Brittany Long explains how AI agents let multi-passionate entrepreneurs test and scale multiple offers at once by automating traffic, sales, and fulfillment. She walks through her process: collecting ideas, outlining offers, using audience surveys for copy, then automating and cloning systems to handle the work.

The way we do business is fundamentally changing and with the help of AI, even people who have struggled in the past to stay consistent are going to have a fighting chance and I think be able to thrive. Especially those of you who are multi passionate entrepreneurs who always have a million things that you want to do, a million ideas on any given day. And you've been told that because you haven't planted your flag in one space and stuck with it long enough, that's why you haven't reached the income goal that you want. I know there's some entrepreneurs who have done really well that will talk about just working harder, pushing harder, working more, and that being the only way to get ahead. But that just doesn't seem to be the case anymore because we have resources like AI and there are four things that you need to have a business that is successful. One of those is traffic. A lot of folks, if they are not getting where they want to, it's because they don't have enough traffic. The next thing is sales. So you don't have a process for making sales or you have your messaging that's wrong, or messaging that's off. Whatever it is, it's not making new sales and then fulfillment. So being able to deliver on what you've said that you'll deliver on and being able to make additional sales to people that you're fulfilling to people that have bought from you already, and then finally having the systems in place so that it's scalable. And where a lot of multi passionate entrepreneurs get stuck is in the place where they have all the ideas. They'll start an idea and then get distracted and start another one, get distracted and start another one. My belief is that because we have AI, because we have these AGI AI agents that are going to be coming out in 2025 because we have that available to us. The multi passionate entrepreneur is going to be the one that thrives in this new economy and this new AI civilization. And really what they need is simply a system that they can plug in and go and they can utilize their ideas, test their ideas, run ads to their ideas, but they'll have the capital because they're not waiting on getting the systems right. They have a way to systemize their sales, systemize their traffic, all of that. And all they really need now is the idea. And that's something that a lot of multi passionate entrepreneurs have in, in buckets. There's no end to it. I don't know about you, but on any given day I have probably, I don't know 25, 30 ideas. Or I'm like, oh, that'd be really cool. Oh, I wish I could do that. And so in this episode, I'm going to take you through the process that I think is going to be the process moving forward for entrepreneurs, especially multi passionate entrepreneurs who want to earn more and more and also still play into all of their ideas, or at least most of their ideas. Whereas in the past they've been told you can't do that. You need to just stick with one idea and it's killing them inside. So let's go ahead and dive into it. By the way, if we haven't met yet, my name is Brittany Long. I'm an entrepreneur. I started in copywriting as my when I went full time with entrepreneurship, I started as a freelancer, originally doing VA work and then freelancing and then copywriting and landed in email marketing. And then ChatGPT came out onto the scene and I was like, crap. And so I decided I needed to pivot. So I started learning everything I could about AI and I figured I may as well get paid to learn it. So I started a $9 a month membership called AI copy club that showed people how to pair AI copy and write better copy with the help of AI. And so from there it's really progressed into this thing where I teach AI to lots of folks all over the world. And that's my background in that I'm also an award winning former educator. And yeah, I'm excited to talking talk to you about this today. Now, I do want to say I don't have proof yet, I don't have proof yet that this will work. But the reason I'm sharing this anyway and the reason I'm using myself as a guinea pig here is because I want to know if it's possible and because I think that it is. And I want to show people, here's how to do it, here's me doing it, here's how to do it. And so that's why I'm sharing it now. I always wish that the people that I follow that are much further along than I am. And I mean I'm not barely scraping by here. We make multiple six figures every year and have for the past, I think five years now. So I'm doing something right. But I think I always think about how I wish that I had a journal or a diary of what they were doing when they were at the level that I was or what they were doing when they were just starting out even. And we see a lot of Times, especially with people in the online space and coaches in the online space, we see people that are like these shiny bows. Shiny. Yeah. I guess presence almost of here's what's possible, here's what I did to get there. But we don't see it as behind the scenes. We don't see the nights where they are crying on their floor because they're like, can I do this? Am I capable of this? What's going to happen if me and my life to my family if I can't make this