If you're watching this video, it's for one of two reasons. Number one, you wanna know how long it actually takes you to get that lean, ripped physique that you've always wanted with the steps on how to actually get there. Number two, you're already booked into a call with me and I'm forcing you to watch it so you understand what the process actually looks like. Regardless, this video is gonna give you all the tips and the tricks to actually get the results you're looking for. Now, without further ado, let's just get right into it. So what's the actual timeline to get a ripped physique for a 30 to 60-year-old man? As you can see, my client Vinci right here, he went from extremely overweight to about that skinny fat physique to now he's got that ripped physique and he's in his mid-50s. He thought he would never ever get here, but through the holistic protocol he was able to get there and feel really, really confident where he's at now. But you're one of three things. You might not be overweight, you might not be just skinny, you could be fat, skinny, skinny fat or skinny, and you've probably been stuck there for a while. Something isn't working, and deep down you know it. In this video, we're going to go over exactly what to do based on which one you are and how long it actually takes. Not a 6-week challenge, no fad diets, no more scrolling to figure out your solution, because that's the problem. Type 1, the skinny guy, always been lean, not much fat, but but not much muscle either. You're fine with the shirt on, and then you take it off and there's not much there. You're not confident because you don't have the muscle to back, but you don't look super overweight, so you're kind of stuck in this in-between of not knowing where to go. Type 2, the skinny fat guy, and this is the most common and the most difficult as well. Look at the difference. The guy on the top right, he's that skinny fat with not much muscle. This transformation takes the longest because you have to lose the fat while building muscle. You're not on either end of the spectrum, you're right in the middle where you have to do both simultaneously. He did a great job losing the fat, but he quit about 3 to 6 months in, and he didn't want to complete the full transformation. It could have been phenomenal. He could have built all the muscle and got the physique that he wanted, but he got content. Look at this guy on the bottom right. It took him about 6 months to lose that excess layer of body fat. Yes, he did have a little bit more muscle, but he still had to shred down. He still was kind of that skinny fat, a little bit overweight sort of physique. This one takes about 6 months, but think about it. You've put in all of this time to get where you're at now in terms of the overeating, the bad habits, and you can pay it off in 6 to 12 months? Wouldn't that be worth it to you? I think it would. The third type is just being fat, is just being overweight, and there's 3 types. About 20 pounds to lose, This is a 3-month minimum to preserve that muscle, but ideally longer because the slower you make it, the more muscle you can preserve and the tighter your skin is gonna be. If you do this too fast by actually fasting extended periods of time or, you know, crazy caloric deficits, your skin's gonna be loose, you're gonna lose muscle, you're not gonna like the way you look. The second type is 20 to 40 pounds to lose, 6 months minimum. Because of what I just said, you need to do this the proper way to preserve that muscle and look your best. The last one, 40+ pounds to lose, 8+ months minimum, really realistically a year. But the same thing goes to what I just said. You've put in the debts, you've put yourself in the position right now over years and years, realistically your whole life of bad habits, and you can pay it off in less than a year. Is that worth it to you? I hope so. All right, now identify yourself. Genuinely pause this video, take your shirt off, look in the mirror, and tell me which one you are. Because this changes the way that you go about your plan. You need to identify which person you are so you can identify that in this video and follow the plans that I tell you, right? Because if you choose the wrong plan, you're going to get the imperfect results. All right, now that we're past that, why this matters. Most guys follow generic advice that wasn't built for them. What works for one type is different for another, like I just said. That's why you stay stuck, because you're on the wrong roadmap. Okay, but first, who am I to tell you any of this, right? I mean, I've never not had a coach. I grew up playing football surrounded by the best strength, conditioning, position rehab. That's where the foundation came from. Not a textbook, firsthand experience from NFL and collegiate coaches, trainers, nutritionists, etc. And then I went deeper. Right? I graduated from the University of San Diego with a certificate in coaches and coaching, studying under the best in nutrition, performance, longevity, health and wellness, holistic health. The list goes on, right? But none of it would have been possible without coaches in my corner, constantly in my ear telling me what to do, right? I needed that accountability and I needed people to tell me how to actually get the results. I tried to do it on my own for one point. I had the information. I thought that was enough. It wasn't because I gained 15 pounds, felt terrible, inflamed, sluggish. I looked my worst that I ever had. It wasn't an information problem. It's because I had no accountability, no one keeping me honest. My own discipline wasn't enough, and most of the time it isn't. You need that accountability partner. That's why it's always better to go to the gym with somebody or have a coach to tell you what to do so there's no more guessing. Knowledge without accountability it's just information and you have to apply it somewhere. It doesn't necessarily