In this video, I'm going to show you how to lose fat so fast it genuinely feels like cheating. How to make a transformation like this in 60 days or less. The complete process so you know what exactly to do by the end of this video. Now, first things first, what am I actually covering? 1, the mindset, arguably the most important thing of all of this. 2, 3 different types of fat that you need to focus on, because yes, there are different types of fat and they all respond to different things. And number 3, the 4 pillars to succeed. By the end of this video, you will know absolutely everything that it takes to make a transformation like this in 60 days or less. But really quick, I need to explain something to you. There's a reason that some of my clients get such great results, like Dom, Dan, Christian, Vinci, Ken, the list goes on. It's because they put in the work and they stick to it. This is the mindset aspect to it. You cannot go one foot in and one foot out. They know what it takes because I told them what to do. There is an overload of information in this era. Look it up on AI, look it up on YouTube, look it up on Instagram, and you can find the answer. But will you actually do it? I want you to ask yourself this question right now: how many YouTube videos do you have saved about losing fat, about getting in shape, about building muscle? It's time that you actually implement them. That's why my clients have gotten such great results. It's the implementation rather than the information. You can get all the information in the world, but until you implement it and stick with it, nothing will change. So you have to listen to this video and implement the things that actually will move the needle. Otherwise, you'll never get the results that you're after. So let's get right into it. First things first, fat is not one thing. There's subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and inflammation. Now, inflammation is not technically fat, but it looks like fat on your body, so we have to address that. Otherwise, you will never get the physique and the overall health that you want. So, subcutaneous fat, that's the fat that's right under the skin that you can pinch, that you can feel. The visceral fat is the fat that's around your organs, your heart, liver, kidney, pancreas. This is the dangerous fat that's constantly secreting inflammatory compounds that actually affects your whole body. And it takes a very specific approach to lower this visceral fat. And if you don't take the right approach, you might never lower it. This is why you see people who look skinny but still have that protruding belly. They might have veins in their arms and their overall body fat is low, but their inflammation and their visceral fat is still high. So you can be lean and unhealthy because if you have high visceral fat and a lot of inflammation in your body, I promise you, you will not feel your best. But it's all right, I'm going to directly address how to actually fix those. So first things first, how to know if you How do you know if you actually have too much visceral fat? Well, this is called the waist-to-hip ratio. You can do this at home and you don't need a DEXA scan. Take a tape measure and measure the circumference of your waist, the midpoint between your lowest rib and the highest part of your hip bone. Then measure your hips. This is the widest part around your glutes. Divide the waist by the hips. If your number is greater than 0.9, that's a dangerous level of visceral fat, and there's a 93% correlation coefficient on the waist-to-hip ratio, basically meaning it's highly correlated with showing if you have too much visceral fat. If you're below 0.9, it doesn't mean you're necessarily safe, it just means you have better odds. But if you don't want to do this measuring, you don't necessarily have to. If you're 10+ pounds overweight, just assume that you have an excess amount of visceral fat, because in a study done by the Mayo Clinic, just 8 pounds of weight gain resulted in up to 22% excess visceral fat gain. Next, inflammation. This is what's giving you that protruding belly along with the visceral fat. Inflammation comes from a couple of things: degradation of the cells and poor gut health. So if you're not going to the bathroom consistently, if you have poor gut health overall, and if you're getting older and you started to realize that your energy is getting lower, it's very, very possible that you have high inflammation within your body. I'm going to address how you can actually fix this and keep the inflammation away. Now, every single one of these issues can be fixed between these 4 things. Number 1, nutrition and food timing. Number 2, Macros. Number 3, training and cardio. And number 4, the overall consistency. Because none of those first 3 matter if you're not consistent with it. But if you apply these lessons, you will lower your visceral fat, lower the subcutaneous fat, and lower the inflammation and feel your best that you ever have, all in 60 days or less. So let me get right into it. So what are