Hey, if you're tired of that jiggle around your belly, listen up, cuz this is exactly how you get rid of it. First thing in the morning, you're going to want to have some fruit, like 2 kiwis. That's going to be extremely micronutrient dense and help you go to the bathroom. Then around 7:00 AM, you're going to want to get your first protein spike. Keep in mind, you want to hit at least 30 grams of protein in one sitting to actually get the leucine spike that's needed for muscle growth. Then you want to burn the carbs off from that breakfast and get a really good lift in. 20 minutes at home is all you need. After the workout, you need enough protein for the protein synthesis, but you also need the right amount and enough carbs to get the muscle growth and replace the glycogen. And of course, if you want to lose that jiggle around your belly, you got to lose fat. So that means you have to be in a deficit. You can still eat what you like though, you just have to track your macros and make sure it falls below your calorie maintenance. And by the way, if you comment the word holistic, I'll send you my 21-day fat loss and body transformation roadmap.