move you. And I wasn't wasting time. Every week figuring out alone equaled another week of no progress, right? I thought doing it myself would save time, but it really did the opposite. Because the moment I got accountability back, everything clicked. What would've taken another year happened in a fraction of the time because I got the accountability, I got the proper plans, I knew exactly what to do, without guessing, okay? And it's not just me, right? Real men, busy professionals, families, careers, business owners, all that— they didn't have more time or better genetics. They stopped doing it alone. They had the plan and there was no more guesswork, okay? Now, what to do based on your type. This is where everyone gets lied to. 6-week challenges, 30-day shreds, detox, detox programs— they're selling you a timeline that doesn't exist. I mean, think about it. It took you your whole life for the past 5, 10 years to get to where you're at now. Either you're skinny or overweight or skinny fat, and you think you can erase that in 30 days? That's not how it works, okay? It takes time, but the amazing part about that is the longer it takes, the more rewarding, and the longer it's going to last. I'm gonna give you a real plan that actually works. Now, first of all, the overweight guy, luckily you have the fastest path and you're in the best position. Okay, let me explain to you. Because you are so overweight, you have so much excess body fat on you, out of all, all the 3 types, you transform the fastest because all you have to do is lose that fat. You still can build muscle and have muscle underneath. Losing fat is way faster than building muscle, and you can build muscle while losing, so you kind of get the best of both worlds. But first, you got to be honest where you're starting. Okay, there's 3 levels like I mentioned before. That 20% body fat, 3 months minimum, but realistically more. You probably have a gut, not much chest fat. Level 2, 25% body fat, 6 months minimum, probably more. You got the chest, lower back, rounded face. You gotta lose realistically 40 pounds. Level 3, 30+ percent body fat, 8 months minimum, realistically 12. You got rolls, weight everywhere, lose 70, uh, 70 pounds. Most guys think they're level 1. I want you to look in the mirror and tell me that you're probably level 2, okay? Because we want to be realistic here to get realistic results. And, and I keep on going saying the same thing: 6 months or 12 months can erase a decade. Is that not worth it? Is that time to you not worth it to fix what the problems that you've put in? Okay, thinking you'll try it for a month, you're setting yourself up to fail before you start. You spent 10 to 15 years building this, and 30 days won't reverse it. You have to create those habits that actually make the difference, okay? You'll get a taste, get discouraged, and quit, and then you're going to think it's not working. You'll be right back here next year, you know, you know, 2027 is going to be the new me, I'm going to start these new plans, and then it repeats every single year. Why? Because you're not committed to the long haul. The guys who win decide up front. I'm giving this 6 to 12 months Not because I want it to— I don't want it to take that long, but because you're being honest with the hole that you dug yourself in, and because you want those real long-lasting results. 10 years to build, 6 to 12 months to undo. Best trade you'll ever make. And what happens when you go alone? You slash calories too hard, skip meals, start fasting. You're unsure what's working and what's not. You lose 15 pounds fast, a lot of muscle, okay? Your energy crashes, hormones tank. Weight comes back and now you're heavier and you think your metabolism's broken and you don't know where to go from there. Now that's not a discipline problem, it's a direction problem with lots and lots of guesswork. Okay, the right direction is a structured fat loss, uh, protecting and gaining muscle macros, micros, training hard, managing hormones and metabolism to make sure everything actually flows and works for you. You got to reveal the body fat— sorry, reveal the body under the fat. Like I said, Level 1, 3 months minimum. Level 2, 6 months minimum. Level 3, 8 to 12 months. 12 months probably more realistic. And the part most guys never reach, around month 3 to 4, you hit a wall. The scale slows, you feel flat, you don't feel very good, you don't look your best, and you don't look your worst, but that wall is the moment right before everything clicks. The guy who quit walks away right before the magic happens. And almost nobody pushes through it alone. That's exactly what someone in your corner is for, to tell you, you have to stick to this plan, keep on going, and the results are coming, and they're going to be phenomenal. Just like I showed you Vinci in the beginning, he lost over 100 pounds. And in the last year and a half, he's gone from 100 pounds overweight to having a six-pack. Ask yourself, how would that feel? Would it change my confidence? Would it change my life? Would it change my relationships? If the answer is yes, don't you think it'd be worth it? Okay? Now the skinny fat guy, the most misunderstood type. You know, when you have a baggy shirt on, you look normal, right? Maybe even lean. Shirt off, soft everywhere, got a little gut, some chest fat, right? Almost no muscle underneath and you don't have the confidence, you don't feel very good about your body, you probably feel terrible on the inside, right? Let me tell you how to fix that. It is the hardest fix, I'm gonna be honest with you, because the overweight guy has one problem, He's got too much fat. All he's gotta do is lose the fat. The skinny guy's got one problem, he's got to gain muscle. You have both. But luckily for you, with the right plan, it can be easily doable to fix. It does take the longest, but, but you can get phenomenal results when you really