbound. Like for you, it's straight outbound. Outbound. And. And it was great because we were able to talk on a level that I think other people really like. Because, like, he even told me, he said, christian, if you try to really focus on brand, he's like, that might be your woman in the red dress, which is basically like, you know, the movie the Matrix, where Morpheus is having Neo walk through and he sees a woman red Dress turns his eye. And then he looks back on Morpheus and he says, look again. And then it's an agent with a gun in his head face. You know, it's like that distraction thing that might seem amazing at first, could be the thing that destroys you. And so he said, that might be my woman in the red dress. Because everybody is telling me, Christian, the way you communicate, the way, you know, you should be more on YouTube and you should be more on this, and you should be more on that. And I know what I should do, but that doesn't mean it's the biggest constraint right now. And so. But it was a powerful time. Man. Man. Man. Guys, remember this? Remember this phrase, okay? And there was literally so many times Alex said, test, test, test. You know, we try to test this, and we test this, and, you know, we're thinking about a decision here. So we test this, this, this. Okay? Remember this phrase? So I wrote this phrase down after he said test, like, 18 times. Okay? Think like a scientist, execute like a CEO. Think like a scientist, execute like A CEO. Think like a scientist, scientist, execute like A CEO. Literally, he was always like, hypothesis. And then we went to test it to see if it works or not. And then if it didn't work, it gave us more feedback. So then we can adjust the hypothesis to do another test. But if it worked, we can double down on it and just do more, better or new of that same thing. And he just kept saying test and test and test. And oftentimes the decisions I make, he's like, very rarely are the decisions you're making, like, so intense that they're irreversible, you know, very rarely, you know, unless it's what you do with Jesus and who you marry. Those usually are the two biggest things that, like, hey, like, those are serious, you know? But he just kept saying, test, test, test. And then to prove that, at the end of our eight hours together, he. He filmed 20 ads in 35 minutes with us in the room. 20 different angles in 35 minutes. Even if he messed up a little, he just kept going through it and just go through it and go through it, and then just made one simple adjustment, then did another thing. Literally, like it was nothing. 20 ads in 35 minutes. Frank Kern was in the room, who's a legendary copywriter and marketer, direct response guy. He was in the room as well. He is the most simple but also genuine guy. He's. He's very simple and genuine, but the way he broke down simplicity. Like, guys, marketing is just three questions and Anything other than that doesn't need to be that complicated. He said the ads that performed the best for him were the ones that they were directly. Like, he was making it very serious, how direct it was that it was an ad. And I even watched one of those ads on Facebook, which is, hey, my name is Frank Kern. And as you're saying, this is an ad, and you're probably thinking, am I going to sell you something at the end of this? I am. But before you even consider that, I'm going to actually give you some real value on actually how to build and get more clients. And then he actually gave real value, and he said, okay, now that you've gotten that, if you want more, then you can go on this page and it's going to cost this much, so you're not surprised. And he's like, those are the ads that are performed the best for him. Like that simple and direct and hilarious. Frank Hearn was legit. I gotta look at my notes. I gotta remember what it was, but I wrote them down. I think I put it in the chat. So possibly I put those three questions out, but. And then also how tactical they are on. On literally breaking down everything. Like, when they talk about men, like, having feedback conversations, like, Layla shared a story of. Of. Of one of their directors, you know, talking to someone and try to give feedback conversation. They were like, man, like, I don't feel like they got it. And I love that Layla was there because it brought a different dynamic because she was talking about team building and the actual structure on the back end and everything. Like, when I tell you, like, all of it. And she. They looked at the. The tape, you know, they studied the. The conversation they had. And Leila said, oh, I see why you didn't. Like, this person didn't catch that they were messing up a lot. And it's because you got to do these three things. And she looked at her best feedback conversations, and she realized there's three things she did. One, she leaned in. Two, she slowed down, and three, she lowered her tone. Those are three things. So she leaned in, she slowed down her cadence, and then her tone was much lower. And she had her direct report do it and have another conversation a couple days later. And he came to her and he was like, man, like, within 