Do you ever feel like you're a ringleader in a circus because of all the responsibilities and just all the sheer amount of things that you have to do on a daily basis, going back and forth from one thing to another, thinking one minute about what do I need to do for my kids? The next minute thinking, what do I need to do for my business? And sometimes forgetting what do I need to do for myself? If you wish you had a project manager in your pocket at all times who would just say, hey, here's everything that you've told me about what you need to do today. Getting this person to this practice, getting this client activity out, or client workout, you're in luck because that is something that AI can help with. And we're going to use ChatGPT for this one just to keep it nice and simple. The first thing you're going to do is put in everything that you have going on that day, that week, that month, even that year, if you want to go that far out. But I would say day, week or month would be your best bet after you've written out everything that's going on. Next, we're going to talk about deadlines. So what needs to happen and when. If you have to get your kiddo to soccer practice at 2pm and it takes 15 minutes to get there, put that information in there. If you have some client work to do and you think it'll take you an hour, and if you're like me and things always take you longer than they you than you think that they will, then say, I think that it's going to take me an hour, but usually things take me longer than I think they will. So he might be an hour and a half, might be two hours. Give it all that information. The next layer we're going to add in is emotion management. So let's say that you drop your kid off to school in the morning and it's sometimes a little bit rough, you're going to say you have this drop off afterwards. It takes me a little bit of time to kind of back into the flow of things because I feel a little bit sad. And then you're going to press Enter. Now, there might be a few things that you need to clarify that made sense to you when you wrote it, but then it didn't translate to what made sense to that AI tool that you're using. One thing that I want to note with that is that I find I become a better communicator when I look at what I'm asking versus what ChatGPT or Claude or whatever you're using is giving me if I am asking it for something and it can't seem to understand it, like it keeps giving me the wrong thing and it doesn't seem to be glitching about other stuff that lets me know that what I'm talking about probably isn't clear enough. And so when that happens I look at how I can clarify it. So I might ask questions, I might say something like I told you, is this an output that I want or the outcome I want? Is this what you're giving me? Is this? And it's not what I'm looking for. Clarify what I'm looking for and then ask it to try again. I could even say something like because it seems like we're not on the same page, can you ask me questions to better understand the task that I want you to complete? Once you've given it the information that you want to give it a press Enter and see what it comes up with. You give it some feedback. I like this, I don't like this or I think this is giving it too much time or not enough time or I might need some extra set help here. But you're going to give it all of that information and then what you'll do is let's say you made a day plan is throughout the day, if there's anything that's updated, you can go back to that chat and then use the little headphones that are in the bottom right corner of the mobile app and you can just do a quick voice note of hey, we were going to do this today. Looks like plans have changed. I now have to add this in or I don't have to do this. Can you update today's plan for me and it's going to update that for you in real time. So in a lot of ways it is like working with a project manager where you can give updated instructions to they can make those updates for you and then you can just, you know them after. You can also say something like what other questions do you have for me? So that we can make a schedule that is and then whatever you want the schedule to be that is effective effic that is for my mental health. Whatever it is that you want, you can ask it to ask you questions to better understand what it is that you're looking for, what it is that you want. Whether using this for the day, the week or the month, this is going to be helpful in juggling that three ring circus that you might be feeling like you're running right now.
