85% of Diseases Come From Two Things (Transform Your Body)

In this video, the presenter argues that roughly 85% of human diseases are driven by two root causes—chronic inflammation and hyperinsulinemia. He explains that chronic inflammation stems from a leaky gut caused by wheat‑derived gliadin triggering the release of zonulin, which opens tight junctions and lets food particles and bacteria enter the bloodstream, provoking constant immune activation. Hyperinsulinemia, he says, results from repeated insulin spikes caused by refined, milled carbohydrates that rapidly raise blood glucose. Both pathways share the same dietary culprits: wheat and refined carbs. The speaker critiques the pharmaceutical model that treats symptoms with lifelong pills rather than addressing these underlying mechanisms. He then provides a concrete dietary protocol: eliminate any food made from milled wheat flour (including bread, pasta, cookies, bagels, cereals, crackers, pastries, barley, rye, and any packaged product where the source isn’t obvious), while allowing natural carbs such as potatoes, white rice, fruit, and honey, especially timed around training to use insulin spikes beneficially. He outlines short‑term benefits (reduced bloating, steadier energy, fewer cravings) and long‑term outcomes (gut healing, reduced inflammation, fat loss, improved insulin sensitivity, better sleep and recovery) and positions the approach as a cost‑effective alternative to lifelong medication. The video ends with a call to action to purchase his “holistic protocol” and a teaser for a follow‑up video on visceral fat, which he claims is another major driver of inflammation.

85% of human diseases come from 2 things, and those 2 things come from 2 things as well, and those 2 things come from 2 things, and those 2 things come from 1 thing. So you'd think to avoid 85% of human diseases, we would start with this 1 thing that cascades into the next. That would be the smart and reasonable thing to do. Instead, Big Pharma wants to put a blanket and a band-aid on this disease To sell you a pill and make money for eternity. But in this video, I'm going to explain how you can actually address the root cause and avoid it completely. So without further ado, let's just get right into it. 85% of human diseases come from 2 things, like I just mentioned. But why isn't anyone actually fixing it? Because the entire system is built to manage symptoms and make money for eternity, not to actually remove the causes. So what actually happens? We need to set the baseline first. The root cause is never really touched. It leads to the symptom, the diagnosis, prescription, and then the symptom is somewhat managed to an extent until it gets too bad where you can't do anything. So what that looks like: high blood sugar, a pill to lower blood sugar. High blood pressure, a pill to lower blood pressure. Joint pain, a pill to quiet the pain signal. Not one of those actually removes the cause. Do you see the correlation in these things? So why it never changes. A pill is billable. A lifestyle can't be charged. You get hooked on the pill and stay on it forever, and Big Pharma makes money for eternity. That's the whole reason it's set up this way, because they don't actually want you to heal. But when you follow this plan, when you follow what I'm about to give you, everything will change. So the 2 things are chronic inflammation and hyperinsulinemia. I'm going to explain both of those and how to actually Remove them from your diet and from your overall body. These 2 drive 85% of it. So, how do you actually fix them? Well, number one, chronic inflammation. What that looks like: inflammation that never shuts off. Acute inflammation heals you. It spikes and it ends. It is necessary for the human body or else we would all die. Think, you get a cut, your body scabs it over. That is acute inflammation and it heals it. Chronic is the same system stuck on the on position. No injury to repair, so it never resolves. It runs silently for years before you feel anything. Your cells can't do their job while it's running. It is constantly degrading your cells, which is the basic function of any human being. Hyperinsulinemia. Insulin that's always elevated. So hyper means too much, insulinemia means insulin in the blood. Cells stop responding to a signal that never stops. So basically what it means is chronically elevated blood insulin. Locks energy into fat storage, triggers selective cellular signaling that impairs vital repair processes, and drives the progression of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, and a bunch more things. So, these 2 combined drive 85% of diseases. But how do you fix them? Because you can't treat these directly, you have to go actually 2 levels deeper than this. So, let's work backwards. So, 85% of human diseases comes from chronic inflammation and hyperinsulinemia. Well, the chronic inflammation comes from leaky gut and the