30 minutes, my direct report was like, ho s word. You know, I know I'm effing up. That was like, after, literally, like. Like, it was hilarious. Like, she. The person did all three things. They leaned in, they slowed down, and they made sure their Tone was much softer and lower. And all of a sudden the other person realized in a moment's notice, I am definitely screwing up. Like, why aren't they getting it? Don't they get that they're messing up so much? It's like, no, no, no. Add these three things and see how different it is. And it made me think of man. Like, when I have, you know, courageous conversations with my clients or my team members. Super scientific. So they're very detailed on everything they do. And Alex said five times during this eight hours, he said, guys, and you're probably thinking, this is really complicated, right? And we're like, yeah. And he says, well, that's the point. That's what it takes to build something great. And you're probably thinking, it's going to take me a long time to a good amount of time to possibly get these things right. You're probably right, because that's what it takes to build something great. And so it was a phrase in my head that said, mediocrity scales exponentially. Greatness scales incrementally. Mediocrity skills exponentially. Greatness scales incrementally. So, like, if you have 100 people in a group, 10 people are going to be great. 90 won't be as great. So mediocrity scales exponentially. Greatness scales incrementally. Why? Because the level of detail a person who's of greatness has to do consciously and unconsciously to consistently move forward. And. And Alex said this. He said. He said, just so you guys know too, like, and he. It was basically raising the floor. He was like, and remember this, guys? And he said this about raising the floor, basically. He didn't say the phrase raising the floor, but I said in my head. He was like, when you literally think about all the things you have to do to be great, that's why good salesmen get on hot streaks. Great salesmen never get cold. Good salesmen get on hot streaks. Great salesmen never get cold. Because the great people never stop doing the basics, never stop doing what is necessary, all the little details. They never stop building rapport. They never stop in the beginning. They never stop clarifying the why in the beginning. They never stop, you know, finding leverage on this. They never stop, you know, all that stuff. And he literally started break down so many different things. But, um, so it's huge. Like, even for all their sales scripts, they have a tone script as well. So tone guide to all their sales scripts as well. So anyways. But it was so many different things that I'm like, man, like, that's why I took a bunch of notes, and you guys can read through it. And if you guys have any thoughts and be like, man, what does this mean? Christian, I'll totally explain it to you and give you the context behind it, because you guys don't have the context. But I caught so much. I also caught this. And this is something I told Owen. I said, man, this was amazing to learn from someone who will be a billionaire, and I don't want to be like him. I will take the strategy of what he's given, but I'm going to execute that same strategy in a different spirit. So I'll take. I can take the strategy from him, but I don't want his spirit at all. And that's where I. It was like, for me, it was like, man, my future self. It even got more clearer for me. What kind of billionaire do I want to become? Not what do all the billionaires do and how they obviously operate. No, what kind of billionaire do I want to become? If I operate with the same strategies, I will get to that result. The question is, what kind of quality of spirit will I want to possess when I get there? And so I appreciate the strategy. You want to talk about how much this is going to exponentially grow my business and all the details and the literal of everything they do. But also, I was like, I don't want to be like him at all. Not at all. Like, there was so many moments of, like, man, this guy's miserable. Like, I bless him in the name of Jesus. Like, Layla was more joyful, and she dropped more F bombs than him by far. You know? Like, she was way more joyful, way more energetic, way more excited to be there, way more. You know, she was laughing with people more. He's like, yeah. You know, I was like, dang. I was like, bro, like, can you just crack a smirk? You know, do you need an energy drink? Do you need something like, did you eat a bunch of cars before you came over here? Like, and so. So I learned so much, and I don't want to be like him. That's where guys remember this. The all good, all bad. Oftentimes human beings, we fall into extremes. If someone's good, they're all good. If someone's bad, they're all bad. No one is ever that extreme. Like, no one is ever all good, and no one's ever all bad. And so I take the good from what I want from him, and I'm like, man, the level of detail for business. Oh, my Goodness, I'm gonna execute on that and I'm gonna do it in a different way. And so. And that's okay to say. Two