work? And so I want to share all of that. I want to share the ups and the downs with you and, and so that's what this podcast is all about. So I hope you enjoy it. I'll tell you what I'm going to be doing here and then I'll give you updates along the way throughout the next episodes on how it's fine. So I am definitely a multi passionate entrepreneur. I really enjoy coming up with ideas, but my biggest problem is that I don't have time to implement all of them. And being a little scattered sometimes, a little bit, a little bit neurospicy, a little bit distracted all the time, I have a hard time implementing them sometimes. And so that's where I had been really frustrated because I had heard an episode of Alex Harmozzi's podcast or really give any other number of podcasters or popular business coaches, I've heard them talking about how you need to pick that one thing and if you don't, and if you don't hustle hard and like, basically give your soul to your business, that it's not going to be successful. And I think if you, if your only aspiration is to have your business and make an impact from there, then that might be fine advice. But for me, I have a child, I have my spouse, I. My biggest aspiration isn't necessarily to make as much money as I can in my business. Of course I want to make a lot of money. I want to make as much as possible. But it's not, it's not my only goal. And it's. I'm not willing to trade my life with my family to become a bazillionaire. My family is my most important thing. And if. Yeah, anyway, so for me, I'm thinking, all right, I need to find a way to be able to make this work where I'm not sacrificing my family, where my kiddo doesn't grow up and doesn't want to come home to Christmas because she's adding to no mom, she's never around or she's never paying attention to me when she is around because she's on her computer working. And so that was the goal I went into with this. And if you're listening, you don't have kids, you, you might have other things. I'm sure you have other things where you're like, you know what? I think I really like my business. I really like doing this. But there has to be more than just my business. And that's the vibe, the idea that I'm going with here. And so the first thing that I'm going to do is I have a list of all my ideas and then I had chatgpt help me prioritize them based on which it thinks will be most successful, based on my personality, on what it knows about me. And when I say what it knows about me, I feed in information about me. I do some mindset work in there. And so it has a pretty good picture of who I am and what makes me tig and my personality and what works best and all of those things. Which means it is a little bit easier for it to give recommendations because it has that full picture now. This is actually one of the reasons that I think business coaches are really going to struggle in this new civilization, the AI civilization, is because a lot of business coaches simply cannot know that much about you, even if they have a small community. And they really, it's going to be challenging for them because you are constantly evolving. And so that means they need to keep up with your constant evolutions. But you may not always tell them they need to keep up with the other person's constant evolutions who may not always tell them. And so having something where you can talk to immediately, all the time when you need it, and share those revelations that you're coming to the things you're working through, it's going to be much easier for a tool like ChatGPT or FAAD to be able to know you at a more in depth level than your business coach will be. And for business coaches who want to thrive in the new civilization, the AI civilization, I'd highly recommend looking into tools that allow you to clone yourself for your clients, where they can reach out to clone version of you 24,7 whenever they want to be able to learn from you and learn from what you know without necessarily needing to wait for their next call or even wait until you're awake and available. So that's a side note, but the first thing I'm doing is coming up with the Ideas and then narrowing them down based on what I think I'll be able to do. Bestselling. Now, I'm not planning on being the face of the company for all of them, but it's really just, I guess here when I'm talking about personality, I'm talking about what can I feel excited about, where I'm like, yeah, this is cool. I'm excited. I'm excited about it long enough to be able to stick with it and get the system set up. And that's what I'm looking for. Now for me, I'm a. For those of you that like the Ethereum 7 wing 8. And so if it's fun, if it's exciting, it's easy for me to do. And so that's what I'm looking for, is I just need to get it started and then the AI agents can move from there and the other AI tools that I have can move from there. Now, in the oldest civilization in the old economy, we would trade our time for money, so we would trade hustle for money. In this one, I think we're going to be trading money for money. So in other words, if I was just starting out before, I didn't have any money, my only outcome really would be hustle harder. But now it's going to be, I need an AI tool to help me do this thing, or I need to. Yeah, really, that's it. AI tools to help me do the same. And some of those are going to cost money. And so if there's one that you're one, an idea you're wanting to run with, but it