Brittany Long (creator of AI to 100K) explains practical ways to get value from saved images by using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. She recommends creating a dedicated chat to upload screenshots or photos (marketing images, handwritten recipes, brainstorm notes), extracting text via OCR, and saving organized copies (Google Doc or a story/image bank) to make ideas retrievable and save time. The episode emphasizes simple, repeatable workflow steps: create a chat, save its link, upload images, extract text, and store results.

If your photo gallery on your phone looks like examples threw up all over it, I have good news for you. So I use my. I'll. I'll take screenshots often of images that I see on Instagram, on Facebook, where I'm like, oh, that was a great marketing angle, or oh, I love how they approach this thing. And then I will keep them in the folder and never return to them again because it's not really convenient format and it's fine to look at them, but I often forget about it. And so what you can do is create a chat in ChatGPT or Claude where you upload those images. What I would recommend is making a chat specifically for this. Go to the top of the chat, top of chat GPT and grab that link and then save that link in your folders or in your phone so it's easy to access. And anytime you see a picture, graphic marketing image, whatever that you really like, they are like, oh, that'd be really cool to take this angle in our industry and try something similar. Put that into the ChatGPT chat that's specifically for this, and ask it to extract the text and then ask it to come up with a formula based on what you've already told it. And this one for how you can do yours, or you could even have it save it as a part of the bank, like a story bank or image Bank. And so ChatGPT can extract the text so that you don't have to go through and write these all down yourself or think, oh, I'll totally remember, and then never go back to it again like I do. And you can extract texts for other things too. For example, let's say that you have a recipe that you, maybe your grandmother, somebody wrote it down and you took a picture of it once because your second cousin twice removed actually has a physical copy. You can take that screenshot or that picture, upload it into ChatGPT and it's going to extract the text. I do that a lot if I am someplace where I'm not able to have my phone or I don't want to have my phone and I'm just writing down notes and ideas and brainstorming. Sometimes I find brainstorming on paper is much more effective for me than brainstorming on a computer or on my phone. And so I'll do that. But the problem then is I have all these pieces of paper and I forget where they are and I lose them. And so by having ChatGPT extract the text for me, even if I don't keep it just in ChatGPT. Let's say I want it in a Google Doc. I can still get it a lot faster having it just uploading a picture and having it extract the text for me instead of me having to type everything up. So that's saved me a lot of time, especially if I'm like flying or something like that. And I don't want to use my computer. I can write down my ideas in a notebook and then just upload it into ChatGPT. Yet another way AI can help us save time. My name is Brittany Long. I'm the creator of AI to 100K. I'll talk to you soon.