things could be true at the same time. One, I learned so much. Two, I don't want to catch a spirit. Which is why I stopped following him when he wasn't doing as much business and he was doing philosophy and all this other stuff. Now he's back to business stuff and just straight tactical business. Oh, I listen to him all the time. Now I'm back to listen to him. So. But I say it to say, guys, like, powerful time, amazing, and worth every moment. And we're on to something with the impossible. Guys, we're on to something with the impossible. This group is going, like I told Owen this, I said, you know what I love about the Impossible Tribe? We are going to be raising the standards for faith based entrepreneurs across the globe. We are going to be raising the standards for faith based entrepreneurs across the globe. That's what the Impossible Tribe is about. Raising the standards for faith based entrepreneurs across the globe. Okay, now there's one exercise I want us to do this week. Okay, Very simple. This week we don't have as much time. Where I'm gonna. Yes, absolutely. It's Kingdom. Amen there. We have five minutes. So I'm gonna go through a self evaluation that I take all my clients through every six to eight weeks. And I take myself through it as well. First. Everything begins with me first. I actually did mine last week. But it's a self evaluation that you do every six to eight weeks. So that way sometimes we 1% shift over a long period of time makes a big difference. And so some of us, whenever we're going to our impossible goal, a lot has happened in eight weeks. How many guys a lot happened. If you look back eight weeks ago to where you're at now, a lot's happened. Let's be honest. All right? So if you're able to do this every six to eight weeks, you're able to make adjustments. You go a little bit here, a little bit there, a little bit there, a little bit there. So you just continually stay on target. And so these are 1% shifts that you can make, and they're very, very simple. Okay, so let's look really quick. And I always have the same question. Okay, same question. The great thing is because a lot changes in six to eight weeks, you're a different person, so your answers are going to be different. So you can ask the same question in a different season, you'll get A different answer. It's the same thing as when you read the same Bible verse in a different season of life. All of a sudden there's a different part of it that jumps out to you. That's why it's called the living word of God. Okay, so the question is very simple. And you have it in the frame of your impossible goal. Okay, Your impossible goal. So I'll give you an example of mine. You know, if I'm going to become a billionaire in three years, or you can use your 90 day impossible goal. From where I'm at now, what are two things I need to start, Stop, more, less. Start, stop, more or less. Okay, guys, so start, start is. Has to do with something you've not done before. So I always go like this. Start, stop, more, less. And so I'm always writing at least two. And this is all I'm focusing on implementation for the next six to eight weeks because then I'm making an adjustment. So, for example, like, you use whatever goal you have. Like, for example, for. For Kenny.
Okay?
Like, oh, for me to open to be business ready in 90 days and be ready to do business by the end of, you know, September. What are two things I need to start, two things I need to stop, two things I need to do more of, and two things I need to do less of. Some leaders that I walked us through, they immediately focus on the start and the more. And they're like, I don't have any more space on my plate. I can't do anymore. And I was like, yeah, I agree. If you're not stopping or doing stuff less, if you're not taking anything off your plate, I would agree that adding more might bring some overwhelm. Okay? But use this. Use the question as a frame for your impossible goal. So, for example, one of my goals, I'm like, man, like, I think it's like, end of the October, I want to do 200,000 in revenue. I might be able to hit this once this deal closes with this big company in September. So I might be faster, which will be amazing. You know, God will be amazing. God is moving. So. But. But with that, it's like, hey, if I'm going to hit $200,000 in revenue in October, from where I'm at right now, what are two things I need to start, Stop, more or less in order to get there. In order to get there. And so this week I want us to do this because even. Especially the stop and the less as well. That will give you freedom. It's going to Take courage, but it's going to give you freedom. What are some things you need to stop? Like from this day on, Cold turkey. Cold turkey. Like, it's not, oh, I'm gonna phase it out. No, This is the wrong group to face things out. This is the right group to make real decisions. I'm not interested in phasing out. Let's make real decisions. There's power in decisions. And so start. Stop, more or less. So real quick as we're, as we're going here, you guys got it down. Give me a thumbs up if you've got it written down. Okay. Give me a thumbs up