A 21-day fat-loss plan with calories set at body weight times 11, protein at 1 gram per pound, four weekly lifting sessions, daily 30-minute incline walks, and three 24-36 hour fasts. I'm not joking. It is stupidly easy to get lean, healthy, and athletic when you have a simple plan to follow. Literally just do this for 21 days and you will see an insane transformation. The first thing is your macros. Take your body weight, multiply it by 11, and that's the amount of calories that you eat every single day. Then you need to have 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, then 60 to 100 grams of fats, and the rest of it being all carbs. For the protein sources, it's strictly fish, beef, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt. For the carbs, it's strictly fruit, sourdough, white potato, and sweet potato. Lastly, you get 1 sweet treat, otherwise you're going to go insane. My favorite one's a cinnamon popcorn— extremely low in calories, satiating, and it tastes insanely good. You're going to do 4 days of lifting per week, intense, everything to failure, and 7 days a week of 30-minute incline walking on the treadmill. You're going to turn your phone red like this every single night when the sun goes down. That's going to greatly improve your sleep. And lastly, the part that most of you won't do— you're going to fast 3 times during this 21-day period, 24 to 36 hours. No food, no calories, only water and black coffee. And if you want the full in-depth breakdown, just comment the word holistic and I'll send you my 21-day Fat Loss and Body Transformation Roadmap.