costs more than you're willing to spend at this time, before you start really making some money from that particular thing, then maybe that's something you move further down the list. So that's something you can tell ChatGPT or Cloud as well as you're going through it to see what ideas it has for you, and maybe it pushes that one down on the list a little bit. So once I come up with the ideas, the next thing for me to do is to outline the offer. And so then of course I'm going to ask ChatGPT to outline the offer for me. I'm looking for what are the objections that are going to come up? What are the questions people have? How is this going to have a positive impact on them? How is this going to hit those pain points that they have? And what, and why? What are they doing previously? And it's not working. Why is it not working? Why are they looking for Something else. These are some of the questions that I want ChatGPT to help me fill in. And usually what I'll do here is I'll tell it who the audience is. And I've spent a good portion of time figuring that out and going back and forth with it already on that. So it knows who my audience is. But then I say, based on what you know about my audience, fill in or make exceptions and fill in this offer brief. And so it will do that. So that even saves me a little bit of time there. And then I basically just review it and go back and forth with it and say, okay, yeah, I agree with this. I don't agree with this. Let's go deeper on this one. And with my audience, I've gone so deep and so in depth with them for so long that it not only knows those surface level pain points, oh, I'm overwhelmed, I'm exhausted. It knows why they're overwhelmed, why they're exhausted. And it knows the, like deeper into the psyche situation. So it knows that they're wanting to make a bigger impact. They feel like they're called to do something or their purpose is something deeper than what they're doing, and they want to leave a better world for their parent or for their children, because that's what a good parent would do. Like they know it knows that more in depth look at it. We're not just looking at surface level pain points and desires and concerns and all of that. So one tip I would have for you in this new AI civilization is to ensure that you really understand your audience and keep asking questions until you do. And you can ask ChatGPT questions, of course, but the best place or best way to find out about your audience is to survey them, to ask them directly. And so we spend a lot of time with surveys. We ask people to fill out a survey when they join our program. And that gives us a really clear picture of who they are, how they feel, and in their own words, which helps us write the sales copy also. So then the next thing I do after I have this offer brief and I know what I want to do, is I look then at upsells, downsells, and then we start writing the copy. And I do use information from the surveys that I collected to help write the copy so that I'm writing in their words. And it's not jargony. I talked earlier about one of the reasons that people aren't making what they want is because of a lack of traffic that in the past, traditionally for me has Been the case where I'm like, I. I provide really great value and yet people don't know about me because I'm not getting it out there as much. This podcast actually is one of the ways that I'm working to change that. And so then we have the sales is the next piece. And so typically what I see is one, people aren't getting enough traffic to their sales page. And then two, when they do get them, there's their messaging isn't dialed in enough that the person's, oh, yeah, this is for me. One of the issues I see with copy is that people are really vague, especially if they're using ChatGPT or Claude to write their copy. And what I see in their sales pages is it's an offer, but it's an offer that looks and sounds like pretty much any other generic offer that's out there. And the people that are reading it are like, I don't know if this is for me or not. I don't know if this is better than the other one that I read about last week. And if you're not first to the market, like, it has to be differentiated and you have to speak in their language or they're going to think that, oh, I don't know, maybe I should do this other one that I saw. And so that's really what we want to do. So, for example, if you're talking in your sales page, I can't tell you how many sales pages I read and reviewed that talk about their person being overwhelmed. But the solution is different. Depending on what the actual problem is, overwhelmed is like that surface. It's that surface problem. The real problem is much deeper than overwhelm. The real problem is depending on who it is, it could be a feeling or a sense of they're behind. And that concerns them because they realize that they're. They're mortal and they're not going to have all the time in the world. Or they feel like they're behind and they want to be able to homeschool their kid, but they can't because they're not making enough money. And so they feel behind and they feel like, I don't know how to catch up and their kids going to kindergarten soon, so it feels like it ticking time bomb. So that's. That overwhelm is gonna look different than another overwhelm. And so instead of just saying, I know you're overwhelmed, we really wanna call out why it is that they're overwhelmed, how they're actually feeling