What's the best way to get something done? You give it to a mom. I heard that saying the other day and I thought it was interesting because first, I think it's probably pretty true that moms like, we can get a ridiculous amount done and it's amazing how much we can get done with everything else that's going on in our brains. So, for example, not only are you dealing with a 28 day cycle or however many days cycle every month, and the fluctuations and hormones and feelings that come from that, but you're also doing stuff like taking your kid to school. And as you probably know, there are some emotions that can come with that, whether you have a teenager or a actual teenager. There's a lot of. There's just a lot going on there with emotions in the morning after school. But yeah, you're doing a lot of those things and you're working in your business. And so it makes sense. That quote makes sense. And I would say it's one of the reasons that moms often feel overwhelmed and overworked and like they just can't get a break. So today we're going to talk about how to give yourself a break in business and in your life as a mom using AI. The first thing we're going to do is get a clear picture of what your day looks like. I would recommend doing a time study. Anytime I've done a time study, I have been appalled at how much time I'm spending on things that aren't necessarily like needle movers, that are helpful, nice to have, but not necessarily need to have in order to. But I just get caught up in them and then all of a sudden I'm doing it and then it's been a year and I've been doing this and I don't need to be. I would start with a time study and basically what that looks like. I have a spreadsheet that has 15 minute increments from the time I wake up. So the time I go to bed and then every 15 minutes I wrote what I did during that 15 minutes. And it sounds like a lot. It is kind of may seem like, is this really necessary? Do I really need to do 15 minute increments? But what I found is that 15 minute increments really shows you what's actually going on. When I do 30 minute increments, I forget about some of the stuff and I do less. I'm like, I don't have time to do anything else but write on this spreadsheet. And so you don't have to do it for a whole week if you don't want, but even a few days is gonna be really enlightening. So once you've done that time, that time study, you'll copy and paste that entire spreadsheet into ChatGPT and you're going to have it analyze. Analyze the things that you're doing that maybe aren't as effective as you want them to be, or the things that you're doing that could be delegated to someone else, that could be automated, or they could be eliminated altogether, that actually aren't moving the needle forward. If you have any data of what's working, what's not working, where you're getting your leads from or your sales from, that's information that'd be good to put in there too. And then the other information I put in is lifestyle. What is it that I want my lifestyle to look like? Because if I am, if it's coming from the perspective of ChatGPT is coming from the perspective of, okay, this person wants to make more money, then it might suggest that I keep things that are killing me inside. Yeah. So you want to give it a clear picture of what it is that you want on your lifestyle too. Not just here's information about my business and what I'm doing and stuff like that. The other thing I'd recommend is having information about your business. So what are your offers? Use your audience. The more information you can give, the better, the better results or outcome you're going to get. So once you've done that, the next thing that you're going to do, you put that information in, including the spreadsheet, is you're going to look at the analysis. So it's going to give you some ideas on what you can take out, what you can leave in. Some things you may want to leave in because you like them, but I would encourage you to try to look at it from an objective standpoint and say, okay, is this something that's actually moving my business forward, or is this something that's easier for me or less, that causes me less discomfort than doing something else? There have been times, many times, where I find myself doing things that take up enough time that I don't have to do the uncomfortable stuff, the stuff that will actually help me level up, the stuff that will actually grow my business, since it's not that hard once I've done it a few times, but it's like those first few times where I'm like, oh my gosh, it's going to be so awful and Then once I do it, I'm like, oh, okay, this is not bad at all. So we want to kind of that once we have a better idea of what you can eliminate or delegate or automate, then we're going to ask for steps on how to do that. So if you don't have a team member, for example, then we may look at, okay, is this something that's worth delegating and hiring a new person for now, or is this something that's worth me continuing to do? And again, that goes back to what are your goals? If your goals are to not work all the time, and that's a higher goal for you than increasing revenue right away, then. And then you have a little bit of wiggle room, then maybe we're looking at hiring someone to help and then you can do more of the stuff that you need to do that's going to actually move the needle forward. And I'll rely on you. Once we've done that, there's two more things we're going to do. One, if we find ourselves thinking, oh, I don't want to delegate this. Oh, I don't want to automate this. I need to do this myself. It might be worth doing some mindset work back and forth with ChatGPT or Claude and basically saying, I know that this is what's going to be best for my business in the long run. Having some resistance. Can you help me figure out what's going on here and why I don't want to give this up? And just kind of back and forth on that. And finally, you can have ChatGPT help you with the steps to make those changes and even give you a timeline on how to do that. If you like this, you're going to love AI 200k, where we talk about this more in depth. And also how to incorporate AI into your business and your life. More money through launches, specifically with AI. So a lot less pressure and more. If you want to find that out, I'll put in the show notes. Brittany Long.
