Here's everything I did and ate today to stay around 8% body fat. I don't count my macros, but I'll total all of them up for you at the end of the video. Without fail, the first thing I eat every morning is always fruit. This time, one orange, one banana before I train. For more quick carbs before I train, I had about maybe 2 tablespoons of honey with salt. Now for training, did about 10 hill sprints with my team. Then I got a solid lift in right after that, and this is probably the best tricep exercise, or one of my favorites for sure, maybe incline skull crushers. Then after training, this was the first part of my breakfast. I had a huge yogurt bowl of fruit, cacao nibs, honey, peanut butter. It's about 900 calories, 50 grams of protein because I added protein powder. Then right after that, another 35 grams of protein: 4 eggs, cottage cheese, tomatoes, Ezekiel bread. This lunch was a little bit odd for me, just tuna egg whites minestrone, but effective. When I get a sweet tooth or snack on something, this is usually my go-to. I just snack on skyr and honey. Super clean, super healthy, high in protein. Now no joke, this is one of my favorite things to make. Super easy, super high in protein, maybe 70-ish grams of protein. Then Finally, I ended the day with a sauna and cold plunge. My totals for the day: about 230 grams of protein, 2,800 calories. That's a rough estimate though.