and why they're Feeling that way. So the overwhelms that I gave the example of with the homeschool thing, that overwhelm might stem from feeling like they're not enough, feeling like they're letting their family down, feeling like a failure. And while none of those things are true, they may feel that way. And that overwhelm stems for something deeper. So we want to call out that something deeper. And this is really where we get people that write in and say things like, I felt like you were talking specifically or directly to me. I felt like you were in my head. And as a good copywriter, that's really what we want, is to be able to write in such a way that it's undeniable that this is the offer for them, because you're speaking directly to them and directly into their brain. And once I have my sales down, my sales page down, my sales copy down, I'm going to be thinking about, where am I going to get this traffic from? And so I'm going to ask ChatGPT or Cloud or Gemini or any of the other tools. And I'm sure soon there will be tools that help specifically with the traffic too, if not already. But I'm going to be asking it, where can I get traffic from? Where are these people hanging out? Where are they spending time? And where can I get the most bang for my buck? Or where can I get the most traffic for my time, my energy, my effort, my money, whatever currency you're exchanging for that traffic? Because no matter what, you're going to be exchanging some kind of currency, whether it's time or energy or money for the traffic. Now, one of the reasons we want to utilize blog posts, we want to utilize podcast episodes, we want to utilize things that can be turned evergreen is because then you have a higher return on the amount of energy, time, whatever, that you put into that traffic source. So, for example, this podcast episode, let's say a year from now, somebody's looking for, what should I do? If I'm a multi passionate entrepreneur and I want to use AI in my business, they might come across this. So this is gonna take me, I don't know, probably 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, whatever, to record. And then it's gonna take some time to edit as well. And so initially there might be, let's say only 5, 30 people that listen to this episode. That's so great. I love getting in front of 30 people. And if I leave this up and if I put some evergreen traffic to it, in other words, link to it on the blog, Posts. I put it into my emails, my evergreen emails. If I do those things, then people are going to continue to come across it in the future, which means that it has higher return for my time. So that's really what I'm looking for is not only can I have the highest return now, but what's going to give me the highest return long term, evergreen wise, once I have my traffic plan in place. Really it's the system. So what systems do I need to set up so that it's completely automated? And in the past when we would say completely automated, people would roll their eyes and be like, oh, that's not possible or it's going to cost bazillion dollars and to have something custom set up for you. Yeah, it's going to cost for sure because you don't have to do any of the legwork and you don't have to do any of the learning in order to learn how to set up all these AI automations. It takes hundreds of hours. And so with you can team up with someone to do that or you can learn to do it yourself and either one is fine, whatever you prefer. Again, we're trading some kind of currency, money or energy or time. All right, now there are plenty of ways to get traffic that don't necessarily require you to be the face of the company, but you can if you want to be. I do find that if it's going to rely on me, then there needs to be me plus my clone version of me, because otherwise it's, it's going to, I'm going to be the bottleneck is what it comes down to. And that's what I see for a lot of creative entrepreneurs is that it's easy for them to become the bottleneck. And so if you don't want to be the bottleneck, then you have to find ways around that. And one of the ways is having an AI clone. Whether that's your AI voice or AI image of you, or graphic or video or whatever, having some kind of AI you is going to help you not be the only one that can do this, the only one that can move the needle forward. And if you're wanting multiple brands, then that's really, at least from my perspective, that's really the only option. And so then the next thing we're looking at is the system. So we set up then the systems to have everything automated, have everything be running for you, so that literally the only thing you have to do is come up with the ideas and then sometimes show up and that sometimes show up depends on how much you want your AI clone to do for you versus how much you want to do for yourself. And it could be even not necessarily your AI clone, it could be an AI clone of someone else. There's plenty of avatars out there that you can choose from. So many different voices you can choose from. I personally like using my own, but that wouldn't be the case for every brand that I'm starting up. I wouldn't want to use my own. Let's say I was doing something with dogs. I. It just, it's not something I'm really like super passionate about at this point in my life and so I would do something different there. One final note I want to leave you on is that just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean that you