I have been deep under the hood of Automations and AI and the absolute magic that can be created with that. And today we're talking about one of the things that you can do with AUTOMATIONS and AI that's pretty simple. Once you have it set up that can make a huge difference on your business. So let's get into it first. I'm going to be talking about using Zapier. You can also use Pably and Make and I'm sure there's plenty of others out there as well if you are lucky enough to have a lifetime access to one of those. Kudos to you and so excited for you that you're not having to pay monthly. However, I will so gladly pay monthly for the automations that I've been working on. It just saves so much time and the content creation machine that I've been working on has been, it's just been massive up level for us. So that's a little bit of a side note. But the one we're going to talk about today is getting ideas straight to your phone. If you've ever thought to yourself it would be so easy for me to create content if only I knew the ideas. Now I hear this a lot from people that have a lot of responsibilities. Maybe you're a parent, maybe you are a caretaker of your parents as they're aging. Maybe you just have a lot on your plate with other stuff. Maybe you have multiple businesses. There's a lot of reasons you might have a lot on your plate. And a lot of the folks that I talk to are they have multiple businesses, they're multi passionate and so the thought of sitting down or even having time to sit down for an extended period of time to batch create things, come up with the ideas and the scripts and stuff like that is overwhelming to say the least. They almost feel like, yeah, it'd be great if I, if I knew what to post about every day or if I knew what to talk about every day I could talk about it. I know my audience, I know my offers, I know what I'm an expert in and so I could talk about X, Y and Z every day, whatever topic is their expertise. But it just feels like I've talked about that to death. It feels like I have nothing else to say. It feels like I'm just saying the same things over and over again. It feels like there's no new questions for me to answer and so they put it off because they just don't have time to really think it out or they'll say you Know what? I'll get to this eventually. I'll get to this when things get less hectic, or I'll get to this when I have a full day to do content creation. And if this is you, then you know that almost never happens. Today is the day we change all of that with a single automation. You ready? So what you're going to do is connect your Xavier, make Pablo, whatever it is that you're using, we're going to be connecting that with a descript description service. Sorry, with Google Sheets. With Google Sheets, we're going to be connecting your Zapier with Google Sheets. And you can either use a spreadsheet where you already have content ideas, maybe you did content earlier on. You could also connect it with Reddit. Anyway, there's a lot of things we connected can connect it to, but ultimately what we want it to have connected to is to what your audience is saying. So that could be a form that your audience fills out when they join your Facebook group, say what they're interested in, what questions they have. It could be Reddit, it could be people are saying in your specific niche on Reddit, questions they're asking in there could be a lot of things. The sake of today, we'll say that it's a spreadsheet that's pulling in questions that people are asking online. This is a little bit. Or it'd be a little bit too in depth to go deeper for a podcast episode, especially a short one like this. But I'll put information in the show notes if you want information on how to do this yourself or how to have it done for you. But what I would do is some way where you're pulling in ideas on what to talk about automatically from what people are already asking or saying online. Once you're getting those ideas, then we're going to take the top five from every day and then we're going to have it send it to you as a text message in the morning so that every single morning you're pulling in at least five different ideas on something you can talk about on social media that day. So no real thinking for you at all as far as like, what am I going to talk about? G B T Xavier, where we're pulling in from, that's doing the heavy lifting and it's coming up with those ideas for you based on your audience on these parameters that we give it when we're getting this up and you just get a text message. So the beginning of every day it'll say, hey, here's some five you know, or six things that you can talk about today. Here's you don't have to talk about all of them. You can talk about just one of them. But the point is that it's giving you the idea so that you don't have to sit there and think, what am I going to talk about today? What am I going to on my Facebook today? Literally all you have to do is open up your phone, see the text message and say, all right, this is what I'm going to talk about. Now you could go more in depth too. Maybe you're like, I am somebody that needs a script or I'm somebody that needs an outline, not just an idea. I see this a lot, especially with people who are super expert or people who aren't really an expert yet, but they're becoming an expert. That's usually where I see the person that's like, I need a script or I need an outline. Because either they have so much that they can talk about that they just feel like, where do I even start? Or they're not quite sure what to talk about yet. So it's interesting cuz it's either super expert or not expert yet. But getting there a person that's in the middle that's like, you know what, I'm not a beginner, I'm definitely an authority in my subject or I'm an expert in my subject. Those are the ones that usually they're like, yeah, just give me a topic for the day or a few topics for the day and I can go from there. You are maybe an external processor that might be a little bit easier for you as well when it comes to video or audio. If you're an internal processor, it might be easier for you to your thoughts about it down instead. Either way, you're getting the ideas straight to your phone again. You can do like hook ideas or you can do an outline or a script, whatever works for you. But the main thing is you have content ideas coming straight to you from the interwebs, automatically getting texted to you so that you don't have to open up another tab, get distracted by that other tab and all the other things that are going on in your life and then never actually get the content done. This I think is especially helpful if you're doing stories every day or if you're doing live content every day is especially helpful. But even if you're doing evergreen content, even if you're doing stuff that you're not posting necessarily this day, or you're trying to batch, this is still really helpful. All right, that's it for today. I am Brittany Long. I'm the host of this podcast as well as the Moms mom entrepreneurs using AI podcast and the creator of AI 200K. In the comments below or in the show notes below, shared how to learn how to something like this up step by step instructions. Or if you prefer to have us set it up for you, I'll drop the link to that as well. Talk to you soon.