stick to the plan, okay? 12 to 16 months to fully transform, realistically 12 if you execute perfectly. You spent your whole life digging yourself into this hole, and now 12 months can erase it. Okay, the two ways skinny fat guys go wrong. Number one is the crash cut, because you just get smaller and a softer version of yourself. You don't have much muscle, you don't look your best, and you just take everything off there without necessarily transforming or recomposing your body. The dirty bulk, and the worst way to go— you're already having fat on your body, so your body's not trying to store more muscle, it's trying to store more fat. So the fat goes to the gut, the chest. Now you're just fatter and nothing seems to work. And then you cut, you're just going to cut the fat that you just gained and not put on much muscle. So both were consistent, both drove in the wrong direction for months, and then you're wondering why didn't you get the results you're looking for? You worked hard, ended up exactly where you started. Okay, the right direction: if you're carrying more fat, a short fat loss phase, then recomposition. If you hold weight steady, Build muscle, strip the fat at the same time. It'll work phenomenal. If you're more skinny than fat, straight to a lean bulk and then tighten at the end, okay? Which path, what order, when to switch, that's where guys get it wrong. Alone, you need to know exactly where you're at, exactly which way to go, and then you can build the plan that's according to your goals, okay? And I'm sorry, but the brutal part for your type is during the recomposition, the scale barely moves. So it's really hard to tell where you're actually going. If you only watch the scale, you'll start, you'll swear it's not working and quit right before it all comes together. Someone who can read your physique and say, this is working, keep going, is the difference for you, right? And I'm sure you don't wanna have to think about that all the time, okay? Now lastly, the skinny guy, the simplest path, the most patience, 'cause it does take the most time. One job, build muscle. Good news, it's the simplest path. You don't have to strip fat, no phases to juggle, But building muscle is the slowest process overall. The last one, it could be just as long if not longer because you have to do both. But most of the time, the skinny guy has less muscle overall. 6 to 12 months of a focused lean bulk— and has to be a lean bulk done right, otherwise you're just going to put on fat and you're not going to get the results that you want. The mistakes that cost you a year: you eat everything in sight and skinny just becomes skinny fat. Or fat. 6-month job just became a 16-month job because you have to lose the fat from all the weight that you gained, okay? There's— or you're too scared to eat, you train hard and nothing happens, right? You can't build something out of nothing. Patience is everything here. Muscle shows up slowly. Week to week, you won't see much. Month over month, you fill out, shirt fits a little bit different. People start asking you if you've been working out. And, you know, really, that couple months at a time is where you see the biggest difference. A lot of times, day in and day out, you don't see the difference in the mirror. But when you work with a proper structure and you stay consistent, months over months, you look back at photos and you say, damn, I had no idea I made this much progress. And that's what a coach is for, is to help you stay consistent, right? Staying consistent plus correct equals you basically can't fail. The only way to lose is quitting early or doing it wrong. Now, I genuinely want you to picture your life 6 to 12 months from now. Can you commit to that? Ask yourself, can I commit to something small on a daily basis? It's a simple procedure, it's a simple process. You just have to stick to the basics and stick to the plan. In 6 to 12 months, would it be worth it for you to erase all of the things that happened in the past? I mean, that's the answer— that's the question for yourself. If you actually do this, you wake up with real energy, not dragging, not reaching for your coffee. Everything fits and feels good. You're not sucking in like, like what you— and you like what you see. Your partner notices, your work notices. You walk into a room different. Like most of my clients, they tell me they walk into work and they get compliments on the way that they look, that they lost weight, they put on muscle, that they're looking the best they ever have. Your shirt off at the pool with your kids, no second thought. Your gut issues gone. You're feeling fantastic because the holistic protocol saved you. Okay, underneath it all, your blood works better, blood pressure down, joints don't ache, your doctor stops giving you the talk on all the things that you need to take when you know you really don't want to do it and you know it's really not the best for you. Ideally, you just put in the work and you can fix it, right? You're adding years to your life and quality life to your years. The body isn't just the doorway to all of it. Now the other side, what happens if you don't? Right, simple. You don't stay the same because where you are right now isn't a stable place. It's a slope. A year from now, a little heavier, softer, more tired. The tight shirt becomes the shirt that doesn't fit. You got to get a triple X instead of a double X. The thing you put off didn't go away. It got bigger, it got worse, it got more sluggish, less energy. And as time goes on, it gets worse and worse. So you're not in the same place. And you're not always changing. I mean, you've got to make a change, okay? 5 years from now, 10 years from now, what happens? It's just an accelerated pace. You move less, aches become pain, pain becomes I can't move anymore. You stop getting on the floor with your kids, hard to get back up. You watch your own life get smaller