if you got it written down so I can see who's got it written down. Yes, yes, yes, Jace, absolutely. Those things that you stop might not even be bad. They might be even good things. But those good things are not going to take you to what the Lord wants you to do, where he wants you to go. Some of the most scariest things high performers are afraid of. Cutting off is not a bad thing for a great thing. It's a good thing for a great thing, because at least the good thing is giving them some rewards in some way. And so they're more nervous about cutting off or stopping a good thing. Amen. Those are great questions. Does it serve you and is it good or is it great? And if you want to even be more powerful too, apply to the filter question, does this good thing get me to my impossible goal, yes or no, and be ruthless about it? It's okay. Be like. Like, some of us were so afraid of telling the truth to ourselves and to others. We are going to be people who tell the truth. You tell the truth. If it's not going to get you there, then it's not going to get you there. Admit it. And the faster you admit it, the faster you stop going back and forth and back and forth, back and forth and back and forth, and the faster you create momentum towards it. Even if there was no path before, at least you'll be committed to fighting the path. Guys, I did not know how. I. I still don't know 90 of the journey. But you know what? I've just been taking steps and I've gotten pretty far. Like, farther than what I would have done just by shooting for other things, you know? And I, I'm not saying, like, I've gotten super far, like about $50 million net worth or 100. Oh, look at. No, I'm not there yet. But I'm saying, like, things are starting to pick up where, like, there's literally something happening every day. But it's because I was willing to start to move forward and cut things off and just go all in on this and being very honest and told the truth to myself, will this thing help me get there? Yes or no? Even if it was going to give me a momentary pain, that's okay. Short term pain will bring long term peace and long term pleasure. Short term pleasure always lead to long term pain. So really quick, before we jump and talk about the. The today, which I am so excited about, how many guys excited to be together in person? All right, let's go. Come on. Some of us gonna drive, some of us gonna fly. Some of us are gonna zoom in. You guys will go to the next one. You know, if you're from. If you're in Australia and you can't make it, that's okay. You guys get in the next one. Okay. You'll still be there though. But before we even do that, I'd love to ask, would you guys see the Stop Start, more or less. What's something already that has come up that you're like, oh, I need to start. I need to stop. Start is something you haven't done before. Start is something you're going to stop, like cold turkey. What's one thing I want us to share? What's one thing? One thing that came to mind immediately.
For me, I, I wrote it. I, I want to do the 90 and the three year. But for me, I know I really just got to just get out of a scarcity mindset. I'm trying to figure out, like, what exactly that looks like because I do it in certain things. So I'm like, how do I stop? Like, what is something practical that I could just stop doing? But that's what immediately came to mind.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. That's great. No, that's great. That means this week you're going to go on that journey of discovering, like, okay, practically. Okay, that itself. How do I do this to just cut this off? Because you know that that is going to hold you back from all the things the Lord has for you more than ever. Okay. But I love it. Thank you for sharing that. Huge, huge. Stop holding clients that aren't serving your impossible goal. So I want you to find the top two or three clients for you or this top two or three types of clients as well. Because sometimes that could also help as well. And then the ones that you don't like. It could be either a industry issue or a character issue. If it's a character issue Industry issue. You. You don't have to have conversations with them anymore. You just do your marketing and your lead gen and all that stuff. But if it's a character issue, you now put that in the onboarding on the front end now. Yeah, like, hey, yeah, go ahead.
It's definitely a character issue. It's like the. They were clients we bought on in the beginning. And I think I was accepting because I was a CRO for so long of a singular company. So therefore I was KPI driven by a CEO. But now, obviously I'm the CEO of my company, just my sales agency and we're fractional CRO. So the communication has changed from CEO to CRO. Me being like, yes, let's drive numbers to. This is what we will do where CEO collaboration, if that makes sense.
Yep.
Yeah, like, I'm, I think I really tolerated a lot of, like some of these other business owners being like, james, I need you to do this, James, I need to do that. Whereas I'm like, that's not me. I've got a team that does that. But I'm a CEO on the same level as yourself. Like, respect.
