Automating Content Creation with AI

What if you didn't have to be the one to manually post everything? Would that make your life easier? Would that make your business easier? Would it make it easier to be visible? If the answer is yes, you're going to love this episode. So I've been working on this content machine. I'm calling it the Content in an AI Instant Machine. But as I've been working on this, I've been seeing more and more of what I can do with it. And one of the things I discovered recently is that I can combine some different tools to actually create posts for me. And in this content machine, essentially what happens is that it pulls from a 4 to 10 minute transcript that I've done for YouTube or from for a podcast episode like this one, and I use it to pull that content. And then once I pull the content, it creates Facebook posts for me, emails, pretty much everything, every kind of content you can think of. And the beautiful thing about it is that it's actually pulling from my own content, so I don't have to worry about it pulling from somebody else's content or saying something that I don't agree with, because it's all pulling straight from my content. But it's using ChatGPT to maybe rephrase it or to chop it up so that it is a quote that would make sense to expand on it as a Facebook post. So it's taking my ideas, my thoughts and stuff, and then turning into so many pieces of content, in fact from one transcript. And again, my transcripts aren't long, they're like four to six minutes or, sorry, four to 10 minutes long usually. So it's creating from that 10 different hooks, it's creating a Facebook post, an email, it's creating an Instagram post, Instagram caption, TikTok script, tweets, could do LinkedIn, article, blog posts, the whole shebang. So it's creating all of those things for me. And again, it's from my content. But you can even have it create an image too. And so really what you need is the template of an image so that when it's creating it, it just knows where to put the text. And I've done that for quotes or like it'll pull a quote from my transcript. I've used it for hooks for the Instagram overlay text. And I'm working on it creating like those kind of faceless videos too. The interesting thing about this is that I know one of the reasons people are like, I don't want to use AI or I'm not sure If I should add AI into my business, one of the reasons is they think it'll be less personal. But again, this is taking from my content. And I'm not saying that I'm still not going to do stories or I'm not going to have my face in there because I actually am doing those things. So for me, that's, that's not really something that stops me. What does stop me is just a lack of time sometimes or like I have a team member, a VA that can make these for me. But if I could have this automatically doing it for me, that means that I can have her working on other stuff that might help us get more traffic. Because ultimately for our business the biggest issue is traffic. And so if we have posts that are going up automatically and being created automatically from my own content, then all she needs to do is maybe check it. And you know, we don't. But for me personally, I would want it to be checked by somebody beyond that, beyond the few minutes it would take for that. Then she can work on things like a summit or something like affiliate outreach or looking through, help a reporter out to see if there are any that I need to submit for. And so stuff that will help us get more traffic. But we haven't been able to do because social has been such a, it's had such a grip on us. We can do, and we can do those automatically. And I think this is really important too for VAS to hear that more and more of this is gonna happen where these things can be done automatically. And so you want to say, okay, if that can be done automatically, what are the high value tasks that I can start doing? So like out, you know, for summits or orchestrating summits or helping with that. And if you don't know how to do that already, that might be a great skill for you to start learning and start practicing with that. When more and more people start automating as possible, you still have a place in the market. And because you've been doing it longer, you can also charge more. Now the tools that I'm currently using for this, I connect it with Zapier on Zapier, I Connect sheets, ChatGPT, Banner Bear, which is where we're currently creating the images. But there's others that you can use as well. Google Sheets, if I didn't already say that. And then the last one is going to be socialbee. And socialbee we use just for that posting piece of it. And so we can set it to automatically. So automatically post or we can set it to automatically have manual approval. So that means somebody on my team or me would need to go and actually manually look through and approve it. So far from what I'm seeing, there's not a need necessarily to do that. I'm seeing, you know, it's something for my transcript. I feel good about it. I will probably still check it, at least for a while and just make sure actually goes out into the universe. Now if you want to set all this up on your own in Zapier, by all means go for it. I actually have a tutorial in AI 200k. I'll drop the link for that though. But you would prefer not to set that up yourself and not to manage it and make sure it's all connecting and working every month. I do have an option for that as well. I'll drop the link to that too.