hyperinsulinemia comes from insulin spikes. But both of these things come from wheat and refined carbs. And this 85% figure is from Dr. Garcia's book, F Those Pills. It's a phenomenal book if you ever wanna go read it. Very, very digestible. I would highly encourage it. Now, where is the inflammation and, you know, what does it actually come from? A leaky gut means your immune system never gets an off day. Your immune system is there to fight inflammation. It's to fight cells and bacteria that aren't supposed to be there. Gut lining is a wall exactly one cell thick. Between every cell is a seal called a tight junction. That seal is the entire barrier, one cell thick. Nutrients pass through on purpose, under control in certain circumstances. When the seal's open, everything else passes too. So why that causes inflammation? Because Food particles and bacteria cross into your bloodstream. Your immune system finds them and attacks them, and it's not supposed to. Nothing is actually wrong, but it responds anyways. Every meal, every day, for years. That's what causes the chronic inflammation. That's where it all starts. Chronic inflammation slowly degrades your cells over time. So, sealed versus leaky gut. Same wall, the difference is whether the seals are holding. So, here's an example of what a healthy gut cell looks like. The gut— so the food bacteria and the waste is represented right here by the dots. The tight junctions are sealed, as you can see, no gaps in between them. The bloodstream would be right here. Nothing crosses that isn't supposed to. This is the leaky gut. Gut food bacteria and waste is in the red. As you can see, the tight junctions are opened, right? So that leads into the food bacteria and waste to go pass into the bloodstream. So food particles and bacteria cross into the blood, that's where the inflammation really starts. So the question is, what opens the seals? Okay, zonulin, a protein your own body makes. It's the key to the gut barrier. So what zonulin is, it's a protein released by the cells lining your intestine. Only job is to regulate those tight junctions. These tight junctions that we talked about is the zonulin's job. Zonulin goes up, the seals open. Zonulin drops, the seals close. So, are you starting to understand? The more your zonulin goes up, the seals open. So, you wanna limit how much the zonulin actually goes up. And this was discovered in 2000 by Alessio Fasano's team at Maryland. And so, why— here's why you have it at all. Because opening the barrier is sometimes the right move. It's how your gut flushes out bacteria. But when it's constantly opened, it's a poison. So, it's a control switch, not a poison. But when it's constantly open, it is. The problem is triggering it multiple times a day. Every single day. So what pulls the trigger, right? Wheat. Wheat is what pulls the trigger of zonulin. So step 1, you eat wheat. Gluten contains a protein called gliadin. Step 2, gliadin binds, it docks onto a receptor called CXCR3 on your gut cells. Step 3, zonulin releases. Those cells respond by releasing zonulin. Step 4, the seals open, the tight junctions come apart. That's leaky gut. That's why you're getting the chronic inflammation from the wheat. So wheat doesn't put holes in your gut, it sends a signal that makes your gut open its doors and then everything walks through. Basically how it works is wheat, gliadin, CXCR3 opens the tight junctions and then that's what causes the chronic inflammation. Branch 2, hyperinsulinemia. So the other branch, it's much simpler. Hyperinsulinemia comes from insulin spikes. Insulin spikes come from refined carbs. What does refined carbs actually mean? The fiber has been stripped out, the grain has been milled into powder, digestion is half done before you even chew it, sugar hits your bloodstream almost immediately. What that does, blood sugar spikes hard and fast, insulin has to spike to match it. Repeat that 3, 4, multiple times a day for years, your insulin never returns to baseline. That's hyperinsulinemia. And look at the food list. So it's bread, pasta, cereal, bagel, cookies, all of these things that people don't realize are the actual danger to your health. These are the things that people are constantly eating and they don't realize that it's actually damaging their gut barrier. The same foods that cause the leaky gut are the same foods that spike the insulin. You see the correlation here? So why does hyperinsulinemia matter? Chronically elevated blood insulin Locks energy into fat storage. This is exactly what I put earlier. Triggers selective cellular signaling that impairs vital repair processes. So it impairs the vital repair processes. Are you connecting the dots here? And drives the progression of obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more. So one source, both branches. Wheat and refined carbs cause both, and both drive 85% of diseases. So wheat and refined carbs Branch 1, gliadin, zonulin, tight