Yep. I love it, I love it, I love it. Yeah. So put that in the character. The character traits. And then, yeah, when you onboard clients, you can let them know what it's going to be like from now on too. Like from the beginning. So, like I've told people now, like, you don't like, you're gonna get a. If you want to meet with me, it's now with phobia. Like, you're gonna get connected with phobia and we're gonna get on the calendar. I don't even look at my calendar. Yeah. So I love it. Yes, absolutely, Kenny. Huge. Yes. More buy in from your team. What's one starter Stop, Man, we're just so talkative today. It's amazing. Just love it. We're just here. We're all chasing the impossible. This is firing us up. That it's keeping it. That's the point. So. Okay, I love it. Okay, so I'm gonna say this. I'm gonna give you guys your time this week to do it. But Kenny, thank you for writing that down. Like, this is gonna cause you to make that 1% shift, but the more you do it, the more you get used to it. Okay. Every six to eight weeks. I've been doing this for the past two and a half years every six to eight weeks. So now it's much more like, I know what I need to do. What I need to start what I need to stop, like what I need to do more of when you do less of. And so I would say give yourself the grace to be like, okay, this is hard and this is good because I want you guys to regularly filter and eliminate things from your life. Because oftentimes we are carrying too much and we hold on to too much over six to eight months. You know, like, yes, I do actually. I've got a bunch of. And they're all on index cards, by the way.
Mia.
They're all on index cards. So I have a whole bunch of index cards styled up spot picked up, you know, stockpiled. Sorry. But like, oftentimes we hold on to so much without putting everything through a filter. And that's okay. This is a gift from the Lord for us. Now last thing. Okay. This is now for our immersion. Okay. So do that this week. That's the homework this week. Like, that's the, that's what we're doing. We're going after the impossible. Like, continue, continue, continue. Keep your eye on the ball. Like if you've got to spend five minutes a day to literally visualize or envision your vision coming to pass this faith driven, impossible goal with God and you add that to part of your quiet time with him. Amazing. Oftentimes we think our quiet time has to be us only slowing down with God. It God has multiple modes. God can move with you. Like God, the Holy Spirit came upon Elijah when he saw the a cloud with rain first falling down for the first time in three and a half years. And it caused him to move, to run faster than King Ahab and beat his chariot. So sometimes God gets you. God's connection and relationship with you is in the movement. Okay. While other times it's with the slowman down. And so sometimes whenever we want to spend time with God and it's slowing down, we don't want to go into our vision as much. I just know some people, they're like, oh, I just want to hear his voice and spend time with them. I was like, I'm going over there. Like, I'm, I'm spending time with God. There's. And so I encourage you guys, like literally stay dialed in on the impossible because at the end day, guys, I'm gonna be bringing more high level leaders and speakers into this group that they get the opportunity to be completely themselves and actually talk about impossible things, because in their circles they cannot. And so I need you guys to continue to put your foot on the gas towards the impossible and not allow trivial Things. Things of your past self to come in and hold you back. Because I got more people that I'm bringing into the group and I don't want it to look like. Be like, look, I bring a. We're the impossible tribe, and some of us are only chasing after the achievable and just slowing down. No, I want them to be like. After they're done speaking. Be like, whoa. I have never spoken to a group like this before. That's the level of caliber I want us all to be. Okay, let's go. So let's go. Come on, Gaby.
Yes.
Say yes. Anyways, let me stop being like Toby being silly. That's what I want. Okay, guys, chase the impossible, make the decisions, and don't live from your past or your current self. Oh, I've never done this before. Good. It's about time we did something that we never done before. Good. Or maybe you're tired. Oh, you know, I'm tired of. Of doing something new. Well, that's coming from your past self. Okay. Because you're looking at all the accumulations of everything back there. Your future self that's already accomplished is completely energized by it all. So now, last thing, let's talk about our immersion. Two days. So Mia had a date, an interest date, a deadline. Mia, can you actually just share. Come off mute and share a little bit about that?
Yeah. Just wanted to be prepared. I know we're targeting the 23rd. Correct me if I'm wrong on any 23rd and 24th. So with that in mind, our expectation is to cover everything minus obviously outside of that one nominal fee. But we want to have some people in place, some who's right to help the smoothness of everything. So for instance, food and headcount and just being able to logistically be mindful of it. So that's really the main intent why we have a deadline on that. So we can make sure that you're serious and be planful about it. Not necessarily just that, but we want commitments. So as Christian said, let's make some decisions. And I think we also articulated and I'm happy to put any of it in the WhatsApp and as a refresher, but I can put the amount in the Venmo. I did receive one commitment to date formally, and so I feel like there is some interest, but let's formally make that decision in that follow up so that we are accounted for. Because I would say in lieu of that, I think that's the official indicator of if.