year by year until you're the guy who used to do everything. The part that keeps guys up at night, it's not the weight, it's It's the regret lying in bed years from now asking, why did I let it get this bad? Why didn't I just start? You're gonna ask yourself that if you don't start, okay? The longer you wait, the harder this gets. This is the easiest it's ever going to be because like I said, it's a downhill slope if you don't take care of it. Sorry, it's an uphill slope if you don't take care of it. It's going to be harder and harder to become— to come back from. And for men 30 to 60, this is urgent, okay? Starting in your 30s, testosterone declines, metabolism slows, you lose muscle every year unless you fight for it. Every year you wait, you compound the problem. The approach that worked at 22 does nothing for you now, okay? The good news is hormones, metabolism, muscle, energy, all of it responds to the right training and nutrition. You can absolutely turn the tide. But it has to be done right for your body at your age. Not a 25-year-old's program, definitely not a 6-week program. This is a long-term, life-changing game that we're playing here, and it's not short-term, okay? We're looking at the long years of life, not the short intermediate years here and there. And I genuinely want to ask you to ask yourself, how bad do you actually want it? Is this something that you care about for the long term? If it is, then it's something that you need to take in control of right now. Okay, I can't want it for you. I can't give you the exact roadmap, the system, the years of learning, but nobody can want it for you. And everybody wants the result—lean, strong, confident, feeling good, blood work amazing—but the question is whether you want it enough for the process. Motivation won't get you there because motivation is what you feel right now as you're watching this video. You're fired up thinking, yeah, I'm going to get that. But motivation, it won't get you there. What gets there is discipline, structure, accountability. The exact thing almost nobody has on their own. The exact thing I didn't have when I tried to do it alone. Okay, it's not easy, but it is simple. The plan's simple. It's outlined specifically for you to get the results you're looking for. Simple means the path is clear. You wake up knowing exactly what to do. Eat and train. No guessing, no 11 PM internet rabbit holes, no should I do keto or carnivore or fasting this week. It's not the work that overwhelms the guys, it's the confusion. You take that away and it gets simple, okay? No more scrolling on social media and you don't know what to do anymore. No, no, that's all done. A simple plan structured for you is what you need. And the most common thing I hear, I don't have time, it's the biggest misconception. More is not always better. You have to plan out smarter. 2-hour sessions, endless cardio, 6 meals— it's, it's just wasted time, okay? 30 minutes a day to train, a few minutes to know where you're eating, and myself to give you the plan, right? Built specifically for men who don't have hours to spare. That's how it works. That's how you get the best results. And listen, I always had someone to guide me, always, my whole life, from the time that I was I was born and my parents guiding me through the health and then the coaches and the trainers, nutritionists, the teachers, all of that my whole life. Why do you think I'm where at? I am where I am now and I still have people helping me, right? Because I wanna get the best results. The people that want the best results, they go and get somebody to help them, right? Think about it. You have a cavity, you see a dentist. You don't research your own teeth for 6 months to try to heal that, right? Your finance is a mess, you hire a pro. You don't wing it off YouTube. Your business hits a wall, you bring in someone who solved it before. Everywhere the results matter, you get help, you find the expert, except in the thing that matters most, your own health, until now, okay? Treat your house like a home. One more to nail it down. I mean, imagine you throw a party and the next morning it's trashed. You could clean it yourself, but there'd still be stains in the rug, sticky floors, trash in random places. Or you bring in the pros who do this every day to ensure quality and save time. That's the biggest thing for most of you guys right now. Your body's in your house. Your body is your house in the morning. Treat it like the home you care about with professional care, right? Now, what working with me actually looks like: built around you, not a generic PDF. Your body type, age, schedule, starting point, real life nutrition built for you around your schedule, your goals, and what you like. Training around what you've got— full gym, set up at home, or nothing at all— specifically built for you. Okay, the part that makes the difference: I'm in your corner the whole way, checking in, adjusting, accountable on the days your motivation isn't there. I do the heavy lifting on strategy, you show up and execute. Simple. No more guesswork. Okay, so here's the next step. If you're already booked in with me, amazing. Come ready and be honest where you are and where you want to go. Not booked in yet? Click the link below and schedule a direct one-on-one call with me. You've spent enough time stuck. Take the step. I really want to help you, and it doesn't even have to be with me. That's really not the point of it. I just want you to get help because it doesn't change my life if you work with me or you don't, but it does change your life the moment that you decide to take action. Take action with someone in your area, someone else online that you trust. A family member, it doesn't matter. Work with me or don't, but when you get the results, send them to me so I can congratulate you. Now, I'll be happy to work with you. I'll be happy to see you on the other side. God bless.