junctions open, leaky gut, that's the chronic inflammation. Branch 2, refined carbs, blood sugar spikes, insulin spikes, hyperinsulinemia. The one thing with insulin is that it's a hormone that can be used properly in your body. Insulin is necessary. It's the amount of times that you're constantly spiking your insulin. So, one quick tip, if you can keep the insulin spikes before and after your training before and after working out, you can actually utilize it for energy and for building muscle. But if you're constantly spiking your blood sugar with wheat and refined carbs specifically, that's gonna open up the door for the gliadin, the zonulin, the tight junctions to open, and a leaky gut. If you also always are eating refined carbs, it spikes your blood sugar, you are— and causes hyperinsulinemia. So, do you see the correlation here? Wheat and refined carbs are basically what we're trying to get rid of. Avoid those foods, avoid 85% of diseases. You don't need a protocol for this part. You need to stop eating a handful of things. So here's the entire list. If it's made from milled wheat flour, it's out. Basically, simply put, you don't even have to think about the milled wheat flour. If it comes in a bag, if you can't really understand where it came from in nature, cut it out. And it's easier said than done, I know. And everybody is going to have an excuse. What about sourdough? What about my homemade pasta? What about No, it's as simple as this. If it comes from nature, if it comes from the ground, if it comes from the tree, if it comes from an animal or is a byproduct of it, you can have it. Okay, but this bread, pasta, cookies, bagels, cereals, crackers, pastries, anything milled, but anything that's packaged, anything that you can't directly trace where it came from in nature, don't have it. If it's made from wheat flour, it's out. Barley and rye carry gliadin too. Can't trace it back to something in nature, skip it. Comes in a box or a bag, just basically assume no. Still fine. Other carbs are fine: potatoes, white rice, fruit, honey. None of these contain gluten. This isn't a no-carb message. Potatoes and rice are fine with proper timing and overall management, like I mentioned before, ideally before and after your training. It's the milled wheat flour that's doing the damage. It's not carbs that are inherently bad. Carbs with proper timing are great, and we actually need them. for our body to use the glucose, because your brain uses mostly glucose for its fuel. But you still need to time it properly. If you're constantly still spiking your insulin with whatever carbs it may be, whether it's fruit, whether it's potatoes or rice, although they are technically natural, you're still constantly spiking your insulin. So you need to manage that by timing it properly, but also cutting out the wheat. So here's what actually changes. The first few weeks, the bloating settles down. No more crashing after meals. Cravings quiet down as insulin stabilizes. You stop feeling heavy after eating. First few months, gut lining gets a chance to repair, inflammation comes down across the body, fat starts moving, especially around the middle, sleep and recovery improve. The longer game, insulin sensitivity improves, you look better and feel better, you've removed a cause instead of managing a symptom, and you're not on a pill for the rest of your life. Okay. This is saving you not only your life but so much money as well, time, energy, and everything that you don't want to come with one of these pills. I'm sure you've seen it all the time. You watch TV, you watch football, whatever it is, and you see a commercial for some sort of pill and the side effects are incredibly long just to try to fix, just to try to manage one simple condition that you're dealing with. Instead, if you just focused on the root cause, you wouldn't have to deal with any of those side effects, right? It's a simple game to play. It's simple, but it's not easy. So I did this myself, right? You can see the acne, you can see the inflammation, how I dialed that back with my diet. Along with that, I also dialed in my training, um, and my diet as well is really what allowed me to make these transformations. The biggest thing that you can see right here is the overall inflammation in my face. My gut health, everything. So this is my holistic protocol. If you do want this, I'll put it in the link in my description. Just click that and you can get access to it. So what to watch next? Honestly, the visceral fat drives inflammation too. So between the overall inflammation, between the insulin and visceral fat, these are 3 of the most important things that drive the inflammation and drive diseases. So what you should do, I will put the link right here or right here, not really sure which place it'll be, for the next video. It basically breaks down everything on visceral fat, how to lose it, how important it is. See you next time.