you specifically supposed to eat? Well, everybody should know by now that whole foods are what you should be eating, But why, what, and when? So why? Well, ultra-processed foods damage the electron transport chain in the cell and cause inflammation within it. This hinders the ability for the cell to do its normal functions. If a cell doesn't function properly, your body simply will not function properly. And the ultra-processed foods overload that electron transport chain, which causes inflammation and for the cells not to be able to produce at the highest rate they can. That means your brain cells won't function properly, Your muscle cells won't contract properly. Your liver cells won't flush properly. Every mechanism from your body comes down to this electron transport chain. And the more ultra-processed foods that you have, the more it overloads these cells and that chain. So I say whole foods, but what are you actually supposed to be eating? Well, stick to Mother Nature. Eggs, meat, local fruit and veggies, dairy. If you can easily trace back the food to nature, you can have it. It's as simple as that. But strictly avoid all bread, pasta, bagels, cookies, crackers, no exceptions. If it comes from wheat, don't eat it. If you want serious results in 60 days, you must avoid all of those refined wheat products and refined carbs, absolutely no questions asked. Now you're probably asking why. Now wheat does technically come from Mother Nature, but wheat contains gliadin, which activates zonulin within your gut. That opens the tight junctions in your gut, which cause leaky gut. And that leaky gut causes inflammation. So if you remove the unprocessed foods, you fix the inflammation, brain fog, and even help lower your visceral fat and more. So it's not necessarily what to eat, but what not to eat. Avoid the ultra-processed foods, avoid the refined carbs, and avoid the wheat. You're on your way to fast-track cutting away the inflammation and lowering the visceral fat. Now, when is nearly as important as what. 16:8 intermittent fasting plus occasional extended fasts up to 72 hours. Constant eating and being healthy are mutually exclusive from You cannot be healthy as an adult if you're always consuming food, always spiking your insulin. Quick side note here, in the description is my holistic protocol. This outlines absolutely everything that you need to know and exactly what to do to how to get the results you're after. Now, if this video isn't enough, the holistic protocol might be the thing that actually helps you get those results. But let's get right back into it. So what about the macros? Well, these determine your composition. Body weight times 11 is your calories to lose weight. 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Body weight times 0.3 to 0.35 is the amount of fats that you have in your diet. The remaining calories after the protein and after the fats that fit into this calorie metric right here, that's your carbs. But specifically around your training window: potatoes, fruit, white rice, honey, oatmeal. Training and cardio. Focus on 2 things: intensity and overall activity. 4 times a week, upper, lower, rest, upper, lower. Pushing to failure with progressive overload. 10,000 steps a day, not including this incline walk. The cardio that you're specifically supposed to do, 1 to 2 miles minimum daily. On that incline walking, it's a max incline and your heart rate is 180 minus your age. That's what we are shooting for here. That's the best way to actually attack that visceral fat. Now, consistency. This is the hardest part and this is what most people cannot stick with. You will want to quit, cave in, and stop doing this. But the question is, will you? One of the best tricks I ask myself is, what would me tomorrow want me to do today? And whatever that person says, that's what I have to do now, because I know 99% of the time that person has the right intentions in mind. In our current state, we get cravings, we get feelings, we get emotions. But when we can put ourselves in our future tense That allows us to step out of the current state that we're in and think logically. Do I actually want to cave in and cheat on my diet and risk not getting the results that I'm after? 99.9% of the time it's going to be no. You're going to want to listen to that future self. And if you can constantly reframe your day, reframe your mind just like that, you are going to set yourself up for great success. Now imagine what you would look like on the other side. Leaner, stronger, happier, healthier, more confident, better in the bedroom, better energy. The list goes on. Now I need to be straight up with you. Don't be a bitch. You said you're going to do something. Be the man you want to be and stick to your own word. As a man, if you can't stick to your own word, what else do you have? Look, the information is out there. You can find it on YouTube. You can find it on AI, like I said. But is it going to be accurate? Will you actually stick to it? It's not about the information, it's about the implementation.