should. And so just because you can bring borrowed expertise from AI doesn't mean that you should. So if you are selling something that sells knowledge, my recommendation would not be to just go to AI and be like, all right, tell me everything about this thing and have AI be the expert. I think it's really important to still have humans being the experts. And so my recommendation would be instead of asking ChatGPT or fought or whatever, to act as the expert, choose things to do as a multi passionate entrepreneur that you're actually passionate about, that you actually enjoy talking about, that you enjoy doing. Now, I'm not a huge proponent of doing the things that you're passionate about. And the reason for that is I. And maybe this is only me, I don't know, but I. My passion ebbs and flows. There's sometimes where I'm passionate about one thing and I'm not. Later on, like the dog example, there was a time years ago where I was like, all I really want to do is have a bunch of land where I can have a bunch of dogs that are in needs of palms and I can nurse them back to health and have vets there that can nurse them back to health and. And we just have all these dogs running around. But the more I thought about it, like, it sounded like a great idea, it sounded super fun. I'm thinking cuddles and licks and all of that. But the longer I thought about it, the more I thought, this actually sounds like a nightmare. I don't want to do this. There's going to be dog poop everywhere. And so I think as multi passionate entrepreneurs, sometimes we get really excited about a project, really excited about something new and we have that passion and that fire for it, which is really great. Except that the only vein can't be that passion cuz that's going to ebb and flow. So it needs to be something that you're interested in that you are willing to learn more about that you want to spend time on. And as long as you can get it set up fast enough, set up those systems fast enough and have somebody that can be that expert, even if it's not you, but somebody that can be that expert that can keep that needle moving forward where you're not only relying on AI to be the expert there. I think that's where we're really going to find the sweet spot between AI and humans and where I think you'll see people coming back to you again and again. Now, like I said, I don't necessarily have proof to back that up yet, but I'm hoping over the course of this year as I'm recording this, these episodes that I will. And so my goal and my hope is that as somebody who is multi passionate, I can lead the way for other multi passionate entrepreneurs to see. Oh, it is possible for me to have thriving business and multiple brands, multiple things that I'm talking about that I'm excited about and also have a thriving business without planting my flag into this one thing and then feeling dead inside because I don't want to continue doing this one thing for the rest of my life. I know that this goes against a lot of good business sense and a lot of what people have told us, business owners have told us who are successful for the past, I don't know, a hundred years. And I'm. And because of that I'm a little bit nervous to share this. I'm a little bit nervous that I'm going to share it, fall on my face and be totally wrong. And you know what? That's okay. If that happens, I'm okay with that. Even though it's uncomfortable, I will continue to put myself out there, continue to fail, continue to be the person that's like, all right, I tried this and it didn't work, or all right I tried this and it did work. And I promise to share those highs and lows with you because I think if I'm right, I think this could be, I think this could change everything for multi passionate entrepreneurs. And I'm not sure about you, but the level of shame that I've felt in my business because I've struggled to stay consistent, not even staying consistent. I'm consistent, I'm persistent. But it's more of struggling to sometimes find joy in the things that are monotonous to me and not want to always continue doing the same thing again and again because I get stuck in the places that feel very boring and feel very time consuming and just hard to do. And I'm not advocating not doing hard things. I think that's one of the things that makes us human is our ability and our willingness to challenge ourself. Do hard things that we know are best for us, that are good for us. And I like doing hard things. I like trying something new and, and knowing that it might fail. I like the journey and the process of the ups and the downs. But I also know if I can learn how to do something and do it well, then I can train AI to do it for me. And the things that I don't necessarily enjoy doing, that are monotonous, that are boring, that I just hate, that take away from me, really bringing that light to the world that I think that I can bring. I can use AI for that now. And I think why not? Why should we limit ourselves? Just because that's been what people have told us in the past in a world that no longer exists. The old way of doing things is not going to necessarily work in this new AI civilization. And I hope to be the person, you know, leading the forefront in that so that you can see exactly what is possible for you as I figure out what's possible for me in this new AI civilization again. My name is Brittany Long. I am the creator of AI copy club, AI 200k and I'm excited to be here with you today.