Yep, yep, yep. So Mia, can you put that refresher in the WhatsApp. And then phobia, can you pin that message in the WhatsApp. So pin the message so it's consistently at the top. And then phobia will have you send reminders on Wednesday and on Friday about it because the, the deadline is what, next week or so?
Monday. Yeah, we were talking.
So next Monday. So Phobia, if you can send us reminders, send reminders on Wednesday and Friday about the Monday deadline. That would be great.
Yeah, I'll put that in there as.
We call up Office call. I'll.
I'll put it in there.
Okay, cool. And then phobia will pin it and then she'll give us reminders and then, and then we'll get a list of who didn't and then she, she'll message you personally. Phobia will not. Mia, Phobie. Yeah, phobia's gonna do it. Not me because. So anything else though?
That's the main thing. I, I think that maybe there's a follow up. Christian, we can speak offline too, but I think it's important obviously. I think the intent is obviously serve holistically and, and uniformly too. So I don't know what necessarily our agenda is formalizing in that. So happy to contribute or I don't know if you want to take some space for getting some feedback now on that.
Yeah, I don't have an agenda, guys yet, so I just know it's going to be powerful. But this is where I wanted these next few weeks. I knew I was going to decide on the agenda after I got back from the Vegas trip just because I traveled. I was out for three weeks out of August. So basically travel three out of the four weeks. And so it's kind of slowed down a little bit. So I want to be able to get that down. And so what do you guys want to do about the agenda? Do you guys want to decide now? Do you guys want to make another date? Maybe next week we can decide on that. I mean, what do you guys think? You guys let me know. And you don't have to type it. Yeah, let's set another date. That's how I was feeling.
Yeah.
Okay, cool.
I just want to get mindfulness of it and, and like I said, so we're on the same page of who's committed.
Yep, yep, yep, yep. Okay, awesome. So let's meet. So part of next week's agenda for our impossible tribe will be confirming agenda in terms of topics because, you know, the flow of it, lunch, all that stuff. That's going to be easy. You guys don't even have to worry about thinking about that. It's more like, guys, what do you want out of this? Oh, phobia. Send me a message tomorrow about creating a form that's also going to help. I'm going to create a form and you guys give feedback on some areas that you want to see touched on for the immersion as well. Okay? Okay, what questions, guys? Anything you guys want to share? Anything you guys want to say before we leave? We pray out and we go. Yes, absolutely, Josh. Absolutely. Yes. Your future self has already done it, so no intimidation. You're operating from your future, not for your future. All right? There's a difference. When you operate from victory, not for victory. You operate from heaven, not for heaven. You know, from. Not for. So. All right, well, let's pray. Holy Spirit, we just thank you for. Actually, I want James to pray. James, you get off mute and you just lead us out with prayer.
Let's go. Been practicing my prayers. Dear God, heavenly Father, thank you for connecting all of us inside of this possible tribe. Thank you for the times, talents, gifts and treasures in which you've bestowed upon each of us. Thank you for just guiding us through the impossible, knowing that through your plan, through the path in which you've set for each of us, that we have complete trust and faith in you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for, you know, forgiving us from our past, from times, from trials and tribulations in which you may have experienced, allowing us to no longer look at our past, but start to look forward to our future. Thank you, God, for the blessings, the wisdom, the truth in which you've bestowed upon us today and each and every day. But we know that you're guiding us. You're showing us the light, you're showing us the path in which we need to walk, and you're allowing each of us to step into something that our physical self may not understand. But through your plan, through your guidance, we know is possible. So thank you, Lord, and I hope that you bless each and every one of us within this group in your name, Jesus's name, amen.
Amen. Amen. All right, guys, see you next week. Keep chasing the impossible and then put your. Your self evaluation in our group, okay? Put your self evaluation in the group. Once you've done it, it'll be tough, a little bit for your first one, but once you get used to it, every six to eight weeks, it's gonna be great. It's gonna be great. It's gonna be great. Okay. All right, guys, keep chasing the impossible. I'm gonna go get some sleep so I can be real energized tomorrow. Okay?
Be blessed.
Be blessed.
Bye.
