Four 20-second ab movements back-to-back with no rest. The point is control and slow reps to feel your core work, not how many you can bang out. Quality of engagement beats rep count.

Here's my 2-minute ab circuit, but the catch is it actually works. Each movement is 20 seconds with no rest in between, and it's better to go slow and controlled than fast and get more reps. The workout isn't how many reps you can get in 20 seconds, it's how much can you actually activate your ab muscles. When you focus on the activation rather than the amount of reps, that's when the results come. And if you want to learn how to shred fat, make sure to read the caption.
